Lovely 3 night stay at Moness. Accommodation was spacious and cozy. Loved the spa, and went swimming every day and both the pool and jacuzzi were a lovely temperature.

Fabulous big family room. Excellent swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. Very good food in the restaurant.

As my friend and I were walking The Rob Roy Way, it was very convenient. We were so tired when we arrived and were very grateful for the swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Lovely accommodation, well-equipped kitchen. The grounds were lovely and lots of long walks in the surrounding area (including to the nearby Birks). The spa was unfortunately closed as was the sauna, but the steamroom, jacuzzi, and pool were delightful.

Perfect accommodation in a large apartment on 2 floors with large bedrooms downstairs and a huge living area upstairs. Ample parking. Great swimming pool and saunas and jacuzzi. Good bars with free pool table and restaurant with good food and breakfast and service. The reception ladies were very nice and welcoming.

Ice in the freezer and the log burner was amazing, having access to the kitchen was brilliant (we cooked a steak). Very clean and amazing views, hottub was a must

The cabin was everything we wanted. It was pristine clean and very cosy and comfortable. The views from the hottub were spectacular.

The property was cozy, very tidy, and very well equipped. It had a jacuzzi outside which was the main reason i booked. Jacuzzi was smaller than what would expect however perfect for 2 to share. We truly enjoyed soaking in it! The owners went extra miles in organising some decorations for our anniversary. This was so sweet - thank you. Location is great. It’s quiet and the terrace seems discreet with a lovely view! though you might get some neighbours and owners do pop in too to check on jacuzzi. Overall great stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming boutique hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the tastefully decorated interiors that beautifully complement the building's historic era. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable; every corner is spotless, which added to the overall feeling of comfort and relaxation. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. It was one of the best I've had, featuring a delicious variety of options to suit every palate. The coffee was exceptional, providing the perfect start to each day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcomed and valued throughout my visit. The hotel was in a very convenient and beautiful location within the town. Our greeting upon arrival was warm and welcoming with a very speedy check-in. Our room was beautifully furnished with a lovely view from the balcony looking out to the woodland and burn below. It was quiet and peaceful. Bathroom was pristine and very well appointed and finished. Bed was extremely comfortable. Facilities were excellent including the iron/ironing board and small fridge for keeping chilled foods. Our breakfast was delicious, especially the Berry Granola - not to be missed!! Very deserving of the awards won over the past years. Staff were very attentive, polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying Craigmhor Lodge & Courtyard and hope to visit again soon.

We had a twin room with balcony. Staff very pleasant. Room is very clean and cosy. Lovely big bath and superb shower cubicle. Mini fridge and tv and firestick. Breakfast was amazing with a breakfast menu. We had cooked breakfast and a pot of real coffee. We paid £130 for one night and worth paying the extra. Amazing views. Would definitely stay there again.

We were on the top floor with a balcony, which you could comfortably sit outside in peace. The room was very spacious with luxurious decor and lots of storage. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom had a great size bath and walk-in shower. The breakfast menu was extensive with starters and then a main dish alongside tea/coffee, fruit juice, and toast. The staff were really friendly and approachable. The staff at breakfast were very attentive, and the service was brilliant.

Definitely exceeded my expectations - the photos do not do it justice! Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Having the option to sit out on a balcony (even in June) felt very luxurious. Everyone working here was very friendly and welcoming too. The lodge is just off the main street in Pitlochry with lots of beautiful greenery and houses around, so it's very quiet. Pubs, restaurants and shops are just a quick 5 minute walk down the road, so everything is very accessible. Breakfast is excellent and previous awards they've obtained for this are well deserved. Would definitely stay again in the future.

My partner and I had an amazing 3 night stay at the Claymore between Christmas and New Year. We booked the superior king room, it was spacious, cosy and spotlessly clean.The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom enormous with both a rainfall shower and separate large bath. The cooked breakfast was delicious! The service was timely due to ordering breakfast the previous day. Excellent selection of breakfast starters including porridge, cereals and fruit. Staff regularly topped up coffee throughout breakfast, this was a nice touch. Breakfast was served in the conservatory with beautiful views.The Claymore is in an excellent location, very quiet, peaceful and a very short (1 minute) walk to the shops, restaurants and cafes in Pitlochry. Gordon is a great host and knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying again.

