All the extra I didn't know about like kickback hour with 3 free cocktails and tacos and soup that was included in kickback hour, the bar and restaurant that stayed open until midnight. The full pledge breakfast was too notch! I highly suggest a corner room on the 14th floor beautiful views. And the staff was A+++++++ we stayed 1 night and felt like we was on vacation a week that's how refreshing it was. The pool was warm and Jacuzzi was amazing..

The hotel is beautiful, all clean, elevators working well, everything is electronic, the room is beautiful, clean, the linens and towels are white and clean, all furniture are beautiful, the mattresses are comfortable, the breakfast is good. Laundromat, gym, jacuzzi and pool are wonderful. The view is stunning. I hightly recommend.

We lobe to find Drury hotels when we travel. They are always clean, comfy, and great staff. We really enjoy the kickbacks and the great breakfast. The hotel was gorgeous, well kept and modern. The beds were comfy and room temperature was great. The pool was nice other than the 80⁰ pool felt much colder than told. The hotub felt great though. The only negative we encountered was the seating for breakfast and kickbacks was small and cramped. The drinks line took 15 minutes plus due to one bartender who was working as fast as he could. We would return if in the area

Visited the Drury Hotel in Richardson for a conference. Overall, the location is very convenient (right off of 75). The overall hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The included breakfast buffet was very good - lots of options to choose from including fresh-made waffles. I also like the all-day complimentary coffee and soft drink station. I will say that parking was a bit tight within the garage. If you have a larger vehicle (or a new car and want to avoid getting dinged), you might wish to go to the higher floors of the garage where it's less-crowded. While there are few dining options around the hotel, you can find a lot of options within a 5 min drive. The only disappointing thing during our stay was when a group of us attempted to go to the 'late night bar', arriving at 11:45pm and the bartender told us that she had already called 'last call' and would not serve us. Overall, a good stay, very clean and comfortable rooms and nice amenities.

Check in was easy, Staff friendly. The room was clean, a good size and the beds comfortable. The shower was nice. My husband is over 6ft and it accommodated for his height. This location had a smaller selection of foods during breakfast and snack, than others in this chain, but they were both enjoyable. The food area was kept clean. The indoor pool could have used a cleaning. There was what appeared to be sand in the corners and there was build up on the inner edges of what looked like algae. It would have been nice if it was heated. The jacuzzi did not look clean so we did not use it.

The front desk personnel were very welcoming everytime I re-entered the hotel and always asked if I needed anything. Rooms and bathrooms very roomy and beds very comfortable. Heard very little noise in the room and felt very safe at the location when arriving back later in the evening. Very convenient location to tollways, shopping and restaurants. Delicious breakfast and coffee bar and very helpful staff in dining area. My husband and I come to Frisco frequently visiting family since we moved away a few years ago and have stayed at several of the area hotels. This by far was my favorite and will return again soon. Thank you for being so welcoming and making me feel at home. The hotel has a happy hour with drinks and food in the evenings that come with your stay but I did not have a chance to take advantage of that.

The rooms were very clean and with good amenities. The kids really enjoyed the indoor pool, popcorn and breakfast. And of course us adults enjoyed the free drinks . Parking was very convenient and safe. Great location of the property with nearby restaurants and family activities like Kidzania and the aquarium. I was really impressed with the friendly and welcoming staff. The upper outside balcony view was very relaxing and beautiful.

The staff at this hotel is the true definition of showing top notch hospitality and customer service along with being extremely friendly and accommodating. Located to many restaurants and shops. However, it is also very close to the North Dallas Tollway (NDT), which can be a little noisy at times. Overall, the property is very clean. Public spaces are bright and comfortable. Our suite was spacious, comfortable bed and nice soft towels but it was a little dated and dark. Appreciated daily housekeeping. Breakfast and the kickback is an added bonus. There is a good size indoor pool and whirlpool located on the nineth floor also an outdoor terrace with a great view of Frisco.

We really enjoyed our 2 day stay in this, clean and comfortable hotel. It was centrally located to everything we needed with easy access to roadways, shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the saline pool and the free breakfast. Anna, front desk staff was very friendly, professional and helpful about about local and hotel info. The breakfast staff was very nice and attentive to the needs of everyone. They provided a delicious filling hot buffet breakfast as well as cold breakfast items, each morning. We plan stay here again, when we travel thru Dallas/Plano area again. The only negative was the room refrigerator was not cold enough to hold food. Liquids were cool but not cold. This was a minor problem for us, because we travel with a cooler. Smelled very aromatic and welcoming right when you walk through the front doors. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are elevated soft and comfy. Bathroom had lighting options, spacious, modern and clean. Basic American breakfast but nice comfortable presentation.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Cinthya Sanchez was extremely professional and welcoming . At the front desk, Ada-Obi was very friendly and professional. Mishka was also welcoming and professional. The room was large and I love the desk area to do work. Lots of yummy restaurants in driving distance.

River is an amazing top notch bartender who gave us amazing service. He made every single drink so quickly, perfectly, and always puts a smile on everybody’s faces.He always adds some fun to the party…a lot of fun! Zena and Elizabeth are wonderful and so professional such a joy to see every time.

Property inside and outside are very clean, rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, microwave, small refrigerator and hairdryer. Friendly staff, good breakfast. The only thing we didn’t like was the pillows, they would get too flat when you put your head on them. Some Restaurants at a walking distance and lots more close by. Tons of stores for shopping on that same route. You will have a great time here!!

The hotel is brand new, modern, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast was outstanding! There were so many options, including hot breakfast with mini omelettes - really much more than I expected with a breakfast included with the price of the room. Unlike other hotels, the blackout curtains in the rooms really worked too.

