It had a terace with a good view of Plovdiv. The beds were wide and very comfortable. It had a big bathroom with a jacuzzi.

It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is in a central location and within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast was delicious and it was included in the room price. There are several breakfast options to choose from. The free coffee was of good quality, which is not usually the case, so I was pleasantly surprised. The bed is big and comfortable and the A/C was working perfectly the entire time (critical if you want to survive the hot weather in Plovdiv in July).

Why book in a private insufficient apartment, located mostly in an old or smelly Soviet era building, when you can have a room in a central, well organized Hotel, like Hotel Business in the heart of Plovdiv town, with daily detailed cleaning services, breakfast and friendly front desk personnel, ready to help you out with any issue occurred. There’s also secured free parking and a nice lobby area with a cozy fireplace during the cold winter days. Even Christmas time tasty decoration makes you feel like home, it’s wonderful. Common sense is the fastest way out.

We liked the apartment, the terrace, the size of the rooms, the service and breakfast. They brought our breakfast to the room and we had a wonderful breakfast on the terrace. We will be back for our future visits to Plovdiv.

The hotel is very close to old town, 10-15 minutes by walking. Our room had a balcony and this is very good for smokers. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were very clean. We had breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced, adequate and tasty.

The room was large and clean, huge balcony looking at a quiet street. The staff were super helpful and kind. Liked the place very much, I was expecting much less and was pleasantly surprised.

Maybe the best Hotel in Plovdiv. Clean, accessible and spacious. Rooms are huge, very clean and well maintained. There is on-side parking lot, nice garden with a fountain and a lot of shades where you can relax. Food is great, breakfast buffet is very versatile and fresh. The staff is orientation on details, and in service of the guests. Their spa center is also worth visiting, and very clean and comfortable. They light up candles for us, and made us feel very important and cherished.

Very nice and clean hotel! The room was cozy and spotless – you can tell they really care about cleanliness. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. We also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant – great food and excellent service. One thing that stood out was the amazing soundproofing – we didn't hear a thing from the hallway or neighboring rooms. Slept perfectly. Highly recommend!

From reception on arrival to reception on departure we found our stay to be a most enjoyable. All the staff were cheerful and welcoming. The rooms clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent and there was a lot of tasty and plentiful choices. The restaurant had a good choice and good waiter service. The whisky library was good welcoming venue. I’ll always return 🙂

This is the place we chose for the guests of our wedding and they were all very happy with their stay. We also stay here everytime we visit Plovdiv, it's the only place that provides a clean bed and a water bowl for your pet, we travel with our border collie. The staff is allways friendly and helpful, everything is clean and the rooms are modern and cozy. You'll always be provided with parking for your car, the food in the restaurant is great, there's everything you need, even if you don't leave the hotel. Also check the wellness center if you have time. It's a great place to be.

Everything was perfect. I got treated like a king The new breakfast bar is way better than any other in Bulgaria. It's on par with the Kapinski breakfast bar. Very impressed with everything. Secure parking. The spa was very clean and functional. The dinner / lunch menu is very good. Really impressed. In future, I'll be happy to pay more to stay here. This has been my 4th time previously with a few issues. But it improves every time. Happy!

I arrived at the hotel without a reservation. The reception staff was wonderful, professional and helpful. The hotel is modern. The room was above and beyond expectations. The breakfasts were delicious and the variety was just right. The wifi was strong and stable and I had convenient parking at the entrance to the hotel.

The two bedroom apartment was huge with a large living area, several bathrooms, a kitchenette and effective, quiet air conditioning. The staff were very helpful. Restaurant dinner was exceptionally good, though sadly a little quiet when we visited. Parking and a handy supermarket were right next door.

Staff - very helpful. Terrace - we asked for a balcony and we were given a lovely terrace with great views of the City. Overall ‘feel’ of the place was good. As I am returning they allowed us to leave our luggage there for a few days.