The venue is just on the outskirts of town, being 5 mins walk from the centre. This makes it a nice peaceful retreat for those wanting to escape the noise of the bars and restaurants. Beautiful gardens with lovely views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well decorated. Gordon and his wife have a small team of people who are all kind, pleasant and very welcoming. Laureen makes an exceptional breakfast which will set you up for the day ahead. This was our second visit to Pitlochry and The Claymore, and we will visit again with no hesitation

Our host, Gordon gave us a warm welcome and all the information about Pitlochry including places to eat. The rooms we booked were lovely and spacious spotlessly clean, and a very comfy bed overlooking the manicured front garden. The breakfast room in the conservatory is so nice and spacious with a selection of cereals,fruit, and pastries. You are given a list to leave at reception the previous evening with your cooked options . Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Stopped here for an overnight stay after climbing Ben Vrackie, situated very close to the town centre for bars, restaurants and shops, room was fantastic, very clean, shower was amazing and a comfy warm bed to sleep in, the owner was very friendly,  informative and helpful, breakfast was cooked to perfection, we were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left, we will be back and would definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was gorgeous. Very clean and well equipped. The breakfast room is really attractive and comfortable. Our Scottish cooked breakfast was delicious served with fresh percolated coffee. The location for local the shops and restaurants in Pitlochry was perfect.

Very clean and comfortable with friendly hosts. Would highly reccomend. Mark and Helen were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice to suit everyone. The place was really fresh and clean. We stayed in the superior double which had a lovely view, a big bathroom (walk in shower) and a 4 poster bed. Tea, coffee, and a couple of bottles of water were also included. Also a mini fridge. There is a good sized car park at the back, and just a 5 min easy walk into town. We look forward to staying again the next time we are in Pitlochry.

From arriving into the carpark we were welcomed by Mark the owner. He was really helpful, polite and friendly. We were shown our rooms, breakfast was explained and the option to have drinks around a roaring fire in the snug room was lovely. You can see how much time and effort Mark and Helen have put into this B&B, all the Christmas decorations are up which really makes the place look fabulous. It was spotlessly clean. Our bedroom had a lovely view, the bed was so comfortable, bedsheets smelt amazing. Tea/ coffee machine, little fridge, Tv. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of different options and nothing was any trouble for Mark. It was nice to see a couple enjoying what they were doing. Great hosts, fabulous B&B, amazing location. We would definitely return to this B&B, without a doubt! Thanks for having us Mark and Helen and good luck with the rest of the winter season.

Cara beag is set looking over beautiful views of the hills 😍 we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff who showed us to our lovely room . The room was very clean and bed was lovely ,comfortable and warm. It had a lovely on suit bathroom which was clean and modern. The showe worked very well and is spacious. They provided towels and even put a chocolate on the bed for us . Breakfast is between 8-9 and has a great choice of cereals , pastries, granola + yoghurt, salmon, omelette and also achoice of cooked breakfast items sourced from local butcher :) We very much enjoyed our stay and will book here again.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room and building itself were both very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and we both thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Breakfast was included, it tasted great and had a lot of options. The hosts were happy to cater to my dietary requirements which I am grateful for. The room had a television, fridge and kettle, a spacious bathroom and a lot of natural light. The beds were comfortable and the room was kept warm and cozy despite the time of year which was great! The guest house itself has a nice lounge to relax and great views of the surrounding areas by the entrance. The property is located within the centre of the town and there is parking availability by the entrance. Overall it was a lovely stay and excellent value for money. I definitely plan to come back again :)

This place was absolutely superb, myself and my husband came for our annual Enchanted forest stay, we chose this place as a wee change and it did not disappoint, the place is immaculately clean, cosy and warm and furnished well. There is free cake, sherry/port on arrival, a honour bar (which is being run down). The breakfast is delicious, plentiful and has unlimited tea/coffee and fresh orange or apple juice. Mark is absolutely perfect. Only reason it's not a 10 as personally the water pressure in the side room is a bit low for me and the wifi was a bit iffy sometimes. Other than that highly recommended. Fab place.

We really liked staying at Knockendarroch. The hotel is located in a gorgeous, historical building on top a hill, offering great views of the Pitlochry area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There plenty of parking on the premises. The hotel offers great breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of options to pick from. We also had our dinners at the hotel restaurant as well. The dinner was delicious as well. Each day, there is a different dinner menu (appetizer, main and dessert). We tried several items. We really liked venison, lamb and pork roulette. Pitlochry and the area offer a lot of great place to explore. Other further away sights, Balmoral, Perth or St Andrews, are easily reachable on a day trip.

