I stayed at the Holiday Inn Piura last June, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Sergio at the front desk was fantastic—he answered all our questions with patience and professionalism and was so knowledgeable about the area. His assistance really made us feel welcome. The free breakfast was another highlight, with a variety of delicious options to start the day right. I highly recommend the Holiday Inn Piura for anyone visiting the area—you won’t be disappointed!

Probably the best hotel we've stayed in Peru thus far. Clean, comfortable, secure parking, helpful staff, great breakfast and and a great shower! they even agreed to accept a package for us which was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Very near the airport. A friendly, English speaking welcome and plenty of help with my luggage and no one looking for tips. Spacious room. Enormous TV, but only two English language stations. No bathtub but a great shower. The bathroom would benefit from a vanity mirror. There is a mesh blind but it really needs black out blinds. Nice big comfortable bed. Thank goodness I had a free day because I slept for twelve hours! The pool was sufficient but it only had three loungers. Right next to a shopping mall with Supermarket, cinema, shops and restaurants.

These combined aspects make the experience very positive, offering comfort, convenience, and hospitality at all times.

Very very good. Not cheap. And considering that Piura doesn't have mucho to do, I was surprised with the prices. But the hotel is very good. Staff was very kind. Bed and shower were absolutely amazing. Two thinks that could be better: For whatever reason the plugs on the bedside were veeeery slow. Breakfast could be better. Usually when I stay in hotels like this they have more options. It was really tasty, but not many options.

We should never have been in Lima, but because of a few mishaps in travel, our entire family ended up here. We were tired and our kids were sick, but the staff at this hotel made our short stay feel luxurious. The dinner was delicious and the service then quite attentive. The mattress may have been the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The attention at the breakfast buffet went above and beyond; our server went out of his way to ensure I understood how special the coffee was. Although we were dying to get home, we also found ourselves not wanting to leave this comfortable respite. Thank you all.

Close to airport (10/15 mins) but quiet. Huge room, comfortable beds and pillows. Good free Wifi. Lovely spacious, hot shower, fluffy towels, including face cloths. Good to see an eye on sustainability with no individual soaps or plastic shower bottles. Friendly staff. 24 hour half hourly shuttle to airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend

The Holiday Inn at the Airport in Lima is perfect if you fly in late and head out the next morning. The free shuttle takes a bit longer from the new terminal, but it's comfortable and safe. The room was very clean and met the usual global standards. The team was very calm, friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the bathroom was good, I had warm water, drinking water to brush my teeth and soft towels. I loved the breakfast buffet! Great selection and start at 4 am for the early birds. (Short, but deep and comfortable sleep in a big bed with crisp sheets and pillows labelled "firm" and "soft".) Tip: Only pick up point for Peru HOP Bus near the airport.

A perfect layover spot while traveling to Cusco. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service was great, quick and easy, taking us to and from the airport without any hassle. Breakfast was included and really hit the spot before our next flight. Daniel, who assisted during breakfast, was especially friendly and attentive, he made the morning feel welcoming and easy. Highly recommend for a smooth and restful stopover!

Great hotel with free airport shuttle! Although with the new airport and new traffic diversion, this hotel takes 10-15 minutes to get to. The stay is worth it! The complimentary breakfast is amazing. So many options from hot meals (often lunch type meals of soups, cooked meats & potatoes) to omelettes, fresh fruit, pancakes and cereals. Juices, coffee and tea also available for self service. Amazing selection of breads as well. The rooms are big with comfortable beds! And even though the airport is across the street, the rooms are quiet!! The staff even went above and beyond arranging for the shuttle driver to drop my group off at the nearby mall to procure a new suitcase to replace a damaged one. Once we completed our shopping and grabbed a bite to eat, they swung back around and picked us up! Yes there’s a hotel literally right across the street from the airport but this one ranks at the top for me.

The location was brilliant overlooking a quiet beautiful plaza. The jacuzzi bath was an added bonus. Well furnished room with a large, comfortable bed.

