The hotel was very nice and cosy, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and big enough for two people, equipped with air-conditioning and a kettle.Tasty breakfast with a good selection of foods. I regret only that because of short of time I couldn't use the Spa facilities.

A rare case where a hotel gives much more than one would expect from an overnight stay on a routine business trip. Ample car parking, friendly staff, great rooms, personal balcony, excellent restaurant, ample choice of food for breakfast and much more. The price of the stay includes access to the sauna and I really regret that I didn't know this and didn't have time to use the sauna.

Windows were to the other side of hotel, not to the road, it was really quiet to sleep. In the room and in corridor it's carpet everywhere so you don't hear anyone when walking around. Not only the rooms but whole hotel looks clean and tidy. Big parking. Restaurant in same building. Good food and portions for not high prices. We had breakfast included, it was buffet style, enough choises what to eat.

Stayed at Fox for the first time. Usually we passed by. We were really impressed about this property. It's located at the right place if you travel from Austria. Exactly on time when driving becomes tiring. Front desk was short and clear. We booked larger double room and it was really large, with spacious bathroom and a balcony. Two bottles of mineral water on the table as a standard. Bed was slightly too soft for us and only one blanket for two persons. Restaurant downstairs serves good dinner with splendid variety. Breakfast was good enough with wide choice of cold and hot dishes. I would give 3 stars for that hotel definitely.

Spacious, clean apartment located above a shopping centre. Centre of Wroclaw is about 20 minutes walk or linked by regular trams nearby. TV in two rooms had english speaking news channels but not BBC. Apartment had everything you need for a short stay including coffee machine, washing machine and dish washer. Shower was adequate and the room had lots of controls which we struggled with. Secure building with 24 hour staff. Definitely recommend.

Like so many similar hotels, they are dimly lit. The Rodan uses compact fluorescent lamps in the rooms and they are so dim and take a long time to reach optimum brightness. The room would have been much nicer with better lighting. The lighting on the stairs was not apparently working, which is a safety issue, especially at night. Aside from this, this is an outstanding hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially as we speak no Polish. The food in the restaurant was delicious and very good value. We would definitely stay here again.

Visibly right off a highway, so easy to find. Plenty of free parking. Surrounded by green. Well equipped fitness center- they have personal trainers for people who live in the area. I don’t play tennis or badminton but they have great facilities with multiple courts, both indoor and outdoor. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and great shower. Very good restaurant. Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!

The hotel is inside the city, 2 minutes from the center. Everything is easily accessible. The breakfast is perfectly fine, the staff is helpful. Reading other reviews, we had similar issues. It was cold in the room, you could only heat it with the air conditioner, which was loud, so we didn't use it at night. Normal towels were not provided, only hand towels, there were no bathrobes, parking was quite overpriced. The jacuzzi was not working, although someone came to help, but it stopped every 10 seconds, shock. However, in our case, the staff always helped, and we absolutely appreciated that. Thank God we had a parking space, but it was the most expensive we ever paid in Europe. It would be better if they put it in the room, then it wouldn't be so blood-curdling. Regardless of everything, we had a good time.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We had a big balcony with a nice view on the mountain. Room was big and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Room had AC inside and free wifi. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with so much food to choose from! Hotel staff is very nice!. We'll definitely stay there again next time.

The room was incredibly clean! The shower was lovely to use, the bed was comfortable, the hotel is so close to everything and is perfect location, we had breakfast included, and it was so so lovely! You had the option of ordering other things, too, but we were happy with what we had! The staff were very friendly and very professional! There was someone on the front desk at all times, we had to check out very late/early morning and there was someone at the desk and there was no hasselt. The rooms were lovely and warm at all times, but wasn't uncomfortably warm, so being out in the snow/hikeing and coming back to a warm room was fab, you were also able to reajust the heating/ cold air. brilliant service when I come back I will 100% staying again!

Sauna is provided for additional charge (40 zl per hour) but once you reserve it - it is fully yours.

Hotel small but cozy, good location if you are traveling, good breakfast. Dinner was just fantastic (for additional money of course). Waitress in the restaurant was very professional, perfect english language.

Our room was large, clean and quiet, breakfast was great with a huge selection of stuff, and the checkin and out process was easy and quick. The location is convenient for travelers, but construction outside means there are some delays. It didn't seem close to downtown Krakow. Working towel warmers and good tea in room were nice touches. We parked next to the building for free, and easily walked to a grocery store nearby. I'd stay again and recommend to others.