The room was pretty big/ both in size and height, has parking and if you ask for reserving the space during booking they'll try to do so. Beds were comfortable, but can't say the same for the pillows, had hard time sleeping on those, even though i was dead tired. Bathroom was rather good, looks like they keep proper hygiene there. There was big TV, no fridge besides the minibar. Location is pretty nice, its not exactly on main street and at the same time it is super close to it. 15ish minutes walk away from Center/ 20ish from the old city, The small basilica archeological site is rather close (walking in straight line from the street of the hotel) There is bar/cafe down, they offer some food as well (that's where you have your breakfast as well)

Rooms are clean and spacious. They kept a parking space for us free, as we have a minivan. It's around 15 minutes walking to the old town and shopping street! Good breakfast. Airco works very well, can be useful in the summer in Plovdiv

On Our arrival in Hotel Sankt Peterburg the Reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Once we when in Our room we are amaze with the beautiful view to the city of Plovdiv. We are were very happy to see there was a coffee machine in our room so we made a cup of coffee and it was really good drinking a cup of coffee and enjoying the beautiful view. The room was very big, tidy and clean. On Our special day, once we return to our hotel room. We are amaze to see the beautiful decoration with flowers, balloons, bottle champange on ice and fresh cake. We are very happy to choose hotel Sankt Peterburg for our special day, we are definitely coming back to stay here again. 😊😊😘😘🥰🥰

Top location in the Old town, easily accessible by car - free parking in a place you can’t even access if you are not a resident. The house is new, but authentic; super clean and cosy. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast and very good espresso. Thank you for having us!

Great location a short (uphill) walk to the Roman amphitheater, we had tickets to an evening concert, so the Pulpudeva was a perfect location for us. A charmingly renovated traditional house. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Good location close to the main roads if you are only travelling through like I was. Nice, clean, renovated room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed too. And if you end up on 16th floor like I did, you will also benefit from the view far to the horizon.

Maybe in the best location I could find. Walking distance to the old city, shops, everywhere. Just parked and used the car again when was time to leave. Great communication and comfortable house. It also has a balcony, not so big for a couple with 2 kids, but convenient for breakfast or some wine at night with fantastic view of the city from the 4th floor.

The absolutely central location was an absolute bonus as we could walk to Kapana, get breakfast and see all the attractions we wanted. Parking in Plovdiv is notoriously horrendous, so having the parking permit and parking right in the street outside the property was amazing. We made full use of the little terrace and loved the quirkiness of the apartment! We loved it all.

Good location with close proximity to restaurants and entertainment There was free parking available on quiet street (host provided a parking permit). Spacious apartment with a balcony, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom. Lots of windows for natural light and an air conditioner. My apartment was on the 4th floor and hostess assisted with carrying bags up stairs

The location of the studio is superb, only 5 min walk from the Kapana area. The studio is very spacious, clean and has a lovely terrace. The water is heated by solar panels and there was plenty of hot water. Excellent wifi connection.

My mother and I stayed here and spent christmas with each other in this beautiful town and more importantly this amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The breakfast was perfect and yummy in the cozy downstairs restaurant. Our room was just the right size and fit for us. Everything was clean, and, you could tell how well they take care of the property. The staff was kind and always happy to help. The location is exactly right, the hotel is inside the Old Town, and, in just a 5min walk in one direction, you're at the heart of the town were you'll find bars, restaurants and cute/cozy coffee shops. In the other direction you have museums, shops, antique stores and the most beatiful walk ever. We were so happy with this stay! I loved how happy this made my mother, we will definetly be recommending this place and hopefully get to visit it again soon!

The staff was very attentive. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with comfy beds and a good sized bathroom. The historical vibe was everywhere and done tastefully. Breakfast was excellent (except for the coffee, sorry), with plenty of choices and everything was fresh. The location is also great. Being in the old town, all must-see locations are within walking distance. And at the same time it's very close to the city center with plenty of great bars and restaurants. Parking could be available upon request, costs extra and they have limited spots.

We have never stayed in a more comfortable room. The bed was amazing, bedding fantastic quality and so quiet and relaxing. Лидия our host was absolutely amazing, she is so helpful, accommodating and calm. She made us feel very welcome. We could say a lot more, but people don't read long drawn out reviews, so we'll just say that we cannot recommend this beautiful hotel enough and we will definitely be visiting again.

The location is perfect. The room was charming, ancient-style, but with modern facilities. Vibrant and good breakfast. The host is very friendly and helpful.

1. LOCATION. The location is great, right in the cute old town and the rooms are nicely decorated. 2. The lady at the reception was also very friendly, spoke good English, and helped me call the bus station because I don't speak Bulgarian. They also have maps of Plovdiv.for you to use. 3. The place is very very clean, has lots of shampoo, body wash, and lotion which were very nice. 4. Internet is pretty fast. 5. I thought the included breakfast was decent. They made me scrambled eggs, coffee, and had tomatoes/cucumbers, bread, yogurt, etc. enough healthy options. Orange juice wasn't fresh however. 6. There is a heater in the bathroom and the room, so that's nice during colder months.

