This is definitely a recommended hotel in Osaka. The rooms are relatively larger than the average in Japan and equipped with the expected amenities. The staff were very accommodating. After checking-in, we forgot on the counter at the front desk a small plastic bag with thousands of Yens. The amazing staff who checked us in was fun to chat with and he also returned to us the lost money when we arrived later back to the hotel. I forgot the guy's name, but he is really a star. He was very chatty and gave recommendations. I loved it! The breakfast was delicious. I don't eat pork and there were some items every morning which contained pork, hence limited my options. Nevertheless, there was enough to choose from. The salad bar is probably the best feature of the breakfast. Plenty of fresh ingredients. I ended up eating a healthy "mountain" of salad every day. The only thing that I feel they can improve is the internet connection. I was using it a lot and several times the internet lost connection or the signal went low and I had to switch to my phone's data to continue browsing. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

The hotel looks new, the room is comfortable and very clean, but small as expected in Japan. We were in a room with three single beds and there was little space to open our suitcases, however the room met our needs very well. The air conditioning worked very well, the amenities in the lobby were excellent, and the staff was very helpful. The location is excellent, 4 minutes from one subway station and 8 minutes from another, and close kombinis. Good options for western breakfast with 4 to 5 varieties of bread, yogurt, fruits, cold cuts, good coffee moreover all the variety of Eastern breakfast. We could use the laudry service which as good despite of waiting time to get available machine.

The hotel is conveniently located near all major attractions and offers easy access to Kyoto by train. Although it’s in the middle of downtown, it’s surprisingly quiet and very clean. The room was comfortable and spotless. It was a perfect stay, and I will definitely come back next time I visit Osaka.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection. The rooms were clean, spacious, and airy, with comfortable beds and effective air-conditioning. The bathtub was a good size, and I really appreciated being able to pick out the toiletries I needed from the reception. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great. The room was pretty big, comfortable, and clean. The AC was quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and not too crowded. The hotel is very close to 2 metro stations and right next to Starbucks and a rose garden.

As people already praised so much about this hotel, I would like to add something new. When I booked this hotel online, I didn't reserve breakfast. Days before I headed for Osaka, I remembered that there aren't many breakfast choices on the streets of Japan as Japanese people usually have breakfast at home. I paid for breakfast as soon as I check-in the hotel and realized that it was a clever decision I made. The chef really put a lot of thoughts to provide us as many choices as he can. Western and Chinese. Lots of hot food ---- their bacon is the best, grab it when you see it! The star of the breakfast room was the way they try to introduce Osaka's breakfast culture to guests! I put comments here because I want the chef to know that we guests do feel your sincerity and dedication to work, thank you chef! Their windows are really tight. I didn't hear anything from outside even a typhoon hit Osaka while I stayed. There you go.

The location is strategic - within a reasonable walking distance to surrounding (convenient stores, amenities, shops, metro stations and etc). Room size is expected small (as described), however some thoughtful settings such as the space under the bed which is super useful to keep the luggages so the space usage is maximised. The common lounge provides free coffee machine and hot/cold/carbonised water with dining and resting area. Overall the hotel is clean and well-maintained. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. I would want to give them a big thumb-up!

Only in Osaka for 1 night and this hotel was conveniently located near my clients office building. Upon entering the front counter staff was incredibly friendly and seemed like they represented several nationalities. My best guess was the girl who helped me was a bilingual Korean lady. Super smooth check-in. As my original room was fully booked they upgraded me to another room. Room was small but very comfy and had all the items you need for a nice stay. Unfortunately the walls are rather thin and I could clearly hear the conversation in the next room. It was clearly a family of 4 speaking Mandarin and the kids were going nuts... one minus star for the thin walls. My view on the 2nd floor was an office building and had a clear shot of people working there. But overall for about 5,000 yen it was a nice hotel. Oh there are soooo many restaurants near by and Shin-Osaka station is only about 10 minutes by 1 underground train. Just a little warning. They have porn video channels so be careful if you have children with you. Also the window opens a little bit and there are soooo many cigarette buds thrown on the balcony... non-smoking room but there sure are alot of guests smoking in the room I was put in.

It is our first travel abroad as a couple - and it couldn't have been more amazing! Japan is a great country to visit: amazing culture, courteous people, breathtaking sights, sumptuous food, and the climate in November is just perfect! On top of it all, Hotel WBF Hommachi is just simply wonderful! Perfect for couples like us! Complete amenities, corteous staff, clean rooms, complete package. Will definitely come back soon!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, so close to everything we needed and super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the rooms, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were all amazing, but a special shoutout goes to Travis, who went above and beyond to help us when we accidentally booked the wrong ferry to Okinawa. He kindly called the ferry company on our behalf and helped us cancel and sort everything out, we were so grateful for his kindness and professionalism! We also loved the little extras that made our stay even better. the free soft drinks, coffee, and tea, the amazing massage chairs (such a nice way to relax after a long day!), and the convenient laundry room which came in so handy during our trip. Overall, this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The service, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities were all outstanding. 10/10 — we’ll definitely be staying here again!

