Self-check-in was great! We arrived late and had no trouble opening the gate using the link or finding the room keys. Breakfast the next morning was very good — a wide variety of choices to satisfy every guest. The owner was very kind and even gave us some power bars/cookies for the road to enjoy with our coffee.

Very good value for money! Room is small, but clean and comfort. Breakfast offered rather wide options and staff was extremely kind!

Staff really friendly and helpful. Lovely hotel, comfortable beds, quiet, clean. Fabulous location in the beautiful area of Srodka, right beside Cathedral Island, with oldest church in Poland, museum, several nice restaurants, close to Malta Lake on one side with lots of amenities including great Thermal spa/swimming pool/aquapark, and a short walk (15/20mins) to Old Town main square on the other. Totally recommend.

The room was way more spacious than what I expected for this price. Location is stellar! The bed was very comfy, stay was quiet despite bars/restaurants right below. The room also had a balcony. This place exceeded my expectations. Great value for that price.

It is my favourite little hotel in Poznan. I try and book it every time I am in Poland. It's a short walking distance to Srodka and Old Market Square. I loved the view from the window of my room and the area it's located in. The room was very clean and very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The decor and feel of the room is luxurious. A lot of details have been very thoughtfully done. The jacuzzi in the room is the most attractive facility. It was neat and clean and was a lot of fun to use. The towels and linen were spotless. There is an extra jacuzzi outside the apartment which we didn't use due to the bad weather. The apartments are in a private enclosure separate from the main building facing each other with big windows along the whole wall. There was provisions to make tea and coffee in the room. There is even a small fridge, which is convenient. The place has its own private parking.

Nice place. Most biggest advantage is that you can charge your electric car. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. I will definitely come back.

The room was pretty clean and staff was so kind.

Good value for money and its the only available hotel in the area when we arrived in Poznan

We sat outside in the courtyard the whole evening and heard only one plane flying; that is quieter than our home!

Perfect stay for a couple of days exploring Poznan, just straight across the airport, but still very quiet area. Within 10 minutes into the city. The hotel was perfect, great rooms, clean and the breakfast was good too, except for the yoghurt :( those cheap yoghurt packages, with watery yoghurt. Next time hopefully some full greek yoghurt or some choices. But that was the only thing negative that i clould think of. Rest is a 9 !

Clean rooms, and very peaceful. Love the staff there. We left super early so I can't say anything about breakfast, but the overall hotel was amazing. And the price was perfect!

Conveniently within walking distance from the airport, room very spacious, clean bathroom, WIFI good, dinner and breakfast was great.

Excellent hotel. The hotel is in a new, nice and cozy building. The hotel is in a pleasant, green and peaceful neighborhood, about 2 km from the city center. The service was excellent and very caring, from the efficient and courteous cleaner Tatiana via the very pleasant and courteous receptionists up to the very nice hotel manager. The breakfast was very good and delicious. The hotel restaurant is beautiful and decorated. I also had lunch and the food was very delicious. The hotel is highly recommended

The room was clean and cozy and finaly our kids had separate beds, which also were comfortable enough. The breakfast was delicious, great variety of desets and not standard dishes. The hotel has restaurant inside, the prices are affordable.

Great food in restaurant with a great spread for breakfast. Lovely modern place was ver comfortable. It is a bit far out of town yo walk into the centre but parking in town was not a problem. Wonderful Tibetan restaurant close by.

We stayed at Novotel Poznań Centrum for the first time, but we’re very familiar with the Novotel brand — one of the main reasons we chose it was the underground parking. The parking area is quite small, so keep that in mind if you’re traveling by car. We were lucky to find one spot available in the afternoon, but space is definitely limited. The hotel is connected to an Ibis hotel (part of the same group). From what I understand, Novotel rooms are located on the higher floors, which offer beautiful views over Poznań’s Old Town. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the Old Town. In the evenings, it’s lovely to take a stroll through the nearby park and charming streets. There are many cafés and restaurants around, and a large shopping mall is directly across the street. Our room was not huge, but spacious enough, cozy, and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent — everything fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. The only thing we found a bit unusual was the location of the waffle makers and pancake station — they were in a separate room, which was slightly inconvenient, but not a big issue. The waffles we made were delicious! Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much, and on our next trip to Poznań we will definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

Hotel located close to town center. Our room was comfortable and spacious yet definitely needed an upgrade. I believe some rooms in the hotel are updated/recently renovated but not ours. Nonetheless property was clean and safe, and a huge plus that parking was available for a fee. We enjoyed the shopping complex directly across the street which had excellent restaurants that we dined at for both breakfast and dinner. I recommend this hotel to others.

