Beautiful hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Food was varied and lots of it. Breakfast was buffet style. Sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were all included in the price. The only extras were spa treatments. If you want a relaxing adults only holiday this is the palce to stay

The staff are lovely and friendly, the pools are great and the lay down jacuzzi is great, the use of the spa facilities is very good. The food selection was also very good.

This hotel was a little gem and surpassed our expectations. Brilliant service from happy friendly staff, great entertainment every evening and a few mornings classical guitar performances at breakfast, aqua gym and yoga free to join, and a few surprises different every day one day free ice cream another free sangria. Our room was really gorgeous spotlessly clean great shower and international tv channels, we also had a private garden with sun beds and a jacuzzi, as well as another two sunbeds at the front of the bungalow. It’s an all bungalow adult complex arranged to give maximum privacy. Great pool with a 20 metre swimming lane roped off, sauna, steam room, gym, and another small rooftop pool. Very relaxed vibe with music playing by the pool all day. We will definitely rebook our 4 night stay felt like 2 weeks rest.

What can we say?! Firstly, that we had the most incredible stay at Club Maspalomas. That was partly down to the beautiful rooms and location, but more so, because of the fabulous staff! Upon arrival we were greeted by 2 very friendly faces - Xander and Henrik. It felt like we had known them forever. They poured us a lovely glass of bubbles, they told us everything we needed to know, and we relaxed in the sun for a little before going to our room. The room itself was fantastic, large, well-equipped, and we especially loved the private garden area with jacuzzi. It was the perfect place to stay to celebrate my hubby's 30th! Throughout our stay we had numerous encounters and conversations with Xander and Henrik, and they really are true assets to Club Maspalomas. We will 100% return, not only for the beautiful hotel, but also to catch up with them again! 😂

Fabulous location right on the doorstep of Amadores Beach. Rooms were bright and spacious with an amazing kitchen with dishwasher and american style fridge. Spa shower and bath. Lovely pool with jacuzzi. Our only negative comment was the lack of pool side bar for refreshments. But highly recommended overall.

Where do I begin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+++ Upon entering, you see the beautiful open kitchen and living room. Everything is included! A beautiful bathroom with a jacuzzi and a separate shower, very spacious. A nice, large bedroom with good air conditioning and a ceiling fan. And when you open the curtains, you have an incredible view with a large terrace! Sunbeds and a beautiful table where you can enjoy a delicious dinner! The restaurant happily brings the food to your room/apartment. No words! It really exceeded my expectations!!! I have been coming to the island for at least 25 years, but I have never experienced this kind of luxury! A washing machine and dryer, everything is there! And the cleaning ladies still come every day! Everything exceeded my expectations!!! In a word... wonderful!

Really lovely place to stay. We really enjoyed the area and the accommodation. Hotel standard, cleaning daily and great views. Private pool was just great. Kids in it first thing and found it very relaxing. Jacuzzi part was great. Communal pool was lovely too with a great deck for sunbathing. Helpful reception staff and friendly cleaner, who was excellent. Unit had two bathrooms and bedrooms and they were a great size. TV had netflix which was great. The area itself is just fab- across the road is the beach with eating places and some products for sale. Bus stop across the road too. Spar shop just a few mins walk. Bus to Puerto Rico takes 5 mins. Fantastic shopping centre (2 in total) there along with numerous eating places. So handy but nice to leave the busy place and go back to a quiet area. Restaurant attached to the complex is lovely and very reasonable. Would stay here again with family.

Loved the location, apartment we had was amazing (view, facilities, etc.), grounds were lovely & well kept, pool was nice but I did see areas where the decking could be improved (although nothing that bothered us), restaurant was nice but more expensive than local places, bar staff were very friendly, really could do with a pool bar or opening the bar to the right of the restaurant entrance (seemed like a pizza oven was located there), there were beds available beside the pool throughout the day (never an issue). We had a fab 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with lovely kitchen and huge terrace with a beautiful pool. Would recommend to others & we would return again. Front desk staff were helpful, house-cleaning staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. Maintenance were helpful too (we needed them to open our safe and fix a loud ceiling fan), nothing was too much trouble.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony was huge with sun loungers and a jacuzzi. The staff were friendly and always checking how they could help. The pool area was nice with a lovely snack bar that did nice food at reasonable prices.

Quiet hotel with a heated swimming pool. The jacuzzi on the terrace was great for the evening. It's possible to walk to the beach.

Our room was incredible! We had a hottub on our balcony and so many facilities. The pool is amazing and the location is perfect for a romantic holiday.

Lovely spacious ground floor room accessible via patio doors. On the same level as the small pool. Rooftop terrace with small jacuzzi pool. Great views from there.

