We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our stay. We were there for 3 days and each day was a pleasant experience. First, each of the front desk staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable (the bed was especially comfortable) (I’d like to have that mattress in my home. The breakfast was very good and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Pensacola area.

Everything here was amazing! The breakfast is delicious! The staff are so friendly! The pool are hot tub are very clean! The rooms are clean, nice, big beds, only thing about the beds in that they was a little hard for my liking but everything else made up for it! Definitely will be booking again!

This is the CLEANEST hotel I’ve ever been to! Small but nice. Very friendly staff. I’m not sure if it’s new construction or just newly renovated. Everything is very modern. This is the first hotel I’ve been to since Covid that actually has daily housekeeping! Not near the beach, but walking distance to lots of shopping & restaurants & bars. Quiet area and the hotel itself was very quiet. Parking in a separate lot behind the hotel. Breakfast is standard hot hotel breakfast. The complimentary popcorn & cookies are a nice touch. Pool is small but clean. Nice fire pit area with a large gas BBQ grill guests can use. Microwave & fridge in room.

We stayed one night after our wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful getting us checked in and oriented. We got a high floor corner suite. That was a perfect room with stellar views of the bay and downtown Pensacola. The chaise and bed was so comfortable. The room also had a place to sit and open three suitcases which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was quite good the next morning. There was a good coffee shop, Bodacious, within walking distance. Ample other restaurants and museums are around as well making it the most convenient hotel in the area to downtown. It was a great place to stay!

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola was truly exceptional. We were greeted warmly, our room was spacious, very clean, had a comfortable bed, and the delicious breakfast was a wonderful surprise. It's a full breakfast, not a packaged continental "muffin-in-a-bag" type of thing. Every person there was friendly and professional. And the location couldn't be better -- just a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and the Saenger Theater. Every time we come to Pensacola in the future, we will stay here without hesitation.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location in downtown Pensacola. It is walkable to several restaurants. Although it is not directly on the beach, we were able to walk down to the pier where the ferrys travel out every day. The breakfast (free) is delicious, and I loved that they have a variety of options. But most of all, I loved the free popcorn and cookies throughout the day! :-) The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel solidified my future travel, as I will be staying at Holiday Inn Express hotels from now on.

This is one of the nicest IHG properties that I have stayed in. Lobby, amenities and room were all very clean and modern. The breakfast was very good and there was fresh grapefruit every morning. The very best part of the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely friendly and helpful. It seemed that they were all part of an engaged team that enjoyed working together. The location of the property is great- walking distance to restaurants, a museum and good bars.

Everyone at the front desk is friendly, helpful, & professional. Management takes time to listen, weekly breakfast is good but could do better. The weekend breakfast is actually cooked food like fancy hash browns cooked with bell peppers & onions, turkey sausage, I think, and a soft biscuit. The rooms are designed almost perfect except no hand held shower head to rinse crevices and no ledge in the shower to lift leg to scrub crevices. I LOVE the new soap, shampoo, hair conditioner installation, genius. The size of the shower is ample for rounder guest. Even the size of the refrigerator is perfect It's appx. $200 per night but comfort can be pricey. If you visit the first settlement in the USA & home of the Blue Angels this is the ONLY hotel to invest your staycation. The rooms were designed by a woman & she checked each box except the hand held shower head in EVERY room not just handicap rooms. Oh, I forgot, the shower door needs industrial Velcro to keep the door closed. Thank-you

Fabulous stay here! Everything was clean, well taken care, people were extremely friendly and so helpful! Breakfast was constantly stocked and freah. Pool was clean and fun. Felt very safe and was a quiet area. Beds were very firm, but that is a preference. Would stay again without a second thought!!!

The staff were supper friendly! The pool was so nice and peaceful! The rooms were clean and comfortable! I was super excited about breakfast and it was delicious! The location is perfect with restaurants and stores just down the street! Definitely will be staying here again!

We recently stayed here for 5 nights for a family gathering. It was the cheapest/best rated hotel we could find that was convenient for us. It is about 10 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes to downtown Pensacola. It is in a safe area near University of West Florida and Rt 10. The hotel very clean. Our room was very comfortable with great bed and sheets, refrig, microwave, coffee, updated bathroom and great A/C which was necessary since it was 100 degrees some of the days we were there. The staff is pleasant. The breakfast offerings were fine; oatmeal, waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, juice and breads and bagels. Only fruit was old oranges. There is an outdoor pool and gym. Only complaint was some of the carpet needs to be replaced and the furniture replaced with newer pieces in the breakfast area.