Room: size is OK, modern, clean. Pillow: I request a hard pillow before check in and they can offer it to me, which is very good. Breakfast: various choices and good quality food. Overall the hotel is modern and stylish. Bad: they offer me 2 free bottles of the water in my room, but the volume of these 2 bottles are different... I talked to the manger, Mr. Lukasz afterwards, he was helpful and asked me to send the pictures to him for his checking and offered me 2 free drinks at the bar for compensation, which I didn't expect. The same happen in the next day. After I check the caps closely, nobody had opened it. I talk to the manager may be the water supplier's problem. Should fix this problem asap, otherwise, it will affect the hotel's image.

The Puro was a great hotel. Huge windows offer a great view. The hotel is very close to tons of restaurants and shops. The central train station is a 5 minute walk and public transportation is even closer. The hotel is very modern and well appointed. The Breakfast buffet is incredible. There is a rooftop lounge that offers nice views of the city. All in all a very nice place to call home for the few days we were in Warsaw.

Easy access to the apartment via door codes which was good as we arrived at 11pm - good communication from Fragola. Apartment was modern, clean, spacious and nice decor. Nice hot shower, comfy bed, quiet at night. Kitchen stocked with all equipment you would need to cook. Also tea and coffee provided. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and had no problems - we would recommend and stay again!

A wonderful apartment. Very clean and quiet location right by the main square and cathedral. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Apartment is on the third floor accessed by stairs only... No lift. That was ok for me but my Mum struggled a bit. Communication from the apartment owners was brilliant and they very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

Communication was not great at first. They were given a few weeks notice that we would be arriving after reception closed so were given the address of the property close to check-in time, but no details on how to get in (keycode etc). Thankfully they have a 24 hour number to contact and the woman on the other end spoke great English. The details were text through and instructions were clear. On to the room. Nice little studio apartment with everything you need including kitchenette and washing machine in the bathroom. Comfy king bed and very clean, the room also has a nice balcony to enjoy. The apartment complex had 24 hour security which made us feel safe. They also offer an additional airport taxi service for around 120PLN, which we took as we arrived late and it was our first time visiting Poland. The driver met us at the arrival hall. We took an Uber back to the airport for around 40PLN Would definitely stay again! :)

Fantastic apartment that is a two minute walk to the main square, and you can catch an Uber or taxi literally right outside the front door. The apartment was large and had everything I needed, but the balcony was disappointing. It looked out on an abysmal interior rooftop area, so there was no view or anything. Just a place to sit and get fresh air/smoke, but don’t book it for the appeal of the balcony, like I did :( Check in was very efficient with perfect instructions and electronic entry. Please note - this is an old building, so there is no elevator and the apartment is on the second floor. Would highly recommend!!

Wonderful place. Very clean, great location, nice amenities. Coffee maker would have been nice but hot water thermos allowed for tea. If you appreciate the little details you will like this place from linens to bedside chargers and convenient light switches and nice tv too. Sauna was great after long day of sightseeing. Close to many restaurants and small shops. Nice view. Very happy and would stay here again.

I loved this hotel. The location was very central, next to the Bascilica, in a quiet area. The hotel is situated in three houses. The staff were friendly and helpful. My room was on the top floor and was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was very modern. Outside the weather was getting cold, but the heating made my room very cosy. I chose the buffet breakfast which provided a range of food. The surrounding area is very walkable - most of the main atractions and museums are less than 1km away. Wandering through the local area was very interesting.

Booked Hotel Artus after a visit to Gdansk earlier in the year. We visited Mon Balzac cafe bar which is attached to the hotel and thought I would book the hotel when I returned later in the year. Hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’ve read reviews regarding the church bells but they didn’t bother us at all. Food is good at the Mon Balzac cafe bar attached to the hotel. Hotel Artus is very well located in the old town. The main square is just round the corner, literally a minutes walk. The river is just at the end of the street with bars and restaurants.

Well managed hotel in the historic centre of Gdansk. The check in process was quick, the room wasn't overly spacious but enough for my needs, all very clean, the heating was perfectly comfortable and the bathroom faultless. I would have preferred a soap bar rather than liquid. The room was facing the back courtyard, so was quiet at night. The breakfast in the ground floor hall was excellent, with plenty of fresh delicious food. All at a reasonable price. I would certainly stay again.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. In a perfect central location to see the sights of Gdansk, with most being within easy walking distance. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. I'd reccomend booking the buffet style breakfast as lots of choice and of a high standard.