It was truly amazing, the breakfast was a 10/10 from both me and my partner. There was a waffle matching and a pancake maker and the buffet was amazing, the beds and rooms are comfy and spacious, the whole hotel is beautiful and in a perfect location so close to town.

I liked everything, the room is clean, there is everything you need. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is just super. The dinner in the restaurant was also wonderful. The waiter who served us was very attentive.

Amazing breakfast buffet although expensive compared to eating out in Poznan , may be cheaper to book ahead of your stay , great sports bar in the lobby , good views from room

It was a quick stop over so we just slept and left.

Modern fittings and nice interior design with a tropical theme and beautiful wallpaper with tropical birds. It came with a kettle, handy for us to make up my baby's milk. Breakfast was caried and delicious with sweet and savoury options, egg etc and some lovely blueberry pancakes. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming and spoke excellent English - the chef/cook was also very friendly so we really did feel at home. Parking was well signposted and just outside the building.

It was one of the very few options with late check-in possibility, the receptionist was very helpful, the room - spacious and very clean with all kitchen facilities. Very spacious and clean bathroom!

The place was a little further from thr city center, so naturally it was in a more quiet place with a parking place behind the hotel. The room itself was very cozy, very comfy beds, water, a kettle, very nice bathroom with all amenities. The staff was very friendly and surprised us with a small present and a sertificate for our older daughter upon check out. Small gestures like this made the stay unforgettable ❤️

Room was clean and comfortable with everything as expected: TV, water, tea, glasses. Standard breakfast. There was hairdryer, air conditioner and great WiFi.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. It made it hard to get up in the morning—though the promise of breakfast at the delightful on-site restaurant helped! The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. We arrived late Saturday night. A wedding was being held on the terrace and dining room. We had received advance notice of this. Service was still excellent. We ate on the terrace and people watched. In fact the little dumplings with the pea pesto was fantastic. Breakfast was good as well. My husband appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby. The room although on the smaller side was well equipped coffee machine, mini bar, bottled water and ironing board. This hotel is walkable to the old town, the cathedral island. We would stay again.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable, the shower was great, the food and wine in the restaurant were amazing and the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate was the icing on the cake.

The location was exceptional, it was quite but close to the old town square and the tram stop. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and everywhere was clean and modern. Free coffee and cool water all day was a nice extra. I had an excellent meal in the hotel restaurant and there are many wonderful coffee shops close by. I would definitely stay again and will recommend it to others .

Alexksandra (Ola?) was so friendly and gave me a great first impression of Poznan. The hotel was really clean and the room was very spacious. It had everything I needed. We were so lucky to get an upgraded and it was a nice surprise. All the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and Ola is the best among them. I think I know why this hotel is in the Michelin Guide. Highly recommended.

Very convenient accommodation and self check in. Nice and modern and warm room. Very comfy beds. There is a kitchenette inside and a minibar included in price. Everything what was inside the room, were very well planned (starting from lights switches, heaters, warm floors in the bathroom to wine glasses and high quality porcelain dishes). Breakfast was amazing, and it was served in several minutes, so we managed to get to the train station even though we were short in time.

1. Spacious, exceptionally well arranged apartment in terms of both aesthetics and functionality. The room was spacious enough for free movement and easy access; 2. Professional and friendly staff, especially Aleksandra - receptionist at the front desk for a professional, friendly and meticulous assistance during my stay; 3. Delicious dining; 4. Pricing - Ilonn is a bang for buck, a wonderful bargain in terms of price to comfort ratio.

Lovely hotel with extremely friendly & helpful staff. We had big room with small kitchenette corner. Everything was clean & comfortable. The only thing I missed was washing up liquid and sponge so we could clean our cups and plates. Also in the hallway we missed hooks or pegs to hang up our coats. Overall we really enjoyed it.