I stayed because I had to evacuate. While they were sold out consistently, I think they did a great job handling the influx of traffic and people. Was everything perfect? No, but that doesn’t matter. I was safe, it was as good as it could be considering the craziness. I barely saw anyone else, so you don’t feel like you were sandwiched in. It was quiet, and enjoyable. Breakfast was great! The breakfast bar ladies were cheerful and engaging. I would gladly stay at another Hampton Inn.

We felt very comfortable from the first encounter at the registration desk. The gentleman at the desk allowed us to check in early 11:00 am. This allowed us to get ready for the graduation we came to attend. The room was quiet, clean, with one of the most comfortable hotel beds we've slept in.... The breakfast was great as well as the pleasant dining area. Overall, it was a great experience & we will make sure to stay @ the Hampton Inn @ Pensacola airport again when we are in town!!😉🌹

This will be my go-to hotel when flying from Pensacola from now on! It was clean, quiet, in excellent condition overall and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast included was pretty good. The airport shuttle was quick and convenient too.I stayed at a different and considerably more expensive airport hotel in Pensacola and it was filthy and in overall terrible repair. I highly recommend this property.

The property is clean and looks new. Rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. Breakfast was above average. The best part about the property was the staff. The greeting at check in was friendly and sincere. Good southern hospitality.

The suite was very clean and free of any odors as it should be for the price. Everything works and it was a very comfortable bed and Pillows which made for a great nights sleep. The furniture was a Morden chic which looks good but not the most comfortable. Overall It's a great place to stay with an outstanding breakfast the coffee is excellent as well. You pay for the quality but in my opinion it's well worth it. (clean, friendly, quite, good food and coffee) Well worth it!

The rooms where as pictured online and where clean. We usually bring our own cleaning supplies when we stay in a hotel and clean the room when we first arrive; this room had nothing to show on the towels when we cleaned it because it was already cleaned so well. We were impressed with how well it was kept up. The front desk workers were helpful, polite, and always willing to answer any questions we had. 😊 The breakfast had a good selection and the worker was always willing to put more food out upon request even if it was 15 minutes before they close breakfast down. My whole family really enjoyed the hotel and would definitely come back again.

Very clean and friendly peole until 6 minutes until checkout when some knocking on everyone doors telling them they need to be gone by 11 checkout and we had packed just waiting only elderly mom to finish up but still had 6 minutes till 11. That was a first but cant judge one rude peron for entire establishment. Enjoyed the stay, very spacious rooms and extremely clean and friendly people definitely will stay again

Chose to stay here for a few reasons, very close to the freeway, affordable price, pet friendly and great reviews. It did not disappoint facilities were very clean and well maintained. My family was very comfortable during our stay. We only stayed one night but I would definitely book it again.

The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. I had to do a few bookings because of my job and they made the process as easy as possible for me. The facility is maintained nicely and kept clean. I took advantage of the gym while here.

If you don't want to spend the money on a hotel by the beach, this is the place to stay in Pensacola. Very nice stroll to the heart of downtown. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good, especially the attendant who greeted us with a smile. I didn't need to ask for anything, but was sure she would have been helpful. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're looking for a cheaper option. Drive to the beach is super easy. Really glad we found this place.

The property is safe and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for going to downtown Pensacola, the Blue Wahoos stadium and lots of activities. The bed was very comfortable. This is not my first stay here, but it was my best due to the upgrades they have made to the rooms.

This is a decent hotel on the outskirts of the Pensacola downtown area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy (thanks for the 6 pillows). The front desk staff was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant for dinner. Only reason it isn’t a 5 star is that it is an older property and the surroundings aren’t very asthetic.

Awesome location! Walked to bars, restaraunt and shopping. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was the lobby smelled like a 1970s bar, stale cigarettes. Very heavy old cigarette smell.

Easy check in, room was a little dated but clean & comfortable. Parking for larger vehicles is NOT onsite as advertised, it is across the street from the hotel. A little misleading. Also, we chose the hotel because it has a Jacuzzi & it was closed, so that was disappointing.

