3 nights in a high floor apartment facing the pool. Clean, spacious, and luxurious. The top floor had a grill and jacuzzi. Wished we'd stayed longer; it was superb. The separate bedroom and bathroom were great. The photos do not do it justice. The whole resort is cared for, and the swimming pools were wonderful to relax at, with access directly to the beach. The breakfast was a'la'carte and tasted delicious. Excellent choices in a lovely seating area that was quiet. The staff from beginning to the end were exemplary and made us extremely welcome. I appreciated their support and consideration. Top place, and we intend to return soon. Short distance to main beach area. Parking looked extremely convenient. Best wishes to all.

- Front office staff 10/10, very nice. I’ve been called prior my stay and the day of my check in to let me know my room was ready in advance. - The F&B attendent who delivered our IRD order was very nice and smiley. He even run back (literally) to provide some cutlery because we didn’t have any in the room. - Room was overall very good, beautiful, spacious with everything you may need on a short stay and very clean (tv, fridge, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, digital alarm, iron and table, desk etc.) - Pool was fine, there was enough space for everyone and a Jacuzzi Adult Only that we really appreciate (when it was actually Adults Only). - The duty manager in charge gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our 5 years anniversary. I unfortunately don’t drink alcool but I really appreciate the attention.

On arrival the reception staff member was very friendly and helpful. We were celebrating Mother's Day and there was a lovely bottle of chilled sparkling wine waiting in our room on our arrival. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The pool area was fantastic, and a la carte breakfast at the restaurant was delicious - the best breakfast we had during our entire time in Far North Queensland. Great location, easy to walk to beach and restaurants.

The resort itself is elegant and functional ( places to relax, swim, eat, bar area great, reception area spacious with plenty of sitting space, buffet breakfast was of a very high quality, great coffee, room was terrific, balcony with couch, restaurant was excellent) Staff everywhere were friendly, pleasant, helpful and very professional. Great place we will come back again.

Beautiful grounds. Close to the main area of Palm Cove for beach, restaurants, bars and shops. Gorgeous pools, convenient pool bar. We dined in yhe main restaurant once and the food was amazing - highly recommend it. Talk to George who is especially helpful and knowledgeable, or his assistant. Generally, the staff in the resort gave excellent and thoughtful service. I would certainly recommend the resort for a highly enjoyable holiday.

The property was amazing. Perfect for couples and families. The only reason it got a 4/5 was due to the pool and jacuzzi not being heated.

The property is in a good location and the use of a car was very helpful. The pool was lovely although more handrails are needed for the less able-bodied guests to get in and out of both the pool and jacuzzi. The tiles around the area are very slippery when wrt so suggest these need changing

We had a wonderful stay. Our apartment on the 3rd floor was very spacious, well-maintained, and clean. It had a well-equipped kitchen, efficient air conditioning and fans, a comfortable living room couch, loungers, and a spacious table for 6 on the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach. The entire apartment complex, including the pool and loungers, was stylish and clean. The beach was also clean, and the sea was wonderfully refreshing. We would like to take this opportunity to highlight the exceptional service we received during the booking process and throughout our stay. Amanda and Rebecca, in particular, were understanding, helpful, and customer-oriented, ensuring that we felt at home even before we arrived. I have rarely experienced such excellent customer service. Setting amongst lots of trees and greenery around the pool - pleasant surprise to find our room had a jacuzzi

Fabulous location in a quiet area just a few minutes walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The living room/ kitchen was spacious with a lovely balcony. Large comfy bed and a good size shower. All rooms clean andl beautifully decorated. There is a large outside decked dining area in the shade with a good size pool and spa pool The owners/managers were really helpful and I would recommend staying here if visiting Palm Cove. A bit like living in the rainforest in the town.

Clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment for self catering. Lovely outdoor spaces for BBQ and relaxing. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature for swimming at this time of year, and we loved our evening soaks in the spa pool. Location was very handy to beachfront shops, restaurants and cafes.