Everything . It is in an amazing spot. It’s quiet. The staff are so friendly. I haven’t had hot breakfast in a hotel in years so it was very nice being able to get hot breakfast where we didn’t have to go so far. And the selection was amazing

I don’t where you start! Moving to Texas while waiting for our home to be ready this was our mini home. This hotel is beyond amazing especially for an extended stay. From check in to our entire stay of a week my 3 children and I were treated with so much love and warmth welcome. I can literally say there is NO CONS. PROS: •Continental style buffet breakfast with chef making personalized omelette of your choice and many many many other options (BEST BREAKFAST I’ve ever had at any hotel that’s not a resort, and I travel often to many countries). •Theirs an outside area with a fire side to keep warm and the ambiance is mini resort style •Walking distance to many many great stores, including the mall. •Located in a safe area so you can stroll with ease. •Rooms are very spacious with nice appliances, electric top stove, nice size refrigerator, microwave, breakfast island. •Computer /business corner with printer. •indoor pool Could go on and on but you have to go see for yourself. We were in the area to visit my parents for Christmas. Our room exceeded our expectations. Staff was always friendly and went out of their way to help us. For example, front desk searched to get me a roll of quarters so I could do my laundry. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and a home made omelet each morning. The exercise room was small, but had a peloton bike that was fun to ride each morning, but weights were limited. However, most of the time I was there, maybe one or two others used the room and I was on my own most of the time. My room was very clean and I found the room very clean. It also had a lot of outlets for our electronics so we could plug in our phones on each side of the bed. It was also the first time I was in a room and did not have to adjust the temperature. We were very comfortable the whole time and it was very quiet at night. The hotel is very close to lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. If you want to stay in a nice place for a reasonable price, I highly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Traveling for work, I stayed at the Hyatt House for a week and wanted to comment at just how much I appreciated the wonderful staff at this location. Front desk people were welcoming, warm and kind when my colleague and I checked in as well as throughout the week, if we had questions or needed feedback. The staff that supports the morning breakfast buffet were very kind and helpful each morning which is always helpful on the road for work, dealing with people that are friendly and warm before we leave for a day of work. The rooms were very clean and the daily refresh was very nice. The shower took a bit to warm up and the pillows were odd shapes, but overall I slept well and would definitely stay again.

Room overall cleanliness was above and beyond staff was warm and helpful this was the most peaceful stay I’ve had at any Hotel in all my travels and booking at Hotels 10/10 stars! Breakfast was amazing. Sleep was awesome the comfort and spacious King size beds beautiful view of the city at night, great restaurants within walking distance the entire stay was top of the line. You can truly see that they care about being A great place for visitors to stay and I can appreciate that.

Comfortable room. Bathroom and shower was very spacious. Bed was clean and comfortable. No issues with WIFI, worked very well on my laptop. Very much enjoyed my stay.

It’s perfect location near BWSH where my mom had procedure . First impression was very clean, comfy and smell good reception and lounge area. The room was very spacious and clean and affordable a bang for your buck. The breakfast was superb especially the coffee. My mom wants to know the coffee brand. 😊

The customer service was very professional. My room was clean. My pillows was fluffy. My room was clean and warm and welcoming. I have never been at this hotel. But i will be returning again. This place is very quiet during the day and night. I did a solo trip here for my Birthday. I had a nice time. I want to say this place is very clean inside and out. The customer service, how clean the inside and outside looks. There is a little store where you can buy some things you might need. It was my birthday, and i just wanted to get away from it all. My i did. The room i had was very clean. The carpet was very clean. Everything was very nice and helpful. Have offered breakfast. Next time i want to rent a hotel. I will come here. You can get around well in this area. I love how they ofter add ons. That's cool. Sorry, I didn't get pictures. But the rooms look just like they do on the website.

Check in was super easy. Morning and evening staff were really nice and helpful. The pool was a perfect way to end the day. Rooms were clean and spacious and very comfortable for 4 people. Only downside is I wish the beds were queen beds instead of full size. I’d definitely stay again.

We loved that this hotel was pet-friendly and the excellent, varied breakfast. We had the opportunity to interact with different receptionists and they were all very friendly. The hotel is located near different restaurants, which offers plenty of alternatives for lunch and dinner!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Rooms are very clean and exceptionally spacious. View was excellent over the small tree-lined lake. Plenty of space in the double bed room for the baby's portable playpen/crib as well as suitcases. Hall door opens into a small foyer that provides privacy to the sleeping area and the bathroom. Bonus ironing board as well as iron was useful in getting rid of packing wrinkles in shirts and jackets. The closet is relatively small with room for only one suitcase. The atrium restaurant is airy and welcoming and the food is very good to excellent. Problems: Valet staff are pushy about using the portico drive-through. They use their marked lane under the front door portico as well as the lanes for arriving guests not using valet parking. They gave us a hard time about unloading (six people and seven bags) from the SUV for check in on the first day, and again for loading up after check out on our last day. The self-park garage is convenient to a side door and very clean/well lit, but the automatic key readers to enter and exit the garage are unreliable. We were trapped in it once, no one answered the "Help" call phone. Another time they had to station an attendant to code open the exit gate for each car.

Communicating via text is super convenient. Shower head was offset and shower curtain would not stay towards the wall resulting in water on the floor. Rod is loose.

This property appears to be fairly new. I was in town for a travel softball tournament with my daughter and we stayed 8 nights, beginning 7.27.2019. Staff was friendly and accommodating, the hotel oclean and the cleaning staff appeared to be very attentive to keeping it that way. Room was very nice, beds were very comfortable, with both soft and firm pillows to chose from. The AC worked exceptionally well, which was huge as some of the other hotels we've visited this summer have had very substandard ACs. When the outside temp is in the high 90s to over 100 degrees, THAT'S what you want more than anything. Front office staff was friendly and helpful, even letting me check in ridiculously early on our arrival day, which was nice, as we got up at Zero Dark Thirty for our flight from DC to Dallas. Breakfast is nicer than what you usually find at these establishments. The biscuits were wonderful, better than you'll find at most restaurants. Cleaning staff was great. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would eagerly stay at this location again.

Checking in was a breeze, front desk lady, (sorry, did not catch her name) was very nice. She even took time to look up some restaurants that we were interested in. Room was very clean and you could tell there was thought put into designing them. The pumps in the shower with the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was awesome!! No more sample sizes! The beds were so comfortable. The hallways were bright and wide. Breakfast the next morning was laid out very nicely, good food and plenty. Even if a hotel is older, cleanliness is top priority in my book! And this was a new hotel but extremely clean which made staying there very relaxing.

