Room 302. Jacuzzi tub, king bed, and convertible sofa. The room is offset from the hall so was very quiet.

Location was convenient off the highway but the room was quiet and overlooked an inviting courtyard. Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, choices of cereal, muffins bagels english muffins, fruit, and they had a pancake maker. Decent hot coffee too and the cook was very pleasant and greeted everyone and made small talk. She said thats what she loves about her job and everyone in the staff seemed very happy to greet me. The public areas were very nice and the jacuzzi tub in my room was Amazing!!

The hotel was very comfortable, relaxing, and sparkling clean. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, and did a great job. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, and the evening cookies were also a very nice touch. We highly recommend this hotel!

Location was good close to a lot of eating places. Breakfast was hot. Lady ,keeping Breakfast bar well stocked with the hot food and coffee. She was very friendly and helpful..ladies at check in also very friendly and helpful

I was surprise that you received more than continental breakfast and dinner. Drinks all day (non- alcoholic). Alcoholic beverages for a dollar at a certain time . Inside pool with jacuzzi . Room nice and clean. All staff was professional and friendly.

You can't beat Drury. Everything is always consistently great. Great pool/jacuzzi. Great happy hour and breakfast. Super clean.

We had a Queen Suite that was Excellent! Big, Clean, Comfortable, Safety Bar with Non Slip Grip and Non Slip tub Floor! The beds were Very Comfortable and the Rooms were Spotless! There is Texas Roadhouse Restaurant across the Parking lot! The Breakfast was served with an Attendant who was Very Friendly! There were Many Choices of Hot and cold Breakfast Items with Assorted Juices, Milk, Coffee and Soda. It was the best Breakfast I have Had! Lots of Free Parking! I rate this a 5 star Hotel!

This is our second stay and it won’t be our last. Just remodeled so everything is fresh and new. Great dinner buffet included with something for everyone, even young kids. Free sodas and pop corn. Buffet hot breakfast also included. Our suite had a living room with TV, bath with walk in shower, microwave/fridge and a large bedroom with another TV. Room for 6 to sleep. Friendly staff, great location just off I24. Several restaurants and gas station plus Walmart adjacent. Oh and $1 cocktails, beer or wine ( 3 per person limit) from 5:30 til 7 PM.

Nice room decor, very clean room & hotel, wi fi & cable were offered, nice staff, comfortable bed & pillows, good location, located right next to good restaurants, quiet, nice selection at breakfast - good coffee, ice machines convenient. in a safe area - easy check in & out. Offered happy hour snacks. Parking was close & convenient.

Nice room and comfortable bed. Amazing free kick-back dinner, cocktails and breakfast. They also offer free popcorn for snack in the evening. Becky at the reservation counter was helpful, nice and outgoing. Becky was also helping out at the Continental Breakfast with a smile. She greeted us and talked to us, which was so nice. We were very impressed with how friendly and outgoing she was, made us feel at home. There was also another person, Kristen working on the Continental Breakfast and she also greeted us and talk to us. The bartender was also very nice and friendly. All the staff were so amazing. We always seek out Drury Inns on our cross-country road trip each year. Wonderful place to stay and highly recommend this place.

The accommodations were great! The amenities set Drury Inn apart from the rest. The hotel is beautiful and well-kept. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub and the hours of use. The fitness center being 24 hours was perfect for us. Breakfast, dinner, popcorn, and kick-back drinks were all delicious and well prepared. We were not expecting the quality of the food provided. We're used to hotel breakfast being a small bowl of cereal, toast, and maybe a muffin. This was a whole hot breakfast with pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, and pastries! Dinner was restaurant quality and different buffet options both nights we stayed. Nachos, bbq, hotdogs, chili, grilled chicken Alfredo, salad, baked potato, and fountain drinks. Hot coffee 24 hours too! And if you didn't get your fill, they also have a mini convenience store with snacks, drinks, and essential items. Towels were soft. The room was just right. This was our first time staying at Drury Inn, but it definitely WON'T be our last!

This property was nice and clean. Also they offer free breakfast & dinner. And the food was amazing. Great selections each day for breakfast and dinner. I was very surprised at the quality of the food offered. The pool and hot tub were very clean and fun. Had a handicapped room and the walk in shower was great.

This was my second stay at the inn. The first time, there were renovations going on. In no way did those cause any issues with my stay at that time. My recent stay was perfect. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My room was perfect, clean, quiet and cozy. The one exception was the thermostat. I kept trying to lower the temperature and it insisted on staying at the "set" temperature. After several attempts to change it, I finally gave up. I did wake up during the night at one point due to being too warm. My preference is 68 degrees. The thermostat stayed at 74 degrees. With that being the only issue, which probably could have been solved with a simple call to the front desk, I still enjoyed my stay.

We arrived and the front desk associate was welcoming. The pool was sparkling clean. The exercise room was stocked with towels and clean. The furnishing and carpeting are a bit dated but the rooms were clean. They have microwaves, fridges and coffee makers in each room. The morning hot breakfast was one of our best, hot cinnamon rolls, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage gravy, bacon or sausage (depending on day) hot & cold cereals, juices, fruit cups, etc... The breakfast bar area was wl kept and stocked. During the day if you need a quick bite, they have pot pies, burritos, chips, candy and chips reasonably-priced. Down the road in Metropolis is a quaint town with an amazing statue of Superman, great shops and several resturants as well as Harrah's Casino. Don't forget to a visit to Fort Massac State Park and enjoy the museum. The park is great! This hotel is worth an overnight or a few days visit.

