Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Overland Park

We live close by, but this Drury Inn is perfect for my bougie 6 year old who likes to stay at hotels on his birthday. This hotel is perfect since they have the 5:30 kickback light dinner that includes 3 adult alcoholic beverages per adult in the room and hot breakfast in the morning. For the price it’s always perfect for our family of four. At this point we’d rather stay in Drury Inn’s nationwide when we go on vacation than staying in a Marriott or IHG hotel since the value is so much better (and so far the customer service has been much better as well.) Drury Inns are really great in the winter and summer because once you check in you don’t have to leave again until check out the next day as you have everything you need (therefore no reason to go back into the heat or cold.) Customer service is great- front desk is very friendly- I also appreciate being able to park in the parking garage on the same floor as your hotel room. Room was clean, bed was comfy. We will be back, even though we live just a few minutes away!

This was our first experience staying at a Drury Inn and we will definitely be staying at other locations. This location had free parking and easy access on and off the highway. The rooms are spotless- even more expensive hotels don’t have this standard of room cleanliness. I felt so comfortable staying in such a well taken care of room. All of the free amenities really made for a special stay. There’s popcorn, soda and coffee available throughout the day, an evening reception with a wide variety of foods and beverages (alcohol included) and a free breakfast as well. All the employees we encountered were friendly (the guy working the bar was fast and friendly and the lady checking us out was super sweet). The only drawback was the single, slow elevator, but other than that the stay was amazing!

Incredibly friendly staff all around! To be honest, when I was booking a hotel, I was paranoid about possibly being disregarded or snubbed, being a group of young adults checking in before a concert--but the staff at this hotel was extremely welcoming. Very clean - Very generous amount of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers on the shower wall. The complimentary dinner and breakfast were also delicious :) 10/10 would recommend for anyone!!!

This was an excellent place to spend the night! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, there was plenty of free parking, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of food. The location is also great - plenty of restaurants and things to do close by.

Receptionist was very welcoming! It’s such a nice place, with very easy parking. Our stay was very relaxing and shower and bed were amazing after long travels. All staff were very friendly. Very clean and very well maintained. Really it’s a top notch place!

They were always smiling and happy to help with whatever I needed. My room was super clean. Everything looked fresh, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. You can tell they actually care about keeping the place nice. Now let’s talk about the breakfast—amazing. Probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. They had a ton of choices, everything was fresh and hot! I actually looked forward to getting up in the morning just for breakfast (which says a lot). The location was great too—close to tons of food spots and right near the interstate, so getting around was super easy. Whether I wanted a quick bite or needed to hit the road, it was all right there. Overall, just a great stay. Super clean, super friendly, and super convenient. Would 100% stay here again!

We were there for a funeral and stayed 3 days visiting friends and family. we have stayed in this hotel before and had a good experience that time too. The hotel is just south of the highway yet is very quiet and safe. It’s an affluent area so lots of upscale restaurants and stores and entirely safe but you must drive there. There’s plenty of free parking next to the building. The desk clerk was helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nicely decorated with good linens and pillows. the room had a sofa, desk and counter for coffee and drinks. everything worked. It was a comfortable stay.

Thanksgiving week…i arrived on sunday, it was quiet. As the week went by the property started filling up and it still had a private, quiet feeling. They managed the crowd well. The breakfast was amazing, everything you could ask for and always plenty to feed the crowd. The hotel spaces are utilized well. Always clean. EVERYTHING WORKED!!! You know that feeling when half the lightbulbs are burnt out. Well not the case here. And the gym! Perfect! The staff was ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and on their game working on many tasks. But there was always someone close by to help. You didnt have to search for anyone. I can’t say enough about this lovely little gem!

A very pleasant hotel and experience. The staff were all polite and smiley. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. The Rainforest blend of coffee...omg, so good! Beds were very comfortable. Not a fan of the pillows, but that's just a personal preference. I like firmer pillows. Check in and check out were very easy, and there was always someone up front to help or answer any questions. I loved the small "store" they had just off to the side of the front desk. Well stocked with Gatorade, bottled water and a large variety of granola bars and other snacks. I also was very impressed with their gym: a couple bikes, treadmills, mats, a large range of free weights, etc. Their location is also perfect. We were close to several restaurants, shopping options, and hospitals (you know, just in case lol). Would definitely stay here again!

Buffet breakfast, friendly staff, only $15 incidental deposit and comfy beds. Just didn't have a microwave in the room but there was a common one in the lobby downstairs so it was perfectly fine. Clean and quiet - perfect for a family needing to stopover and rest during a road trip.

The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. The breakfast bar was excellent as well. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is perfect and Jack Stacks BBQ is next door as an added bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The property was excellent. Great condition, it’s in a fantastic area with lots of restaurants - a few within walking distance. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful too. We stayed as a family, four people - two adults and two older children for a week long sports tournament- the king suite with sofa bed was decent enough size for us although next time I’d book two queens simply for the extra floor space. Shower pressure was great and the shower is large so two adults, if desired, could share it and still have elbow room. Breakfast had lots of options for everyone and was well stocked over the entire breakfast hours. Will definitely book here again.

This Hyatt is an a clean safe location. We were in Kansas City for my son’s basketball tournament. It was a little out-of-the-way, but was recommended to us by a friend. It is very close to the highway so accessible and coming from a rule area. It was a little louder than I’m used to for sleeping, breakfast was good. Lots of options. The staff kept it clean and full. We ate dinner next-door at Jack stacks which was excellent a short walk away. I went and got a coffee at the market.

Will come back to this well appointed hotel. Updated and super clean! Staff was very attentive and were very helpful and friendly. I felt very cozy and safe here, unlike the last 5 star hotel I recently stayed in that had a less than safe atmosphere. Very pleased with the provided breakfast . Also the room was very clean, well stocked with everything to make my stay comfortable. You won't go wrong if you choose to stay here! Highly reccomend!

Was a very comfortable, clean experience and stay. The gym was amazing. The staff were friendly and amazing. The breakfast was above and beyond amazing and the bar was pretty satisfying too. I enjoyed my stay and every time that I come to Kansas City, I stay at this location for all those reasons so thank you and your staff for being amazing.