From the moment of arrival the front desk staff, management, and facilities personnel were 100% professional! The rooms were clean and furniture well taken care of. All of the amenities were well maintained and in use. Anytime I ha a question about my stay, the staff answered professionally and were very helpful. The breakfast service was well maintained and well stocked.

This hotel is one of the BEST if not the BEST Holiday INN Express. The rooms are large clean, breakfast food is fresh with a wide variety. The hotel location is next to the Toyota Stadium. The staff and manager is attentive friendly, helpful and serves the guests. I had to extend my stay because the hotel was locked down because the streets were ICED and NOT safe to drive. Breakfast food was being given in the afternoon, i was the last one in line and did not receive a meal so Mark Martinez gave me his lunch which was a salad, pineapple, bottled water. Tyla was very accommodating making me feel at home and cared for, she gave me some bananas to tie me over to the next day, we couldn't go out because of the snow. on the 3rd day it was safe to drive but my truck was covered with ice and Antonio went above and beyond and helped me clear the ICE off my truck so i could leave. ABOVE AND BEYOND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE....this CREW ROCKS when TAKING CARE OF GUESTS DURING A TRYING WEATHER TIME. Great room with amenities such as coffee and tea. The breakfast in the morning was generous and had several choices. I like cereal and appreciated the availability of milk. Toasts were my second favourite, so I was also happy there was butter and jelly. There were fruits that I could keep for those days when I didn't make it to breakfast. Our chef for breakfast was friendly and professional. The welcoming staff were professional and answered all my questions. The location is also good, as it was not too far from where I could find things like a wine bottle opener. Uber rides were never too far, so yes, I enjoyed the place and had a great time in Dallas, Texas! Thank you!

The hotel is very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast selections were delicious and plentiful. The employee working the breakfast area was very personable and did an excellent job. The hotel is conveniently located near many family friendly activities - The National Video Game Museum, Traintopia, Discovery Center, National Soccer Hall of Fame and more. The pool was not open when we visited - it is quite small and appeared to be shared with the Candlewood Suites. My only minor complaint was the “business center” is completely open to the lobby. I needed to do some online school meetings during our visit and used the business center area rather than kicking my whole family out of our room. It was loud and distracting being completely open to the lobby. Keep that in mind if you need to do any work outside of the room.

The facility is fairly new and is in great shape. Very neat & Clean. Our room was well appointed and comfortable. Visiting under Covid-19 protocols we felt very safe. Although breakfast items were limited due to the lack of supplies that could not get through due to the winter storm, what they did have was served warm and friendly by Rebecca. But what set this location apart from others is their staff. EVERY person we encountered went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped in any way they could. Chris, Chris, Andrew and Lida were especially helpful. These folks were rock stars and are great ambassadors for the hotel.

I actually did not mean to choose this holiday inn but was glad I did. The staff was friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was hot and fresh and a lot of choices. This was newly opening in February 2019 and is close to everything but far enough from noise. They’re continuing expanding and building in this area but it’s the perfect hotel for a quick trip. I loved the blinds were actual blackout blinds, it was the best sleep I’ve had at a hotel in months. Give them a try!

Cleanliness! Hats off to Marina, very clean, very impressive!! One of the cleanest rooms we have ever stayed in, it shined and sparkled. Such a relief as my husband has non curable cancer and germs are a fear right now! Check in, I’m sorry I didn’t get his name _______however very professional, polite, friendly and so welcoming! Beds are comfortable, location great! I’m sure breakfast will be as impressive. The lobby was spotless as well! This is a very clean facility and amazing staff. Our meal was next door at Olive Garden and an easy, short and quick walk. Staff super friendly, food fantastic and treated like royalty. They compliment each other very well and also says so much about the hospitality in this Dallas neighborhood. If I had one suggestion, it would be for sanitary reasons please add garbage can to the bathroom. This must be a franchise decision because the one we stayed at last night in Kansas City, MO was the same. The garbage was by the sink area outside the toilet/shower area! Plus very misplaced when coffee maker/ice and fridge area has none and there is only one other one and it’s in the other side of room by desk!

Hotel interior/exterior was well maintained, very clean. All of staff we encountered was respectful and pleasant to speak with. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh, plentiful, coutertops and floor were clean. Pool was great for evening swim, warm, clean and not over chlorinated. Used the workout room, all equipment worked, room was clean and well maintained. Absolutely a great facility for the cost. Hands down would stay there again.

Great location, by 635. Bright airy 24 hr reception with friendly & welcoming staff. Simple breakfast included, you get decent options and helpful staff attending. Loved complimentary 24 hour coffee bar in foyer. Really comfy king sized room, excellent air conditioning was easy to use. Pleasantly surprised by in room kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge and microwave. Glad for the hot tub!

Friendly staff, clean room, decent breakfast. I read through tons of reviews for hotels in this area of Dallas (north) and this one had the best reviews by far. The property is a little worn/dated but very clean and well-kempt. All staff I interacted with were friendly. I was on the third floor and found it quiet. In a hotel you're always going to hear the sounds of people and slamming doors but it didn't go on all night or wake me up at all. I don't know Dallas well enough to judge whether this was a "good" or not so good area of the city. The area wasn't amazing but I didn't feel unsafe and I'd definitely stay at this hotel again.

We cannot say enough good things about this Hotel! It was very well kept, clean, and the staff is nothing but pleasant to interact with. They were all very personable and more than accommodating. We went as a very large group 60+) for a youth sports event and they exceeded all of our expectations. The food was wonderful: always hot and great presentation; the lobby was always welcoming and accommodating; the staff again was exceptional. Chef Austin and Sou chef Omar helped us build a menu to suit our athletes’ needs while the head waiters and their assistants (Sign & Ehab) were personable and always went the extra mile to make sure we all taken care of. The bar sraff was always very pleasant and enjoyable to converse with – Lola, the lobby server, waiting for when we arrived in the evening to see how she could be of assistance. The entire place made us feel at home and as family. The rooms were well kept, and decently spacious – beds were very comfortable. We look forward to any opportunity to be able to return to this hotel again! Thank you to this facility and all of your teams for galling to make our event even more memorable.