This is always a must stay hotel when I drive up from Georgia to IL or IN. Hotel staff area always on point, the entire hotel is clean and spotless, coffee in the lobby and a great free breakfast. Close to the Highway and the restaurant Rafferty's is a great place to eat with good service and food. The intersection by the hotel is tricky at best. Even having driven it before, I still get flustered! Rooms are clean and the walk in shower is always a plus!

It’s our first time staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is extremely clean and quiet. The pool is outdoor with lots of seating around it and the temperature was perfect. The breakfast is standard fare , totally fine if you don’t want to go elsewhere. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area and if you are looking at Hancock’s Fabrics for a visit, it is right down the road from the hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Situated on the Ohio River, not sure if new or renovated, extremely clean and staffed by the most helpful, polite people I’ve met! We were there for the 4th of July and sat on our balcony in comfort to watch an excellent display of fireworks. The restaurant (free kids meal with adult meal) was very good. Staffing issues were made up by a waitress who, without seeming hurried, handled an unexpected crowd the 4th expertly. Indoor pool was enjoyed by families including our grandkids. All told I plan to go back.

Nice hotel, the room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Nice breakfast selection. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel was quiet at night. Rates were reasonable for the area. Easy to get in and out and back on the highway. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is well maintained and well kept , staff here is very good and courteous and they have a hottub and a inside a pool. The breakfast here is very good with lot of different options , easy access and conveniently located and I enjoyed my time while I was there .

Very clean, modern and spacious standard king room with an extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Great temperature controls and spacious bathroom. Having a sectional sofa and 2 footstools allowed us to play a few games of cards. Big desk, good space for luggage. The whole hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast was just okay. We stayed here last year and again this year on our drive to FL. The price is so reasonable for an updated, clean hotel. We’ll return again!

This is a fairly new hotel. Our room was clean, spacious with good Wi-Fi and a nice shower. The staff were friendly & helpful. Check-in & Check-out was easy. The breakfast area had lots of seating. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & sausage gravy, oatmeal packets, waffle maker with “add ons”, 2 kinds of English Muffins, jams, yogurt, toast, mini-muffins, several juice options, coffee & tea. Our 1st time staying at this hotel. For the reasonable price paid and hotel condition, this will be our choice next time in Paducah!

The check in lady super friendly and helpful. This place was brand new and the room was amazing!! The breakfast lady made the breakfast as if she was feeding her own family this amazing breakfast. She put heart into making sure it was super clean!! Bud shout out to the staff!!!

We stayed here on our overnight on the way to Florida. We will make this a regular stop! King room with sitting area. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge, beautiful bathroom, nice hair dryer and makeup mirror, very clean room and lobby. Super comfortable bed and quiet on the 3rd floor. Usual hotel breakfast with waffle maker, sausage, eggs, toast, yogurt, juice, coffee. Friendly staff!

Stayed overnight on our way to Nashville. Room was spacious and clean. Queen bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was usual type of hotel breakfast with eggs, sausage biscuits and gravy. Waffles etc. The staff was quick and friendly upon check in. Recommend and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Loved everything the best place to stay so far. Feeling regal, the jacuzzi bathtub was extra special. Happy I was here for 2 nights. Warm welcome from James. Comfy, clean and elegant. Keypad entries. Street parking in front.

Wonderful place! Such a cute vibe. Nice rooms and facility, had jacuzzi tub in our room. Love the shared kitchen/cooking area (has pots and pans to use) and love that it has a fridge. Beds were very nice! James was wonderful host and greeter. Would come back again.

My boyfriend and I came to town to visit his family and chose this classy bed and breakfast first of all because the prices were very fair and the room details were interesting. I have a love for history and the place is very fancy, I love fancy! And fair price! Count me in!!!!!! Upon entering I was greeted by a charming kind young lady who was very helpful and the energy was great! She made me feel comfortable instantly and I new I would love my stay. The room was beautiful clean and had full size complementary soaps and shampoos if needed. The bed was soft and comfortable and I appreciate the free Netflix and not having to log in. Free coffee was hot and ready again with excellent service, the owner saw us looking at things and shared with us his journey and the history he was also very welcoming and I felt at home. I will stay here every time we come to see the family. Thank you for your great hospitality ❤️

Friendly staff, local newspaper, soft towels, comfortable bed, very clean. No chipped paint or items appearing to need maintenance. Very neat and clean breakfast area. Enjoyed pastey from local bakery - glazed donuts and chocolate eclairs in addition to the usual offerings of scrambled eggs, sausage and French toast sticks. Liked that coffee stations in both breakfast area and in lobby. Enjoyed dinner at Stricklands, local seafood restaurant at very reasonable prices.

Staying at The HAMPTON INN & SUITES located in Paducah KY was an almost perfect experience. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. The WiFi was fast. The continental breakfast was delicious. As HHONORS Diamond Members- we were fully valued and recognized. Overall we felt that we had found a great bang for our bucks for a peaceful and enjoyable nights stay. Unfortunately the peaceful tranquility was drastically diminished a few hours later when the occupants of the room above us had young children that apparently wanted to dance around. We contacted the front desk numerous times and finally was relocated to higher room on 4th floor. We give our genuine appreciation to front desk staff member (Billy) for going the second mile to address our concerns by assisting in relocating us. He was courteous and kind as he diligently worked to find and assist us in endeavor.

My wife and I had a quiet and comfortable room. The Fitness Center was one of the best I encountered during this 3,800-mile road trip; it had plenty of room for floor exercises and was equipped with inflated exercise balls and floor mats. The room shower had plenty of hot water and pressure. The breakfast was good; however, the staff could have been more attentive to the breakfast items; there was no 2% milk, and the drink dispenser was out. We would stay here again.

This has been a consistent stop for us for years now. We enjoy the location right off I24. Perfect for a quick overnight stay to rest up and continue our journey. Staff are always friendly and rooms clean with a comfortable bed. Plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants. We always look forward to staying over in Paducah at this location.