Very well maintained. Good location staff friendly. Very nice breakfast with lots of options buffet style. Nice hot shower glass front walk in. Did not like that they had no bed protectors or mattress pads. Was not clean behind couch that is left pulled out from wall all mirrors were large and beautiful, but they were dirty. Large wall window with no way of opening, so if you like fresh air not the plsce for you. Heating and cooling unit sits very close to bed so temperature control is difficult while sleeping vents for unit were dusty and dirty. Bathroom vent didnt work at all, but other than minor issues experience was great.

Seemed brand new. Modern, clean and bright. The room was exceptional. Actually more than it's a room. It was iike a mini apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. Exceptional details for business use andr rest. Great amenities. Great breakfast included with a variety of choices for all tastes and food sensitivities.

The staff were super friendly and kind. The hotel and rooms were super clean. I noticed the staff cleaning the bar and tables in the bar/breakfast area several times and they were cleaning the commons bathrooms every morning. Very comfortable bed, quiet and very big, beautiful rooms.

We came across some issues for a one night, while we checked in at front desk, we decided to have breakfast incase we wanted to extend our stay, and we ask the staff to add on to our booking. Next morning we head to the lounge and we told the staff we paid our breakfast already, the server came and said we don’t have reservations so he can’t serve us. My husband went to clarify it and met the same lady we checked in with, she confirms that we’re good she added us, he came back the server said no we’re not, it was so embarrassing!! My husband went with the manager and realized the lady didn’t add our request so he got upset about it because he said the lady who checked us in acts like she didn’t know what was going on after she just told him 2 min ago that we’re on the list. The server came and said our breakfast is complimentary free at this point. It was solved but i had to order something because we know it’s not free and in front of all the other guest in the room we’re not trying to get free breakfast. We don’t want to double pay it if it’s already added to our room bill. At this point my husband did not want to extend our stay. Property experience our room was very clean, so great job to the amazing housekeepers for the room feels clean and comfortable, but our AC had issues that i had to call maintenance to fix cuz the heat was on and it was so hot, the shower leaks that we were hearing the dripping sound all night. So would i come back? Of course! People make mistakes.

The view of plaza Christmas lights was amazing!! The rm was perfect, vary spacious and comfortable. The bar was fun, the food was delish! It snowed the evening we were there, so getting out was not a safe option, so we just hung out at the bar, and enjoyed the drinks.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel, and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made check-in seamless. The lobby was modern and inviting, setting the tone for the entire stay. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that provided a perfect night’s rest. The amenities were top-notch, from high-quality toiletries to a large flat-screen TV and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The view from my window was stunning, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the experience. What really stood out was the exceptional service. Whether I needed directions, extra towels, or just had a question about the local area, the staff was always quick to respond and eager to assist. Overall, my stay at the Hilton was everything I hoped for and more. The combination of comfort, great amenities, and superb customer service made it an unforgettable experience. I will definitely be returning!

Perfect location with walking distance to the shopping plaza and restaurants! Clean hotel, nice contemporary remodeled interior, great view and welcoming staff. Little side note: if there are 3 guests in a room, it would be helpful to supply 3 sets of towels, coffee, etc. instead of default 2. Also, the lotion bottle in our bathroom was empty.

The location is great, and it was really nice to have valet right there (the valet staff was stellar). Front desk and restaurant were very friendly, as well. The room itself had a great layout, very clean and overall comfortable. There were a couple of issues that I noticed - there was something weird and gross stuck to the ceiling over my bed, but the staff cleaned it up fairly quickly. (A towel was left on my bed where I assume someone stood to clean it up.) Additionally, the water pressure for the shower is abysmal, and the sink took 5-10 minutes to drain after you wash your face or brush your teeth. It would have been nice to have a complimentary breakfast in the morning like the place across the street, but it wasn't a big deal for this stay. Overall, the staff and location were really great, I'd stay again since they were so responsive.

Our overnight stay with The Hampton in Overland Park was perfect! Registration was pleasant, the room was pleasant, clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was perfect with plenty of wonderful pillows. The breakfast was the biggest surprise! A wonderful full course breakfast with choices of hot breakfast favorites, juices and coffee or tea! The employees were all outstanding; from registration through breakfast. Your chef is wonderful. All in all, a wonderful visit . We live in Leawood and had made reservations there for several times. No wonder they enjoy their visit to our are so much! thank you!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished (desk, closet, night stands with drawers, a fridge and microwave). The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options from pastries to cereal, waffles and warm items with coffee and juice. Some fresh fruit available.

Facility public areas and rooms were well cleaned and fresh smelling. Rooms are well equipped with flatscreen TV, minifridge, microwave, and keurig machine,super convenient. Room and bath were clean and well kept with minimal aging details❤️. Full set of bath towels and toiletries are provided, and room service offered daily 😊 safe location, plenty of parking space, and lobby offered infused icecold water, coffee,and fresh fruit for snacking.Thank you for an exceptional stay experience.

Hotel seemed older, but was maintained well and very clean. The only negative during our stay was the complimentary breakfast. We stayed over on a Sunday morning. Breakfast was served until 10am. We arrived for breakfast about 9:15am and the area was messy and many items were empty and not replenished even when we were finished. Oatmeal was watery, brown sugar was empty the whole time we were there, as well as the dark roast coffee urn. Breakfasts that are hot and fresh are one of the reasons we choose Hampton Inns, but this one was less than impressive.

