Chegamos cerca de uma hora antes do check-in que é às 14 horas. Jaqueline prontamente permitiu a entrada, com bastante simpatia. Quarto, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis! Cama confortável. Nossa saída também muito tranquila. Café da manhã com todos os itens para uma mini refeição. Perfeito! Além de recomendar, possivelmente voltaremos mais vezes. O preço da diária é acessivel, a pousada de fácil acesso, distante não muito do burburinho da principal rua de Penedo. Apenas lamento, por compromissos profissionais, não podermos ter permanecido por alguns dias. Está de parabéns, Moriá!!

Viagem de duas diárias em família, a pousada está há 2km de distância do centro de Penedo, piscina limpa com lado raso para crianças, café da manhã farto. Acesso ao quarto para famílias, refeitório e piscina é por escadas. Frigobar não gelava na parte de baixo e estava com gelo na parte de cima. O estacionamento é descoberto e os carros atrapalhavam a passagem dos hóspedes, organizar melhor as vagas ajudaria bastante.

Foi uma grata surpresa, pois escolhemos uma pousada para pernoitar em meio a uma viagem mais longa, e pra nossa surpresa a pousada é ótima, o quarto bem conservado e muito limpo, o banheiro grande e bem conservado, ótimo mesmo. O atendimento é 10, pessoas educadas, simpáticas e prestativas. A única coisa que lamentamos foi não poder ficar mais tempo. Mas voltaremos com certeza.

O lugar é lindo! O que deixou a desejar foi a qualidade e limpeza da água da piscina! Alguns contra tempos como controle do ar condicionado ruim e outros pequenos detalhes, mas que não interferem na diversão e aproveitamento da pousada! As outras pessoas que foram comigo não tiveram problemas em seus quartos! Recomendo a Pousada!

Televisao funcionou muito bem, quarto com ar condicionado, frigobar, ventilador e varanda. Chuveiro elétrico bom. Acredito que poderiam melhorar o café da manhã, que apesar de bom fica nos espaço apertado com muitas mesas e bancos. Sentimos falta também de ovos e de uma melhor organização de louça. Mas são sugestões, pois a pousada é muito agradável, com ótima piscina, estacionamento, uma localização perfeita e um atendimento que nos deixou com a certeza de querer voltar para passar mais dias!

Pousada bem aconchegante, funcionários bastante atenciosos. Pretendo voltar mais vezes.

New hotel, very beautiful, excellent rooms and well cleaned. The breakfast is amazing, with many options from healthy to not healthy, and also had live music during the weekend.

However once I located the elevator I was transported to the hotel. Its a quirky mixture of traditional and modern. The public areas are quite traditional in decor and had a really nice ambience. The pool was of a good size on a good sized decking area. The rooms are quite minimalist but with colourful modern furniture and a whirpool bath !! I had a balcony but unfortunately just looked at a cement wall. Wi fi was a bit hit n miss but free. They have a coffee and cake trolley - no coffee / tea making facilities in room which was frustrating. Hotel only does breakfast which was ok. Theres loads of places to eat so not a problem at all. All in all excellent value for money.

I used this hotel intermittently for 5 years. Clean rooms, with comfortablr bed and aircon, spacious bathrooms. The breakfast included is good and has lots of options. The staff struggles a bit with English and Spanish. Overall a good option to stay, safe and well located.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. bREAKFAST is very good with many options. Service is polite and correct. Easy to walk from/to the main attractions and restaurants. Easy check in and it is possible to request a late check out what I did.

All the things are perfect with luxurious experience. Very nice rooms and food and beverages are 100%. The staff and services are very good and friendly and had good time and experience. Recommended to the all who are wanna to chill in finland.

Adorei a estadia. Fui em viagem com minha filha, ficamos em uma suíte família, com uma cama King e outra Queen. O quarto é muito confortável, roupas de cama e banho limpos e perfumados. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento é excelente.

Recentemente, tive a oportunidade de me hospedar no Hotel Resende Inn. Gostaria de compartilhar minha experiência, que foi, em grande parte, positiva. Primeiramente, gostaria de destacar o atendimento excelente. Todos os funcionários foram extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, o que tornou a estadia muito agradável. O quarto era razoável, estava limpo e confortável, mas não correspondeu exatamente às expectativas para uma suíte de "luxo" considerando o valor cobrado. Tenho duas considerações a fazer: *O hotel não oferece o empréstimo de ferro de passar. Próximo ao término do horário, algumas comidas já estavam frias. Além disso, a variedade de frutas era limitada e o iogurte parecia diluído. No geral, foi uma boa estadia, mas acredito que algumas melhorias poderiam ser feitas para justificar o preço cobrado pela suíte de "luxo".

