An excellent choice for a stay close to Ontario Airport, and easy walkable distance from the enormous Ontario Mills Mall and surrounding businesses and eateries. Hotel staff and facility were fine. Staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and included hot food. The only singular complaint we had was that in room 103, the base of the plastic bathtub felt unstable and made a popping sound when one stepped around on it. There is a well-maintained pool and large Jacuzzi out back in a secure enclosed patio area. Both pool and Jacuzzi were very clean and inviting.

The staff who work at this hotel are exceptionally wonderful, friendly, kind and polite. What a phenomenal great group of people ❤️! The room was clean with clean bedding and towels and smelled clean. The bed was comfy with comfy pillows. The air worked great to keep the room at a comfortable temp. Hot water for shower! Great dark out curtains. Hot coffee and hot water for tea around the clock. Nice continental breakfast with more choices then typical hotels with standard continental breakfast. The property outside was clean and had multiple choices of restaurants nearby by! 2 movie theaters close by. The Ontario Mills Mall is across the way, walking distance. Free parking on site and far more safer location looking then other hotels I have stayed with $30-$60 parking fees. Nice selection of stocked snacks and drinks at front desk for purchase. There were other amenities at this site which were available but I did not check them out!

the location was perfect. very clean and quiet. Good continental breakfast. felt safe at all times and the staff was amazing. The price was perfect for the my 2 night stay! The housekeeper did was very nice and made sure our room was clean while we were away. she also made sure we had clean towels. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice clean and quiet place, it was walking distance to the mall and to the Toyota arena for any concerts or events

This hotel was clean and service was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations on restaurants and so forth. Our room was simple, clean, and comfy. We had a view from the back where there is a little garden patio area with a fire pit. Also from the patio is a gate and on the other side a mall and entertainment complex. We were able to enjoy Cali's gorgeous weather and take a short walk to dinner. Its not fancy but it was a very pleasant stay.

It was a wonderful property! Check in was smooth, they were kind enough to offer a bit of a late check out since we were in town for a soccer tournament and had an early game followed by a long break and another game late in the afternoon. That was extremely nice. Liked the jacuzzi after a long day of soccer. Best part is they have a hotel "mascot", a ferral cat that they named, and left him food and water and a little bio explaining that the hotel takes great care of this cat. It was so amazing and just for that alone, next soccer tournament in the area, we will only stay here.

This hotel is clean, comfy, and convenient to the airport. Our room was large and inviting. The hotel was quiet, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is a shuttle to and from the airport. The dining room served great Chinese food and offered other appetizing menu choices. Service was outstanding. There are also a coffee kiosk and bar in the lobby. All that and affordable, too.

The thing I like the most was the staff. All of the staff members were friendly, respectful, and willing to assist. Some things were a little outdated but for me, I liked it. It was like a blast to the past. It's clean. Garden and Gym are nice (based on just a peek). Clean restrooms. The downside, there's an on-site restaurant that is only open in the morning. The bar opens at 4 PM. There are other restaurants within walking distance. Most of them do not open until 3 PM or later. El Torito was open - Great lunch buffet, all you can eat, $16.50 (First responders and AAA members get a discount. I know this review isn't for them but anyone booking a room here needs to know where to eat and get a drink). Last downside... There's a fee for parking and they add tax to the parking fee, total $6.75. On the plus side, it's way less than a resort fee.

Second time staying here and I Really enjoyed my stay for my birthday! Really relaxing especially having a jacuzzi room! I especially enjoyed the pleasant staff and accomodating employees! Very nice staff and breakfast was delicious too! :) Will stay again for future vacations!

Great Jacuzzi - very clean - quiet - and Pizza Hut is in walking distance! The pool was also very clean - and there is an outside area to catch sun since the pool is indoors.

Came down from Fresno area for a BIG 5 0 birthday bash for a niece. Loved Hyatt, staff was friendly and professional! We will definitely be back for the next birthday bash, anniversary party or whatever brings us to southern California. We had a total of 3 rooms, one with kids and 2 were adults only...everyone was pleased with the rooms. The breakfast was amazing! Not just a couple of pastries, it was full on breakfast bar...eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, toast, bagels, French toast, yogurt...and much more! Juices, coffee, tea, water....I would think that everyone would have a big breakfast no matter what they like or don't like, plenty of food to choose from.

Our party of 3 stayed one night here at Hyatt Place Ontario and overall had a great experience. Since we were here for a short time, we didn’t get to enjoy the gym or other amenities so I can’t comment on those. Located right next to Ontario Mills mall. The check in process was smooth and quick. Right next to the front desk is a small row of snacks to purchase. I believe it’s open 24/7? I appreciated that there was a microwave downstairs to heat up noodles for a late night snack. The lobby always had hot water, a wide variety of tea, and coffee with different options for creamer available. Lots of parking available and it was free— big plus. Breakfast: The lobby had enough seats and tables for people eating breakfast. The bar was also available to eat at. Breakfast was unassuming— served the usual waffle, eggs, and sausage. The area was kept clean, even towards the end of breakfast. Rooms: We stayed in a one king bedroom with a sofa bed. Lots of space for 3 people. Just like any Hyatt Place hotels, it has a bar area with a small sink, a mini fridge, and a Keurig. The living room area has the sofa bed and a desk with a a chair. One of the first things I noticed is the abundance of mirrors (a full body one on the bathroom door, another full body mirror in the closet door, and regular mirrors by the sink. I always appreciate when hotel rooms offer full body mirrors. Overall: For the price, convenience, and location, I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in this area.

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The customer service desk was very friendly and helpful. I came for my university graduation and it was a perfect place to stay. It was close to the mall, restaurants and Toyota arena. Would definitely recommend!

The most comfortable bed I have her slept in! I lover staying here. It was perfectly located near shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, and my room was spacious. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Having breakfast every morning was the cherry on top.

Was dissatisfied with the fact that the Jacuzzi did not work. The first night the gentleman working front desk said he couldn't do anything. So, in the morning i asked the young lady if it worked and she said yes. She directed me how to turn it on, the jets came on but water was barely even warm even after running 3 times it never warmed up.

We stayed there for one night on May 6. Nice play to stay. Room was nice and clean and a nice size. People at front desk were very nice and helpful. Room pretty quiet, though a little occasional hallway noise from other guests, but that seems pretty common. There's a nice restaurant a block away, sort of an Applebees type place called "Spires." It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport, so not really walkable from the airport. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was fine, nothing fancy, and no meat, but the food was fine. The room rate was fine and fair (around $128 plus taxes, total around $145 (per night). I would stay there again without hesitation.

Always a great experience!! My husband and I favor the Comfort Inn's. We have always experienced friendly staff, quick check-ins and clean rooms. This location was the same, great amenities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a great location. They offer a free breakfast, which was very good and complementary coffee. They have a heated pool and outdoor sauna. Small issue with the sauna, not turned in the morning, however, it was taken care of. Overall we had a great start. Check out is at 11:00 am. We did request a later check-out, they gave us until noon.

Spacious & CLEAN! And GREAT pricing too!!! My room had a microwave, mini fridge, 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa bed - perfect for 3 people! My cousin dropped us off & was impressed how spacious our room was 😃. Friendly staff, breakfast starts at 6am, and they have airport shuttle services at 8am (*they book & use Lyft services that the hotel pays for if you need shuttle services prior to 8am. You just need to let the front desk know 15 min before you want to leave.) This was a great experience & I would definitely stay here again!

When visiting the Claremont colleges, we were recommended the DT so as Hilton Diamond we booked a 3-night stay there. Hotel is 3 buildings of rooms plus a 4th for front desk and conference services and the restaurant. We stayed in Building 4 (NW of the 3 buildings) and found it quiet and peaceful and convenient to come and go with parking right outside the unit. Before arrival, Emma upgraded us to the top (3rd) floor rooms with a balcony - we got a room on the end which made it easy to take the steps to the parking lot and also made sure we only had one neighbor adjacent to us. The two bed unit we had included a small fridge and a safe along with a balcony having two chairs and a small desk. While it overlooked the parking lot, the view to the north was to a neighborhood lined with trees. The parking lot itself didn't have much traffic or noise overnight. The pool in the middle of the hotel was nice - even though it was heated the water was on the cooler side when we used it. Restaurant was great - service was excellent. Marvin served us all 3 days and he was excellent, providing the customizations requested and being prompt and cheerful each day. Food was good, too. We'll stay again for any of our Claremont visits in the future.

This is a very clean well established hotel. I like the large rooms, very comfortable beds and pillows. It had a separate shower and bathtub. I don’t think quality hotels should have a shower in the tub. So that was nice. I don’t use tubs. They had a restaurant and bar which is nice . Breakfast Buffett was included. The desk staff were cordial and helpful. For anything you are doing in this area it’s a good choice.the rooms surround the pool area. There is ample parking. I spent two nights for a pickleball tournament.

An outdated but well maintained hotel. It is the only hotel that is within a short walk to Claremont Colleges. The whole look of the place inside is left from 1990's, but yet, unlike most outdated hotels, this one is well maintained, clean, and pleasant. My room had one of those 1990's alarm clocks with buttons for different music genre. The hotel is formed by several buildings around a courtyard. The rooms facing the courtyard are nice; especially a morning coffee on the balcony gives more of a resort hotel feel. The on-site restaurant is overpriced, especially the breakfast buffet. I would recommend trying one of the several restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. some right next to the hotel.

The grounds were well taken care of and the pool area was clean. The restaurant was wonderful and we ate there both mornings for breakfast. The restaurant staff were amazing! The room was clean and spacious.

Stayed here for 3 nights to attend a high school reunion. It is conveniently located in a quiet location and close to the freeways. Stayed on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We had the daily breakfast which had a nice selection. Annie at the front desk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. Marco in the breakfast area was great too. He was very friendly and attentive. He kept everything clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed here from Dec 28 - Jan 3rd and it was a wonderful experience. We had booked another hotel originally that was absolutely disgusting and roach infested. We searched online for a good hotel and found this Holiday Inn. It was the best decision I made and regret not booking this hotel first. I will never stay anywhere else but here. The staff was extremely helpful upon our arrival at midnight on December 28th with two very tired children, I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name but he was wonderful. They were patient and friendly and accommodating. We purchased the breakfast and it was very tasty, kids eat free so it was inexpensive. Marco in the breakfast room was extremely helpful, nice and overall made our dining experience much better. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, I really appreciated the different pillows they had firm pillows and soft pillows. I had such a wonderful experience I made sure to sign up for the IHG rewards for our future stays. William and the other front desk attendees during our stay from 28th - 3rd were great! Thank you!

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Room was clean and very well maintained. Had an excellent breakfast buffet, albeit a tad on the high side, but the variety and complete selection made up for it. As of this writing it was $18.95. If you are a breakfast person it's worth it. If not, then skip the expense. Check in was smooth, kudos to Ei Mon, and checkout was done digitally so very fast. Various places to eat in the area. Free guest parking. Would recommend a room with a south view. It will be of the parking lot but also the mountains and will be much quieter. If get a room to the north, you will have a view of the freeway and probably much noisier. Would certainly recommend if in this area.

I was there for business a couple weeks ago. Property was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I had a King Suite and it was perfect: adjustable ac/heat, microwave, mini fridge (that actually worked and kept food items cold), lots of space for lounging, big mirrors, lamps/lights, and many outlets (usb, regular electrical). Everything worked and it was a very enjoyable stay. I also liked that the hotel had a restaurant (food was ok but service was excellent) and a little corner area in the lobby where you could buy snacks, ice cream, water, drinks, microwaveable food, and toiletries.

