It’s not cheap. Let’s get that out of the way. I’ve learned that with most things in life, you get what you pay for. This particular hotel/resort offers beachfront views, a quality breakfast buffet included with the stay, plenty of parking, an incredible pool area including the pool itself and a lazy river with an adjacent poolside bar and grille, as well as a hot tub, beach access right off the pool area (you’re basically on the beach), spacious rooms - the largest I’ve seen in Panama City at this price point or less, clean common areas and rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds, and friendly, prompt service from all staff members. We always find ourselves debating whether to save hundreds of dollars and stay at a less expensive hotel but almost always end up staying here, simply because of all the things this place has to offer which I listed above. There truly is a lot of value in all that this place provides. They even have a large projector screen and show movies (typically Disney or family movies) once the sun goes down. This most recent visit, they also had an island dance performance which included fire sticks. If it’s in the budget, this is the best place to stay in Panama City Beach.

Really enjoyed our stay at this Hyatt. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. Also didn"t realize certain perks were included with our room rate, including pool towels and two beach chairs and an umbrella each day. Breakfast was pretty good..the usual continental breakfast. There was a main water break that impacted the water for all beachfront properties for a couple hours but the front desk was helpful during that time by supplying water bottles. Parking was pretty convenient and right across the street in a parking garage.

The beach view from the balcony of our room was amazing. Room was very clean and quiet. The pool was fun. The beds were comfortable, and the room we were in was right next to the ice/water machine and elevators, so it was convenient. Breakfast was good.

The location is great, the breakfast was delicious, the pool and fitness areas were wonderful and well-stocked/maintained. The beach access was amazing. The view (we had Gulf view with balcony) was amazing. The sitting area in the room was nice. The real mugs for the cofee and real glasses were nice. The use of real (not disposable) dishes was in general a nice return to pre-Covid and sustainability. The Starbucks with flat prices for all drinks was kind of nice! The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Had a great trip here with family. The selling point for me was that breakfast was included as well as beach chair and umbrella service. We went the 2nd week of October, and it wasn't too crowded. We never had an issue getting chairs at the beach or by the pool, but I can imagine that might be different during high season. Amazing sunset views from the beach, pool, and lobby. The location is great, but next time I will make sure to get a beachfront room. The rooms facing the street deal with loud traffic sounds as the hotel is right on 'the strip' Restaurant/pool bar service can be very slow. For some odd reason the pool bartenders have to go up to the kitchen on the next floor to retrieve any food ordered. All in all, this hotel is a great value for the locations and I would definitely go back.

The hotel was excellent on all levels! The room was spacious and extremely clean for being a beach front hotel. The beach/pool had towel service. The rooms were stocked with large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The noise level in the hotel was calm and not noisy at all. The hot breakfast was tasty and a large variety. The pool and bar area was a nice touch and very spacious. Nice tables in the shade to visit with friends. Plenty of room to sun or seek out some shade. Water was provided by the bar to keep you hydrated while you swam at the pool.

The atmospher was terrific. The lobby area views and bar were great. The pool's lazy river and jacuzzi were awesome. I didn't get the chance to eat on site so I can't say about the food.

Everything; location, staff, cleanliness, spa, jacuzzi, free breakfast & etc. The room was huge .

This facility was absolutely clean. 10 Billion %. The view was also 10 Billion %. The beach, the lazy pool, the hotub, and the hotel room was perfect for our 4 member family with two small children. The breakfast offered was also pretty decently done. They had fire pits around some seating area near the pool. The beach access and the beach itself was clean with zero trash.

