Room 752, beautiful very spacious, lovely decor and modern. Both bedrooms very accomodating in size and comfort. Lounge dinning very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed and more, perfect size balcony with amazing views. Very family friendly, great pool area and very toddler friendly. There are permanent residents that live in this building and found them very friendly towards holiday rentals. My only criticism in this unit is that both bathrooms need updating

Spotlessly clean accommodation with a well stocked kitchen. Extra large living area and balcony made the whole apartment feel very comfortable. Secure access to building and garage made us feel very safe. Amazing views from apartment and access to private terrace with beautiful outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and tables for a perfect evening. Very close proximity to city centre and a very short walk to the beach, shops and key lookouts.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with private rooftop area. The apartment is old but was clean and comfortable. Carpet and walls/doors had plenty of marks which showed its age. Bring your own toiletries as you get the bare minimum. Huge rooftop area was a big bonus. Good to bring food home and eat meals there instead of in restaurants. 10min walk to restaurants and beach. The apartment did have beach views but is not beach front. Pool was fantastic, our kids had a lot of fun. Reception was closed most of the time we were there (Easter weekend). I would say this is more a 3 to 3.5 star rated. Tiny bins in the apartment, needs to be improved. Would be good to get some basic toiletries (hand wash, tissues etc). Very expensive over the long weekend. Would recommend at lower rate.

Definitely On Next Year's List The Beachcomber The couple, that are running this hotel are absolutely superb. This husband and wife team are two of the nicest and warmest folks you will ever meet. Their three adorable children serve as a reminder of what a wholesome family should be about. If it were not for this family I might have let the fact that there was no stovetop (as advertised) be the deciding factor in rating this hotel but this couple was so nice and accommodating (and provided me with a deep fryer) that I soon let this pass. The hotel room was spacious and had two balconies; one had a nice view of the ocean and Town Beach Park while the other featured a city view. The amenities were nice, the hot water and pressure was unbelievable. You can use water straight from the tap for tea, no boiling necessary. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a couch. The room is slightly dated but clean nonetheless. The television was below average and the channels were limited. The internet kicks you out a lot but when it works, it is above average for Australia. The grounds were well kept, especially the pool area. A barbecue area is provided and I liked the assigned parking spot. Room 17 was terrific as is the hotel’s location. You can park your car and walk to the beach in two minutes or be in the center of town in ten. I highly recommend The Beachcomber!

This is our second time we've stayed at this place. It is convenient because it's walking distance to the beach and shops/cafes/restaurants/activities. The room was comfortable, spacious and close to the pool/spa being on the ground level. We had a spacious balcony too.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The kids absolutely loved the massive swimming pool with a beach area plus the heated spa. We didn't expect the lovely views to the ocean and walking distance to the beach. Also walking distance to the amazing Bandwagon Cafe was a massive bonus!

Very central to everything. Apartment was very comfortable, clean, spacious & neat. It had everything we needed. We were on the ground floor. Kids used the pool & were very happy. So close to the beach too. The staff were very helpful at check in.

Friendly staff, slept wonderfully everything you need in apartment - quiet and clean. East walk into town for dinner and beach during the day - perfect location - have stayed 5 or 6 times and always happy and feel refreshed and revived.

Great property in a very central location, very close to the waterfront area, the main street and shopping centre. Parking was very convenient and secure. We stayed in the Waterfront Apartment which was very comfortable and clean, and had a very large private patio area with water views. Staff were very welcoming and the on-site cafe was great for coffees in the morning. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location, in the centre of town and a close walk out the rear entrance to the water. Rooms were very clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you would need. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was cooked to perfection. To top it off the staff at the front counter were very friendly and welcoming

Great spot in the center of town. We were warmly welcomed and the staff kindly sorted out parking as they were relatively busy, even moving their own car for me. Lovely room on upper level, must have been done up recently as even had USB ports in wall. Bed was very comfortable, modern bathroom and nicely stocked mini bar. TV had good access to streaming services. The room was on the upper level facing the main street and as it was a Friday night it was a little bit noisy outside. It didn’t bother us and it wasn’t too late when it settled down. We had a great meal at Miss Lucy’s across the road - Japanese fusion. Delicious dumplings and botanical cocktails. We left early but Casualties Expresso nearby was open from 6am (5:30am on weekdays) with great coffee.

Location is perfect! We could walk to the main events....Glass House, restaurants, shopping. We loved the soft comfort of the mattress covering and the pillows were peeerfect! The room was quiet at easy to access.....we always went to the basement to walk out to the street....(there must be a way to go more directly but all ok). We loved the coffee black for "breakfast" (and our first meal is always after 12 noon). The staff were inspiringly welcoming, informative and graceful. We felt cared for.

Our stay at El Paso Port Macquarie Motel was fantastic! From the friendly and welcoming staff to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities, everything exceeded our expectations. The recent refurbishments were evident, and the deluxe rooms were perfectly designed to accommodate three guests comfortably. The location is unbeatable, with convenient access to shopping and delicious nearby restaurants. Although we only stayed for a night, we’d happily return for a longer weekend getaway!

A clean and spacious apartment with good kitchen space to prepare a snack or breakfast. The washing machine and drier were handy as we are travelling. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Several good coffe places and restaurants along Clarence Street.

Convenient location. Rooms are very clean and spacious. There is also a Jacuzzi in the apartment. There is also a swimming pool suitable for kids too.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and clean. I went with a friend and the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom were made into a king size bed as requested. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms which was perfect for 2 females. The location is excellent. Only mins walk to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Although we didn't have a water view room we had water views from the large balcony. Kitchen is big enough and well stocked. All rooms are air conditioned, there's even a washing machine and dryer in the unit. My only complaint is we had about 6 stairs leading to the room and they weren't easy for me to manoeuvre as I have mobility issues. Those stairs are very narrow, not even my foot wide. Apart from that absolutely no complaints. I've even rebooked for 5 nights later in the year. Cheaper to book through them direct than Booking. com etc. Heads up, cocktails are cheaper at the pub nearest the main street than anywhere else and they are delicious.

Loved the size of the 2BR apartment, spacious, comfortable, great view of resort (we were on 3rd floor) Contained everything could possibly need for a stay. Great water pressure in shower. Very quiet no road noise. Grounds neat & tidy. Choice of 2 pools. Restaurant next to resort. Beach short walk across road. Safe & secure parking in resort. The kids loved the wildlife in the resort & bird aviary.

Very spacey apartment, the living was so cosy and the view amazing. We got the apartment with the balcony facing Flynns beach. The king bed was very comfortable and all equipment really modern and high standard. For instance very big flat TV and new dishwashers and washing machine. The garden is also beautiful with turkeys, birds, lizards. Finally, the location is super, walking distance to the beaches, the rainforest, the koala hospital, very nice bakery, small supermarket, pharmacy, and different places for breakfast and dining.

The apartment is just HUGE... the living room with open kitchen alone was bigger than two "regular" apartments you would get elsewhere for the price. But there were also two large bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds) and a small household chamber with washing machine and dryer. Both bedrooms had a ventilator and built in closet with shelves and enough space for 4 weeks. All windows had insect-nets, including one big insect door on the huge balcony. The Kitchen was huge, well equipped. Everything was clearly quite old but high quality and well maintained, no "cheap and beautiful" as you find it in modern apartments. Service was great, we were a bit late on a Saturday and did not read the part with "after 2 pm late check in" but they even called us and sent us a code for the key-safe, so we did not have to wait at the reception and search for instructions. Whole area is fenced off for guests only, with pools, lots of birds, animals, super-maintained garden, BBQ-huts, playground, tennis court, ... free parking on the area. Directly on Flynn's Beach, a bus stop directly opposite on the main road, so we did not have to walk more than 50 meter with our baggage after arriving with the train. SO great if you travel the east coast without car.

The apartment was beautifully clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The Wifi works well. The staff are friendly and professional. Car parking is easy.

The rooms we booked were spacious, with a nice view from the balcony. Bedrooms had plenty of storage and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was clean and equipped for multi-purpose use and appropriate trash disposal. Bathroom was also well equipped with different facilities fit for all kinds of usage. Location was perfect and within walking distance of the main area. The security was top notch, and the vending machine on the ground floor was a life saver many times during our stay. The lady at the front desk was lovely and helpful. Did not get to use all the facilities such as the pool because we were busy, but looking forward to trying them with our next visit :)

We were driving up the coast w 3 kids and wanted somewhere to stay for a night. Beaches is clean and comfortable and the apartment is a good size with 3 bedrooms plus separate living and dining area. The beach is right across the road and there’s a convenience store/bottle shop on one side of the hotel and some restaurants and take out places on the other. The staff had emailed us the check in info and everything went very smoothly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. It’s not fancy, but it’s very clean, comfortable and functional- perfect for a stay at the beach. We could have happily stayed longer.

Plenty of undercover secure parking. Close to beaches ie Flynns and Nobbys and both within walking distance. Need to drive if you have toddlers and gear in tow as the access to the beach is a shared road and steep. Some nice restaurants in close proximity. Other guests staying there were friendly and helpful. Management Amber and Natalie easy to deal with. Apartment was comfortable and clean. The w.c. is separate from the bathroom which was handy at times. Water pressure in shower is great and always worth mentioning.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - a short stroll to the beach and a small selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean and the apartment had everything we needed including kitchen utensils and a full laundry. The kids loved the pool as well. The staff were lovely and helpful. Overall, very happy with our trip!