Breakfast was good. Liked different specials each day along with regular items. Staff was super friendly. Liked that they had a bar/restaurant for evening. Felt safe walking my service dog at night. Convenient to freeway. Loved the large parking lot with good space for our truck with trailer!

My husband and I ended our weeklong vacation with an overnight stay celebrating Oktoberfest at the Fairplex. The hotel is located perfectly with close proximity to the Fairplex--approx. 10 min. walk. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Lobby was beautiful and clean. Hotel had self and valet parking but we opted for self parking for $20/night. Our room was immaculate and nicely decorated and clean. Very comfortable bedding, pillows, and bed with 2 TVs to suit your comfort. Welcoming sitting room with a pullout bed with a coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave. Hotel offered complimary bottles water which was a plus. Hotel had on-site restaurant but we did not try it. Convenient for their guests and for room service. We'd definitely stay here again and encourage our friends and family especially if they plan to be in the area. Thank you for a great night!

We had a family event nearby and this hotel was great, especially for the price. It was nice having a suite with a separate sitting area. They front desk team is wonderful, they were able to out our family in rooms close to each other even though we didn’t reserve that way. The restaurant accommodated an impromptu breakfast for 30 people and were so nice about it. This hotel had a great staff who go out of their way to make your stay amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but it’s the staff that really make the stay on this one.

Clean property. Friendly and accommodating staff. Ample parking. We came for the LA county fair and it was perfect. 2min walk to the fair entry. Went to the fair in the morning, the pool and hotel in the afternoon and back to the fair at night. Very convenient since we’re traveling with 3 small kids. We only live 30 min away but this was a perfect staycation spot.

A very comfortable hotel if you are in the area. Very friendly staff, extremely clean rooms , very quiet & very convenient to local events & universities. Only stayed overnight but would come back in the future.

Friendly staff and conveniently located next to a wide variety of dining options. Rooms were very affordable and well worth it. I started off with the King and jacuzzi tub but also stayed in the hacienda suite which was similar to a small apartment it was very cute!

So over the past weekend, my family and I had to book a room due to a family emergency nearby. From the very start, the hotel was extremely courteous , efficient, friendly, and just having those qualities alone , helped offset some off the stress we were facing at the moment, and still are. Once we got to our room, which was clean, spacious and smelled very nice, we were able to decompress and just gather our thoughts. The next morning ( Yesterday 06/22/24) , we were enjoying the free breakfast buffet, which had a very nice selection of hot foods, fresh fruits , breads and other choices, and the staff were just amazing. We had 2 steel canteens that were empty, and they happily filled them with ice and water for us, and when we had one of our kids upstairs still asleep , they gave us boxes to take away food to her. Everyone at this location and everything at this location were very very nice and very helpful in such a time that we had to face . Thank you so very much and we will definitely see you again soon.

So many things to list. The staff was wonderful and amazing. Plenty of parking. Good free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Amazing breakfast. Great cable TV. Great Dove products in the restroom. Calm quiet atmosphere. The Holiday Inn is way way better than the double tree. The staff went above and beyond and offered us free breakfast coupons because we were evacuated from our home because of a fire. I was with my wife and our eight month old daughter and will always remember the warm hospitality from the holiday inn.

This was my birthday trip and my only outing in a long time, like a year and this hotel was perfect. Check in was easy, and those cookies were the highlight for my husband. Dinner at Porter's was perfect and free club tickets came with the reservations. Its the best onestop funshop. Jacuzzi time after we ate breakfast which was offered with the room reservation. Only certain items are eligible and unfortunately my husband wasn't aware of the menu limitations and his meal was charged to our room. All our meals were delicious shout out to the Chefs you all made my Birthday special

This is a very nice location with planted of good amenities, including a coffee shop, breakfast restaurant, bar, and steakhouse. There is also a bar with live music that’s quite entertaining. The pool and gym are nice, and property is very clean overall and well taken care of. It’s a safe area with plenty of parking and good security. I connected with Adam with HGV in the lobby one morning and discussed some future travel plans, this time for personal vacation, and was able to get hooked up with a great deal since I’m a Hilton Honors member. I will definitely be returning to this property in the future!

I had a great stay here at the Doubletree! The amenities were super nice, especially the gym a pool area. Really enjoyed the steakhouse on the property too! Aside from that, the rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. What really made my stay special was the staff though. Everyone was very friendly and professional- especially James at the front! James was very professional, yet personal at the same time. The hospitality and welcoming energy James offered made my stay memorable!

We were upgraded do to the long distance our room was located from the front part of the building because I was on crutches. It was very nice and helpful with a shorter distance for me to have to traverse. The only pit fall was the tub/shower drain was clogged. My huband and I took the drain top off and cleaned out a mostly dissolved bar of soap. You might be wondering why in the world we did this instead of informing the front desk. 1). I was exhausted and 2). we didnt figure out the shower would not drain properly until to far into our shower. Later that night the water was finally gone and I unscrewed the drain plug thing because I wanted to take a shower in the morning without issue, if possible. So I fixed it easily myself. 3). It was so exchusting on crutches I did not want to move rooms. All in all a great place to stay. I love the pool court yard area and the free shuttle to/from the airport. This is the only hotel we stay at when passing through. They now have gluten free cookies at the front desk too! My husband is celiac and he was able to eat the gluten-free chocolate chip cookies. 👍

Typically, you get what you pay for. For a budget hotel this Best Western was very well taken care of. Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. Nothing in the room looked run down or old. The grounds outside were also clean and well kept. Large beautiful rose garden, nice pool, nice Jacuzzi, and they even had a small, but relatively well stocked fitness center. Not sure why it's not listed in the hotel description. They even offer a free full breakfast made to order, no BS continental breakfast.

First stay at the Fairfield Inn NORCO California was very pleasant. Very convenient located just off Interstate 15 in NORCO. Riverside, Ontario and Fontana are nearby and easily reached in 15 minutes. Ontario airport in 10-15 minutes away while LAX is a 1:15 hour drive. Check in was easy although I did miss the traditional Marriott Greeting “Thank You for being a Platinum Member” it always adds a touch of importance and appreciation. My room was very nice looks very new! Roomy Bathroom, bedroom and separate living room. Two TV’s, mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk and lots of power. Sadly the wifi on the 3rd floor was sluggish comparted to the main floor. It tested at under 10MBS in the room. Walk in shower was a joy! Breakfast was served daily buffet style while I chose to eat elsewhere it looked like a nice selection eggs, waffles, breads, coffee and juices. Starbucks is within walking distance as are several dining options including a great pizza place! Tons of dining options within 10 minute drive East or West as are grocery stores. There is an outdoor pool along with fitness center and meeting rooms. The lobby is comfortable and spacious perfect for working or relaxing. The wifi in the lobby was good, Housekeeping was great every day and the front desk team was always helpful and friendly during our 9 night stay. Given the pricing in the area I would say the Fairfield inn was a terrific value

Good and clean Fairfield that is very close to the Silverlake fields. We were there for a soccer tournament. No upgrades with Marriott Gold and put us on the freeway side which was noisy. Otherwise everything was clean, new, and comfortable and I would stay here again. Free buffet breakfast was helpful for the kids as well in the morning. Safe area as well.

The hotel and service is excellent. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. Complimentary breakfast is great, lots of good options. If you are looking for luxury and high end, this place is not for you, this place is more family friendly and cozy. They maintain the hotel very well.

Right off the highway, it was super clean and the staff was amazing, breakfast was so clean and the waffles were amazing! It was quiet and locally central to everything. Norco is such a lovely town! Would definitely stay here again!!!

This hotel is Amazing. I love staying here to get some peace and quiet. It’s clean, friendly, affordable, and every staff member shows nothing but love and respect.

Although the lobby area had an unpleasant odor, the rooms were clean, updated and very nice. Very convenient to the airport. You can hear some planes and a train passes behind the hotel, but the noise was not a problem. Great choice of you need to be near Ontario airport. Super friendly staff!

The room smelled so good! As soon as we opened the door… Patty did an amazing job cleaning it. The bed was very comfortable! There was very minimal noise. Lea was so nice and helpful when I checked in. Parking was plentiful even coming in late! Definitely will stay here again!

Book room that had a jacuzzi tub which only had king beds. Me, my wife and son were evacuated from the fires and needed a hotel for a day. Jacuzzi sounded nice... Only 1 of the 6 jets worked. The shower was great. Great pressure and hot hot water. Room clean but small. They had a light breakfast bar. Overall, I would stay again. Just not a king for three people.

I almost passed the hotel because it is not actually on the road. At first it was underwhelming but once inside the room I was very pleasantly surprised with how well appointed the room was. Fresh and modern with a great bath with a tub and good hot water. Spacious bed, refrigerator, microwave and good climate control all for a reasonable price. Check in was easy and so was check out. Staff was nice and breakfast was included. I never was able to get their WIFI to work but my main goal was a good night’s sleep. Close to the airport and conveniently located near a large variety of stores and restaurants. Not luxury but a great value.

Recently renovated, I’m back staying at my goto Hotel for the Inland Empire. Walking distance to half a dozen restaurants, convenient to the airport. Do not miss the custom omelette breakfast for 14.95. The server Gongie delivers breakfast with efficiency and a smile. I eat breakfast here even when I stay nearby.

Countertop could have been a big larger but it was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows the same. Breakfast was really good. Fresh and tasty cheese omelets. Juice, fruit, breads, make-your-own waffles, coffee station. Breakfast staff made sure we had whatever we needed. Only negative was the room air conditioner was very loud. We have found this to be the case in most hotels so we tried to ignore it. We were just pleased that we could adjust our temp nicely low as it was very hot outside. Also had a nice view of mountains and a garden below. Freeway was also out our window but here is another good plus for this hotel, rooms were well insulated. We could only hear the freeway if a motorcycle was going by and revving its motor. Oh yes, right across the parking lot (you don't even have to drive!) is the Luchador Brewing Company. Great selection of beer and excellent food. Fun atmosphere. If we find ourselves in this area again we will definitely stay at this hotel.

I booked two suites for my family as we had our home fumigated this week. I had expected a boring stay, but was in for a great surprise: The place is new, bright, and modern, with a Gym that has better equipment than my own gym. The suites are superb, with everything we needed and more. I was pleasantly surprised with the high end toiletries, and the modern entertainment. One of my family members got to use their accessible pool for his first time in decades, with a lot of help, and the watchful eyes of the staff. The patio area has a gorgeous view, a warm fire pit, and two high end gas grills. The included breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff baked fresh cookies in the evening. My family really enjoyed our stay, and the super friendly staff who were always helpful, and smiling. I would like to acknowledge the friendly folks who made our brief stay so pleasurable: Guss, Tyler, Jonte, Brandini, Hannah, Vania, and Jessica. We stayed at Townsplace for about 3 months due to a temp work situation and my husband and I loved it. We had a room on the 4th floor that had a scenic view of the mountains and the homes at night. The friendly smiling staff were very warm and welcoming every day. The breakfast was consistently yummy offering options such as oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The bed was very comfortable and the entire place is clean and bright. We often used the outside grill for dinner and enjoyed the outdoor fireplace a few days when it actually cooled down at night. Our one bedroom suite offered all the conveniences of home with many areas to store items and deep dresser drawers. The area has parks, a gas station, eateries and a grocery store all within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

I have nothing to say but this place is my second home in Los Angeles. I travel to Ontario, Chino hill areas for business once a month and this place is just amazing !! The hotel facility is very new, the decor , room, kitchen, furniture, public ares are trendy, comfortable. The staffs are friendly, their night shift manager Kevin is very responsive, personable and helpful! The breakfast has various options yet healthy and easy. I like the waffle and oatmeal the most. There is a public area in the front of the hotel with fire pit and nice outdoor furniture, you can grab some wine sitting by the fire to relax. The surrounding area is quite convenient for travelers , many popular restaurants like Thai , fusion , beer pub , Chinese, Italian , Boba tea. Most of them are less than 2 miles away. No matter you travel for business or leisure , I highly recommend this hotel!