This motel is right off the interstate. Very convenient. 5 miles to downtown Paducah Ky. Room was very comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was good.No problems with check in and employees were friendly and helpful. Room rates were great.

Short drive into downtown but worth the visit to see the riverfront

Clean quiet and comfy. Decent breakfast but need honey for those biscuits!! Love that the fridge in the room also had a separate freezer so our icees could refreeze for next days travel. All hotels should have that! Also nice to have larger sizes of shampoo/ conditioner in bathroom instead of tiny bottles that are barely enough for 1 person. Staff very friendly.

No hair dryer in my room. They brought me one but it was broken. Otherwise very nice, clean, and convenient hotel. Pool was clean and warm, bed was comfy, great breakfast!

Check in process was a breeze. Catherine at the front deals was super friendly. Her demeanor and southern charm is exactly what I expect in this part of the country. We did t get to Enjoy the breakfast due to travel issues BUT the dining area appeared very clean and well kept. Spoke briefly with Emily in the morning she was just as friendly outgoing and welcoming as Catherine. The staff throughout the hotel was super friendly when you passed them in the hallways. This is the type of place we like to visit. I feel like they staff here truly appreciate the customers. The room was clean and tidy. The plus side of this being right off the highway means it also come with the highway sounds. Normally could not hear the traffic but in occasion you can hear it. I full recommend this location.

This is our third stay here and it is always comfortable and the staff are always helpful and very friendly. As we arriving a little late, the clerk gave us an upgrade to a very nice suite. Breakfast was also outstanding, fresh, and tasty, with a nice selection. A big 'Thank You' to the staff.

We were traveling through heading out west and this was a very comfortable place to stay. We only stayed one night and left before breakfast the next morning. But we expect that breakfast was very good also. Friendly staff, clean and just an overall comfortable place to stay.

This hotel is in an area with about 20 large name brand hotels. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Free breakfast had fewer items than other recent Fairfield stays. Example - There was no bread for toasting. No waffles. No potatoes. Staff was super friendly. The closet restaurant is McDonald's. It is about 1.5 miles from the hotel. Lots of fast food and casual sit down restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Pool was closed for maintenance.

We've been impressed with the Fairfield brand in recent years and this one is no exception. Zach at the front desk was very friendly and helpful to us. Clean, comfortable and got a good nights sleep so no complaints. Breakfast is right at average to slightly above. Typical Midwest food such as eggs, sausage and donuts. The only thing I would have liked to have seen on the menu was actual oatmeal instead of the packaged kind. Other than that a good place and we'll stay there again.

I was disappointed in the bathroom accommodation of roll-in shower that I had reserved and did NOT receive. It was difficult for my mom to get in and out of the bathtub although the number of bathtub safety grab bars were appreciated. Water was tepid and never got hot and handheld shower head had no pressure Positive side room was very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and surrounding rooms were quiet. Our grandson enjoyed his workout in the gym.

Room size was great and it had a fully appointed kitchenette which made having dinner and relaxing in the room very easy. Room was very clean but hallway rugs needed a good vacuuming. Staff was very warm n welcoming

It’s an older hotel, I don’t have any problems at all with an older hotel as long as the staff is friendly, and the hotel is clean and safe that hotel meets all of this criteria the staff could not have been friend Lawyer my room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletriesI have no complaints at all. I would stay here again. It’s also in a good location.

Pet friendly for dogs! Suites have medium size fridge, full size microwave, cooking stove top, and coffee pot. No coffee but can buy it on site and laundry detergent. Clean hot showers with very nice staff members.

Fantastic, clean jacuzzi suite for under $200! Internet was fast and reliable I could use my laptop and cloud play on my Xbox at the same time room had two tvs and foldout couch fridge, microwave, coffee pot and a private room! You could also set a timer for the spa jets that kept the water steaming for hours!!! Fantastic suite for less than $200!

Front desk was very friendly, room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Place was very quiet and the location was great. They did have breakfast and it was a nice selection with fresh fruit. Its not a BRAND NEW motel its being kept very nice and clean.

My family came down for the eclipse. The Super 8 was clean and well maintained, and very quiet despite being fully booked. Breakfast was great with a good selection and refilled all the time. One of the best features was the staff who were extremely friendly and helpful.

The attendant when we walked into the lobby was very attentive and helpful and getting his keys immediately he told us about the parking and he asked if there’s anything else we need the room was warm comfortable in the shower was hot it was perfect rest for a 5 Hour Drrive the next day and extreme cold weather during a holiday I commend the front desk service fly up

We booked a two-night stay here on April 7 for the solar eclipse, so we were just happy to find any rooms available. I had to downgrade my rating of the value, because the price had gone up for the eclipse, of course. The hotel ended up being nicer than we had expected. We had large room with two double beds, a desk, a TV, a dresser, and even a refrigerator and microwave. The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains. The breakfast included sausage, hard boiled eggs, waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, pastries, and coffee and other items and there was adequate seating in the pleasant breakfast area by the front door, even though the hotel was full. The staff was friendly and there was ample parking. The hotel is located just off the interstate in an area with lots of hotels. It's convenient to the interstate and only a 10-minute drive to downtown, but you definitely need a car to go anywhere. By the way, Paducah is definitely worth a visit. The Historic Riverfront on the Ohio River is very pretty and the downtown area has some interesting shops and restaurants. We didn't get to visit the National Quilt Museum, but it has great reviews.

The property was very clean and comfortable with easy check-in. The hot tub and pool were very relaxing after a long day on the road. The room was comfortable and clean with comfy bed. There was very little noise which made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was the usual items eggs, sausage, waffles, toast, juices, yogurts… We would stay again.