We had the 2 kings suite. The downstairs is kitchen, living room, and king bedroom with a bathroom. All rooms are open to each other. Upstairs is a loft (no door) with another king bed and 2nd bathroom. 3 TVs (1 in each bedroom and 1 in living room). Full kitchen, but limited supplies. We just bought paper plates and plastic utensils. Ice maker in freezer. Dishwasher and soap provided. Pool and hot tub were nice. Animal friendly with plenty of space to walk dog. Beautiful breezeways between buildings keep kids out of parking lot. Note that ALL 2 King bed suites are on 2nd floor because the ceilings are vaulted. Breakfast is nothing to be excited over, just basic items. And the view is the interstate. But we selected this room for the spaciousness and the king beds, so we didn't care about view and breakfast. The floor needs to be mopped, but most everything else was clean.

I loved everything about the hotel. I will definitely give it a 20 out of a 10. The room was real nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back and recommend it to anyone. We had a king suite. The kitchen was nice, they had a table in the kitchen. They also offered board games and all day and night juices and coffee. We were able to play a board game in our room all night 🙌🏼😊The location was great, off the interstate, around a lot of restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub is great and beautifully lit up at night in different colors. Me and my boyfriend loved the stay and will definitely go back soon 👏👏🎉😉

I have stayed at this hotel on two different occasions. I was beyond pleased both times. My room was a spacious studio type, very clean with updated decor. The entire staff is great! The owner is always smiling and very polite and helpful. The housekeeping and front desk staff are all friendly and helpful as well. I used their laundry facility during my stay and lost my detergent Sedrick who works in the office/front desk actually bought me Tide and paid for it so I could finish washing clothes. Very sweet young man.I really just can't say enough about this establishment. I will stay there each and every time I visit Pensacola. Christian Robyn

We arrived needing a room last minute due to poor conditions of 1st reserved hotel. The front desk was super nice helping us book a new reservation, even with a few speed bumps using a 3rd party. The rooms were clean and well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and we had samples available if we forgot something. Breakfast and coffee was offered in the morning. The pool, grilling and seating areas looked cozy even though we didn't get to take advantage. Overall, during our stay was pleasant.

Really nice area and hotel. We have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. There are a lot of good restaurants and shopping places, as well as a movie theatre close by. The pool and jacuzzi are nice with plenty of chairs and lounges. Great workout room and meeting facilities too. Will be back!

Great hotel it was nice having a bar and restaurant in it. Breakfast buffet was ok could have been better but it was nice not having to leave to eat. Hotel was busy but it was very quiet considering how busy it was. Didn't get to enjoy the pool area due to storming all weekend.

The breakfast situation was the only negative aspect of our stay. We did not have breakfast. We all thought $14.95 for the breakfast was too high after paying almost $200.00 for the room. The room was very clean and the pool and spa area was amazing!!

the staff was exceptional from front desk to bar to shuttle they all made us feel welcome and assisted, very helpful and attentive to each and every request. Despite not providing every day room service hotel was extremely clean. Toiletries were up to standard and green.

The queen size was very comfortable but we really wanted a king size. The room was very neat and clean. The reason why it did not get 5 stars was because the bathtub was very slippery if you were taking a shower and no bath mat was provided. In addition, the bathroom door locked itself from the inside and we needed it quickly in the night. Since we were in a studio room, we used a butter knife to open it. Pet friendly but it will cost you. I think for the price, breakfast should be included.

Great place! Jay at the front was also very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Perfect place for a family. Each room has a full size fridge! Helps with freezing things for the beach or if you are driving to central Florida or elsewhere. I’m sure if you had a business trip and needed to stay for a few days, it would be perfect.

Very clean room, friendly staff, reasonable prices. We were very comfortable- the room had comfortable beds, good water pressure, and a full size fridge, mini stove top, and a dishwasher. We really liked that there was a 24/7 concession room where you could charge items to your room on the honor system. It had good snack and drink selections, and some toiletries. There was also a lending library full of books. We used the pool- it was very clean, we didn’t leave feeling gross like you do at some pools. Overall we were very impressed- I’ve never heard of this chain before, but will seek it out from now on.

We stayed here for a week before hurricane Michael and a week after. We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchenette. Everyone we met was very nice and helpful. Our suite was spotless and we enjoyed the Watkins bath products. Loved the free washer and dryer! There is a small grocery store just across the street for groceries and plenty of restaurants just down the street. Very convenient area. Would stay again!

We love Candlewood Suites, especially because of their kitchens in each room so can make breakfasts and dinners while traveling. All pots, pans, and dinnerware are provided. The bed and bedding at this location was superb, extremely comfortable and clean. Hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Property location is centrally located for sightseeing in the area. It was great having a food store in easy walking distance from the hotel. And most important, this hotel is quiet. We slept great.