Second time I’ve stayed at the Artus hotel. Rooms are very clean, comfortable and quiet. In a great central location, close to many of the sights, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is good and buffet style with ample choice.

First I booked a low price room for $25since I only wanted a place to shower/change clothes, and write a few emails during a day trip. The room was pretty small, the walls thins, the smell like paint. I assumed if I could hear the guy in the next room talking, he could probably hear me. Once I realized I was going to stay for 2 days, I asked how much more for a nice size room, that was quiet and peaceful. For $20/more/night, it was a wonderful investment. They offered me a corner room, 2-3x larger, that was peaceful, quiet, with refrigerator, spacious with plenty of light, and plenty of dark-out curtains. Lesson learned, inspect room options before checkin. The $44 room I got could have cost triple in other parts of the city. Staff at desk was friendly, printed train tickets for me, gave me directions, called taxis (at normal rates), and were available without wait. Good location, 5 minute walk to downtown. This hotel room I was in utilized a double keyed lock, so once you key your lock shut, you need the key to unlock your way out. So if you lock yourself in for the night, and put the key in your coat pocket, remember that. Keeps you from getting locked out of your room, may keep your kids from wandering (if you hold the key secure) But in my opinion, bit of a fire hazard should the unthinkable happen or you need an emergency exit and that key isnt readily accessable. Money well spent

Location proved to be very good. Able to walk from bus station on arrival and then use a nearby local railway station to catch train across the river to the main station. Main town attractions all very walkable. Good range of local style breakfast choices. One reception staff member in particualr was very helpful when I had problems doing on line train booking. She sorted my difficulties out. Hotel has two classes of rooms. First floor is 2 star and rest is 3 star. My Expedia booking put me on the first floor. Twin bed room was small with limited space (it would have been a tight fit for two people), small table and chair, tv and hot water kettle - but no cups or tea/coffee sachets. Two small bottles mineral water daily was good. Small ensuite but a shared shower across the hall way. Window door opened on to a small balcony. Bit small to be really functional.

We just needed a simple place to stay and this suited our needs perfectly. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was nothing exceptional and barely palatable but the rooms were tidy and comfortable with modern bathrooms. The hotel is situated right on the edge of the medieval centre of Torun, so 2 minute walk to the town square and all of the shopping, bars, restaurants and sight seeing.

Style wise the hotel was a tad dated, however it was clean and comfortable. It was wonderfully located, close to both the New Town and Old Town Squares. The staff was very helpful in getting us to local sites and restaurants. All in all, if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, inexpensive place to stay for a few days in Torun, this is the place. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Firstly, the location of Otel is awesome. You can walk to center in 6mn. The receptionist warmly welcome us and then gave all details about room and breakfast. We find our room. There was an renovation in otel this is a bit loud during day. Secondly, room was nearly clear and comfy. The wallboards were old and TV was not connect to the internet. The bed was 2 person but it consists of two single beds joined together. It was really uncomfortable and annoying because we have to fix every hour. Toilet and Jaccuzi was clean and perfect. Breakfast was open buffet and good. All kind of local tastes and general dishes was there. Finally, all employees were kind and smiling. I will prefer the same Hotel again if I go to Torun.

Location was perfect, at the centre of Zakopane and quiet in the night at the same time. Parking was free in front of Villa, and we was allowed to let the car on parking slot also after checkout since we wanted spend some time in Krupowki street at our last day there. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely we will come back and highly recommend this Villa. And the bathroom in our room is something what you really want at your vacation stay. It was very good equipped and very nice.

Great hotel, clean and modern rooms, right in the city centre, very close to nice restaurants, shops and attractions. The staff informed us that there were some minor issues with bookings which didn’t affect us, but we were upgraded to a premium room without asking anyway which was very nice! Good breakfast and a secure parking space were a bonus!

The room was massive ! with a big bathroom and spacious shower (we had family room). The lady at reception very friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast. 4mins walk from famous "Krupowki " Parking on site (although quite busy).

The apartment was clean and very spacious. It was also very close to the main market square and the meeting points for the trips. The jacuzzi was amazing and very relaxing after lots of walking around during the day.

This apartment was truly amazing. The host was so helpful and informative every step of the way. She also went above and beyond to make sure that the jacuzzi was perfectly set up for a surprise for my boyfriend. I would definitely recommend this.

