Eu gosto de ficar no Ritter. Os funcionários são eficientes, o hotel é confortável e limpo. Geralmente o café da manhã é bem gostoso.

I laid down my head just before midnight and I was out like a light. The pillows were super comfortable. My daughter kept asking if anyone would miss them. Breakfast was amazing. Best one we had in Brazil and that is saying a lot. Nice big parking lot with a security gate. And gaud shack. Very secure. The area is in a Industrial park near the airport - literally 3 minutes away driving. It was a little jarring driving in, but they do a great job of making sure the hotel is clean and in another world. The pool was beautiful and everything was well cared for and clean. This is a great hotel on a calm road. I would recommend it if you are in need Porto Alegre.

Hotel muito bem localizado, chegamos antes do checkin, mas foi permito a entrada. O hotel não condiz com as fotos. Um pouco expectativa x realidade, o quarto é espaçoso, mas está desatualizado. Cama confortável com quatro travesseiros, mas só tinha a opção de um edredom. O frigobar tem boa refrigeração e tem um bom espaço de armários. No banheiro tem amenities da Phytoervas de embalagem econômica. As cortinas blackout não vedam totalmente a luz, algo que atrapalha o conforto. Estacionamento coberto com manobrista cobrado, R$ 40,00 a diária e chatinho para se usar. Optamos por não deixar para o manobrista estacionar, então toda vez que saíamos precisávamos passar na recepção para atualizar o Ticket. O café da manhã é simples nada surpreendente. Tem máquina de bebidas Três Corações e pode pedir na mesa tapioca ou omelete. O hotel possui piscina externa e jacuzzi, mas não utilizamos.

The Hotel Laghetto Stilo Higienópolis is a beautiful, well maintained property. Before my trip to Porto Alegre, I researched property after property to make sure my expectations of safety, cleanliness, and comfort were met. On these three points this hotel excels. You want to try and avoid rush hour traffic when arriving if you are planning on driving yourself. (New Yorker is going to be at home here if you have experience driving downtown) But that isn't the hotel's fault. Also, outside of those hours, traffic really isn't that bad. The hotel seems to be in a pretty good neighborhood. The entrance is actually on a side street. I went ahead and used the valet parking. With the exchange rate from USD, why wouldn't you? Really saves on the hassle of trying to find a parking spot. Immediately an attendant loaded my bags and check-in was effortless. I am fluent in Portuguese, but they seemed to have someone always available to speak English with my wife who does not speak Portuguese hardly at all. Now, why did I dock 1 star? If you are looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable hotel then go ahead. This is a great place. If you want to eat in said hotel, you might consider looking for a better restaurant. The fish was definitely out of date. At breakfast there were ants at our table. Not huge, we easily moved. Just compared to other places, meh. Now, I hate picky reviews that leave 1 or 2 stars because they found a hair on the floor. I fully endorse the hotel and staff, just...

Thank you so much to all the staff, in particular Guillerme and Marcelo for providing exceptional service and care to my parents who traveled for a visa appointment. PRO TIP: recommended by hotel staff and highly efficient are the services from Camboim Executive Service Transfers. If you are going to POA US embassy, you can hire this company, Ronaldo was super professional, he will take you to the embassy, wait for you, guard your belongings while you do your interview. The hotel is in a super safe area in POA, the breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner as well. Overall 10 out of 10!

check in was easy and attentive, staff went out of their way to be welcoming, greeting me everytime they saw me, very friendly - something that people from this part of brazil is not particularly known for. the room was fairly new, very practical, nice bed and good shower ammenities. breakfast was absolutely stunning, so many bakery options. i also appreciated they open at 6am.

This is a very nice hotel, which is located right opposite the airport. I went there on foot, using the navigator, but because of the complicated road junctions I lost a lot of time (and partly had to walk along a dirty ground road). It was my mistake, I do not recommend walking there on foot. :) I went back to the airport on a free hotel shuttle. The breakfast was excellent, with a large selection.

The breakfast staff was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING because they prepared a special vegetal milk for me every day without me even asking!! Such kindness is incredible. I will recommend the hostel just because of this!! and come back for sure! Also the rest of the staff and cleaning personal was very friendly and professionnal!