The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We are especially happy with how Ola treated us and helped us, she is very friendly and funny while still maintaining professionalism. The bed is comfortable, the pillows were nice. We had no problem with the TV, the shower is really spacious and has a fancy feel to it. The radio in the toilet (literally built into the wall) was a surprise but we had a good laugh about it. Free dental, shawing, sewing etc... kits were small but nice gifts to give to the guests.

Just returned from a stay in this wonderful hotel please do not be put off by some of the negative reviews. Firstly the location is perfect, it's about a 5 minute walk to the main square and about 10 minutes to Cathedral Island, Bolt will drop you off just outside the hotel. The staff in the hotel are brilliant and can't do enough for you, they are all very cheerful and happy to help from the moment you arrive to when it's time to check out. The rooms are individually decorated and quite quirky, We had plenty of space, a huge comfy bed and a great sized bathroom. The room was very clean and they even supplied a defuser for the hairdryer. Breakfast was varied, plentiful and importantly very delicious. But what makes this hotel stand out is the little touches, from the welcome drink to the little sweet gifts in the morning. It's these tiny things that brighten your day and makes the stay special. Poznan itself is a lovely friendly place and well worth a visit.

We stayed one night at City Solei and it was great. The room was large with a small terrace. The design is fun and interesting. The hotel concept is also great. The staff was super friendly (except for the girl serving breakfast). The breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient with a discounted parking nearby. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful stay at Altus Poznań Hotel. The view from the 10th floor, both during the day and at night, was absolutely breathtaking. My room was cosy, very clean, and well-equipped – I especially appreciated the kettle for making tea and coffee. The shower worked perfectly, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options – fresh vegetables, meats, cheeses, different kinds of bread, pancakes for children, waffles, fruits, and of course great coffee and tea. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. The location is perfect – close to the Old Market Square and the main train station, with a tram stop just outside the hotel. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would be happy to return. Highly recommended!

Central location, 15 min walk from the main train station. Direct trams bound to Termy Maltanskie Aquapark, Pools & Spa stop right outside the hotel – very convenient! Stary Browar shopping mall only 10 min away. The rooms are much bigger than the description says. There's enough space for a lot of luggage, which I appreciated. Beds are simple but very comfy. TV with lots of channels. AC works fine. Everything looks nice & clean. I had a room on the 9th floor so the view over the city was rather impressive, with airplanes flying right in front of the window (the airport is located close to the city). The hotel restaurant is worth a visit and it offers a variation of Polish and regional cuisine. Dishes look lovely and are very tasty! (The only thing that feels a bit odd is that the restaurant isn't separated from the hotel lobby. Why?)

My room was clean and had a very comfortable bed and a fabulous view of the city. The hotel's greatest asset as far as I - a solo traveller on a multi-week trek through Europe with lots of luggage - am concerned, though, is its proximity to the train station and the Stary Browar shopping centre.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The location is close to central Poznan, whilst not being completely central, and walking distance from the train station, with most bus and tram lines going past a nearby stop. The breakfast was excellent, with an amazing choice of food considering the size of the hotel (the only hotels in Poland I've seen with more choice have at least three times as many rooms). The staff also speak reasonable English, so knowing Polish isn't necessary (although knowing a little always helps).

This hotel has super comfortable and luxury rooms - with comfortable beds, storage space for your stuff, large table and big bathroom. There are also lots of sport facilities and programs to participate in - some pf them paid, some with discounts and some free for hotel guests. The breakfasts are delicious and the hotel employees are helpful and very nice. I liked the location close to the university.

I appreciated the water and the mini-fridge. My only suggestion would be to have some facial tissue/Kleenex in the room. I’d definitely stay here again.