The apartment is stunning and close by to everything. Very good location and also very close to zabka. The jacuzzi was perfect for after long days of walking.

The room was really great actually, the jacuzzi in the room is such a cool and sensual place, everything was incredibly clean, I just feel like it’s a bit pricey. Yeah, you can definitely go there for a special occasion but otherwise I wouldn’t pay the price.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which offers exceptional value in an absolutely perfect location. We booked the one-bedroom apartment and found it both charming and comfortable. The large bay windows filled the space with natural light, and being directly on Kraków’s main square made it an ideal base for exploring the city. Security was top-notch. Access required a code for the front door, the third-floor reception area, and the apartment itself. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The shared area just outside the apartment includes convenient amenities such as laundry facilities (detergent provided—though be aware that the dryer takes over 3 hours for a standard load), an ironing board, filtered water, coffee, and tea. The kitchen in the apartment was well stocked with essentials, which made light cooking simple. Our host was incredibly communicative, providing detailed instructions and even receiving several packages and our delayed luggage while we were out sightseeing. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and well maintained. While it’s not luxury-level, it was thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Kraków.

he hotel is located in a good area on the outskirts of Warsaw. It's even more of a restaurant that has rooms on the second floor. We had a very tasty dinner at the restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent and tasty.

Fantastic food, above expectation! The host and the personel working there was beyond helpful, very nice, very friendly. The place is very cosy, very clean with a nice rustic wibe. It felt like a warm welcome. They even prepared breakfast for us outside their working hours so we can eat before travelling back early morning. This was a very nice experience.

Bonus was a sauna we had in our apartment and a swimming pool with jacuzzi and another sauna 😍. Kitchen, bathroom had everything we needed. Location was also close enough from the attractions of Krakow. And Krakow Eye just on the doorstep! Thank you, lovely hosts, you welcomed us and made our stay very unforgettable.

Amazing stay, very nice host, showed us around, pointed important places eg where to eat out, explained everything. In this property is access to jacuzzi, gym, and swimming pool for additional fees. We had a sauna in our flat. Coffee maker in the kitchen and coffee pods available. We also used a car park provided by the host. Had booked a very good breakfast in Hilton Garden Hotel opposite the property, just 3 min away.

Our stay was very nice, the apartment is spacious and has everything we needed. We loved the bathroom and our big terrace. The locality is also very good, the castle is 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Also, we really enjoyed the breakfast which was worthy the 5 minute walk to Hotel Hilton. I'm glad we chose this place.

Found everything great about this place, it is only an apartment. The breakfast wasn't in our building but it was a few mins walk over the road. For a buffet. Usually it's a continental breakfast I find at European buffets. Not this one. It had everything to make a full English, which topped it off for us! Even a fresh omlette/ pancakes/ waffles to order if you wanted to. If I ever come to Krakow again, I will be staying at the A11 Apartments!

Jacuzzi was the best, but lights in it wasn’t working or I couldn’t turn them on, what was not problem tho, because right over was something like LEDs looking like stars and it was magical at night with all lights off and only „stars” turned on ✨✨

The location of this property is amazing. It is so close to the city center, restaurants, and Galleria mall. Next door was a convenient store which was so helpful for last minute snacks and drinks. Just southeast was the train station and a typical market/flea market that you get a very good sense of Polish life and food. To the west two blocks is the city center, which had many delicious restaurants and bars to stop at before getting to the center. If you like pool/billiards, there is a great place just one block south and to the north was the Mall if you needed that experience. Beyond the location....the property was AMAZING. The staff was so helpful in answering questions regarding everything. They all spoke English which was helpful. The little garden area was so nice to walk through every day. It was very clean and safe. You access the building with a code and your room with a keycard. We had the "Luxury Apartment with Jacuzzi and Sauna" which was PERFECT for the cool, wet days with all our walking. We would come a relax in the sauna and jacuzzi each night. The round bed was so spacious and very soft bedding and comfortable for sleeping. There was space for our luggage and the kitchette was a nice surprise as well as the washing machine and two toilets. The internet was very good quality as well. The apartment was also very quiet.