This hotel was excellent from check in to check out. It is only about 10 minutes from the beaches and restaurants!! The rooms were spacious , clean and comfortable and quiet! The breakfast was delicious !! We will stay here again !!

Property is newly renovated, 3.5 miles from the beach - not on the beach - and close to downtown Pensacola. I could smell the hotel perfume as I walked up to the entrance, smelled nice! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast is free and had a lot of options.

The location was great. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. Our room was spacious and had a great air conditioner. The bed was very comfortable and we had plenty of linens. Breakfast was delicious each day!

From check-in to leaving the people were really nice and always ready to help. At check-in Najaah B was helpful and really nice explaining everything from the times for breakfast in the morning to how to access the WIFI and where to eat if we needed a place. The room was different from previous Hamptons we have stayed and it was roomy and clean. Bathroom was nice, clean for the 2 of us to be in at the same time. Parking was ample for the location. We did like that it was close to the Saenger theater where we took a quick Uber to it and back to the hotel without any problems. We would defiantly stay there again in the future.

We did ask for a suite that slept 3. We had a king bed and a recliner. We did end up purchasing an air mattress because that was the only downside of the room and it was a last minute booking. The room was nice, clean, quiet, safe and pet friendly there was a fee I think 75 for 4 days but we were grateful for it. We love the location and the coffee shop within walking distance.

This is a clean and modern facility in a great location. The room was very comfortable and all of the furnishings were in excellent condition. Just absolutely nothing to complain about with the room or lobby. The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. We dealt with three shifts of staff over our stay and all were friendly and questions were answered quickly and well. There were so many places to eat in strolling distance from the hotel. Maguires is right across the street and Another Broken Egg (amazing breakfast menu) is right across the parking lot. Whataburger and Waffle House a short stroll, a high end liquor store, and a convenience store also in strolling distance. Supermarket was a short drive or a long walk. Highly recommended.

Stayed at this property for the seafood festival and it was perfect for a 1 night stay. There is plenty of free parking, and luggage carts. I was able to check in early and get settled in. I was informed at Checkin about the breakfast option for a charge and afternoon cocktails as well. The facilities were clean. The pool area was immaculate and the lounge chairs were wonderful. The rooms was clean and spacious but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. The shower was hot, which I enjoyed. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Perfect location to dining and shopping and just a short trip to the beach. Its nice that parking is free. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. There’s a little cafe and bar in the hotel which is very convenient when you feel like staying in. This is my go to hotel when I visit Pensacola.

My son, my fury son and myself had a great stay. The best is Fury Children Friendly. Great area and safe, lots of space green trees and grass for walking my fury son. Short 25 minutes to beach The breakfast is amazing, the staff friendly, the pool area clean. I will be back in a couple of months. I had the 2 bedroom suite, amazing!!!

Driving into a tight looking parking, lot we had no issues finding a space anytime that we returned, day or night! The pool was clean with outside access, 90% of the day was empty of people pool closes at 10pm. Our room was on 3rd floor, hotel has 4 floors, occasionally getting footsteps from upper level, no different than an apartment. We had a two bedroom with a pullout sofa in living room, beds were comfy pullout not so much had a 3 inch matress. Full kitchen fridge/freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, even garbage disposal! 3 tvs one in every room! Large table against the wall with 3 chairs to utilize, oh and a casual plush chair we didnt use. Breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon on the day, waffles or egg muffin sandwiches and a quiche. Oatmeal with 8 choices of toppings, 2 types of muffins blueberry or cinnamon strudel, bagels, cereal, apple or orange juice plus some other choices. Staff was helpful and courteous talkative. Location is PRIME! Shopping, food, entertainment is seconds away. Beach and NAS (naval aviation station) 20 minute drive. Overall it was a great 3 night stay for less than $800 it didnt have the view or any scenery as the condos, but makes up for it in convenience

Ideally located for easy access to beaches, highways, dining, shopping etc. The full kitchenette made it easy for coffee, teas meals and the friendly staff for making the stay very comfortable. The complimentary breakfasts and all day coffee made life a breeze. Thanks for everything, manager Kathy ensured that we were quite comfortable with everything. The exercise room was just what we needed also. Big Thank You again to management and teams.

The culture at this hotel is great. Starting with assistant general manager Gigi. She sets the lead. She helped with dinner ideas as well as places to charge my Tesla. Cudo’s to breakfast manager Jane was fun and attentive. Kenneth at the front desk friendly and efficient. The room was clean and neat.