Generally speaking, a decent hotel...Room is comfy, close to all the fun stuff in the historic neighborhood of Porto Alegre.....The surrounding neighborhood has some pretty sketchy parts, but the street folk aren't too annoying... I've seen far worse parts in other big cities in Brazil. This is pretty tame by comparison....Out time in PA is very brief. When we come back in the future, we'll definitely consider this place again.

Hotel bem organizado, limpeza excelente, cama de casal grande e confortável, bem iluminado, apesar de estar no centro o isolamento acústico externo é excelente, porém eu conseguia ouvir os roncos de um hóspede do quarto ao lado, acho que nesse ponto não é culpa do hotel. O banheiro super limpo, o chuveiro com jato de água muito forte e temperatura excelente, jogo de toalhas limpos e cheirosos, café da manhã em formato de buffet, bastante variedade de pães, bolos, frutas, café, leite, etc. Pessoal da recepção muito cordial, meu checkout foi as 12hs e deixei minha mochila com eles até as 17hs.

Always a good and short stay. Properly clean, good location, quiet, and honest breakfast.

The food at the in house restaurant was surprisingly good, a good assortment at the complimentary breakfast but it was the staff working there who were outstanding!!! The price of the accommodations does not reflect the value. We stayed for 12 nights and will gladly return on our next visit to Port Alegre.

Localização privilegiada, com acesso caminhando à Orla do Guaíba e Shopping Praia de Belas. Vista belíssima das janelas e sacada do quarto. Chuveiro com alto volume de água e temperatura estável. Quarto grande, com amenidades de cozinha e cama confortável. Café da manhã de qualidade. Piscina aquecida no terraço. Atendimento atencioso do staff. Silencioso.

Minha estadia foi excelente, aliás, como em todas as outras vezes quem estive hospedado. Destaco a atenção e cordialidade de todos os funcionários do hotel, que foram incansáveis para que eu tivesse uma estadia excelente. Destaco em especial a Paloma da recepção que é extremante gentil, educada e competente. Merece sincero reconhecimdento.

Tudo ok, no geral. Unico problema foi o ar condicionado do quarto que esrava estragado. O tecnico veio arrumar e saiu, dizendo que iria buscar um controle remoto novo. Não voltou e nem justificou o motivo. Passamos frio durante a estadia.

Hotel com uma extrutura confortável, limpo e funcionários atenciosos. Fiquei por 2 dias e pra mim foi maravilhoso, café da manhã delicioso e literalmente é só atravessar a rua para chegar na rodoviária. Super recomendo, nota 10. 🙌😁

Ha tempos não ficavamos em Ibis nenhum devido a decadencia que encontrávamos em todos, mas o Assis Brasil surpreendeu, nao tinhamos outra escolha devido ao local e encontramos um hotel da rede totalmente fora da curva de Ibis tradicionais. Com toda ctz estará em nossas proximas viagens a POA.

The hotel is in the center of Porto Alegre, so don't expect fancy streets here. I travelled for work, so I needed a quiet place with Wifi and basic facilities and that's what I got, The staff is really friendly and accomodating, and the breaskfast is quite varied with breads, pastries, ham, cheese, coffe, tea and juices. I missed some eggs but for the price, I think is perfect! I will certainly come back for an affordable nice place in town!

Excelentísimo desayuno para el precio, con variedad y calidad, y las de la cocina no pararon de reponer y limpiar. La habitación fue buena y el servicio en general muy bueno. Hay que tener prudencia al caminar por la zona, pero fue muy conveniente que está cerca del centro y al lado de la terminal de ómnibus.

The room I received for the price was huge and luxurious. The staff was very professional. The hotel's location is very good as well if you are a walker. It's close to the shopping mall, there are several nearby parks, and it's walkable to the city center. The pool was big enough to swim laps. Overall, a great stay and outstanding value.

Como me hospedo lá sempre que vou à Porto Alegre, percebi desta vez que fizeram uma pequena reforma no quarto. O atendimento continua muito bom, assim como o conforto, principalmente pelo espaço do quarto. Só houve alguns dias com fila no café da manhã pois o espaço nao é grande.