Loved the river view and balcony in our 3rd floor room! For us senior citizens, the bathtub's many grab bars and "telephone" shower attachment were a Godsend. I also loved the pull-out table tucked under the desk, which offered flexibility for sit-down activities. Breakfast was tasty, with excellent service: thank you for the vouchers! We were in Paducah for one day only, but would gladly return for a visit. We were driving East, with three overnight stops in hotels chosen for their positive customer reviews, and this was by far the most comfortable, with the added bonus of a breathtaking river view.

Amazing location, short walk to the river front and downtown.to coffee shops, bars, shopping areas, they have a Burger theory restaurant inside and.the.portions are very generous, we booked our breakfast trough expidia and they give you a voucher to redeem, I was expecting coffee and a few items for the price , but they let you order from the Burger Theory menu, amazing! Breakfast was delicious, we had enough leftovers to have another breakfast next morning back home !

The customer service at the front desk was amazing! She was so sweet. The bar and bartender were great. Very helpful and great atmosphere! The room was pretty clean. One of the comforters had a stain on it and the bathroom floor needed swept better. But other than that, it was very clean. The view of the river was absolutely gorgeous!! I loved having the balcony and the view! Beds were comfortable and the room had great amenities. However, the maid service woke us up knocking on the door at 9am!! I was very upset. Then, a different maid knocked again at 10 and a third one at 10:30. By 10:30 I was pissed and let her know how upset I was. I also let the front desk know how upset I was. Check out was not until noon and they started knocking the doors at 9am!!! They should not even be knocking on doors at all. When I am ready to check out, I will let the front desk know. I was extremely happy with the stay at the hotel until the maid service ruined it.

Hotel is on the riverfront, but it is located in kindvof a weird industrial, edge of a neighborhood area. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We asked to be upgraded to a balcony room if one was available, and Carley was more than helpful. We had dinner at Burger Theory, very limited menu, but outstanding burger, and the pretzel appetizer was good. Drinks on the pricey side. Room was clean, view of river nice.

Readers--I assign a rating of 4 to chain hotels that are up to what I consider the chain's standards. This 5 rating means they were even better. Having looked at the room options, I chose a river view room. Well, it was spacious, comfy, clean as a whistle, everything perfect. When we returned from dining out, we got a couple of drinks at their "Burger Theory" bar, and the bartender really knew her craft and was extremely engaging. The staff were all wonderful. It was a happy stay, and we intend to come back to Paducah. I know where I want to book a room!

Such a quirky little place for accommodation and cocktails. The staff were super friendly and made dinner reservations for us at The Freight House (what a great choice!) as soon as we checked in. Be aware there is no food service at the "hotel" but with places open for breakfast just a short walk away and good weather it was fine. We were in a Queen suite at the front of the hotel, the room was huge and spotless and beds very comfortable, the shower room was fantastic and, once we worked it out, the coffee maker very welcome (although who likes the donut coffee option?). There was a wedding party on the night we stayed so their bar was closed to other guests, but it was surprisingly quiet in the hotel at night and alternative bars/restaurants were very close by. Paducah was a revelation, not what I expected at all. Will happily return.

We spent one night at The 1857 as a part of our long road trip. Overall, the room is the most important element of our nights away from home. To rest well is our goal, always and we did that in this hotel. the room was clean and spacious. The decor was modern and you could tell that much thought had been given to the layout and furnishings. Our room was actually across the street from the hotel but just a short walk. the check in process was a bit clunky but again, our rest is most important and I would recommend this place for a comfortable night away from home. I wish they had a restaurant on site. The coffee provided was mediocre, at best. I’m not really a “coffee snob” but it would have been nice to have a nice cup of coffee before starting our day. A restaurant would be even better. :). We took a walk around the downtown area and felt very safe. We were close to the river and so walked along it for a while. Parking is the biggest downside to this hotel and probably the only reason I did not rate the experience as a 5. We had to search for a spot on the street. While we did find a spot, it would be so nice to have a parking lot.

The 1857 is a great place. The staff are so, so friendly and helpful. The bar in the event center is excellent. The bartenders are knowledgeable and fun to chat with. It's a quiet bar with a fantastic, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is outstanding. The location is perfect. You can do so much downtown without getting in you car. It's a must-stay when in Paducah, but book early!

We will be back and repeat the experience, a cocktail at the lobby bar which has amazing portraits on the wall, dinner at Cynthia next door and wonderful comfortable night at your establishment.

Very nice hotel located near restaurants, bars, and ice cream shops. The room was generously sized, the shower was amazing (over head rain shower head from the 10’ ceiling), and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the exposed brick walls. Super friendly and helpful staff.

5-Star Experience at Courtyard Marriott Paducah Ky From the moment we arrived, our stay at The Courtyard it was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Our room was spotless, modern, and offered a stunning view of the city and a great park area. The amenities were top-notch—especially the pool ,gym and bar, which provided the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, with a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. A special highlight was how accommodating the staff was during our wedding celebration. They kindly allowed the wedding party to carry on the great time in the lobby after the reception, creating unforgettable memories in a relaxed, comfortable space. The location couldn’t be better- with a short distance to restaurants/shopping areas, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We can’t wait to come back!