I was very impressed with my stay. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The room was very clean, spacious and the AC worked perfect for an extremely hot summer concert I had attended. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet during the rest hours. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely hotel. We stay here about every quarter when visiting family. Always very clean, excellent service (Gina in the bar is a gem!) and spacious workout room, as well as wonderful indoor pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommend. (Concierge level provides a beautiful view of Overland Park)

Enjoyed a 3 night stay with my 10 year old daughter. I am extremely particular about hotels and have stayed at many different places in the KC area. Hands down this is my favorite. For the price, you can’t do better. The rooms are very clean, and have a very comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I booked a King room since it was just myself and my daughter and I am so glad we did, the 2 queen make the room feel more crowded. The location is great with many areas to shop and eat are close by. The pool area is fantastic and was a great place to gather with friends we traveled with. We did eat breakfast in the restaurant and we were pleased with our experience. We also grabbed coffee at the on site coffee bar- perfect for a quick bite. I don’t recommend the room service, unless you are in a pinch and just need food to survive. Our food was overcooked and a bit blah, but it did come lightning fast and it did the job. Keep in mind, you pay $10 to park, I recommend parking on the lower level. I also appreciated they had a microwave available. If you are a picky hotel guest like me, you will appreciate this one!

This is a very good venue for a meeting or convention. Directly adjacent and connected to the Overland Park Convention Center, the hotel also has its own meeting and ballrooms, which is what I'm reviewing. Hotel parking is on two levels, accessed via a ramp just West of the hotel entrance. There is also ample convention area parking, including street as well as covered parking. Attractive, fresh and updated decor. Hotel meeting facilities are on the same side as the separate Convention Center. Meeting rooms were as expected, with standard lighting and audio-visual. I would give high marks, however to a few important basics. Seating and tables were a step above average - comfortable for all-day work sessions. Food, drink, and catering staff were a cut above. Plenty of choices, efficient service, and appetizing and satisfying meals. I especially appreciated the all-day coffee and tea stations featuring Starbucks. The coffee was always brewed perfectly - smooth, not bitter. Very convenient access to major highways and roads; the hotel is in a major shopping. dining, and entertainment area. Two wishes from my recent experience: 1) In the large ballrooms, tone down the lighting a bit so it's more welcoming, comfortable, and doesn't wash out the video presentations; 2) Post the meeting wi-fi information in all venues spaces. Many I spoke to couldn't complete the log-on. I can highly recommend Sheraton Overland Park Hotel at the Convention Center for a meeting or event.

We stayed here for a gymnastics meet that was taking place in the attached venue. Very nice hotel! Beautifully remodeled and clean. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the service was wonderful! We ate there both nights we stayed. You have to use your room key in the elevator to get to the floors with rooms for added security. Pool area was nice and clean and the kids really enjoyed it. It was a salt water pool and hot tub which we love, no harsh chemicals. We would definitely stay again!

Enjoyable three night stay at Crown Center Westin as first time visitors to KC. The hotel itself is somewhat outdated, but the reception and lobby bar area are all renovated. Hotel is attached to the Mall which is a nice feature for dining and just general window-shopping. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet for sleeping with good aircon. We had a view overlooking the pool and striking war memorial tower. There was a quasi-balcony, which did not open to the outside, which was too bad. The pool is nothing fancy and needed to be cleaned, but still a pleasant spot to relax and take a dip. They really do try to cheer things up with beautiful flowers and decorative grasses, but there’s a lot of unattractive cement to detract from. TIP – There is a water refill station in the gym, which is near the pool. We used the paid self-parking which is attached to the hotel with easy access. Once you park and take a ticket, the hotel will replace the ticket with your room key for in and out privileges and it’s billed to your room-very convenient. For breakfast we went to Panera across the street and Starbucks in the Mall. We did go to the lounge at night a few times, which was bustling with conference attendees. Location is convenient for WWI Museum, Union Station and the “street car”. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Crossroads or oppositely to KC Wheel and Boulevard Brewing.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was cleaned and smelled clean - something that is so important to me. Tanner at the front desk was amazingly kind every time we saw him. Jennifer, Jay and Tonja at the bar were amazing, too. Indeed, I have not seen a hotel bar/restaurant staff as happy as this group. Even the morning breakfast cashier was super kind and efficient. She worked alone but was on top of it nonstop -- even with early morning historians (we can be cranky). I highly recommend this hotel but do hope the wifi system can be improved. It was super slow.

We loved our stay. The room and property were impeccably clean, and we had an amazing view. Plus, the bed was sooooo comfortable. The hotel is connected to Crown Center, so it was lovely walking around and checking out the stores and restaurants. The hotel restaurant was fabulous, and the food and drinks were DELICIOUS. It's one of my favorite hotels in KC!

Came in for a family wedding so we were quite a big party. This hotel was exceptional in so many ways and exceeded my expectations. The bar area is open and perfect for a large party that included some kids running around - no problem. Tate, our server, was fantastic - not sure how she kept everyone straight with a smile, always. We had the pork belly, which was quite good. The room itself - very spacious and the beds are very comfy. The pool and gym are absolutely amazing - nothing like your typical hotel pool, but more of a high-end resort somewhere. Includes machines, weight room, sauna, spa - it has it all. Prices on food and drink are a bit on the high end for a Midwestern Hotel, but this is the only negative I can think of .

My favorite hotel in KC. Beautiful views fro both sides. Nice spacious rooms. Staff is friendly and welcoming. The bar was open late. Staff was exceptional. Prices were average. Pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. The deck was clutter free, but you could tell it was time for some tile scrubbing. We will always stay in this hotel if it is available.

This trip was for my father's funeral, so I really wanted and needed a safe, quiet space to mourn, journal, and process all that was happening. This hotel was easy to find, had plenty of free parking on-site, courteous service, effective climate control for each individual room, and even a small balcony with a sliding glass door and screen. This was wonderful as I could open the door to let in the breeze and fresh air without having to worry about bugs. There were a couple of chairs and a small table on the balcony, too...not much room, but a nice option for fresh air and peace and quiet. I only wish there would have been an aux cord input for the alarm clock (so I could hook up my iPod to it). Other than that, though, it was a great hotel for a good price.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, the entire place was clean , the room updated and very quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I liked that the bathroom vanity was separate from the bathtub shower and toilet.

The room was very clean and spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Accessibility was good. Breakfast options were okay, but limited grab-and-go that had to be served by staff. All in all, one of our best stays.