Our apartment was very comfortable; thoroughly clean. We had a ground floor apartment and that meant ease of access with luggage. The apartment was spacious,everything worked! Beds were very comfortable and the apratmetns around about ours were quiet and considerate of others.

We loved the water Dragon and how friendly and helpful the staff are, our room wasn't as clean as we hoped but when brought up to the manager it was dealt with quick and nicely, being so close to shops, cafes and the beach was most ideal, even with the tiny cleaning problem we did have we will definitely be returning as it was a lovely stay, the beds are pretty comftable and the spa bath was quite clean and great to use 😍 definitely recommend a stay here 🫶🏽

Leo & Jenelle were extremely accommodating going above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. A huge jacuzzi over looking the fantastic water views went very well with our welcoming glass of bubbly on arrival. Our favourite part of the stay was the continental breakfast which was exceptional. We can’t wait to come back here.

Amazing place for romantic getaway! Very nice and welcoming hosts, who’s turned their house in luxury mini-hotel. Fantastic views on the river, where you can spot dolphins during the delicious breakfast made by host. Backyard with bunnies, and family of kangaroos visiting sometimes in the mornings. Big rooms with most comfortable bed ever, gorgeous bathroom, cute terrace. Hosts are very nice, and treating you as most important guest ever, they have given some good travel and must see tips to us! Also, you can find nice jet pool on the main terrace, and you can use their bbq. Definitely recommend, and we will try to come visit again.

Ana Mandara is perfect for a romantic escape. The property is located directly opposite the Hastings river and has a wonderful view of the river. Our hosts Jennell and Leo could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Leo is an excellent cook and his breakfast is amazing. Whilst located a little outside the town centre it is an easy five minute drive into town and being in such a beautiful and peaceful location is very relaxing.

Absolutely perfect stay in a wonderful property and idyllic setting. We visited in "winter" and were treated to a 20 deg C afternoon and spectacular views over the water from our room (#4)'s balcony. Jennell and Leo were aces; the former with her hospitality, travel advicel; and kind offer to drive us to and from dinner in town. Leo was equally friendly and helpful, and his cooking -- we only ate breakfast, and regretting passing up the in-house dinner -- was truly on-par with a high-end restaurant. We would return in an instant, and wish we'd spent more than one night at Ana Mandara. Highly recommended.

A beautiful hotel vith friendly staff great prices we booked after another over priced hotel was going to charge us additional cost on to our booking with out telling us so I cancelled the booking with another hotel and got a room $113 cheaper at Mercure port Macquarie a wonderful experience huge spa suit with massive tv a king bed two king singles and apartment style room with a big baloney with a table and lounge chair to set at the room was clean and smelt lovely another table in the room with four chairs and comfy pillows a coffee ☕ maker a mini bar fridge a spa bath with a huge shower and pump toiletries baby wash shampoo and conditioner heaps large bottles no need for toiletries if your own a huge movie select and you tube you can come cast from your mobile phone number.over all we saved money got a gorgeous room and no noise from other guests good sound proof room and door don't go anywhere else because it was a excellent hotel.just be careful in parking people drive very fast up the ramp parking 10 dollars but worth it safe parking . excellent service and facilities igs is just around the corner for any purchases with port central 2 minutes away with cafes and restaurants they do room service in the hotel and restaurant is located down stairs with dinner and breakfast options buffet breakfast available.

We are new to Australia and weren't sure quite what to expect in Port Macquarie as we came through on a group tour. It's a lovely small city with a beautiful beach/promenade area and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from! The Mercure was an oasis in the middle of the city, well located in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a very comfortable bed and strong A/C. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Our only regret was that we were only there for one night and didn't have time to enjoy the pool or our room's terrace. We did enjoy the delicious hot breakfast before heading off!

What a fabulous overnight stay at Mercure Centro. Older style hotel in the Port Macquarie CBD but very well maintained and clean. As Accor Platinum we appreciated the upgrade to a large spa Suite on the top level. The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful and knew their jobs very well. This included Reception and F and B staff. Dinner in the Birdrock Bar and Grill was exceptional and the staff were professional and friendly. We also enjoyed a Happy Hour drink in the cute Bar area. The included breakfast was delicious and fresh and we enjoyed our Coffee and Chai. Overall a fabulous stay and we would not hesitate to stay again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was phoned by a lovely lady prior to arrival to confirm my request of a wheelchair friendly room and I was informed I would be given a spare bed instead of a sofa bed which was lovely. Easy assessable parking right out the front. Very friendly gentleman checked me in and confirmed dinner reservations. The room was super clean, spacious and comfy. Great shower head and beautiful toiletries provided. The attached restaurant was amazing too.

Friendly, warm desk and restaurant staff really made this a pleasant stay. I stayed in five different rooms over five nights (circumstances meant I checked out daily thinking I was leaving Port, but no…). Each room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They all had balconies with seating. The beds are excellent, and there are good block out curtains. The AC is effective. The restaurant and bar serve good food and there’s coffee and breakfast available in the mornings. Parking in the street was simple, as was using the Hotel’s underground parking. Overall vibe is contemporary and welcoming.

We were in an amazing Ocean View room. It's across the road from the beach. The view is fabulous. Itt was such a short walk to the beach and Town Beach is lovely. The room was modern and well- resourced. It was perfect for our stay and such an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go.

This is a great hotel. The room was well laid out and had a small balcony and sea views. I've noticed some comments about the bathrooms been small but I found it fine, it looked very modern so maybe refurbished-large shower with a rainfall showerhead. There was a bit of noise, particularly at about 7am when I assume they set up the breakfast which was on the same floor as the room. The breakfast is basic but enough for a quick start- toast, cereal, juice and machine coffee. They will also bring a tray to your room if requested which was a nice perk. I was very happy with the stay, especially given the price which was competitive for the area.

Great location. We booked the upper floor coast-facing all-windows room. Spectacular views. Noisy (traffic) during the day, but fine at night for sleeping. Good blackout drapes. The buffet breakfast was very minimal, but adequate, and the staff were nice. Great area with Town Beach right below the property. Easy access to the beach and harbour walks, good nearby restaurants. Parking was a breeze on-site.

We stayed overnight twice in the past week and can't fault our experience. James was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the beds were immaculate and super comfy, the bathrooms have been nicely renovated. The motel is close to town and the price is reasonable.

The hotel was perfect for our overnight stop giving us the chance to relax in clean spacious and comfortable surrounds

Clean comfortable rooms with a sofa, so many motels have only one comfy chair so this is a real treat. Our border collie loves this place too. Our room had a shared balcony with chairs which was a great place to sit in the evening.

Pet friendly comfortable motel perfect for overnight stay travelling down the coast. 30 minute walk to downtown and 5 minute walk to groceries.

Cleanliness was excellent.....only thing I noticed was the vent in bathroom needed cleaning. and maybe a new coat of varnish on the table on balcony would make the apartment 100% Bed very comfortable. Walking distance to shopping centre, restaurants and beautiful Beaches. Spa ,Sauna and Pool in immaculate condition and access to room. Very enjoyable

Amazing location and view. Surprisingly there are not a huge number of apartments in Pt Mac close to the beach with views. This location is one of the best. Easy to find, and we were given great, thorough easy to follow instructions. Communication was great, with a call on the day to check all was ok for our arrival. Check in was easy and the team were super lovely, helpful and friendly. Parking in lock up garages underneath. The apartment was so lovely, decor was modern and it was super clean through the whole apartment. The kitchen had everything you would need and was one of the best kitchens i have found in a short term rental apartment. Large tvs were great, and a large comfy lounge. The restaurant below the apartment was amazing, the coffee shop across the road was also nice, the bowling club behind the building is terrific also. Would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect right across the road from the beach. Spotlessly clean. 1 minute walk (Literally) out the back door to the bowling club. Self-catering is always a bonus but we did not use as it was only a 2-night stay. Loved the table and chairs on the balcony to take in the beach view. Very friendly and helpful reception staff particularly when we received bad news the lady was exceptional in her kindness and attention. We have rebooked for December. HIGHLY recommended.

Ground floor studio apartment with balcony onto street, beach view. Balcony somewhat private as had a concrete wall separating balcony from pedestrian footpath. Private lockup garage directly through apartment's rear door. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. The beach was approximately 40 metres away directly in front of apartment. Walking path to adjacent lookout and to the west to the breakwall and access to town centre (approx 1 kilometre) via beach and breakwall. Bowling Club directly behind and had good meals.

Two bedroom apartment straight across from Town Beach. The apartment was so spacious, clean and had a beautiful view from the balcony. A very pleasant walk along the water to get to town. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Club, cafes, and restaurants nearby.

Hosts were very friendly and helpful on arrival. They were quick to recommend things to do locally which was very welcome. They thoroughly explained how to access and use all facilities in the apartment. The location was amazing! Floor to ceiling windows overlooked the beach which made for great views. The apartment was very spacious and immaculately clean. Everything worked very well and I’d be 100% happy to book this again and have no hesitation in recommending to others.

It was very comfortable and had everything you might need for a short or even much longer stay. You could imagine yourself living there! The pool area was lovely and a great jacuzzi too.

A fabulous stay in a modern, spotless and spacious split level accommodation. The villa was bright, stylish and incredibly comfortable, with a luxurious king size bed and a large tv in the lounge room and another one in the main bedroom. . We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, with a great coffee shop and bakery just around the corner. Everything felt fresh and well thought out - the perfect place to relax and enjoy a getaway. Will come back but stay longer.