I was ill one day, suffering with Acute Mountain Sickness and reception called to see if I wanted any breakfast, they then delivered me a banana which was good of them. My room overlooked the main square with a balcony opening out onto a view of the cathedral. The main square felt quite noisy at night with a band playing but I was going to bed early due to not feeling well. The hotel arranged a taxi to collect me from the bus station and then to drop me off at Juliaca airport at the end of my time there. The prices seemed steep compared to the rest of Peru, so I am unsure if that was as I booked it through the hotel or if the prices in this region were more money. Nice, clean and comfortable hotel that I would book again if I return.

This hotel is wonderful! It was the nicest hotel we stayed in during our three weeks in Peru. The receptionist came to find us after our bus dropped us a block away which was very much appreciated. The lobby area is beautiful and the hotel has a lift. They sell water but also have a free water station to fill water bottles. They have hot water and tea accessible in the lobby area and it's own restaurant which serves a lovely breakfast. The rooms are modern, clean, comfortable, spacious and warm. The staff were very helpful and after storing our luggage for the day allowed us to wait in the lobby for 2-3 hours while we awaited our bus to pick us up which was hugely appreciated because I was sick and it was very cold outside. The hotel is very safe and in a fantastic central and safe location with lots of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The hotel was a traditional Peruvian Boutique hotel, well located on a quiet pedestrian square with nice restaurants within short walking distance. The square was beautiful with lots of activity during the day. There was a short walk to the hotel depending on what access your cab came from. Tour operators or taxi operators would come and meet you in the reception. I had a room with a Juliette Balcony overlooking the square. Breakfast was plentiful and had a good selection of hot and cold food provided. I found the rooms clean and comfortable but are not looking for luxury class just good value for money and this certainly met the criteria. Would stay again in a balcony room.

Very, very helpful staff. Good communication. Room was really clean and bed sheets very clean. Good bed Hot water in the shower. Room temperature was good (we feared it could be cold, but was just fine, it was October) We had extra blankets Location is very convenient. Breakfast was diverse, fresh, i liked it a lot. When we had to leave early, we always got a breakfast box.

I loved the atmosphere all the Staff created. It was very welcoming and friendly. Dany went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! She gave us great tips and helped book our tours. She even made sure that on the mornings we were not able to eat breakfast we had a bag with food to take filled with snacks and fruit. The beds were comfortable. Rooms were spotless, and the facilities were well-maintained. It was walking distance to the Plaza. I would definitely stay again if given the chance to go back to Peru.

We had a wonderful three-day stay at the hotel in Cusco! Danny and Alejandra at reception were incredibly sweet and helpful, assisting us in organizing our Machu Picchu tour to four temples, which was well-priced and well-executed. The hotel’s restaurant and bakery offered delicious food and great cocktails at reasonable prices. The staff was attentive and polite, and our room was comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the area. If I return to Cusco, I would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Great location. Very central. Room, WiFi and beds correct. Quiet. Nice cafe under the hotel, great breakfast too. Very friendly staff, very welcoming and treat you like family. Felt like home. Danny especially. They help you with everything you need. Organize excursions for you.

This is a no frill no nonsense hotel that gives you good value for the money. There is free Wifi and a free basic buffet breakfast. The location is excellent, walking distacne to everything and in one of the most upscale neighborhoods in Peru. Withing minutes of walk there is the famous Kennedy Park, abundance of restaurants and shops. It is a popular place for young people, locals and visitors, to hang out. And the neighborhood is very safe. The hotel is not fancy by any means, but the staff is polite and professional. I found their daytime receptionist Kristell very helpful and amiable.

Proximity to downtown Miraflores restaurants parks beach bars is a plus, felt safe all over Miraflores, the staff was very friendly and attentive

Location, jacuzzi in a bathroom, beautiful arrangements in a hall, reception and restaurant. We really liked breakfast bar with a wide range of food, tea, coffee and juices

The room had a working small jacuzzi in the bathroom and a separate sauna. It had a viceroyal-like decoration composed wthin an aesthetic from the eighties. Great breakfast in a pleasant terrace. The mini bar had very affordable prices.