Stayed for a couple of nights while touring in the area and would highly recommend. A beautiful classical building just a few minutes' walk from town, with friendly, welcoming staff. Our room was spotlessly clean, and although located between the kitchen and dining room there was no noise disturbance at all. Breakfast is at a booked time, with a good choice of cooked-to-order and lighter dishes from the menu (no buffet). Dinner was exceptionally good, and guests booked so that the dining room is never crowded and service remains efficient. coffee is taken in the lounge with wonderful views over the hills. This hotel is ideal if you want a relaxing stay in a luxurious setting, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Very comfortable tastefully decorated and furnished hotel room very quiet despite being above main drawing room could not hear a thing stunning views across top of town to hills beyond with binoculars to scan the view. Very comfortable bed room spotlessly clean. Even proper instructions on how to use coffee machine. Breakfast excellent with numerous choices. Staff genuinely friendly and discretely efficient. Good location up the hill from the town centre so a short pleasant walk through delightful highland Victorian architecture. One of Scotland’s prettiest towns so well worth a visit. Hotel has plenty of safe parking not that Pitlochry has many crime anyway.

My wife and I stayed at the Knockendarroch Hotel May 21 for 2 nights. Breakfast was included with the price of the room. It is worth including the 3 course dinner plus canapes because the price of dinner was $50.00 for 2 people. Their dining room atmosphere is beautiful; white tablecloths, service was excellent and a gourmet chef to prepare breakfast and dinner. Nice, quaint bed and breakfast with 18 rooms in the lovely town of Pitlochry. Everything was excellent except.. I told reservations in advance that we were celebrating an anniversary and birthday and they did not offer complimentary beverages or candy which would have been a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the manager was only there when we were checking out. When I spoke to her about not supplying bars of soap and shampoo/conditioner, she said they had it upon request. When we asked the other front desk staff, they said they did not have it, which I thought was unusual for a high end bed and breakfast with a very good reputation. It is important to train all staff on how to meet the needs of their guests. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay. Air conditioning would be a plus. Otherwise, screens on the windows to keep the bugs out to let fresh air into the room when hot.

The Knochendarroch is mostly historic property, but beautifully updated and maintained, with lovely public spaces on the first floor. We liked being just up the hill from downtown, in a residential neighborhood, that was green and quiet and had plenty of parking, but just a 10 min walk to the main street. The staff is lovely, especially the servers at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a full menu with each item individually ordered and beautifully presented. We opted for a half board package and both dinners were delicious, nicely served, and the menu was different on each night. (The chef has been at the hotel for 10 years and he's really good - it's not your average meal!) My only regret is that I could not get one of the larger rooms in the main house, where I think we've have had more space and a view. We stayed in a garden room in the Larch House annex -- totally modern and beautiful but the room was pretty small, the closet nearly nonexistent. If we'd had larger suitcases, we've have been sitting on them! (The bathroom was spacious, though, and totally modern, with one of the best showers of our trip!

We liked everything. We’ve been travelling for a month in the UK and Ireland and this B&B would be in our top 2. Our room was clean and comfortable, nice linens on the bed, the bed was comfortable, a nice selection of teas and coffee available in the room with kettle and decent sized tea mugs, bathroom was spotless, well lit, shower was a new model and worked well. The room was quiet and had great double glazed windows that opened out for fresh air and views of the town. Breakfast was equally as excellent with lovely fresh local fruit, cereals, pastries, lots of condiments and some great cooked options to order.

Ideal location near the centre of the town but not noisy. I travelled by train and it was not far from the station. It was perfect and I will definitely return.

Room superb spotless,well decorated. Good shower room and a really comfy bed. Plenty of tea, coffee etc. and when my husband asked for extra milk it was brought right away and told to help ourselves to any sachets, sugar etc. I had forgotten to ask for a top sheet as soon as we asked it was supplied. Toiletries were good quality as were the towels. Breakfast was very tasty and good quality food. As much juice, tea coffee anything was no trouble. Very nice decoration and clean as the bedroom

Warm welcome by John on arrival. Our room and en-suite were spotlessly clean. The lovely smell of clean fresh linen greeted us as we opened our room door. Breakfast was incredible. Beautiful fresh fruits, yoghurt and cereals, pastries etc followed by your choice of a variety of options from the cooked breakfast menu. The lady behind us was vegan and she was easily catered for! Jacqui was lovely and friendly in the morning at breakfast as were all the waitresses.