Spacious, quiet and very comfortable room, with kitchenette and spa bath. We were very comfortable and slept well. Close to beach and very central. Great heated pool and Bbq area.

We enjoyed the quiet, cool & tropical resort that was so close to restaurants, cafes & the beach. The apartment was clean, roomy & private with a good sized outdoor verandah for enjoying drinks & meals in the fresh air. The bed was very comfortable & kitchen well equipped. The outdoor large, communal deck was a great area to relax & enjoy drinks or barbecues with friends & family. It was also good to have a pool.

The room was exquisite and the turn down service operated daily. The facilities made it like a second home. We loved the jacuzzi and swim up bar. The staff were all absolutely lovely but specifically the bar staff on the Friday night were amazing! Very funny and great at what they do.

If I could give this a 11/10 I would in a heart beat. The photos actually don’t do the apartment justice! Every single part of it is perfection! The balcony, the kitchen, the rooftop, the private jacuzzi, the views, the list goes on. I will be back here as soon as I can!

Apt was awesome and Nicole was a great host. She left gifts for our kids, some wine and beer in the fridge and the unit was very clean. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a double sized balcony with a jacuzzi tub on it with privacy blinds, living room, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Free Wifi. Our kids thought we were in a fancy suite. Very spacious. Easy car park, pool and beach access. The location is centrally located and the beach across the street has the only swimming net on the beach to protect from the jellyfish.

Great resort, Trent (manager) and karen were fantastic hosts. Liam the chef cooked bacon majestically and Daniel was oh so friendly at Breakfast. We stayed in the same room as we did previously (apartment at the serenity pool area). Loved it. The apartment was superb, the bed conmfy and and the towells were fluffy. A very enjoyable relaxing stay. My only negative - and its not really a biggie - is the breakfast. The same food was served every day (for a week) with the only change being mushrooms for baked beans. The fruit was dissapointing and was constantly empty. The cakes / pastries were not really enjoyable. There was a slight variation on a sultana bread pudding (which was tasteless) and a couple of days there was carrot cake. Albeit the slices were far too small. There needed to be more variety plus an omlette station would have been nice. But hey, next time we just won't go for breakfast and take our own. probably better for me anyway. But hey, we enjoyed the facilities of the resort, it's location and the staff. We will return to this resort.

Had a wonderful stay here at Peppers in Palm Cove. The resort and facilities were absolutely beautiful. Location is right opposite the beach. We stayed in the penthouse suite which was beautiful, came with a spa bath on the balcony which unfortunately we didn’t have time to use. Only negative was the poor quality of coffee served at the buffet breakfast and perhaps a more varied menu is in order. The staff were very friendly and helpful, hoping to come back again soon!

Pleasant staff, including room service that reacted in minutes, when we asked to split the big bed into two twin beds. Clean room with an amazing view over the hotel's pool. Dream outside swimming pool, the one where one can have a serious swim and also relax in it or in the jacuzzi beside it. Central location in Palm Cove. Really lovely place!

I’ve just spent a few incredible days at this hotel, and I’m writing this on my last morning—reluctantly, as I delay packing and facing the cold back home in Victoria! The location is unbeatable. My spa room overlooked the beach, and I spent so much time out on the balcony just soaking in the view and the sound of the waves. It was pure relaxation. The room itself was fantastic—super comfy bed, spa bath, excellent water pressure in the shower, plenty of storage, and all the cutlery and dining essentials you’d need for a few nights’ stay. It felt like a home away from home. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. I loved relaxing by the pool, and it’s so easy to step out from the hotel onto the esplanade for a walk, a swim, or a bite to eat at one of the nearby restaurants. This has been such a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. I really don’t want to leave, and I’m already planning my return. Highly recommend!