Great spot to stay and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Lima. Loved the Jacuzzi tub and sauna! Close to everything you could need from restaurants and shopping to parks and entertainment.

Antara is a gem. Don’t expect brand new and shiny. Antara is full of character and charm, with antiques, art and memorabilia providing an elegant yet cosy vibe. Beautifully appointed rooms with amenities rarely found in hotels of similar value in Peru (fridge, hairdryer). The rooms and bathrooms are truly spacious and the beds very comfortable. Beautiful monogrammed linen was an added touch. The staff went out of their way to support our needs. We had tours booked out of Lima and went back and forth a couple of times. The staff readily stored our excess luggage on both occasions and we were delighted with upgraded rooms on our return. The breakfast buffet was very good, in a lovely intimate setting and with a good range of fresh and cooked foods. We dined in the restaurant with the Menu’ Primaveral de Casa (spring menu of the house). Delicious and excellent value. The location is terrific. Easy to find and our tour bus collected at the door. Situated in the heart of Miraflores there is a very good supermarket next door and cafes, restaurants and bars abound in a vibrant neighborhood. An immensely walkable area, I recommend walking to the coast for beautiful views . Within a 15 minute walk is the expansive artisan market area worth exploring for the colour and texture, and good deals on souvenirs. We hope to return one day.

One of my favourite hotel stays! This was such a great find - hotel staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was buffet style and had a huge variety of hot foods, breads, desserts, juices, etc. and was always a highlight of our day. The room itself was spacious, clean, and smelled amazing. The area around the hotel is both walkable and quiet and not overly touristy. Exceeded my expectations for sure.

We recently stayed at Daniel's and were pleased with our choice. We arrived really late (just before midnight) but were so pleased that the restaurant (though closed and prepping for the morning) was able to rustle us up a couple of excellent burgers and a bottle of wine, which were both really appreciated after a long travel day! The apartment was roomy, spotless and the kitchen was really well equipped (though we didn't use it at all!). We weren't there long enough to form a substantive view of the area, though my "coffee scout" was able to find a really good coffee within a couple of blocks. It seemed to be in a Banking type area. Breakfast was lovely.

The hotel was a delightful surprise! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Our room was spotless, modern with all the facilities. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. One must stay here when you are in Lima.

The stay at the hotel was quiet and the room was very clean. We were on the 2nd floor and we had a one bedroom with a kitchen and a living room. San Isidro was a really nice neighborhood and we were able to walk to a restaurant and a park nearby. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay in Lima I would recommend San Isidro over Miraflores. Breakfast was included, was served on the 7th floor and was buffet style. They will also make you an egg to order upon request. We had a small issue when we checked out. The receptionist tried to make us pay for the room even though I had booked and paid online. I showed her my receipt that said I was paid in full, but she kept insisting that I still owed. Finally I pulled up my credit card to show her the charge from her hotel. She then called someone and made a copy of my receipt that said paid. She never apologized and I felt like an "ugly" American, but I am glad that we worked out the issue.

Daniel's Apart Hotel revives the dream of a beautiful, comfortable, classy, and affordable lodging experience. The hotel staff is friendly; they genuinely care about the well-being of the hotel and its guests. The staff, it seems, has been managing and working this fine establishment for decades. The breakfast was tasty, and the room in which it is served has a wonderful view of the surrounding area. All around it was a fantastic experience.

This a great place to stay with a family of 4. The rooms are spacious, clean and were originally built as apartments. Perfect for a couple days stay without feeling cramped. Food is great and the staff are quick and kind. The highlight of this place is the owner, Viviana is the traveler’s friend. She is warm welcoming and full of great suggestions about Lima. Viviana is carrying on her father’s dream and she owns the guest experience.