Our room was for 4 people, but honestly, it could fit maybe 7 if they would allow it. Rooms were very spacious and clean. They don't offer breakfast, but there is an eating area on the first floor with unlimited drinks, soup, tea, and coffee 24 hrs. There are untensils as well. Dotonbori was just behind the hotel, and Shinsaibashi and the Namba station were just a few minutes' walk. The room was cleaned daily if requested. If not, they will still give you water and fresh towels. The hotel is small and cozy. It is only less than 10 floors. As such, the hotel was not crowded. Our floor only had 3 rooms!! Amazing staff!

Amazing staff who were so helpful, friendly and always smiling. Room was very clean and quiet. Location was excellent and a short walk to Dotonbori. The lounge area had great coffee and drinks. Massage chairs were greatly appreciated after a day of exploring. Staff were extremely attentive and constantly cleaning the shared areas. It was such a pleasure to stay here. We loved everything about this hotel and cannot wait to return.

Fantastic stay again at this wonderful property. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to Namba Station, restaurants and shopping. An area to enjoy free soft drinks, tea, coffee etc was an added bonus. Staff were outstanding and very welcoming. We were unexpectedly offered transport in the hotel van to Shin-Osaka station which was amazing. Our second stay here and just as good as our first visit.

room was clean and spacious with electrical points in places that made sense... convenient laundry in the basement... staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and really ensured we had a pleasant stay... complimentary coffee/soft drinks in the lobby as well which is fantastic for those early mornings or afternoon drinks... location was amazing with many restaurants, cafe's and services within walking distance.

During my recent stay at the Leben in Osaka, I had a truly wonderful time. The hotel was brilliant, and everything exceeded my expectations. The room was particularly impressive, being one of the largest I had stayed in during my time in Japan. It was spacious, well-decorated and very comfortable. The bed was particularly comfy and provided a great night's sleep, which was much appreciated after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near many local amenities, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, providing us with great recommendations for things to do and see in Osaka. Overall, I would highly recommend the Leben to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable hotel in Osaka. In summary, if you're looking for a hotel with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a great location in Osaka, the Leben is an excellent choice. Location - We wanted a place near the central shopping areas and the Leben was perfect. It was a 15minute walk away from Dotonburi, Americamura, Shinseigei and Takashimaya. It was nice walking back and being slightly away from the crowd. Nearby there were also streets of small beautiful restaurants that we didn't manage to try! Overall Service Experience - Front Desk was excellent and provided a pleasant experience check in and check out. Housekeeping was excellent too and kept everything so clean even though we had a lot of baggage. The hotel also provided a station for drinks (fruit infused water! coffee! tea!) and amenities on the ground floor and it was perfect to start the day with. Room Design - You can just tell that some serious effort had been spent in designing the room to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. Amazing room layout and design. Hotel room had a HDMI cable to connect your device to, or you could even pair your device to the TV. Power points were all well thought of and placed strategically around the room. There were enough hangers and space to store clothes. 3 separate spacious wet zones - bathroom, vanity (with so much counter space) and toilet. It was just...perfect.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights and was impressed by the spacious and comfortable room. The surrounding environment was quiet, providing a peaceful stay. A convenient store just opposite the hotel and walking distance to tourist attractions made it very convenient. I want to extend a special thanks to Yvonne, a staff member who was not only proficient in English but also incredibly helpful. The only downside was the absence of a restaurant for breakfast.

Hotel The Leben is located a few blocks from the super busy Shinsaibashi area. We enjoyed the quiet location and walkability to Dotonburi and Shinsaibashi for foods and shopping. It is a chic and modern hotel with high sustainability measures. The rooms are perfect in size, cleanliness and comfort. The beverage bar at the lobby offers great coffee teas, and refreshing, fruity water. A full array of quality toiletries is located in the lobby for everyday use. The breakfast is so fresh and healthy. And, last but not least, the English speaking staff is super friendly. WE LOVED IT and will stay there again!

The Best Hotel Experience We've Ever Had! Hotel Royal Class in Osaka gave us the most incredible hotel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the convenient location to the elegant rooms, exceptional service, and thoughtful touches throughout our stay. One of the standout features is the direct connection to the subway station from the hotel’s basement. This made getting around Osaka unbelievably easy—no walking in bad weather or searching for train entrances. It was incredibly convenient and saved us so much time and effort. The location itself is excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and popular attractions all nearby. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed for both comfort and style. The staff were beyond amazing—friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel at home. Their warmth and hospitality truly made a lasting impression. To top it all off, when we checked out, we received a beautiful gift of traditional Japanese chopsticks, a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay feel even more special. We stayed 5 nights at Hotel Royal Classic Osaka and loved every moment. The location is unbeatable—right above Namba Station and walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The room was clean, modern, and quiet, with a free mini bar refilled daily. Daily breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for couples looking for comfort and convenience in Osaka!