Google reviews more accurate than hotels.com reviews. Check in easy, Myesha was extremely nice and accommodating. Stay was decent. Hotel was overall decent, good breakfast. Pool was dirty by midday-evening, seemed like it was only cleaned once in the morning. Random DJ one day with annoying music, too loud and did not fit the atmosphere. Towel stations slow to be refilled, sometimes had to wait 30min to an hour for towels. Kids frequently in the hottub and we were unable to use most of the time. Bar closed early. Elevators slow at busy times, only 3 for the 14stories and frequently one of them was out of service. Room clean. Shower curtain dirty. Beach was nice. Easy access to beach from hotel. Harpoon Harry’s and hooters within 3-5min walk w/ good food. Had a good time, don’t know that I would stay at this hotel again. Biggest benefit was location and good breakfast.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Panama City Beach is the perfect beachfront getaway! Clean, spacious rooms with stunning ocean views, a delicious complimentary breakfast, and a relaxing pool with a lazy river. The staff is friendly, and the location can’t be beat. Highly recommend for families or a romantic escape!

We stayed here in August if 2024 after bailing on a cruise that got caught in Hurricane Debby in Tampa. Decently priced oceanfront hotel. The place has everything you need for a beach trip. All rooms have a balcony and view of the ocean. We stayed on the 10th floor and had a great view of the beach and pools. There is a giant main pool, large hot tub, kiddie pool, and giant lazy river. There was also a splash park. There are a couple restaurants. The beachfront grill has really good food. We ate the grouper platter about three days in a row. It is really expensive though. We spent about $100.00 for lunch each day. There is an inside restaurant that has a coffee bar and paid breakfast. We had the coffee. It is also really expensive. Rooms were ok, nothing wrong with them. Just normal wear and tear from a beach hotel. Would stay again.

From check in to check out, the staff was super friendly and very helpful. We were even told before booking our room that if it was ready early that we could get a pass and enjoy the hotel amenities while we waited. The hotel was super clean and so was our room. We had a great view of the pool area and the beach from the second floor. We didn't eat at the restaurant but it was always full of people who looked like they were enjoying it. Our daughter swam in the pool and lazy river for hours both days we were there. The pool area and lazy river area was always clean with plenty of towels. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay, this is it. We will definitely book another stay soon.

One of the best IHG hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Employees are so nice and helpful - from the front desk to restaurant, housekeeping and maintenance. The food in their restaurant was excellent - especially breakfast! So much food that I had leftovers every day. The bed was comfortable, nice high toilets and walk-in shower. The balcony overlooking the beach was great. Large TV and good Wi-Fi. Would definitely recommend. Maintenance man, Paul was so helpful and even loaded my suitcases when I was leaving. Will definitely be returning.

We were there for the Labor Day holiday, me, my wife and two daughters, and that was the greatest stay we had for the last 4 years. Everything was great from the arrival to check out. Front desk Carlos, James and Cole were nice and kind everytime we needed assistance; F&B Manager Ricardo really makes a difference, je cares, he’s helpful, kind, polite, always smiling and present everywhere we looked, he was there ready to help; breakfast is great, well served, delicious food, Richard at the omelet station provided great customer service, always kind and smiling, greeting everyone. Rose at the bar also is awesome, even whenever the bar was packed she’s always ready to help and serve. Amenities are great for all ages with that white and nice beach sand. Dining at the restaurant was the o my negative highlight, we dine on Saturday me, my wife and two daughters, service was poor, took way too long and nobody ever came to the table to tell anything about, it seemed server was running away from having to talk to guests, food is good but incredibly expensive, specially for the customer service we had. Besides that, We definitely decided that this hotel will be our next summer vacation destination, however, not dining at the hotel restaurant again.

Finally made it back after a year break. Last trip was a little iffy, with the partying military presence. This trip was absolutely flawless for us. We always get the breakfast included and it's wonderful. All the staff at the restaurant were just so enjoyable. We purchased the beach chairs and just vegged out for a week. The pool was still useable in November and even braved the lazy river (slightly colderI. All in all we enjoyed our quiet relaxing stay, still had a huge military group, but they were very quiet and we loved interacting with the nice young men and women and appreciate their service. I have no complaints and look forward to my 10th visit next year. I proposed to my girl and left happy, full, tan and engaged.