I had to book a stay in Poznan for transit only hence the choice of hotel close to the train station. At the time I did not realise that I would be staying in a very historic hotel. It was interesting to read all about it in the lobby. Unexpected bonus to a nice stay. The hotel is very modern. My room was incredibly spacious for one person. So was the bathroom. All spotless and bright. Brilliant idea to have water dispensers in the hall and a caraffe to fill with water yourself. I drink loads of water so this was welcome. Usually hotels leave one small bottle which I would drink in a minute and be left thirsty. I was arriving very late so I asked if I could have a meal delivered to my room before the restaurant closes. I had to pay for it ahead of time using slightly confused process via email but it was worth it and the meal was very good. I also managed to grab a lovely glass of wine in the lively bar before they closed at midnight. Breakfast, while pricey, was very good. Large selection of healthy and less-healthy foods - something for everyone. Offering was fresh and tasty. Coffee was nice and the service excellent. All the staff across the hotel were friendly and helpful. The checkin and checkout was super easy. The proximity to the train station was a big plus for me. All in all 10/10 with a few caveats.

The hotel is ideally placed for the airport, main train station and city centre. The hotel was well decorated. The allocated room was a good size, clean and comfortable. There was a tea/ coffee machine but no complementary water. I ate in the restaurant in the evening and had breakfast in the morning. Both were very good. The breakfast selection was very good with hot and cold options available. All the staff I encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

Fabulous business trip- first time staying at this lovely welcoming hotel. Room 128 (privilege chambre) was super spacious, clean, comfortable and very light and airy making for a wonderful 4-night stay. Lovely bed and double shower very much home from home and staff extremely welcoming and housekeeping immaculately clean.

My wife and I loved our first stay here in July, so we chose this hotel again for our second visit! We booked a privilege room with a double bed, but we were upgraded to a Suite!! I couldn't believe that it happened to me, so I double-checked at the front desk :) Thank you so much for the upgrade! During our first stay, we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, and it turned out it was a big mistake. Because their breakfast was amazing! Especially, fresh bread was irresistible!! We will definitely stay here again in the future, and we will not skip breakfast at Mercure Poznan!!

the hotel is very central. I was there for a sports event and the hotel was opposite the venue which was perfect. Room is very spacious and clean. Staff is also very professional and accomodating. Loved the fact that the gym was decently equipped with foam rollers, and other recovery tools as well as a pool/jacuzzi.

Amazing location! Highly recommend it to anyone planning a getaway in Poznan! Centrally located, within walking distance from Poznan Main Railway Station and literally a stone's throw away from the Old Main Square and all the attractions in the Old Town. A variety of restaurants and/or cafes in the vicinity, and several Zabka convenience stores for when you want to get treat or grab a cheap coffee/tea to go. For a hotel in the Old Town, this one is exceptionally quiet (no noise from cars/trams or tourists walking on the street), so you can easily get a good night's sleep. The room was a standard size - perfectly enough for a weekend or even longer stay, with 3 large windows letting in lots of natural light, but also with roller blinds provided in addition to black-out curtains for those who like their room to be pitch-black when they go to sleep. The bed was large and comfy, and the bathroom had a decent-sized shower. A basic blow-dryer was provided as well.

A very cosy, welcoming, and peacefully quiet hotel away from the hustle and bustle, but within walking reach of the old town centre. The room was so well insulated I barely heard another guest, and slept peacefully. Good sized windows let in plenty of natural light. There is an amazing continental breakfast spread in a very agreeable Wintergarden. The reception staff were pleasant, accommodating and efficient.

Moreover just a few minutes away you can find three huge shopping malls, bookshops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. To reach the hotel from the airport: exit the airport, go to the bus stop on your right and take the bus line n. 159 (tickets to be purchased on the ground at the automatic distributor just aside the bus stop; you can pat by credit card). The bus will leave you at the main railway station, so you can't go wrong about which stop you have to get off. From the railway station just continue to the bus station building/Avenida (Dworzec autobusowy/Avenida); just go up to the 1st floor, exit and take to your right: after 10 minutes walk you reach the hotel. The room (mine, at least) wasn't that big, but it was equipped with everything one can need for the stay, included a small boiler for teas/coffee etc. No fridge in the room, but there is a common fridge in the breakfast room where it is possible to store some food. There is also a common kitchenette for preparing som warm food, if needed. The windows are equipped with noiseless glasses, so you keep the world outside! The breakfast is copious and of good quality, never to complain about. Really worthy the price!