The villa was very clean and perfectly prepared for our stay. The whole property is beautifully maintained, with lots of attention to detail. The water in the pool was warm and crystal clear, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. The location is great — peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything you might need. The host was very kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. I truly recommend this place with all my heart!

We had 2 families staying in 2 villa, both of them were clean and friendly to kids. Kitchen was clean and had everything you need for lite cooking, BBQ facilities also were convenient. We woke up every morning by birds outside. About 5 mins walk to Flynns beach which is quiet and less people. If you are from a busy city, stay here will be so relaxing.

What a view. We only stayed one night passing through, but we loved the location, and the view was amazing. The apartment was clean and spacious. Great cafe across the road and picked up some Thai food downstairs and bottle of wine up the street. We were going to go to a restaurant for dinner but couldnt pass up the amazing view from our own balcony. We will return for a longer stay next time.

We loved everything about the appartement, especially the location and the view (2 nights, 8th floor with sea view). It is right near the 9km Coastal walk, excellent restaurants and the promenade for a lovely evening walk. I don't usually comment on the bed, but in this case it was exceptionally comfortable. Parking was on site, check-in was easy and the staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and the very large balcony was perfect for breakfast in the sun.

The apartment was amazing with views across the ocean, river and town. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was easy walking distance to town and the beach.

9th Floor view amazing! Great Location and excellent communications from the Property Manager, as we arrived at 7pm in the evening. An older property in Port Macquarie, but being spoilt with the views made up for the older apartment. We had a very enjoyable stay. The unit was clean and comfortable, but is in need of updating which would make this apartment a very special experience indeed. I felt I’d walked back in time, with the old furniture, especially the couch, still comfy to lounge on, as we had the same couch for 30 years and to see it here brought back a sentimental thought of a time passed. As I said, great location for hiking the Port Macquarie Coastal Walk or just a small walk to the shops.

We love Northpoint and have stayed multiple times. The location gets us back each time. Spacious units, park your car/s and leave them secure. Balcony’s with amazing views over the river and friendly, helpful staff.

The little townhouse was really comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable. It was really clean. The resort was occupied by other families. It was quiet. The pool was great and great temperature, and very easy access from our unit. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi and the game area with our 7 yo girls.

We stayed for 10 weeks. The townhouse accommodation worked well for us. It was spacious with a well equipped kitchen, large dining table, and lounge TV area. Upstairs were 2 bedrooms and bathroom. We had an individual parking bay under the accommodation. There is a heated pool in beautifully maintained gardens with a tennis court, a games room, and BBQ. It's very quiet and an easy walk to Shelly Beach through the forest. The owners are lovely and very helpful. All the staff are very friendly.

Shelly Beach resort was one of the best places we’ve stayed at! It was a perfect location across from the beach and rainforest! A nice quiet location but only minuets out from the CBD. The rooms were super clean and bug free. Great amenities and our kids loved the pool! The staff were super friendly and always offered assistance. We highly recommend this beautiful resort!

The staff are friendly, the games room and tennis court is clean and you can tell the owners really go above and beyond to keep the place clean and user friendly . Very close to the river with a lovely view, close to restaurants - Indian, Chinese, Thai and a Grill Bar. This is a fairly new build - not luxury or high end - good overnight or budget accommodation. Clean and serviceable. Lovely people on reception. Helpful. Has a microwave, fridge and tea/coffee making. We both slept well.

We arrived during a bad storm to be greeted by very hospitable property managers who were not only friendly and giving of their time but did not stop working to make sure the property and all guests were dry and safe in the bad weather. The Mid Pacific is quiet with lovely river views but in easy walking distance to the centre of town and Glasshouse Theatre. Accessing the rooms is easy, as is parking and the facilities are modern and fresh. This was my second stay at the Mid Pacific and I would happily book again.

Great location and views of the river. Nice modern room, nice bathroom. Relaxing sitting on the small balcony overlooking the hasting river. Short walk to food and shopping. Very good walking track along the river to the head land. Busy area as it was long weekend. But well worth the visit.

This little Motor Inn was truly a relaxing lovely stay. The staff are gracious, helpful, and welcoming My room was spacious and super spotlessly clean. The bed mattress was incredibly comfortable with soft cosy sheets. The shower was hot with great water pressure. This motel was quiet, didn't hear a peep with the balcony door closed, even with full occupancy. The courtyard garden and lawn are well maintained. This is an older motel but well maintained and fresh in appearance. Definitely great value for money being so close to the beach and town. Definitely one to return to for a longer stay.

Owner was a gentleman and check in was fuss free and welcoming. Room very good size, spacious with small kitchenette a bonus. Balcony was also a bonus and bed comfortable. Very clean and easy parking. Beach and access to cafes very close. Very quiet even though right in town. It was great to have a sliding door that opened for fresh air which you don't get at many places these days. Super wifi and will definitely stay again without hesitation. Perfect stopover or longer.

Absolutely loved our stay here — this hotel is an absolute gem! Incredible value for money with everything you could possibly want for a comfortable, relaxing getaway. The room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully appointed with little extras like a handy cutlery box, which came in super useful. The bed was unbelievably comfy, and the soundproofing was spot-on — we slept like babies! The staff were beyond helpful and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A huge bonus for us was how pet-friendly the place is — our furry friend was just as spoiled as we were! Just make sure you let them know about your pet when making the booking The gardens are immaculate, clearly cared for with love, and the sparkling pool was the perfect place to unwind each afternoon. The facilities were very comfortable and clean. The property has recently had a renovation and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchenette was new, whilst renovations to a bathroom come at great cost the owners kept the retro tiles but the have spent money on new shower heads, brand new toilets and sink. It was all very clean and well maintained. The shower pressure was very good. I couldn’t fault anything.

Easy to get to from the motorway, checkin was very quick and the owner was friendly. Easy to park, although you're going to need a little manoeuvring if you must drive a monster truck. Room was tidy, clean and feels recently renovated. I've stayed here a couple of times before and the location is really good. There's a great pizza place a 3-4 minute walk or you can take a short walk to Coles through a riverside track, past a nice park. You can also take a 10 min walk up the road to get to the beach which is pretty nice too. Just far enough out to be quiet at night too. Hot showers, the tea coffee etc, milk in the fridge plus a kettle, toaster microwave and kitchen sink you can have an early breakfast before you set off. Great!

The property was great! The room was a great size for two people, with comfortable furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were modern, up to date, and well maintained. Overall it was clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay :)

The property is in really close proximity to all that Port Mac has to offer. There are also plenty of amenities within the resort, including outdoor pool & jacuzzi, gym and games room. Parking was easy (even thogh we have a big 4WD) - with above & below ground parking available. The room was a really good size, with plenty of space in the lounge / dining room a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave & fridge, giving you plenty of options to cook your own food or get takeaway. The property is very secure with a security fob required to access lifts and main doors are closed at night (fob access to guests). Staff were friendly and ready to assist. On the down side, the bed was possibily the least comforable I have ever slept in! When I sat on it. it felt like I was sinking into the floor below!!!! The lounge seats were equally soft & uncomfotable. The room (ocean side), was also a bit noisy due to traffic outside, making it quite difficult to sleep. I would still recommend this resort as it has a lot going for it, but they really need to get new mattresses & seat cushions.

We stayed in a one bedroom water view apartment on 7th floor. Serviceable kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave and crockery and cutlery and all your kitchen needs. Smallish bathroom with shower and vanity with bath towels provided. Dining room and lounge room combination. Comfortable lounge with tv with Foxtel channels. Balcony off lounge /dining room with lovely water views of Port Macquarie waterways. Good size bedroom with king bed with tv and separate balcony , All linen provided. Laundry was on level 7 for all guests to use. Top and front loader washing machines and 2 clothes dryers. Port Pacific is close to cafes, restaurant and Port Centro shopping centre just a short walk away near the Glasshouse and Information centre. Shops in centre are Ritchie’s IGA, Bakers Delight, Boost Juice ,Target,Chemist Warehouse, Sussan, Smiggle, Sportsgirl, Dusk and more. Short walk to churches and other shops , Coles, Officeworks and JBhi fi. Cafe down stairs for breakfast and great coffee for takeaway to have in our room enjoying the views. This is the best accommodation we have stayed in Port Macquarie and we look forward to returning for our next holiday.

We loved our stay at Port Pacific. The rooms are well set up with modern amenities & everything you need. We were in a 1 Br apartment. Close to everything in the town centre. Heaps of coffee shops and great restaurants with a variety of international cuisines to choose from and a couple of gelati/icecreameries. The town centre is fantadtic. Pedestrian friendly & no traffic lights. Very little through traffic. Good infrastructure along the Hastings River for a relaxing walk with great signage. A special rock wall with individual artistic flair that goes all the way along. Beautiful parks and even the council bins are santised every morning. The council hsaas done it's job at Port Macquarie. Clean, tidy and a beautiful relaxing ambiance. Will be back.

What a lovely place to stay, facilities were excellent rooms were very spacious and appartment was big. We were very comfortable, it had everything we needed. We have already recommended this place to people especially if you have kids would be a perfect stay for a family with cooking facilities in your room and also being very spacious. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very friendly. Was so close to shops and beaches. What I really liked was the most was our car would not have fitted underground as it was too high so they have accommodated a special car park area for bigger cars I thought that was exceptional. There was a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the tree and river. We were in Port Macquarie for kids sports. My sons team had warmed up in the rain and were about to run on when Council closed the fields. We rang reception to ask for a slightly later checkout so my son could have a shower and the lovely gentleman in charge offered us an extra hour. We were extremely grateful for his hospitality.