The hotel was very nice and in a quiet area right off the highway. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a balcony with a large slider door which let in a lot of natural light. The pool was nice and had a lot of tables/chairs. The breakfast options for purchase were quite limited, we ended up going out for breakfast. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

The best hotel in Olathe, KS. Stayed at this hotel a few times and we will be back except at soccer season which is over ran with players. Really nice staff. Awesome breakfast. Very clean. Privacy is grand here! Nice choice of snacks and display of snack food from hotel mini mart; yummy Häagen-Dazs. Did not use gym or swimming pool so can't remark on those amenities. Breakfast was awesome; biscuits and gravy, milk, yogurt, egg omlettes with cheese or veggies, bagels, pancakes, oatmeal and toppings, juice, coffee, sausage, cereal, and scrumptious warm cinnamon rolls! We appreciate the clean room and bathroom! Lovely staff. Easy to check in and out. No fragrances in room, which is very good. Really nice bed. Liked the Dove hygiene products. Really, really sweet staff! Very clean hotel with all the modern and up to date conveniences like USB ports and window shades. There was a few spots on the carpet, 2 words, Krud Kutter, otherwise, very clean hotel. Loved this hotel! Very comfortable and secure hotel.

The location near the Garmin Soccer Complex and other sports facilities make this a good place for families and teams participating. You can literally walk to the soccer fields from the hotel and not have to worry about the crazy parking during tournaments. This is a hotel often used for Stay and Play situations where the team is playing and you are required to stay at one of their partner hotels. But this is a good option. The hotel itself is newer and in really good condition. The rooms are typical size for this brand level and well worth the price point. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful and the rooms very clean. We stayed in a double Queen on the second floor. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was in very good working order. Great hot shower and the WiFi worked well. Breakfast was on par with other breakfasts at this level. Overall, this is a great affordable place to stay if you are travelling and need to be on this side of town or you are going to be in one of the sports events nearby. You can book here with confidence.

This is a fantastic hotel that’s better than comparable hotels in this price range. Everything seems new, bed/pillow are comfortable. It’s a good-sized room and bathroom. And the overall design of the room checks off all the important boxes - comfortable office chair, generous number of outlets and USB Charging ports, convenient lighting and light switches, large shower, microwave, refrigerator, iron, horizontal laptop safe. The Breakfast area was clean with plenty of food choices. We’d definitely put this at the top of the list when we are in town.

Loved the staff - so friendly and the breakfast guy was really helpful! I feel that ice should be available on every floor and not just 1 and 3, but overall the room was clean and fresh smelling, and there's a good, casual restaurant within walking distance. Also the hotel seems very quiet so we appreciated a good nights sleep! We didn't find any option for Netflix (weird), but everything else was lovely!

We needed a quick get away before summer was over and this hotel checked all the boxes. The breakfast included omelets, sausage, muffins, bagels, yogurt, cereal, apples, cinnamon rolls, and pancakes. The indoor pool was nice and so was the outdoor seating area. The room was spacious with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom included a shower/tub combo. As an added bonus, the hotel is just a short walk from a Mexican restaurant, pizza restaurant, American food restaurant, and an ice cream shop.

We enjoyed our stay at the clean and relatively new Hampton Inn. We were checked in by the GSM, Erica, and she is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel opened in August 2022 and the facility is very clean. The breakfast options were great. Hot food included eggs, bacon or sausage, and potatoes daily in addition to 2 different waffle flavors, fruit, yogurts, cereal, and toast. The pool was only open for part of our stay, so our daughter was a little disappointed about that, but again the GSM Erica was wonderful and took care of us. The beds were comfortable, and the full size bathroom toiletries were very nice. There is a little noise from the main road, but we didn’t hear much with our room on the back of the building away from the road. We were within a 10 minute drive to the attractions we wanted to do in Downtown KC including Union Station and Crowne Center. Also a 5 mile drive to good restaurants. We tried Waldo’s Pizza KC and BRGR Kitchen + Bar in Prairie Village, KS. And as far as the previous persons complaint about theft from parking lot, we felt the area was safe and our vehicle was safe. Definitely recommend staying if you’re looking for a great hotel that doesn’t break the bank for staying near KC.

This hotel is new. Nicely decorated. Nice large bathroom. Shower is designed with control on opposite end of shower head which is so convenient. Bath products are on the wall by sink and in the shower. Nice quiet area. Staff VERY friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The ladies at the desk were super friendly and welcoming in. Check in was fast and easy. The room was extremely clean and comfortable and breakfast was hot and delicious. I will definitely stay here again.

Hilton should use this property as a model for all other Hampton Inns. The location was easy to access off of the interstate. Erica at the front desk was an absolute joy. Customer service & genuine kindness like hers is hard to come by anymore. The property is brand-new and the rooms were spacious and had lots of counter space and hooks for you to put down or hang your luggage. The hotel was sparkling clean, well-appointed with a spacious workout facility space, and had a pool as well. Breakfast served in the morning gad great variety, everything you'd want: western omelets, muffins/pastries, a many flavored waffles, and fresh fruit and yogurt options. Slept well. The air conditioning unit was actually quiet too; those who travel frequently will come to appreciate and notice that. Overall, a great experience. Would heavily recommend to others. Keep doing things right!

The staff was wonderful. The breakfast was great, eggwhite omlettes, bacon, potatoes, waffles. The employees were so kind, friendly and helpful. One, I think her name was Jackie, was from the same hometown as I was. She gave us suggestions of places to visit and eat at. My car broke down as we were leaving on Sunday and the front desk help was great with that also. They let us relax in the lobby, on the patio and offered support while I was trying to figure out how to get back across the state to Hannibal. The hotel was so nice and clean and we felt really comfortable and safe. Will stay again.

Breakfast was ok. Good not great. Plenty of options and food. Same breakfast both days. I prefer some variety. The rooms were very clean and very big. Comfortable bed. The bathrooms were big and clean. Really nice room. The hallways were also clean and nice. Same with the lobby and breakfast area.

It was really easy and convenient, right off the highway as we just needed a place to sleep for the night. It was clean, very spacious room, but you could tell the floors were really thin. We checked in late, so I was trying to keep our boys quiet, but just walking on the floor, seemed really loud. I also found it odd that the breakfast only went until 9 AM on a Sunday morning. I spoke with the manager, and he made a comment about how they needed to clean it up before the city people started to come in. Not sure what that actually meant.