I ended up staying at this hotel because I had booked a stay at another hotel nearby but when I read their reviews prior to my trip I decided to cancel that booking. I choose this place last minute based on the reviews about cleanliness and was very pleased. My room was spotless, smelled clean and had fresh spotless white bedding. The complimentary breakfast was very good, standard fare with a few nice surprises like Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, and again very clean and was being maintained constantly. The garden and pool area were very well lit and maintained. There are a few cosmetic repairs the grounds could use and the mattress was not very comfortable but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The place is close to shopping, restaurants, and had easy freeway access.

The service: front desk staff is hit or miss, one was super friendly and helpful, another was the opposite, and while attempting to check out, couldn’t find anyone at the front desk even after waiting for a while. Finally decided to call from the road to check out. Free breakfast: pretty awesome, quite a few choices, everything was clean and made fresh. Noise: the noise kept us up each of the 3 nights we were there. Sometimes it was people out and being loud in the courtyard, or stomping on the stairs, or in the room above, doors slamming. All could be heard as all the doors and hallways are outside and all facing in toward the courtyard and pool area. The air conditioner, which was absolutely necessary at night, makes a lot of noise turning on and off throughout the night too. Clean: they’re doing a good job with ongoing renovations, and everything was clean. Convenient: not far from freeway and neighborhood is pleasant.

Spent a night here on business. Had never been to this area before. Hotel is convenient. The hotel has obviously been around awhile but it had been relatively well maintained. The staff were very nice. A special shoutout to the young lady that was working in the breakfast area on February 3rd. She was friendly, attentive and a pleasure to speak with. The room was pretty clean. The only thing that caught my eye was that the light bulbs needed to be wiped off. Not a big deal in a lamp where the bulb is hidden but a couple were in fixtures where the CFL bulb was exposed and it was covered with dust. (Maybe the housekeeper is short and can't see it but I'm 6' and it was right at my eye level.) The annoyances were that the drink machine on the second floor was out of service and when I checked out, I couldn't get a copy of my bill. (They said the printer wasn't working.) I thought it would be okay because they said they'd email it to me but I still haven't received it and that's with a follow-up phone call too in order to request it. And the IHG site says the bill isn't available. I'm not sure what I'm going to have to do in order to get it...

Although parts of the hotel were under renovation it was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the breakfast had many options and was delicious

First, let me say Ami at check in was AMAZING! I was exhausted from traveling and, while there were yummy fresh baked cookies offered, what I really needed was a cup of coffee. I only inquired whether they had coffee and Ami literally sprang into action! She actually made me a fresh cup of coffee on the spot (I think she grabbed a Keurig pod from the staff break room) and then went across the hall to get cream and Splenda for me from the great room/breakfast room. All while her colleague, Gretchen, efficiently checked us in at the front desk. WOW!!! I expect this level of service from the Fairmont or the Four Seasons, but Ami at this property blew me away! It should also be noted that Gretchen went out of her way to help my husband and I figure out where the best/nearest restaurants and convenience stores were located nearby. Finally, the new renovations look great! The room was super clean (and I'm judging that by my "germaphobe" standards), new beds and pillows SO comfy! Breakfast was delicious and full of choices - including Cinnabon pastries (YUM)! Amentities in our standard king room: Keurig, microwave, and mini fridge; Tons of towels and toiletries in the bathroom; Speedy wifi, plenty of USB ports and outlets, digital safe, and a great flat screen TV. Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Would totally stay again.

After staying a couple of nights at a higher rated overpriced hotel that was far from a n excellent rating, I decided to go to another hotel for my last night. I found the Holiday Inn Express and I was NOT disappointed. The high rated hotel charged a high rate for a poor dingy room that did not have a Microwave, but it had dirty moldy shower (Yuk) with dim lighting and no makeup mirror. No free coffee, No free continental breakfast, but they definitely charge $12.00 p/day for parking! When I walked into the Holiday Inn Express, I was warmly greeted. I saw the Coffee station that offers FREE coffee and FREE continental breakfast!! I mentioned to the front desk agent what I experienced at the other hotel and to my surprise I was offered a FREE room upgrade! The room was a suite that was very comfortable, clean, great bathroom, MICROWAVE, and all the other great amenities that you would expect but, ALL at a lower room rate than the other hotel! I got much more for a lower room rate and this hotel offers much more, like FREE parking!

Stayed here in August to break the VERY heavy Los Angeles traffic headed for the high Desert and Las Vegas. GLAD WE DID. Very easy to get to off the 10 and 15. Beautiful wide boulevards here. No restaurant but a grab and go choice of breakfasts including a hot sandwich. Coffee always in the lobby 24/7. VERY helpful check in agents. The room was spotless with many amenities. It looks brand new, but the hotel is not that new according to the website. If all Holiday Inn Express places are this good, then by all means go there. You get, for your $150.00 ,a small lobby, and a snack bar sells even you can use in your room microwave. Regular and Decaf coffee from your K-cup coffee maker. Yes, it is true. Dozens of places to grab a meal are nearby and even a walk. Nothing gourmet, folks, this is (how old are you...do you remember from the Jack Benny show....".trains now leaving for Anaheim, Azusa and Cooooooocamonga". She is all grown up now.) just a few bocks away is Costco...stop here is you belong and filler er up

I really like this property, it has all the amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. It had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, which I love in a hotel. I’ll be back.

The hotel itself was very clean, quiet and had a good breakfast. The check in staff was very friendly and professional but all the staff I encountered for the 6 days following couldn't look up from their phones to say hello.

I had booked at another hotel I'd never been to before, I arrived at about 11:00 pm, it looked very unsavory, lets just say I drove away. I got to a safe place and booked at TownePlace Suites Ontario. I have back issues and driving, sitting for hours leaves me in much pain. I got to the hotel after 11pm and could barely walk into the office. Maria (the gal working the counter) was so helpful, I was in so much pain I had to sit so she came to me to get my card and DL to check me in, then gave me a room right down the hall so as to get to a bed as soon as possible. The room was very clean, everything was clean...frig, everything in bathroom clean, carpet, everything was great. The breakfast was good, I wanted my bacon cooked more, the gal working the kitchen didn't hesitate at all, she good some extra bacon and brought it to me. The oatmeal bar was full of all kinds of goodies making it a full meal in its self. I travel alone a lot, I felt very safe and was so comfortable that I have booked four more stays there for next month. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

We have been here on a long term basis due to having home repairs nearby after a fire. Our room, I think, would be considered a studio suite. We have a kitchen with stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave and dishes and cookware. There are 2 queen sized beds, a sofa, ottoman, nightstand, TV- like tray near sofa and large flat TV on a stand. There is a desk with a chair and lots of storage places, as well as a nice custom closet. There is a tub/shower in the bathroom. Breakfast is served near front lobby every morning. There are fresh cookies available daily in late afternoon/early evening. Our suite is attractive and feels like new. We have had our room cleaned once a week, but can request towels and other things as needed in between cleaning. There are elevators in the facility. There are 2 dryers and 1 washing machine on our floor that can be used with a credit card. I assume that they are on each of the 4 floors. Staff has been friendly and accommodating to ensure a comfortable stay. The bonus is how many restaurants are closeby, as well as 2 large movie theaters, Ontario Mills Shopping Center and more stores. Many restaurants are within walking distance. There is an outdoor pool and hot tub at the hotel. We have been here for 4 weeks already, and the nice accommodations have made our difficult situation easier to manage. The hotel is relatively quiet also. Only complaint - no TLC or ID channels on the TV.

This place has been great. The staff was amazing and so warm and welcoming. And attentive. Me and my husband have now stayed twice and will again. Its quiet, so clean and comfortable and perfect location. I highly recommend. We love it!

For the price and what it was needed for this location was perfect ! It was a two bedroom suite with a full fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. It was totally worth it., comfy and roomy. I’m usually over look there little things the only thing I didn’t like is that inside the drawers next to the bed there were used tissues (Ew) and a hand towel (mega ew) lol so gross meaning they did not fully clean properly and that’s pretty disgusting it being used tissue and towel next to the bed ! And in one of the rooms there was a drawing made by someone taped behind the door, which is no big deal but again means everything wasn’t fully cleaned out which is important with all this COVID going around. The elevator also worked when we got there but not when we were leaving for the night I called to let them no and when we came back it still didn’t work even the next day. Also breakfast included wasn’t too bad, hey it’s free. if you wanna grab some coffee and muffins and their parfait was yummy! All in all it work for what we needed it for a comfy bed nice area close to the Toyota arena and enough room for my family.

This place is very clean and the staff was amazing the room are big and the pillows I really wanted to take home with me the only fall back was that on the websites it says that they have breakfast but they don't and no coffee but there's a few fastfood places right there in walking distance

Check in was fast and friendly parking was safe and liked that there was a security on premises. Room was big nice clean and smelled clean. Towels were a bit cheap thin and not absorbent. Liked the microwave and frig on the room. Great water pressure but cheap toilet paper.

We stayed for 3 nights. continental breakfast is very weak. Plan on going somewhere for breakfast. Was just packaged danish a couple of cereal and very strong coffee. There is a 7-11 right next door so that was nice. We could hear the neighbors having sex and the people above us stomping around. I recommend you get a second story room but be aware there are no elevators. We did not get a chance to use the pool but it was clean.

Mostly I just go there to shower n shave; but occasionally just to get away. Always clean and quiet and the staff are really nice. Plenty of towels, the water is always hot. The only thing that would make it perfect is if they let me bring my potty trained kitties. Over-all, it's my go to spot and i look forward to my next stay. Cool place to post up with a date too.

Easy friendly check in, treated to the Club floor room very nice very comfortable bed, quiet too, gorgeous view of the mountains. The shuttle driver was right there to pick me up at the airport on Sunday night they will take you to nearby restaurants during the week though you have to eat in their restaurant there's nothing nearby you can walk to. In House restaurant is more like a snack bar at a gas station it needs help. They are in Southern California near wine country yet the wine selection is really bad and served in institutional glasses. Service in the restaurant was slow. Food was all deep fried. The pool was not usable due to a faulty heater. The lounge is tolerable for breakfast, intolerable in the evening and no dessert. The staff is very kind and helpful.

We flew Hawaiian from Auckland to Ontario California via Honolulu. We booked one night at the Sheraton Ontario and when we arrived at about 9:30 pm we received a friendly nd helpful greeting from the desk. The room allocated was well appointed, looking out to the west, clean and the bed was very comfortable. A bath was an added luxury - just the thing for a good soak after a long flight. There were coffee making facilities in the room. Tea bags were provided as well as coffee. We stayed overnight and had a good breakfast in the hotel restaurant - good friendly service there as well. A little off the beaten track but a good place for an overnighter before continuing travel.