This was a lovely motel, the staff were super friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. Restaurants just out the front you can order from with amenities in the room for coffee, tea etc. Had waterway views from the balcony. Very happy with our one night stay while travelling.

The location was perfect, the room was spacious and clean, and all the furniture looked new, The room was cleaned every morning, which I was not expecting but really appreciated. Very comfortable with large balcony. The pool was amazing. Checking in & out was very easy & friendly.

Well appointed and very spacious room. Large comfortable bed and I liked the fact you could open the balcony door for fresh air (a sliding screen door would be a good addition to keep bugs out). Close to town and undercover parking. Friendly staff. Pool and spa looked nice (although I didn't use them). Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and kitchenware are always helpful. Shame you need to use the small bathroom sink. Overall I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

I stayed for 2 nights (26 & 27 March 2025). The staff at Ozzie Pozzie Backpackers are wonderful (shout out to Sarah and Sophie). I felt very welcome and Sarah was very patient when my check-out morning didn't go to plan and I was delayed. I was in Room #11 and I would definitely stay in that room again! 😄 The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room has a ceiling fan, and windows you can open to let in fresh air. The bathroom was clean and roomy. The desk and chair in the room was the perfect size for me to set up my mobile office, with power points perfectly located. Parking is convenient either in the car park or on-street parking right out front. The communal kitchen is spacious and well equipped for all your self-catering needs. The food labelling system is convenient and effective. They have so much to do there that you wouldn't have to leave the site if you didn't want to go exploring Port Macquarie. The pool area has plenty of seating, a couple of tables, and it even has a little sheltered nook with a hammock and lounges behind a lovely garden. You'll also find a raised lounge area looking out at the pool that has room enough for your exercise workouts. You'll find plenty of games, a reading room loaded with books, ping pong and pool tables, plus TV room with plenty of movies to choose from. You can trust the photos on their official website.

Lovely hostel, really fun facilities, pool table, ping pong, comfy TV room open 24 hours and a clean lovely pool with a net for volleyball. Kitchen facilities were clean and easy to use, bedroom was absolutely perfect - clean and larger than I expected. Shared bathroom with just one other room so worked out perfectly. Would also like to thank the Duty Manager, Sarah, who found my lost rings and made my day!!!! Sarah was so friendly and lovely, such a kind soul. Thanks again Sarah!!

My single room had a comfortable bed, a chair and a shelf with enough space for my needs. The ceiling fan was quiet and powerful. The shared bathroom was always clean during my stay. There are 3 single rooms sharing that bathroom so access was never a problem and I barely saw or heard the other occupants. The kitchen and dining areas were always clean with all that I needed. Staff were friendly and welcoming. There are not a lot of on-site parking spots but it was never hard to find one. The on-street parking was free, unrestricted and not crowded if needed.

We stayed in a 3 Bdrm Apartment with a balcony overlooking the street, facing east towards the beach. It was suitable to our needs for the week as we weren't aiming to spend a lot of time inside. The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable and the apartment in general had everything that we required for a 4-night stay. The only thing I didn't like was that the bath was in the ensuite of the main room, hence our grandchildren needed to have their bath in our bathroom each night. There wasn't a lot of coffee & tea in the kitchen so we simply asked for some more and it was provided without any problem. The resort was lovely, and the pool area was great for a family or even a couple. The pool was heated to 28 degrees and the spa heated to around 33 degrees. The Restaurant/Cafe/Bar is very conveniently situated poolside and is well-priced. We did eat in the restaurant on 1 occasion and found it to be quite nice and very popular with guests. We also ordered room service on another satisfactory occasion. The staff at Club Wyndham Flynns Beach were all very welcoming and obliging, there is a kid's room (which kept our grandkids occupied), a gym, a family or couples spa which can be booked for an hour, and also a sauna. We will be coming back here for a stay in the future.

Rented a one bedroom flat for two nights in early November Pros: Super nice and helpful front desk staff, large space accommodations including full size refrigerator and kitchen with cooking equipment, centrally located and near beach; free movies in room; adult only hot tub and small gym (but both require obtaining key from front desk); soft comfortable bed and different types of pillows; clean unit; they didn’t push the time share sale on us (maybe because we are foreign) Cons: Air conditioning is standard alone mounted unit in living room, about 25-30 feet from the bedroom down a narrow hallway so not much AC gets to the bedroom but there is a ceiling fan in bedroom which only has high speeds; unit right off pool and restaurant so we had no privacy - music was so loud we had trouble hearing the TV but once we asked them to turn it down, they did - also lots of parking spaces around our end unit so we had a lot of car and truck noise; lots of kids - this could be a pro if you are traveling with kids :) , no easily accessible electrical outlets near bed; uncomfortable couch Tip: Blue Whale has good food but closed Monday. In fact, LOTS of places are closed Mondays and/or Tuesdays. You can’t beat breakfast on Flynn’s Beach! Great views and good food. The coastal walk north and especially south of Flynn’s Beach is beautiful.

Oh My Gosh! Where do I start? From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a complimentary glass of Champagne and Slushie's for the kids. The staff are all friendly no matter what shift you are talking to. The room was clean and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 6. The Recreation room for the kids kept them entertained and the heated pool/spa was an added bonus. We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay again! We had issues with inconsiderate guests but the night staff got onto it and sorted it out really quickly. The restaurant staff are very friendly and accommodating - They make the best cocktails too. Parking is no issue with plenty of spots and bonus points for having luggage trolleys to help move your belongings to and from the car

We arrived at our accommodation late in the afternoon. The kids were knackered after a long travel day. We were welcomed by very lovely staff who took their time to go through everything with us. We checked into our room and my goodness it was one of the best apartments I’ve stayed in. They have thought of everything! Coffee machine, blender etc! Washing machine and dryer…everything! The pool was magnificent! And the restaurant we had breakfast in was also exceptional. One of the best things was all of the extra things that are available to hire at no extra costs! This included electric bikes, bikes, body boards, beach carts and beach accessories and much more! Very happy with everything. We will come here again!

The location is great as it's —close to the beach and restaurants . A popular pizza shop just steps away. We had dinner at Hot Wok and the food was good and quick and it's only a 5-minute drive from the motel. Convenient location, clean and tidy rooms with basic supplies provided. Kids were delighted to find a biscuit pack and cold milk provided with the beverage supplies. Their service is outstanding —highly recommended.

The staff were friendly, with great local tips on where to eat dinner and grab coffee. The rooms were larger than I expected and with a big new smart TV that had access to Netflix and other subscription platforms. Some other local motels don't have new tv's and I really appreciated this! Wifi worked well, no issues at all on that front. The layout of the room was well designed with plenty of space for working, dining and luggage. The pillows and mattress were also more comfortable than comparative motels I've stayed in in the area. Great price for proximity to the beach, I went for a walk and was there within a few minutes. Sound proof rooms and had no issues with neighbours or street noise once the window was closed, very peaceful and quite with not many people around which was great as I was travelling for work. Plenty of parking in the building but also on the street.

We stopped at East Port Motor Inn (New Management) on our drive down from Byron Bay to Sydney. Booking was easy, directions very clear and late night room access was available. Parking availability was great (even had a box trailer spot for me). We arrived at approximately 9.30pm and although the office had closed, one of the hosts came out and showed us where to park and how to get the keys. The rooms are very comfortable (new beds, great Airconditioning and fabulous water pressure in the shower) and spacious. All rooms have a balcony. All expected room facilities were available. Solid walls so no noise at all from neighbouring rooms. It’s not on the beach front but it took us less than a minutes drive to the beach and cafes. The owners/hosts were extremely friendly and took time out to have a conversation which was lovely. I would highly recommend this motel.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it had everything we needed. A great location, we walked into town for dinner. Plenty of easy parking and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great place for a stopover and I'd highly recommend. And the games room was fun! We will be back on our way home.

A great home away from home. I have stayed at Aston Hill numerous times since December last year when my Mum went into Aged Care. Having a place to stay where I feel safe on my own is a big deal to me and my husband, especially when he is 300kms away on those occasions. The beds are so comfortable and the facilities are extremely convenient when needing to make a simple breakfast for myself. They even have breakfast packs available for only a few dollars. Annette has always been very friendly and easy to deal with. Aston Hill is also very close to restaurants and shops, making it one of the most convenient central accommodation available. So grateful I found this little comfy oasis in Port Macquarie.

Lovely and clean facilities. You could see the owner takes pride in the place. Lots of BBQ space. Laundry facilities for 5 dollars with a scoop of washing powder- bargain! a lovely touches with mini bar and breakfast packs. Nice friendly staff on site who are very helpful. wifi was excellent. Great Tv too. Clean bathroom with lovely touches for example make up remover and facecloth. Helpful having shower gel and conditioner also. Had a kitchen skin, microwave, all the plates/cutlery etc that was required. Nice pool too, at the back of the apartments. About a 20 min walk to the main town beach. Close to a shopping centre maybe 15 mins walk. The best motel we have stayed in. It is more like studio apartments to be honest in my opinion.

We stayed at the Aston Hill for 3 nights, after a late decision to book an early new year stay at a peak time. It was an enjoyable and comfortable stay. While the premises doesn’t enjoy some of the more prime beachfront locations, you are still within walking distance of the town centre, river and Town Beach. We stayed in 2 different rooms over the 3 nights and would recommend an upper level room which has good views and light. Both rooms were presented in a very clean state and had all the required amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend Aston Hill as a good choice when staying in Port Macquarie.