We loved our stay at the Old Mill Inn, it felt like a very luxurious treat. The room was stylish, comfortable and absolutely spotless. The bed was large and the bedding felt crisp and fresh. We loved the high quality products and toiletries too. We also had a delicious evening meal in the restaurant- we have dined here before and this time was just as fantastic as before. Every dish was very tasty and fresh- the apple and rhubarb crumble was the best I’ve had! The breakfast was lovely too. We enjoyed sitting outside in the afternoon having some drinks- the garden and surroundings are lovely and it was very relaxing to sit beside the old water mill. The staff here work so hard and are always so friendly and extremely helpful! We can’t recommend The Old Mill Inn enough and would love to return again in the future. Thank you!

This hotel was a little gem of a find! The outside was stunning and plenty of seats etc of the weather was better. Upon check-in the receptionist was very professional and friendly and informative. We checked in and we were extremely impressed with our room - No. 1. Extremely spacious bedroom / sitting area and bathroom. Cleanliness was 100% I couldn’t fault anything with this room. Opened the window and there was a small waterfall which was stunning. Went outside and the hotel was very central with shops and other restaurants and bars. We then went to hotel bar and it was very cosy with the log fire. Staff were friendly. Restaurant was for residents only which I liked as we were hungry and guaranteed a table. Food was extremely good. Breakfast was good the next day! I couldn’t fault this hotel.

Pretty old mill building - nicely renovated and exceptionally clean. Deluxe Double bedroom was wonderful - big, really comfy bed - didn’t want to get out! Big space, all the facilities we needed including hairdryer, mirrors, water, tea and coffee selection. Bathroom is superb - large walk in rain shower and large bath. Nice bath products. Underfloor heating. Dinner in restaurant was good. Live music after was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Can’t fault anything and to top it off all staff members were wonderful - really friendly, helpful and always someone around to help.

Amazing time from start to finish at the Old Mill Inn. We arrived early but we were given our room straight away, which was great, and gave us time to have a wander around lovely Pitlochry, before we had lunch. The Sunday roast and fish and chips were both delicious. Our room was immaculate and had everything we needed for our overnight stay. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, spring and sparkling water and shortbread in the room. The shower was lovely, with beautiful toiletries to use. We had the Full Scottish breakfast in the morning with coffee, fruit juices and toast on the side, that was all very tasty. The staff were so welcoming and lovely throughout our stay. We will definitely be back for another visit in the summer. 🌟

What a fabulous wee hotel! We booked to celebrate our 20th anniversary- problem being that I messed up the booking! Olivia at reception handled the situation really well and in the end it all got sorted out- thank so very much both to her and the owner. We loved our rooms (made a move of rooms because of my mistake), both felt really luxurious and comfortable. The rooms were really clean, too. Great bathrooms and a selection of Scottish toiletries to use which smelled amazing! Food for breakfast and dinner was delicious and we were impressed with service throughout our stay. Antonio made us feel at home for breakfast and nothing seemed a problem at all. Thanks so much for a memorable weekend. We’ll be back!

It was one of the most wonderful places of our trip. The location is wonderful, the village is very nice and lovely. We had a great walk and dinner. The host was super nice, gave advice for the walk and dinner. The room was small but very very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. With kettle, tea, coffee. We rested for a while in the guest lounge with a beautiful view of the sunset. Everything was perfect. And the breakfast topped it off, we had a wonderful freshly made, delicious Scottish breakfast like never before. It's a perfect romantic place for couples. I wish we could come back again.

In these times of general decline, The Poplars Guest House is a lesson to others. The place is situated in lovely grounds in a quiet street close to the centre of Pitlochry. The general standard of the guest house and our room was amazing: clean and full of style and Scottish character. The double suite was spacious and comfortable - somewhere we would have loved to have spent several more days relaxing. Everything just works and we could see the attention and care that was put into every step of our stay. We had attentive, welcoming hosting throughout and enjoyed a nice breakfast prepared to order. Pitlochry itself has plenty of places to eat and drink as well as walks to explore - we will definitely be back and will cross our fingers that The Poplars is available.