We recently stayed at the Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel for the fourth or fifth time. First of all, the location cannot be beat as it is conveniently located to the Ontario airport and the 10 freeway. Our stay was delightful - the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The biggest surprise was the restaurant. The 30% happy hour discount on all drinks and appetizers enticed us to try the restaurant for dinner. My travel companion wanted a chicken dish but did not want all of the seasoning and did not like the vegetable or type of starch included with the dish. Without hesitation, the waitress told him it would be no problem to tailor the dish to his wishes. I had the shrimp tacos with chipotle sauce which were delicious and large. Our waitress, despite being alone, did an excellent job attending to everyone. The front desk personnel I interacted with were all very welcoming and helpful. The manager of this hotel has done a great job assembling a top-notch team. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was pretty good. The location near the airport worked great for us. There is ample food & grocery nearby, as well as easy access to major highways. As noted in other reviews, the property is older, however, we had no issue with this whatsoever. Check in - we showed up a little early. Got in, no problem. Very quick process for both rooms we booked. Parking - there was ample parking every day we were there, even on days when the hotel was sold out. With the way the property is configured you can park just as easily in the front or back. Rooms - we booked 2 of the 2 bedroom (aka Penthouse) rooms. While the rooms showed a little bit of wear, they were perfectly fine. The AC was already cooling the room down when we entered. The linens were clean, as was the bathroom & kitchen areas. Our rooms were spacious. There was cutlery for 4 people with plates & cookware. Outside noise - despite being sold out on the weekend we were there, the property was generally quiet and our rooms were near the pool & breakfast areas. At night we heard no noise at all and were able to sleep with no issues. Breakfast - the breakfast was good. The food cooked was fresh. The breakfast area can get a little cramped if it's very busy, but we made it work. The staff kept up with the food demands, as well as keeping the area clean. Price & Overall value - we would stay at this property again for sure. We love the rooms size, easy in/out and the breakfast.

We stayed at the Residence Inn near the Toronto Pearson airport overnight when our flight got in very late. We enjoyed that we didn’t have to wait for a shuttle. Instead we took a cab, got a receipt and were reimbursed at check-in. The room was clean and looked like it had been recently updated. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a good selection of breakfast foods including freshly baked croissants. The eggs tasted like real eggs, not like some processed tasting eggs you find at some breakfast buffets. Most important was the friendly, caring staff. It is rare to have staff at a hotel breakfast room ask if there is anything you need or if they can get you anything. The staff at this hotel was very pleasant, helpful and professional.

The room was clean. The staff were the best: Security guards, front desk, housekeeping, cook, etc. Everyone was professional and extremely polite. The hotel shows visible signs of wear and tear and there was no phone in the room. The carpet needs replacing, but was clean. This location is convenient for my travels and the cost is reasonable. Im a Military Veteran, so the accommodations are luxury compared to where I have been.

Wonderful and friendly staff, check-in was super easy. Included delicious breakfast. This location is convenient as it’s close to the mall, and many restaurants and eateries. Planning on staying at this location in the future.

The room was perfect for us and our needs. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious and we usually do not partake. We made sure to have breakfast the next morning as well.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. All staff is very polite and helpful. Room size is more then enough. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is standard but there are not of fresh vegetables at all. It is very sad. Some furniture in the room could be refreshed.

The hotel seems brand new, it's very clean and inviting. I have had nothing but pleaseant and helpful experiences with the staff, they are attentive and friendly. Overall the place was clean. I watched for bugs and saw none. We were on the first floor in a room that had to have been a storage space at one point in time. Very roomy but kinda weird. The thermostat for our room was OUTSIDE our room. Kind of inconvenient and you would think that would be an easy fix. The free breakfast was your usual Comfort Inn stuff. Prefab scrambled eggs, some sort of meat substance, yogurts, coffee, juice, cereal. Not great but if you wanted great you would be going to an actual restaurant, right? The neighborhood is iffy at best but the hotel seems secure and the staff was especially attentive and friendly. I'm giving it 4 out of 5 because it really deserves a 7.5 out of ten but that's not an option.

We stayed here during a road trip, and needed a place close to the Fairplex for the car fair. This fitted the bill perfectly. The staff were wonderful - helpful, friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the room spacious enough with good parking and facilities. The breakfast was the usual fare and good to start the day with.

This year is the 4th time I have stayed in this hotel. It is a little out of the way but is an excellent value for the money. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast area could be a little bigger as it fills up quickly on race weekends but the food is good. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. All in all a very good value for your dollar.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The location of the hotel was very close to the airport (about a 4-5 minute drive) and convenient, although it was a bit loud due to the proximity to the highway. There was plenty of parking. A few downsides - the room itself was quite old and although it was clean, there were definitely some old stains in the bathroom/shower/carpet, and the mattress felt like it was a bit past its lifespan. Overall convenient and affordable though.

We enjoyed our stay Mike had checked us in and he was very friendly went above and beyond and in the morning for breakfast Barbara was very nice and sweet and very helpful. This hotel was clean and had enough towels and friendly. I would stay here again.

Located close to transportation (airport and freeways) and plenty of dining/shopping options, but nestled in a business area with little traffic or outside distractions. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Bed was large and while a bit too soft for my preference still comfortable. Only issue was the commode which ran intermittently through the night. Parking was close and convenient. Overall a good stay at a good price.

I had a good stay. I’ll say that while it was an inconvenience that the parking lot was being repaved, it wasn’t the worst thing to get extra steps in. The bed was comfy, room was clean, and wifi was included. I didn’t know the breakfast was only continental, so there’s no eggs or bacon like I thought but that’s ok. The oatmeal was great with coconut. And your kitchen gal is wonderful. We had a great conversation. Check in was great, the guy that checked me in was soooooo nice. He was probably the most polite and respectful service person I’ve ever encountered and I stay all over the country at hotels.

The room was spacious and clean. It was very quiet, I was able to get some much needed work done without interruptions. I was very happy that Starbucks was next door. The Chinese restaurant's food is fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It breakfast buffet came in handy because I was jetlagged.

The room was clean, and the towels and mattress were fresh and comfortable. I booked a room that could accommodate additional guests, which included a cozy sofa bed mattress for the extra person. I was looking for a place where I could enjoy morning runs, and the soccer field right next to the hotel was perfect for that. Breakfast was excellent, with food promptly restocked as needed. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at this hotel.

Everything was fantastic! The service deck was great! Breakfast was incredible! Very clean and perfect. Our air broke down so we stayed there for the extreme weather clean and cool. They had a restaurant in the parking lot, very good! They were very accommodating, the room was great with a fridge, stove and dishes! Like a resort but better! I had an absolutely wonderful experience during my recent 4-night stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond — they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive, which made me feel right at home. The entire property was spotless; everything was immaculately clean and clearly well cared for. What I appreciated most was how peaceful and quiet it was — it provided the perfect environment to relax and unwind. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and I look forward to returning. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and professional. Everything was great overall. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the water pressure in the bathtub and the quality of the shower head it could definitely be stronger for a better shower experience. Other than that, everything else was excellent.

This was one of the best places I have stayed. The reception area was clean, and the staff were super friendly and very welcoming. After receiving a welcome snack, I went to my very clean and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable and the soaps smell really nice. They even have little magnets on the bottom of the shower curtain to keep it in one spot. The whole place has a good sense of security, and I would definitely stay here again!

One of the best hotels in Ontario. The staff and management have always bent over backwards to accommodate the guests. They go above and beyond. The atmosphere is very cozy and welcoming. The rooms are always very clean. Im very picky about cleanliness because have stayed at other places that are filthy. Housekeeping pays attention to detail. Thank you for that. Check in and out is a breeze. They even give you fresh cookies at check in which I loved. I definately recommend this hotel and will for sure return to stay there. The price is right and I appreciate that. Thank you to the staff for making our stay memorable.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and the food is very good. We ate in the restaurant which allows seating in the open courtyard and featured live music on the weekend. The food for dinner was delicious. The only possible drawback is if you want to sleep early....on Friday and Saturday there was live music in the courtyard until around 9:30 pm.

Our stay was good. The location is the best part about the hotel - walking distance to great restaurants and the downtown shops. One thing to be aware of - the nice pictures of the patio doors are actually the front door that open out to the guest walkways (For the King Bed suites)... so in general you keep those drapes closed most of your stay for privacy. Also there is a Lounge - as it says in the name - basically a bar that is open from 4-10pm - those people sit in the nice patio area in the center courtyard - so it is kind of noisy if it's busy... we had a 3rd floor room so were removed from it, but I don't think I would have liked a ground floor room here since they would have been right outside the front door! Breakfast was nice - they delivered a bag of continental type breakfast in the am - we enjoyed it on the table out in front of our room (but again this area is not private, other guests will walk by you). Also due to covid staff does not enter your room during your stay if you are there for more than one night - not a big deal, just something to be aware of. The mattress is memory foam - which I've never had before in a hotel, it was okay, not what I'm used to sleeping on but comfortable enough. Bathtub was great for soaking, room was very spacious. We had a nice relaxing weekend stay here.

I stayed here with my daughter to visit the CMC schools. The hotel is very well located and convenient to campus as well as shops and restaurants. It seems to be designed more for singles or romantic couples. The included breakfast was good and the parking across the street at the garage was very convenient. We did not sleep particularly well. The bed was comfortable, but the room was warm despite turning the AC down to 70 (the lowest it would allow) and the noise level was more than we were used to. The hotel did provide ear plugs. I think this would be the perfect hotel for a couple, but I would look for alternatives to stay with one of my teens again.

We loved the modern room that opened up to the courtyard bar. This is a fun, modern hotel situated perfectly near restaurants. My only complaint was after booking a room with a sofa bed to accommodate 3 adults, we were contacted the day before checking in to ask if the 3rd person would be using the sofa bed; if so there would be an additional $20 charge to make up the bed!

I was staying in Chino visiting family, and decided to stay 2 nights at the Chino Motel rather than staying at my parents house. The property isn't a luxury stay, but if you're just passing through, or after reasonably priced accommodations, I highly recommend. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean, TV worked pretty well. Room even has a microwave and refrigerator. Right off a main street, but it's a pretty quiet town, so there isn't any noise from the road. Right next door to a Wienerschnitzel for quick food. On Central off of Philadelphia.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is near stores, restaurants, shops, banks, EV charging, and state highways.

Overall a great price for a staycation. Quiet and clean, overall a great getaway from all the noise of day to day life. Wasnt harassed at check out time like most places love doing. Clean, you won’t have to worry about a dirty tub like other places that over charge in the area

Stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were spacious and clean. The front desk was more than helpful with all our needs. There are washers & dryers on site in case you need it and free wifi. Complimentary breakfast every morning. Great location, across the street from McDonald's and a delicious Mexican restaurant.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend for a sports competition nearby and loved it! The room was very clean (I have OCD, so this is a true compliment), the staff is exceptionally friendly, ample parking and my kids LOVED the waffles for breakfast. We can't wait to come back!

I was looking for a place to stay on my way through Los Angeles. The rooms are nice and clean. It is located right off the highway. There is some noise, but I'm used to that, it was not loud enough to matter. I did not have the breakfast, but it is something that is offered. That is a nice perk for value travelers.

The Ayres in Diamond Bar is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff friendly and professional. The breakfast is very good and always had fresh hot food! Great location, quiet and in a great area. Lots of restaurants near by (you do need a car). I would definitely stay here again!

Hesitant to book a hotel outside of the normal hotel conglomerates (hilton, Marriott, Hyatt) but this Ayres Suites in Diamond Bar was perfect. Clean, comfortable rooms, great for the family. Staff was incredible. Day and night front desk staff were all awesome and extremely helpful. Request for late checkout was met with a "no problem, let's see what we can do." Breakfast was great, and the chef was super helpful and had a big smile the entire time, cleaning cooking and filling coffee! From top to bottom staff was outstanding!