They cleaned it every day it was quiet and the room was exceptional with the jacuzzi.

This hotel is clean staff are really friendly. Saying that it could just do with a coat of paint, but they are open the whole year round, so it probably is difficult. Very large balconies we jad a jacuzzi on ours. Great access for disabled visitors

Size of the balcony’s in the Royal suites, the facilities & extra touches in the room were great. Water, lager, wine & juice cooling in the fridge & snacks provided. Very clean & tidy throughout the hotel. Jacuzzi bath on the balcony was fantastic. Staff even managed to accommodate our early arrival. Very quiet & plenty of sun beds available round the pool (visited in November)

2nd visit to this fabulous complex, this time decided to upgrade to a sun suite. Really loved the large balcony, sun all day, 2 loungers, chairs, table and best of all a hydro oblong whirlpool tub, fitted 2 of us in easily. Absolute luxury. Included in these 18+ rooms were, robes, pool towels , cava, red wine, Fanta, beer and water and nuts. Love every minute of it. Rooms are fully functional and spotless, Aircon and safe free of charge, full-size fridge freezer and fully equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfy and we slept great every night. Wi-Fi was very fast connection. Plenty of sun-beds around the pool, personally never used them but could see them from our room. Never felt I wanted to leave the balcony because it was so peaceful and luxurious. Bakery on site, which was lovely and a bar , prices same as in town. Mogan mall, shops and all restaurants are within 10 mins walk or you can use the lifts in the complex if you want. Gate at the bottom of the complex right across from the Mall, your room card accesses it, great safety measure. Beach Puerto Rico is 20 mins walk away or even better beach Amadores is 40 mins walk. I personally wouldn’t stay in any other place than Servatur Terrazamar while in Puerto Rico because it’s absolutely perfectly situated for a perfect holiday.

Everything was perfect. Apartment is amazing and very comfortable. Pool area and jacuzzi not crowded at all. Delicious breakfast! Easy parking next to the hotel. Really recommend barbecue on Fridays

The views of the Marina. Staff were really friendly always say hello. Rooms very clean and had everything we needed. No cleaning two days a week. Balcony had a nice deck chair. Wine on arrival and sweets. Pool had lovely views. Jacuzzi was really nice also.

We had such a great time at Marina Bayview! The view from the terrace is absolutely stunning — you can see the port and the ocean, and it’s the perfect spot to relax any time of day. The heated pool is beautiful and super relaxing, and there’s also a jacuzzi that’s great for unwinding. We really enjoyed the whole vibe of the place — peaceful, clean, and stylish. Breakfast was also a big highlight — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options to start the day right. Overall, totally worth it! We’d definitely come back for the views, the comfort, and the relaxing atmosphere.

It was a beautiful hotel, our Deluxe room was stunning, views amazing , quiet, clean, everything we asked for. Maintenance and cleaning staff so friendly, always a friendly hello in passing. Loved the Sauna & Jacuzzi, steps were not an issue for us. Great restaurants, bar & supermarket at bottom of steps and 10 mins walk to beach.Lovely pool and always beds available, we loved it 🥰..there is nothing to not love about this hotel except ...

Everything. From accommodation to the view, and what a view! Exactly as advertised, so not disappointed. Clean, comfortable, and modern. Jacuzzi, sunbeds all on balcony for private use if you didn't want to use pool. Facilities are excellent 👌. Can't fault.

We stayed for 9 nights in a Reserve Premium Solarium Ocean View room and had an absolutely amazing holiday The room was very luxurious with a super comfy huge bed, all mod cons provided, the minibar had water, sodas, beer, a bottle of red wine and 2 half bottles of local rum/brandy. Very nice toiletries, cleaned daily, all room requests answered very quickly. Hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and modern. We stayed in the Reserve so had access to the adults only pool, drinks and food available all day and the staff are responsive to poolside orders, excellent We ate at all the restaurants apart from Lemon Fish, all very good food and quick service. Highlight was the Italian, delicious! Get a reservation at Peseta for an excellent local menu. Drinks are very good quality with premium spirits, the Mucho Mas Rose was our favourite. Staff were universally friendly and attentive. Location is great with access to the nearby beach, supermarket and small hospital very close. We rented a car for 2 days from Amurga Cars 50m from hotel entrance, good price and quality vehicles. We explored the North of the island and the highest point 6000ft up in the middle, also the Southern beach towns, very nice indeed. Overall we had an excellent holiday at the Paradisus and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, ignore the few negative reviews on TripAdvisor, etc it's awesome