Parkside was a WOW! from the first moment to the last. The location is amazing - on a quiet street just one block from the Planty green space around the walled historic Old Town of Kraków - making the city super walkable. Then at Reception, Sara was so welcoming and gave all the information for us to feel at home during in-person check-in (a rarity). Later she was a lifesaver as we'd left and I realized I didn't have my jacket, so she let me back in - THANK YOU SARA!! Then parking is wonderful - safe, clean and secure right under the apartments. And then the accommodation - WOW. It feels like a NYC Park Avenue apartment overlooking Central Park with balcony over beautifully landscaped grounds. The flats are gorgeously designed and luxuriously decorated and comfy enough to live in. Everything needed for cozy, independent living (awesome kitchen) in style AND for easy walks back and forth to Old Town or quickly riding the lift down to the garage to drive. On-site staff is wonderful and super helpful. This must be the best place to stay in all of Kraków!

Very comfortable, cosy, warm & clean. 2 lovely bedrooms for 3 people. Nice bathroom with a lovely shower. Had everything that we needed and the added touch of a bottle of wine, water, coffee & sugar was a lovely welcome gift. The buffet breakfast room in the building was ideal with a nice variety of continental breakfast items, cereal, bread, ham, cheese, salad, yoghurts, jams & apples. The location was perfect and the security to gain access to the apartments was very good. Also the reception staff very polite and helpful.

The view of the room was great! I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and sauna, which was pricey but I enjoyed it! The room was on the 31st floor and looked over the city East/Northeast, so you can see the sunrise. The room had plates, cups, glasses and even a washing machine (although, I didn't use it). The jacuzzi took a while to fill up, but it worked great! The sauna worked flawlessly, and I was able to enjoy it for a session. The room decor (lights in the ceiling to mimic stars, water wall with lights, real moss on bathroom wall) looked great. I was surprised when I realized the moss on the wall of the bathroom was real...it looked great and was better than fake moss. They returned my 1000 PLN deposit within 2 days of checking out. The apartment is located in a shopping area with restaurants, gym, clothing store, cosmetics, grocery store, wine store, thai massage, etc., making it somewhat convenient. You will have to go down to the lobby, exit the door and then walk a few hundred meters through another door to get into the shopping area.

The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The views were amazing, and the staff were really helpful.

The view and make up of the apartment was amazing and just as good as the photos. Check in was very simple and the staff their were very friendly.

The apartment was absolutely amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Views are amazing. Would definitely return.

I don't know where to start first. Ok the location, great! Quiet place away from the noisy center but within walking range from about everything you need to see. The room... just the place you don't want to leave from. Very clean, warm, cozy, relaxing with a kitchenette and the astonishing view of the mountain. The room decoration carefully chosen to make you fill perfect. Exactly how it looks in the photos. Breakfast very good and with quite a lot of options. The atmosphere of welcoming quietness is all around the place and that is the merit of our hosts which have done everything to make this holiday unforgettable. Thank you and for the good time we spent here.

The owners and staff are very nice. Very good location for hiking and the city center is also close. The breakfast was extremely delicious and very varied. Amazing view of the mountains from the room and balcony and the weather was amazing. Special thanks for the delicious teas, we hope to come back again.

A cozy place further away from the hustle of central Zakopane, with a view to Tatras. The room was clean with all amenities for a comfortable stay during summer. While breakfast did not have a lot of different options, both hot and cold meals were freshly prepared and really delicious.

Very nice, quite and comfortable place. Breakfast was very good. Very friendly and helpful personnel and owner. 15 minutes by feet to aquapark with warm thermal pool - the best place to relax after hiking. 20 minutes by walk to the city center. Next to the entrances to the TPN. 10 minutes by feet to bus stop to Morskie Oko. Very good location if you prefer balance between hiking and relaxing 😌

We were living for one week in Willa Pallider. The place is superb - big kitchen with all necessary for cooking, comfortable beds, clean and new shower room and big wardrobe in the room. The view from terrace was adorable. I thank a lot the owners and staff for the wonderful atmosphere, tasty breakfasts and all kinds of help!

Beautiful view, peaceful surroundings, and a lovely garden with well-kept landscaping. Very friendly manager and staff. The breakfast was tasty and varied. Early check-in was a big help. Everything is new and in excellent condition.

The house is located on the hill and has super nice view to the mountains. You could just sit on the balcony or in the garden and enjoy it. There was nice kitchen available to prepare your own food and drinks. The room is new and beautiful, everything was clean and nice, has its rustic mountain vibes.

Self-check-in was great! We arrived late and had no trouble opening the gate using the link or finding the room keys. Breakfast the next morning was very good — a wide variety of choices to satisfy every guest. The owner was very kind and even gave us some power bars/cookies for the road to enjoy with our coffee.

