From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, the staff treated us exceptionally well. The hotel restaurant offers a fantastic dining experience with beautifully presented and delicious food—our waiter, Juan, was outstanding! The beach and pool staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Our room was spacious with a stunning view of the pool and beach. The sandy beach was a highlight, with fish swimming playfully around our feet, and both the pool and beach areas were delightfully uncrowded. There’s even a helicopter landing zone, presumably for flights to STI airport. For variety, there are several restaurants within 2-3 blocks if you feel like exploring beyond the hotel’s offerings. The hotel also features valet service, a spa, cozy fireplaces to enjoy at night, hot tubs, and a responsive WhatsApp service for immediate assistance or updates. The attention to detail and quality of service made our stay unforgettable!

Perfect place for a PEACEFUL family vacation!! My kids had so much fun just running around the beach and jumping in and out of the three pools and two picuzzis! The kids also had a blast using the chaiselounges as slides inside the saltwater pool and playing beach volleyball! The food was super yummy!!! Try the pastries during breakfast and the mangú!!! AGUAJÍ IS A MUST! the chef is the famous Chef Tita…. Soooo soooo goood, the chicharron, the shrimp ceviche, the papardelle, the chicharron rissoto, and the asopao de langosta, the bread pudding! Basically everything was perfect! The Picuzzi fire pits are unreal…. The views are JUST WOW!! You can see all the mountains of Puerto Plata and the beautiful Sosúa Bay! And last but not least… THE SPA…. Wooww woooww wooowww… we got a couples massage and we enjoyed every second of it… i dare say it’s in my TOP 3 Spas in the DR (and i’ve been around Spas :p ) I also recommend for couples… my husband and I went two years ago and enjoyed it sooo much!

My friend and I stayed here for a week and we honestly couldn’t stop saying out loud “this place is amazing.” Not only amazing, but absolutely beyond beautiful. The private beach, the top notch service, kind staff, responsive to everything we asked, THE FOOD- continental breakfast was beyond what we expected, dinner was also delicious and so fresh. Everyone was so nice and gave us restaurant recommendations outside the resort as well. 1000% will be coming back!!

I was treated as a special guest from the minute I came in til the very moment I left. The staff was pleasant, helpful and very professional. Rooms are clean and beautiful. The food is delicious and although this is not an all inclusive hotel, a delicious breakfast is included. They had some beer, water and soft drinks in the fridge that were also included. The beach is great. The pools are clean. I loved it!

A beautiful resort with a private small beach. Lovely staff with regard to courtesy. We were upgraded to a Suite with full kitchen, LR, and patio. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was spacious. They welcomed us with birthday balloons and a cake which made my day very special. Food in the lounge restaurant was very good, although a bit pricey. The occasional coconut by the beach was very much appreciated! Some great staff we encountered were: Nelfie, Franklin, Jose Luis, and many more. There are several options outside the resort if you want to explore local eateries. Waterfront Alicia is excellent for any meal overlooking the bigger beach. They offered one yoga class during the week.

Every time I go there I have the best time of my life, room was alright the free breakfast you can't beat, I'm definitely going back next year. I suggest you spend money on the jacuzzi rooms, but if yiu don't care the regular rooms will get yiu by

New Gardens is a good mid budget hotel, air con was super cold, there was always hot water and the fridge worked well. I was on ground floor a stones throw from pool, bar/restaurant area. All staff were brilliant and really friendly. Food was defo above average for DR and very reasonably priced, I had breakfast included and this was always good and plentiful. Hotel is very "guest friendly" but not an issue for me. I was the only single female checked in but I felt comfortable, safe and welcome. The other guests were all male but they were friendly, always spoke to me, and the girls they were with were always polite. I would defo stay there again, but I would request a room in the back away from the road as this was very noisy.

This was my second stay at this hotel in the last four months, and once again, it did not disappoint. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, and the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, which added to the overall comfort of the experience. The location is excellent, with everything easily accessible, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and hassle-free stay. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel & location were absolutely excellent. The weather, it was hot. The beach & Everything you need is within walking distance. The food was truly amazing at a fair price. The hotel room overlooked the swimming pool & the views were stunning. The room was clean with all mod coms. The room was spacious & catered to all my needs. The power shower was out of this world. The staff did their best to make sure my every need & comfort were taken care of. If you like excitement & adventure, & a good challenge, you will find it here for sure. Just remember to tip & you will get a better experience. I met so many wonderful & interesting people who welcomed me like a family member. I was treated like a king. That was the holiday experience of a lifetime.

Nice family run inn, very friendly/ welcoming service and good location for us, as we came here to visit a friend who lives in the DR. Bedroom was nice, big, clean and modern. Very well kept. Safe/secure parking with 24 hour security.

Location is central, and there is free parking, not really with a guard, but it felt safe enough. The room is very spacious, it had a very large bathroom, and a separate closet area, a bar / desk where one can work, and a couch / seating area, and a balcony with chairs and table. And water dispenser available. And ceiling fans, if you want to turn off the AC a bit.

The check in was pretty easy. Kevin was very helpful. I loved the convenience of having Bailees right below the restaurant. It really made everything convenient. The closeness to the beach along with having security and an atm not too far was great. Also the free bottled water was a plus. I just wish they had something like a small convenience store inside the hotel

The hotel is very, very clean, with great amenities. The rooms are moderate, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect! Not far from the beaches, and the main strip.