A very nice and new/updated option on the southeast side of Kansas City. No issues whatsoever and a very comfortable weekend stay. Stayed with our soccer team and utilized common/meeting space for team dinner and meetings, which was also very convenient. The breakfast buffet was also very decent. Overall, a very good experience.

Let's get those out the way ... the only thing that keeps this hotel from receiving that coveted 5th star is the walls must be made of paper! Do not expect any quiet moments ... but let me be clear ... if it's quiet overall ... it's quite ... but you will hear everything if something is going on ... people walking in the hall, toilets flushing, conversations. I'm used to many hotels not having the most up-to-date sound proofing installed (LOL), but this was one of the first hotels where I was finding myself constantly thinking, damn, I can hear everything! I also had some toddlers (presumably) staying in the room above me because I could hear the pitter-patter of little feet constantly ... didn't bother me too much, as I have kids and understand. But on the brightside, the hotel was very clean, the service I received was exceptional, my room was nicely decorated and spacious, fast-wifi, the breakfast although standard (egg white, cheese omelet, sausage, gravy, biscuits, etc) was actually really good! I also took advantage of the fitness room (not big enough to be a centre) only three cardio machines (Bike, Elliptical, and Treadmill), dumbbells, and a couple of Bosu/Stability balls. But being in there by myself made it work perfectly for me. It's amazing how reviews work ... I've read some folks talk about bed bugs etc. but I did not encounter any of that. If anything changes by the time I check out, I will update ... but so far so good!

We spend four nights here in a King Suite, which was lovely. It's well decorated and supplied with TV, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, sitting area, etc. Ice was down the hall and there is a laundry on premises. The bath is a bit odd because they've built a solid wall to enclose the shower, leaving only a small passageway to step in. Counter space was good. Our top complaint is that the mattress is very, very soft. It's like getting out of a bath tub since you have to raise up over the side to get out. Since it's a new hotel, I don't understand why this is. Breakfast was the usual but good and well-stocked. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Parking is free in the rear of the building but just watch the signs to make sure you park in the correct places. The reception is on the second floor so you do need to go up one floor to check in. Rooms on the third and fourth floors require a room key to use the elevator. Location is in Kansas, not Missouri, which as we found out makes it very hard to find with your GPS. Once you enter the correct state, it's fine. Either in the building or a short walk away are several restaurants/fast food places. A short drive down the hill is an Applebee's (not one of their better restaurants) and a terrific Mexican restaurant (Taqueria Mexico). It's close to Interstate 35 and all of the downtown attractions. We would stay here again.

Large and comfortable room. Linens were fresh and bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was efficient and quiet. Shower/ water pressure was strong and hot water plentiful. Room was quiet despite being right across the hall from the elevator!! Breakfast was as expected (except no cinnamon rolls).

Clean..check. comfortable…check. Quiet…check. Great buffet…check. Central location to UKMC…check. Easy to register online…check. Price conscious…check. I think this covered everything. Arrived after midnight, but they waited for me…lots of great restaurants nearby (within 50 meters)…overall, excellent stay. If you are headed to UKMC, this is where you should stay!

We stayed in the August Meyer room, and there was a binder with history on the mansion as well as August Meyer, an historical figure to the KC area. The room was comfortable, adorable, and had local art! We LOVED the Jacuzzi tub. Had we stayed more than one night, we would have enjoyed the parlor and patio very much.

The rooms are charming and comfortable. We had a great experience staying in this historic home. We stayed in the top level of the carriage house and loved the jacuzzi. We also enjoyed using the common rooms of the main house. Highly recommended, plus it's very affordable when staying in the heart of the city.

An absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! Southmoreland on the Plaza will be my “forever favorite” of places to stay in Kansas City. Charming, comfortable, clean…with everything one could ask for… and location, location, location!… close to so much, yet quiet and private. I would also like to mention that my experience with management, specifically Justin, was truly amazing. Each email I sent, each question I asked, was answered promptly and professionally…so welcoming and informative! When my flight was unexpectedly delayed and my arrival was very late, I was assured that all would be ready and it was! My room was simply perfect! I will be returning…again and again!

Wonderful experience. I stayed in the Leroy "Satchel" Paige room - so cozy and comfortable. Loved the wood fireplace in my room, which I enjoyed using during my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean and well-kept. Wifi worked great. Had a thoroughly enjoyable stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in KC!

We were in town for a 17U basketball tournament and the entire team and their families stayed at the Southmoreland. It was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed. Every little detail was noted. Because we booked the entire house, we were able to use the kitchen to cook and feed our crew. Perfect set up. Plenty of room to be together, with the privacy of our comfy rooms when we wanted to get away. Location was ideal. Emily and Josh were very responsive & helpful for our needs. Highly recommend.

The price was right on these spacious, comfortable spaces. The beds were rock hard but they offered lots of comfy pillows and clean white linens. Not sure how clean the carpet is, since pets are allowed. Free fresh coffee was a nice touch. My only complaint is that waiting for the elevator was stinky- on both floors we were on. Get rid of the trash cans in the elevator area!

Just stayed 1 night. Front desk was nice. No breakfast, but stuff there to buy. Room was clean. Big desk. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in dispensers in bathroom, which were nice. No cover seat on toliet, who cares it was clean. Bed was comfy. Very quiet. Free do it your own laundry. Only 4 stars cuz no breakfast.