Very good value for money! Room is small, but clean and comfort. Breakfast offered rather wide options and staff was extremely kind!

Perfect for a couple, it had everything we needed and more – from cocktail glasses to wine glasses, a comfortable bed, TV, and even a hydro-massage bathtub. The added bonus of a hairdryer, frying pan, and, to our delight, a coffee maker with coffee, was a huge plus. The apartment was bright, tidy, and spotlessly clean, with convenient dual-zone air conditioning and hassle-free self-check-in. A few suggestions for improvement: a larger cutting board, tea packaged similarly to the coffee, and some extra rolls of toilet paper would be appreciated. Overall, we rate this apartment highly. The owner was fantastic to deal with, and the location was great, with the Kijów cinema right on the doorstep."

This three luxury apartment hotel just might be the best hotel in Poland. I stayed in all three rooms and each one offers something unique and different. The rooftop is the best with a view of the castle and a jacuzzi. I love this place so much I didn’t want to leave.

Tastefully, efficiently and luxuriously furnished so-called "Imperial Suite", a rooftop jacuzzi providing a magnificent view of the Wawel Castle, a Michelin-starred restaurant with excellent staff = all this adds up to a truly wonderful place to stay in beautiful Krakow.

Old owners that weren't taking care of the place left and the new owners are doing a great job renovating and cleaning the place up to much higher standards. If there was anything that we needed we just asked and our needs were met instantly. Even though it's an older place,it's well taken care of and very clean. Beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. Big balcony attached.

Friendly and cheap central placed accomodation. The place is a little worn, but the breakfast made up for that.

We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on the way out there is a jacuzzi on the street. I really liked the Turkish sauna, my daughter had a runny nose on arrival, after three days of going to this sauna runny nose was gone. We went to dinner at the restaurant a la carte and in the usual restaurant on the type of buffet for 205 zlotys for three people (drinks are paid separately). I recommend a la carte. Only the waiters are a bit slow. In general we liked everything very much. I think the hotel should also include reservations with prepayment and turn off the music in the Finnish sauna (it was just annoying). I recommend this hotel to everyone and I think we will come here again.

New hotel in a nice location, smiling and helpful staff. Very decently equipped room with comfortable bed, facilities at 3/4 hotel level. I rate very positively the cleanliness of both the room and the spa and all other areas. There is a larger, very nice spa with a pool, sauna, steam room, one indoor and one outdoor jacuzzi, all with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The wellness area is accessible through the interior of the hotel (both buildings), bathrobe/towel rental is available at the SAP reception. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of food and drinks of all kinds. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was also top quality.

My husband and I spent a great weekend in this hotel. This is a good 4star hotel with SPA. There are swimming pool, sauna, turkish sauna, salt room, ice room, outdoor whirlpool and whirlpool with salt water, different massages. We had also included breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty on buffet breakfast. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. Service is high. We recommend everybody, who likes holidays in mountains , to visit "The White Rock".

I wish there was a Saski everywhere I go! This hotel ticked all the boxes for me - excellent location just steps from the main square but very quiet, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and spotlessly clean room, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, blackout curtains, good A/C that was simple to use, nice toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The pool area was a delight - lovely sauna and steam room and the pool has jacuzzi jets in one corner. I had bar food on two occasions and both food and service were very good. But breakfast is just on another level, completely decadent - deserves an appreciation post all of its own. Fantastic variety of foods - cereals, nuts, seeds, yoghurts, smoked salmon, lots of different cheeses, fruit, chia puddings, panna cotta, fabulous breads, pastries, smoothies, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausage, beans, mushrooms, vegetables, hash browns, cooked-to-order fried eggs, omelettes or poached eggs with avocado….I could go on and on. They even have Prosecco and fresh carrots, celery etc to make your own healthy juice. And the pièce de resistance - a leg of Polish ham from which to carve as much as you like. Great value at only €16 and keeps you going for the day, you won’t need lunch! I really enjoyed my stay at Saski and could not fault a single thing!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Curio Collection by Hilton – Hotel Saski in Krakow, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. Located right in the heart of the market square, it would be difficult to find a more central and convenient location for exploring the city. The staff were exceptional across the board—from the welcoming and efficient front desk team to the attentive restaurant staff and meticulous housekeeping. Their professionalism and warm hospitality added so much to the overall experience. One of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast. The selection was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever encountered, featuring a luxurious buffet alongside an à la carte menu with freshly prepared options. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to enhance the guest experience. The hotel’s wellness area is another standout feature. The pool is beautifully designed and includes two saunas, offering the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The standard of the rooms is exceptionally high—stylish, modern, and immaculately maintained. Curio Saski is a property that exceeds expectations in every regard. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Krakow. It offers not just a place to stay, but a truly memorable and elevated experience in every detail. Worth every moment.