By far, this was the cleanest and most comfortable hotel, me and my fiance has stayed at. During COVID we took advantage of the low prices and stayed at different hotels and Ayres Suites Diamond Bar was amazing! The minute I walked into the lobby it was nice, jazz music playing, and after checking in they told me every night they have reception hour, free wine, beer and drinks, and food. That initially impressed me, went to the room, and my god, lol it was really really nice, spacious, nice view and most importantly it was clean and smelled clean also.

Our room was clean and has enough wardrobe space for two people. The room has coffee machine and microwave, which are very handy. The little gym was very clean and has enough equipment to keep you on track with your fitness while on holiday. I like that the gym has free water available. The big bonus was the breakfast! The hot meals was so tasty and I enjoy making my own waffles and availability of different choices for toppings. Also good selection of beverages. Fruits are fresh and tasted nice with youghurt. Restaurants and big shops were within walking distances as well. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

My stay was good the establishment was clean and very inviting but was very disappointing to find out the off in the morning that the continental breakfast was not included. Was very pricey for what your establishment call continental breakfast which was just muffins and some fruits. As a single mom when traveling with my little girl for cheer those are the things I looked for breakfast included since I travel a lot for cheer competition. This was the hotel the recommended. Not one I would be staying for the price and no breakfast.

Hilton Garden Inn is a brand-new hotel. All facilities and amenities are modern and clean. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The room and toilet are clean. Shopping and dining are 10-minute walking from the hotel. Will stay in Hitlon again in the future.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is modern and comfortable. The beds are firm and supportive and pillows offered some variety to choose from. The bathrooms are the best part in that there are two sinks and a roomy shower. The jacuzzi and pool are centrally located and open late. Breakfast was simple but it was nice to have eggs and potatoes in addition to the standard continental fare. The morning staff were all a pleasure to deal with, as well.

Very clean the office allowed me to check in early. I appreciated that very much. The pool was cold and not heated and the Jacuzzi was a great temperature but dirty. The rooms were very clean but had somewhere in chair but overall very good. The breakfast was very good overall very good for the price.

We haven't stayed at a real MOTEL for a while - where you park and walk directly into your room from the parking lot - it was a refreshing throwback to earlier times. The parking lot was gated and fenced securely, and pleasantly landscaped. This is not meant to sound critical, just a matter of fact that the breakfast was average for a "free" hotel/motel breakfast . I should add that there were adequate fresh fruit options, protein, cereal, freshly made waffles - helpful, friendly staff at breakfast and at check in. The room was updated, beds were comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom was nice with two sinks (more hotels should do this since often two people are trying to get ready at the same time) and a real shower instead of a bathtub/shower. The beds were comfortable, Rooms were quiet with no traffic noise like some hotels located near an interstate. Bed was a tempurpedic type of foam and SO COMFORTABLE. I wish I had time to sleep in, cause this bed was amazing!! Bathroom tub was spacious enough for this chunky mama to take a relaxing soak. The courtyard area has a pool and grass area, wish I had more time to enjoy it. ROOM SERVICE- One of the only hotels to still have room service till 11pm. I ordered and my salad and potato cheese poppers were delivered fast and were so good. Shower pressure was AMAZING!! I will definitely stay here again!! Needed you key card to access parking area so that was also reassuring as I'm a solo traveler.

Completely surprised at how amazing this place is- gorgeous landscaping and sparkling clean rooms, shockingly comfy beds you don’t want to get out of, everyone you meet is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is amazing. It’s one of the only hotels we could find with a free airport shuttle. Walking distance to restaurants. Has an Iron, fridge, extra amenities in room. $5 Uber to big grocery store and outdoor shopping mall. Nice lobby, bbq grill you can use for a family cookout, huge swimming pool, and easy on/off to the highway which makes it super easy and not far from the Claremont McKenna colleges. Highly recommend.

I really liked how everything was squeaky clean in the room and the bathroom. Everything was well stocked with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam topper. The room also had a fridge and microwave besides extra chairs for lounging. The people at the front desk we're very friendly and gave us each a chocolate chip cookie, so delicious, just for checking in! Outside there was a central courtyard with a well-manicured lawn, palm trees and a pool. The next morning they offered free breakfast; there were scrambled eggs and three meats, hash browns, waffles, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, cereal, and more! We would love to go back!

I booked a king-size suite at Hotel Seville. The room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Comfortable pillows. There was a mini fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Shower was clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature. Lots of parking. Close to the freeway. My room was next to the freeway and I couldn't even hear the traffic. There was also light breakfast from 7am to 10pm. There was a pool.

Clean room. Furnitures look nice and new. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Simple breakfast included (muffins, toast, pancakes, coffee, milk, cereals).

The room was clean and comfortable, more than adequate. The mini fridge and microwave were convenient. We only stayed overnight to avoid a long and early commute to Ontario the next morning. Ample parking, freeway convenient, and very close to shops, restaurants, and a gas station.

Very clean, and it came with so many tolietries!! From makeup removers, to shampoo dispensers, i felt very taken care of :) I liked how fast the water turned hot, as well as the microwave, fridge, blow dryer, etc! there were so many appliances, even coffee! The wifi was also good, which is hard to find sometimes! so i’m glad i could watch netflix and relax! They also had complementary breakfast, which was a nice touch! I will defintely be coming back every month!

The Jacuzzi was always hot but it was a little too hot. I mean you couldn't sit in there very long. It was really hot

The location served it's purpose we were there for an event. The staff was friendly. The elevator is old so it seems creepy, but it worked. We never had to wait to long to get on the elevator. The room is a little dated but they did try to make it look good. The sheets smelled of bleach which was a good thing, but I was a little itchy in the bed. I loved that they use dove soap that was a plus.The carpet had like stick spongy spots every so step which was weird. The tv was really small. The surrounding area is quiet and had a good ambience of trees. There is a pool and Jacuzzi. The breakfast was not so great, the orange juice was so watered down. The staff was helpful when I asked for bagels. Overall good for the event otherwise I don't know. I'm 40 I would stay, 60 I would not.

It was dark when I arrived, so can't really evaluate the outside. Inside the lobby was well lite, and welcoming. There was a slight line with only one clerk to check guest in. She was very efficient, and friendly. My room on the 8 floor, was clean. I was surprised with the mini frig, which was perfect! I have strick dietary restrictions, so had all my food with me. There was a noticable water leak on the ceiling, with some missing "cottage cheese". There was also water damage to a picture hang near where the leak has occured. Bottom line the shower and towels were clean, there was coffee by the coffee maker, and the bead was clean and comfortable.

General Manager and staff are the best of the best! It is hot this time of year and the hotel provided free bottled water throughout the day -- to everyone! Giselle checked me in and provided exceptional service throughout my stay She is so welcoming, friendly, service-oriented, and just the kindest person that you will meet at a hotel front desk. JJ is just as amazing and wonderful at the front desk. General Manager leads by example and knows how to run a hotel. Room and entire hotel are absolutely spotless! No hairs, no debris from prior guests, super clean linens and bedding, and perfect room temperature. Breakfast hostess kept items fresh and at the perfect temperature. The hotel is located near a theatre, Taco Bell, gas station, and other stores. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are available 24/7 in the lobby. Lots of free parking. Modern facilities with clean spacious rooms. We had everything we needed in our room. Ample space, storage, plenty of hooks to hang items, fridge, microwave, and TV. Our bed was big and comfortable with clean linens and fluffy pillows. our shower and bathroom had great amout of counter space, shower was good. Loved that there was a blowdryer provided. We enjoyed our stay and we're sad that we only had one day at this location. We will return in the future.

Very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff we interacted with were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast and parking were an added bonus. Great location with close proximity to the highway, a gas station, a Starbucks and a restaurant. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting family.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean, and the hotel staff super nice and professional. The beds were large and soft. We went to the pool and it was clean and well stocked with towels and lounge chairs. They serve breakfast every day and it was great as well: hash browns, scrambled eggs, sausages, hardboiled eggs, mini muffins and cereal. They also had a spacious kitchenette area which we used extensively since we stayed several days.

One night stay while attending family wedding. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. She provided us with an ADA room that I had failed to specify in my reservation. The room was very comfortable and immaculately clean. The morning buffet featured freshly cut fresh fruit and a wide variety of breakfast choices. All members of the staff were very friendly and asked if we needed anything from them. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very clean and nice room along with the overall grounds. A friendly a welcoming staff. Conveniently located near numerous eateries and shops. The breakfast buffet was done well and was a plus. The terrace around the pool was pretty and a relaxing area to enjoy.

This was the second time my family stayed at this hotel. The hotel is newly remodeled and VERY clean. The rooms were spacious, and the sink was outside of the bathroom which was convenient. The outdoor pool and courtyard were beautifully landscaped. The breakfast had a variety of options- one of the nicest free breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel in the US. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend this hotel! Very quiet setting.

We really enjoyed this weekends visit. We were attending an honor society induction and graduation of our granddaughter at Scripps College in Claremont. I had stayed at Ayres group hotels four or five times before. They have a unique formula....I might call it value classy family style. It's an amazing approach...not sure how they make any money. $175 per night all in for 2 big side by side rooms. Everything works. All clean. Service with a smile. Relaxed pleasant even fun front staff. Real breakfast with five hot items served by a nice professional Spanish speaking woman...tight portion control so no waste. Incredibly nice patio on side of sit down room. Many shaded places to sit leading to pool and big jacuzzi. Square pool big enough for lap swimmers although "naturally heated."too cold!" At 79, I'm far more "sensitive," to feeling too cold. This is 4th time in a row I haven't been able to swim because of such "natural" heating. Word play. Industry practice in guess. Good for the earth. Very good coffee...also through thecday....

Sam did an exceptional job working great under pressure when the system crashed and he had quite a few people ready to check in. There was another lady that was also amazing during our stay but i didn't catch her name. She was a latina with black hair in a pony tail (braided) and glasses. Our rooms were huge! Clean! Comfy! Parking situation was a breeze. The breakfast was awesome! The ladies in the lounge area were great and kept everything tidy and were quick to refill whatever was needed immediately. Definitely would recommend and definitely would stay here again. I'm not a snob when it comes to hotels so this place was great for me. Clean, free breakfast, parking, pool, and free wifi and close to a bunch of eateries, PERFECT. 3 The furniture was a little out of date and it had wear and tear but again, everything was clean so I'm fine with it.

We stayed 3 nights. The breakfast was fully stocked and many options on Saturday our family especially liked that they offered turkey sausage since we don't eat pork. Also coffee and herbal teas available all day. The pond with fish was a bonus. Free convenient parking. Large spacious room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. Are room had some maintenance issues but I reported them and wasn't phased by it but I'm chill like that not sure other people would be tho. 2 comfortable queen beds, used the iron and ironing board. Lots of channels on tv. Guest services and kitchen staff professional service provided.

This is a newly renovated Comfort Inn. Checking into the hotel at 11pm, the tired me was pleasantly surprised by the 1-minute check-in esperience, with the friendly front desk agent on duty (forgot her name). The room is very nicely appointed modern and hardwood floor like tile makes it much cleaner than typical carpet flooring in most hotels. Buffet breakfast has all that I need, from freshly-made waffles, hot eggs, to milk and cereal. Although this is an "Aiport hotel" as the name suggested, there are so many shops, restaurants, malls within minutes of drive. A good spot for a few days of visit if you are in the Ontario area.