Loved the location. We travel with 2 big dogs and there were lots of places to walk. Coffee shop and sports bar across the parking lot. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is very pet friendly. The room we stayed in had plenty of space especially with 2 queen beds and very clean. The kitchenette was stocked with the main essentials. The staff is very helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed 2 times at this hotel now and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. Its nice having the little bistro to grab coffee & breakfast. Our room was very nice. It looked newly renovated. Beautiful luxurious feeling shower, very clean and comfortable beds. Modern furniture, clean carpets and a great balcony. Housekeeping was attentive and made sure to leave clean towels and refill the soaps, makes beds and tidy up. The only minor problem was our coffee maker didn't work, however it didn't matter enough to ask for it to be replaced. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The staff was very welcoming, I didn't get the name of the man who checked us in, and wish I had because I would give him a great review through the hotel. He made several recommendations for restaurants nearby, and was generous about a late check out. We were there for business and only stayed one night. The location was great, anything and everything was 5 minutes or less from the hotel. The beds were comfortable, There was a fridge in the room. The property is under construction, the lobby area and our room were nice. I was disappointed the room had a tiny coffee maker with very generic coffee. They do serve Starbucks in the lobby bar/breakfast area at a charge. Breakfast and/or coffee are not included, with exception of small outdated and aged coffee maker in room. Purpose of trip was business, with an exam the morning after our stay, planned on studying that morning, and had to pack up quickly and leave due to construction noises which began around 8:45 to 9:00am. It was so loud we could not hear each other, and that isn't an exaggeration. It sounded like they had four drills going at once in our room, even though it was in a room close to us, not in our room. That level of noise, I'd think should start AFTER check out time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again once remodeling is complete. If you plan on sleeping until 8:30 or relaxing in the morning, I recommend asking the for a room away from construction.

this is a good value , the room was spacious, king size bed and nice couch. the room was quiet and comfortable . the courtyard is nice with seating area and firepit . we had a nice view to the courtyard from our balcony . there is No breakfast nor coffee in lobby though . very clean

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott because the Hyatt Place had cancelled one of our rooms without notifying us. They said it was because my name was on another reservation so they cancelled one room. I was very upset as I had 4 teenage girls with us and they cancelled their room. The attendant at the front desk thought it would be ok if I left 4 teenage girls alone in the hotel for the evening. The Courtyard Marriott was next door, I quickly booked two rooms online, left the Hyatt Place and went next door. The evening attendant was very friendly and got us checked in quickly as she could see I was very upset. The girls got their room and my husband, son and myself got our room. I even received a complimentary drink for my troubles. The rooms were a nice size, clean, and the beds where unbelievably comfortable. They didn't offer breakfast but had a little Starbucks café in the lobby, with 4 teenage girls who like their coffee, it was an easy decision to get some coffee there and something lite to eat. Great Hotel.

I stayed here for 4 nights The hotel is 45 minutes from the airport in a business district with plenty of restaurants and some shops nearby. The hotel is well kept and clean. The check-in was fast and very welcoming. The room I had was on the first floor, with a reasonable size for working and sleeping. The breakfast has a reasonable selection and was very enjoyable They have a free parking area but it is possible to walk 10 minutes to restaurants and shops.

Check in was smooth the staff was really friendly. It’s a beautiful place and had a pretty cool indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was awesome! Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Jacuzzi is always a plus too!

A great, affordable hotel surrounded by food and attractions. My husband and I love the jacuzzi suites for our date night getaways. Always clean, excellent weekend breakfast, and staff is always nice. I have only good things to say about this place.

My stay here started out great when booking with the front desk employee, Jennifer, she went above and beyond to help me and make my stay great. We had a suite with a jacuzzi tub in room and loved it. The tub filled up quick and never ran out of hot water. The room was clean and the bathroom with full shower was huge! Even had bath and body works toiletries and if you forgot anything the front desk had extras of tooth brushes, toothpaste and razors. There is no restaurant on site but there are many options within a two minute walking distance. Breakfast here was ok and had many options. The indoor pool was large and well kept looks like they even had rooms that opened up to the pool which would be nice if traveling with kids.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful. The public areas are clean. The pool and hot tub area is right off the lobby and quite large. The breakfast area is clean and food is refreshed promptly. It is an average complimentary breakfast. Our room was large and clean. Our only complaint was the height of the tub. It was 18 to 24 inches high. Don’t know why but hank goodness there was a grab bar.

I was working in the Area. My Company put the Crew in this Hotel for the night of Tuesday 7 /6/21. Check in was Very Friendly. We had the 7th Floor. The room was nice and had everything you would need, Fridge, ( No Freezer) , Small Microwave, Plenty of Drawer Space, for your clothes and Plenty of Bathroom Amenities. I cant tell you about the TV, (Don't Watch it). There was Plenty of Hot Water for a Decent Shower,with Towels and Wash Clothes. I did Not get the Room Temperature down to what was Comfortable to Sleep at, though. The Room, (#722), was 76* when I got in it at 4:30 pm, ( I set it at 65*) ,It only got down to 72* by the next morning. It ran the the entire time on High.I usually like to sleep with all the Covers on me, But, this time was, Sheets Only, !!! At Check in, They said The Restaurant, attached, (Green Mill ), had -" Pay For Breakfast"- starting at 6:30 am, and Dinner Starts at 5:00 pm. I seen the Menu by the Elevators, Looked good and the prices didn't look bad. Due to the Covid, they Only Served Chicken Wings. They were Good, and the Server, Nancy, was Very Friendly.. I travel and stay at Alot of Hotels, and this one was One that you Could put on your , - " GO BACK TO"- List

Amazing experience start to finish at this hotel! From being greeted by Ryan at the front desk to the wonderful clean room to eating at the KC restaurant, all was 5 star! Wonderful to waitress named Priscilla was such a breath of fresh air, so professional and friendly and tended to ever need promptly!

Room was very clean! The staff was very friendly! Hot Tub was hot, making it PERFECT! Pool was nice n warm. Breakfast was Awesome... Hot n delicious! Shower was adjustable. Very roomy Room. Plenty big 4 four of us. Awesome stay.

Good overall experience. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had good amenities with large TV with HBo and cable, small fridge, microwave iron and ironing board and a very comfortable bed The pool is small but nice with towels and seating with tables chairs and lounges. All within a hotel courtyard. Breakfast was decent with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes. Oatmeal. Fruit, pastries, English muffins, and juice and coffee. The location is adjacent to major highways so access to downtown is fast and easy and there are decent restaurants and stores within blocks Overall a good experience and I would go back.