Titanium Bonvoy member who had to extend my stay and I couldn’t be happier to continue at this property. Most impressed with consistent courtesy & professionalism of all staff! Leading by example are GenMgr, Melanie and AsstGM, Gigi whether being friendly and helpful at the front desk with Olivia and Brandy or cleaning with meticulous housekeepers Melody and Crystal. These ladies always took the time to chat and made me feel welcomed each time I saw them-all the while spoiling my dogs rotten!!! Randy & Steve keep everything working properly on the property including a nice to have green, safe, comfortable spot to hang out with pups. The staff here absolutely made my stay an exceptional experience. If I need to stay in this area again-I will definitely return!

Overall, we had a great stay! The room was under-stocked in towels & bedding, but the front desk staff were mostly helpful. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the floor. There are absolutely NO dishes, pots, pans...NOTHING. There is a nearly full-sized fridge and freezer, which was great! The facilities were clean, but not in great working order (leaking sink in both kitchenette & bath tub). Trash was never emptied, unless I set it out in the hallway. No housecleaning is done during the stay. Still, it was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Although it is pet-friendly, I was happy that there were no odors and it was well-maintained. I would bring my pet in the future. The breakfast was a C-...only cereal, yogurt, a small selection of bread, and watered-down "juice". No protein. No pancakes, waffles, etc. Anyone with dietary restrictions are not able to eat much. There is a grill available on the patio, and that worked fantastic. The pool area is clean. All the common areas are clean and spacious. The bottom floor, near the exit, smelled terribly of marajuana, which was unpleasant. Nonetheless, it was overall, a good stay. I would stay here again, but come better prepared.

This property could use updating. It is clean but worn. Rooms are large and comfortable. Shower pressure was fantastic and the towels are like those found in a five-star hotel. The hotel should either do a better job with breakfast or not offer it at all. I would stay again if I was in the area but would eat breakfast elsewhere.

Our stay was great. My family and I was in the area for a family beach trip and chose Pensacola Suites Hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was super nice and friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was fairly clean. The outside was free of trash and so was the lobby. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was perfect for us. The only issue we had with our room was it didn't appear to have been vacuumed. Other than that, we enjoyed the hotel, especially the pool. We will definitely be back.

I understand the property was recently purchased from Hilton Hotels, so most of the property is in very good condition. No hot breakfast, rugs in the rooms were quite worn with ground in dirt, bed was quite hard, shower floor was chipped in many places. But, it was quiet for sleeping and spacious! After new management takes over completely it may improve in these areas. I thought it was OK for one night. Not horrible, not great!

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport, there are a few restaurants around it and they’re good. The rooms are suites and have everything you may need, they have continental breakfast and is ok. The staff was friendly. Not a fancy place but it had everything we needed and it was clean!

This hotel is AMAZING! I never write reviews but I feel like I have to for this hotel because it truly exceeded my expectations. I was visiting my boyfriend who is in the Navy and the staff helped him set up the room with rose petals, candle light and swans made from the towels. They surprised me and even got it on video it was a wonderful surprise and it made it even better that the staff was so helpful. The breakfast is delicious such variety and actually very delicious, the woman who runs the breakfast is also very sweet and helpful and gives out to go muffins! The room was clean and spacious and the pool was also very nice! I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice, safe, and clean hotel. The outdoor whirlpool and pool were very enjoyable. The free breakfast was delicious. The bed was soft and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to Corry Station and many restaurants. I recommend this hotel.

Location proximity to the VA Medical Center was ideal! I would love to see the VAMC enter into a contractual arrangement with this hotel to provide accommodation to disabled veterans who come into Pensacola for medical treatment. The accessible shower/bathroom was perfect to meet our needs. The breakfast exceeded our expectations! It was delicious cooked hot food, with a variety of other options as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and offered sugar free pancake syrup!