It is very 'Polish', not a negative, but just be aware, no full English, but all seemed freshly made. Some people have said that it is not near anything, but it is 10 minutes drive (or Taxi) from quite a lot of things (food, etc.), and I personally prefer not to be in the city centre. Free parking at the rear of the hotel. Free adequate wifi. Free sparkling and still water in your room. I got a message that they didn't have a cot for the baby but when I turn up to the room, there was one, so I was grateful. CON's The cleanliness of the room was quite poor. I am not usually one to moan, but it really felt they haven't properly cleaned the room for a while. Some of the issues were: 1. Lots of very long hairs on the floor (me and my baby do not have long hair). And when I say lots, I mean clumps. 2. Protein bar wrapper under the bed 3. Dirty shower floor towel 4. Dirty coffee/tea cup (see photo) All quite simple things to fix. No fridge or mini-bar (bit of an issue for me with a baby). There are residential houses and a few noisy children in the gardens. It didn't bother me that much but it might other people. That being said, I would return to Hotel Zielony, I just hope they can fix the cleaning.

I have to mention the breakfast, it was fantastic, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausages, pate, and much more, everything I like. It was amazing. If they could, they would bring you the blue sky. Big room, big bed, even though it was further from the city center, I chose it because the room had a private bathroom, breakfast included and an attractive price offer per night. Very friendly staff.

Quick acces to city centre, UBER costs around 5-8 EUR. Good breakfast, smooth check and check out is at noon, that is very convinient. Good business hotel for reasonable price.

Upon our arrival we were greated by a friendly lady at the reception desk. Our room was a twin bedroom on the 5th floor, beds were very comfy and a bathroom was super clean, which was great! When we were checking out today, another friendly receptionist offered to store our luggage and my son's French horn in a locked storage room for safekeeping so we could spent two hours in the old city. This hotel is very convenient for exploring the old city, it is right in the middle of the famous Św Marcin street with so many cafes and restaurants. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, went out to a local cafe for a coffee and a homemade sandwich (Kawiarnia Taj, almost next door was our place ). This hotel's location was perfect for being close to the Paderewski Music Academy, just a stone's throw for the hotel, which was great for my son attending a 2 days serminar at the Academy.

The hotel is situated fairly close to the old town and only 15 minutes walk from the train station (which is how we arrived in Poznan). The lobby was clean, modern and welcoming as was the room. Also, the room was exceptionally large, with a large well appointed bathroom. There was a large tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. The decor was very nice and the bed comfortable. Also such a joy to find a bath and not just a shower. Great for a soak after being out all day exploring. You can walk down straight into old town in no time. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat in the restaurant, but I liked that the menu was simple and all goose, which is traditionally favoured in that region of Poland. We'll be back in Poznan again and I doubt I'd bother looking for a different hotel because Hotel NH Poznan was the perfect stay at a very reasonable price.

We stayed in a spacious and cozy room that felt very comfortable. The room was clean, with a large wardrobe, a kettle with tea/coffee, and bottled water provided. I really appreciated the bathroom amenities – the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, and body lotion all had pleasant scents, and there was also a hairdryer available. The location is excellent – right in the city center, with a Biedronka supermarket across the street and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great location to access the old town, museums and Christmas Market. Immaculately clean, staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was spacious, comfy beds, plenty of storage space, good linen and towels. Breakfast buffet is excellent, lots of choices to suit everyone.

Tram line is just outside with some tram route stops just a min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. Breakfast buffet offers hot and cold food with a variety of options. We were in a Standard Double Room with extra bed ( 3 guests) and the room was on the cozier side for 3 adults. We thought there was a bathtub as shown on the booked room details but only had a shower. It was a bit disappointing but it was ok. Will definitely come back here when we visit Poznan again.

Housekeeping slightly suspect in that although the bathroom was cleaned spotlessly, the attention to the room itself was lacking with used cups left unwashed and complimentary drinks not replenished. Food in the restaurant was superb, at a very reasonable price. Staff were generally polite, however we were taken aback that on both occasions that we ate in the restaurant, the staff commenced the preparation for the next mornings breakfast whist customers were still dining at approximately 8pm! We would stay here again.