I’ve stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The bedding is amazing., soft pillows and fluffy bedding. The gentleman who checks me in when I arrive is always so pleasant! He was just nice to interact with and after a long travel day that goes a long way. My room was upgraded and it was amazing! My favorite part is honestly the breakfast buffet. So many choices and nothing better than starting your day off with a good meal. I like that I have low carb options and everyone is always so nice. When traveling for work, it’s often the little things that make the stay amazing and this hotel always delivers that piece for me. The only thing I dislike is paying for parking but, it’s Dallas and just sort of to be expected. Overall a wonderful experience and I will choose this hotel as much as I can for my business trips to Dallas.

had a great stay overall! The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded my room at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — definitely appreciated the extra touch of hospitality. Only downside was the experience with the overnight valet staff. The woman working late that evening came across as less than cordial, which was disappointing compared to the otherwise friendly and professional service I received throughout the hotel. Still, the upgrade and quality of the accommodations more than made up for it. I’d absolutely stay here again — just hoping for a better experience across the board next time!

My stay here is always wonderful. I stay once a month for business. Furdowsa and Singh in the breakfast area are always so attentive and friendly, making sure I always have my coffee and a to-go cup on my table before I even have my breakfast back to the table. Tony and Gad at the bar make the best drinks in Dallas and are also the most friendly guys you could ask to meet, In the year I have been staying here, these 4 make me feel like I am at home each stay. This hotel is fantastic and is one of the best in Dallas by far.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious, and the service is excellent. Beautifully scented toiletries. Great bar with many TV's for sports games. Friendly atmosphere. At check in, I was asked if I wanted a high floor or low floor. I chose a high floor, but I wasn't expecting one of the top floors with such amazing views! It's something I would expect with an upgrade, but it was given because it was available. It was such a nice room. Bedding was so soft and top quality. Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Dallas. Very reasonable priced.

This La Quinta renewed my faith in La Quinta Inns. We have had a lot of issues with others but when we saw the reviews for the Frisco location, we went for it. It lived up to it's good reviews. The building, inside and out is beautiful and clean. The room was modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the heater worked great. But, my favorite part of this room was the bathroom. Very modern, clean, and large! The shower was a nice experience. That has always been important to me when traveling. The two most important things for me are the beds and the shower. This room got an A+ on both. Also, the fact that both the beds and the bathroom were cleaned spotless was what cemented my decision to stay at this La Quinta Inn every time we visit our son in Frisco. The staff are super and for the most part, we had a quiet and happy stay. I highly recommend!

Breakfast was excellent. Great coffee. Kitchen staff does a good job. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. Always had good suggestions about restaurants, etc Cleaning staff always did a good job keeping our room clean. All common areas in hotel looked and smelled clean. Parking area clean and well lit. Plenty if parking spaces. Our King bed was really comfortable. Probably the the most comfortable mattress we have come across in similar rated hotels ( marriott courtyard, hampton inn , holiday inn, candlewood, etc).

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful! The hotel was extremely clean and modern. I felt like I was walking in to a hotel with a higher rating than LaQuinta normally has. The gym was extremely clean and wonderfully equipped. Breakfast was delicious and provided many options.

It's a new property, so everything is clean and fresh. It's in a quiet part of town, so no traffic to deal with. It's peaceful. The breakfast spread is quite decent as well. This is our second time staying here. It is walking distance from the FC Dallas stadium, so great for traveling fans during match days.

The bed was comfortable and the room size was very nice. The 2 tvs and sofa was very relaxing and convenient. The staff was very helpful in resolving a noise issue. Bacon on the breakfast Buffett was an unexpected surprise.

I had an excellent stay at Tru By Hilton in Frisco, Dallas, TX. The hotel is in a great location with a variety of restaurants within walking distance and just a seven-minute drive from Planet Fitness, even though they have an on-site gym. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and they have a billiard pool table in great condition. The room was comfortable and quiet, providing a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, even holding onto my cooler cup when I accidentally left it behind. Their attentiveness and reminder were much appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience!

At the Tru Frisco, Tx location the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. This hotel was clean and the complementary breakfast was fresh, tasty and well stocked. The beds are comfortable. For the affordable price of a night stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our first time at a Tru by Hilton and was just expecting a decent stay with free breakfast, free parking and free internet however the facility turned our to be very pleasant, impeccably clean with great professional staff ready to help you out with your questions (no place for them to hide unlike other hotels where they disappear for long). The lobby is very comfy and inviting to sit in with family for food, play pool, gather around or just make some private calls away from the room. We ordered in from nearby restaurants and they let you microwave and eat it right there. There are a lot of snacks available in the lobby to buy for family. Also the room dint have lot of fake frills like the defunct coffeemaker or microwave etc instead it had a mini fridge and shower with great bath and cleaning essentials which were always filled up. I even went for walks around the hotel after the morning breakfast and had a lovely downtime while my family slept in. We took our kid in the kids pool and we loved it for the value we provided. My kid and myself enjoyed the eggs, cereal, juices and cupcakes.

To be honest, I had very low expectations prior to staying here based on other reviews. We usually don't stay at Tru hotels, but found that when we were visiting (during the eclipse) it was the only place we found with availability at a reasonable price. Overall, our stay was a good experience. The manager texted us to inform us that the room was available and helped us resolve an issue with the electronic key. Fortunately, the key worked because we saw noone working in reception when we arrived in the middle of the night. The hotel was new, clean and modern, with plenty of parking. The location felt safe and is easy to find. Our room was clean and comfortable, but on the smaller side. The breakfast buffet had a surprising variety of items. The pancake machine was fascinating to watch. The hotel was fully booked and staff were trying to keep up with the food demand. The walls are thin, you can definitely hear your neighbors and hear people in the hallway. (I wish hotels would assign families adjoining rooms, instead of rooms across the hall from each other. That way, every other guest doesn't have to listen to kids and parents run back and forth between rooms for hours). The hotel has a small pool, but no laundry facilities.

Nice, clean place to stay with attentive staff. They checked with us at the buffet breakfast and every time we walked in or out of the hotel. Nice price as we booked a room that was on the smaller side with just a bed, bath, and small desk, but that is all we needed because we were there for the RoughRider games and expected to be out most of the day and simply sleep at the hotel. It is in a very convenient location and is walkable around the area and especially to the stadium, and the mall is a just across the parking lot.