Please disregard the previous review which was mistakenly for another hotel on our trip - sorry! Location & ambience of Royal Classic Osaka was great being directly above Namba station. Enormous and uncluttered 1F entrance & front desk areas. Direct lift to subway super convenient. Lift response much quicker than most other hotels. Additional security door from lift lobby to rooms was an additional security measure rarely seen. Premium room one of the most comfortable & convenient of the many we've used in Japan in this price range. Good use of space in well laid-out & equipped modern bathroom. Plenty of customised bench space with numerous power outlets. Easy to use coffee machine with 8 instead of the stingy 2 pods found in most hotels. Excellent touchscreen panel for a/c & lighting vs the often confusing myriad of dated buttons found in most hotels. Good up & down lighting provided a nice room ambience. The interior designer & management obviously gave a lot of thought to traveller comfort & needs. Free minibar in the Premium was a nice bonus, even though we aren't drinkers. My wife loved the expensive Dyson hair dryer in addition to the conventional one. Front desk staff were very professional yet friendly & helpful. Had a great stay & could've easily stayed another week.

We first walked past this hotel on our last trip to Osaka. We were drawn to the aesthetic of the exterior building. When we did our stay here, we had an exceptional time. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the check in and check out process was smooth. The room we stayed in was open, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was full of variety with a mix of Asian/Western foods for breakfast. The location was extremely convenient with it being close to Dotonbori, not to mention the entrance of the subway station track was right on the basement of the property.

We had an outstanding experience at this lovely, sophisticated, and incredibly well-run hotel. The check in process was friendly and quick, and the room was elegant, efficient and quiet. Not just normal quiet, but high- end recording studio, outer space quiet, in the midst of bustling Dontonburi! How exquisite at the end of a hot day of travel! The room had so many thoughtful touches — a curling iron kit, wine glasses, soft robes and slippers, pajamas, heated toilet seat, teapot and cups. Incredibly comfortable beds — not too soft or too hard. Pillowy pillows and sheets. Purified air. Free drinks in the minibar. Free drink tickets for the gorgeous 20th floor bar, run by a gracious staff. I thought this hotel was perfect in every possible way. It was heaven for these American travelers.

A modern hotel, close to several subway lines. The room was spacious and clean with great views over the river and super comfy beds. There is a rooftop area and you can buy drinks downstairs at the bar if you fancy a breeze and a chill. The staff were so helpful booking airport taxi's for us and helping to return our pocket wifi (p.s. definitely get a pocket wifi for exploring so you have access to maps/subway routes etc when you're out and about - costs about 350 yen £1.75, per day online). If you don't need a room clean you will get fresh towels and water dropped by your door. Anything else you need just ask at reception. The ladies we spoke to were amazing and provided maps with restaurant recommendations and all sorts. 10/10 and thank you for our stay x Oh - and the Bluetooth shower kept my 13yr old boy much cleaner than he's ever been 🤣🤣🤣 have ordered one for our house after staying here!!!

BAM! Nailed this one! Very beautiful views of the river from our room. Windows open. Spacious room. English-speaking staff was super friendly, even helping me order a computer part from Amazon. Noise and vibration from the subway? Complete nonsense! Barely noticeable. If you want to see what noise is, visit Chicago, San Francisco, Paris, etc. Convenient transportation. Riverfront coffee shops everywhere. Eat at the fun restaurant GARB Weeks across the river! One of the best bakerys we know is Karato, Left out the door 2 blk, then rt 3 blks) +/-) Eat your pastries in the Boly lobby with their good coffee and river views.

It was the staff that really made our stay one to remember. We walked in rushing to check in so we could make it to our dinner appointment. One of the staff members noticed that and told us not to worry about the check in process until after our dinner and told us to leave our bags up to them. They took it up to our room and we made it on time and enjoyed our dinner. When we got back, the process was seamless, we were even upgraded to the room with the river view. The facilities were amazing. It was the little things in the room that made sense. The hotel had a youthful, chill and yet sophisticated vibe to it. We miss our room and wished we had more time to enjoy it. I would like to commend the staff for being so amazing. Even when we checked out, we were asked about how we were going to the airport and the lady at reception gave us directions to make our lives easier since we were with two heavy luggages. Amazing. Spectacular service. Everyone was so friendly, polite, accommodating and genuinely cared. Loved our stay so much. We will definitely book next tjme we’re back in Osaka.