Firstly, we were personally met by the hotel staff at the parking and were assisted with our bags. We entered the amazing lobby of hotel Villa Flavia in an old-fashioned stlye and were greeted with a complimet of local glass of wine. Surprisingly for us we were gifted a specially branded bottle of local red wine which was so nice! The hotel's atmosphere is amazing - every detail is considered, everything is brand new and clean, there is a quiet music which makes everything very delighful. :) Underneath the hotel there are some ruins which are preserved and the staff is heppy to explain to you the story behind them and take tou around. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help you with everything. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with very high quality interior. I think that the rooms are sound proof because it was so quiet! There is an inside yard with cute tables and chairs where you can have your breakfast or a drink and a rooftop terrace to chill out. The breakfast was very good with high quality products and some home made delights and freshly squeezed juice! The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the Kapana district in Plovdiv which is full of restaurants, bars and small streets to have a stroll. Nevertheless, the hotel is very quiet. I am truly surprised and impressed with the hotel, the services and the staff! I strongly recommed it to everyone staying in Plovdiv. :)

Absolutely top class! The hotel is in a perfect location Shops, restaurants, bars and the cultural heart of the city are just a few metres away although, the hotel itself is tucked away in a quiet street which means you get a good night's sleep. The staff are so friendly and helpful and our comfort was paramount. The reception staff are always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. There's a bar which also serves snacks which we liked and was very convenient. Breakfast is varied and plentiful and we loved sitting in the conservatory to enjoy it. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you could need. An added bonus are the ancient Roman baths which the hotel is built on! We had a free, private tour. It was totally amazing! Car parking is secure and only 2 minutes walk away. There's a car park charge of 25 lev per day but parking can be difficult in Plovdiv so we were more than happy to pay. All in all, a perfect stay. This was our fifth time in Plovdiv and the best hotel by far. We will definitely stay again. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Well-appointed modern cleanly decorated room in a newly renovated hotel. The bed was comfy with nice soft pillows. The room had sufficient lighting and the bonus of free drinks (beer, iced tea, fruit juice) in the minibar. There were sufficient amenities (including hairdryer, coffee machine, safe) and bathroom toiletries. The location was great in the centre of town and there is a nice top floor patio with city views, as well as a courtyard at the back. Breakfast was a very tasty buffet which included both hot (scrambled eggs, veggies, sausages, baked beans-on one day) and cold (toast bread, pancakes, cake, homemade yoghurt, local pastries, jams, diced fruit, cheese, ham, salad etc) items. Drink options included the usual hot drinks as well as freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade lemonade. As many other reviewers have noted, there is the option to join a short tour after breakfast of the hotel's partially renovated Roman baths in the basement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this very charming boutique hotel with so much ancient history that is literally built in it. The service was excellent and the personnel was very friendly and super helpful. Everyone went beyond and above their duties to make our experience really wonderful and enjoyable. The hotel is very new, clean and well maintained. The garden is very charming and creates a romantic and very relaxing athmosphere.The breakfast which is included in the room rate was very delicious and included a big food variety. The chef was great,the pouched eggs Benedict which we had for a light lunch were mouthwatering and we had them more than once. The historic tour of the hotel was very interesting and educational. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history beneath our feet. To conclude, we had a wonderful time and we are definitely planning to come back. I highly recommend Flavia to anyone who wants to go back in time in a very enjoyable and relaxing way. .

What a wonderful hotel, fantastically clean, warm and welcoming. I can't recommend this lovely hotel enough. Everything was perfect from the moment of arriving to our departure, spotless hotel, friendly staff, comfortable spacious room and an amazing selection for breakfast including many homemade items. Homemade fruit yoghurt was delicious. The tour of the roman bath etc in the basement of the hotel was very interesting and informative. We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly and professional, and check-in was smooth. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great attention to detail. The complimentary bowl of fruit that welcomed us was a nice surprise The location is not ideal, if you want to walk to the city center, but taxis are not expensive and always an option.. What really stood out was the excellent service! The beer house is a must-visit restaurant, with Bavarian cuisine and delicious freshly brewed beer.