I did a ton of research before booking this hotel, we needed a hotel close to the fairgrounds and that was pet friendly. It needed to be clean and safe. The La Quinta Wyndham met and exceeded all expectations. The room, while needing some updates, was clean and quiet and spacious. The bed linens were clean and smelled nice. The person checking us in was polite and informative. The hotel is extremely dog friendly, providing areas for your dog to use the restroom and bags for waste. We were also pleasantly surprised by the provided breakfast. Well there was not a ton of choice, everything looked good and was fresh. I particularly enjoyed The coffee, which was as good as I have gotten at Starbucks or other. There are some things they could improve on, some of the chairs around the pool were broken and torn. Some of the baseboards in the room had peeling paint and the showers could absolutely used to be updated. It seems like mostly a financial thing rather than a careless thing. Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel and truly felt welcomed. We would stay there again absolutely.

The property was clean, quiet, was in a perfect location and proximity to the Ontario airport and had great water pressure! (I want a shower like this one at home!). Gus was extremely friendly and helpful both prior to our trip when I called and upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was great, having a variety of choices. The attendant for breakfast was friendly, accommodating and was very pleasant. There is nothing to change about this property and I will stay there in a heartbeat if I travel to that area!

A solid affordable stay near the convention center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; when they heard I was in town to take an exam they made sure to situate me in one of the quieter top floor rooms in the back building which I really appreciated. They also offered that the hotel had a local shuttle to the convention center and airport. The room itself was a decent size with a really comfortable bed, AC, and was mostly clean other than a couple stains on the comforters. The hot breakfast in the morning was a nice perk and the gym was good too. Property itself felt pretty safe as a solo female traveller although there were occasionally people loitering and blocking the stairs to hang out. Surrounding area is decently walkable.

This was a great experience at this location. The staff was great and very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the property. The rooms were nice and clean and fresh. And the extra blankets were definitely a plus. And don’t give me started about breakfast. It was awesome!

The room had a well fitted kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, toaster, sink, and filtered water. This would be a great feature if you are staying for a few days. The bed was comfy and the shower was spacious. I would recommend this as a great option if you are staying in the Ontario area.

Two day stay two queen room rear facing overlooking pool. Convenient, right next to Arena and very short drive to shops and restaurants. Sleek, ultra modern, eco friendly, very clean and well planned spaces all over the hotel. Relieved and happy with thoughtfully planned charging ports and room tech. Surrounding rear area, not much of a view and the large vacant lots in the rear are an eyesore. Not really designed to be walkable and had a bit of a backlot feel. Would have liked there to be more of an enclosure around the hotel rear space and some separation from the residential homes from the parking lot into the pool area.

It is less than a minute walk to the venue! I felt very safe walking alone at night. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was welcoming and friendly. The in-room filtered water was my fave part. I also loved the fresh fruit at breakfast.

We loved this hotel for our 6 days there. My biggest complaint was expressed at check-out and that was no one refreshed room the entire time there. We even removed the do not disturb signs when we left for the day and they still did not come in. This should not have mattered anyway, the last time we stayed at a hotel long in California had a policy regardless of the signs they came in to inspect the room and clean as necessary. The hotel lobby was always busy with guest and we had to bother the front desk person for towels and stuff and we felt bad because they already looked overwhelmed. We also felt bad there was a group of people there that made a mess in the lobby and expected the hotel to clean it up which we thought was disrespectful. I didn’t let this affect my review score because it was an easily accessible hotel, that was clean, had friendly employees and was just perfect for our stay. We used the outdoor grills a few times and was able to cook delicious meals from our room. They said they were going to give me points to make up for the lack of service to our rooms because we booked through Expedia and there wasn’t anything they could do to help us there. I would definitely stay here and recommend this place.

Everything was great from checking in to checking out. The customer service was great, they were polite, friendly, helpful and welcoming. It took all of 3 minutes to check in and out. The room was great, spacious and clean which allowed me to get very comfortable. They were very accommodating and tended to my every needs right away. I love everything about this trip and would definitely stay here again. 50 stars from me….

One of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything about it was exceptional. Very easy to get to from the freeway. Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was fantastic. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations--they make omelets to your specification!!

The suite was comfortable, but the one USB input wasn't working. Dinner in the restaurant was very tasty with nice portions. The seating and ambiance in the dining room was sparce. Breakfast was nice with a very helpful staff.

We stayed just one night at the hotel before an early flight from Ontario International Airport. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff was pleasant. Our hotel room seemed a little smaller than some of the other Embassy Suites that we have stayed at, but it was fine for our stay. I was hoping that we could pick up the breakfast buffet in the morning before the flight. When I had called to check on the hours, the staff member had given me to weekday hours for the buffet but on Saturday (and possibly Sunday), the breakfast opens later. This is something to be aware of in the event that you are counting on breakfast at the hotel before you go to the airport.

I travel a few times a year for business and this hotel has been my go-to stay the staff has always greeted me with kindness no matter what time of arrival (after a long day) Parking:is free and safe Location: I always feel safe and is near the 10 freeway and minutes from Ontario airport and some local shops and restaurants Hote:l is nice and clean and the offer continental breakfast until 11:00 a.m. on a nice Cali day you have those views of the mountains the rooms have always been clean Staff: friendly and professional I have even gotten to meet Amy and Pilar I would recommend this hotel to anyone

This residence Inn in Ontario was very clean and the rooms have a modern decor with a very spacious design. The bathroom look modern and clean. Our bathroom had a shower only, no bathroom tub. Only negative is that the shower head has low water pressure and felt like a cheap shower head. I wish they had a better one that had different spray options on it. Also like that they give free parking for your vehicle. The area around the hotel is quite all day and seems very safe. I saw no homeless people around.

The staff here are just the best. The breakfast staff, Marisol, Gavy and Mia were so welcoming and the breakfast and was fresh and tasty. The front desk staff, especially Brittany, are great. They would remember me and greet me each day by name. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and has a lot of nice amenities (pool, nice views) in a great location with lots of access to things in the area. Great stay and can’t say enough nice things about their staff!

Rooms are clean, quiet, breakfast was good. There is no dinner restaurant but several decent restaurants are a couple minutes away. The front office staff (Jenny) was hardworking and very capable. Unjammed the boarding pass printer quickly, brought more paper, and was acted like taking care of our needs was her main purpose in life. Other staff we interacted with were all well trained as well. It's not the Four Seasons, but for a pre-flight hotel its everything you need.

This is our second time staying at this hotel. It is located right off Highway 10 across the street from Ontario Mills Outlet Mall and several shopping and restaurants nearby. Lobby/Check-In: The staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. This is consistent as we experienced this during our previous stay. The lobby is clean with a lobby bar area. I do remember the bar being closed unexpectedly during our last stay which was a bummer. However, this time it was open as advertised and service was wonderful. Room: We stayed in a larger King suite. We were travelling with our teenaged granddaughter on our way to Phoenix. The sofa bed was large enough for her and the room separation afforded some amount of privacy. It would have been nice if the door closed off the bedroom instead of the bathroom vanity area. For a longer stay that may have been an issue but we were there for a night. The room was clean and had a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. It was well -equipped for a longer stay. The only "negative" would be the bathroom was dark. Literally, that's it. We have family in the area and will definitely choose this hotel again.

My family stayed here for a night and it was a great stay. They do charge for parking which I believe was $12 per vehicle. There is no free breakfast but they do have a restaurant in the hotel and Starbucks coffee. There are also plenty of eating options near the hotel. The room itself was comfortable. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and plenty of space. The only thing that was unfortunate was that the fridge wasn't working properly. Other than that this was a great hotel to stay at.

Great property, nice location and clean. This property is centrally located in Rancho Cucamonga California. There are many restaurants in walking distance and the prices are very good. The staff is very friendly. Sumiko, the night auditor was very helpful and friendly.

Just be aware that wifi may cost extra.

So my wife and I spent the weekend here at this lovely hotel to celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary. When we booked this hotel, we saw the reviews , with hopes that they were accurate and true. Needless to say, EVERYTHING about this hotel was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by Brandi , who was extremely professional , courteous , and was so so nice by handing us a pamphlet with a list of area restaurants for us to choose from in order to have our anniversary dinner. When we got to the room, we were met with a very clean, spacious room that was air conditioned, and it smelled great in there. All the amenities were there, like a fridge, coffee maker, and the TV had NETFLIX. That was a big plus. Bed and bedding were comfy and very plush, and the bathroom was huge and very clean. Down to the pool. The pool was small, but not very small, however big enough and the water was chilly and perfect for a hot day. The next day, we enjoyed their free hot breakfast, which had quiche and salsa included and it was all delicious. By the way, the staff handling the breakfast items and breakfast areas this morning, were extremely nice and so very helpful. I didnt get this when I stayed at an Embassy Suites by Hilton out in the Palm Springs. All in all, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and the location of it was PERFECT being so close to the Ontario Mills, Victoria Gardens and a flood of entertainment. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is located in the “Hotel Row” in Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area. It’s a fairly new hotel. Looks modern throughout the the hotel. It’s next to the CHP office which made me feel safe. Upon arrival, my temperature was checked by the front desk. Everything is contactless during check in. They have plexiglass in the front desk to keep the employees and guest safe. All the employees I’ve seen were wearing a mask. I believe the front desk lady is name Lucero. She was excellent in checking me in the hotel. Told me about the protocols they have to keep everyone safe and rooms clean. My room was clean and smelled good. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room on the first floor which was pretty spacious. Approximately 350 sf. They have a free grab and go breakfast but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Restaurants are closed obviously for our safely and the pool area too. Many restaurants are around and are walking distance. The hotel was empty. Probably only 5 cars were in the parking lot. For being so empty I didn’t get why I couldn’t get a late check out. Check out is at 11am. Overall great hotel stay. I will be coming back!

Will be coming back again! We enjoyed our stay, breakfast is ok. The surrounding area quiet and well lit. Also location is convenient as everything is close to us. Staff is great and helpful. Amenities are good too esp the coin laundry very convenient for us. Pool is small but we didn’t get to use it as the weather was a little cold. Rooms are spacious and clean and housekeeping is good at replenishing items. Bathroom is well lit good and clean as well. What i would like to adjust is the lighting in the room to be more brighter . Good for guests who can’t see well in dim lights especially if you have older/senior citizens who can’t see well. The lamp shades were not working well for them but other than that we are very happy with our stay and we will come back again! Thanks fairfield Inn & Suites.

I loved how when I arrived the clerk at the front desk I missed his name but I arrived Friday evening around 6:20 I hope he see’s this but he was absolutely amazing. Made me feel safe and comfortable. Every-time I would pass by the front desk he would always make jokes with me and when the hot water for coffee ran out he had it out and ready for me in under 10 minutes. He was absolutely amazing and probably the best part of my stay apart from the amazing room and how quiet and peaceful it was.

Very safe area. Super clean hotel. Very friendly staff. Lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Rooms are big and bathrooms are spacious. Love the shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower. Nice fluffy bath towels.

I was so apologetic for I had accidentally spilled sparkles all over the floor and she’s like don’t worry I got you, I said no I work in the hotel industry I know how much and how hard all of you work every day to provide clean rooms . Once we went down to the breakfast buffet, they were about to close and the attendant Beverly was so kind and said don’t worry take your time make what you want and then she’ll break down the breakfast station. This is my second time staying at a Springhill suites by Marriott, and I am so impressed , as I said working in the hotel industry, how amazing friendly, and the staff is from every aspect of their properties from the front desk, the staff cleaning the rooms the people running the breakfast bar everybody every time at both properties I’ve stayed at has been absolutely amazing and I will definitely be a long time. Member like my uncle has for probably 30+ years because of the service they provide. It As I said we work in the industry and we know how hard it is and how much people look at to find something wrong instead of what they do right.