Modern, comfortable, clean hotel located in a good part of the city. We had a river view which was lovely. Reception is on the 6th floor, the reception team who looked after us were professional and helpful. The bathroom is generous, with excellent water pressure in the shower. The hotel is close to two metro stations one of which only a few stops from the Shin Osaka train station. It’s a maximum of 10 minutes walk from each station to the hotel. The hotel’s restaurant is good with a lovely atmosphere overlooking the river.

For our stay at Osaka, we decided that we wanted a boutique hotel experience that was within a specific budget and in a good location. BOLY Osaka delivered on this. The room including the washroom was spacious and we had our balcony with a river view. The staff were very friendly and professional which is always appreciated. The common area has complimentary servings of coffee and tea. Location was excellent and getting around Osaka was a breeze as we hardly had to walk to get to the metro or bus stand. On the 7th floor there is an open courtyard with a nice view, and I'd start my mornings there with a cup of coffee.

Spacious apartment comparing to other hotel rooms in Japan where we stayed, having your balcomy and kitchen is amazing, as well as some place in wardrobe - none of these were included for our similar stays in Japan hotels for same or even higher price. Small kitchen is very huge advantage because downstairs only 20 meters aways is Lawson convenience store, 7/11 in around 40 meters, same as another Lawson. So, you can easily take some food from these stores and eat it comfortably in your room or cook something as all most important cooking equipment is there. Perfect availability to commute to anywhere as all the main stations are nearby. Clean apartment, all needed amenities are there. Easy to self check in ot check out. Very helpful staff who responded all my questions within 10minutes via chat during our stay. Many nices bars and restaurants just 5min walk from apartment.

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. Plus it had a washing machine and a bathroom dryer. ANC a terrific view of the Tower too. Very central and safe. Easy to walk to Dotonburi as well as 2 metro stations. Big supermarket close by as well as Don Quiote. You can get free umbrellas to use if you ask. Also, to check in, the room number given so for example 1507 means floor 15 apartment 7. So you just go up to floor 15 and put the code into the lockbox next to room 7. Very easy. I would definitely stay here again when in Osaka

I had an amazing stay in Osaka! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a visit, a great value for price. Many places were within walking distance, and for those that weren’t, public transportation was easily accessible. The location was perfect—just a few minutes walk from Tsutenkaku Tower and the vibrant Shinsekai district. There were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

If you're going to Okasa, don't look for anywhere else to stay. Whoever designed & furbished this place thought of everything. Perfectly located only steps from the train station and Shinsekai. Shops, restaurants galore, perfect. The apartment is roomy, has a kitchenette, washing machine, shower room. Best place I'll ever stayed!

The rooms were exceptionally spacious by Japanese standards, the property was clean and very well maintained and the location was quiet but yet still convenient for a family stay.

The instructions for check-in were provided 1 day prior to your check-in date and easy to follow. The unit was amazing, really clean and comfortable. The facilities available were definitely a plus whenever we needed to use it instead of looking for services outside - washer, microwave, kettle etc. They also made it easy for disposable of trash where its usually required to separate trash in Japan. Nice and quiet location, some walking distance to 3 different convenient stores.

This is the perfect place for families to stay. We arrived at 12 PM and still had three hours until check-in, but the staff kindly allowed us to store our luggage in the room, which made it very convenient for us to go sightseeing. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a separate living room, and a kitchen. The living room is tatami-style, where two people can sleep comfortably, making it spacious enough for up to six people. Since the kitchen allows for simple cooking, we bought Japanese wagyu, sashimi, and vegetables and enjoyed an affordable and delicious meal. You can take a ferry directly to Universal Studios, and there’s also an airport limousine bus stop nearby. Highly recommended!

Clear instruction on how to check in by the operator. Perfect location since it is a walking to Osakako Metro Station and to free Ferry to Universal Studio Japan. There are convenient stores nearby as well as coin laundry. The property is well maintained and clean. In addition, each room are equipped with Heater / Aircond.

I loved the location. It was about a 10min drive from Universal. 10min walking distance to the aquarium, tempozan mall/ Legoland. There is a grocery store 8 min away by foot. And numerous 7evelens. Family mart/ lawson. Train station is about a 5min walk. Very convenient location and spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 children. Kids slept in the tatami room with futons which were very convenient since they like to roll around alot in their sleep, while the adults slept in the 2 rooms. They provided everything you need. Response time is convenient and quick as well I had made a mistake and requested to stay one more day, they worked very quickly to assist me in that matter. I appreciated that so much. Checking in and checking out process is very simple.

Great option when visiting Universal Studios Japan, made it super convenient to get to the park early and we appreciated the quick return back to the room at the end of our very long day when our feet hurt. Lots to see and some good food options at Universal Citywalk right downstairs. Great facilities and spacious room, we didn’t use the skyspa but the breakfast buffet was great, the vending machine and laundry area was very handy, also liked that we could check the availability of washing machines from our tv in the room. Staff were friendly and very easy check-in/check-out process.