Room with balcony was spacious. Modern updates but not without its flaws with slight damage to the corner of the cabinet that stores fridge and also to nightstand. It was clean. Hot tub is very small but it did work! Great location and not far to main street and river. Pay for coffee during restaurant hours and food if wanted, but is not a “formal” restaurant (its in the main lobby area). Gorgeous park with paved walking path around pond across from parking lot. Bikes would be fun. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was remodeled in 2020. It’s is very nice and clean. All the Hotel staff is very nice. We arrived around 3:30 so we had several hours just to relax. We sat outside in there court yard area for several hours just relaxing. The fire pit doesn’t seem to work. We did eat supper here. They have a pretty good menu. My wife and I had the flat bread pizza, it was good and the girl working that area was nice and friendly. We stayed in a room with a king size bed. Our room was nice and clean. The worst part is the same at every hotel THE PILLOWS. Awful, always bring your own!! We did forget our toothbrush and toothpaste so we went to the front desk and Curtis Huber was very nice friendly and helpful and found us couple toothbrush and toothpaste. I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful from reception to check out. The facilities, spotless. Bed was excellent. Mr. Smith at reception was almost too good to be true. They had breakfast but not free and Starbucks coffee but we wanted to hit the road to go meet our GRANDDAUGHTER, skipping breakfast. Beautiful locaton and grounds well kept.

We were traveling with a new puppy; Andrew, at the front desk, helped us select a room on the first floor near an exit for convenient outside access. We stayed in the family suite wich was quite spacious with a full size refrigerator, microwave, sink, and dish washer. the beds were awesome and the bathroom was stocked with full size shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and thick towels. We thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! My oldest daughter is on a strict keto diet so she was happy with the sausage and eggs. My younger daughter chose to make waffles. There was plenty of fresh juices and coffee, hot oatmeal, along with the usual breakfast offerings, and a spacious dining area. I loved the putting green outside, with putters and balls available in the lobby. We didn't have time to enjoy the swimming pool or fitness center. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and hope we find an occasion to return in the future!

This is very nice modern and new hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bed and bedding were both very good. The receptionists at the front desk was very friendly and helpful The breakfast was just kind of average. About what you would expect. Scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes, plus assorted cereals and a little fruit, yogurt and the regular breakfast assortment. It was all good, just didn’t stand out like some do. The only reason I rated the hotel a 4 instead of a 5 was the parking. There’s no parking in the front of the building and no designated Diamond parking. It’s kind of inconvenient. But overall a very nice one night stay.

This hotel is amazing. I only gave five stars, because I can't give ten stars. We checked in in the evening and got to our room. To discover a super clean and super bright room. What i mean is that most places we stay are dimly lit, in part, to hide the lack of cleanliness. We travel a lot and often stay in places less than desirable. This place is the opposite of that. You could quickly see the added touches. We were traveling for Christmas. The lobby was tastefully decorated for the occasion. There was even a station where guests could wrap gifts with all the supplies provided, including bows and tags. We had to wash clothes, and Tide Pods and dryer sheets were provided free of charge. The breakfast was amazing. Not your regular fare, but things like breakfast burritos and fresh cut strawberries and blueberries. The general manager was very visible throughout the hotel. Most are conspicuously absent, but not this guy. We saw him no less than four times that morning. My wife said that this place might be our weekend getaway place as we only live about an hour and a half away. I'm sure it will be. Run, don't walk, to make your reservations here. You won't be disappointed!

My first time staying at this hotel and it won’t be my last. Attentive staff, clean quiet rooms and an excellent breakfast. Hotel was just off the interstate with plenty of restaurants available. Outstanding lodging! Rooms are spotless, beds are very comfortable. Many restaurants are nearby, within walking distance. No prior reservation? Not a problem! We enjoyed a warm and friendly greeting from an exceptional host. They serve a traditional breakfast before your journey continues.

We've stopped here a couple of times while driving through. The hotel has been upgraded recently (don't know exactly when) but is very handy for a stopover in Padukah, a city worth visiting. The desk agent Lisa was very helpful in pointing us to a nice restaurant downtown, about 10 minutes away. Clean and quiet rooms and decent breakfast the next morning. Glad we stopped!

The breakfast was and is always hot and fresh. It's clean. That girl Tabitha that works there always speaks to us now that we have stayed there a few times and she's always friendly but while she's stocking everything up not just standing around talking to us but she stays busy the whole time we're there. The outside is always clean.

Comfortable. Clean. The people are SO nice. Newly renovated June 2025 by IHG (just purchased). Yes, the landscape leaves much to be desired but once you enter…all good! Friendly to nice, gentle dogs (with reasonable doggo fee of $30). Hot breakfast included. YES, we will stay again when our travels bring us back to Paducah and we will keep Garner Hotels on our radar.

My friend & I stayed here twice during our road trip, once on our way to Miami and once on our way back home. Right off I-24, the hotel is in a secluded area, with just one bar for locals next to the hotel and an all-day breakfast place across the street. The hotel’s address is technically in Metropolis, but the actual town of Metropolis is a short drive away. You may want to drive across Ohio River and get to the city of Paducah (10-15 min drive from the hotel) for much better choices for restaurants, grocery stores, and cheaper gas. In-room amenities were pretty typical: free WiFi, fridge & microwave, coffee machine, a pair of chairs & a small table. The room was clean & comfortable (shower had good water pressure). Their breakfast items were limited (yogurt, cereals, DIY waffle & pancake makers), but it was enough to fill my stomach before getting on the road. I also appreciated their affordable nightly cost, especially compared to hotels in Paducah we looked at. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

We needed a comfortable bed and decent breakfast enroute from Florida back to Wisconsin. This is no frills, but very comfortable, clean, friendly with adequate breakfast in a bright clean breakfast room. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows.

SO CLEAN (immaculate and smelled amazing-hallways, rooms and office). Room nice and modern, area appeared to be safe and no issues with that, easy check-in and out, EXCELLENT value!!! Refrigerator and microwave in room, beds very very clean and comfortable, nice hot shower, good water pressure, and would definitely stay there again!!!