The Mantra Amphora palm cove would have to the best ive ever stayed in that region. Location of hotel was perfect 2 modern restaurants on esplanade 50 meters from the hotel .Also felt very safe there security was excellent. My unit was self contained which felt like being at home and was exceptionally clean.Kitchen was well laid out with all your usual home necessities.Bedding was excellent as well very comfortable. Air-conditioning was exceptionally well all through the unit especially for holidaying at xmas time . The pool was amazing and the gardens were stunning .I even noticed a pool guy cleaning the huge pool at 6.30am the water was crystal clear.The pool is situated under sum stunning tea tree paper barks shady in some areas. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a nice relaxing stress free environment.

The check-in process was simple and efficient, though locating the stairway to the apartment took some time (improved signage would be beneficial). Is well maintained and nicley furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one might need, unlike many places that often provide only the basics. The bed was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was excellent featuring strong water pressure in the shower and a very good spa bath. The balcony offered a lovely view of the pool area. Price included breakfast at Peppers Beach Club provided via a voucher, just a short walk away, making Mantra Amphora Palm Cove very good value for money. Highly recommended, athough those that may have difficulty with stairs should consider a ground-floor option as the resort spans three levels with no lifts.

Due to nighttime closures of the road to Port Douglas in June 2024, we opted for a night at Mantra Palm Cove arriving mid evening and departing the following morning. Checkin was welcoming. Accor Gold recognition was good, being kindly upgraded to a very spacious one bedroom suite. The suite was well maintained and very clean, however a little dated in parts (including a small basic/non-smart tv). The location was excellent - a couple of minutes walk to the beach and several cafes/restaurants.

The easy access ground floor suite is clean, spacious, private and away from noise at the pools, enjoyed late undisturbed sleep ins. Tea/coffee facilities are available in the room. Shamppo/Conditioner and body wash supplied, all you need is to bring yourself. No kitchenette, but that suits me just fine - a holiday without having to cook breakfast, lunches and dinner = win/win!! Swim-Up Bar poolside is perfect for when you don't want to venture out to the cafes/restaurants on the esplanade. Private outdoor balcony area with spa looking out to lush gardens. Lots of families with kiddos, 3 pools to choose from - room for everyone to enjoy. A very pleasant and relaxing stay.

The location at the Beach Club is excellent, right on the esplanade, close to lots of restaurants and the beach is just out the front. The pool is amazing and is sheltered from the wind. The room itself was very clean and had all the necessary kitchen items, a BBQ and laundry facilities. This apartment is located at Peppers Beach Club but managed by Elysium. We collected our keys at nearby Elysium hotel and it was an easy process, Stacey was very warm and welcoming and eager to offer up suggestions for coffee, dinner and tours. Carpark inclusion was very handy. Just below the apartment at no extra cost.

Luxurious property complex on the beach with a variety of pools, pool bar and restaurant. Room was a the rear facing the road onto a forest of trees and palm trees. The balcony was large and very private with a relaxing lounge. Bed was spacious and comfortable. Husband loved the big TV. Bathroom also spacious with a spa bath. All necessities provided for eating- plates, bowls, cutlery etc with a good selection. Microwave for any quick meals. Easy 5min walk into Palm Cove via the beach or the road. Very happy with our stay!

Large 2bedroom /2 bathroom apartment with view over the pool. We used the stairs mainly but found the reliable lift useful when needed. Great afternoon cocktail specials. Enjoyed a couple of delicious meals from the Pool Bar, very convenient. Large pool at perfect temperature with lots of flotation noodles to use. Close to beach with shady trees. Reception staff extra helpful when our airport ride failed to show. Their quick action getting another vehicle for our group meant we didn’t miss our flight.

The resort was a beautiful oasis to stay at, serene views over the pools, tropical gardens. Well designed and aesthetically pleasing with friendly staff. The property was clean and well maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. A quiet location easy walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. I could permanently live in our two room apartment, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The winter weather was perfect for us Southerners!

The Sea Temple resort was a relaxing and well kept resort. The room that our family stayed in was comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. The apartment was spacious and contained great sized bedrooms, ample storage, a kitchen, a laundry with washer and dryer, an ensuite for both bedrooms, a great size lounge room and dining room and an extra lounge area on the balcony. This room also had the best view of the pool area both day and night.