Everything was amazing! Professional team, always helpful especially Taliya, Kendra, and I think the gentelman's name was Jade. The breakfast was hot and delicious. It included a variety of items and something for every taste. Not your typical pet friendly hotel. Super clean, pets under control, quiet but vivid and full of life. The suite double queen room was so spacious you could add an extra inflatable bed. It exceeded our expectation and we are looking for a Bonvoy membership because of our great experience.

Absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the professionalism of the staff to the superior cleanliness level of the place, to the variety in the delicious but healthy breakfast options all the way to their friendly pets' policy and their very spacious suite rooms. The location was less than 4 minutes to the beach and 15 min away from most touristic destinations. I can't find anything to criticize if I am honest. Kendra and Taliyah were so professional and helpful.

The free breakfast was delicious and fancy. That alone gives it 5 stars. The hotel was in a great location by shopping and restaurants that are walkable. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and grills. Definitely will stay here again.

Clean, modern design, new decor, fresh- cleanliness is the most important thing, when staying away from home, so we felt very comfortable. Friendly staff, close location to the beach and Pier Park but most importantly great value!

A wonderful 3 week stay in a comfortable, very clean room with kitchen and designated work area. I used the gym daily and it was great! The area is very convenient for shopping and close to the beach. The front desk staff were very helpful. I highly recommend!

It is fairly close to the pier. Room has ample room and is very clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. There is no breakfast but neither my wife or me eat early in the am.

The property was very nice. It was clean in the pool and jacuzzi area. The only thing that I didn’t feel great about is that I had to wait for almost 2 hours before I could check in due to the fact that the hotel had supposedly too many guest checking out so the cleaning crews were behind. When I went to request a late check out I was not given but a 30 min late check out time. The other issue was that if you have a pet they do not clean your room. Luckily, we brought our own toiletries. All in all I would stay there again. The view from the balcony was amazing. The view was worth the few inconveniences that occurred.

Had originally booked a condo for our wedding anniversary, but the elevator was down for several hours. So we found a hotel for the night then found Hampton inn on the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff was very friendly, everyone was cheerful and willing to help with every need. Room was clean, nice size, king bed with couch to sit and relax, wonderful balcony (just needed the chairs a hair taller to see the gulf over the balcony rails). Loved sitting out there with morning coffee afternoon cocktail listening and watching the waves. Wanted to stay longer but they were booked so we had to leave. Bar was great, sitting in the pool Area was great. Short steps to the beach.

Very nice hotel. The free breakfast was great… red potatoes, smoked sausage, variety of egg options and more. Yogurts, cereals, fruits, waffle makers… lots of variety for everyone. Getting there around 6:10 worked best for us. Pool was never over crowded. Seemed to work well with some guest choosing the beach and some choosing the pool. Lots of shaded areas available. Bar drinks a bit over priced. $9.25/beer?? Not real sure about the restaurant. Never tried that aspect. Parking was convenient but you have to pay for it. Elevators worked great and never had to wait. Room was basic but very clean and up to date. We were missing bath towels when we checked in but that situation was remedied rather quick. No end table on balcony was kind of a bummer but we made due. I really wished hotels invested in balcony furniture for their guests but it just is what it is. This place is within walking distance to Pier Park and other restaurants near by. Diego’s Burrito Factory across the street is a must for lunch one day. And Shuckems is a decent dinner when you don’t feel like venturing far. Senior Frogs had great Fajitas and frozen drinks. Pompano Joes was a nice seafood venture. I had a family tell me they had a great experience at Bayou by the Beach for a Cajun win. Overall great stay!! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Check in reception Christy was very knowledgeable and friendly. Location was very convenient to very clean beach & dining. The complimentary breakfast was very good with assortment different everyday. Excellent service and clean tables and area. Bar in lounge was convenient and friendly bartender. Did not like the clanging gates going to and from beach while sitting in pool area

The view was very nice, perfect for seeing the sunset and the jacuzzi and pool were amazing. It was a short drive to pier park, and there were some nice shops across the street along with golf cart rentals. I will definitely come back again.