My company booked me into the hotel not knowing about the construction, although once I checked in the staff more than made up for the construction noise and debris. I checked in way later than I was supposed to due to delayed flights and it was not even a worry! The hotel room was very nice, the bed was very large and comfy although there was a dirt footprint on the left side of the bed wall but it obviously didn’t bother me that bad because I forgot to mention it to the staff haha. The bathroom was clean. The only thing lacking in the hotel room was a closet, I had items that I needed to hang up and I couldn’t because there was no closet so I had to go buy hangers. The Keurig was great, refrigerator was great. I went go to the local Walmart to buy food to keep in the refrigerator. The breakfast was great; the staff member attending the breakfast room was incredibly friendly and helpful. As I checked out of the hotel I left some sentimental items at the front desk. The staff called me and Told me that they were waiting at the front desk for me to come back and pick up and hoped that I was still in town, which thankfully I was. Honestly the staff more than made up for the small inconveniences. I would come back there and stay any day even with the construction because of the staff members, thanks guys for a great week in Pensacola ! Demi you and your fellow staffers are great!!

Perfect for our 4th of July beach trip! You can tell that just renovated the place. It’s not a fancy place but was quiet, felt safe and pretty clean! I’m a “pull the sheets apart and inspect with a flash light to make sure they clean” kinda person, it passed my test! It is the south so it was a little humid but the AC kept up in our room and kept us cool. Toilet paper was a little thin so we did pick up a roll but that’s the only thing we could even think to complain about. Quick and simple drive to the beach aprox 22 minutes. Very close to Walmart and other stores to grab groceries. Close to restaurants and fast food. They also have an ice machine, we used it to fill our cups and little cooler before the beach.

We were in town for a baseball game so only needed overnight accommodations. It's one of the motels that only service you through an outside window, but the two people working, a manager training someone, were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, nothing fancy, but sufficient for our needs. We had a king bed and there was a small loveseat and coffee table. There's also a desk with a mirror above, which could be used as a make-up area as there's only one sink and not much counter space. There's a microwave and small refrigerator, which would be convenient for someone staying a few days. The mattress and pillows were pretty hard, and I like a firm mattress, so sleeping was a bit difficult for me, but my husband said he slept fine. Towels were standard quality so that was good. The location was convenient for where we were going, and the area seemed pretty safe.

The property was less than a half hour from the beach and close to any gas stations, restaurants, or stores you could need. The owner was so nice and helpful. The room was so nice, clean, and very comfortable. We loved it here and will be back.

The room was extremely clean upon my check in, and the staff is very nice. Cable tv, WiFi, land line phone…all working. The property is well kept, and it is very quiet. The parking lot is well lit, and the hotel is close to restaurants and shopping. The room was affordable as well. I would definitely stay again.

The rooms were beautiful and clean. The beds were so nice.. and comfortable. Choice of soft or firm pillows. The buffet breakfast was hot fresh and delicious. My picky kids actually ate a big breakfast. Eggs, cheese omelets, sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast, muffins fruit and so much more. Even outside tables to sit and eat.

I loved that the property was clean, modern and had a pleasant aroma upon entry. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The shower floor could use a good deep clean but other than that, it was pristine. Breakfast was good and kept fresh, which I liked a lot.

Nice if you’re passing through its right off the 10 highway. Beds are amazing. Room is nice and fresh and clean. Breakfast wasn’t anything special maybe if you wake up earlier you would get more selection of warm food . Unfortunately the pancake machine was down when we were there. But the staff all there was amazing super friendly and helpful.

Char, at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. All the staff that I cam in contact with was very friendly and helpful. They were professional and personable. There was a nice size of selection for breakfast. The kitchen staff was accommodating. The room was large and spacious.

Excellent location right off of I-10/I-110. New building nicely furnished and decorated like most Express sites. Tasty breakfast and coffee. Two walkable restaurants. Friendly staff, convenient parking.

The pool was great, the room was phenomenally with the jacuzzi next to the bed I actually miss it

The room was located close to where I needed to be, however, there's not much around it as far as entertainment. I believe there may have been one restaurant and one coffee shop within walking distance (I mention this because I was having my car serviced and was without a vehicle). The employee who checked me in was very friendly and helpful (especially when the wrong name was accidentally put on the reservation). The room and hotel itself seemed very clean. The room itself was super comfortable and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is on a major highway. The bed was extremely comfortable and the curtains were awesome (kept the room really dark even in the middle of the day). They do offer breakfast, but it is hand held/to go and extremely limited (danish, muffins, premade coffee, etc.), but welcome if you're in a pinch and there's not much around. They also have a small gym and pool. I would recommend/stay here again if I'm in the area.

Nice clean property and reasonably priced for a good sized room. There were 3 of us in a deluxe double, and we had plenty of room. Front desk was polite and friendly. We stayed for 3 nights. There was one night where we did not get housekeeping, but they gave us extra towels no problem. Best thing about this place is it’s in a good area with places to eat and shop around, but it’s away from all of the Pensacola Beach madness. Don’t get me wrong, we love Pensacola Beach, but when you are done, you’re done. Hotel is only 25 minutes away from Pensacola Beach. Great place to stay if you want the fun of Pensacola Beach, but away from the chaos in a quiet and peaceful place.