Location it’s just off the beach, central to everything, plenty of restaurants around the area. The upstairs swimming pool and jacuzzi were a treat and well looked after. They also allowed us to stay and use the facilities after check in since our flight was in the late afternoon which was really kind of them. Will definitely come back there when next in Palm Cove.

This is our second stay here. My wife and I stayed at Sarayi with my doggo Brandy girl. What a great week we had. The room was clean, light and fresh, even a new bed which was sooo comfortable! Little courtyard that we had was perfect for Brandy to catch some fresh air. We didn’t expect a view as we didn’t book and ocean view but we literally 2min walk from our room to the beach… wow! We will certainly be back and definitely can’t wait to tell our friends that we can bring the fur babies too! Thanks to the girls on Reception… so helpful with anything we needed to know!

The rooms were big and nicely renovated. The bed was comfy and the room was quiet. Amenities to make some toast and coffee were available. Able to store luggage and check in early. Location perfect, right on Esplanade and beach across road. Lots of eating close by. No restaurant onsite yet, being renovated. The manager was super friendly and only too happy to assist.

My stay at Sarayi was exceptional. I originally booked a one night stay with my family and dog and we ended up staying 4 nights. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful, it didn’t feel like I was just staying at any hotel, they made it feel like a home for those 4 nights. The location is perfect and very handy to all the restaurants and beach. My family loved swimming in the rooftop pool as well as having breakfast on the rooftop with one of the best views in Palm Cove. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay at Sarayi one to remember for all the right reasons. Would highly recommend anyone who is after that quintessential Palm Cove boutique style hotel to stay at Sarayi.

We loved our 6 night stay here! It felt like a true escape — relaxing, private, and surrounded by lush greenery. The whole place has a peaceful, sheltered feel that instantly slows you down. One of our favourite features was the pool — tucked under massive trees that gave it such a magical, resort-meets-rainforest vibe. It was clean, neat and had a constant warm temperature. They swept up the leaves each morning throughout the whole complex. Our room had everything we needed. The bed was huge and super comfy, the pillows were fresh and thick (a rare win!), and the outdoor kitchen was an absolute highlight — perfect for relaxing and cooking without filling the room with food smells and steam. It made the whole stay feel more like a laid-back retreat than just another accommodation room. What really stood out was how different this place felt from your typical "cookie-cutter" resort. No massive pools packed with people, no boxy rooms stacked side by side. We had our own private deck nestled under the trees — quiet, peaceful, and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon snooze. There were a few little quirks, like the water temperature fluctuating at times — but those were easy to work with given everything else this place offers. It’s tropical, charming, well-priced, and just a short stroll to the beach and local restaurants (with nightly ice cream runs in my case!). Can’t wait to return — it’s definitely one of my most memorable holidays.

My partner and I stayed 2 nights in a superior spa suite which was very fresh, clean and spacious and the spa and kitchen were well provided. It had a lovely view overlooking the pretty heated swimming pool and we felt like we were nestled in a tranquil rainforest with many beautiful Melaleuca trees growing right next to the outdoor kitchen/living area. I highly recommend this resort - with the beach only a few steps away and also close to the many nearby restaurants it has everything you could wish for in a romantic getaway. The hosts, Jim and Joanne are welcoming, very knowledgeable of the area and helpful with local information.

We had 4 nights here recently and really enjoyed our stay. Jim on reception was very welcoming and friendly. As we had flown from Adelaide on the 6am flight we were very pleased to be able to access our room early so we could start our relaxing holiday. The property is older but everything was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. It was in a great position close to the beach and restaurants. Water pressure in the shower was a bit feeble but adequate. We would definitely book this property again on our next visit to palm cove.