Spacious Shower – Large and comfortable, great water pressure. Friendly Staff – Welcoming and attentive service. Breakfast – Good selection, but very busy in the morning. High Demand – Popular spot, so breakfast foods went fast. Efficient Staff – Despite the rush, they kept things stocked and running smoothly. Hot Water for Tea – Always available, a nice touch for tea drinkers. Overall, a great stay with quality amenities and excellent service, even during peak times.

Wonderful experience at a very clean hotel! We had to book here in a hurry and they were able to accommodate most of our travel soccer team on very short notice (literally night before). Rooms are spacious, clean, good A/C, and comfy beds. Pool is a bit small but was never so full of people it deterred people. Lots of parking with easy access to the freeway. Breakfast could have used some more healthy, fresh items like fruit, but we got by. Loved that they had washer/dryer for washing our uniforms. Will stay again if we are in the area!

The place had a cool vibe, though the person at check-in was not particularly friendly. Loved the room – felt very new, clean, roomy for 2 people, great bathroom counterspace, TV, safe, (mediocre) coffee maker, Drybar shampoos/soaps in the nice walk-in shower, full length mirror, blow dryer; had everything you needed. Free parking, no resort fee, and very affordable room rate. I would stay here again.

i am so above and beyond pleased with my stay here at the pine tree motel! our room seemed to be newly renovated it was very very clean. we were lucky enough to have a balcony and a great peaceful view. the breakfast was amazing, so many great options! i cant say enough good things about this motel! clean, friendly and an amazing value!

The room and building have a cozy wood cabin vibe and are quite luxurious for the cheap price. We were very surprised! The shower was tiled with a glass door. The couch and bed were very comfortable. The delicious continental breakfast had tons of variety and even changed a little on different days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was close to all the places we needed to go. We loved our stay! Thank you so much!

There were scrambled eggs, bacon, French Toast, cereal, a pancake machine, bagels and bread, including raisin bread. I don’t often have to travel for business, and rarely do I stay in any one place for 5 nights so making sure I was comfortable was important. Especially since a family member tagged along. Holiday Inn Express didn’t disappoint. The location was close to the airport yet far enough away I didn’t hear a single plane. Nearby was plenty of food and shopping options. The hotel is clean, the rooms were nice and the complimentary breakfast was perfect each day...prepared by Vivian...a delightful member of the staff that were all very helpful. The rooms and lobby have the business traveler or today’s modern family in mind.. plenty of outlets and internet connections. Plus free coffee 24/7. The WiFi was fast and there are working tables all around the lobby. So, if you’re in the area, this is a great place to consider.

Perfect location to be close to Ontario airport. Staff was so friendly, great customer service! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Love that it has a microwave and a refrigerator that can accommodate your snacks and drinks. I could fit my daughter's wedding cake top! Spacious sitting area for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The beds are sooooo comfy and the sheets are of high quality thread count. Super soft. Highly recommend this property. Few safety repairs necessary, like a broken tile outside the breakfast area that my child cut their foot on and our ground floor highway facing room couldn’t open or close but was open. Bathtub didn’t have a stopper inside it as an option to use as a tub for the kids. Breakfast 10 stars, hot tub was great, staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating to help

As the name implies, the hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the Ontario Airport. The entrance road is just before Hwy 60 on the right; it’s not well marked, so be on the lookout. I was very impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff. Frankie at the front desk consistently provides excellent service. If any issues arise, Jose from maintenance is incredibly responsive and takes care of things promptly. The housekeeping staff deserves special mention for their generosity; they are always happy to provide fresh towels, clean sheets, and toilet paper, going above and beyond by even including extra bars of soap. It's reassuring to know that these essential amenities, which are factored into the total price (typically ranging from $67-$120), are so readily available and handled without hesitation.

We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Pomona while attending a business conference. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed dining at Vita Italian Bar and Grill. Both the food and the service were excellent, and the bar area was a nice place to relax in the evenings. It was also a surprisingly quiet and restful place, even with multiple events going on. We had the chance to meet the General Manager, who impressed us with how she handled the busy weekend with calm, care, and a genuine smile. It was clear her team respected and enjoyed working with her, which really stood out. The location was convenient, with easy access to several freeways, and the view from the property was a nice bonus. And of course — who doesn’t love their famous, warm cookies? We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area.

Our group needed accommodations for my son's sports team, which travels frequently, and this hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless—perfect for relaxing after a long day of games. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend for both team travel and family stays! A special shoutout to Vitas—they were fantastic for cocktails! Great atmosphere and drinks, the perfect spot for the adults to unwind in the evening.

Stayed here the other night and it was a phenomenal experience. Booked direct using points and was able to check-in via my Hilton app and select my desired check-in time. Although I wasn't able to select my room this time around, I was provided a room high level, away from the elevator and freeway making for a quiet experience. The digital key worked flawlessly as I received a notification on my app that my digital key was ready. Upon arrival, the entire experience was contactless. Leveraged my digital key to use the lift to my floor and open my door. As a Gold member, I was upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room and property have been extensively upgraded from the bottom up with nothing left behind. The elevator was modern, the hallways had thick plush carpet. The room was bright with a large TV, mini fridge, mini microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was bright with quality toiletries, decent water pressure, and quality fluffy towels that were super clean. Wifi was complimentary and worked well. The TV had numerous premium channels although I only found out while scrolling through the channels that the channel guide is on the TV guide channel! The mattress was comfortable although a tad lumpy. It felt like a lower end bonnell spring mattress with a pillowtop. The sheets, blanket, and pillows were all good quality. The window HVAC unit was controlled via the wall controller and was on the noisier end...

The Doubletree was the host hotel for our coaches Association meetings , pre tournament banquet , two coaches socials, two teams lodging and coaches lodging. Verona ca Bresenio was our lead contact . She was extremely organized, efficient, communicative , personable and very creative in solving problems. The entire staff from front desk to waitstaff were all very friendly and capable. The rooms were very clean , the beds very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. The Banquet manager was extremely helpful, very flexible and the wait staff was remarkable. Our party was pretty large, the teams were big eaters and the breakfast buffet was always well stocked. I can not way enough positives about how the hotel and its amazing staff came through for California Community College State Baseball Championships. They knocked it out of the park!!

Stayed here to have easy access to the beach Disneyland, Santa Monica, and Laguna. The hotel is very nice recently renovated. I was surprised by the spacious rooms. It was very clean the staff was friendly. The hotel has easy access to the freeway along with ease when parking. I would recommend this place to any family looking for value and comfort.

The location is fantastic and convenient to the Ontario Airport. A short walk to chain restaurants to grab something to eat. Our stay was comfortable and quiet - recommend selecting a room facing the mall since it seems to be quieter than a room facing the street. We stay at many Hampton Inns to gather points - based off experiences this property is a bit on the older side, run down, not well maintained. But the room is comfortable and clean.

It would have been so easy for this to be a five star, but they still get 4. As a minor issue: I used the noble check in and despite it saying on the app that you can proceed directly to the room, I had to go to the desk for them to check my ID. I used the mobile check in all the time and never have to do this at other properties. Why even offer it if you have to go to the desk anyway? Room was clean but smaller than I am used to at Hampton Inn. Everything was nice but no fridge or microwave, both of which I normally see at Hampton Inns. Breakfast was the normal Hampton breakfast, with a nice surprise that they had delicious pastries from a local bakery. There is a mall across the parking lot and two restaurants just a short walk away. We ate dinner at the hot pot place and enjoyed it.

My Mom and I were there for a graduation and showed up super early. The staff was able to get us into a room early, offered us water, and whatever else we needed. Super friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Location is close to lots of restaurants and a huge mall. Infinity stars!!

It was clean and quiet. It was also very convenient that it was right in front if Ontario Mills and it had lots of restaurants around it and at walking distance.

The property is very well kept, the staff are all friendly and extremely helpful, the price cannot be beat and the rooms have all been so far beyond expectations for the price. My pets are welcomed, we get to enjoy the pool and spa, and truely it feels as close to home as it could. There is an elevator which makes upstairs rooms accessible to me. I really can’t say enough good things about this place. The location is also super convenient with lots of food places nearby and shopping. I’m able to get back and fourth to our home city in only 20 minutes. And seriously the staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. I build points quickly and have no problem redeeming them for free nights. If you need a clean, comfortable, quiet, safe place to stay in the area don’t even bother looking for another place come to red roof inn San dimas and you won’t be disappointed!

I had only booked a week but ended up having to ‘extend’ my stay 2 more days. :) It was not like a normal hotel and of course it didn’t have all the normal hotel amenities, but it was perfect for me and what I needed. This is my second review because I extended my stay until my new home is ready. Location of this hotel is very accessible to anything that one would like to do or visit, such as restaurants or shopping and it is only about 30 to 40 minutes away from Disneyland or Knoxberry farm or either the beach. this hotel is as I stated in my previous post it is very clean and quiet so anyone who needs to be in this area and would like to stay at a location for themselves or with family you can go wrong. We really enjoyed our little 24 hr. Getaway for the day/night. Howard Johnson by Wyndham on Hammner was a great experience. The staff was very nice. There customer service was excellent. I had a slight issue with the t.v. I called the front desk and he was very helpful and guided me to fix it. I asked for an extra towel and it was given to me without a problem. Our only disappointment was the pool. It was really dirty and full of little dead bugs like gnats. The jacuzzi was the star. It was nice and hot and the jets worked amazingly well. We were in it for a little over an hour and a half. It really relaxed us. Afterwards we went to our room and showered got into our pajamas. Cooked some dinner in the microwave and we enjoyed a good movie before bed. If you are looking for a little 24 hr. Getaway at a decent price for 2 very comfortable double beds with 3 fluffy pullows each. I suggest the Howard Johnson by Wyndham in Norco Ca. On Hammner.

The location is perfect right next to Ontario Mills Mall, this room is spic and span clean and the bed is Uber comfortable. Just make sure you bring some earplugs because of the train and all the big rigs. The girl in the office is very sweet and I will be back many more times.

For a budget motel, we were pleasantly surprised at how clean, spacious, & competitively priced Baymont by Wyndham was. Despite being in an older hotel bldg that needed an exterior update, our room was clean and everything was good working order. Several previous reviews indicated a variety of problems but that was not the case for us. We had zero issues and experienced a pleasant/stress free stay at a low price One of the best parts of our stay was the front desk. The ppl at the front desk certainly added to our positive experience as they were consistently helpful , accommodating, and easy to work with. Keep in mind that other hotels in this area within the same price point ( or higher) are quite sketchy, run down, and plagued with suspicious activity We did not have ANY issues at this Baymont and would certainly recommend. Overall - this is a budget friendly , centrally located, older airport motel with a helpful front desk staff. Despite the hotel exterior and parking lot having cosmetic issues, the actual room was clean and fresh. We felt safe, were happy w the price, and confidently say expectations were exceeded. Baymont by Wyndham worked out well and we would gladly return in the future

Right off the freeway facilities are very secure and safe. Quiet area facilities were very clean. Breakfast was decent overall day was very comfortable and quiet.

Check in was simple. My room was nothing special including the bed and pillows, but this is what I expected at this price. It does come with a microwave and small fridge/freezer, but bring your own coffee maker/coffee/water. The coffee available during breakfast hours was cold and there were no options for creamer/sugar (the canisters were empty). Would I come back? Absolutely.

I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . All the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Team leader Michael, Simmon, Renee, Melissa in house keeping and the General Manager Elizabeth all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. If I misspelled any staff’s member’s name or left out any staff members , forgive me. You all are amazing ,and keep up the awesome team work and customer service.