Hotel com infraestrutura completa, garagem com acesso direto ao hotel, piscina aquecida na cobertura, academia e até uma pequena biblioteca, café da manhã é muito bom. Os principais diferenciais são a piscina, que é excepcional em tamanho e profundidade, e também os quartos, confortáveis e amplos.

Eu adorei ter ficado no Letto hotel, todos são muito cordiais (recepcionistas e meninas da cozinha) gostei do sorriso largo de uma das meninas da cozinha, isso transforma o dia de uma pessoa. O quarto necessito pontualmente de uma recolocação de um pouco de gesso no teto mas isso em.nada interferiu na minha estadia. Chuveiro bem quente, banheiro dispõem de secador de cabelo e shampoo e sabonete. O café da manhã tinha: 4 tipos de pães sendo um de centeio, um mini cacetinho,.um pão doce e outro com glacê. Café, água quente e leite. Sachês de chá com várias opções se viu presente. Das misturas há mel,.margarina e chimia. Há yogurte e tem a opção de se por granola e aveia. Dois sucos sendo um de laranja e uva e água gelada TB. Presunto e queijo, ricota e goiabada, frutas: mamão, melão e banana picadinha. Há opção de ovo mexido e molho com.salsicha. Se tu não tiver muita frescura é o lugar ideal pra.ti, o quarto conta também com uma pia, pratos, talheres e copos além de um frigobar e microondas. Hotel perfeito para uma estadia rápida e confortável. Não tem comodidades de lazer, mas para uma viagem de negócios ou para uma espera de escala de vôo longa, cumpre bem o seu papel. Próximo ao aeroporto com serviço de translado ida-e-volta do aeroporto gratuito e muito eficiente. Amei demais. Quarto confortável, limpeza satisfatória e tranquilidade. Serviço de café da manhã muito bom. Recomendo e, se precisar, voltarei com certeza.

The highlight of the accommodation is the hotel's own transfer service, at no additional cost. The location near the airport is excellent for those who need to catch a flight. The transfer picks up and drops off at the airport. If the hotel maintains this difference, the transfer, I will certainly stay there again.

Great location for a night in transit heading to/from the airport, plus the free-of-charge airport shuttle is organized at short notice and around the clock. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean. Very handy to have the restaurant on site in the evening, the food was tasty and great value for money, and a rich breakfast included.

I booked for my parents so they can go to the consulate. They said the hotel is great! There is free transportation to the airport which was the main reason I booked. Also, the breakfast was great according to my parents. They also said staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and neat. Will be booking again.

O hotel melhorou muito nos últimos meses. Percebe que está cuidado, limpo, quarto cheiroso, toalhas, lençol e travesseiro cheirosos. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade e o cacetinho(pão) sempre um pouco duro, seco.

The property is great for the price. Breakfasts is normal, not too much options, I can say is decent. Parking is terrible, vey tight spaces. Be careful.

I got into Porto Alegre the morning of checkin and was feeling rather unwell. They let me check into my room early which was really helpful as I was able to finally take a shower (after spending several days at a hostel and not showering and barely sleeping) before my first meeting started at the original checkin time. Even before checking in, I downloaded the app and everything was seamlessly handled through the app and whatsapp. There was none of the hassle of getting physical keys from the host or from safe boxes which I loved. The room was very well-stocked and clean and was just what I needed.

The bed and pillows are new and comfortable. AC is new and comfortable. Very clean place

Staff at the reception both day and night shifts were extremely helpful, friendly, and pleasant to interact.

Good location, everything brand new, necessary equipment, beautiful view from the roof.