We went in march and the price was very affordable, i live they have free unlimited coffee in the lobby. The ocean is beautiful. Pool was lightly heated and there is a jacuzzi. Beautiful view of the ocean from balcony.

I have stayed here a few times. Great location. All rooms face the beautiful beach and you have your own balcony to sit on. Rooms are decorated beachy cute. The pool, jacuzzi, bar by pool are great. Free breakfast every morning with plenty of Choices. Hooters and Harpoon Harry’s next next door. Not the Hilton but great place to stay if you want something nice and affordable. We even extended our stay 3 more nights.

Great place to stay with an awesome staff running things. Super easy access to the beach, nice hot jacuzzi and a really neat pool to cool off in. The ladies and guys do a really good job making a hot breakfast every morning, definitely something to look forward to. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Loved having beach access with a shower rinse and not too far from restaurants and bars you can walk up from the beach. Very convenient. All the staff we encounted were very friendly. The continental breakfast was a very pleasent surprise. I normally expect a cereal and bagel bar with water down coffee. We got into the buffet line and had staff plate up food for us, which felt way more clean and safe. The bisquit and gravy was seasoned perfectly and scrambled eggs fluffy. All the food was hot and very tasty.

Absolutely relaxing and easy walk to beach and pool- accommodations just beautiful!

My family and I stayed here this past weekend. We received outstanding customer service from Lotsarin at check-in. Lotsarin was very welcoming and she made my day after a long 6 hour drive to the beach. She was very professional, pleasant and courteous. She was also very knowledgeable about the Amenities and things to do in the area. Our suite was very lovely with a modern sleek design esthetic. Resort feel with spacious clean and comfy beds. We had a nice view of the pool area and could see the ocean from our balcony. We had separate living and dining area from bedroom. The extra space in the living space and bathroom was Amazing!!! Breakfast was extremely crowded with longs lines for omelets and waffle stations. The design of the food area is really narrow and tight for the volume of people they has this weekend. I almost felt like I was in a very crowded market to get breakfast for me and my boys. The Breakfast staff were all nice and courteous so that helped to relieve my annoyance of the big crowds and people kept bumping into our chairs at the breakfast dinning area. However, it was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family to stay here.

The staff were all friendly and professional. The resort was clean and comfortable. The pool was large enough to accommodate all the guests comfortably without feeling overcrowded and there was a nice slide for younger children to enjoy. Pool towels were also available. The breakfast was amazing, by far the BEST complimentary breakfast we have ever had at any resort or hotel. Free snacks and adult and kid-friendly beverages (two adult beverages per guest) were available every day between 5 and 6 at the 5th-floor restaurant overlooking the pool and beach. The centralized location made it so easy to see and do the many attractions in Panama City. Pier Park has a number of unique shops and restaurants. The Town Center is located directly behind the resort for additional shopping. Russell Field Pier access is located right across Front Beach Rd. We viewed the sunset and were able to see a stingray, a sea turtle, and some fish from above. My daughter and I had a wonderful time during our stay. The weather was not great but the convenient location and the hospitality of the resort made our time spectacular even without the sun. We will definitely stay here for our next trip to PCB.

We were here for a week and overall it was a great stay. The breakfast was really good and i loked the fact that you could have eggs or omelets cooked to order. The restaurant on site was very good. My kids loved the pool and the slide. The staff was amazing and so friendly and helpful. Our room was really nice and clean. The location was very convenient with the beach being right across the street. There were a lot of restaurants and cute shops within walking distance. There were two things that i did not like. I payed extra for a gulf view room and the only view i had was if i hung over the side of the balcony. When i asked i was told that Hilton considered that a gulf view which was disappointing. I also would have liked if the pool stayed open longer. It closed at sundown which at this time of year was 4:45 pm. Overall we had a great time and were very pleased with the property.