The one staff member we interacted with was very nice. Property has recently been updated and was well done. Had good WiFi if you scan the QR code and enter the password. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC unit worked well but was rather loud. Nice TV, fridge (no freezer compartment) and microwave. Liked that there was a mechanism to hold the door to the room open so it’s easier to bring your things in/out. Everything was clean….. but when I wiped the tile floor in the bathroom with a towel to clean up some water that got on the floor when we showered…, the towel was dirty and when I wore my tennis shoes on the tile floor my shoes stuck a little bit. Maybe the use a swifter on the tile which leaves a residue-?. Overall we were happy with the cleanliness. Plenty of parking. Can walk to a nice park as well as a little bbq place, pizza and Dairy Queen. There is also a bowling alley next door. Breakfast area was small and the fabric chairs were stained but otherwise it was clean and a decent spread-bagels, bread, muffins, prepackaged bars, 3 types of cereal and milk, packages of oatmeal, (name brand) yogurt, fresh fruit, fruit cups etc. There was an orange juice machine but it was out of the “orange”. Had a coffee machine and selection of creamers and sweeteners. Would stay there again on our travels.

After pulling off the highway and booking the room through Hotels.com, I discovered that the hotel was 3 miles from the interstate. At first I was irritated because after driving for 14 hours, I was exhausted and just wanted to fall into bed. However, it turned out to be a good thing because it was so quiet and allowed me to sleep soundly without the typical highway sounds. The curtains are blackout - and they did the job! The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless and smelled clean, the heater/AC unit was quiet, the desk clerk was extremely friendly, and the free breakfast bar had many more choices than I've seen at other motels. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed at the Super 8 in Paducah, KY while there to attend a family member's funeral. The location was great - close to everything and everywhere we needed to go. The room was very nice, comfortable, and quiet - looked as if it had been newly remodeled. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The office had snacks and drinks that you could purchase if you didn't want to leave the motel to go to one of the many restaurants, convenience stores, etc. that were near. They provided a very good continental breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised just how nice the room was for the price. I would definitely recommend this no-frills motel to anyone and would definitely stay there again if I needed to come to Paducah. You won't be disappointed if you just want to a very nice room to stay in. Great place to stay if your need is a nice, clean quiet, convenient place to stay for a night or a few days and not be pampered and spoiled like a grand resort.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was so clean. Even the bathroom faucets was shiny! That tells me it was clean if they took the time to shine it up! I loved the clean , smell good , comfortable beds and the friendly staff.

With the price being about 1/2 of everything around, we were unnecessarily leary. Yes, it's in an odd location to the highway, and yes, it's an aged motel. There, that's the downside. The rest is all upside. This was a newly renovated property that was very clean and VERY inexpensive. The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. The late night staff was VERY friendly. If you're looking for a no frills place to stay, don't hesitate to stay here. I was so thrilled at how inexpensive it was to grab some sleep on a long trip! Thank you Super 8 Paducah! The 5/5 is due to hitting the nail on the head for a perfect place to crash and get some rest from the drive!!!!

The property was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was very easy. Our room was very large and clean. The temperature was comfortable upon arrival with the fan running and not stuffy at all. The room was very quiet and very little noise during the night. Breakfast was the usual, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, waffles, juice, yogurt… We would stay again without a second thought.

Hotel was definitely dated. They're working on the parking lot, so there's an open line filled with gravel along the entire lot. Had multiple signs of wear and tear in the room (chipped coffee table, cracked tiles in bathroom, stained hairdryer bag, mildewed grout, peeling tub mat, rusted soap holders, etc). The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed as there was food in the "living room" area of the suite. Vending machines down the hall were inoperable, but I didn't need those anyways. Bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. Evening staff checking in was quick and pleasant, as well as morning staff checking out. Premises felt safe and secure. Great little Mexican restaurant down the road, was able to order online and bring it back to the room within 15 minutes. Decent breakfast with eggs, sausage, yogurt, bread assortment, biscuits and gravy, and waffles.

Room a little worn down but very clean. Carpet that was tacked to wall was coming unstapled by the door and was almost a trip hazard. Tub had a big chip missing out of it. Room was very clean though. Breakfast was limited. we got down there at 8:00am and there was nothing left (not even milk for the little bit of cereal that was available). Looks like earlier in the morning there were waffles, eggs, sausage, and biscuits/gravy. But it was not refilled. Did not venture out to see the pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good stay. Bed was pretty hard for our liking. Tub area in bathroom could have been cleaner. Coffee at free breakfast was horrible. Front desk very helpful when our tv Remote wouldn’t work. For the value it was a nice starry convenient to restaurants and stores.

Due to the covid restrictions there wasn't any breakfast. Just coffee. The room was nice and very clean. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the walk in shower.

The American Inn in Paducah, KY is the best kept secret in Paducah lodging. I was forced to stay here 17 years ago when my regular 3 star hotel was booked due to the annual Paducah quilt festival. It turned out to be a diamond in the rough that I’ve stayed at for at least one night per month for the past 17 years in my sales career. Yes, it is an “economy” motel, but it has all the things I value most as a business traveler: 1) KEPT VERY CLEAN 2) EXCELLENT WiFi 3) STRONG HOT SHOWER 4) NEW FLAT SCREEN TVs 5) REFRIGERATOR & MICROWAVE OVEN IN EVERY ROOM 6) QUIET. Also, a good MOTEL is much more convenient than any HOTEL, with immediate access to your vehicle. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AMERICN INN, PADUCAH, KY.

Had a very nice stay! This hotel is not on the fancy side, but it's very clean and comfortable. You do enter the room from the outside, not a lobby. Management was very friendly and professional. And you definitely cannot beat the price!! Would and will stay here again next time we're in the area!! Great value for the money!