Ideal accomodation with truly stunning views. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming. The hosts were really kind and attentive. I was allowed earlier check in and they offered the garage to store my bike which was a very thoughtful detail. Breakfast was incredible, the choice was far better than many hotels I've been to. The guest lounge is an absolute must. I enjoyed some peaceful reading there, again contemplating excellent views. All in all, completely worth the money paid and I will definitely stay there again!

Absolutely everything was amazing. Rooms very modern clean and cosy. View from the windows were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and there were many options available. Would recommend it to everyone. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

A beautiful property and immaculately kept. Scott and Nancy were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us all the information we needed and even a voucher for a free drink at a local restaurant. Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view. Breakfast was really good with local products used. When we checked out, Scott even dropped our cases at the station.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxed atmosphere and peaceful surroundings in a very central location. The lounge area was cosy with the log burner and had lovely views of the garden, perfect spot for relaxing with friends after coming back from dinner. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was beautifully cooked. The porridge was perfect. Even my vegan friend was well looked after. Would’ve loved to stay longer. Next time!

If you're looking for an exceptional stay in Pitlochry, Craggan House and Courtyard is the place to be! From start to finish, this place truly exceeded expectations. The host was incredibly attentive, friendly, and informative. We were warmly welcomed, given all the necessary information, and even escorted to our room. This level of hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The room itself was perfect—spacious, with a big, comfortable bed, a generously sized bathroom, and it was pleasantly warm. The decor added a lovely, cozy touch, and everything we needed was readily available. One of the highlights was the charming lounge area with a fireplace, which added a magical touch to the stay. We were even given complimentary whisky and free access to relax in the lounge—a thoughtful and memorable gesture. While the property doesn’t have an evening restaurant, the host went above and beyond by recommending local dining spots or encouraging us to bring back a takeaway and enjoy it in the lounge. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were equally delightful. This was hands-down one of the best accommodations during my 7-day trip across Scotland! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, charm, and excellent hospitality in Pitlochry.

When we arrived we were greeted by Gary who was very welcoming and friendly, explaining everything we needed to know. The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean! A very peaceful setting only a short walk from Pitlochry high street. The House and courtyard is very charming with the original features but a modern feel too. The lounge is a beautiful addition, sitting by the fireplace was very peaceful. The breakfast was fab too, lots of choices and the cooked breakfast was lovely.

Breakfast was very good with a lovely selection of cereals and fresh fruit, seeds and yogurt. Perhaps a few other choices other than elements of full English would have been nice for the cooked breakfast eg.scrambled or poached eggs. There is a lovely lounge with a wood burner and a complimentary “wee dram” available. Our room was clean and had a great view from the top floor. Fresh bottles of water every day, tea, coffee etc all replenished and fresh milk provided as well as the long life milk. One improvement would have been a bit more storage eg chest of drawers would have been helpful and bathroom was very tight for space but very clean with loads of hot water.

I really enjoyed my stay here. My room on a top floor was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable, and I loved my view of the mountains out of the big window. The staff, particularly the breakfast staff, were friendly and hardworking. The host was super flexible about check in and check out times, which I really appreciated. The hotel is close to town and the train station; an ideal location. Breakfast was great. Every morning the smell of fresh scones baking drifted up to my room! Overall just a stellar stay. One thing to note is that there's no lift. That wasn't a problem for me but it could be an issue for less able bodied folks or those with lots of luggage.

We recently spent two nights at Tayburn House in Dunkeld, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome to the peaceful surroundings, everything about our stay was exceptional. The location is ideal – just a short walk from the charming town of Dunkeld, yet tucked away enough to offer a truly relaxing retreat. The house itself is beautifully maintained, blending traditional charm with modern comforts. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed that guaranteed a great night’s sleep. The attention to detail was evident in everything, from the high-quality linens to the little touches that made us feel right at home. Breakfast was a highlight! Each morning, we were treated to a delicious, freshly cooked breakfast with a great selection to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty Scottish breakfast or something lighter, everything was prepared to perfection. A special mention must go to the gentleman working there—he was absolutely wonderful! So kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed, gave great recommendations for places to visit, and truly made us feel at home. His hospitality was outstanding and made our experience even more memorable. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic hospitality, Tayburn House is an absolute must. We can’t wait to return!