We stayed at the reserve ocean front view room for a week. New and neatly furnished hotel, spotless clean, great views, beautiful garden. It was a pleasure to sleep and wake up to the sound of waves, palm trees and birds. Just by the beach door, there is a walkway towards Maspalomas sand dunes; great route to have a walk/run. We had a honeymoon to remember. All staff were always attentive, friendly; they all looked happy doing their job. Special thanks to check-in (Elena), concierge (Daniel) for informative and warm welcome, the reserve pool (Marvelys) for taking great care of the guests, the sommelier (Diego) for his passion on canarian wines, the Kanna bar (Tana) for great cocktails, Lemonfish restaurant for delicious ceviches. We avoided the open buffet. We booked the restaurants, and ordered from the menus, the food was always good quality. We will be back! Best, Özge&Jacob

We are very grateful to this hotel for the excellent service they provided. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and housekeeping even came by again while we were having dinner to tidy up and leave fresh towels. The rooms have everything you need and great attention is paid to detail. Everything was very clean and hygienic. The rooms also have terraces with a beautiful view — very convenient for smokers. There are several restaurants where you can eat for free, and the food was delicious! There was a lot of variety, especially in the desserts. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even with our four-year-old son. There’s even a kids' club where you can leave your child, and fun activities are provided for the children as well.

Amazing stay from start to finish! The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at reception. They even kept in touch during the stay and shared info about events, which was really thoughtful. The food was delicious at every restaurant. The pool area was always spotless, and the service was great. Housekeeping was excellent, loved the little chocolate on the bed each night! The spa was super relaxing with really professional masseuses. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!

We had a fantastic 6-night stay at Paradisus by Meliá Gran Canaria. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was outstanding, offering a great variety and high quality at every meal. The hotel was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained — everything was stylish and thoughtfully designed. We booked "The Reserve" experience, and it was absolutely worth it. Having access to a private pool and exclusive restaurants made our stay even more relaxing and special. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a more private and luxurious experience within the resort. Overall, the hotel met — and even exceeded — our expectations for an all-inclusive vacation.

I had a great time, went all inclusive and food 3x daily were delicious as well as the pool side and roof top drinks. fabulous staff, lean large junior suite with jacuzzi and private pool for this block - adults only was good!

My wife and I have only stayed in one hotel when holidaying. We normally opt for a private Villa but because we were travelling with adult friends we thought we would try something different. This Hotel exceeded our expectations. The communication prior to the holiday was brilliant from the staff. The hotel itself was amazing and the description on the website is exactly what we experienced from our spacious ground floor suite & jacuzzi to the roof top bar! Everything was beyond what we expected. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels both in the room and poolside/beach towels were available when you needed them. Toiletries were a nice surprise with soap, shampoo, toothbrushes and toothpaste even a razor with shaving gel! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, always smiling and cheerful. Entertainment every evening was lovely although we tended to be out most nights and it finished at 11.00pm. The location is just about perfect, literally 150mtrs from beach and a huge choice of bars, restaurant's, shops and nightlife around you. We would have scored a 10/10 but for a couple of small minor observations but overall we will defiantly be going back again

The hotel is lovely and clean. The pictures don't do it justice. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly. This is the second time my fiance and I visited and we were stunned by how many staff were still there who remembered us and welcomed us like old friends. The food was excellent quality and they had a large selection on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The apartment was perfect had everything you would need for self catering. Spotless clean. Huge balcony with sunbeds and table and chairs. Massive heated outdoor pool. Quiet at night time. Shops, restaurants, night time entertainment and beach nearby. All staff lovely. Big thankyou to Sebastian who was very helpful and informative. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the apartment, spacious, clean and had everything you needed in it. The cleaners were amazing, coming in most days a thoroughly cleaning your apartment. I like the fact that we were gated too, simple code and it allows you in. the grounds surrounding the apartments was clean and well maintained. Balcony was large and spacious and we had lunch out there most days whilst playing cards with the kids.

We absolutely LOVED the staff. They cater for all. The room was so spacious and a jacuzzi on your balcony creates a feeling of pure luxury. Views are spectacular from the balcony. Pool is great too and we were so surprised to see no one was running to the beds with towels in the early morning ;) Buffet breakfast and dinner was great, plenty of choice and variation. The hotel breaths luxury and relaxation. We enjoyed our walks along the boulevard every evening. Gym is good too! We would love to stay again and would recommend everyone to go here. Simply amazing!!

Very clean hotel, fantastic view from balcony including jacuzzi, clean and comfortable rooms, free 2 boatles of water and coffee capsules every day, 3 beaches in walking distance (Anfi is furtest but still less than 10 minutes), plenty of sunbeds and umbrelas in Hotel's yard at any time, free courtesy room for taking shower after check out, very, very nice, kind and helpful staff, free parking, excelent wifi.