We had our wedding in Porto Alegre and encouraged our friends & family to stay at this Hilton location. WE COULDN’T BE HAPPIER WITH OUR DECISION!!! 1. The Staff at this location is extremely attentive and remarkably friendly. The front desk associates were helpful in every way from checking in to checking out. We started out in a standard room for the first 3 days of our stay and then switched to a suite for our wedding day. They let us change rooms early and seamlessly on the day of our wedding and that way a Big help. Thank You!! I of course forgot my belt (Cinto) in our old room and the wonderful cleaning lady helped me recover it as I needed to be out the door immediately and into my wedding. Close Call…..Wedding Was Perfect 😍 2. The breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety of breads, meats and cheeses. They had bacon and eggs as well. The staff was amazing and super attentive. Top Notch Service!!! 3. We had 12 other guests in 7 different rooms and they ALL had wonderful experience’s with the staff and truly enjoyed their stay at The Hilton Porto Alegre. It was a pleasure for Us, The Bride & Groom as well. We will certainly recommend this Luxury Hotel to Everyone!!

This is a very fine hotel, well appointed, with a an extremely attentive staff. It is luxurious, and while the building is a bit dated, there’s quality and refinement throughout. Very comfortable bed and spacious room. The bathroom is large as well and the shower is tremendous. I always stay as this facility for the amazing location, the staff, the luxury comfort, and especially for the incredible breakfast. Really tops!

This was my first experience staying in a club room at the Sheraton. The room was good - spacious and with a huge king size bed which was very comfortable. The bathroom was not so modern - I felt it could be a bit better for the price. As a club room guest you have access to the club room at certain times which includes free drinks and snacks. I was only staying for 1 night so didn't really use this service however I did have the breakfast which was nice. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and friendly. The only downside was the pool which seemed to be not so clean while I was there so I didn't use it? I would stay here again next time I am in Porto Alegre.

We liked it very much. We were upgraded to a suite which was very nice. Strange that there were noc tea/coffee facilities. Our first Hilton without. The suite was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with very attentive staff. The area of the Hilton is just great with a lot of restaurants.

This hotel is adjacent to a modern shopping center offering high quality entertainment, dining and shopping options. The neighborhood itself is one of Porto Alegre's best urban residential areas and is loaded with many excellent dining options within just a few minutes walking distance. The shady and pleasant Moinhos park is 2 blocks away. Service at all levels is excellent, and the rooms have a great view of the city and the river. If I could wish for only one improvement, it would be for more variety at the breakfast buffet.

Estadia satisfatória. Fiquei no quarto 905 e só achei o colchão muito macio, mas o que para mim traz desconforto pode trazer conforto pra outras pessoas. O café da manhã estava gostoso e tinha colaboradores repondo e limpando toda hora. Gostei.

Parada para uma pausa durante uma viagem, chegamos tarde só para tomar banho e dormir e seguir viagem na manhã seguinte. O chuveiro não esquentou e o banheiro estava sem as toalhas quando chegamos.

This place was fantastic and treated me and my girlfriend and her son and her babysitter amazingly well in three rooms that were close together and they treated us kindly and had fantastic room service and there is shopping and a medical center right next door and convenient parking and a road that connects everything in the city right in front. Best thing about this hotel - the staff. They are very helpful and speak fluent English - not always the case in Porto Alegre. Other good points: Room big and clean. Good breakfast - although the breakfast room is small, we always found a table.Microwave and Fridge in kitchen. Central location with good transportation nearby. Nice solarium on the top floor. Problems: Room on third floor was very noisy, but after complaining we were transferred to a quiet room on a higher floor. WiFi signal not very strong in the higher floor. The kitchen, although very large, is not usable due to the lack of cooking utensils (no kettle either). After dark, the neighborhood seems a little shabby (although it seemed to be safe).

Concerning the Eko Hotel. It is clean, well managed, a helpful staff, and the breakfast is superb. The 10th floor solarium has a very comfortable indoor sitting area where I spent most of Tuesday after checking out of the hotel and going to the bus station in the evening. The outdoor area is very good and has a view of the older part of the city. The gym with weights, track, and small pool is good and I observed several users working off their breakfasts. The hotel is situated within a safe, somewhat strenuous walking distance to shopping, historical structures, and several parks. My only complaint about the room was no mattress pad, I used a duvet under my bottom sheet. In the hotel lobby is a travel agency and Felippe who had lived in Sydney for several years was helpful.