The availability of scooters directly at the facility was a clear plus. The rooms were tidy and the staff nice. Very positive: There was a free cold/warm water source nearby to fill up glasses when you were thirsty. My biggest suprise was the food in the hotel. Normally I tend to go out and experiment with restaurants nearby, but the food at this hotel was so outstanding, I had dinner there several times. It appears like a fusion cuisine with a great focus on tastes and spices. I tried an asparagus soup, spring rolls with prawns, cesars salad and many more, all dishes being super tasty and delicious. It really was special for such a hotel.

The staff and hotel was outstanding. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and any extras we asked for was no trouble at all. We were there for a fencing tournament and the location was perfect for those early morning starts. The restaurant served good quality and beautifully presented food that was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. It was 20 mins from the Old Market. The room was spacious and clean.

Staff is exceptionally friendly, accommodating and professional. I was greeted almost every day with a smile. The Manager remembered me from previous stays and made sure my room had snacks, flowers and a note welcoming me back on my arrival, which is very nice while traveling so far from home. The fresh flowers reminded me of home in the summer. I have recommended to my company that the hotel be placed on The Companys Preferred list. I rotate through the area every 6-8 weeks and management always makes sure I have the same room. I can't comment on the comfort of the beds since post-surgery issues make all beds uncomfortable for me but I'm always able to sleep better here than anywhere else.

We arrived quite late, but the staff had been accommodating and helpful. Continental breakfast was great and wide selection of foods catered to our dietary needs.

If you're driving a long way on A2 motorway, it's a perfect location to stay overnight. Calm and quiet place, good breakfast in the morning, grocery stores and fuel stations on the way.

We enjoyed very much at the hotel/ We are a family of five and we visited at Regatta Between August 22 to August 30. Facilities There is a very nice Butik pool and wet\dry sauna at the hotel that usually open until 21:00. The pool and sauna were nice option for last attraction to finish the day. There also a very good restaurant that located within the hotel and the food is at high standard. There is enough space to park your car near the hotel, the hotel parking is very big and there is a church near the hotel with a lot of space to park. You will also find very convenient access with your lugged from the parking lot to the hotel. There is a balcony for each room, and we stayed in a room with a shared balcony. There was no problem with the other guest and everyone respect the other privacy. There is also a bar and a coffee machine where you can buy yourself a drink. Location There is a small lake near the hotel and some restaurant in the area, we visited the Sushi restaurant 5 minutes derive from the hotel and we also recommend to visit there if you like sushi. Just beneath the hotel you will find a supermarket and pharmacy. There is a bigger supermarket across the street. In general The stuff is English speaking, very friendly and helpful. The room are clean and you always can something from the stuff regarding to your room. We enjoyed our staying there very much and we certainly recommend this hotel.

I didn’t have breakfast this time, but I stayed in this hotel before and it’s good. generally nice quiet place for travelers by car, lovely spa zone to get rest after working day, I recommend and will stay there again.

There is also a small terrace there. We stayed here only for 4 nights but we enjoyed it and maybe we will come again. Absolutely I can recommend Hotel Malta camping for your holiday or prolonged weekend!

I liked the location and the idea of separate huts rather than rooms. It was clean, locations available, and we received 20% off voucher for termy. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. Shops just down the road and good bus and trams connection. Zoo and rail close by.

Breakfast was exceptionally good,lots of choice, hot and cold dishes, tea,coffee and soft drinks perfect, the hotel bar was also amazing, started our nights out from here ,big mention to the staff ,absolutely superb, made me and my twin brother so welcomed in their hotel,when I'm back in Poznan hopefully very soon ,this is now my go to hotel.

This Ibis was just perfect for me. It was easy to drive to and parking was perfect as they had their own ramp in the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful to me and check in went super-fast and easy. The price was perfect for me. I was in town for the Christmas Markets, and they were an easy walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient for me. I would for sure stay here again and the old city center was really beautiful and interesting to see. I really enjoyed my stay in this Ibis and in Poznan. I can always trust Ibis to be great price and clean rooms and easy parking.