Terra Andina was the perfect hotel for our 2 nights in Cusco. I thought about booking a hotel close, to the main square, but wanted peace and quiet that was a 5-10 min walk instead. It was also closer to Plaza San Francisco, which I liked better. It had more local restaurants and less tourist traps. Also a block away is the San Pedro Market, which had souvenirs, a farmers market and food stands. The staff was also very helpful. I went on a day trip to Rainbow Mountain which left at 3:30 am, which was before the 5:00 am breakfast. So they made bag lunches for us to take on our trips. The next day we were able eat the breakfast, which was delicious! They had a chicken stir fry, steamed veggies, an omlette bar, fruit, toast, cereal, fried plantain, bread and orange cake. I would stay here again for sure and highly recommend it. You’re close enough to the action, without the noise, close to local food and taken care of by a great staff!

We stayed at the Terra Andina for 2 nights and really enjoyed it! The hotel is well located within walking distance to the main tourist sights in the Old Center of town. We had originally been assigned a room outside of the breakfast room. It was fine with a very modern but small bathroom. However, after returning from a walk around town, it had a strong smell of sewage. We contacted the front desk about it and they quickly relocated us to another room. This one was larger with a very nice, large and modern bathroom. with plenty of hot water and good strong water pressure in the shower. We really appreciated the quick response from management. The breakfast in this hotel is very good and they will make you an omelet or eggs any way your prefer. This hotel is very busy with tour groups but was always quiet at night and we slept well here. The employees were also polite and helpful. We would stay at this hotel again while in Cusco.

This served as our base for 2 different multi day treks which resulted in staying in 3 different rooms. All the rooms were excellent. The rooms were more upscale than we normally get but the "spa-like" bathrooms were appreciated by my wife after the sketchy facilities on the treks. Close located to main squares; fresh food market, supermarket and laundry services within 100m. No view but do not have to climb much to the hotel. Excellent breakfast in the covered terrace. After breakfast, the terrace converts to a full service dining room which does not make the terrace a place to hang out. This is a very nice hotel with great service. If you are budget oriented, this hotel has more than you need.

I had a fantastic stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lima! The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with friendly staff who provided excellent service. My room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable. The location was convenient yet peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is well located, with easy pedestrian access to the beach and Parque Kennedy just a stroll away. Lots of great restaurants in the area at various price points and with a variety of cuisines. Rooms were well designed, comfortable, and clean. Drinks at the rooftop bar were overpriced and underwhelming. Best to go to one of the area restaurants and bars.

The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to parks, beach, nice restaurants and shopping areas. The checkin process was smooth, room is clean, breakfast was nicely presented. We got upgraded to a city view room!

This hotel was by far the best of all we stayed in during our trip. Though it is not a high end facility we give it the best rating available! Out room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, linens were great and the pillows perfect. The bathroom was large, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff Claudia and Edgar are full of knowledge and eager to help with any little thing one might come up with, always with a smile and great disposition. Breakfast was delicious with local sweet bread, eggs, coffee and fruit; plentiful and very well done. The best part for us was it’s location next to the river; it runs parallel to the hotel so it’s sound carries up to the rooms, we slept amazing! We will definitely return and recommend Terrazas del Inca to all!

Great location, clean, friendly and helpful staff, simple but sufficient breakfast. Hotel is located steps away from all local attractions and 3 mns walk to buses going up to Machu Pichu. Train station leaving out is also within a short walk (7-10 mns walk). Breakfast starts at 4:30am, simple, consist of fruits, bread, coffee and jams... Perfect for those trekking to Machu Pichu. They clearly understand that most folks want an early start so they offer breakfast very early.