I was very impressed with how new and clean the hotel was. The beds were super comfortable. I've been visiting Bulgaria for over 20 years, and this hotel was the best I've stayed in, hands down. There was a slight issue with breakfast prices that were advertised, but I was actually amazed that the hotel apologised and gave us a breakfast free of charge. This is a standard of customer service I'd never experienced in Bulgaria. Massive well done 👏

The hotel is amazing. Breakfast is outstanding (everything fresh and tasty). The only small problem is related to the parking: it is not clear to me how can I reserve a place (after 7 hours drive from my home town I would like to be sure that I have a place reserved 100%).

My daughter's favourite hotel. We love the huge comfy king sized bed. Rooms are always spotlessly clean with superb bathroom. The restaurant is amazing and so is the Jagerhof beer. We'll be staying again for sure.

Nice New Property. Very easy to locate on the main road and very close to the Plovdiv Mall. Beautiful High tech rooms with gorgeous decor. Huge comfy, cozy and clean beds for a restful sleep every night. Powerful air conditioning with hot or cold air option. Cleaning staff very friendly and easy to approach. Any needs you have is quickly addressed. The free coffee and tea for guest in the breakfast room throughout the day is highly appreciated. Extremely quiet and pleasant ambience around the hotel. Rooms are cleaned daily to a high standard. The bathroom is also clean and easy to operate, great working shower and sink tap. with lovely smelling toiletries included. Both families had a wonderful time at this hotel and will gladly book this next time too. Very highly recommended.

Amazing hotel with perfect attention to detail. Great interior and modern design and technologies implemented. Staff was very friendly and responsive. I really had a luxurious experience and felt appreciated as a guest. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Location near a shopping center, restaurants and a park. Even if it is not central, it is a great place for relaxation and business trips, as by bus or taxi every important location in the city is easy to reach. Has its own free parking which is a great plus.

A very modern, clean and comfortable hotel with a great room with a comfortable bed and a nice en-suite shower room. Friendly staff and good breakfast (although the buffet options were limited, they cooked me a nice omelette). Nice location right by the culture park, Mall Plovdiv and a short walk from the rowing canal.

The hotel is amazing with a modern, beautiful design and equipped with latest technology. My room was very comfortable with luxurious interior and had everything I needed for a great stay. The staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a pretty, very safe, and quiet area with excellent location. The shopping mall nearby was very pretty and lively, with a lot of fashionable stores, a food court, and a movie theater. I look forward to staying in Este Park hotel again.

Modern and very plush hotel with extremely nice room with great lighting effects. Walk in shower easily large enough for two, so great for couples. Big double bed was very comfy. Stayed with my daughter, who loved the nice touches like the bathroom glass changing from see through to opaque, when you closed the door. Convenient for the Plovdiv Mall and the rowing channel, as well as a few nice restaurants. Hotel kept extremely clean with friendly staff.

100%+ Recommend & Would Return! The staff was beyond exceptional; they went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable & happy! They were flexible with our check-in/out time based on our schedules. They contacted transportation on our behalf and were clear with all communication. Breakfast is an optional charge, and we took advantage for one of our mornings. They had 3 meal options, so we selected 2. It was delicious with large portions and came with juice, water, and coffee options. Moreover, the hotel and rooms were clean, well-maintained, and artful! The rooms were spacious, well decorated, comfortable, clean! The bed was lovely and allowed me to sleep directly through the entire night. All the windows had flowerbeds and blackout curtains! The restroom was clean and had all the little niceties (shampoo, soap, dental kits, etc…), an abundance of towels, and a walk-in spacious shower! Lastly the rooms were modern with touch screen music, temp control, and clean/do-not-disturb indicators. Even the contactless electronic keycards were wooden, which just added to the unique & artful atmosphere. Lastly the internet was reliable & fast and allowed me to connect remotely for work. All in all, was exceedingly impressed and happy with Gallery 37! Do not hesitate to book!

Very cosy hotel in the old town. Location is amazing, breakfast was nice, you can choose of two types of breakfast, very comfortable bed, exceptionally clean bathroom, perfect shower gel, nice and friendly staff. We left our suitcase after check out and had a perfect city walk without it. There is coffee machine in the room but you need to pay 1,5 eur per coffee pod.

This was a magical experience. A recently restored building at the heart of Plovdiv's breathtaking old town, a few steps away from the astonishing amphitheatre of Philippopolis, this hotel is simply unique, a thing of beauty. Our room was a lovely mini king, with a very comfortable bed, AC, minibar and original art, which can be seen throughout the building. The old town is extremely quiet at night too. The signature breakfast was excellent and original. A special mention must go to the reception team: helpful, attentive, friendly. We had some excellent recommendations of restaurants and bars to try. Such a memorable stay Thank you!