O hotel não tem luxo, porém é confortável ,quartos amplos e limpos . Só poderia ser mais bem decorado , mais aconchegante... O café da manhã é OK bem variado. A localização também é boa . o ponto fraco é o estacionamento nunca vi pior. No mais ele atendeu minhas necessidades. Porém pelo valor (não é barato )deveria ser mais arrumado.

Hotel com quarto muito bom, amplo e limpo, banheiro maior que o padrão dos hotéis, amplos espelhos no banheiro e quarto, café da manhã razoável mas dentro do padrão do preço pago. Hotel precisa melhorar a fachada, faltam letras no nome do hotel, para melhorar a aparência externa pois o quarto é muito bom.

Lugar lindo com uma ótima localização. Bem no centro de Penedo, com estacionamento onde meu carro ficou estacionado sem que eu precisasse usar para me deslocar pois estavamos perto de tudo. Atendimento muito bom, uma das únicas com mesa de sinuca que é prioridade pra gente rs Café da manhã muito bom e tb servem chá da tarde. Adoramos.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente otima, fizemos um upgrade do apartamento p um com varanda e rede, ficamos 14 noites no total. O visual é fantastico, contato direto com a natureza, uma piscina bem gostosa, cafe da manha simples mas muito bem servido, a equipe d trabalho tambem é muito acolhedora e receptiva, as proprietarias tambem estao sempre antenadas, os apartamentos sao bem conservados e sempre limpos. Conheço a regiao ha muitos anos e a umidade é o maior desafio p conservação dos imoveis, e realmente nesse quesito eles se superaram, sem residiuo de cheiro de mofo no aposento e nem mmo nas roupas de banho e de cama! Foi uma experiencia muito boa, voltaremos no Carnaval. Frequentava a mma pousada ha mais d 15 anos e estou feliz pela troca q fizemos.

O terreno é lindo, com grama e muitas plantas, presença de muitos pássaros. Tem uma sacada em cima da recepção com espreguiçadeira para ficar. A piscina é bem grande, não tem iluminação noturna dentro mas nada que atrapalhe o uso. O café é bem simples mas de boa qualidade. O estilo da recepção e de alguns quartos é rústico e com detalhes de madeira.. No mais, nós gostamos bastante. Eu recomendo.

Atendimento excelente, lugar lindo com otima limpeza. Café da manhã muito bem servido, fazem os ovos na hora que é muito bom. Quartos confortáveis e com utensílio para fazer sua própria refeições e ou guardar.

No geral, a estadia foi ótima. Apenas tivemos dificuldade com o chuveiro que parecia não misturar a água, ou era gelada ou quente demais e os ralos tem algum problema de escoamento que faz com que a água volte e deixe o banheiro com uma poça... Ficamos no chalé 11.

A pousada é bem localizada,fomos caminhando para todos restaurantes e atração tipo Casa do Papai Noel ,Shoping dos Duendes etc Piscina e grande e limpa ,sauna seca muito boa . Preço da tarifa excelente custo benefício.

Funcionários educadíssimos, café da manhã farto e razoavelmente variado. Piscina boa. Os quartos de frente para a rua são muito barulhentos. Solicitamos a troca e fomos atendidos prontamente. No geral, gostamos do local.

Pousada incrível, atendimento impecável, café da manhã bom, só o quarto que poderia não ser o de frente para rua. Tirando isso, nossa estadia foi excelente.

Os funcionários são bem atenciosos e educados, café da manhã simples e muito gostoso com comidas típicas e caseiras variadas com sucos de frutas naturais. O Hotel fica bem próximo as melhores cachoeiras da região. Ar puro e contato com a natureza é o que resumem sua localização privilegiada. Somente um pequeno pedaço da estrada até o Hotel é um pouco ruim, mas vale a pena, pois o lugar é lindo.