Staff were wonderful, room was great. Two different beaches on your doorstep. Wonderful views. Staff were very helpful friendly and kind. I wouldn’t say the food was 5 star though, we had half board. This wouldn’t put me off going back, but I wouldn’t book anything more than breakfast if that, unless I heard that they had improved the food. Lots of toilets, spa and the staff in the spa are lovely, premium room has a jacuzzi ans sun loungers. Great views in the glass lift! I would go back to this hotel !

Cannot fault this hotel and its facilities. Staff were polite, professional and very helpful. House-keeping is excellent. All the rooms have sea view. We were upgraded from premium room to a massive suite. Balcony was superb with sofa and jacuzzi. Breakfast was standard. Dinner in the buffet restaurant was average. The 222 restaurant is highly overpriced and food below par hence cannot recommend it. The Pool Bar is okay for lunch but there are lots of nice places to eat about 7 - 10mins walk from the hotel. The bus stop (Patalavaca) is also about 7-8mins walk. Location is very good with access to the beach and boardwalk. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

It was a last minute booking because I cancelled the one I made previously but it turned out to be one of the best experiences I had on the island with accommodations. I think it was just a place that I needed right now: I can’t say that this hotel is the fanciest but its location, facilities, set up, food and just general calm vibe made my stay there very lovely and peaceful. The way they organize everything is very elegant: for example, they have music there and it’s mostly live, played by quite good musicians. It’s big enough to accommodate many guests but you don’t feel like it’s this enormous resort where you can loose yourself trying to find where is what. It is perfectly located between 3 nicest beaches and the area itself is very pretty. There is a supermarket in the hotel, so there’s basically everything you might need and at the same time it’s really nice and quiet. Nice balcony with sun beds and jacuzzi, view is fantastic! I usually like to explore new places but I already decided that I will definitely come back to this place.

Villa was perfect! Huge, clean, amazing view from the terrace. Pool, jacuzzi, night entertainment were all great! It was truly an oasis, a paradise.

Fantastic place. We saw quite a lot of different resorts in Maspalomas, and of course you can find cheaper ones, but Palm Oasis outclasses most with fantastic, large, shaded pools. Excellent apartment, jacuzzi bathtub. Clean, tidy. Additionally, parking is available for guests, so if you rent a car, there's no problem with parking. I highly recommend it

Amazing hotel, it's simply a palm paradise when you enter the resort. The staff was very nice and friendly, rooms were very clean, beautiful and spacious and we absolutely loved the spacious terrace with pool view. The pool was beautiful and very clean, the temperature was okay in the afternoon, but a bit chilly in the morning (we were there in October and they start heating on the 1st of November), but you could always warm up in the jacuzzi :) The garden around the pool is fantastic, all green and a looot of palm trees. We will miss this hotel and it's atmosphere for sure. The location is on the top of the hill with a nice view, 10 minute drive to the dunes/beach. We had a car so it was easy to reach everything.

Beautiful place, well maintained and very clean. Superb pool area and very relaxing, calm atmosphere. The apartment was spacious with very nice views from the amazing rooftop terrace. Breakfast buffet was delicious. All in all, we enjoyed our time here!

We liked everything - the pools, the apartment, the food. The staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time! We had an apartment in one of the villas. It was spacious and very clean. The buffet for breakfast and dinner was very good, with a lot of variety and some local dishes. We were having lunch at the pool bar which also has veey good menu. The pools are lovely and very clean. The beach is just 7 minutes away and there is a bus from the resort. There is not much entertainment and not many things to do around the resort. The area where the lighthouse is, is nice - 8 euro to go there by taxi.

Incredible! We swapped hotels to here 4 days into our 10 day holiday and prayed it was as good as it looked and it truly was! Welcoming reception, spacious clean rooms with brilliant air con, amazing swimming pools for the kids - and a beautiful touch that they gave us a teddy bear in our babies cot on arrival with a note to say it was for him to keep. The food was incredible. We did B&B as were non drinkers and like to explore restaurants so didn’t think we’d make use of the ALL-IN but the breakfast was amazing and we ate in the Restuarant on one night at our expense and had a lovely Mexican themed night. For those who like to eat out I can highly recommend El Rodeo and The Greek Village which are a short walk from the hotel. The Greek as the best Greek I’ve ever eaten. I hightly recommend also getting the free bus down to the beach it’s a lovely day out. You can rent chairs with umbrellas and there’s lovely places to go for a drink to get out of the sun. You can’t go wrong with a Cafe De Paris in Gran Canaria they have one down the beach and at the Yumbo. Also very handy you have a supermarket on door step and can use your room key to go out back gate directly into it for any late night drinks/snacks! Thankyou for an amazing stay, we will be staying with HD again!

