I had a super comfortable, relaxing, and top-quality stay. The pool and jacuzzi are perfect.

Beautifully appointed big room....nice bathroom with both the bathtub and a shower. Great restaurant on site with reasonable prices, great delicatessen store also. Lovely massage on site, pool and a jacuzzi on rooftop, but sadly, without heating, so that was a disappointment.

Friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, loved the feel of the tile and artwork throughout, pool/jacuzzi enjoyable.

Everything. The hotel was designed beautifully and the rooms were operated with a tablet which was really easy to use. Even though we were right downtown and next to a square with lots of restaurants nearby you didn't hear a thing from the soundproofed room. The bed was a king and super comfortable. The staff were amazing! Especially the lady who checked us in and was there every afternoon and evening. I think her name was Diana. She even helped us book a driver and guide for the day. Ariel was also very helpful, he printed up our bus tickets for us! The hotel is spotless throughout. The housekeepers do an amazing job. The bartender at the roof top bar and restaurant was also really nice. The view from there was fantastic. Loved the pool! The doorman, handyman, everyone was great! We didn't want to leave!

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is very modern with tons of thoughtful details. The beds were comfy, the nest system very easy to use with one tablet to control everything in the room, the lights, tv, blinds and temperature. We had a bathtub! A beautiful standalone bathtub and a shower, a huge shower! Oh and the toilet…it was automatic and heated! We spent an afternoon in the gorgeous heated pool, what a delight. The sparkling tiles, the views, I wished we could stay longer! The staff were beyond accommodating, super friendly and sincerely interested in making our stay the best ever and they did! It truly was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I have been to 48 countries so I’ve stayed in a few hotels!

We had a great time staying at L'Hotel Perla Boutique. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooftop space was beautiful, with great views, and the location in the midst of the historic center can't be beat. As for the room, everything was spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the modern and clean bathroom, with great shower hookups, was very appreciated. Almost everything in the room operated digitally by a tablet, and while that took a little getting used to, we came to enjoy it. In short, I doubt there are any nicer places to stay at this price point in beautiful Puebla!

Great location in a nice , vibrant area within walking distance of all the sights and great restaurants. Dianna was very helpful with all of our questions, and gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and excursions . All Of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a very nice ambience and great food . We loved our room with a balcony overlooking Calle de los Sapos. The rooftop pool area is very nice, and the views are incredible .

Located about 15 minutes outside of the historical city center of Puebla, is this two-year hotel that offers contemporary and modern amenities. The staff are very helpful. The hotel has a chic and minimalist vibe. The rooms are slightly smaller than the average size, but offers the comforts you need. The rooms have a lot of storage space with modern amenities. The only negative about the rooms which doesn’t affect my rating are the doors. They don’t close quietly. The gym is small but offers basic cardio equipment and free weights with a serene view of the outdoors. Adjacent to the gym is a small pool area. The breakfast buffet offers a small variety of cereals but offers a variety of fruits, cheeses, omelette station, and a variety of Mexican dishes. We also had dinner in the restaurant multiple nights. The menu offers a variety of meat and vegetarian options. I highly recommends the pesto pasta, salads, and vegetable kebab. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and the service was excellent. The main lobby offers an open area of coworker and individual space with a variety of photography and art books. In terms of convenience, there is a fast food store next to the hotel and a pharmacy one street away. There’s also A Walmart about a 12 minute walk from the hotel where you can buy just about anything. If I were to return to Puebla in the future, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

All in all 10 out of 10 experience. Helpful friendly staff, clean modern comfortable rooms, good food and great service. Due to Marriott status I was upgraded to a room with a balcony and welcomed with a personally decorated cookie platter. They really went above and beyond.

This hotel is just5 years old and attractively decorated and furnished. Well maintained and sparking clean. The happy, accommodating staff is a huge plus here. I will confess that my Spanish is shaky, but everyone was extremely patient plus fron managers all seemed be English fluent. Breakfast buffet was inviting carefully groomed and replenished. Be aware that the food is Mexican, no white toast and bacon in sight. My room was spacious and comfortable with an oversized HD tv. This place is a real gem!

Experience was amazing, everything clean and nice. Staff offered excellent service. The only annoying thing was the breakfast: bread tasted old and it was hard, food tasted like dust and there was not enough variety on breakfast. With the money I paid for including breakfast I could have had an extra decent breakfast anywhere else….that sucked

The room was super clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious, everyone was super professional and kind. We traveled with a baby and they prepared a crib for her and they were so accommodating to our needs. The beds and pillows are great!

We stayed in Puebla for some days and this hotel have us what we needed as a family. We booked two bedrooms suite. It was spacious and very clean. Service in the bar is amazing and also the food in the restaurant. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'll book this hotel again for our next visit.