Great value for the money! I’m always skeptical about a really low price but this was great! The room was spacious, clean, had a comfortable clean bed and quiet AC. It was everything we needed for an unplanned trip and met all of our needs. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The location was convenient and felt safe. While the building isn’t new, it’s been refreshed and is being maintained. We would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to anyone looking for an economical option.

This is a great find for a hotel that isn't too far from Pensacola Beach! We needed to salvage our family vaca bc we tried the MS beaches and that was a no-go after all with the brown, muddy bay water we didn't realize makes up all of the beaches we tried (Gulfport, Biloxi, and Long Beach). Back to this hotel, we were allowed an early check in which was very helpful in maxing out our 2 days in the area, the rooms are really nice, but there was standing water in the bathtub from turning it on to warm up the water (we didn't cause it in other words) which needs to be fixed (room 223). There is also a little rust on the hinges of the bathroom door-also an easy fix. But the shower and microwave both have these helpful signs on how to use them, there is an actual freezer-fridge in the room, and the double bedroom is just really spacious, as is the bathroom, which is also really nice. The elevator was lagging a bit and has its last inspection stating it was in August of 2023 so that might be why. I suggest the hotel getting an updated inspection so no one gets stuck in it is all. I still recommend staying here!

I was thrilled with this hotel. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with smiles and friendly staff. The lobby was spotless and cozy and to my husband's delight, coffee is available 24 hrs a day.. Our room was clean and comfortable (but the mattress was a tad hard for my liking). The bathroom was clean and well stocked. We did not use the indoor pool, but it looked nice. Breakfast was better than I've had in other hotels. There were nice options, eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereals, yogurt, assorted juices, hot coffee. For those who smoke, they have 2 designated smoking areas outdoors. This was appreciated, at other locations we've had to go streetside. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely book with them again when we return to the area.

Quiet and spacious rooms. Lovely, helpful and friendly staff. Good price. Well presented and clean. Tea & coffee maker , nice bathroom. Pet friendly. Multiple USB charging points. Internet room and good wifi! Loved the waffle maker in the dining room.

Our room 317 was very spacious and comfy. Great shower and good sized towels. The pool, although it was inside was a good temperature, not to hot and not to cold. Breakfast was a good start to the day. It saddens me with the amount of plastic going in the bin. Parking was a bonus. Wifi quick and easy. We had dinner just a short walk away at Sonny’s Barbecue and I would recommend this for an easy and very tasty meal

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Pool was clean and kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff was helpful. It was in a good central location. Would stay here again. 😊🙌

The listing is a little deceiving because it says there is a bar and a restaurant. There is neither of those. However, there is free breakfast, and the food was good. There are also several convenient places to eat nearby. The property is clean and the staff was friendly. It was a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent stay! Highly recommend! Staff were always upbeat, friendly, welcoming and gave great food recommendations.. also things to do and some events happening in town. My room was spotless. I'm picky and always check my room usually finding at least 1 or 2 issues but not here. I was extremely impressed with housekeeping and my stay service. Breakfast is 100% worth every penny, this is unlike any breakfast selection I've seen on a free breakfast and the ladies working it- TOP NOTCH SERVICE you don't find anymore. Everyone always seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Some other notes: pool was always clean with towels stocked and the grounds are impeccably clean. I will definitely be back and look forward to my next stay! Don't change a thing!

Great value and experience, close to everything, clean, comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast with a friendly, helpful attendant, friendly and helpful staff, the pool area was very nice with towels provided, the family suite was perfect for our family, we would definitely stay here again.

They had a bigger breakfast than I thought, they have a special breakfast every morning as well as self made waffles, cereal, toast, bagels, breakfast pastries, fruit, and yogurt! Big spacious bathroom, room was a good size too, we had 6 in our party and it was a good size for us. It was about 10min from Pensacola beach but it seemed more like 15, I liked the area, you’re right down the street from a Walmart and pizza places, other stores and restaurants are not far off either (: all of the staff I interacted with were very nice and welcoming!

Hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming. Making the reservation on the phone, checking in and checking out all with Jasmine was PERFECT! We had a 4th floor room which was VERY CLEAN, everything worked in our room, comfortable beds and pillows, excellent breakfast (standard hotel fare but decent enough quality) and hotel was quiet. 2 mile drive to 5 Flags which made it super convenient for the reason we were there. Thought the price during a special event was fair. Would definitely stay at this property in the future. Pool also looked nice although we didn't use it. Thanks again Jasmine for making our stay a pleasant one!

I loved absolutely everything. The staff was amazing from the beginning, with a wonderful location, super clean, close to stores, and places to eat. The pool was super clean (unfortunately, I didn't have time to swim, but I will next time). The breakfast was amazing! I love the fact that it's included with the room, especially when I'm traveling with 4 kids and 2 adults! The rooms were super big and comfy, we had a double queen suit with a fold out bed, we fit 2 people per bed, a little sink, a fridge, a big bathroom, along with a nice view! Parking was easy, along with check-in and out! I will recommend this hotel and will always use this hotel when coming to visit my hometown!

Friendly staff. Great value. Clean and fresh. Quiet. We stay here on our way to and from our homes in Naples Fl and consistently have a good experience. It is close to I-10 not the beach, but is an easy, scenic drive to Pensacola beach and the historic downtown attractions and restaurants

Picked this hotel because it was priced reasonably and was right off the I-10. Just a quick stay overnight as part of a road trip. Location could not have been more convenient. On and off the freeway in 3 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, much more than I really needed for an overnight stay but was wonderful to have the space. The hotel was very clean and up to date, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard fare for a hotel breakfast, but was still well done and was ready to go at 6:00am which I appreciated as I wanted to get back on the road.

This was by far the best hotel I have stayed at the room was very spacious and super clean you could literally smell the freshness. The staff was also super friendly and helpful and they even display your name in the television so you know you’re in the right room and as a welcoming. It was very enjoyable.

Our stay was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only thing I wish I had known was that they don’t furnish coffee for the rooms. They do have coffee pots but you have to ask for one which was fine but be aware to bring your own coffee if you want it. They do have coffee in the lobby and a quick grab and go breakfast. Overall it was a great place to stay. It looks to be fairly new too.

Great central location. Well lit parking lot. Plenty of parking. Someone was always at the front desk or very responsive to the slightest sounds when customers approached the front desk. Pet friendly. For the most part, patrons kept their dogs, quiet. && PLENTY of towels! Staff were very friendly & helpful! They were very informative and directed me to a reputable auto shop with my car engine light came on. Only thing missing was “Do Not Disturb” signs. “Breakfast bar” could use a few more non-dairy & egg-free options.

Amazing service. They have very kind staff that are extremly helpful. The rooms are very clean and very spacious and the beds where comfortable. The shower was also warm and spacious. Would come again! We plan to come again and stay at the same place!

The facility is between Perdido Keys and old Pensacola and near the base. So the location can be convenient as a TLA for civilians and military as well as for tourists who want to explore the area. The room was advertised as a kitchenette which is what we look for when traveling. The room was comfortable. Though on a busy street, our room was quiet. It was also great that there was a grocery story across the street. The desk staff was very friendly and Amanda was especially helpful. She supported our efforts to use the kitchenette and answered our questions.

Our check in was fast and the guy was extremely professional and helpful. Beds were VERY comfortable. Room was clean. Not impressed with the coffee in the room or at the breakfast, but I do love my coffee so maybe it’s just me… Nice convenient food pantry items if you need meds or food. Overall it was perfect for our one night stay.

The breakfast was delicious & it was a full breakfast. The kitchen workers were great. They had everything prepared for breakfast & refilled as needed. Dan was great, he went beyond his duty to help & assist. Nikki was great as well. Both of them were professional, friendly and helpful.

The property was quiet - clean with a very friendly staff. Room was clean and bathroom looked as if it had been recently renovated! It was close to my son I think as visiting and close enough to downtown to navigate with ease. The breakfast consisted of waffles, eggs, meat & ALL the other usual’s at breakfast! I will stay again!

I had about 20 plus employees staying at this hotel for work duties. We travel all over the US and we were amazed how clean the hotel is. I been in and out of hotels for the last 7yrs and this is by far the cleanest one. The hospitality that was shown here was unbelievable. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The breakfast was great and the lemonade in the lobby is amazing. Plenty of restaurants you can go too. The airport is only 10 min away. CLC rate will be approved. The parking lot is huge with room to park truck and trailer if needed. Trust me come stay here you wont be disappointed.