I liked the location, it was right in front of the Universal City station and at the end of Universal City Walk. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. I love their toiletries, smells so good.

The room was comfortable and met my expectations/matched the photos. It was a bit more spacious than the Tokyo hotel I'd stayed in, naturally, the bed was comfy, the blinds were decent (though not perfect at blocking out the light; not so much a problem on rainy Novemeber days), and the shower was spotless, with an endless supply of hot water. Also worth mentioning, the staff was really nice and eager to help.

Many amenities, comfortable room, professional and kind staff, wowed by the hotel's policy of sending fresh towels and a bottle of water every day (unnecessary in my opinion but appreciated), wowed by the daily amazing complimentary breakfast next door at Caffe di Espresso.

Everything! Clean, well decorated, comfy, nice piyamas, and best of all real slow drip coffee for breakfast! (I didn't take the complementary breakfast, this is just what the hotel offers at the reception to take to your room) they have a small Onsen in the hotel and a "only women" elevator that takes you there, also great skin care products! Was a wonderful experience I would definitely repeat! it was a bit of a walk from the station if you are carrying heavy bags but otherwise is very easy to reach. great food places nearby!

had an excellent experience staying at **Hotel Arashi Nambaminami No003**. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to Namba Station and close to attractions making it super convenient for exploring Osaka's best spots. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but just minutes away from the hustle and bustle of restaurants, shops, and entertainment. I especially appreciated the clear communication from the host and how quickly they responded to questions. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples, solo travelers, or small groups looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay in

We got a very spacious room, with an own washing machine. Toilet and shower were seperated so nothing got soaked when we showered. Possibility to hang clothes in the bathroom and it was dry within a few hours. We also had our own kitchenette, although we barely used it. Amenities were available at the lobby. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Luggage storage was available before and after check-in.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations - the rooms are basically studio apartments with a washing machine, kitchenette and top of the line furnished wet rooms. The beds are super comfy and rooms very clean. It is in an unassuming, quiet location about a 2.5km walk from Dotonbori and a few hundred metres from 2 train stations. We really enjoyed exploring the local neighbourhood rather than being in the centre of the tourist hot spots. Overall we loved our stay, it had everything we could have needed and would be a great base for a long-term stay.

The room was one of the best I stayed in, very spacious for Japan, well organized, clean and with everything you might need, such as a modern washing machine and a laundry airing space. The appliances in the room looked brand new and it was very convenient for a longer stay.

Everyone was nice and welcoming. Spoke English which helps a lot for travelers. Room is very spacious. All convenient store, grocery store, clothing store and trains are in walking distance. Has a washer, you can dry you clothes on the balcony. Full bathroom, stove, sink, fridge and microwave.

IHG diamond welcome amenity: points or breakfast or drinks. I chose breakfast.  I've stayed here before, the hotel has quite a long walking distance to Shin Osaka station so was contemplating whether to book this for my 2nd stay and I like its suite room with kitchenette and bathtub. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel introduced a shuttle bus service that runs every 20 min! This is a great improvement. Be sure to check the timetable of the shuttle bus and note that it caters to max 9 pax based on the queue number seats at the lobby.  I booked the suite room for the room size, presence of kitchenette and good bathroom. I like the overall design of the bathroom. It has shower, bathtub and even a mini chair. Toiletries include slippers, comb, toothbrush set, razor, cotton, Dove soap and shampoo. Water bottles are replenished daily.  WiFi is good and has a working desk. However the outlet plug has insuffient power/voltage to power multiple devices (laptop and portable monitor), which i had no issue with other hotels. Powering one device is possible. There is a wardrobe and about 8-9 hangers, there is also a clothes spray provided which I liked.  Breakfast has a good range of salad/cold food area, hot food, udon, curry rice, bread, miso soup and corn soup. There are also many choices of drinks, coffee tea. It's also good to note that two main dishes changes daily which I appreciate for long stays.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even recommended a fantastic ramen place near by. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It was especially nice having large pillows. Having the light control by the bed was really convenient, and the 2 lights on dimmers were night. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and a great value for money. The gym was great too, and we were allowed to use it with tattoos. Overall, really happy with everything.

Comfortable and cozy big room. Comes with washing machine and little kitchenette with fridge. Bed and pillows is comfortable to sleep long hours. Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for their genuine kindness to assist as much as possible. Free shuttle bus service to Shin Osaka station which is very convenient. Highly recommended. Will definitely choose this hotel again. Thank you once again for taking care of us.