The location of the hotel and the staff made my stay enjoyable. Everyone I came in contact with was helpful and professional. The main purpose of my review is to give high marks to Amolrzej Przemieniecki. He was my go-to person I always looked for if I needed directions. His directions, how explained the route on the map, and any other helpful hint he could give me always helped me find my destination with no problem. His English was very good and his kindness was always appreciated. In fact, when he checked me out (I stayed October 1-4), an associate helped him with my receipt, due to the fact that he was relatively new and he didn't have much experience in checking customers out. I told the gentleman helping that I assumed Amolrzej was a seasoned veteran, considering his expertise, knowledge and a smile that always gave you the impression that he knew the answer and could help you with any problem. I try to explain to young people to choose an occupation that you would love doing for the rest of your life, and not to base it on money and climbing the ladder. If you hate what you do, the days can be long and no amount of money can help your heart and spirit like what you do all day long! My husband and I are hoping to return to Poland next fall, and we will definitely stay at your hotel! Please give Amolrzej my thanks for helping me!

Although the hotel is not in old town, it is not far by taking the tram. The hotel is safe and staff are friendly English speaking. The breakfast is good but not super. Room service is good. My room is facing back of hotel which is garden like area. No complaints. By walking across the river for 15-20 minutes, there is a very nice shopping mall where there is large food court. It is not far from lake Malta.

We spent 4 days with our family at this hotel and we were satisfied! The hotel is in a good location, you can walk to the center or take a tram. We took the included breakfast, the food was very tasty. The staff was very polite. Everything was clean and cozy. Of the minuses - the room was a bit small, but otherwise excellent! I recommend!

Taking the cost of hotel and dinner, my total cost was still cheaper then basic hotel room elsewhere, I quite often use Airbnb so did look in to it this time but even privately was more expensive as well as having to share bathroom, so this was absolutely perfect. As I drove to location , there where secure on premises parking with the gate being shut for the night. In the morning I was first in breakfast bar as was leaving early, helped myself to some food then this girls came to me and asked in very good English if I would like proper coffee from a bar so that was added bonus. In general Im very happy with all and for the price , exceeded my expectations with awesome staff . From outside looks bit of basic getaway place but once inside , looks more decent hotel. There is railway stop near by but never heard any noise

Reception staff were really helpful. Buffet breakfast was of excellent quality with an extensive choice of both hot and cold foods. On day of departure the hotel provided us with a takeaway breakfast as we departed very early at 04.30. Only complaint was that several of the drinks offered in the bar menu were not actually available.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection enormous and facilities scrupulously maintained. Restaurant dinner matches any gourmet restaurant! Location was prime - a short walk to all the areas of interest. Would definitely recommend!!

Breakfast was plentiful with a huge choice, including both hot and cold food and a waffle maker. The room was warm, a reasonable size and comfortable. Our one criticism would be that the beds were just pulled up and not made properly, the mugs we had used had not been washed thoroughly and the coffee and tea had not been replenished so we had to go down to reception to ask for more. Overall a lovely stay and would definitely return

However the 2 guys in the restaurant in the evening were absolutely superb. Very friendly and helpful and were willing to exchange in a 5 minute conversation. They are a credit to the hotel. The fitness suite was good and well equipped which i used most days.Overall I will and am staying at the Ilon again and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable,stylish hotel with a great restaurant.

I stayed here as part of a tour for 1 night. The room was clean and spacious enough for me. I was in room 101. The toilet was small and the shower had glass doors. I am a larger person and I was afraid of relaxing on the toilet for fear of breaking it. I just barely squeezed into and out of the shower. Not comfortable for larger people. The breakfast buffet was very good, both US and European style foods.

Very clean and modern. Rooms are spacious and in-house facilities good. A small but decent mini bar and two restaurants provide you a good choice for dinning and relaxation. Rooms have Nesproo coffee machine with coffee capsules as a gift.

I landed at the airport quite late, so was very happy I could have checked in in late evening. I was super surprised with the nespresso machine in my room, it was a blessing. The bed was really, really comfy too The breakfast is worth of every compliment. Amazing food, the variety was amazing and the taste. Poetry.. Another plus is for dog friendliness. The lounge was amazing decorated . The staff is super friendly and discreet. Thanks a lot.