Stayed three nights, on two different trips through Porto Alegre. Rooms are quite large, with ample desk space, reasonable internet speed, a microwave, fridge and dishes/utensils -- good for those tired of eating in restaurants (which I was). There's a big supermarket nearby. Breakfast buffet is decent -- about standard for Brazilian hotels (which, however, generally cost 2x or 3x more, at least in bigger centres). Gym on the roof is clean and all the equipment works, which is more than can be said for many other, more expensive hotels. Also a good view over the city. The only drawback I experienced was in the one night I stayed in a room facing the street: too much noise from traffic (probably cobblestones). Better to go for an inside-facing room with no view. Room service food was so-so.

Amazing stay for family. Reserved the king suite. Which has two separate spaces and a small kitchen. Very large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Wonderful breakfast. Great walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Or very fair Uber ride. A little piece of history in a charming location.

Very clean and spacious room. Microwave and fridge are very useful. Beds are comfortable, good WIFI. Good location, supermarkets within 10min walk. We are happy with our stay. Thanks to the staff for all their help.

the hotel itself is small but it has been remodeled recently so everything inside is brand new! i mean everything! bathroom stall shower excellent as is everything else...and there is a fine breakfast buffet included. walking distance to bus station. it is a perfect little boutique hotel in the middle of a run down lousy neighborhood near the bus station with prostitutes visible very nearby. there is a rather large flat screen tv which gets dozen of channels BUT THEY ARE ALL AND I MEAN ALL IN PORTUGUESE ONLY.

When we just got we were scared of the area(dirty and a lots of homeless people). But it is OK for a all Brazilian city, it is not effect the hotel. Hotel is very comfortable and cozy, clean, new-furniture, with friendly staff. We traveled with a beby and got everything important for her-bed, service as heating a food any time, chair.

Nothing complicated. Simple rooms with basic needs. A/C and Wifi works fine. Room is clean but small size. Located only 2 blocks from the bus station, surrounding area near the bus station can be unsafe at night, but going the other direction will bring you to some shops and restaurants, and even a modern shopping mall with supermarket. Short term stay is fine.

Breakfast was above average. It's a 4 minute walk to Shoppig Total, and a 10 minute walk to Porto Alegre centre. Stall were helpful. After checkout, I had arrived at the airport and noticed I forgot 3 kilos of Portuguese sheep cheese in the fridge. The staff packaged it up nicely, and it was collected by Uber moto, so my cheese was saved! I also used the conference room, negotiations were easy to make.

This hotel is brand new. Everithing is very good right now as the hotel is brand new. Nice reception has good infrastructure for happy hour, good parking and rooms facing the river have a nice view. The hotel is based on top of a hill.

A localização é próxima à rodoviária e não muito distante do Aeroporto, o que facilitou. Todavia, não é possível andar pela rendondeza dada a insegurança e precariedade da segurança da região central de Porto Alegre. Ainda assim, se se locomover de carro, táxi ou aplicativo, estará em bom lugar.

Great for the price. Stairs only. Breakfast was standard. Had to get early because if it got finished, they didn't replace. Room was good enough. On a good street but some of the side streets were sketchy. I would stay here again!

Minha estadia no geral foi boa. Teve alguns contratempos, como por exemplo: cheguei 00:30 e só consegui dormir às 2 da manhã. Primeiro pq o check-in n podia ser feito na manhã seguinte e havia várias perguntas, segundo minha fechadura com o cartão n abria, tive que descer na recepção umas três vezes até eles subirem para testar e só depois trocar de quarto. No outro dia também por falta de comunicação na gestão, o meu quarto foi aberto pelo frigobar para reposição comos e não tivesse hóspede. Fiz a reclamação. O café da manhã atende bem, a localização é boa por ser central, o balcão 24h ajuda muito. A limpeza também ocorre sempre. Quarto confortável. Opção particular de restaurante e frigobar para quem quiser acessar.

This Ibis hotel is relatively new and conveniently located north of Porto Alegre in the town of Canoas and close to airport of Porto Alegre (POA). It is therefore a very good base when you have business in the region, thus avoiding the hustle of Porto Alegre itself. Very convenient is the free self on-site parking with an access door at the backside of the hotel. Another plus is the individual entrance to the Canoas Shopping center, which means that one can walk from the hotel to the mall securely and using the room keycard for accessing the special entrance to the mall for hotel guests only. Reception was very friendly and attentive. Rooms are standard Ibis and okay for one or two nights. At one side of the building is an exhaust fume or something like that, which is quite noisy. Therefore make sure to get a room on the other quiet side of the hotel. Breakfast was good. All in all a very good stay at an economic price. Canoas itself is a typical featureless Brazilian town and not worth much of a visit rather than for business.