Everything. Location was perfect, the hotel was clean and the staff was amazing. We stayed here for an anniversary staycation and from the moment we walked in, we felt special. The gentleman at the front desk (his name started with a Z, forgive my bad memory) made our stay excellent and was able to give us a room where we requested. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we almost didn’t want to leave for dinner because of how much we were enjoying the peace and quiet. The location to the mall was very convenient for shopping and local restaurants. After our stay, this will be our go to hotel when we are in town. Well done Hyatt.

The location was excellent. I was there for a few days alone before my husband arrived and I’ve never felt so safe at a hotel! The staff is overly attentive, which I loved. This place was CLEAN. I’m talking next level clean. All areas were kept immaculate to include the lobby, the downstairs bar and restaurant, hallways, fitness room, and elevators. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and updated. You cannot go wrong staying here, and I would 100% stay here again.

Positives: 1.) **Free self-serve parking**, 2.)Clean room, 3.)great staff, 4.) pool and work out room available. 5.) Coffee and microwave machines in the room. 6.) I didn't eat in the restaurants, but they looked clean. I didn't drink from the bar, but many in my group did and seemed to have been quite satisfied. Negatives: 1.) "No microwave" in the room or on the floor. I had to go all the way to the 1st floor to use the "one" that is available for guests. I travelled by car for three weeks and had lots of left over food to eat. It was an inconvenience to have to go from the 9th floor to the 1st just to heat up a dish. 2.) While the room was clean it lack some functionality. There was a large, stuffed chair at a desk-like area that had no rollers. I was difficult sitting and rising from it as it was not easy to move. Then, there was a sofa right in front of the window, why, I don't know. I set my luggage on it. And there was a little dinette table that served no purpose because there was no chair and it was too high to use from the sofa. 3.)There was no place to hang clothes or a robe in the bathroom and the sink had no stopper. (I have a C-pap mask that has to be soaked everyday. Fortunately, I had my own portable basin.) 4.) I had to change out the coffee maker the first night and it was in such a dark spot I could hardly see how much water to put in it. 7.) the entry light switch was not right as you walk into the room. It was on the other side of the bathroom door(??)

This was a lovely stay. The views were amazing from the top floor. I will admit there was an issue with the room upon check in, seems someone was feeling tired after cleaning 16 floors, and dirty socks were left in our room along with unmade beds. I will state that Orien, at the front desk was very helpful in moving our room immediately. The food was great. A key is required to access floors above 4, and the outdoor movie at the pool was fantastic with my 13 year old I was traveling with. There is a bar at the pool with limited options, so if you consume, I suggest you visit the bar on the main entrance level. Valet has transportation that takes you anywhere within a 3 mile radius, so we never had to move our car, and they also pick you up. This location is at the mall, so be aware you may spend more than you intend to. The doors do not lock from the mall entrance, however, in the area that it is in, I do not feel as though this would be an issue, especially since non-guest can not access any of the amenities except the bar on the main level. Many times, people walk through to get to Nordstrom that is located directly across from the Hyatt entrance. I would visit again and loved our experience the last weekend of May.

We had a King suite which was quite spacious. The sectional couch was very convenient and comfortable. Our room was quiet. The breakfast was nice with offerings including eggs and breakfast meats. The seating area was spacious.

Very accommodating, very friendly staff! Breakfast was always good had a lot of different options. May I suggest flavored creamer and all day coffee option :). Receiving clean towels was never a problem no matter the time day or night. Parking was fantastic, close to all amenities. Safe neighborhood, lights from top golf were never a problem. Room was always cool however it is humid here and the room was humid if a/c was not set to cold. The only complaint I had was the H O T elevator rides and H O T hallways the entire 7days we were here but other than that it was a wonderful stay. There are no laundry amenities on site if that’s important to you. Thank you!

I loved my stay at the Hyatt Place. It was comfortable & clean. The breakfast was good & fresh with a variety of choices. Also, the outside area was clean & neat as well. I would love to stay again the next time I'm in Texas.

The hotel was in a really good location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are really helpful and friendly especially Ebenezer who helped us with a phone issue . The rooms are clean and beds comfortable and breakfast is very tasty and the chef is friendly and ensures all the food is topped up . I would highly recommended this hotel.Thank you for a lovely stay .

We stayed here for the April 2024 total eclipse and it ended up being the perfect location. The hotel rooms were really spacious and clean. Breakfast downstairs was super tasty each day. After the eclipse there was a big thunderstorm that came thru, the building felt very sturdy and secure. But in the morning we did notice there was a leak of some sort in the breakfast area. There was a few little things like our tv remote didn’t work. The drawer of the bathroom sink wouldn’t close and the sink spout placement was a bit off. We did end up buying ourselves a universal lg remote to fix our tv problem. But otherwise these little things didn’t impact our enjoyment of our stay. We would come here again in the future. We did not go to the steakhouse that’s in the parking lot, but the location is central to many eating places so there was no shortage of places to eat.

I stayed for one night with girlfriends on a shopping trip. It was a clean, basic room that worked great for three of us. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety of fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs and scrambled eggs (real eggs!). Arturo the breakfast attendant was so friendly and kept the breakfast area very clean (counters freshly wiped down, no crumbs or spilled food). Arturo deserves a big shout out. :) I would definitely choose this property again.

Quick, easy check-in. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed. Noon check-out time is helpful as is breakfast service that lasts a bit longer than comparable hotels. Options for breakfast foods were somewhat limited, but sufficient.

This hotel is super clean and modern.The furnishing are amazing from the lobby to the rooms. Rooms are really spacious and calming. Bed was super comfortable, the big screen tv was really great. Spacious bathroom and shower. The boardwalk right behind the hotel within walking distance has many good and fun restaurants that the whole family will enjoy. About 20 minutes from DFW airport.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a large group and plenty of space for meeting others in the lobby. The only complaint was the restaurant for breakfast, we weren’t told until we were seated that the only option was the breakfast buffet to us. The buffet was extremely disappointing there wasn’t much to pick from and what was there was not good. We ended up paying $25 each for breakfast and had some wet eggs and a piece of bacon. The rest of the hotel was great and in a good location.