Very enjoyable stay for myself, wife and 3 year old daughter. 1 bed apt was perfect and clean. Pools and entertainment was great. Only slight issue I had was that I did not use All Inclusive (never do) but other than the bar menu (pizza, burger, hot dog) there was only a buffet service every night for dinner in the restaurant, so ended up leaving the complex every evening. Not too bad as there are a few places to eat within walking distance. I had a car so drove to Meloneras (10 mins) plenty of very good restaurants there.

- Bungalows are nice, cleaned 6 times per week, good shower and beds - Stuffed animal present for our 6 years old daughter, she loved (loves) it! - Park is kid friendly - Personnel is friendly and helpful - Park is cleaned and maintained pretty well - Food & Drinks are good and diverse enough for the stay up until 2 weeks - The Italian restaurant ‘La Trattoria’ offers good quality Italian food - Variety of pools and entertainment is good - Big compliments for specific personnel: Giovanni (Animation team), Alejandro (Restaurant) and Antonio (Bar)!

We last came here in 2014 as a couple. Had the most amazing time. Coming back we hoped it would be the same. Well yet again exceeded all our expectations food was still good plenty of choice and good quality alcohol was still good choice only change is now you have to pay 1euro for the slushs disappointing as I lived off these with a little shot of vodka in last time. The staff waiters waitresses bar staff all very attentive. We brought our 6 month old daughter and the staff were so amazing with her. She had literally stole everyone's hearts and attention by the end of the week. Special mention to Cristina her day off must of been our last day sad we never got to say goodbye.all the animation team were amazing so talented funny and caring.hoping to come back in November to see our faves again jose Marco Gustavo Lorena Lucia Lydia Andrea Bryony Lee Ashley and Andrea we love you. Our best visit yet. We have the holiday blues already. Only criticism I have is the bathroom layout in bungalows is a very inadequate so difficult to bath the baby as the bedae was in the way an shower screen does not move. We thouggt it would be difficult with a baby but was actually alright Bungalows are fab in terms of microwave to sterilise bottles kettle for making them. Bungalows are good size and have been slightly updated since last time. Nicer headboard pictures on wall etc. Boiling water available for bottles at pool at coffee machine and staff got us a jug to cool bottles

It’s very nice environment.. like a big garden , green calm and clean.. everything is close by, supermarket is just outside of hotel area as well as many restaurants. They clean 6 days a week, there are different activities for grown ups and kids 6 days a week, staff is kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet is enormous with so much to chose from. Dinners are thematic so I would recommend half board. Bed was big and comfy

Good location, quiet place without children so it was fantastic relaxation for adults, very nice and clean pools, roof jacuzzi , very nice wellness area, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic meals, helpful staff, perfect hotel.

-Great, attentive staff (receptionists, chefs, waiters, animator) that dealt impressingly well even with clients with difficult characters -nice, free of charge indoor spa area - we loved the rooftop jacuzzi and the bar next to it -comfortable beds

Jacuzzi on the roof is a great idea. Exceptional staff at the reception, really good kitchen staff and cleaners.

Overall, the hotel facilities are nice. The outside gym and the jacuzzi and view from the rooftop are great.

One of the best locations for staying at Playa del Inglés. Hotel is super clean and very welcoming for solo travelers. Pool area is great, there is a special nudist area at the rooftop which jacuzzi’s which was a great bonus. Can’t fault anything really, enjoyed my stay there and will definitely be back. Recommend.

Peaceful location, stunning surroundings with views of the golf course and mountains. Modern, clean with loads of storage. Great layout and flow of indoor/outdoor space - especially the views from the jacuzzi bath. Only 6/7 euro for a taxi into the centre.

Lovely villa very spacious. Pool was great and jacuzzi bath was a treat. Not central but only €5 or €6 to Puerto Rico or Amadores as you can’t walk due to motorways. Spar and grill restaurant only a 5 minute walk. Villa has great facilities and we will definitely be returning.

Villas Opal Anfi Tauro are modern, clean, and well-equipped (with two refrigerators!). The surroundings are adorned by a picturesque golf course. We appreciated the spacious and convenient kitchen, the luxurious jacuzzi, and the cozy yard with a swimming pool. Each of the three bedrooms was accompanied by a bathroom. The air conditioning and the Internet connection worked really well.