Great staff, they were very friendly. The room was confortable. They are pet friendly and were in fact friendly with my dog!

Ibis in Brazil is overall a good value for money option. There is one thing I particularly don't like and that are the showers. The shower head comes centric from above which one thinks is cool at first but really it's not at all. + I'm always afraid to break the glass doors of the shower as they don't slide smoothly but bang against each other or the frame of the shower.

Place is clean and in great shape. Service workers were very kind and helpful. Place is surrounded by eating and shopping places.

This is a new hotel located in the limit between Floresta and Moinhos de Vento. It is in a nice corner (Felix da Cunha and Sao Cristovao). This is an UPSCALE neighborhood so for tourists who want a taste of the old run-down Porto Alegre try the center. It is also next to a Gas Station/convenience store. To hail a taxi just need to walk in any direction as there are tons and they are cheap. Recommended for people who want a nice taste of the city in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast buffet very good, lots of options and the restaurant has a nice view. Internet service is INSANELY fast.. around 25 MB of bandwidth. The hotel offers room service up to 11 pm, tried it twice, very good. Spacious bathroom, closets, nice view from the up floors. Staff very helpful and polite. I even forgot my things in the safe and had to come back running and they accomodated me with the bellboy to help me recover my things. VERY VERY recommended.

We had to switch rooms due to a noisy location but the staff was very efficiency and helpful in the move. Good location close to a very nice and safe neighborhood. Great breakfast selection of fresh fruits and pastries as well as the usual breads and meats. One block from the public buses. 3 blocks to many cafes, bars, and restaurants. Rooms are roomy with good amenities. Only problem was the room only had 220 volt outlets and they didn't have any converters available.

This hotel is fairly basic in amenities but rooms are excellent. Plenty of space, good TV with lots of channels, good bathroom and shower, AC and a really good desk area with free wifi. Staff really friendly and helpful too. Not too many restaurants around but ask on reception and they will help. Try one of the buffet style restaurants as good quality and just 15 Reals!

Super modern hotel in safe neighbourhood, easy to get around. Room service was quick and efficient, food excellent and breakfast buffet one of the best - ie. not just cake! The staff were delightful, the room clean and comfortable and I recommend it highly.

Hotel appears rather inconspicuous on the outside but is very spacious and accommodating on the inside. Staff don't speak much English but communication is possible. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Everyone is very nice and more than willing to help. The room was small but extremely clean and with a fantastic view of the city. There is no iron in the rooms or coffee maker. So you have to call room service for pressing and dry cleaning. Food is excellent with meals available on the 9th floor. so the view is amazing. The neighborhood is beautiful with undulating streets; a mixture of asphalt roads and cobblestone.

Hotel maravilhoso, chegamos antes do horário e conseguirmos fazer check-in normalmente, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários. O quarto é muito bom, único ponto negativo é para Internet, pelo menos no 4° andar raramente funcionava. O banheiro tanto pia quanto chuveiro possuem água quente, no banheiro ponto negativo é um barulho irritante quando abre a água quente, tem que achar uma regulagem certa para diminuir o barulho. Hotel não possui estacionamento próprio mas tem um bem em frente 35 reais a diária e 25 o pernoite. A rua é cheio de moradores de rua então um pouco perigoso deixar dormindo na rua, mas como o quarto que estava a janela era pra rua acabei arriscando.

Hotel bom. Limpo, quartos espaçosos, camas boas, enxoval básico. Café da manhã básico. Atendimento bom. Problemas: 1 - não tem garagem. O estacionamento indicado pode estar lotado. Existem outros a +-120 metros; 2 - a localização, quase embaixo do viaduto da Conceição, o que pode ser um problema a depender do horário, para quem chega ao hotel caminhando. Mas nada diferente da região cêntrica de Porto Alegre, toda ela bastante abandonada. Excelente custo/benefício

Gostei bastante do lugar e preço eu li muitos comentários negativos da experiência de outros hóspedes e posso afirmar que quase todos são muito exagerados, a minha experiência foi muito tranquila e o quarto em que fiquei me surpreendeu positivamente :) tudo confortável, limpo e deixam claro que se precisar de algo é só falar com eles.