We've stayed at this property 3 times total. We like having a separate bedroom and the kitchenette. The hotel is near our relatives and it gives us our own space when we need down time. The employees have always been pleasant and helpful. Be sure to ask for a room on the parking lot side of the building. The highway side rooms are incredibly noisy due to 20+ hour a day heavy semi truck traffic on I-35. The parking lot lights are very bright and are not blocked by the curtains in the room. Our room's mattress needed to be changed out as it had definite 'imprints' where former guests had slept. On the upside, the living room couch and chair were comfortable and new. All the kitchen cookware, dishware and silverware were also new. The hotel was renovated a couple of years ago and things do look fresh & clean. The hotel caters to workmen who stay there long-term; unfortunately some are not always the quietest guests when it comes to walking down the halls and in their room if you happen to stay below them. We will probably stay there again and remember our experiences from this trip and act accordingly.

Just off the main highway near to a few shops, and a short drive to beaches and supermarkets. Very friendly welcome. Room updated, so clean with comfortable bed and good linens. Aircon powerful and not too noisy. Kitchen reasonably well equipped, but ice maker really slow and the fridge froze all our fruit.Powerful shower and good quality towels. Good wifi signal. Well equipped laundry free to use, and gymnasium. Small outside BBQ area with plenty of seating, with a view of both a nice green area and the freeway. Overall a good stay and reasonable value.

Booked 6 rooms for out of town family attending a funeral. I was very impressed with how manager and staff handled complex arrangements for different arrivals and they did their best to put all of us on one floor. The suites are modern, nicely appointed and clean. Location of this hotel is perfect...right beside a mall and grocery store, easily accessible from highway. Highly recommend Candlewood Suites in Olathe Kansas. Excellent value for the money, professional service and very comfortable accommodations.

I liked that they had a mini kitchen. I was able to make breakfast. What was not ideal was the shower had no shower curtain and water was everywhere. We had to clean up the water and used up all the towels we had. All that they would need is a shower curtain!

We ubered every where except to breakfast one day, so cannot attest to the parking. Pros: Affordable, friendly staff, clean, comfortable beds, nice convenience store, liked it had a fridge and safe in the room. Liked the big shower, albeit a small bathroom. Cons: Right downtown, so as per several uber drivers that brought us back late, was told don't walk around by yourselves at night. The bar next door got a little loud, but we were super tired. They serve food and we got their late on a Friday night. The men outside the bar, were very loud and didn't feel safe around them. We went in to eat, cash only and so loud we couldn't even hear the waitress over the music, so we left. You do hear outside traffic and people in the parking lot, but not too bad. Each door is is on a hinge that slams shut and they are loud, but safe. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant/bar as 4 separate guests said don't bother. It was basically complimentary hotel style breakfast made to look cooked/reheat. But a lot of people seemed to like the bar. Weirdest thing was no alarm clock at all. Most people use their phones, but it would have been nice as a back up. Would stay again.

I travel to Kansas City about once a month so I have been waiting for this hotel to open. It is a quiet, small hotel with quirky decor, dark colors and non square rooms. Good WIFI, many outlets and USB plugs, modern TV with live TV and Netflix. Adequate parking that seems shared with local businesses. It has a small restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. Only concerns were that could hear some road noise, needed more lighting in rooms, no coffee pot in room and AC was noisy but worked well. Overall I recommend this hotel.

Beautifully crafted property, great water pressure. Exquisitely designed and decorated. Comfortable room, and the bed was also comfortable. Clean rooms and hall. Breakfast was great. Staff was professional and courteous. Check-in was seamless. Lots of nightlife and restaurants, lots to see and do and if you like walking, take a walk. Quiet neighborhood. I am becoming very fond of The Tapestry collection. Their properties are very interesting. This property represents the Westport route. There's always a great story. I will have to visit them all.

Courteous staff. The lady-technician (called through the Front desk) promptly answered the call and set right a minor problem with the Room TV and the toilet seat. The room was spacious with all amenities like Safe, Fridge, Mirrors etc. The shower enclosure is big, clean and well-fitted. The breakfast cafe is kept clean, and the food was sumptuous, ordered from a few Alacarte items listed in a menu card. The cook-cum-server lady was very polite and helpful!

We were in the area for basketball practice and had two 15 year old boys with us. We got a great rate with 2 queen beds! The room is tight but beds were comfortable and bathroom was of good size. Super clean. Staff friendly and helpful. The boys came down at like 9:30 (breakfast ends at 10 on weekends) and biscuits and gravy was out....but the super helpful lady taking care of breakfast promptly got them some fresh and they said it was really good. Also for warm they had egg white omelet and regular omelet plus bacon and Turkey sausage. Pancakes, yogurt and lots of other things! It was one of the best breakfast the boys have at a hotel in a bit! We would stay here again with no problem!

Stayed here while in town for the Hollywood Casino 400 at Kansas Speedway. It was a short 15-minute drive to the track, and unlike hotels closer to the track, the prices were not gouged out of this world! We greatly appreciated that. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy with friendly employees. This property cannot be more than a few years old, and everything was clean and looked brand new. Room was quiet, bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was clean, and the coffee and breakfast was always fully stocked. We plan to attend a race at Kansas Speedway next year and will try to stay here again. The location, cleanliness, and amenities were everything we were hoping for.

We prefer Holiday Inns Express when we travel, and generally, they're all about the same. But this particular hotel was definitely better than the others we've stayed at. Helpful, professional, and polite staff, very clean rooms, and an extremely wonderful continental breakfast the next morning, with provisions for a to-go breakfast for those unable to dine at the restaurant. This HI was also very convenient to downtown KC.

Clean comfortable hotel close to our baseball tournament. Quiet. Comfy bed. Very good complimentary breakfast. Check in was quick and desk guy was very pleasant and helpful, directing us to a couple of local restaurants. Would stay here again.

Convenient location right off the highway. Close to Oak Park Mall. Property was clean and employees are friendly. Typical IGH HIE breakfast, well stocked. Room was clean with only minimal mold in the caulk at the bottom of the shower stall. Property is used by traveling contractors during the week and sports teams on the weekends. Hotel enforces quiet time after 10PM. Did not use the pool or exercise room. Only complaints are that the TV would go out during heavy rains and only one elevator was operating during our stay. Would am am staying here again in the future.