I will stay here again. For the price, this is in a pretty convenient location. You can safely walk to several different restaurants or take a very quick taxi ride to some of the most popular shopping and entertainment centers of north Dallas. Parking is pricey so be sure to factor it in. The hotel itself is clean and up to date. Nice bar. Nice coffee shop. The hotel is also quiet and no traffic noise despite being close to two major highways.

Great stay at the Hilton on a Saturday night while visiting for a friend's birthday. The location was great adjacent to the restaurant and Boardwalk area - full of great bars/outdoor space. Was pleasantly surprised by the hotel which had an impressive lobby/bar/restaurant and very spacious rooms!

Very clean. Beautiful property. Updated accommodations. The room and bathroom was impeccable. Nice lighting in the room and very comfortable. I loved the walk-in shower with seating. The breakfast buffet was very nice. I appreciated the option of gluten-free bread options. Wish I had booked a longer stay.

We chose this hotel as it was between Dallas and Fort Worth, and would have easy access to the highway. It is in an amazing spot where there is grass area out front and a retention pond in the back so it stays nice and quiet. From the moment we checked in (early because the app told us when our room was ready, which is such a cool feature) we were always greeted by every single staff member in a friendly manner. We couldn’t believe how large our room was, and how clean everything was! We were on the fourth floor. Every day, there were several options at breakfast that were hot, as well as the usual cereals and breads. There were ample choices daily. For the first time since 2020, we had daily turnout in our room. How nice to come back to the hotel each evening and have our beds made and fresh towels as we asked for them— and the most comfortable beds! This hotel, from its management to their daily employees, are doing everything correct! I just cannot say enough good things about our stay here!

The hotel stay was excellent! Clean, and the staff was super friendly! Tina Marie who served the breakfast was amazing! She always welcomed my family and 3 small kids with warm hello's, talked to them, gave them crayons and pictures to color, and each day she had a small toy for them! She was the best! The pool was super clean and fun, the front desk was outstanding, and on another occasion, one of the front desk staff brought my kids pop-its. Such a one-off excellent, experience! They had warm cookies every day, and a abundance of breakfast, including unlimited amounts of bacon, which my kids loved. We'll definitely be back!

Nice clean hotel. Rooms was spacious with a comfortable bed. Front desk was courteous, professional and polite, provided Great customer service. Breakfast was good and provided plenty of variety. The only problem I had was the attendant serving breakfast acted like she didn’t under English when I tried to ask her if they had anymore sausage and eggs. Other than that great stay.

We yet another flight got cancelled by American Airlines, so here we go, again. A place to stay while the airlines struggle through their mess. Tired and worn out, after a long day of delays and an ATTEMPTED LANDING.....stuck at DFW. A simple call to Holiday Inn Express in Lewisville, and just $20 away via UBERX....I was greeted with the most friendly staff, to a spotless hotel lobby, newly redecorated, and a spacious all suite hotel room. Check in was easy, the sleep was great and the check out was painless, even a tasty complimentary breakfast. This place is great. And now a backup part of my DFW travels via American Airlines. Great job TEAM HIE!

Great property with friendly staff. Nice size room, very comfortable bedding and good bathroom layout (vanity outside the toilet/shower area). Parking lot was well lit, typical/plentiful breakfast in the morning. The only minor inconvenience was that hotel has 1 elevator (4 floors), so that was a little slow, but not a problem during our visit. There are signs about quiet hours posted by the elevators, so perhaps they get school groups or teams that travel here a lot, but again, not a problem during our stay. Family has stayed here before and recommended, and I will stay again when in the area.

I obviously travel a fair amount (sorry for some of the reviews!). I get a lot of good service, some great, some no so much. This was a case of great service. This was a first time stay at this hotel. I was greeted by Lorraine at the front desk, she was personable, professional, and had a great sense of humor. I asked her for an upgrade as I was traveling with my teenage daughter. Lorraine looked and found an available two bedroom suite. It is/was VERY much appreciated! The room was clean, in great shape, and most importantly, it was quiet. The breakfast was good, they have an attendant/server who did an excellent job (the breakfast is free after all). She was able to get me a diet soda and had Tabasco, pretty much a perfect breakfast. The food was good and they had the "real" bacon (not the razor thin stuff). All in all this was a great stay and I would stay here again for sure. Lorraine and the staff being a big reason to do so. The place doesn't clean itself, or cook its own food! They do a great job.

I don’t often post reviews . This Holiday Inn and every part of their staff were exceptional . I red a few reviews that were so negative (one about the beds being as hard as a rock!) well I’m happy did not let those reviews stop me from booking this hotel . Great location , safe , clean , quiet , close to amazing restaurant , good bar , able to watch football and a fun lil happy hour . Next time I’m in Garland , this is the place I will stay from now on 😊👍

Clean and nice hotel in what felt like a safe part of town. Staff was amazing, very helpful and with great sense of humor. Complimentary breakfast was hands down the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. I liked the system of redeeming vouchers for a dish from the menu, because the food was hot and didn't have time to get soggy. I highly recommend the stay, if only for the piping hot breakfast sandwich trio served to order with baked potatoes.

No cream for coffee in the room. Only 3 coffee pods for 2 people. Not enough towels for 2 people to begin with even though the reservation was for 2 people. Housekeeping never entered the room and I had to request and pick up fresh towels upon arriving back to the room in the evening. Most importantly: no self serve coffee bar in the lobby! Who doesn’t have that? All the other Holiday Inns I have stayed at in Texas and Louisiana keep a self serve coffee bar at the ready 24/7. I will be returning to Garland once a month for the foreseeable future but will not stay there again for this reason alone.

I have to say that this has to be one of my favorite Holiday Inns that I have stayed in. Hotel was very clean and had a good fresh scent as we walked in. Loved the room, It was very clean and passed the white sock test. The colors and decor were very pleasing. There is a restaurant on site so there is no free continental breakfast but they do have complimentary coffee and lemonade as you walk in. Free parking and fast wi-if is a plus. This will be our new place to stay when we visit the area again.

Our room was beautiful the walk in shower was perfect for our age (76). The bed was so comfortable and the coffee bar with Starbucks coffee was so enjoyable. We loved the breakfast and dinner at the hotel! Overall just a wonderful stay and highly recommend it to anyone!