Stayed here for 4 nights and overall had an enjoyable stay. The room we had was spacious and the bed linen and towels were clean. We had a private door into our balcony which was also nice. I would say that the pool needs cleaning as does the hot tub and generally a good tidy up around the grounds which would make it a lot nicer. There are no eating/drinking facilities on site but bars and restaurants are a 2/3 minute walk away. You can buy drinks from the fridge in the reception. Jim and Joanne were very helpful and Jim especially helped us booking car hire and trips so I don’t get the rude review on here.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom townhouses which were a separate complex from the other accommodation options. The apartment was wonderful - spacious, clean, quiet and with everything needed (full kitchen, washer and dryer etc). The property is in a fantastic location close to everything and one property back from being beachfront. The driveway kerb was a bit steep for our low-lying car (it scraped it a bit) but that’s a minor thing. Easy walk to a lovely beach, shop and restaurants.

We had an amazing 60's Birthday celebration weekend with a group of 9 couples distributed in 4 Villas. Every Villa was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated with lots of comfortable furniture. We had everything we needed. A very well-equipped kitchen and laundry. Coffee machine with pods, bathroom products, beach towels and plenty of cleaning products. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa on the third floor, the views of the beach and the mountains from our room were wonderful. The host Peter is very friendly and welcoming and he gave us lots of tips for the area. We loved walking along the beach, 20 min walking to the Palm Cove restaurants. The location is perfect!! Great value!

What a fabulous spot for a winter getaway! Our family, escaping Melbourne’s cold, was in search of a warm escape and Villa Beach was the perfect choice. Our apartment was stylishly and comfortably furnished, and impeccably maintained - the kitchen was among the best-equipped we've encountered in our travels, making it a pleasure to self-cater. Also, a Coles supermarket is nearby. We often had our breakfast at the picnic table just in front of the apartment block and straight off the beach. We also loved having access to the bikes which made quick trips for coffee to Palm Cove and Trinity Beach easy and enjoyable. The (cash only) public bus (to Cairns & Palm Cove) is an easy 5 minutes walk away. For those nights we spent in, access to Netflix meant we were never short of interesting TV viewing. Our host Peter was friendly, readily available and really helpful. At day’s end we were gently lulled to sleep by the soothing sounds of the waves on the beach directly over the road. We would not hesitate to return for more of the same!

Right from the get-go our experience has been fantastic. Booking Villa Beach was easy, and our host Ben was very friendly and accommodating. He provided us with all the details in relation to car hire, facilities around the place, how to book for other leisure activities etc. which helped us greatly in planning our stay. On arrival at Villa Beach, we were welcomed by our host Peter who personally took us to each of our villas. Peter and his son Ben were extremely friendly and a great host throughout our stay. They provided us with recommendations and tips and ensured we knew the layout and the facilities that were available. They accommodated our request, and their kindness is very much appreciated. Villa Beach is a fantastic and perfect place to stay. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, superbly furnished, comfortable accommodation in an idyllic beach front location. Great value for money. Excellent apartment. If you are travelling with kids this is a must, here is why: ~ the apartment has a large spa bath - the kids absolutely loved that, making bath time so so fun! The sandy beach at the resort is truly something special but you need the bath to get the sand off. ~ the amenities in the apartment are amazing. It's not just tea and coffee cups, there is Tupperware, salad bowls, cooking utensils, just basically a home.away from home so you can save so much by catering in the apartment. ~ the two separate bathrooms is a massive plus, so during nap time, the little one can have some peace and quiet ~ the balcony has a beautiful view of the pool so during nap time I could sit and read a book, so I wasn't stuck in the room. ~ the kids played for hours in the sandy beach every day, making memories. It's one thing to carry your kids in the pool, but it's a whole other thing for them to expire in the shallows and build sand.castles Overall an amazing experience! Memories I will cherish forever.

Clean and comfortable interconnecting apartment with good size kitchenette. Great location overlooking the pool. Beach was right out the front and shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Large balcony perfect for a morning coffee or having guests over. Would definitely recommend for families.

Great location, spacious apartments, pools both amazing. Perfect for the toddler to have the access to the lagoon pool right out our balcony gate (3313/3314). Pool bar great. Will definitely come again.