Very nice and comfortable hotel, good restaurants, excellent location, breakfast at the buffet restaurant was regular, well maintained and clean in general but the carpet at the room was quite dirty.

this hotel is geared towards business travelers which is great if you want a peaceful stay. the rooms are generous in space, super clean and had all the needed accessories. The hotel is a $6.00 (U.S.) cab ride or 30-40 minute stroll to the historic section of town. We usually took a cab down and meandered back through the neighborhoods. The restaurants were good and very reasonably priced. All the staff were friendly and more than helpful. If you are visiting for leisure see Alejandro, the concierge. He was super. He arranged a wonderful anniversary dinner as well as a great tour to an archaeological site. We would stay again should we go back to Puebla.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was smooth, making my stay truly enjoyable. One of the highlights was dining at Cocina de los Ángeles. Lili, Sergio, and their team were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a great experience, even offering thoughtful recommendations that I truly appreciated. The food was delicious, and the ambiance made for a perfect dining experience.

Location was great for our purposes, the facilites are very well upkeep and the staff was super attentive, helpful and friendly. We had issues with our a/c and the front office manager was super helpful and she managed to swap our rooms and we had no issues after all. The staff members at the temporary club lounge were amazing and really attentive.

The place was just lovely: the rooms were comfy, the staff was friendly, the parking was safe. There was a fitness room with an amazing view over the city and all in all it was a very pleasant experience.

The Hotel outside and inside was very fancy and impressive ☺️... The view from the roof was exceptionally lovely. There were Christmas decorations all over the city...a huge lighted Christmas tree and big lighted ferris wheel all lit up The elevator inside was several stories tall and all glass, open to the circular atrium. The room was nice with two full beds, and the shower was very modern The sheets were exceptionally soft and decorated with elegant piping. The TV was big and worked well, with installed Apps. The pictures on the wall were very pretty and we're of local Cathedrals and mountains in the area. The valet service that parked our car was very nice and appreciated. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English We got an exceptional reduced price on Booking.com

Super nice hotel. Very spacious and updated nicely. Really nice rooms. Comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. A couple of staff members that could speak English we're very helpful with our struggle with Google translate as our Spanish is still pretty minimal. There is a very nice restaurant on site and the food is muy bueno. Special shout out to Carmina in the restaurant. Super nice and helpful young lady. She is studying for the hotel and tourist business and is intent on improving her English. She will do very well. Her customer skills are excellent. Great location for the hotel as it's well within walking distance to Centro which was a pretty exceptional area.

The breakfast is delicious here, the variety and everything is amazing! The location is also very close to the airport, which makes it very convenient when you have an early flight. It is clean, quiet, comfortable and great value too!

Convenient location as we were driving past Puebla. Good, large and secure car park. The rooms were as expected and the staff were friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Convenient to get an Uber to go to Cholula. Although the location was by the highway, there was no traffic noise. It is worth noting that the access is complicated and we had to pay close attention both when arriving and leaving - just had to have blind faith in Google maps!

Upon arrival the staff greeted with respect and kindness. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 345 but we were given extra complimentary drink ticket. That was no problem as my family and I waiting in the restaurant bar area and had chips and salsa. A Frappuccino as well which was very delicious. We stayed in the king suite and my family and I were blown away by the size and comfort of the room.most of all the family size bathtub with the jets was the best of all .The hotel let us check out 2 hours after the supposed too so we took full advantage with no hurry to leave . We will definitely come back .

This hotel has so much character in the architecture & decor. The courtyard has a beautiful pool with potted plants everywhere. We took advantage of the spa and got a 2 hour couples massage (about $150 USD) which was absolutely amazing. It included time in the jacuzzi along with a facial and 1+ hour massage. The breakfast was also very good which was included with our stay. The location is very convenient with tons of sites to see within a short walking distance. The staff are very attentive and helpful and helped us with arranging transportation. I would highly recommend staying here!

El sueno is truly a dream - full of beautiful plants, skylights, fountains, and cool breezes, it is a calming, quiet oasis nestled inside a busy part of town (the center). Great location, service, rooms, food options - everything is gorgeous and delicious. The massage packages are delightful too - I did reflexology (foot massage and nerve work), hot stones, and head massage. They also have a jacuzzi, pool, heated wigwam, and everything else you need to be at peace after a day of walking around this booming area and seeing the sights. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place, with many outdoor spaces and a staff eager to run the vapor room or the jacuzzi or fetch a taxi when desired. Quiet, but close to good restaurants and to Museo Amparo - a must in Puebla, and close to the Zocalo as well. I missed having windows, since the only one went to the interior courtyard, but otherwise - Kudos!

We didn't know what to expect so we were pleasantly surprised by how lovely El Sueno was. It was a small hotel but did not feel claustrophobic. We loved having the Jacuzzi and the steam room on the same floor as our room. And the staff was genuinely friendly. We would stay here again were we to revisit Puebla.