I have to say… I was very satisfied with my stay. We were actually thinking about returning soon that’s how great it was!! The staff were helpful and polite. They responded to our every need in a timely manner. They do valet for $20 a day which was so worth it. You can enter/exit unlimited times. The breakfast buffet with the omelette station was convenient and had a lot of options! They kept the dining area clean and stocked up. The taste was as you would expect any hotel breakfast bar to be. The entire establishment was kept clean. However, our balcony floor was dirty but they took care of it within 30 minutes. Oh and the complimentary happy hour was a hit!!! They provided different options like wine, beer, rum punch, & tequila punch. The location is walking distance to the beach, you can see the beach from the hotel. It’s also walking distance to Pier Park. The restaurant downstairs was very good too!!!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay during the Thanksgiving Holiday. The room was fresh, clean and relaxing with the ocean view. Though the holiday dinner was pricey for two with the drink and dessert as a separate fee, it was delicious. The staff were nice and helpful. The phone in our room was troublesome so we made sure to let the staff know to check it before the next guests arrive. Will definitely be returning for a summertime getaway, there are many local restaurants close by less pricey.

Pool and hot tub area great. Rooms were very nice. Staff amazing! A few issues: The resort fee is awful-the list was for items such as coffee, gym….for any amenities that should be with a hotel room. I needed a spot to work but the business center was one computer out in the open in the busy lobby. The rec room is a safety hazard with the floor. Very outdated and in terrible shape -scarce with items to play games. Ping Pong was fun. Good option. Assumed by the pictures we had chairs for the beach. Nope. Could not bring the hotel towels to beach and did not bring our own towels. Convenient store was nice. Good prices and variety. Loved the nightly movie. Lazy River-awesome! Beautiful views. Overall - a very good vacation. Thank you.

From the front desk staff to the restaurant waiters to the bartenders by the pool the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The view was incredible from our room balcony, the pool was beautiful and clean and resort towels were readily available. The convenience store onsight had reasonably priced pool toys, towels, shirts and snacks. I would definitely recommend this resort if your going to PCB.

My room is nice and clean with a great view. Superb staff. Cassie, Tanisha, Maribel, Shaunouyx? (Sorry about the spelling), Daniel and several others who went above and beyond to make my stay safe, comfortable and enjoyable. Super quiet. No noise. I enjoy the pet policy and love seeing all the beautiful pets. I was here last October and was so pleased, I stayed a week on this visit. I certainly will be back. Stayed for Fourth of July. Room was spacious and clean. Only downside was the lack of water pressure but in all we were still able to shower. Pool was clean and refreshing after a day at the beach. Front desk was friendly at checkin and accommodated us with a room at the end since staying with our doodle. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfy with lots of fluffy pillows. Loved the location at Pier Park and just a quick drive to all we wanted to do!

Enjoyed my 5 night stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a pet friendly room that I know is not the best rooms they offer but it worked well for me. The bed was very comfortable which is the most important quality for me. The rest of the furniture showed its age but was adequate. The breakfast was excellent every day and there was lots of room to walk around the property with my pup. Being so close to the PCB Conservation Area to hike was a huge bonus! Also a dog friendly beach at the Pier a short drive away. I would definitely come back to La Quinta by the Pier!

We stayed in room 402 on the 4th floor. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast options were great they served scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, breakfast sausage patties, fried bacon, waffles, fresh fruit, cereal, white and chocolate milk, hot coffee, orange, apple and pineapple juice, yogurt, instant oatmeal, a variety of breads, bagels, muffins and snack cakes. The location was good the beach and all of the stores were close by.

That atmosphere was very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was awesome and the coffee was good. The pool was very clean as well as our room. Very quiet for a place to stay at the beach. The staff was amazing!