The Good: Free parking. Pool and gym. Nice bar and restaurant on the premises. Room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was very good. In room coffee machine and a safe. Mini fridge. Iron and board. Club lounge. Property is very nice and many restaurants near by. Staff were very friendly and respectful. The Bad: Lounge coffee machine was out of service a few times. Lounge at times was unattended and lacked napkins. Some carpet ripping in the hallway, maybe they are due for replacement.

From the moment I met Doray (Dee) at the desk, it confirmed the Sheraton McKinney was the go to hotel when I’m in the area. She always welcomed me with a beautiful smile and her amazing spirit. She is excellent and always happy to see the guests. I’m a Titanium Member however, Doray treats everyone as equals. Unfortunately for me, I couldn’t get the upgraded room but it didn’t matter because the rooms are very nice and clean. Every request was attended to by friendly people. The staff was always very responsive! I asked where the microwaves were located to warm up my lunch and was quickly brought one to my room. I just would like to simply say that Doray and every single staff member was extremely helpful throughout my stays. As a BONVOY Titanium elite, I have vast experience with many Marriott hotels’ employees, managers, team members, etc, I would say Doray stands out amongst all of those I have met in my last 10 years of being a Marriott member. I unconditionally recommend this hotel with no hesitation and make sure you say hello to Doray for me! Thank you!

Very quiet and comfortable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the beds are just the right amount of firm. The club room has great options for snacks, including many kids will like, if you have access. Breakfast has a nice variety and a good option on the go. Convenient to 121 and I75.

I would probably give this 4.5 stars, but that was not an option. The hotel is located in a good spot and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Parking is around the hotel and free, but not covered. The staff was friendly and helpful and I love having the bar at the end of the day for drinks and conversation. You have to pay for breakfast, but I usually just have coffee. It seem that if the hotel has a bar or restaurant, the breakfast is not free. I'm not sure why they can't figure out how to have both. The hotel has been remodeled and they did a good job. The room was quiet and had a nice desk and sofa to lounge on and do work if desired. Wifi was free and worked pretty well. All of this was at a very resonable price per night for the area. All in all, it was a great staycation hotel for my wife and me. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in a great location for local food and shopping but not crammed in to feel over crowded or busy. Everything was very nice and well maintained around the property. Inside was clean, smelled nice, very cozy. It was nice to have a bar onsite although we did not partake on this trip. Check in was easy and quick however the lady at the front desk has zero personality and was not very knowledgeable on basic questions. They do sell fresh coffee at the bar but do not offer complimentary coffee which I am accustomed to at 99% of my hotel stays. That was a bit frustrating for what you are already paying. Overall the stay was quite enjoyable and I would def stay here again and or recommend to friends and family.

This was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in the Dallas area. I never leave reviews, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my son’s hockey team and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. They had a full breakfast for us at 5:30am, so the boys could eat before their early games. They even helped us celebrate a birthday. The rooms were large and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The front desk, bar and restaurant, and breakfast staff were absolutely exceptional and most definitely the friendliest we’ve experienced. Thank you for your wonderful service! We will be back!

Stayed here for a business trip and meetings held right at the hotel. Very clean and nicely appointed. The meeting rooms were very nice and the seating in the rooms was quite comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded quickly to minor issues and resolved issues quite well. The hotel is located in a business district but short drive to many dining and entertainment options in the area. Nice breakfast and bar right on the premises off the lobby. I will definitely stay here again on any return trips.

Chase is an amazing bar tender! He has remembered my drink from months ago and is so incredibly hospitable and excellent!! Literally the best bar tender ever and at a hotel bar?!? What an amazing experience

We were pleasantly surprised at this property, we've never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but now it will be our go-to location for travel. The room's smell and feel amazing, it wasn't a facade of being clean, it was clean! Plenty of room for the 5 of us, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice, just enough of everything you could need. The breakfast was tasty, the pool was huge and also well maintained. The staff were all very nice. Lots of restaurants in the area, easy to get around.

I struggled giving this a five because for some reason my brain fells like 5 star hotel reviews should be fancy, but when I thought about it there was nothing I could fault during my stay so a 5 they deserve!! When we arrived for a two week stay there was a goodie bag in our room. Such a nice touch. The staff was very helpful with the ladies who took care of the breakfast set up being our very favorites. There is a clean laundry area, a gym, a pool - all that you would need for a long stay. The room was clean and serviced daily. The small kitchenette was well stocked even with a dish washer. Tons of places to eat around the hotel, however, the area isn’t very walkable so we usually took the car. Included breakfast always set us up for a good day. There were a number of people who were here for a long stay and all were friendly, you could easily make buddies by hanging at the pool. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I have actually stayed at this hotel several times. It is as close to perfect as you can get for our taste. It's very clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is above average with a nice variety of choices, beds are very comfortable, and they have wifi. The bathroom was a little small but that's not a big deal! A lot of thought has gone into every part of this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Truly Home to Hilton. Shoney, Semja, Conchas, Barbara, Letitia - helpful, kind welcoming staff. The rooms were, well, roomy. The breakfasts had something for everyone - eggs, cereals, granola, bagels, breakfast sandwiches on fancy French pastries. Good strong coffee whether caffienated or decaf. Teas, water out all day. The rooms and the common areas were clean and bright. My one suggestion is that the hotel needs more than one elliptical in the exercise/weight room. There was a bit of a problem at check in, but Shoney worked on it and got it straightened out in short order. I am very grateful to her for her help.

Room is spacious, comfy n clean. It has double size sofa bed, n kitchen that has dishes utensils n cooking pots n pans just make sure to bring dish soap if you staying few days or more. Continental hot fresh Breakfast with varieties much better than similar hotels. They also use real plates n utensils instead of plastic, paper or styrofoams. Will stay again for sure.

WOW! From the moment we entered the doors (even the concrete porch had been bleached and was spotless and smelled clean) we loved the colony! The man at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable. In a matter of minutes we were checked in. Grabbed some great courtesy water that had lemons in it, and headed for our room. The building is still new...carpet, elevator everything smells new. The room was WONDERFUL! The bed was perfect, the pillows were perfect. The bathroom and shower was relaxing. Off highway far enough...no noise. The Texas Roadhouse is 50 ft from front of building and Bubbas 33 across the parking lot. WalMart, Sonic and Whataburger just down the street. Buffet breakfast was great! The staff are all so nice. And the Staff and room service are all in nice uniforms. BEST stay we have ever had in Dallas area! Lord's will, we will stay here each time we return.