Gallery 37 was the best hotel on our Bulgaria trip. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, maintained, and very clean. The staff is friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the terrace a lot. They also offered the best breakfast coffee we had on the entire trip.

This hotel was amazing in every way possible. The location is quite private and keeps the area quiet and peaceful at night. As someone who drove, it was great that I could reserve parking ahead of time. It’s about a 3 minute walk from the amphitheater and 10 from Kapana. The staff were very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The room was very comfortable and aesthetically nice. The bathroom was clean and WiFi worked perfectly. Having jet lag we went for a late night stroll around the quiet neighborhood. Plovdiv is great but there is no doubt that I would stay at Hotel Gallery 37.

The hotel operates in a beautiful classical building. Couldn't be more central. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff ready to give you informations about everything. It is located on the pedestrian area very close to the islamic mosque, kapana area with restaurants, bakeries, cafe's and bars and other intersting sightseeing. Our rooms were fully equiped (coffee machine etc.). Our balconies looked at the pedestrian side. Parking is very close about 10 minutes walk (Trimontium) costs about 15 € per day.

This hotel is in an exceptional location off the paved high street in Plovdiv, perfect for last minute shopping and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. The parking they sort for you is near by and costs but is conveniant. The room in the hotel is really superb, with bottled water, good coffee machine, fridge and excellent air con provided. It is seriously clean, very modern and a perfect stop over. We will be staying again!

It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was huge and the shower was completely separate from the sink and toilet area. It was pretty hot outside and the air conditioning worked well. My wife got food poisoning on the way to Plovdiv and it was the perfect place to rest. There was someone at reception most of the time and she was helpful and flexible.

The hotel is in a lovely location, just across from a beautiful park, and a short walk from restaurants, shops and the Plovdiv old city. The staff were helpful from the start, with restaurant recommendations and other very useful info (e.g. the nearest ATM). And my room overlooking the park was quiet, comfortable, and clean

The park in front of the property and easy accessibility to the Roman Forum was amazing! Parking was a little awkward, and availability was limited. Amenities were excellent.

My recent stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton was an absolute pleasure, and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a signature warm chocolate chip cookie and a friendly smile, which set the tone for the entire visit. It's a small touch, but it truly makes a difference and embodies the hotel's focus on hospitality. The room was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The room also had all the amenities I needed, including a spacious desk and a strong internet connection, which was perfect for catching up on some work. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Every member of the team, from the front desk to the restaurant servers, was genuinely helpful and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any request and their positive, friendly attitude made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The on-site fitness center was well-equipped, and the lobby area was a great place to relax or get some work done. The convenient location also made it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton provides a consistently excellent experience. It's the perfect combination of a comfortable and clean environment, great amenities, and outstanding customer service that makes you feel right at home. I will definitely be returning on my next trip.

The room was spacious, spotless , amazing shower and the bed was soooo comfortable !!! The breakfast was extensive and the coffee delicious. The towels were fluffy and lovely! We were given a warm welcome cookie when we arrived at it was the perfect touch to make us feel welcome. The staff were so friendly and helpful!!!

Great central location within walking distance of old town of Plovdiv and 10mins walk from cafés Very very comfortable bed and a clean and quiet room. Car parking. Great breakfast with plenty of food choices. Very friendly staff Italian restaurant in hotel serves very tasty and large pizzas!! Recommend Raffy bar and gelato just 10 mins walk from the hotel. Plovdiv is an interesting historical city and the Free Plovdiv walking tours are a must. Take some walking shoes with you as there are a lot of hilly and cobbled streets in the Old Town. Weather was amazing in late April. ☀️

The service was truly impressive – the staff were professional, attentive, and always ready to help. The spa area was spotless and offered a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The spa manager was exceptionally welcoming, and the massage therapist was incredibly skilled, making the whole experience even better. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a nice selection of fresh and tasty options.

The Hilton Hotel is modern design, great comfortable and very cozy. Everything has been thought of - beautiful furniture, comfortable bed, wide and clean bathroom. The location is extremely convenient for tourists, because there is a pedestrian promenade to all the attractions in the Center and the Old town. The staff is excellently prepared - hospitable and helpful if you need anything. The breakfast is rich, there are freshly prepared baked goods for every taste.