I stayed here for 4 nights for business. The excellent Old Town location made it easy to quickly visit nearby attractions and restaurants, and the hotel was easy to reach from the airport. My third floor room was comfortable and quiet - the only outside noise I could hear was periodic clip-clop sounds from the carriage horses. The third floor rooms have some sloped ceiling portions and smaller windows than the lower floors, but I didn’t mind that at all. The room was perfectly clean and nicely furnished, the bed was firm and very comfortable, and the shower was great. The room safe is large enough for even large laptops and there was a nice iron, ironing board, slippers, minibar, etc. The outlets by the bed have regular outlets plus 2 types of USB plugs for easy charging. The included breakfast was fantastic, with an extensive buffet and a la carte options. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.

Spent five nights at Hotel Saski in Krakow. Five star hotel in every way! Booked a five night stay using Hilton Hhonors points which was an amazing value. Facility; Immaculate, great renovation to a classic building. Quiet, comfortable well appointed room. The details are amazing!! Staff: Always available at every turn. Warm welcome and great service. Food: Perhaps the nicest breakfast layout in Europe. Again the staff very helpful and all with a smile. Location: a two min walk to main square, but still quiet. Restaurants and bars close by: too many to count. Stay here. Perfect hotel in the cultural capital of Poland.

This was our second trip to Saski and it didn’t disappoint. Everything was perfect. Great breakfast choice. Bar area very cosy and relaxing. Bar staff very welcoming and will accommodate your every needs. Clean rooms and well stocked with tea and coffee and obviously a mini bar. We are going back going again next year.

From the moment you walk through the door, the professionalism of the reception staff and the friendliness of the bar staff and waiting staff make you feel so welcome. The room was outstanding with a huge bed, a well stocked (and reasonably priced) minibar, perfect air conditioning and amazing views over the lake. The food in the Marina bar was superb and I can highly recommend everything on the menu (we tried 80%). As an Englishman I can thoroughly recommend the fish and chips. For a more formal meal the Sienna 104 restaurant comes with wine recommendations from the hotel sommelier which were perfect in every case. Take advantage of the South African Pinotage or the fine Bordeaux. If you need to try anything special the Sky bar restaurant delivers sushi of the highest standard and finest taste. Extra mentions should be given to Dariusz the reception Bar Manager who could not have made us feel more like family, and to the chef on Sunday who humoured an old man by making a banana split! Many thanks. The Spa experience was really pleasant with a dip in the infinity pool at sunset a highlight of any trip, along with an outside jacuzzi with sunset views across the lake being especially thought provoking and relaxing. Full praise should be given to the Senior Management for cascading an experience which forms the basis for a second, third and even fourth visit.

This was my second time here, and it was an amazing experience. From the nice, beautiful room with a huge common terrace with loungers, to the SPA and the food experience, everything was excellent. You have to have lunch at Marina Restaurant, you have to have dinner at Botanika Restaurant, everything with a nice view of the lake and surroundings. Breakfast was great, with a big variety, good Billiard pool and bowling facilities with great cocktails at the underground bar. On the lake you can try the solar panel boats for a nice and environmentally friendly cruise, you can also connect your phone to the Bluetooth speakers of the boat and play nice, relaxing music during the sail. At the SPA I would like to mention Ms. Klaudia that gave me an amazing facial treatment and Ms. Patricia that indulged me with an excellent Indian whole-body ritual. The staff of the restaurants was attentive as well, with a special mention of Mr. Patrick, who attended us on a few occasions and made an excellent impression. We loved it!

The location is perfect, right next to the lake which makes for great views. Over my stay I ate in all 3 restaurants and they were all very good, delicious and well presented, you could tell they put care into cuisine in every single one. Tried some cocktails at the bar too and they were great. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. The pools and jacuzzis were really nice too, not the biggest pools unfortunately so really depends on how many people are there but luckily when i went it wasn't too busy. Overall I would heavily recommend coming here. It's not the cheapest stay in Poland but you definitely get what you pay for, and if you're after some luxury/premium quality then look no further.