The villa is really spacious and clean and staff were available by phone, in person or electronically if we had any queries. The villa is surrounded by a golf course and palm trees. We were able to use the facilities at Anfi Emerald Club up the hill on the last day as check out is at 10.00am. The Tauro Grill restaurant next to the spar shop (well stocked) is good value and staff are friendly. We would have liked some advice when we first arrived about walking safely from the villa to the bus stop and beach at Tauro. At the end of the complex of villas is a green gate that leads across the golf course and under the road bridge to the beach. (once you come off the golf course the track is unpaved) DO NOT use this during the day as it is very dangerous. The safer path is next to the spar car park, keep walking straight past the shop and follow the track around the edge of the golf course on the other side of the netting. (this track is also unpaved)

Layout of the villa is beautiful, allowing privacy between bedrooms as all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. Very well equipped with everything you need to cook and clean, is making it a great choice for longer stays. Swimming pool was enjoyable and six sunbeds, six chairs on the terrace was a plus. Location is quiet within the golf complex and it's better if you have a car to explore the island. The amazing not organized sandy beach of Tauro is within 4'drive, however it s not able to go by foot as you need to go through the autoroute. In total our stay was unforgettable.

We arrived a little late due to delayed flight, but our welcome was good; efficient,pleasant staff explained all that we needed as quickly as possible so that we could go and rest! Hotel is in a good area, 10 minutes walk to the beach, which is beautiful, and the Maspalomas Dunes. Great fun! Swimming pool is a good size and there is a warm jacuzzi too. There are two smaller pools to the side of the property with plenty of sunbeds. Food in the restaurant was good and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a very good selection and also eggs etc to order. There is a hotel car which can be hired for days out. There is a spa too, but we did not use this so cannot comment. All in all, I would recommend this for a relaxing break. Not far from the town ammenities and also, if you have a car, the beautiful countryside is not far away!

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to the beach and bars/restaurants but very quiet and relaxing surroundings. Excellent soundproofing windows/doors. Filtered water dispenser in the room. 5 star facilities. Great choice of breakfast served in the top floor restaurant with amazing views over the beach and sand dunes. Having a glass of cava with your breakfast while indulging in this view sets you up for a great day. Beautiful and classy rooftop bar. Lovely cocktails and atmosphere in the poolside bar. Our flight was at the evening and the hotel gives great opportunity to use showers and changing rooms in the spa downstairs while picking up the bags.

I was staying the apartments next door and decided to book for the cocktail bar as I imagined the view would be very good over the dunes and Playa Del Ingles. I was given a nice table and the views were amazing. Cocktails quite expensive at 16 euros but you are paying for the view. My cocktail was very enjoyable - all named after Greek Gods friendly service and chatted to some nice couples. A glass of wine was 10 euros compared to 5 euros in other venues. Great view and nice atmosphere. Worth doing maybe once whilst on holiday. Restaurant menu was expensive so decided not to dine there

The hotel is well appointed in a quiet area with great views of the beach within short walking distance. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was very good on the eight floor restaurant with outstanding morning views. Rooms are a very generous size with views of the beach and the dunes. Bar pool service is good and efficient, although the pool areas are not very big compared to other hotels in the area. One caution is that Expedia are using a visual to promote the deluxe double room with is misleading as it’s not the room that is provided. We were provided with a much smaller double room ( suitable for single occupancy ) which was not the visual room we thought we were booking on the Expedia site. We know this as we had to upgrade at a cost to the larger room which we had thought we had booked originally. Once in this room we were happy with the hotel as it was the size / standard we had expected when booking with an outstanding view. Additionally we requested a late check out which was not given which was disappointing as is one of the Expedia gold benefits. We also had treatments in the spa which we’re fine by an experienced therapist and used the gym which is well equipped. All in all I would recommend this to travellers who want a quiet hotel with good service and impressive rooms, just ensure you are clear what room you are booking as most rooms are much larger than normal hotel rooms which is half the reason for booking at this unique hotel.

We stayed at this property for 10/11 nights. The rooms were nicely designed and very functional, but the regular-sized room is a bit cramped for two people, when you are used to comparable North American sized properties. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet (even though it was over 90% full), so we always had good sleeps. Daily breakfast in the restaurant on the 8th floor was fantastic, the service was great and welcoming and there was an enormous variety of high quality foods. The view from the restaurant over the dunes and the beaches was outstanding and so the breakfast provided a great start to every day. The location of the hotel in Playa del Ingles is very convenient, relatively close to the beach, the promenade, the Yumbo Centre (with many excellent restaurants), and even close to the bus stops. Internet was okay, but one small concern is the limit on the number of devices that can be logged on. The general facilities, the various swimming pools, the free yoga classes were all of high quality.

The Staff especially the girl on reception ,really friendly and helpful,unlike the 2 older men at the reception on Dunas On the beach San Augustin,who were unhelpful when I realised I had mistaken booked dunas in Cape Verde. Superior family room with a view,fantastic view,comfortable beds,gorgeous Room. Food & drinks 1st class,served quickly no queues any bar.Plenty of staff,unlike any other all inclusive I’ve visited. Location perfect,Entertainment excellent.Animation team so professional. Hairdresser on site,Which looked reasonably priced.Plenty of pools ,jacuzzi,and a naked solarium on roof,which we didn’t visit as we didn’t have enough time.Would definitely return.