Clean, spacious apartment in a great location. Close to Dotonburi, trains and everything around Osaka. Love the small modern kitchenette with everything you need for preparing simple meals. Recommend buying fresh sushi and Wagyu from the markets and cooking yourself. Much cheaper than eating in restaurants and just as delicious

The hotel is very accessible, close to Dotonbori and train stations. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and a coffee shop nearby. Major plus is the self-service laundry machine just a few meters away. There's a fridge, a stove, an oven, and a sink. This allows you to prepare your own breakfast/brunch or dinner if you don't like to eat outside always. I like how quiet the area is also at night considering it's just a walking distance from Dotonbori. The host is also very accomodating, allowed us for a late check out even with such short notice.

The best thing is the Location very near to Namba station lit walk and near to Dotonbori river , it was Lit small for no space for baggage ls much but it’s ok , could manage for 4 people and perfect amenities available , kitchen utensils was perfect as well washing machine was also perfect . The host was very helpful and kind , he let us to check out my 11:00 and allowed us to keep our baggage in the Lobby before and after check in or out

Fabulous location close to Namba station and Dotonbori night life but the aprtment itself did not suffer from nightlife noise. The beds were super comfortable. 9.2 for the beds. The shower was small but worked really well and the washing machine was very helpful as we stayed for a week. The toilet was fine once you had worked out what all the buttons meant! There are Family Mart, Lawson's and 7Eleven convience stores within 100m of the apartment. Namba Station is a 7-8 minute walk away and the bars and nighlife start right next to the apartment building. The entry system is easy enough but you really do need to download the app they send you on Booking.com messaging and read it carefully so that you can gain access to the building and to open the key safe to the right of the apartment door.

Great location. There’s family mart across the street, lawson is just 3 minutes away and 7 eleven is just 5 minutes. 10-15 minutes walk to Dotonbori and to the station. There’s a lot of restaurants nearby. The room is perfect for us. There’s a small kitchen and refrigerator. The bed was so big and comfortable. Lastly, if you arrive at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, you can just leave your luggages at the lobby. The place is so safe just bring your valuable items. Highly recommended and we’ll surely book this property once we go back to Osaka.

Best location and close to everything you need or easy walk to train station. Although rooms are quite small, it was very clean and comfortable. Shower was good and had great pressure, bed was super comfy and room has small fridge and tea making facility (need to go downstairs for coffee). Staff super friendly.

Central location in Shinsaibashi, yet on a quiet street. Easily accessible from Shinsaibashi Station and next to major shopping destination Shinsaibashisuji. Never running out of food options. Friendly and professional reception, very helpful and understanding. Free luggage storage on check in and check out days. Room was decent sized, toilet was clean and huge for Japanese standards. Nice theme going on throughout the hotel. Free amenities provided.

Hotel Code is about 5 mins walk from the famous vibrant nightlife area of Osaka known as Dotonbori. So when coming back from the nightlife you won't be needing a cab back to your hotel. There's literally no shortage of retaurants & bars around the hotel, and there's 2 different subway station within a 5 minute walk as well, making this well connected. The wifi is incredibly fast, the rooms aren't the biggest but well laid out so you can place your luggage at the end of the bed, which incidentally is quite comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Reception desk is 24/7, so you can even opt to leave your room key with the staff when you leave, if you're a bit clumsy like me. This makes sure you won't lose it. The room comes with several brochures to help you get around Osaka as well.

The location is excellent – very close to Dotonbori yet in a quiet area. The room had everything we needed for our trip, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom with shower and toilet. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming

Friendly staff (greeted me everytime they saw me, helped me with navigation), excellent location right at the heart of shinsaibashi (2 mins walk to shinsaibashi station), room was very clean & spacious! the huge & deep bathtub was a big plus!

Great location, very close to the main train station. Exceptional staff, Melody Tse who looked after us, was fantastic and left us a lovely note and small gift at the end of our 4 night stay. Our room a King Corner Room was immaculate with superb facilities and balloons and wine to celebrate my birthday. The bar was brilliant, with some fantastic cocktails and excellent food, which we enjoyed on a couple of nights. We had a light breakfast from the coffee shop each morning which has a great selection of pastries and cakes as well as delicious coffee. We also made good use of the gym and pool which were top class too. A really enjoyable top class hotel.