Everything was great… except: I chose this property even though it was much farther than other hotels to the place we had to be everyday. I did so because it was listed as having a jacuzzi hot tub. This was important to me because my son was playing in a tournament and needed to be able to soothe and rest his tired muscles in the hot water each night. As it turns out, the hotel doesn’t really have a hot tub. It is just a small pool that is the same temperature as the big pool. While it’s not cold, it definitely isn’t hot. I feel very misled by the amenities list.

Hotel is clean, bed is nice, room size is AWESOME, internet was good with is very important, best shower/bathroom of any hotel in the price class, Food was great in hotel restaurant, nice bar area and the Angus restaurant right in front is out of this world great steak. Hotel service is fast and friendly. The only thing I did not like is all the noise from the highway right out front. Yes good location to get to everything but a lot of traffic noise, no fault of the hotel but it is one of the downsides of staying there if you are in a room and want to open a window.

Gorgeous bedroom and bathroom with a nice big jacuzzi bath. Loved the style of the room apart from the leather couch in the corner. Felt like it didn’t suit the style of the room. Staff were lovely and the food was very tasty. Great location, just a few minutes walk to the pyramid.

Great location very clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious. We had suite 2 which was lovely. Liked the nespresso machine in the room, and luckily we have loads of nespresso pods with us (you can purchase them). Loved the pool area with the gorgeous view of the volcano and town.

Ultra modern building and very helpful staff who helped us with a reservation. Efficient and easy valet parking with car kept just inside the building. One room very quiet inner courtyard, the other with a little street noise. Sleek modern design extremely clean. Hotel Tila is an upscale hotel in a great location for the Cholula archaeological site. Very welcoming staff. The room was quiet, very comfortable and extremely clean. Across from the hotel there is a great breakfast, lunch, and dinner place. There is a nightly jazz bar above the restaurant, very cool.

The rooms are lovely, a good size, extremely comfortable beds, great shower, good supply of towels, two basins. The temperature always seems to be just right although I didn't see any aircon or heating; perhaps not needed. The pool was not crowded and although not large, was fine for swimming a few lengths. There was plenty of room to park and the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The building is modern and nicely designed. Great view from the roof.

The hotel is clean and nice. The lobby restaurant "La Huerta" has an overpriced menu and the food is not great. The valet parking service is really slow and the staff are not kind. The rooms are old but clean and maintained.

Rooms located to the right of the front desk have a unique location, next to the golf course and easy access to the restaurant. The infrastructure is older than other sections of the hotel but that is a plus of the property y in my opinion, because it is carefully maintained. The housekeeping, parking, and the front desk are so attentive and ready to help. Kudos to front desk employees Ricardo and Elizabeth for their care and professionalism.

KUDOS to two exceptional employees at the front reception desk: ELIZABETH and RICARDO. I have witnessed how efficient, professional, polite, and helpful they are. This has happened time after time since I have been staying at CR since 2023. They deserve recognition by management.

The staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. When there was an issue with the balcony door in my room that couldn't be fixed immediately, they upgraded me to a different room. The Aircon wasn't cool enough so on request an additional fan was provided. Balcony views to the street were incredible. Great location right in the city centre. Restaurant serves good breakfast.

Location cannot be any better, 2 minutes from Zócalo. Pool inside the patio is very warm and clean with tables around to enjoy some drinks or food. We even enjoyed live singing on Saturday night. Room was rather small, but super clean and with comfortable beds. Parking also available.

The strong point of the hotel is the location (1 minute from the cathedral and the central square). The employees were nice and behaved nicely. The beds were comfortable and he slept very well.

This hotel is a hidden treasure. The service is A+ and the rooms and amenities are awesome. We spent three nights there we left very happy and satisfied. The in-room jacuzzi was a big plus. If you want to relax and be close to the action and attractions, stay there, you will love it. Roof terrace has a great view. At street level, there is a mezcal bar on one side and the Augurio restaurant on the other, where you will find excellent food.

We stayed at the Meson De Capuchinas for 4 nights for our wedding anniversary. There are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel. We have traveled a lot in Mexico & other countries and enjoy staying in the small boutique hotels. This is one of the finest. The staff is very helpful, friendly & attentive. The host- Angel was such a tremendous help. He suggested places to go, places to eat, shop, etc. The last night Angel & his staff put a trail of rose petals, with candles, and a large heart shape in the rose petals in our room. We came back to our room after dinner to this wonderful surprise. All the rooms are beautifully decorated. We stayed in room 5 which is upstairs in the front. We loved this room. One night we went over to the sister hotel for dinner, which I guess now is totally separate. Both are stunning properties but we were very happy with our choice of Meson de Capuchinas which has a more sophisticated look & comfortable feel to it. We loved our stay here & we loved Puebla.