Good sized room. Well equipped, microwave, fridge, toaster.l and kettle. The lady on reception friendly and helpful and she gave us a lovely complimentary small bottle of fresh milk. Walkable to the harbour, beach and restaurants. Quiet location and easy, safe parking.

Fantastic, given the cost. Large room, well laid out. Comfortable bed, sofa, good sized dining table, large well placed TV, desk, cookware, microwave, fridge, toaster. All furniture is in really good condition and the whole place is fresh and clean. They also have a mini bar, of sorts, bottles of water, beer and wine in the normal fridge. There are also breakfast packs in the room. All very reasonably priced. There is also a pool, although we didn't try it. Staff were so friendly and helpful and overall it was a pleasure to stay here.

We really liked this hotel. Stayed for a couple of nights on our way down the coast. Very relaxing. Spacious, well appointed clean room with balcony overlooking the little harbour area. Dolphins swimming by as we had a drink on the balcony early evening which was great. Nice pool area with super views over the water. Restaurant had nice food for dinner on one night & breakfast was also good. Easy to walk to other restaurants locally on other evening. Also good parking which was extra but not expensive. Staff very helpful & friendly. Lots to do nearby. Especially enjoyed the Koala Hospital. Only tip would be that everything in the hotel closed really early. So couldn't get a dessert in restaurant as kitchen had closed about 8.30 & bar was closed at 9.00. Being from UK, we found this surprising as also no room service. So next time would take a bottle of wine or whatever & put in room fridge. Not a big deal though & overall was a great place & would definitely return.

Our King Waterview room was great and met all our needs - walk-in shower, arm chairs to watch TV, lovely views. Quality sheets and towels. There are two lifts - no dragging bags up the stairs. Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. On arrival, there was ample parking, but not so, on the Saturday night, when there was a wedding, with parking open to all comers. Also, parking is charged at $15/day. This is very poor! We stayed 5 nights and ate in the Boathouse Restaurant, several times, for lunch and dinner, at an overall cost well in excess of $2,000.00, so we felt on-site parking should have been included. Boathouse was fantastic and manager, Victoria, was a star. She could not have been more helpful, especially when we arranged a table to host local friends. Our only complaints are with regard to TV and wifi - it's like stepping back in time by 20 years. Wifi is unreliable, intermittent. There is no Foxtel, no Netflix, nothing but Free-to-air. This is unacceptable, in an upmarket establishment, in this day and age. Nothing add-free, not even Youtube. Also, no one polices the pool rules, including parents. There are signs, obviously for safety, prohibiting jumping and diving. The screaming and yelling went on for hours. The other really positive point was Nathan, in reservations, who was superb at ensuring our needs were met. Thanks to all staff.

We spent four nights in a lovely first-floor corner suite near the pool (Suite 233), and it was the perfect stopover on our journey from Sydney to Byron Bay. The hotel and suite were reasonably well maintained, and the well-equipped kitchenette made our short stay even more convenient. The pool and spa were inviting, and our suite offered lovely views of the pool and surrounding waterways. The location was excellent—close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short drive to the city center. While parking comes at an additional but reasonable cost, it was well worth the convenience. Although we didn’t have the chance to dine at the hotels restaurant or bar, both looked very appealing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout our stay. We’d happily return for another visit!

Rooms are a little dated but spacious, well maintained and clean. Location is lovely but a bit of a walk if you want to visit restaurants in the town centre. Hotel pool and surrounds were lovely but being winter we couldn't take advantage of. Hotel was very adequate for us as a stopover in Port Macquarie. The only complaint is the $15 parking fee, a bit of an oddity for a regional hotel.

Easy place to find and pick up keys from the safe. The text message was clear and easy to follow. Good sized 3 bedroom apartment, great for our 5 adults for 8 nights. Very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A short easy walk to the Town beach and excellent swimming there. Slightly longer but still easy walk to the city centre. The swimming pool was clean and very much enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

The kitchenette had everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The little balcony was fantastic! Huge bedrooms Reasonable price Very friendly receptionist and helpful groundsman. 2 x bathroom sinks, which actually worked really well! The bad: The overwhelming Janola smell when we first walked in gave me an instant migraine and caused me a lot of pain after a very long day of travel. the internet connection was very patchy, on one moment, off the next. Dated apartments and grumpy cleaners No shampoo or conditioner. When I asked a cleaner if we could have some shampoo, conditioner or a hair dryer she said I'd have to go and buy them from the store down the road....??? On our departure we found finally found a hairdryer in the double bedroom wardrobe draw! Limited amount of teabags/coffee and nothing gets replenished unless you stay over a week and you have to pay to get new towels.

Close to lovely beach scenery. It is ideal as a comfortable over-night rest stop on the drive between Brisbane and Sydney. John was a friendly welcoming host.

John meet us at the unit and explained everything about the unit as well as telling us about the walk to the beach and the best place to have dinner etc The unit was so clean and comfortable we will definitely be back again. A wide variety of food was provided for breakfast including cereal, eggs , fruit and toast etc Everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you Angela and John for putting the effort into providing us with such a comfortable place to stay.

I picked this location in Port Macquarie as I’ve previously stayed closer to the town centre before and wanted something different and quiet. Loved the space of the bnb plus the hosts had thought of everything you could need whilst keeping it minimal. There was quite a selection of food at breakfast which was amazing - eggs, bread, butter, juice, milk, cereals, condiments, yoghurt etc. They had pamphlets and information about activities, suggested restaurants which was really handy. The hosts were really friendly as well. Highly recommend staying at Se-Ayr bnb at lighthouse.

Delightful B&B! Tastfully decorated, modern and very clean. Nice cosy little lounge room which is very comfortable. Ultra clean bathroom with everything you need. Located in a cul de sac and 3 minutes drive from the lighthouse. Great value as it is more of a complete, well furnished unit vs a small hotel room! Highly recommended! John is a pleasant and friendly host!!

The location was perfect, about 700m to Town Beach (patrolled), and 400m to Oxley Beach, from where you can access the 9km Coastal Walk to Lighthouse Beach. The owners are super responsive and will attend to your needs. We requested a cooktop which was delivered promptly. Our room was on the ground floor and had an undercover parking space in front of our unit, and some outdoor space at the back, also undercover, by the strip of grass. Our bathroom was due a renovation, but it was functional for what we needed. All the rooms have fan ceilings, and the living room also had aircon. The kitchenette did the job for feeding the kids for 6 days and the capsule coffee machine at reception did the job well as the nearest coffee shop was closed due to the Christmas holidays.

Room was spacious and clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. Quiet, nice strong shower, and a comfortable bed.

It has everything one would expect at a Motel in this price range. There is a smart TV of decent size, good airconditioning unit and plenty of power points, lighting fittings and ceiling fan. Free WIFI. There is a free self serve capsule coffee machine located at the unmanned reception desk that brews good range of coffee from espresso to capuchino, etc Plenty of hot water for a decent shower. A coin operated washing machine is available on site.

It was lovely to arrive to our clean and comfortable room with a little balcony and ocean breeze coming in. We could walk to the beach for a swim and around the big park across the road. Handy to town for great restaurants . I would definitely like to stay here again.

Excellent location. The room was comfortable, and they have a toaster (rare these days), kettle, microwave, fridge and plates and cutlery, which is very convenient. It us an easy walk to Oxley and Town beach and the Bowling club. Given its central location it was very quiet.

Staff on greeting is friendly & engaging & she remembered me from 2 years ago it & recalled it was a stop over on the way to my daughter’s wedding. We loved our two bed apartment. Perfect for a family. Super clean and spacious I couldn't fault it one but and the balcony looking out over the sea - divine! Loved the modern kitchen. Bathroom was also comfortable. Loved the pool and Jacuzzi options below and they had a sauna too. Theres a cafe and restaurant downstairs and it's a 5 min walk straight into the beach.

Beautifully maintained property and the apartment was exceptional. So clean and fresh. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. The view of the beach was amazing. The Milkbar downstairs was a great place to grab a coffee or fresh juice. The blueberry muffins were delicious. The Bowling Club was nearby and the food was amazing. Beautiful decor and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom oceanview on level 3 and it was perfect. Staff greeted us well and were friendly, the rooms were clean, tidy, comfortable and the view was amazing. Their was a slight unpleasant smell (kind of like a wet dog) when we first entered but could be the age of the building or other factors (maybe carpets could do with a refresh) but once we had the balcony door open and over the next couple of days it didn't bother us at all. There was a wifi connection issue to the TV. In our room it worked for the first day then was buffering alot the next day but in another room of a relatives, it didn't work at all. Otherwise, we had a delightful stay and even wanted to extend our stay by a day but sadly it was all booked out. We will surely return and stay here again.

The location was very convenient being opposite Town Beach with access to the coastal walk and a moderate walk into town. While there is a coffee shop below the building, we have a favourite Port coffee shop and it was nice to take the walk each morning. The access to restaurants was also very good. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable and functional. Unfortunately we didn't have a room with an ocean view, however will focus on that next time we book.

We didn't try the pool, but we could see it from our balcony, and it looked clean and fresh. We'd happily stay here again when we're next in Port Macquarie. Excellent value for money, family friendly, happy and warm service, and clean and fresh rooms.

The motel is terrific. Our room is clean, tidy, quiet. We love the scenic view of the river from the balcony. Comfortable beds, big TV, clean kettle and toaster, strong shower and most important, strong connection to WiFi. Very close to all kinds of restaurants. Staff crew is friendly. We've got nothing to complain about. It will be perfect if a folding chair can be provided for a twin room for three persons. Will definitely choose this motel again in the future.