This hotel was perfect for our weekend of fun! The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and even provided some great recommendations for food and drinks nearby. It is super close to TopGolf, the Dallas Star, and other fun places to go! For the price and the quality of the rooms, this is a perfect spot to stay to enjoy everything in the local area and it is also close to the main roads into downtown Dallas or other nearby towns with fun activities. The location is perfect! Bubbas and Texas Roadhouse are a short walking distance and the feeder to the toll is just a small drive. Breakfast was great and my family loved it. Hotel staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean. Beds were comfy and spacious. Good water pressure and quick hot water transition. I stayed here for my birthday and was completely satisfied!

Hotel was without hot water one evening I came back from work, was told it wasn’t an emergency so the maintenance guys wouldn’t come in to look at it until the next day. Had to take a towel “shower” with hot water out of the coffee pot to remove the grease from myself for the day. No compensation given. Room 412 top door hinge was pulled out of door so the door didn’t like to shut, shower stall door leaked onto bathroom floor when showering and toilet seat would not stay up on its own…. You had to hold it up when using the restroom. Bathroom sink water pressure was non existent, probably just a clogged aerator. On the positive side rooms were clean, breakfast wasn’t bad, parking area stayed clean and the daily cleaning staff did a great job in the rooms.

I stayed at La Quinta Hotel with my family, and despite being a 2-star hotel, it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. The overall atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service at an affordable price.

Staff was friendly. Location was close to many restaurants and stores. You could even walk to many of them. Area seemed to be clean and safe. Daily room service was offered if you wanted it. We were only there 5 days so just needed them once. Clean towels and washcloths were available upon request and brought to your room quickly. Breakfast was OK. No variation in menu but fresh each day. COFFEE WAS EXCELLENT!

The staff was awesome. A young girl at the front desk helped me resolve a problem of my husband trying to reach my room phone, because my cell phone wasn't working. And afterwards she connected my husband's call to my room. It meant so much to me the extra effort she made to make sure I connected with my husband. Also the breakfast, which was included in my room fee, was so wonderful. I think it is the best buffet breakfast I have ever had. And they have a little store,so that if you forget toothpaste or need advice or need a microwave dinner or snacks or drinks, it's right there, so convenient. Plus, they do not charge extra for parking your car as some hotels do these days. And finally, the room was so quiet and the bed so comfortable that I slept like a baby, even the first night.

Every staff member I spoke with was both courteous and professional. The staffer managing the breakfast buffet was constantly in motion making sure every guest found fresh food. She even poured coffee at tables (this was extremely usual service). Pet-friendly included a dog area with plenty of bags for pickup and disposal. Our dogs loved the area granted to them. All unmanned exterior doors required room key to re-enter the building. I like this security feature. The lobby area afforded a glass wall overlooking interior courtyard and high ceilings for a relaxing atmosphere of elegance without austere formality. Strange as it might seem, the odd-shaped room was a refreshing change from norm.

Room was clean for a one night stay and staff was kind and helpful. They are renovating it seemed so at the moment, it’s kind of a cluster for breakfast or easily getting around. My only second glance was our bathroom. It did not look as clean as the room itself (black hair in the sink/tub, spots and rings on the sink counter, clean towels and toiletries thrown haphazardly in cubbies/not presentable, the tub looked old and dirty even though I think it was just old, and the shower curtain was disgusting honestly with hair and brown spots on it). Pool and courtyard were nice.

We stay in Dallas once a month to visit family. This was our first time to stay at Hyatt Place and it won’t be our last. The condition of the property was very nice. The staff was helpful and professional. The included breakfast was great and the serving area was modern, clean, and comfortable. Our room was nicely furnished and well designed. The shower/restroom area was a little small but clean and functional. The parking lot and entry was well lit. We were surprisingly impressed. Location is very convenient as well.

I live in the area and needed a getaway. I found this hotel conveniently located right around the corner. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing this hotel was! They have bar and prepped food available for reasonable prices! The hotel was safe, clean and quiet. In the morning the breakfast was hot snd fresh! Fresh fruit and yogurt to bread and cereal options. I will be booking again and I will stay for 2 nights next time!

I received beyond excellent customer service! First, I called the general Hyatt customer service department to change hotels/locations to be closer to the hospital where my spouse was having tests. They graciously and promptly helped me do that at no charge. Then because my spouse needed to rest immediately after his procedure, I called Hyatt Place Dallas-North/by the Galleria directly to ask if we could check in a little early and for our room to be close to the elevator. They said of course and assigned our room right by the elevator. Everyone at the front desk upon check and the entire time we were there was absolutely wonderful, kind, and friendly in the most genuine way. The room was nice, clean, spacious, and quiet. I really liked the little sofa area with a sofa/chaise and a table. The location was fantastic, very convenient to most everything. The hotel is nestled in a little neighborhood and I felt very safe there.

🏨 Hyatt Hotel – Sunday Stay with Lobby Help from Chai Our stay at the Hyatt last Sunday was fantastic! Chai at the front desk was friendly and professional. The room was spotless with fresh sheets, the complimentary breakfast buffet had lots of great options, and free parking was a huge bonus. Excellent value and service — would definitely stay again.

Clean, welcoming, friendly , pleasant staff. Staff acknowledges you by name , interacted with me on a one on one basis with me each time we met. Hannah, Janae,& Brandon ( the GM) were awesome! Felt like i had knownHannah &Janae all my life . They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. loved the gym,breakfast offered variety of foods, always hot cooked , cocoa, & tea 24 hrs a day. lobby /lounge area nice relaxing.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The beds were very comfy. The breakfast was hot and yummy. The coffee was hot and met my caffeine addiction. LOL. The staff was very friendly and talked with us every time we came in contact with them.

The stay was great over all. Tanisha was so friendly and welcoming when I arrived. She has a wonderful personality and a great smile. The bed was not the most comfortable but it was not that bad. The room was clean and the daily breakfast was a plus.