Easy to find thanks to the directions provided and an ideal base for my two days in Dunkeld and Pitlochry I walked to Dunkeld and takes 5-10 minutes at a leisurely pace across the sweet bridge Comfy spotless spacious rooms with tea and coffee, bathroom with lovely towels , soap and body wash. A hairdrier too and TV to catch up with the Olympics Delicious plentiful breakfast even offering gluten free toast which was a nice touch being coeliac I had fresh fruit and yogurt, juices, coffee and a veggie cooked breakfast plus toast and jam! Yummy Delightful hosts and I was able to leave my luggage safely until pick up later in the day Thank you for a super stay

I really enjoyed my stay, my room was cosy and clean and Denise and Trevor were exceptional hosts and were very accommodating even though I had particular requests as a vegan and feeling cold and not use to the Scottish weather ha! They were friendly warm and hospitable and ensured my stay was very comfortable, a lovely location close to the river and high street and was quiet. Delicious breakfast too. Very good value for money. Thank you so much I would highly recommend staying here.

Dunkeld is an attractive little town, ideal for a short stay on the way to or from the far north of Scotland or a good base to explore Perthshire. Tayburn House is in a cul de sac, very quiet and in the rooms at the back of the bungalow you can open the window and hear the local burn gurgling down a steep channel beyond the garden hedge. The rooms are spacious and we found the beds comfortable on both visits. The place has a homely feeling and the hosts are very welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options of cereals, cooked breakfast and lots of fruits etc. From the house a short walk back to the road and around the side of a nearby hotel gives a footpath down to the river and the famous Birnam oak, a magnificent tree. You can walk the riverside in either direction, but left, past the Oak, takes you to the river bridge, where steps take you up and across into the historic town centre and various places for evening meals, drinks etc. If you are very lucky, otter or beaver sightings are possible in the evening or early morning. From Tayburn House it's only a short drive to the Hermitage for a scenic river walk with big trees and a waterfall. It's also not far to The Loch of the Lowes Scottish Wildlife Trust reserve, a good place to see red squirrels, lots of woodland birds and waterbirds and in spring/summer the ospreys which nest there.

Cozy and welcoming b&b, in a very good position super close to the station and to Dunkeld's shops and restaurants. Trevor (the owner) was very warm, kind and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and homey, breakfast was varied and very tasty. Lovely choice if you want to explore the river side paths. Hopefully we will go back again!

We were a family of six, with kids and teens aging 7 to 19, and we had a great time here. A beautiful home & garden, everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. The owners were so friendly and welcoming, gave us a lot of useful info about nearby trails. You can just walk out of the house, and within minutes stroll by the river with its amazing views. Breakfast was very good, and for the rest of the meals there are many cafes and restaurants around. We just loved it.

Location was perfect. Very central and within 2 min easy walk to close by restaurants etc. The private car park was as huge bonus, especially as the driver (myself) is disabled. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the en-suite shower room was warm and looked very new/modern. Netflix was available and the sofa in the sitting room was very comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable. The staff member (possibly the owner) behind the welcome desk when we arrived was friendly and kept us well informed. Booked Athol Villa Guest House as a suprise for my husband's 50th birthday (with a visit to the Enchanted Forest). He's quite picky about where he stays but was really happy with this venue, and we'd definitely consider returning in the future.

Very good location. Very friendly staff. Prime location in Pitlochry. Upgraded to a bigger family room for my birthday which was really appreciated. Plenty of parking available. I think the room looked really modern & decorated very nice in comparison to the photos that are shown on here, I’d recommend updating the photos on here with new ones. The place was spotless as well, very clean! Very comfy bed, we liked the extra wool blankets too. Appreciated some little discount cards with local restaurants too. Just a very welcoming & friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed the bluetooth mirror to play our music in the shower lol! Thank you for your hospitality whilst staying here :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Atholl Villa, the room (11) was spacious enough with us bringing a newborn to stay too and we could easily fit our bassinet in with us. We had a very comfortable large double bed and modern en suit bathroom. Is in a great location in Pitlochry and at the start of the main street to explore all shops and cafes. A 3 minute walk to Fishers Hotel if getting bus for Enchanted Forest was very handy. We had a nice breakfast next day with full english breakfast and plenty space for our baby too with a nice view. The staff were really helpful and friendly and could not have done more for us.

Fantastic room. Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Breakfast was very good, plenty choice. Few cereals to choose from, yoghurt, toast, full breakfast with bacon, sausage, potato scone, beans, choices of eggs, black pudding, mushrooms and tomatoes. Coffee, tea and fruit juice. Herbal teas also. Comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and friendly.