I didn't eat the breakfast. I did get a really good cup of coffee. Its right off Interstate easy in and out lots to eat around. Really clean with great staff for the price I was really surprised with clean and updated it is . Thank you Management.

My husband & I went for a quick overnight trip as an early birthday celebration for me after our camping trip got rained out. We were really impressed by how clean our room was & the beds were comfortable, too. When checking in, the front desk team was super helpful & friendly, plus even upgraded us to a top floor deluxe room to help make my birthday weekend more special! As for the casino, we won a little & lost a little on the slots, but had fun being entertained which was the whole purpose of our experience. It's not a large casino, but it was thankfully non-smoking, has several gaming tables in addition to slots & is only about a 2.5 hour drive from our home, so we'll definitely be back again. The only bummer was they could not give us a 1 hour later checkout at Noon without charging us for an extra day despite checkout being on a non-busy Monday, so we just quit spending our money at the casino earlier than planned & went back to the room to sleep in order to be out by 11:00am (CST).

I've stayed at Harrah's Metropolis quite a few times, and it never disappoints! The river view rooms are our favorite, to watch the barges and boats go up and down the Ohio River. The staff everywhere are friendly and helpful. The food at The Bridges was wonderful as always, and the casino is fun.

King suite is the perfect size. Comfortable bed, quiet for a casino. Very clean, not very modern but the clean conditions are noticable.

This was a great stopping point on our trip! Hotek was nice, staff amazing, room large and clean, beautiful location on the river, and the casino floor was fun and had many game options.

Staff is friendly and professional. Property is well kept and clean. Did not get a chance to eat at one of the restaurants because they are closed on days we were there, but lots of good food options nearby. Some very wierd Blue Laws in Illinois, though. Casino does not comp alcohol, and has to actually "close" for two hours every day. Hotel was great. We will be back!

When you shop around for lodging in the Paducah area, you will find this Red Roof to be very reasonably priced. It is a very comfortable motel, with what seems to be a completely and recently remodeled facility. The rooms are very modern looking, well-equipped, spotlessly maintained and fresh smelling. When you couple this with the fact that your first dog stays free, you can’t beat this deal. I want to mention too that the staff is very helpful and friendly, as I have found in the several times we’ve stayed there. All around, this is one of the best stays of our trips.

Very clean and very nice people, I liked not having carpet in rooms, nice hardwood floors, pillows not comfortable, definitely need to upgrade and more than 2 each. Air conditioning could have worked better, but quiet place and clean for the night. No breakfast but coffee available.

While visiting Paducah, we checked a few hotels before we made our final decision, and this Red Roof was definitely our favorite. The price was right; the hotel looks like it was recently remodeled; very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with our surroundings. We used this as our 'home-base' while traveling the Paducah area and were very happy with the Red Roof Inn!

Breakfast was OK. They need to add some p-nut butter and fruit. This is a clean,friendly, well-run hotel. Not fancy, but convenient, clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and the good experience was consistent. The first time was with our dog and the outdoor area was good for walking. Pool and exercise areas are "under construction", but we don't use those anyway. Bed was fairly comfortable and unlike some of the hotels in this area, room was very quiet. No elevator. We will be back.

Staff was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. I had a king suite and it was very roomy with a sofa and coffee table, another soft chair, a desk and chair. Convenient to shopping, sights, etc. Only negatives: the WiFi in room was in and out and breakfast was VERY sparse. Coffee was good. Overall I would stay here again.

We made a quick little two-day visit to Paducah, so we needed a room for just one night. All we wanted was something clean, comfortable, and quiet. This place did not disappoint. With a first floor room and just a half block from a major traffic artery, the quietness was surprising. Due to a fairly recent change, there was no hot breakfast as advertised, but they did offer bagels, muffins and cereal, as well as the usual coffee, tea, and juices. It was sufficient. I would stay again.

I was so happy to find this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean and breakfast room well stocked. I was on the first floor with my dog. It felt safe to take her outside in the evening. I can't give enough praise to Choice Hotels. I'll stay again.

This is my new go-to hotel when traveling and making Paducah my “halfway point” where I stop. There is a Texas Roadhouse restaurant across the street so I love to stop here, get a good clean comfortable room, and walk over to the restaurant for dinner.

Booked an impromptu night at the Paducah Residence Inn during a road trip via my iPhone Marriott Bonvoy app. Was able to check in within an hour from making reservation. The hotel was conveniently located near the interstate and several fast food and eat-in restaurants were nearby. The lobby area was clean and nicely decorated. Upon arrival we were informed of breakfast time for following day. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We only used the kitchen for making coffee and heating a leftover meal. The only disappointment was one tiny bar of soap left at the bathroom sink that we had to use for hand washing as well as our showers. Thankfully we were only staying overnight. Breakfast the following morning was great! The attendant brought out fresh food upon our arrival: eggs, bacon, sausage and waffles. There was an ample supply of fresh fruit and muffins as well as juice and coffee.

I was overnighting here before heading over to Illinois in the morning, and found this hotel a very pleasant place to stay. The welcome at reception was friendly and a nice surprise to be invited to free canapes and "happy hour" priced alcohol - to meet the staff and other guests. The hotel is situated amongst a lot of other hotels so there is some stiff competition in the area. It is only a short drive to many nearby restaurants. The ground floor room was clean and tidy and the surrounding gardens in lovely condition. There is plenty of parking. The BBQ area was Ok but the actual BBQ could do with a service as control knobs were missing and it was a little dirty. Hard to fault the hotel and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was adequate and check out efficient. Although a little expensive I would stay here again.