The hotel was very Nice, the Room absolutely beautiful we had the corner premium king room, amazing views and very large room. Breakfast was good. What made our trip was Gary from PR he was absolutely lovely, extremely helpful, we ran into a few incidents ( late room service & not perfect cleaning) he immediately made sure everything was taken care of. Due to how much Gary cared for our well-being we will definitely be back. We also loved the Chinese restaurant and our waitress was so fun & nice. The restaurant was a million times better than Michelin star we went to earlier on our stay at Muni’s Alain Ducasse (which btw do NOT go to, terrible experience)

It was an amazing stay. The rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is away from the tourist chaos. The service is outstanding, everything at Jardin restaurant is delicious and the view from their rooftop bar is unparalleled. If we visit Osaka again, this will definitely be the place we stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were in their second building called the Annex which was just right across the street from the lobby and main tower. Our stay included a buffet style breakfast every morning which had a vast selection of delicious Japanese dishes and western staples such as fried eggs, breads, fruits etc. There’s free drinks available all day in the breakfast room such as sodas, teas and coffee. We also received a ticket each for ramen once during our stay which was available in the evening. They cleaned the room everyday. There was an eating area in our building lobby which offered hot water, coffees/teas, ice/vending machines and a microwave. They offered luggage delivery service to other hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was also laundry. This hotel made our stay very comfortable with all its amenities and facilities. It was located centrally in the midst of restaurants, shops, steps away from Dotonbori and the club areas, close to the metro station and Parco shopping mall.

Our favourite breakfast of all our hotels in Japan. Large selection including fresh fruits! Hotel lobby has free access to tea/coffee/sodas which was great, and is walkable to several metro stations, and surrounded by restaurants/bars/convenience stores. Surprisingly quiet given the location - no late night noise/traffic.

Good location, walking distance to train station, to dotonburi. Many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Close to Aeon food style shop (my favorite food supermarket of this trip ). Love Breakfast, many kind of food to choose and yummy, nutto., Ramen, rice curry, tempura, onsen eggs and etc. Soft drink, water, tea, cocao, coffee : machine, microwave for free at G floor. Was allowed to check in early 14.00, 1 hr before 15.00 which is regular check in time. Reception was polite, helpful and kind. Room size and bathroom are standard for Japan, room service was everyday (we stayed there for 4 nights). Air conditioner is individually for room ( not central air con ). Air purifier machine available in room. Pajamas available. Elevator available.

Didn't book accom with breakfast, but ended up getting breakfast each day at an additional cost there because it was so good! much better than anything we could find outside of the hotel. Location was absolutely amazing. walking distance to most of the things we wanted to see and do in Osaka, and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were very helpful in organising a taxi to OCAT (bus terminal for airport) and providing information and instructions as to how to get to the airport from the hotel via bus. We also got complimentary ramen for dinner one night which was amazing! Fantastic hotel for the price.

Room was spacious compared to other rooms I’ve stayed in Japan. Our room had two single beds, shower area, toilet area, a small writing table and tv. Came with standard amenities like coffee/tea, electric kettle and a hair dryer. Room came with a “jack and Jill” bathroom - one area for shower and another for toilet. Room had a lot of electrical outlets which we loved. With many items to charge these days - mobile phones, power banks, smart watches, cameras etc.. the ample use of electrical outlets was a boon. Friendly and helpful staff that spoke English. Willing to accommodate whenever possible. Stayed only a night and wouldn’t mind returning! p.s. they offer free use of a yukata for sleeping purposes.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was also larger than most hotel bathrooms. The bed were comfortable too. A short 10 min walk to dotonbori and namba nankai station is a huge bonus. The breakfast buffet was typically a healthy scrumptious Japanese breakfast!

I love everything about this hotel! It is situated near Kuromon Market and has a 7-11 nearby which makes it convenient when looking for food and other needs on a daily basis. It is also just a 10 to 15 minute walk to Dotonbori which is a delight if you want to try different Japanese street food and delicacies. The famous Glico Man is also nearby, not to mention the Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street which is perfect for shopping and looking for souvenirs. Aside from its location, the room itself is clean, has all the amenities we need, and has just the right space needed considering most hotels in Japan are on the smaller side. The front desk staff was also very helpful and was able to take note of our request on additional two pillows for our room. If you are looking for comfort and convenience during your stay in Osaka, this hotel is definitely the place to be! 😊👍🏻

The best hotel I stayed at during my stay in Japan, very well placed for easy walking to shops and train station, also a great market. Staff were friendly and very helpfull and buffet breakfast was very nice. Room was tidy and clean.

Selected this hotel because we wanted to be close to Dotombori & we wanted to havea room that is not too small. We stayed in late February 2024 for 3 nights. Location is good being only about 5 -minutes to the Dotombori area. It is about 8 to 12 minutes walk to the subway stations. The room is very comfortable & for a Twin Room we had 2 single beds. Rooms are clean, the bathroom is a traditional Japanese style with the Onsen setup & the bathtub deep enough for one to take a nice good soak like at an onsen. Reception is super friendly & helpful. This was consistent with all the reception staff there at all the times. Have never stayed in this part of town but it is quiet, safe to walk around at night. There are 2 convenience stores less than 5 minutes walk away.