Our Inca Rail train arrived one hour late, it was pouring still someone was waiting for us at the train station. Check in was fast, the room were clean , hot water in shower. Owner and staff were very helpful giving us advice on bus tickets to Macchu Picchu . The only thing that can be of a problem for some people is the noise from the river. It was not a big deal for us , we were so tired after a long journey so we didn't have any problem to sleep. From what I can see most hotels are situated along the river. Hotel is well situated close to bus to MP , train stations, restaurants etc.... Nice place friend staff and owner. Breakfast was good!

Very friendly staff, comfy and cosy place to stay, clean and well maintained. Just a couple of minutes from train station, Machupichu bus, entrance to hot springs Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Homely, healthy and filling breakfast, available from very early morning to catch the very first buses to MP. All in all, great rest house to stay in Aguas Calientes.

The room was beautiful. Clean bathroom. Our room overlooked the river, providing relaxing white noise that my husband likes for sleeping. Breakfast provided including yogurt, cereal, fruit, juices, and breads. A cook asked if we would like eggs prepared to our preference. We had one big problem - no water in the morning. None. Not the sink, toilet, nor shower. The employee said it would be shut off for two hours, not coming back on until after our checkout to leave for Machu Picchu. I expressed my frustration and he offered to let us come back and shower afterward, but our plans wouldn't allow for the time. For whatever reason, he called about a half hour before our checkout to inform us the water was back on, so we got to take a quick shower. Not sure the issue with running water, but this is unacceptable for what we paid and is not inline with the quality of their other services.

It is a hidden gem! The hotel does not emphasise enough an interesting balance of modern and historic in their interior and as an experience! The hotel has old historic house attached to the modern new/renovated 8-9 stored building that is being used as a hotel restaurant/space for breakfast. It is magnificent! Old brick/clay/wood/metal building in impressive care! You got 100% vibes of peaceful, non-plastic vibes when enjoying nice breakfast! The room interior was also in alliance of 19th century Lima style! Wonderful experience!

Both the room and bathroom were large and in excellent condition. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Enjoyed having 2 chairs in the room to sit on, as well as a small table. Included breakfast was actually in a restaurant served by a waiter, Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Shower water was very hot. Walking distance to coastline parks and beaches.

The hotel is lovely with an elegant touch. It located in Miraflores which is a nice section of town The staff is exceptional! Everyone who helped us was friendly, highly trained and effective. Breakfast is home cooked and delicious. The rooms are spacious and attractive. The hotel is pet friendly with a garden in the back for your pet to explore.

This was a good hotel, friendly staff and not too far from the central part of Mira Flores. Could have been closer though. There was only one towel in the room and one coffee cup for my husband and I oh, but that didn't matter since there was no coffee anyway. The lady at reception said she'd bring up some coffee we could have in the morning, but failed to do so.

Fantastic hotel, the room and bathroom were really big, comfortable and with a great breakfast, we requested an iron and arrived in less than 2 minutes. The stay was amazing because of Mr. Juan a very lovely gentlemen, he was helping with breakfast and services, very smily and happy, this is exactly what you want to find in hospitality, genuine people that love their job, he definitely deserves at least a pay rise.

The room with the jacuzzi has a new tv and great furniture ! De decoration and lights were top !

We had a balcony suite that was nice to sit outside in the evening or over coffee in the morning. Staff friendly and kept our room very clean each day.

The hotel was in a good part of town and had everything we needed. Excellent wi-fi, a clean bed, very good breakfast, and decent amenities. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. When we were considering booking (we had been staying with family and it wasn't working out too well), we dropped in and asked if we could see a room. The reception desk was happy to show us two different available rooms. They also responded quickly when I requested a fan (there is no air conditioning), and cheerfully opened a bottle of wine we brought in, supplying two wine glasses for us. We were there on international women's day and they surprised us with a lovely cupcake in the room. It does appear to have been a while since it was renovated and I would say that the bathroom and carpeting could use an update. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again the next time I return to Arequipa.

This hotel was great. Loved our stay here. They treats us very well and addressed all our concerns. They do not have a on-site laundry and their laundry service is expensive. The roof top terrace is amazing.