You stay here because of the location! Another pro is that the villas have a FULL kitchen stocked with essential cooking items. This saved a LOT in restaurant costs. The building its self is in dire need of updating.....I'm not talking just aesthetics either. The balcony railing was held together in places with zip ties!!!! There are some major building code and safety violations. The steps to the beach had sand burr plants growing between the steps!! These are nasty evil burrs!!! The property needs to groom the path to the beach. The property allows dogs, which I appreciate except for when the dogs are barking all day! There is very little grass for the pets to do their business....I would not stay if I was traveling with my dog. The biker bar across the street was AWESOME and there is a grocery store a block away.....other than that, the restaurants aren't very walkable, everything is further south by about 2.5 miles!! Beach was amazing and the view from my balcony could NOT be beat!

Affordable stay with plenty of space for longer trips to the area, especially if you want to be away from the busier areas of PCB. We came for a football tournament and the team was staying across the street at the Laguna Beach Christian Retreat. Super convenient to walk to! Appreciated that it was dog-friendly and loved that it was right on the beach. Our place was clean enough, but could’ve benefited from a thorough mopping as the floor had what felt was residue from cleaning solution, making it somewhat sticky. Wasn’t a huge issue for us given the value of the stay. The washer and dryer situation was a bit inconvenient as it’s located on second floor breezeways and you have to download an app to use them. There aren’t enough for the property, and one set was not working, so we had to wait for another person to finish using them. This person left their clothes in there for a few hours before I finally removed them so I could dry my load. Also parking is tricky - if you arrive late or too early, you may need to park across the street as there are a limited number of spots. These are all still minor things that I can overlook given the affordability of the property and the size of the space you get compared to some other nearby properties that are beachfront. Pool was nice and the views were beautiful! Could use some updating and minor repairs but I appreciate that this is an old property that has been here for decades. Would stay again!

Truly beachfront. Super clean and nice place. Needs some updates. Overall, very nice and would recommend. Great that it's pet friendly also. Dogs aren't allowed on beach or you can get $100 ticket so watch for the police if you go out there with pet. There is a dog beach nearby but it's small. Pineapple Villas has a great view of the ocean.

We really enjoyed our night here for a concert on the way to another destination. When we first arrived I did have a moment of “oh no this place looks older and maybe I made a bad choice”. I was wrong! While the outside seems slightly faded in color due to the sun and I’m sure salt water there was someone outside constantly cleaning and painting. The young lady behind the desk was super kind as we had arrived early. She let me know where we could change clothes to enjoy the beach until our room was ready. When our room was ready we received a text with information as to how to access our room and key. I was pleasantly surprised when we went inside. It was very clean with cold air and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was nice and roomy with an amazing shower! I plan to come back again with my family and stay longer.

Perfect location. Right on the beach. AMAZING VIEW!!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tiki bar staff was friendly and made great drinks. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony some nights and listening to the live music from the tiki bar when we just wanted to stay in for the evening. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Panama!!!

I will tell you that the employees make this place special. Issac, Gabriel, Amara, Leslie, the bartender Christie, Ray and all maintenance and housekeeping people . We had an issue with our A/C in our room and they worked tirelessly until it was resolved. The place could not be in a better location. The pool and bar/grill area were perfect. Best strawberry daiquiri and fries I’ve ever tasted. With nightly live music. Well maintained and clean. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent just out the gate to the beach. No long walk to the shore. There was a stand to order water sports there as well. Everything you need in a convenient little package. Pier park, shopping and restaurants close by. S’mores on the beach complements of the resort.

We Loved this place and we can’t wait to return! Overall experience was exceptional. This hotel is located on the waterfront of the beach WE LOVE IT! LESLEY the manager was great. It was my husband's birthday and she when above and beyond! Isaac the room manager was very attentive with a few issues and very good problem solver, also extremely funny! Amirah and Velae from the front desk where very helpful and sweet, great recommendations on places to visit. Overall, we loved the accommodations and plan to visit again! Check in was super easy! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a corner room on the 6th floor and the view was perfect we saw the sunset and sunrise from our balcony and the room was also quiet with it being on the end. The tiki bar and live music was an added bonus!

I was very impressed with the property. It was clean, quiet, staff were friendly, and there was easy beach access. We had an amazing view from our balcony and, as we went in the winter, the heated pool was a nice touch.