The staff were good, kind, friendly enough. Our Room wasn't ready for check in had to wait. Room was clean and nice. TV didnt work well, would shut off every 10 minutes then come back on. Breakfast was very limited to coffee, tiny muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Which was fine, just very small.

The Stay was extremely comfortable, I needed a hotel for another week and had the option of here or a 4.5 star luxurious hotel that i stayed at a few weeks back and well I'm writing this review from this very Extended Stay. It is quiet despite offcourse hotels having thin walls. As well as the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay especially Alyssa and Fred. The maids do a good job at respecting the noise levels, where at other places they slam doors all day long. I didn't even know when they were on my floor. Extending my stay was easy and affordable. It felt like I moved into an apartment with how friendly it was. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Loved my stay here as it was comfortable and a nice little getaway for me. Only downer was that the time here was super hot. However hotel was nice and staff was friendly from the beginning. Interactions with all staff was great. They were helpful and assisted me with my luggage. Breakfast was very light in items but I have to say I enjoyed my stay because of the staff!

The room was extremely comfortable and very spacious with a king bed, a two seater sofa with coffee table and a work desk. A coffee maker, microwave and fridge were also provided. The bathroom was a good size too, with a fabulous walk in shower. Linens and towels were superb and the room was spotlessly clean as it was throughout the public areas of the hotel. The swimming pool was a good size with comfortable sun beds and a hot tub also. There are several fast food restaurants close by as is Victoria Gardens for your retail therapy! We had a fantastic three night stay here - a super comfy hotel along the most iconic road in the USA in a lovely little town. We only wished we had booked in for a longer stay!!

This hotel has it all. Located close to Victoria Gardens and Quakes stadium, it offers a pleasant concierge, classy lobby, nice clean rooms, and a restaurant/bar. The breakfast buffet has many choices including your choice of a made to order omelet bar. You order this through your waiter/waitress. The staff on the breakfast crew is extremely kind and patient. My family will definitely be staying there again.

Four Points in Cucamonga is located 1/2 mile from I-15 (the 15) with plenty of shopping and dining nearby. I highly recommend Victoria Gardens Shopping center. It is quaint, and can become a romantic stroll after dinner with your wife/girlfriend (but not both). The lobby is big with a high ceiling and the check-in was friendly and prompt. The room was spotless and spacious with updated furniture and fixtures. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were of high quality that featured different levels of frimness. I was lucky to get this room on PriceLine for $89 on a Wednesday night. I could easily recommend paying $110, if I were using the room for longer period of time, instead of a quick business layover. pbt

The room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Comfy beds and pillows. Quiet room, despite being near a freeway. The room A/C was a plus on our visit to beat the heat. Also, the pool was clean, cool and we were the only ones using it on a hot day. The staff was friendly and helpful. Take advantage of the free breakfast, a nice selection breakfast items including batter to make your own waffle. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a shopping center and restaurants.

Very clean interior! Room was huge & very clean! Very quiet at night, only occasion noise from the cars on the motorway. Other than that, this motel is an ideal place to stay! ALthough outside looked pretty standard, inside the room was perfect! AC in the room was very easy to control; you can leave it on all night long if you choose to. Other than that, I really enjoyed staying here. Location wise is also very nice because it's located next to this big plaza of fast food restaurants & supermarkets like sprouts, McDonald's CVS etc in Diamond Bar! So that was very good!

We enjoyed our stay. Recently remodeled rooms (new comfortable beds, modern bathrooms), spacious and elegant... Well kept grounds, warm pool... The room was very quiet despite the highway nearby. Simple, but nutritious breakfast included in our price. We will be back...

On arrival we were quickly seen to and the young guy on reception was very pleasant that asked how our day had been and thanked us for booking a room with them. We had booked a room with a queen bed, but he gave us a free upgrade to a king bed which was just next to the office. The room was nice and clean, spacious and modern with a television, fridge with ice compartment, drawers and a chair etc, also a good sized bathroom. A good place to commute from, with places to eat within 5 mins walking distance.

The room is clean, the bathroom is clean and in good repair, the size of the room is very good. The mattress is wonderful! The breakfast is extended graciously until 10 AM. A great feature: the parking lot is lit brightly, very brightly, with large “football stadium “ lights so that the parking lot is as brightly lit as in daytime.

My family lives in the area. Every year (for 20 plus years now), we go down for my mother's birthday, and always stay there. Nice, large rooms, and very quiet. The staff there are great. There is always someone outside keeping the grounds clean, maids are around nearly all day in case you need service or clean towels, and this time, there was Christina, a new lady at the front desk, who was kind enough to check on us to make sure everything was fine and asked if we needed anything. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star, was the poor WiFi service. Very slow and kicked us off a lot. Signal strength is needed. They need WiFi boosters or extenders. Other than that, great as usual. Also, very comfortable bed. I spent a lot of money on the bed I have at home, and we both agreed, this bed put ours to shame.

We booked this hotel last minute through another site. The price seemed steep however that site had some good reviews and it was in the area we needed. When we first pulled up, it was a little off putting. It's located on a very busy street with only a very seedy looking hotel near. We checked in and got upstairs and were very pleasantly surprised. The counters were granite and looked very updated. There was a smell but nothing unbearable, just seemed to be a typical hotel smell. Everything was very clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave that were clean. The bed was comfortable and I was not creeped out by the hotel linens. We stayed for 2 nights and we had to ask for a late checkout at the last minute. The manager/ owner (?) was very accomodating and pleasant. I did not eat the free breakfast. I would stay there again.

I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference, as it was recommended by the company — and overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, well-organized, and in a perfect location — right across the street from the conference venue, which made things incredibly convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a huge plus. That said, it would have been even better if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. Also, the elevator could use some updates — it felt a bit slow and not very efficient. Still, I had a positive experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for business travelers or conference attendees.

I stayed three nights. First night I booked the Junior Suite, very nice and well appointed, lots of room. I had a double queen room for the remainder of my stay. Also very nice and equipped just as well just without the extra living space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ate at the bar there the last two nights. The food was very good and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Special shout out to Kayla at the bar. She was fantastic. Great service and hospitality.

The check-in receptionist was fantastic helpful and professional. The rooms are wonderfully appointed. Beautiful decor, modern and functional design, great lighting, comfortable seating. Easy to charge my phone and watch. Loved this hotel. The only complaint is the bartender was not very helpful. I was told they served until 11:00pm but the food service stopped well before.

I was in town to visit family and wanted to use up some of my Marriot points and this hotel gave me the best deal on using points. I’d never stayed at a Delta before — this place is nice! They have a huge outdoor pool, a nice bar and lounge area, and a nice little restaurant. The room is comfy and what you’d expect from a more upscale hotel. The staff was outstanding including the restaurant staff. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed 4 nights for the week as traveling nurse for Pomona Valley Hospital. Needed temporary place to stay while looking for extended stay accommodation some place nearby hospital. Garey Motel was very convenient as only 0.6 miles to hospital. Hotel management gave me a nice, clean room above their office which was safe for me nearby them in case I needed anything. The room was very clean. Just needed to air out while settling in like any other hotels. As a travel hint: always bring boxes of baking soda to absorb any odors or for faster result any air freshener your choice. I love that the fridge they have was bigger than any other hotels I have been to which allowed me to buy more food for my stay so I can bring to work and also eat inside my hotel room. They also have a microwave for use and nice big size flat screen TV with cable. I would stay again for short stays. There was noise on next door room but only during my first night. I felt safe even traveling solo as I just stayed inside my room not wandering out at night. My room they assIgned was very clean. Love the white stone counter tops of each bedside table and sink. Sink has nice wall vanity lights. There is hair dryer and table and chair for you to use while eating or doing office work with laptop. SInk just needed to use drano to drain it faster. Feel bad that this place gets bad reviews as it is really under rated. The surrounding environment dings this place but the motel itself is suitable for me.

My first night was a total emergency. I jumped online & from start to me my room was less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly. Overall I was pleasantly surprised at cleanliness, quite, friendly. I've now extended my stay for over 10 days. It's nice to here a couple kids on their scooters in the parking lot, laughing & feeling safe. It's not what I expected everything room size, tv. Towel & maid service has been helpful & professional. Front desk is open 24/7 and has always been good service.

I had an excellent stay at the Garey Motel. The outside of property was very clean. The room itself was sparkling clean. Check in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend a stay at the Garey. I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. So quiet. I had 2 wonderful nights sleep. I plan on staying there again soon.

The owners are very nice and very helpful. My room was updated with a large flat screen TV with satellite and several HBO channels. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The hotel is located by several good restaurants. My stay has been wonderful and I would recommend this motel to all.

I stayed there for a 3 night stay,.. the most important thing I must state is the front desk was very professional and never once gave me a hassle, I was very pleased how clean and spacious my room was, housekeeping was very polite and fast with my request for new towels, the area isn't loud at all whatsoever so don't believe the comments that are stating it's a hard place to sleep because it's too loud. The room/ bathroom were very modern & clean& comfortable, however two days out of the 5 days we were there the cable tv did not work & we left maid service requested on the door & it was only cleaned once; we threw our own trashes & requested towels twice on our own & trash liners . The first room we got had a non working refrigerator, the second room had no coffee pot & we asked for one & wetr given an incomplete coffee maker

The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and very modern, the bathroom was very pretty. I was put off at first by the reviews I read from others but when I got there the room was very nice, they had some breakfast options which was nice anytime we needed anything we asked the staff and they helped us right away. Really nothing like the reviews had warned other than that they were renovating but it didn't really affect our stay at all. I stayed here for almost a week with my little ones for my masters graduation and would definitely stay here again. (:

They are renovating the whole hotel, which is understandable because they're making it look really nice. It's actually pleasantly very nice to stay there. The pool is not open, which is understandable because of the renovation. But otherwise, everything seemed really clean. The beds are really clean. The bathroom was really clean. To sleep and have air conditioning, it's amazing. So I give it a 💯👍👍

Wennie is the best she always goes above and beyond. The main manager is always in good spirits and always willing to help with what you need.she’s always making sure that the property is well taken care of and that the guests have a comfortable and safe stay here.

Staff is super friendly. Very quiet at night and law enforcement seems to stop by frequently at night which makes things feel very safe. Suring the day the shops have a 99¢ store, autozone, 3 different restaurants, a starbucks, dominoe's a gas station within a 5 min walk. In the same intersection there is also a 24hour cvs, 24hour fitness and chase bank and 3 different gas stations. For added convenience the freeway is right there too! Everytime i stay here i have been welcomed with a friendly smile. Really does feel like they left the light on for me. Kinda makes me wish my renovations would last a while longer.

I love this motel it feels like home. It’s very clean. I’ve stood in basically all the rooms and every room I had was spotless never had an issue. The front desk is amazingly helpful and if I ever needed anything they were always there to help out. Laura and Wendy are incredible they have both helped me with early check in. Laura is so sweet and kind she has an awesome work ethic. And Wendy is such an amazing person, very helpful she’s truly the best

Every time I stay here it’s always the best. The staff is really helpful and welcoming. All the staff In the office are amazing everytime I need help with something they are Always so happy to help. The rooms are spotless they are always clean and no bugs. Wendy and Laura are the best and always going above and beyond to do their job. And They know how to accommodate me the right way.

I like that they kept it quite and safe from any walking always seen police patrolling the place keeping it safe.like that they were on top of our needs as laundry always had towels not like the other motel 6 we stood at waited a couple of days just to get towels clean linen. The staff if friendly and helpful and near everythin.