Safe location; accessible to subway station and to Doutonbori stuff (restaurants, shops, etc.). After a tiring day, it was always nice going back to a very clean and comfortable room! Frontdesk staff was great, always very helpful! In fact, what made our stay exceptionally great was JANAK of Frontdesk who was always super helpful, and he even took his customer service to the next level by helping us resolve an issue re: a delivery parcel we were waiting for. Super thankful for his great assistance - THANK YOU, JANAK, YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

Great location, really close walking distance to the Main Street of Doutonbori, plenty of conbini’s and restaurants nearby and close to nippombashi train station. Plenty of shopping nearby as well. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and had a relaxing spa like vibe to it. The rooms were spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Amenities were all provided for. Quiet enough to have a good rest. Safe enough to walk back to hotel at night. The room size is big and ac works fine. Bed is good size as my husband and i shared the bed with our toddler. Shower and toilet are separated. The staff were friendly and helpful. 10 to 15mins walk to dotounbori (2 elderly parents + a toddler).

Our bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly, with amenities freely available. Location was also fantastic, short walk to the main strip of Doutonbori and 10 minute walk to Namba station.

We had a king room and the bed was gigantic. Larger than a normal king i believe. after many smaller beds it was a dream for my tall husband and I. The room was very spacious for us, and being a few blocks from Dotombori made it quite quiet. I used the women's bath several time and each time was clean, quiet, plenty of towel and beautiful clean bath. It was a wonderful way to start the days. There is even a page on the hotel TV channel that will tell you crowded or empty the men's and women's spas are. The hotel was such a nice calm comfy place to come to at the end of our long days in Osaka.

This hotel was very nice and felt very luxurious for a reasonable price. The rooms were very clean and the largest we have had during our trip to Japan. The bed was so very comfortable and the softest bed we had in Japan. The staff was very helpful and nice. The skyspa was nice and large with a pool inside and outside with lots of shower spaces and a dry sauna. I did expect to have a view from the spa but the glass is frosted so you have to stand to just see out over the city. But they had all the expected spa amenities! It can get quite crowded in the spa in the evening.

Amazing public baths and sauna facilities. Perfect location, walking distance to all main attractions. Clean, spacious, very large comfy beds.

Hotel check-in area was nice with some seating space and friendly front desk receptionists. Our room had two twin beds. Bed was nice with very soft comfoter/ quilt. Room also had a two seat sofa with chase and a small table. Room had a mini fridge. There was no microwave. An electric kettle was provided with only choice of green tea. Only table top space was top surface of the fridge cabinet. There was no other storage area for clothes or other personal items. There was no dresser (normally found under the wall mounted TV). There was no closet. There were two rods on the wall where normally a closet exists with several hangars. Bathroom was very tiny. There was barely enough space to move, not enough rack space to keep tooth brush, paste, comb etc. There was no safety hand rail on the wall in the shower area. Neither was any anti slip mat in the tub. Hotel did provide sleeping dress that is to be used to go to Sauna/Spa. I did not visit the Spa. There is a breakfast buffet (more like lunch) with many choices for 2750 yen. Overall comfy, but very compact for my taste. I would give 3.5 stars, but since there is no fraction, I gave 4 stars.

The hotel is in a perfect location near Shin-Osaka station, with a 24-hour front desk that is very kind and helpful. The public baths (onsen) are very nice and clean. The room is typical for Japanese hotels, especially if you want to save money, so the size is small. The hotel provides many personal care items, including a super comfortable pajama. The bathroom in the room is clean and convenient. Everything you need is there. The rooms are quiet. I can’t wait to come back!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Lounge with manga and drinks was available. The location is good relative to Shin-Osaka, and I found the hotel convenient for making a quick stop at Osaka and then continuing traveling with shinkansen.

The location is super convenient, a few minutes walk to the red train line that stops at Shinsaibashi without changing trains and it's also convenient to go to Kyoto/Kobe for a day trip as it is located near the JR station. The hotel people were very helpful and friendly. I accidently booked the wrong dates on a third party service and they were willing to change it for me. The room has everything you need and the onsen is great too.

Located 10 min walk from Shin Osaka station, and 7-8 min walk from Nishinakajima-Minamikata station, the hotel is in a convenient spot whether you wish to go up to Kyoto, down to Osaka, or to another area with the Shinkansen. There is a Lawson directly opposite the hotel, with Family Mart and 7-eleven within 5 min walk. McDonalds and Matsuya are also within a 10 min walk. The closest supermarket is near Shin Osaka station. There is a guest lounge on 1F with manga and free drinks, and a communal bath area on 2F. The hotel room is neat and tidy, but slightly small even for a solo traveller, especially as I had a large luggage. The room is as described in the photos, with a corridor and space for a bed - there is also a small bedside table for use. The room is otherwise quiet and pleasant to stay in, with a convenient adjustable night light on the side of the bed. Room amenities include a TV, fridge, hairdryer, and towels. Overall was a pleasant stay but it would be perfect if the rooms were just slightly bigger for easier access of luggage.