We had a great stay in this motel. The room was sparkling clean, quiet and cosy. It was an amazing experience, relaxing in balcony overlooking the beautiful river and the pool, while listening to sounds of birds. Great deal for the price. The host (Mr.Paul) is a friendly and lovely person, he allowed very late checkin, which was really helpful.

The Macquarie Barracks Motor Inn is a budget motel accommodation that deserves a four-star plus rating. The property is well-suited for families, couples, groups and travellers with limited travel funds. This stay is our third time here spread over three years. For our most recent one-night stay, we paid less than A$199 for a premium king-bed room equipped with a sizeable jetted bath tub that could fit two adults and an extra child or a petite adult. With this luxurious amenity coupled with a clean and spacious room, we scored a good-value-for-money accommodation in a beautiful yet highly expensive holiday destination in the mid-north coast in NSW. The property is well positioned in the heart of Port Macquarie; but despite the heavy vehicular traffic in the daytime, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful in the evening. We slept like a log! Foremost, the reception was pretty much simple and straightforward with check-in and check-out formalities. We provided booking details and bob’s your uncle. We received our room key promptly with a friendly smile from the front-desk staff and enjoyed a relaxing spa bath to unwind after a hectic day of sightseeing and high-adrenaline holiday activities. Macquarie Barracks has always delivered the best of everything for us. Thank you very much!

We stayed as a stop over from Wollongong to Brisbane. Arrived at 1:15 & the room was ready. The lady in charge was very welcoming & friendly. She had checked our booking & as it was prepaid gave us the key & directions to our room. We mentioned the Tavern nearby & she handed us a menu & said it was very popular. The weather was cool & windy so the everse cycle air con kept us comfortable. The bed was also comfortable & we slept well. Shower was good & shampoo/conditioner/ body was was on tap. The room was big and the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on in a motel, and we travel ALOT the shower was amazing, I do love my showers and this shower was the perfect temperature, and pressure. The location was great, perfect for where we needed to be. My husband and I stayed here when it first opened many years ago and it’s still a great motel.

The location was one of the reasons I chose to stay there. With the Settlers Inn just around the corner it was very convenient to get a good meal. The bed in our room was wonderfully comfortable and the room was very clean and quiet. Perfect. 👌🏾

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The upstairs terrace was a great location for sun and a view of the beach. Location was wonderful just across the road from the beach and up the hill from eateries.

Parking is slightly tight (we had a CRV, which isn't a truck, just your average size SUV) but you can cope with it, especially as it is secure. Pool was a bit chilly, but it is winter! The location is also convenient if you arrive by bus, only a 10 minutes walk from the bus stop. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the beach, but it’s a lovely walk along the coastal track Thanks for the good vibes! See you! 💜✨

cosy vibes and place was clean and very chilled out, I immediately felt welcome and people said hi when I came in too! Tash at reception was super friendly and efficient too, and it’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach and coastal walk and lots of lovely restaurants on the way too. I booked a bed in a 8-bed dormitory, with fan. The dormitory is large enough, so you do not feel packed at all. The bed is a bunk bed, large enough, with a fair enough good mattress. For this dorm (and the entire hostel), as a male, you have access to 3 showers, 3 toilets, 2 sinks. All were clean. You also have access to a fully equipped kitchen. The common space is nice. Free pool table, swimming pool, tv room. The WiFi is good. 700m away from Greyhound / Premier Motor Service bus stop. 850m away from Coles supermarket. 2.3km away from main beach. With regards to the staff, I was welcomed by Callum, who is super nice and very friendly. The owner, Ben, is chilled and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

Lovely little motel for an over night while travelling. And good price for the room. Recently renovated so modern and fresh and quite comfortable. Overall pretty clean but I did think the bathrooms could do with a deep clean and the windows too. Bed was medium, a little too firm for me but not hard. It did rock around when my husband moved tho, which was a little disruptive. It was really nice to have bowls, plates and cutlery and a microwave, a nice addition not normally seen at a motel. As many on here say, the room we stayed in was small but it didn't matter given we stayed overnight. We could stay easily for a weekend.

Clean room, easy right off the highway. Easy self directed check in. Comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Fridge and bowls for quick meals if you brought your own food. Great place for myself and my dog passing through town between Gold Coast and Sydney. Very pet friendly, it is much appreciated. There is an additional $20 pet cleaning fee. The rooms were spotless, it is well worth it. It is in small print on the booking site. It would be nice if this were payable through booking.com, or the option to purchase a more expensive "pet friendly" room instead of having to pay the next morning separately.

Room was basic but it was clean and had all you needed for a comfortable overnight stay plus a deck with an outdoor setting. Great to be able to have my labrador inside with me. Parking at your doorstep, quiet and safe. Location was great - easy to access from the highway and steps away from the ferry and a huge dog park. Port Macquarie itself is gorgeous, especially the beaches (Nobbys Beach is perfect for dogs - as recommended by the managers).

The Rotary Lodge is part of the hospital. It is perfect for an overnight stay as we are doing. The Lodge is mainly for family/friends who have patients at the hospital. It was clean, comfy & convenient.

This is the perfect spot for a layover when you are driving across the country. Very friendly staff, easy access and close to all facyamd the beach without actually being on the beach.

It’s Clean it’s easy access. It’s quiet. I couldn’t ask for more. Check was seamless. Room spacious. Wifi is 30MBs. Would definitely go back again.

Nice looking restaurant. Only stayed 1 night so didn’t get to try the dinner menu. Short 300m walk to restaurants ,pub, ice cream and shops. I would stay here again.

Check in was quick, friendly and professional. With all information given about the hotel etc. Room was a really good size with everything you needed. Fridge very handy for chilling water. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed a good sleep both nights. Balcony overlooked the carpark, River and Port Macquarie. Was lovely to sit out on and enjoy the warm evening weather. No problem with noise from outside or other rooms. Bathroom was small but decent and contained a good size shower. The basin was leaking slightly, we considered telling them at reception but there was a queue so we left it. Didnt impact the stay as it was fresh water and only a small amount. We paid for the breakfast and it was really good. Plenty on offer and a decent price as well for a buffet breakfast. Great way to start the day! Lovely outside swimming pool area, which we didnt use but looked nice. Hotel itself was in a great location and i couldn't recommend it enough if you plan to stay in Port Macquarie!

The staff were all super friendly everyone went above and beyond… The rooms were a little dated however it’s in the process of being updated. Views from the balcony breathtaking…. The location could not have been better central to everything. We ate dinner and breakfast there the food was delicious the breakfast was great wonderful choices to please everyone. Kids absolutely loved the pool and were able to swim right up to 9pm. Completely family friendly

TV had poor quality sound issues but we did not bring this up with owners as we were content to use the laptop we'd brought. Comfortable nights sleep and great shower too. Less than 10 mins drive from CBD where I had meeting Would happily stay here again if passing through.

Clean and comfortable room with aircon, free wifi and tea/coffee facilities. Free onsite undercover parking. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. This was only an overnight stay, but I have stayed here previously and would happily stay for a longer time in the future. Great value for money.

Major Innes motel must surely take the top prize for the best presented motel in Australia. The gardens were receiving loving care as we arrived - thoughtfully designed, manicured lawns, trim hedges all round, a variety of plants and flowers attractively presented. This care translated into Unit 4 where, despite the age of the building, the floors were shining and comfortable, the bed linen excellent quality, the bed comfortable. Tea, coffee etc was available in the room with the most useful and convenient addition of a separate guest kitchen, fully equipped. The bathroom was small and very dated but far cleaner than many other more modern ones in other motels. Hot water was plentiful. Great value, especially when compared with similar but badly presented motels we have stayed in. Parking was undercover beside the unit. The pool was maintained in sparkling condition, even in cold weather. Location was not far - about 3km - off the Pacific Highway. This will become my preferred overnight stop for future trips.

Beachport is a modern, well appointed and peaceful bed and breakfast in the beaches district of beautiful Port Macquarie. Our hosts Paul and Tricia provided a very homely stay with a spacious room, attractive outdoor terrace, super comfortable beds, kitchenette with generous self-service breakfast and coffee provisions, good heating, clean shower, large tv, free wifi and offstreet parking. The location is opposite the rainforest reserve and ideal for coastal walks and the beaches. We will definitely stay again!

Convenient location to Port Macquarie area with on-site parking. A 10min drive to the centre of town. I had a great room with huge shower and private courtyard. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was serve yourself in the room. It was simple (cereal, fresh fruit and bread/toast), but fresh and tasty, and great to eat in the courtyard each morning. Sea Acres Rainforest Reserve is directly across the road, and the cafe there serves nice food and coffee from 9am in the morning.

I stayed alone for 3 nights…… Everything was perfect Paul is incredibly friendly, helpful & informative. My unit was fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh breakfast items. The term Bed and Breakfast is a vague term. At some Bed and Breakfast establishments, it means having breakfast served to you by the host in a common dining room, and in others breakfast is provided for you the night before and you prepare it in your room at your leisure. If you are expecting the former, then you will be disappointed. If you are expecting the latter, then this is an excellent place to stay. Paul was very friendly and welcoming and showed us everything we needed to know. Plenty of food was provided for us to use at our leisure, and it was topped up each day. Unexpectedly, a date loaf arrived for our afternoon tea, which was a nice touch. Only thing missing was a lounge chair for watching television. The only place to watch television was in one of the dining room chairs or on the bed. Our room was at the back of the building, so it was quiet and dark at night, both things which aid sleep, and the queen-sized bed was comfortable. Reverse-cycle air conditioning was available for heating. Everything was clean and as it should have been. We were happy to have been there.