We had a deluxe room in the adult part of the hotel on the fifth floor with fab garden view. Bed was really comfortable , Hairdryer very powerful and shower was very good too. Coffee machine only in deluxe room so my tip would be if you like a cup of tea in your room take a kettle. However, tea and coffee 24/7 at self serve bar. Plenty of sun beds. You can choose to sit round the pools , ideal for families or in quieter garden area with a lovely relaxing fish pond. Food was very good , variety including plenty of salads , fish , meats pasta and fresh breads and delicious deserts. 24 hours self serve drinks, Amstel lager .wines, pops , slush and a self serve ice cream machine .Great variety of snacks too. Nice cocktails , something for everyone! All in all had a fabulous time and feel we have had a really good relaxing holiday. Thank you again Abora -Catarina.

I booked some months in advance to a hotel called Coralium Dunamar (adults only). However upon my arrival there they asked me to relocate to another hotel (they gave me 3 choices). The reason is still unknown. I chose Abora Catarina due to the location and the good reviews. In fact it is a really good hotel. Big and comfortable rooms well equipped, kind and helpful staff and great location. If you don't like walking, there is a free shuttle bus to playa del Ingles. The thing I was not aware before choosing this hotel was the fact that due to the school holidays in many parts of Europe, the hotel was full of families... It is great if you have a family but not if you are a couple/single. The only quiet place was the... nudist terrace (which has great view but the only thing you can do is sunbath naked as there are no facilities there apart from the sunbeds). The breakfast/lunch/dinner (I had full board) was good but for mass production. The 5 or 6 cocktails included were just a different colored fluid with the same taste. The good cocktails were extra. Despite these few negatives I enjoyed very much the place mainly due to the location and the professional staff.

staff friendly and helpful. good variety of food meals in an all inclusive package. hotel very clean and room however bathroom shower very poor state for a 4star. chip floor, water leaking outside the shower on the floor and out the room door. only to notice many other people have the same issue as we notice their room doors was leaking water from the shower to the carpet outside the passage. cocktails were crap. too sweet not worth it. sofa on our floor looked to be thrown out was disgusting. house keeping responded very efficiently to our request. there was no delay. balcony with a view was great. easy reach to exterior transport services and beach. lots of kids so maybe if you want no kids better to come here. swimming pool not that huge despite having several pools but majority cater for kids.

We chose this hotel due to having activities and entertainment for children. Gran Canaria would not be my first option for a holiday. I have been before as a teenager but we chose it as it’s family friendly. I emailed across in advance to request two rooms together and quite central. We had 338 and 339 opposite the stage and we loved being able to watch the shows from the balcony. The hotel wasn’t as big as expected which was nice. We loved our stay. Good food, friendly staff and the gardens around the hotel are lovely. The main pool only gets sun on one side in the morning so the kids pool was busier and then we went to the main pool in the afternoon. It was quite quiet at the beginning of our stay even though it had been pride weekend. By the end it was very busy so I am not sure it would be as enjoyable in high season. The bathrooms could do with some TLC but overall the bedrooms are fine. We did not find the kids activities very well advertised and the board by the restaurant is difficult to read. One morning there was kids breakfast but we didn’t know about it. My niece just wanted to swim anyway in the end but she did enjoy the disco. A really perk of this hotel is the designated smoking areas rule, but it would be nice if the smoking was not right outside the entrance as not great on arrival and when coming and going. We had a great time and are looking at other hotels of the same brand.

Everything was perfect — location, view and apartment facilities. It’s recently renovated, clean and spacious, and has all you might need. There’s a pedestrian path to the beach, so it takes 7-10 min to get there. The beach itself is perfect, few people, clear water and sand. Spar and restaurants are also in 5 min walk. • The apartment itself is amazing. There is full ocean view from both the bedroom and the living room. The kitchen is well set-up for cooking. The photos on Booking.com 100% match the reality. • Great location. It's 10 mins walk to the beach. If you're a fan of natural pools, drive 5 mins to Playa de Amadores. A nearby town Puerto Rico has a variety of bars, restaurants and such. There's also a big SuperDino grocery store. Puerto Rico is 5 mins away by car or about 6€ by taxi. • The hosts are very nice people. They met us with the keys and explained everything about the apartment complex and things to do in the vicinity. • Wifi. I don't know why it has such a low score, it's one of the best internet connections I had in a hotel. More than enough for remote work or streaming video content.