From our arrival to the end of our stay; an excellent stay! Lona remembered me from when I made the reservation and every request was spot on. That didn’t end there housekeeping had our room tv on and a light on in our room…. Nice touch. Room was clean, comfortable; bed comfortable and towels extra fluffy. Hot tub, pool and gym were great; breakfast standard Marriott fare. Breakfast attendant was super sweet; hotel needs a refresh, but don’t let that determine yr stay. Employees can make or break yr business. No issues with our Service Dog…received senior discount on room…..Wish Marriott would offer Military Discounts to Military Retirees!!!!!

I rate hotels and motels based on value for price paid so keep that in mind. Two properties can be nearly identical, but if one is $60 a night and the other is $150 a night, they may get very different reviews from me. That said, this is a decent property for the price. Clean, quiet and updated. Room is spacious, and no carpet is always a plus. Climate control is newer and works well. Mini fridge is, well, mini, but has a little freezer section and on max setting, it maintained 36° in the main section. There's a small microwave, and a small (42"?) wall mounted TV. Full remote which allows you to change the inputs. Good wifi. Bed is very comfortable, and although there isn't much furniture, it is new and in good shape. No soft seating, just a single school-style chair. No coffee maker, iron or hairdryer. The only toiletries included are tiny bars of soap. No shampoo or lotion. Plenty of power outlets near the bed. Walls are freshly painted, and the ceiling likewise. Water is warm enough to shower, but not scalding like most other hotels. Nice area with new sink and faucet, but tub/shower are older. There is a laundry / vending area with a single washer and dryer, and a soda machine. There's a travel center 100 yards away. No insects, and I checked. Some have skin reactions to overbleached sheets and start screaming about bedbugs. It's silly. I stay in a lot of budget motels, and this one is as good as any at the price.

This Motel 6 was great for the price. It was a very comfortable, quiet stay. The staff was excellent and kind. Now this is budget so don't look for fancy amenities. However, it is well kept and clean for the price. It is convenient, right off Hwy 24 and across the bridge from Paducah, Ky where this are restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. In Metropolis, there’s Harrah’s Casino and Superman memorabilia. After all, it is Metropolis. I enjoyed staying at this motel and would most definitely stay here again.

It was relatively clean. The bathroom could use a cleaning including the walls, floors, tub and ceiling. But it was okay just to take a quick shower in if you had to. Friendly staff, quiet area, about 3-5 minute drive to anything in Metropolis. Overall it was a good stay, but they shouldn’t have raised the prices so high because of the solar eclipse. $209 for one night.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s family owned. If you are looking for luxury, this is not it. However, you will get a good night’s rest and a clean bed. Any problems you may have with the room are quickly addressed. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

We booked two rooms for New Year’s Eve and were beyond pleased, especially for the price. The front desk folks were very friendly. Other family unfortunately chose another hotel in Metropolis and paid almost double the price and it was really ran down. The Motel 6 rooms have been redone. The beds and pillows were comfy and it was quiet throughout the night. The only thing missing was a hair dryer and the heater was a bit noisy. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location driving from Atlanta or Kansas City in one day. A best bargain so book online for only about $50 single plus taxes. Scrambled eggs for breakfast were good, fine tasting coffee, waffles and more. Quiet and secure. Best bargain stay to be found anywhere.

I love this place! The rooms are Perfect. Very Spacious. They're always Clean and they Smell Good. The decor is Beautiful and the atmosphere is Great. The service is Amazing. Khumar is the Absolute Best! I love staying here. I definitely recommend it!

I loved that the room & bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable!! The room was spacious. It was very quiet as well during the night, in the morning I guess they were doing repairs/renovations because I heard them hammering.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was hot and very filling. Very clean and quiet.

At first went to use the bathroom and there was a big spider in the tub. We survived!!!! Had a Smoking room booked only to find out that our room wasn't and was told that the smoking room are only 2 available and sell out. No big deal. Went for a swim and pool was clean and relaxing. Breakfast was great and the biscuits and gravy were amazing. Hotel staff extremely helpful and friendly. Look forward to staying again soon.

The location was convenient to the quilt show. The nightly rate was a bit high but expected when special event is going on. The women staff were super friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions. The large window was very dirty on the outside. The shower head needs to be replaced or fixed as the water flow was very limited. Overall, I probably will stay there again because the location felt safe and the personnel were very nice!

The staff is wonderful! Always helpful, willing to help anyone! The bed and pillows are comfortable. The room is safe and there’s outdoor lighting. I did not get a smoking room due to my disability, but, I feel very comfortable going outside! The housekeeping staff is friendly. I don’t know what else to say except Thank you so very much for everything!

I did like everything about my stay. Staff is amazing. Housekeeping is kind. Hot and cold water was great. Shower was relaxing. Bed and pillows were comfy. Cannot say anything bad. Thank you very much for the accommodation!

The staff is very nice and friendly. The bed is very comfortable and the mattress is comfy. A refrigerator and microwave is so convenient!

The owner and his family run this place and was an absolute pleasure. He took care of any issues and kept the place clean and welcoming. This place meets your needs for traveling and the pool was maintained beautifully. They cleaned the room every other day and fresh towels daily. (Most hotels during this pandemic do not clean rooms and towels are hard to get) That was a pleasant surprise and greatly appreciated!!! Wonderful place to stay. You can’t beat $54 a night and kind owners.

This is a basic good overnight stay, clean, comfortable. No breakfast, no coffee pot in the room. micro and fridge. Ice (2 huge machines) laundry very clean and neat. Exactly what I needed, no frills.

very nice updated rooms, clean! nice staff, didn’t give me a hard time about an extra key. very spacious room, modern look. felt safe.

Rooms very clean, beds are super comfortable, TVs are big, the bathtub was huge, and the room was super quiet.