A last minute booking about 9.30pm on way to urgent family business. We were met with creature comforts and welcoming environment. Having not eaten all day we were able to make some toast and a cuppa. Perfect for the days end. Breakfast provided with everything we needed. The room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable. Thanks Paul and wife. A perfect stop off. Would have been nice to explore the place if we had more time.

My friend and I stayed in the Holiday House. It has a good size for two people. Everything was clean, beds very comfy. The location is perfect, very close to Flynn's beach. There are also some restaurants and coffee shops close by. You easily can walk to them.

This was a really Nice Stay This was the perfect spot for my kids and I. Had a great size boathouse with full amenities, comfortable bed, pool on premises, small grass space all laundry facilities. I got to meet T Absolutely down to earth wonderful lady. you feel instantly welcomed and warmth from her. She kindly upgraded our room as she seen I had my 2 young daughters with me and thought it be more appropriate and more comfortable in the room she had chosen. The rooms were well kept, clean, clean bedding short walk to a gas station. A lot of activities on the property very kid friendly would absolutely stay here again when travelling.

Very clean, room was uncluttered and more spacious than I expected; everything I needed was provided. The room opened out on to a balcony, and wash up facilities were provided outside the room so I didn’t have to wash up in the bathroom sink. The property is quiet and has lovely pockets of tropical gardens throughout and a lovely pool. T is a warm and welcoming host.

It was central to everywhere we needed to be during the ASSRL comp which ran for a week. The staff were great. We needed a comfy bed and a quiet place for the night, as a break in our journey/business trip from Sydney to Queensland. We didn't stay for breakfast, which was included in the price, because we had a long drive ahead of us. Upon arrival, we were met by two very friendly and helpful people from the property. The room was clean and fresh and had everything we needed for an overnighter.

Perfectly comfortable B&B just out of the main drag in Port. Lovely bed and room, great breakfast and welcoming hosts with good local knowledge and tips. Note: if you’re looking for a great place for dinner - go to Bills Fishhouse in town, exceptional local seafood cooked by talented young people eager to perfect their craft, an absolute gem.

As usual, Reg was welcoming and we had a great time. Whilst we spent most of our time out with friends who lived nearby, it was nice to come 'home' to a really comfy, warm room at night and we didn't even need the air conditioning during our early July weekend. Hot, firm shower in the morning was great and the kitchenette facilities (including a microwave and eco-friendly cutlery) were more than adequate for breakfast.

One night stay, just passing through. Room was clean and tidy, good selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and some bikkies. Loved they had takeaway coffee cups, was great for making a coffee to go in the morning. Older motel, but the bed was super comfy and I had an amazing sleep!

Room was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The room had everything needed for an overnight stay including fresh towels, toiletries, a fridge, microwave and complimentary tea/coffee/milk. The pool was accessible via the back door of the room which was very convenient.

This was perfect as I was just there for work. parking, place to work, very clean. Definitely eco friendly. Clean and comfortable.

This property is excellent after the renovation, rooms with modern design, very clean and beautiful. I think the staff has also changed. A special mention for Nicole, she is very friendly. The hotel is central, you can do everything on foot, with bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant is also great, fresh and delicious food. I highly recommend it.

--- Our Experience – Mixed Feelings We checked in on a Sunday afternoon around 3–4 pm and were warmly welcomed by a wonderful lady at reception—professional, friendly, and helpful. However, our experience quickly changed when we returned about 30 minutes later to ask some basic questions about local activities, restaurant options, and recommendations for what to do in Port Macquarie. Unfortunately, the male receptionist on duty at the time was unhelpful and noticeably unfriendly. Instead of offering advice or even a welcoming attitude, he coldly pointed us to some leaflets and left us to figure things out ourselves. As visitors passing through and new to the area, we expected some friendly guidance—especially from a well-rated hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, and sadly, this interaction was one of the more disappointing ones. It left me wondering if there was something about me that made him feel I didn’t deserve his attention. I wasn’t looking for special treatment, just a bit of direction and local insight. That said, the female staff members we interacted with throughout our short stay were fantastic—attentive, kind, and professional. It’s just unfortunate that our first impression with the male staff was so off-putting, as it colored our overall experience. ---

The room we had (316) had a balcony, overlooked the water (and a roof) but on NYE we had a wonderful view of fireworks. The room has been renovated. It was all new, comfy king bed, beautiful bathroom. Spacious room with a large tv and lounge/sofa. Could not fault a thing! The parking was $30 a night and for $1308 for 2 nights room only I thought parking may have been included. But no. I stopped going to the Rydges at Port Macquarie many yrs ago as it had fallen in standards but this visit was fabulous! The pool and bar is great. Not much shade but ok. Pool has shade covers. Location was great. Couldnt fault a thing. Will definitely be back and bring my grandchildren next time. They will love the pool! Fantastic hotel to stay in and staff could not be more helpful. Wonderful stay.

We stayed at Settlers Inn for a night on our way down to Sydney. The place exceeded my expectations as the staff were all friendly and the restaurant and bar area were both fantastic. There was a playground at the back of the restaurant which the kids absolutely adored. The room had everything we needed for a short stay. The beach and shops were within a short driving distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we’ll be making this our regular stopover destination for future trips to Sydney.

Perfect for what we needed for one night, clean comfortable bed and a good hot shower! When we checked in they made us a reservation for dinner in the bistro, and that was yummy and a fair price.

If you after a good clean and tidy room at a very reasonable price Settlers is perfect. I attended a party at the Settlers Hotel and just needed a room for the night and was surprised at the size and the comfort for the price. It's not a resort it is excellent value for money clean and comfortable place to stay. Totally recommend for a room with all you need.

The Settlers is a fantastic stop over point halfway to the Gold Coast. The room facilities are excellent for pub style accommodation. Very spacious and very comfortable. Also quite which is not usually the case. The pub and bistro itself are outstanding. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. All in all a great place to stay and thoroughly recommend to anyone.

It was clean and great for an overnight stay. Bonus of the pub downstairs which was not noisy at all and the Bistro is DELICIOUS!! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Easy check-in & out, cabin was in a great location within park and larger than I thought. Living area quite generous as well as a large balcony/verandah with plenty of grass out the front for the kids to run around. Basic cooking appliances but enough for breakfast and we did cook dinner in the cabin one night as it was too cold to cook outside on bbq's. Caravan park located to south of Port, away from hustle & bustle but close drive for dining or rec activities. Close to Lighthouse beach & golf course, with Tacking Point Tavern & Coles 600m away. Highly recommend a stay here.

A great overnight stay here in one of their spacious villas. We were quite close to a main road and were a little concerned about how noisy it would be but it was quiet and we slept well in the very comfortable bed. The villa was very roomy and well equipped and staff couldn't have been more helpful when our circumstances changed. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will be back ourselves one day.

Nice room. Friendly staff. Stayed in the beach bungalow. Please note the bungalows are not on the beach but are closer to the road to get to the beach. Close to shops and within walking distance to the lighthouse for most people. Don't miss out on having a camel ride while your there

$50 for a cabin that can sleep 4-6 people is amazing, there was a curtain missing to separate the two halves of the cabin but again for $50 per night who cares. There's also no air conditioning but a little fan was provided & worked quite well. The BBQ area was clean & spacious. 5 minute walk to the beach that has camel rides on weekend, great spot Will be back if we're in the area.

We booked the King room, spacious, more like an apartment with a separate bedroom and own bathroom, loved the 'bygone days' feel of the accommodation, restaurant was roomy, quiet and welcoming, we would have had breakfast there had it been available. The bed was super comfy. If you are looking for trendy, modern accommodation its not for you, but if you are looking to travel back to a simpler time and not expect plastic perfection this hotel definitely ticks all the boxes..

Central to port Macquarie. Good restaurant, local wines featured in the bar. Entertainment was good . Bed was comfortable and good pillows .

Simple but clean and comfortable. I'd travelled a long way that day and was offered a nice quiet room as well, which was so appreciated.

Absolutely cracking little hotel bang in the centre of everything you need in town . Staff are all really friendly and helpful. If anyone's it some nightlife at the weekend This is the hotel to be. So I wouldn't advise coming for a quiet one. At the weekends thru the week it's very chilled food great drinks cheap enough. Handy for the bottleo in the same building for your booze and cigarettes. I will be back

The location of this timeless hotel is perfect for those that like to walk and sightsee. The beautiful coastline and cafes and restaurants and art galleries were at your doorstep. Great friendly staff and parking on site, art deco decor in common areas and lounge.

Fairly well equipped older style room. We had the one bedroom apartment which had everything you needed, though some of the items were a bit old and in need of replacing. Bathroom had a washer and drier in it, which was super helpful. Kitchen was a bit worn down, with cupboard doors missing and the pan needed to be replaced. Room was fairly comfortable though and quite large. Car parking was onsite, though you'd probably struggle to get a large car in and out especially in the undercover section. Service was friendly and helpful. Sea Acres rainforest centre was literally 100m up the road. Fairly quiet area from our experience.

Modern enhancement of the 70s - 80s era with capsule bath shower, very relaxing, big lounge and round dining table. Fun for a beach family holiday.