We hadn't stayed at a Candlewood before so we thought we'd give it a try. They are pet friendly which is important to us when we travel. There is a mild fee for each pet in the room. The rooms were very clean. We had a studio size. A small kitchen is included with a refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious with an actual bathtub. That's a rarity these days in hotel rooms. The kitchen has most things you'd need as far as kitchenware goes. The hotel doesn't provide housekeeping every day. Just weekly. So you'll need to go exchange your towels yourself and clean up the room. Or pay for additional service. We didn't as we were only staying 2 nights. But keep that in mind when you book that this isn't full service. The location is convenient off the main highway, but the frontage roads can be rather confusing. Nighttime was a challenge to find this place. I made several wrong turns even with the help of gps to try to get there. However the staff was welcoming and helpful. One area to note was the air conditioning was unbelievably loud. That's strange for a brand new building. Granted it was hot so it had to run a lot. But this thing was like sitting in the engine seat on a DC9. Those of you around my age will know exactly what that means. You won't need any ambient noise to fall asleep in the summer here. You won't be able to hear anything else but the air conditioning.

Candlewood has really become one of my go-tos. Booked two rooms: one for my mom, one for my girlfriend and I. Even though I put both rooms on my card, the front desk gal would not tell me mom which room we were in. If that sounds like a complaint, it's note. The joke was we were right next to each other as requested, but I respect the very friendly clerk who did her job of respecting privacy to the fullest extent. Beyond that, great stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious room. Rarely do we use all the amenities but great to have the full-size fridge, a microwave, sink, and dishes. Really unbelievable these rooms are typically no more expensive than more standard rooms elsewhere. Did get to use the weight room in the morning and it's plenty for a hotel facility. No free breakfast but there is a room with all sorts of goodies that are reasonably priced, and free coffee. Plus all kinds of things one can check out for free (games, other amenities, etc) Finally, location wise no problems. Right off a big road, easy to get to. Ha - a liquor store just down the street. I think it was a 12-15 minute drive to downtown KC with night traffic. It was about a 10-minute drive to Joe's BBQ (not in KC) in evening traffic. Everything felt safe. Great stay.

This was my first time staying at a Candlewood so I didn't really know what to expect. The hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly. The suite I had was spacious, and well equiped with everyrhing one needs to feel at home like a full sized fridge, cooker, microwave, pots and plates. Considering being quite close to the motorway, the hotel is pretty sound proof so you can get a good nights sleep. The location was great for getting to local restaurants and shops and downtown was just a 20 minute drive away. There is an ALDI and Target closeby for all your grocery needs. There is no breakfast provided but there was an on sight kiosk where you could purchase breakfast items, snacks and drinks. The area itself felt very safe and I would happily stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easy to get to and from. Despite its accessibility, it remains quiet and offers plenty of parking. I’m only staying for one night, but I appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, an over-the-range microwave, an electric cooktop, a dishwasher, and a coffee maker. It even comes stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware—perfect for a comfortable stay. The only downside is a slight odor in the room, possibly from the carpets needing a deep clean. However, that’s a minor issue compared to the overall quality of the hotel, which I think is excellent.

This hotel is only 6 months old. Very fresh and clean. Mattress was better than my own at home! Not huge, but very functional. Very nice kitchen with all the cookware and tableware needed. Modern bathroom with exceptional towels! Enjoyed this room so much that we didn't want to leave. Glad for the later checkout - 12 noon. This hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast. Price was reasonable. We stay in KC frequently, and this hotel has just moved to the top of my list!

We were here with a large conference. My very favorite thing was the Lync (we referred to as the gerbil tube) that linked you to almost everything - other conference hotels, Crown Center shopping/eating, Union Station, aquarium, legoland, Hallmark Visitors Center, etc. I never had to get in the street unless I wanted to. But when we did, the free trolley was fantastic to get around on. We were given a room on the 40th floor. What an amazing view! Room was very clean and spacious. Had a mini fridge and coffee maker. I was pleased by the amount of outlets and usb ports. The bed and linens were comfortable but I was not a fan of the lumpy pillows. (Out of all fairness I am sure they would have remedied that if I had called the front desk). The bathroom was clean and had great lighting. I loved the products they provided (Gilchrist and Soames bath gel, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap). The room was quiet and you didn’t hear hall noise and such like other hotels. The bar/restaurant in the hotel had delicious appetizers. (I have never seen wings so large) The elevators were hit and miss - kinda quirky. This hotel is older but you can tell that they have worked hard to keep it beautiful, clean, and updated. The staff (housekeeping, bar, bell staff, maintenance, & front desk) was always so pleasant!! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the area.

Loved the size of the rooms, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and floors were clean. The staff from valet, to check in, housekeeping, check out were extremely helpful and very friendly considering there were hundreds of guests on site for various activities and not all were pleasant. The views of the city were absolutely beautiful at night! Very relaxing. All in all, I would highly recommend the Sheraton as “THE” place to stay for business or pleasure as they live up to the hype in my opinion!

Convenient location if you don’t mind walking a little bit, clean, and friendly service. The city view from our room was spectacular! We loved The Link, which is the glass walkway that goes directly from the hotel all the way to Union Station. Very convenient. Then you can hop right on the KC Streetcar, which is the free trolley that goes all the way up Main Street. We also enjoyed the outside pool located on a lower building’s roof. I wish the hotel offered water for the guests in the lobby or at least a convenient place to fill up water bottles.

Friendly and helpful service, clean rooms, great beds, quiet, walkable area with lots to do and the streetcar is nearby to take you places as well. Loved it!

The Sheraton Kansas City offers spacious and clean rooms that are properly serviced each day, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The hotel facilities are well maintained and feel secure, which adds to the overall convenience. However, the front desk staff could be more welcoming, as they often appear indifferent and lack the willingness to assist. Additionally, the food quality falls below expectations, especially considering the price, making dining on-site less appealing.