This hotel is very well positioned and I thought it was very good value. I booked the premium room which was fine, overlooking the theatre gardens and the church. the breakfast was fine for me - as I only eat fruit but there were plenty of other things on offer. I would definitely re book. There is a gym and a free shiatsu massage. Free wifi which works. very central

It was not unpleasant. It was a place to stay, take care of business and move on. It had the basics and located at the entrance of a mall it made comfortable to find coffee shops and eateries. As they had no in-house service. Which was a bit surprising being Brasil. It is a lean service other than that I have no comment.

Minha experiência, primeira vez em POA, foi excelente. Hotel muito bom, não luxuoso, mas atendeu muito bem. Única coisa que deveria melhorar é o café da manhã. Achamos fraco, opinião de muitos, pois o nosso grupo era grande. No nosso caso, somos mineiras, e estamos acostumadas com um café mais generoso. O restante é sem queixas, muito bom! E parabenizamos POA pela incrível recuperação depois da horrível tragédia do ano passado. Queremos voltar! Obrigada!

Sem dúvidas é o melhor hotel de Porto Alegre. Absolutamente perto de todos os pontos turísticos, não precisei nem utilizar o carro e o Uber. O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos. A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis. No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

O banheiro da recepção estava em manutenção, pelo que ouvi a vários dias, atenção a este item. Recepcionistas educados e cordiais. Parabens pelo design e disposição dos moveis. Inclusive pela bela imagem de Paixão Cortes na parede do lobby.

O Ibis Budget é um hotel para quem fica pouco tempo. O quarto é apertado, sem frigobar, box separado do vaso sanitário com espaços micros. A arrumação é meia boca os atendentes nem um pouco simpáticos.

Ibis é o tipo de acomodação que não tem erro. Tudo é padrão, logo já se sabe o que o hospede pode encontrar. Zero surpresas. Atende a necessidade com a qualidade que é esperada.

O folheto que entregam com as instruções sobre o Wi fi não auxiliam porque o roteiro não apareceu no meu celular. Mas tudo bem.

Los alrededores no son los más seguros y no está en medio de una zona comercial, pero fuera de eso, excelente el servicio del personal. Fui a correr un maratón, mi unica sugerencia es haber empezado el desayuno más temprano aún (4:30) como otros hoteles, porque el servicio de transporte empezaba a las 5am y este hotel sólo empezó el desayuno a las 5:30 Es cosa de informarse bien y optimizar el servicio. Las instalaciones un poco viejas, pero cuidadas.

Quartos novos, limpos, móveis sob medida, ar split, TV LCD com canais a cabo. Tudo limpo e confortável. Café da manhã bom e equipe muito atenciosa. Bem localizado, ao lado de farmácia, postos de gasolina e lancherias.

Hotel simples, mas bom, confortavel. Café da manhã com muita variedade. Boa localização. Bem próximo ao shopping Praia de Belas. O hotel esta com uma parte em obras, mas não atrapalhou a estadia.

É um prédio velho e pouco cuidado visto de fora;mas pra quem não é muito exigente com o endereço e acomodações é um hotel com bom custo benefício.no geral é um hotel pra se hospedar sem gastar um valor alto.na minha opinião só acho que o hotel deveria melhorar a qualidade dos canais de tv e diversificar mais o café e oferecer ao hóspede o conforto de almoçar e jantar no restaurante do hotel fora isso não tenho o que reclamar e recomendo muito.

Foi muito bom se hospedar no Hotel Umbu. Sempre ficava em outros hotéis em Porto Alegre, mas fiquei muito satisfeita com a comodidade do quarto, o atendimento e, especialmente, o café da manhã, o qual tem um cardápio bem variado e com opções muito boas. A limpeza dos quartos é impecável! Super indico!