Ficamos no incrível Chalé Pedra do Sol, muito amplo e bem equipado. Banheira de hidromassagem dupla maravilhosa, assim como todos os demais ambientes. O café da manhã é muito gostoso, ingredientes artesanais e todos fresquinhos, num espaço acolhedor e agradável. O menu Degustação de Pizza Artesanal também foi uma experiência muito boa, assim como as cervejas igualmente saborosas. Tivemos uma pequena dificuldade com a água em um momento pontual que foi resolvida prontamente, em pouquíssimos minutos, ao sinalizarmos via WhatsApp. A pousada tem ótima localização: lugar tranquilo, aconchegante, silencioso e próximo ao centro, onde encontramos lojinhas, bons restaurantes e fácil acesso aos passeios que fizemos. O único ponto negativo é que precisamos vir embora, rs… mas voltaremos com certeza!

Uma delícia de lugar. O quarto com a hidro integrada é um charme. O atendimento é muito cortês e customizado. Houve uma corrida enquanto estávamos hospedados e o proprietário até antecipou o café da manhã para atender à necessidade dos hóspedes que participavam. O café da manhã é farto e tem boas opções. A localização foi muito conveniente para nos locomover até os locais de nosso interesse, tanto de bike quanto de carro.

Limpeza top, roupa de cama de qualidade e bom gosto, organizado e bem cuidado, construção nova com tudo funcionando perfeitamente, água quente e cama confortável, café da manhã caprichado e um atendimento amigável e cordial...a atenção que o dono nos oferece faz vc se sentir em casa, a música nos ambientes de alimentação agrada pela tranquilidade e volume na medida certa. Chalés bastante confortáveis e espaçosos. Roupas de cama e de banho de qualidade superior. Chalé bem cuidado e limpo. O proprietário Fábio é muito prestativo e atencioso informando tudo sobre a estadia além de sugerir diversos passeios. Café da manhã excelente. No sábado fez um Menu Degustação de pizzas baseado em receitas italianas. Uma delícia. Com certeza voltaremos.

The room was a great size and tastefully decorated. There was a small kitchen area but it was well-equipped and easy to use to cook simple meals. The balcony was a wonderful feature and the hammock was a treat - loved it. Communication with the host was excellent and the host was very accommodating and helpful. The chalet is in a beautiful location and it’s easy to drive to the waterfalls and Pedra Selada from there.

Amazing view and facility, will absolutely stay here again.

Great location, beautiful and well kept grounds, cute chalets, really good breakfast with homemade jams, delicious pão de queijo and cakes. The big outdoor pool looked great although we ended up using the indoor heated pool. Overall, a great place for families!

Ótimo hotel. Muito bem localizado no lado de Minas de Maringá. Chalé bem confortável, hidro bem grande e funcionando bem, lareira com boa quantidade de lenha disponível. Café da manhã maravilhoso com tudo muito saboroso e bem preparado. Criticas são apenas para o sinal de TV que é péssimo, não pega nenhum canal com imagem decente, simplesmente nenhum. E o wifi também é péssimo, em pleno ano de 2017 em um hotel com a diária cara, como é o caso, não é aceitável um wifi e um sinal de TV tão ruim.

My stay at Pousada Recanto do Pinheirão was nothing short of idyllic. The pousada's location along the Rio Perto River provided breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The soothing sound of the river flowing gently was the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing getaway. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The fireplace was a cozy touch, especially since the temperature dropped at night. I also enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a delightful way to start each day. I particularly enjoyed taking an early morning walk along the river as the sun was rising and accessing local trails and waterfalls was easy. I was able to fully immerse myself in the natural beauty of the region. The pousada's location offered a peaceful retreat while still having easy access to restaurants and shops. If you're seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating retreat in Visconde de Mauá, I highly recommend Pousada Recanto do Pinheirão. The combination of stunning scenery, comfortable accommodations, and excellent service made my stay truly unforgettable.

We loved the charmingly furbished and decorated chalet (Bromelias) with whirlpool, chimney, sauna and beautiful view from terrace over the lovely garden. We felt very welcome by Sabrina and her team. She was very responsive and helpful with all queries we had, from sending us the actual google maps location pin for easy navigation to the pousada to advising us on hikes (we recommend Pedra Selada and 9 cachoeiras) and restaurants in the area. Be aware google maps is with a flaw: if you put the name of the pousada into google maps, the google maps navigation guides you to a different place, roughly an hour of the actual pousada. This flaw is due to the fact that the pousada's address contains the name of Resende to which it belongs to, but which is far off the actual location. Call the pousada and ask Sabrina to send the real location pin.

Everything about my stay was fantastic, from the welcoming host and the great location to the beautiful natural surroundings. I thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be coming back.