The building has two stories and there are restaurants, shops, breweries, hair salons etc on the lower floor. The from is nice and spacious. With amenities and excellent mattes. I liked the setting of the hotel that is surrounded with some restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner along with some shops that are convenient for your daily needs. The site is neat, well-landscaped and provide the sense of security. The front desk employees were nice and very helpful.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and keen to assist. Room very specious and comfortable. Breakfast does the job. Plus swimming pool and message was great too. Only downside - pool is open from 3pm ( Monday- Friday). Overall I do recommend this place!

WiFi was excellent - strong signal and very reliable. The room was quiet and had good black out curtains. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast (buffet style) was outstandingly good with a wide range of choice. The hotel is located close to the old town of Poznan (sadly, currently a huge building site!) and has good parking. Reception is 24/7 and staff are helpful and efficient. Highly recommended - the Park Radisson Poznan has everything you'd want a modern city centre hotel to have.

Fantastic, friendly and professional service. Excellent food from the hotel restaurant, with a very good menu, including healthy options. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with very modern facilities.

Driving into and the central city is challenging like any other of these centuries old cities anywhere in the world, I would imagine. Poznań is no different but finding the entry to parking was easier than most. Nice modern hotel and a very nice, small but well equipped, fitness center. Good restaurant and breakfast and comfortable room. If you’re looking to be in very good, reasonably priced rooms in the Centrum of Poznań, this would be a great place to check out (and in to!).

This hotel is in a really good location, walking distance to the old market square. I stayed in a superior room with a balcony. The bed was large and really comfortable and the room was nice and clean Breakfast is a selection of cereals, fruit, pastries, hot foods such as bacon etc, cold meats and cheeses, or you can order omelettes, scrambled eggs, pancakes, porridge etc which is made fresh for you. I would stay here again if I return to Poznan

About 10 minute walk to the old town square. Conveniently located to the river and restaurants. Very nice restaurant and breakfast, friendly staff. Just what you would expect from a Radisson

Tasty varied breakfast 30 Polish zloty - sliced cheeses, sliced meats, bread, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, tomatoes, cucumber, salad. Speciality coffee were approx. 6-7 Polish zloty extra, ordinary coffee or tea included in price. Reasonably central but quiet location close to bus links to town and railway station., opposite old zoo. Beautiful stained glass in doors, ceiling and intricate old stove in dining room. Bar and stairs currently being renovated so out of use, lift available. To sum up would recommend and very good value.

I stayed at the Gaja hotel for two nights. Nice room, but very uncomfortable bed. The mattress sagged inwards, which made getting in and out of bed very difficult. In the bathroom there was only a container with hand washing gel next to the sink, and there was no container with shower gel or shampoo in the shower cabin. I must admit that the room was clean and had a beautiful view. The restaurant had a very tasty breakfast and dinner, the steak tartare was absolutely delicious.

A simple hotel with very helpful, friendly, English speaking staff. Very near the train station and several key tram and bus connections. If like me you will be at the Targ (exhibition center), it is only a few hundred meters away. The central square is only a short ride or leisurely walk. Rooms are simple, but comfortable. The buffet breakfast is fine and the restaurant not bad. All this for a very competitive price. This is my second time here and will stay again if visiting Poznan.

The hotel is full of art, beautiful wood work, and extremely kind and helpful staff. Wonderful European boutique hotel. The beds are slightly shorter than is regular for the U.S. context, so if you're very tall, you might not be comfortable. The beds themselves and mattresses are very comfortable. The bathrooms are completely updated and modern in the midst of this beautiful, old-world, artistic hotel. The restaurant is gourmet and can accommodate varying dietary needs. Breakfast is a lovely spread of cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, breads, and cereals. Overall, a wonderful experience! Walking distance to the Poznan world trade conference center, the university, groceries, the local park/zoo, and other sites. An easy tram-ride to the old city, which is otherwise about a 20 minute walk. There is not a business office for guests in the hotel, so bring your own computer. Wireless is provided.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean but tired (well the room I was in on the 5th floor was tired). Breakfast was continental and sufficient (25zt). Public car parking outside the hotel, no payment required between 1800-0800. Ticket machine about 50m down the street. We just ensured we got a ticket just before 0800 for an hour or so (to cover us for breakfast. The hotel do have minimal car parking at a charge. It is a short walk (20 mins) from the old square but there are closer restaurants. I would happily stay here again.