We went down for the cooking classes and stayed at Capuchinas. We went for dinner one night at Compania and found it to be less desirable than Capuchinas. The cooking classes were FUN, the city tour which was included in the package wonderful. We found Capuchinas to be more sophisticated than its sister, Campania and, although given the opportunity to move, opted to stay at Capuchinas. The staff is very professional and friendly and very helpful. We understand they are planning on opening another hotel with 14 rooms next year and on doing another type of cooking class which will cover more complex dishes. We plan to go back for those classes. We highly recommend Capuchinas.

Location!!! It is a great location!!! The staff was amazing & so welcoming!!! The only thing that may bother some is the noise from the club/restaurant next door. Noise isn’t an issue for us bc we are noisy too 😂 but if you need silence you may want to bring ear plugs. We plan on visiting Puebla again and this will be our choice of hotel because it was a great location, clean, and the staff was amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Capuchinas, though it was not perfect. We had a large room in front of the building (number 5). The rooms are lovely, but there was a persistant smell of sewage. We asked the front desk clerk about moving, but she said they all have the odor because the building is so old. We got somewhat accustomed to it, but it did detract from the stay. The large shutters in the windows blocked most of the noise, but a barking dog kept us up most of one night. What can you say - Mexico is noisy and this was not unusual. We loved the location close to the zocolo and to the wonderful Ampara museum (though we did get "slimed" on the next block - another story. ) Breakfast was good - but other meals just adequate. When we asked for wine, the waiter seemed surprised and finally came up with one bottle (previously opened) of chilean red. He poured tiny glasses and charged too much for them. I should mention that we got a fairly good deal through Luxury Link for this hotel - just $ 337 for 3 nights inlcuding breakfast, taxes and one dinner. We loved Puebla and would go back, but possibly to another place next time.

Normalmente me quedo en hoteles tipo los city exp, pero estaban llenos y este hotel resulto ser la opcion, es mas economico, mejor menu de desayuno y habitaciones mas amplias, quizas lo unico inconveniente es que no queda sobre la carretera , hay que adentrarse unos 10 minutos a la ciudad. mi viaje fue en familia y todos quedaron contentos

The room we stayed was great it was actually 2 levels the first was a sitting area where you could talk with people w/o having them in your room. There were lots of flowers and small trees planted around the parking lot in the center of hotel. It was like a hacienda stile.

Bueno: condiciones, atencion, limpieza. malo: no tienen clima, solicitamos 1 toalla y nos quisieron cobrar 20 pesos por ello, nos impresiono que fue mas gandallismo de al que se le solicito el servicio que política del hotel , no concibo que un hotel te quiera cobrar por eso.

Everything!!! They upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi tub and you can see the church on the top of the pyramid from the balcony. Rooftop restaurant/bar is 5 stars at a 1 star price and you can see the volcano and the pyramid from up there too. Completely secure parking for our motorcycle indoors and covered. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!!!

The hotel is beautiful. The view from the terrace is fantastic. It's very spacious and they will serve you on the terrace. The wifi is pretty bad and "Free breakfast" doesn't exist. We only stayed for one night and my cell phone has a data plan so the lack of a good internet connection was negligible and the breakfast was cheap in the restaurant. The food in the restaurant is very good. The room was spacious and definitely well-kept. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Xelhua Hotel was in the perfect location in Cholula, we could walk everywhere. It is a nice small, clean and very pretty hotel, staff was very helpful and polite. We had a nice balcony with a perfect view of the archeological area and church on top.

The staff are the nicest people you could meet. We let them know we had a CAR ahead of time, so they held a parking space for us. Parking is INSIDE the bldg and limited so letting them know in advance is a good idea. This was in late January, chilly, a portable heater was in the room, and that was sufficient. The bath is nicely tiled, fairly large. The bed is comfortable and has a small balcony. I highly recommend this place. Out the front door, take a left. First block, take a right. Up by the park area on the left, you will see an X0 mart, which has drinks that you can put in the frig. Dining: Out the front door, turn left, first block, turn left. Go down until you see HSBC bank. Across the street is a park. Walk down the street alongside the park, one block, and you will see on the corner a GREAT restaurant. We had breakfast and dinner here most days. If you have a car be CAREFUL in town about parking. Most places have parking in lots.

Loved the room and staff and hotel. Amazing view of the pyramid and voladores. One of the 2 beds in our room was very hard and the other was great. The hotel is a couple blocks from the zocalo and lots of restaurants and vendors. The restaurant on site is not connected with the hotel or open for breakfast. Food was very good but music at night was very loud while we were trying to sleep. Seemed quieter after 11 or so but then lots of noise above us sounding like chairs being drug back and forth for about another hour we assumed was cleaning up for the day