The couple who run this place are so lovely. Very friendly and helpful. Apartment had a full kitchen (ie proper stove top and oven, decent sized fridge and microwave) . Laundry had both machine and dryer. This makes such a difference to families! Beds very comfy. Has not been recently renovated but no matter when it was a great size apartment and had all we needed. Pool also great for kids.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable and if it was warmer we would have loved to jump in the big inviting pool!

The 3 bedroom ocean view apartment was perfect for our stay. Great view from the balcony. It has everything we needed to cook our own meals and was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated but it was very clean. Wifi signal was good. The pool and spa area was lovely and bbq area is a great facilty. Easy access to the beach and town. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

The apartment was clean, furniture comfortable. It had amazing ocean views and the spa and pool were very relaxing. Short stroll to the beach, so an ideal location. Easy after hours check in process.

Beautiful location on the water, with easy walking and cycling to nearby shops and restaurants. Our cabin was spacious, immaculately clean, very comfortable with a good kitchenette. The park was clean, and very well cared for, including a number of attractive garden beds.

Suite 3 has a view to the breakwall and is on the end of set of 4 units. You could sit on the balcony at happy hour and watch the world go by. Fantastic size pool for an early morning swim and a late afternoon stroll along the break wall to the beach. 7 min walk gets you to eat and drink at some of the best restaurants in Port Macquarie. Great spot to go grab a coffee and raisen toast for breakfast.

The cabin was tastefully updated with a wonderful river view to take in the sunset (with an awesome bonus deck). The camp also has a fantastic coffee shop on the foreshore with excellent coffee and home baked muffins/cakes. The foreshore setup has lots of tables, a little beach, boat hire and more. Great for families and watching dolphins! We only stayed one night passing through but we wished we stayed longer.

The location was amazing, the water front cabin was super clean, comfy beds, an absolutely awesome view & the staff were amazing, super friendly & helpful, felt right at home, my kids actually called it our home away from home, I high recommend Camp Jordan 10 out of 10 😍

The entire place!! As soon as you drive through you're amazing by the gorgeous coloured cabins with beach views, the stunning teepee tents, the pool, the views from our cabin, let alone the staff are FANTASTIC and SUPER MEGA FRIENDLY. It's dog friendly too!! Then come night time the pool GLOWS IN THE DARK with lights it was so magical for me and my children!! Thankyou so much ladies your the best!! And we will return next year for alot longer than over night!!

Perfection location just out of the main town, plenty of attractions to keep everyone happy, cabins were super cosy with amazing water views, the staff are very friendly and helpful. will definitely try the glamping tents next time as they looked amazing! Our entire stay was very comfortable. The accomodation and rooms are new (very stylish and tastefully decorated) with all your expected creature comforts looked after. For a bed and breakfast you also get hotel like ammenities (mini fridge, iron, tea and coffee making facilities etc.). I can't thank Mandy enough for making us feel right at home and comfortable. The gardens are beautiful. The Bed and Breakfast feels like a secluded hideaway for sure. So much care and thought has been put into the entire property. OH - you can also hear the ocean from the rooms, which is brilliant. The included breakfast made up of a hot meal and yoghurt with fresh fruit was such a welcome treat! It started off our day perfectly. If you can, we HIGHLY recommend having the wonderful hosts make you dinner. When you arrive tired and flustered (usually after a long drive) there is nothing like having dinner sorted for you. We had the Thai snapper and it was utterly delicious (with a cheeky glass of wine)!

Exceptional in every way! Incredibly beautiful property with first class electronic systems and furnishings that make everything simple. Immaculately clean. Incredibly quiet and private and oh so peaceful. The gardens, landscaping & indoor decor was so tasteful. The bathroom was fabulous - a full size bath and fantastic shower inside plus a gorgeous outdoor shower! The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchenette was very well stocked. I loved everything about Tallowood House! Mandy our hostess was so lovely - and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Mandy loves looking after her guests and it shines out in every part of the Tallowood House experience. If you need a short stay in or around Port Macquarie - put this property at the top of your list!

This stay exceeded my expectations in every single way! 1. Mandy was an amazing host - she made us feel so welcome! 2. The room was WOW! The tagline for this property is “Luxury Bed & Breakfast”, but it should really be “LUXURY Bed & Breakfast”. The room was five star quality - the finishing a, the bed, the linen, the interior design… AMAZING! We had lots of space too. 3. Relative to the quality of room & service - it’s an absolute steal! If Mandy charged double, I’d still come back 4. It’s really hard to find a place that is dog friendly, let alone somewhere as nice as this! This place had a fenced back yard that made us feel super safe & secure to let our pouch roam freely. 5. And if all that wasn’t enough, we were served a cracking breakfast the next day! I’ll 100% be back!

The room/studio was amazing. The bed, the bathroom, the patio, the small kitchenette - everything felt really thought through and high end. Mandy was an amazing host, really responsive and catered for every wish. Her breakfast was amazing and she provided everything you could possibly need in the apartment. The location is also great - you can easily reach Shelly beach (the closest beach) in a 10-minute walk and you also reach the Port Macquarie coastal walk in 20 minutes, which is amazing. It is a 10 minute drive to the town center, which is very convenient. The location of the apartment is really calm and comforting.

Our stay was perfect from arrival to leaving. Hosts Mandy and Shane were welcoming and helpful. The location was quiet and the decor serene. The bed was luxuriously comfortable and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Having an enclosed and private courtyard was fabulous and the large bathroom overlooking it was opulent. Breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared and greatly appreciated and being able to recharge our car without going elsewhere was also a big positive. Despite being luxurious and beautiful this accommodation truly was dog-friendly, inside and out. Our border collie was welcomed and thoroughly enjoyed his stay and his treats!

Property was clean and tidy, staff were amazing and made me feel right at home from the second I entered the premises. I would highly recommend to anyone looking my for a fun, clean place to stay and the location is awesome not even 5 minute walk to Town Beach 5 Stars, I will be returning!

This hostel is THE best you’ll find!! The rooms and facilities are always well cleaned & maintained. The owners and staff are a privilege to chat with & make the environment so homely and welcoming. The whole hostel is very fun, bubbly & social. There’s rarely a dull moment here and if you’re looking for great memories and friendly company this is the pinnacle of what Port has to offer.

Great hostel! Fantastic location, in a quiet area but walking distance to everything. It’s quite clean and comfy and there’s great staff too. I had to stay an extra night and though it was full they prepared a bed for me in the staff room. Wonderful people who create a very friendly environment :) lots of activities to do every day, highly recommended!

It had everything you needed. Being a mum, I love the fact that I could wash my clothes and was able to hang them up or put in the dryer. The facilities the resort had was great! Indoor pool, perfect for those colder months, the kids had a ball in the pool! The Lagoon was great and we went down to have a nice walk and the kids had a scoot around the driveway. A gate coded entry so the kids were safe with supervision. The bungalows had everything you needed and wifi was available so was great to hook up your iPad. TVs were pretty much new, you were able to sign into your streaming apps. Beds were comfy, fridge space was amazing!! Loved it!

My recent stay at this resort exceeded all expectations! the friendly and attentive staff, every aspect of my visit was exceptional. The luxurious accommodation and a wide range of activities made it a memorable and indulgent escape.

The bungalows were spacious and comfy, having almost everything necessary for a good stay. It was very clean and peaceful. There was air conditioning and tv's most rooms. The staff, especially Ava, were super friendly too! There were a wide range of activities that the whole family enjoyed. One of my favourite memories was canoeing in the lake. Overall, it was a wonderful place to visit, we highly recommend it!

The bungalows are huge , a full sized house . They’re modern, clean, the gardens are well maintained. It’s quiet and peaceful, great location, plenty for the kids to do all year round !

Very Dog friendly. Can leave doggy if you need to pop out , assuming it's not a barker! Great location for the very good dog beach. It's across the road from the beach headland. So the coastal walk above the beach is a lovely walk. The Nobbys dog beach is a gently stroll along the coast for a few minutes. Lovely safe dog beach. Note there are a few steps to the beach. If you walk to the next beach there's a cafe by the beach. Lovely friendly owner who lives upstairs. Back yard is all fenced and grass .

The room was even better than the photos. Very clean. Good shower. Host was very nice and responsive to messages. Shelly beach is right across the road, 2 min walk to a lookout spot with a beautiful view. Walked 10 mins in the morning to a very nice coffee spot right on Flynn’s beach with a gorgeous view. Would stay again and would recommend to a friend !

What a stunning property! We were travelling north and looking for a single night stay with our little dog. Fi’s beach house was perfect! Location is amazing right across from the water in a beautiful town (Photos taken just across the road where there is a really nice walking trail and beach access). The beach house is just beautiful. Fantastic attention to detail, spotlessly clean and very warm and homely. Check in was a breeze. Our little dog was genuinely welcomed and there’s a secure yard if you have larger dogs that need some space. Wish we could stay longer. Just Lovely.

Very dog friendly. Water bowls, doggie bed, poo bags and dog towels are readily available in the 70s styled apartment. Large, secure backyard for the dog to runaround and a dog friendly beach only a few minutes walk away. For the humans there are facilities to make toast and tea/coffee as well as bread, milk and jam provided. Fi is a very friendly host and readily contactable if there are any concerns. Off street parking and a very quiet room.

Breakfast was not included. However, there a couple of very tasty chocolates & chocolate biscuits provided to have with tea or coffee. The venue is opposite a dog beach and I walked to the local restaurant my host recommended @ Flynn’s Beach. I had my Dachshund with me, there was a doggie door, an enclosed back garden & a dog bed provided.