The apartment was very clean and fresh with new kitchen equipment, smart TV, and conditioner in the living room. Really enjoyed the pool area and the view from the balcony. We stayed there for a week and definitely would like to stay longer. The host was very friendly and responsive. Speaks fluently in German and Russian. Would definitely recommend having a car here, cause not many activities around, very quiet place. The host provides a private parking lot.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything you would require.ir was very quiet and peaceful with great sea views.tania and vitali were very helpful in showing us around and recommending places to eat.would definitely stay here again.

We really liked our stay here, the owners were nice and helpful. The room is situated in a beautiful location, quiet and relaxing, with a wonderful view from the apartment. The apartment was clean and it didn't really miss anything that we could have needed.

When we arrived we were told the hotel was overbooked (here we go I thought) but..we were told we could still have the room we booked or get a free upgrade and we could go and look at both rooms before we decided. We went and looked at the original room first, a high floor room, this one being on the 6th floor (the hotel has 7 floors). The room seemed very nice, the balcony looked over the pool, gardens and down to the beach. We would have been quite happy with this room. We then went to look at the upgrade offered, which was a beachfront bungalow. The bungalow had a large open plan bedroom/living room and the largest shower room I have ever seen. There was a private terrace which over looked the beach and to top it all there was a Jacuzzi. We had planned on exploring the island but just couldn't tear ourselves away from the terrace and Jacuzzi. We had a lovely relaxing peaceful holiday.

This is a well run and well maintained hotel. Room nicely fitted. Facilities top class. Food really good, with real ground bean coffee at breakfast, and, a first for me in gran Canaria , also available during dinner. For tea drinkers, proper teapots and milk jugs with scalding water to make a proper brew. Thick back bacon as well as the usual thin streaky you normally get in spanish buffet. Beverages good value, only €2 for a glass of house wine, free to all inclusives. Sun beds allocated so no towel wars. Lovely spa, two really super rooftop solarium and jacuzzi areas, one fkr those who forgot to bring swimwear. Entertainment a bit tepid, some of the acts are chancers, the Drifters tribute duo were so bad it was a form of entertainment in itself. Minor niggle for twin bed users, fixed locker wall lampshades make it difficult to move beds apart any distance. Safe is charged for, not good, but bottled water provided daily to room. WiFi free but bit rates are abysmal. Hotel seems to have no late checkout policy, not even for a charge, a pity as with so many late arrivals it should be possible to get a few hours extra at departure, even 2-3 hours makes a huge difference on you last day. Location is perfect for city, airport and playa buses. Playa is a healthy 30-40 minute scenic walk.

Location is great with direct access to the beach. Pool area is lovely and the sunbed system is a very good idea. Pool is heated during the winter months. Spa ar ea is fantastic and the circuit is brilliant many other hotels would charge but its all included as an all inclusive guest. Food was very good especially in the pool bar, the hot stone steak was excellent. Gala dinner on Christmas day was exceptional so much choice. The staff that serve the outdoor area of the restaurant were also brilliant, extremely attentive. We had the suite with jacuzzi which was just amazing so worth paying for the upgrade.

Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf einen Luxusbungalow, direkt am Meer mit eigener Terrasse, inkl. Jacuzzi! Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Speisenangebot (wir hatten Halbpension) sehr vielfältig, es gab auch landestypische Gerichte und Showcooking. Der riesige Palmengarten war sehr gepflegt, es gab auch ausreichend weich gepolsterte Liegen, sowohl um die Pools, als auch im Garten. WLAN war im gesamten Hotelbereich gratis und hochwertig! Die Animation am Tag und das Showprogramm am Abend (wurde von uns nie in Anspruch genommen) war gottseidank unaufdringlich und somit nicht störend. Gerne genutzt haben wir den relativ neuen gratis Wellnessbereich, mit Massageliegen, Totes Meer-Grotte, Dampfbad, Sauna, Meerwasserbecken... - leider war hier um 18h Schluss. Es gab auch einen eigenen,während der Nacht versperrten Zugang zum Meer. Auch ein Fitnessraum mit neuwertigen Geräten war gratis nutzbar. In unmittelbarer Umgebung der Anlage gabs wenig Geschäfte und Unterhaltung, aber da wir ein Mietauto, mit Parkplatz gleich gegenüber vom Hotel hatten, war dies kein Problem - eher ein Vorteil! Wir haben den Aufenthalt (1Woche) wirklich sehr genossen!

The Gran Canaria Hotel is outstanding in every way. First class facilities, the room was amazing, I had the most brilliant views (overlooking pool and a full sea view). All the staff were very very helpful, there was a slight hiccup when I checked in about the duration of my holiday but it was all sorted and dealt with in a quick, professional way by the lovely reception staff. We were on half board, which was perfect for us. The food was great, such an amazing choice both in the morning and evening and it was delicious. Again the waiters/waitresses were efficient and very friendly.