The view and position of the hotel are amazing. There is a lot of activities that can be done inside the hotel (bowling, pool tables, amazing spa, restaurants) along with great walks in the nature! The surrounding lake is peaceful and blissful, this is the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation! The free parking is big enough to accomodate many guests, and if you enjoy driving (like me) you will love the curvy roads that are around this beautiful place! Also the close city of Nowi Sachs is wonderful. The rooms and interior are cured and luxurious, and the value for money is great. The live performance in the evening at the bar was beautiful. There was a great selection of whiskeys, wines and liquors, along with a great indoors cigar room. This is now one of my favorite resting places in Poland, I will be back! Thanks to the staff and to the management for a great experience

We loved the pool & jacuzzi....perfect for the wet afternoon when we arrived. Comfy room, lovely balcony. Friendly staff. Great breakfast and nice take away breakfast when we had an early start.

Fantastic property, nice lounge, bar & restaurant, awesome breakfast, great location, friendly staff, access to pool & jacuzzi was included. One of our rooms had a nice balcony. Parking available (for a fee).

Perfect location, reasonable price. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Jacuzzi in downstair is decent as well

the hotel is located very close to parks and Krupowsi which is the main street the spa/pool/jacuzzi is very nice the staff is very pleasant and helpful free parking nice backyard and tasty breakfasts

I liked the facilities, the relaxing area with jacuzzi, gym, salt cave, sauna and tanning bed, and having it included in the reservation for one full hour only for you, is a great perk of this hotel, I enjoyed it. As well the room decoration and the view were both nice. The room was very clean.

Absolutely perfect place! Fresh renovation, big space in quiet and comfortable room, the best breakfast ever you can find for the budget, very helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

New, clean and well appointed room. WiFi worked. Plenty of parking places. Quiet location in the countryside. Staff courteous and efficient. Excellent breakfast. Note: it is located relatively far from the city, so it may be not the best place for the Lublin sight seeing. In my case, it was what I needed and for that it was perfect.

The room was huge and included a sauna and hot tub which was incredible. The sofa bed was easy to set up, and staff were quick to provide additional bedding when requested. Both beds were extremely comfortable. Food was great - I had curry soup and steak for dinner and a huge selection for the breakfast buffet. Staff were great, overall.

Fantastic accommodation. Reception and waitress staff were super friendly and very helpful. Food was excellent, breakfast was like a banquet with so much choice. Lovely quiet area with our room over looking a garden. Plenty of parking for our motorbike. Easy access to and from the main. Road. Will return.

The hotel is very nice, located in a quiet peaceful area close to Lublin. Because of a conference taking place on the date of our stay we were moved to two superior comfortable rooms in hotel Luxor next to Atelia plus welcome bonus of a bottle of champain because of last minute change. The breakfast was very good. We would give the hotel 5* if there were toiletiers in the bathrooms and cooling fridge including some cold drings inside. For this reason we give the place 4.5*. Over all, we enjoid the place and would recommend it especially to people driving a car.

The room was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. There was a jacuzzi right in the bedroom, which made the stay extra special. The air conditioning in each room kept everything comfortable. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy some truly memorable moments. I highly recommend this hotel

Great location, right on main square, facing Cathedral and Cloth Hall. Totally renovated. Our room has a big jacuzzi. Breakfast buffet hot food is made to order. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location, Staff and service were amazing. The beds were very comfortable I did not use the jacuzzi as it was too much to do and not enough time but it did look very inviting The taxi service provided by the hotel was really good prompt and the drivers were very friendly

This hotel is a gem. Perfect location right on the main square. Room was large with a walk in shower and separate living area. Shame the huge 2 person jacuzzi bath leaked and nearly flooded the bedroom. Will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Amazing hotel. Convenient location for those who want to cross the UA border - it’s just near. Very very good breakfast! Like in 4 stars hotels! I’m very happy with choosing this hotel!

We were coming from Ukraine and were very tired after a long wait at the border. We were so happy that the staff was helpful and kind and that they accommodated our pets. The breakfast was plentiful and the room was clean and the wifi was great. The area was nice and quiet, yet there were many shops nearby.

Stayed at this hotel many times. Unchanged. Everything, as always, is very good! Cozy apartments, dinner in a restaurant, delicious breakfast.