Villa Dona Kika is a beautiful home. The pictures are very accurate, but in person it is even nicer. Everything was very clean, no bugs, no dust. If you like to cook both kitchens and bbq are very well equipped with all the utensils you need, just buy food. The beds are comfortable not worn in. The pool was clean and not over chlorinated. There is a full bathroom with a washer and dryer outside in the pool house as well as an outdoor shower. It is close enough to the beach and restaurants that you could walk. The owners of this property take very good care of it. I felt as though I was in my own home with my family. My family travels from the States twice a year to visit relatives in DR and absolutely will be back!! We highly recommend renting this beautiful Villa.

Feb 12-26 ,a 2 week stay. Pros: Beautiful pool area, very friendly staff, well kept grounds with beautiful fauna , clean certified drinking water, delicious food at The Sunset Grill, with a complimentary delicious breakfast menu ( Tortilla omelette!! large spacious rooms and bathrooms, daily pool towel exchange ,large windows which opened,Amazon Prime worked for our one rainy day, convenient Janets Groceries was a 5 min walk down the street ( mini Walmart) AC worked , 7 min walk to the Cabarete beach front Cons: Large bed had a large wooden seating area all the way around, making it uncomfortable to get in and out of , rooms not soundproof, our standard King didn't have a balcony making it hard to enjoy the mornings more, or drying wet clothes ,CAREFUL of fire ants in the grass ( i was stung multiple times after the lawn was moved Very steep winding staircases to our 3 rd floor ( not mobile-friendly)No easy beach access.( dangerous & narrow cement “ path”without steps nor a railing ,limited seating at the Sunset Grill which locals & other resort guests also enjoyed , MANY local street vendors and beggars on the beach hounded us all day long even while at dinner. TIPS:transportation from airport is $40 USD to Velero.Visit Sosua ( we had an incredible meal at the Haitian beachfront restaurant). Walk to the Godess Restaurant, live music Fridays) great takeout pizza “Call A pizza” bring cooler pack to beach or reserve a suite with kitchen ENJOY!

Family of 6, I definitely would recommend Velero Beach Resort, the staff was great, rooms were clean, breakfast was as included with the price, we stood 5 days/4 nights Monday thur Friday, breakfast options was excellent. Dinner was a fair price and delicious. Supermarket is right up the block, the beach and cabarette restaurants is about 5/7 min walk. I will definitely go back, we found our spot.. the resort wasn’t full on the weekday which was awesome and very peaceful, security was great Jesus was so nice and very attentive, at the resturant Joselito in the morning so great, Felix was great for dinner. Jisleny receptionist that works in the morning is very professional and explains everything by steps. Very polite and helpful. Thank you Velero Beach Resort for a great praceful and relaxing time.

Our stay was fantastic! The room’s view was gorgeous! We loved the infinity pool overlooking the aqua and royal blue Atlantic waters. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach and watching the surfers and having lunch at the restaurant bar there. We liked everything about our stay in The Valero in spectacular Cabarete!

Perfect Stay For a Relaxing Getaway We had an absolutely perfect stay at this resort. We stayed in the junior suite, which was incredibly spacious and spotless. The food was exceptional, and the free breakfast was a highlight—you can choose whatever you want from the menu, which was a nice touch. The pool area was awesome, with stunning views of the beach and easy access to the shoreline. The resort’s location is ideal, being close to a supermarket, restaurants, and shopping stores, making everything convenient. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful and relaxing time with your loved one. Highly recommend!

The unit was very spacious and comfortable, all of the AC’s worked nicely. The kitchen was well kept and the view is amazing. The food at the hotel restaurant and rounding areas were very good and affordable. The pool was always clean. The service at the hotel and at the restaurant were very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The view is absolutely amazing. I would go back to velero beach resort for sure 10 out of 10. The only thing I didn’t like was the stairs we had to take to go up to the 3rd floor, you get all wet if it rains.

Breakfast for me is a 9, location a 10 and room also a ten (I have room number one the best) even if jacuzzi didn’t work ok and miss some services (as a telephone) to ask any thing the bungalow it self and it’s location and private palapa compensate every thing

Everything was excellent! Except one thing, that’s why I didn’t rate 10 points is jacuzzi needs a proper maintenance, there is only reason to pay extra to use it and we couldn’t

Check-in was fast and simple. Anthony was helpful and communicated with me prior to arrival to arrange the dinner during our stay. The ocean front bungalows are spacious and comfortable. The beach is beautiful. The Pool area is very nice and has beautiful ocean views. Dinner at the lodge was tasty. The drinks prepared at the bar we’re good. Service by the pool was okay. The beach chairs were dirty and could use a good wash. Also, beach towels are not provided so bring your own. The bed in the bungalow was too firm for my taste and not comfortable. Location is very quiet and peaceful. It’s a great place to just relax as there’s not much to do.

Property is cosy and well maintained. All the cabins just a couple steps to the beach. Also the staff was always welcoming and looking for anything to make your stay exceptional. The staff change set up for the restaurant around the pool for a very romantic and unforgettable dinner, no just to mention that even special arrangements can be made to set up special dinner at the beach dock under the stars. Food was excellent and varied, from very local dishes to typical international recipes to please all kind of tastes and persons. Traveled to Sosua with my 10 year old daughter in December. We didn't want to stay in a resort so we could get the flavor for the culture and locals. I was a bit nervous due to the known night scene but I felt very safe at Casa Valeria. The owners were on site often and were wonderful. The pool was perfect in the evenings and after the beach. The restaurant was great. The made to order breakfast included was excellent! Our room was very nice and the staff overall was great. If you are in a room facing the street it can be a bit noisy with scooter/car traffic but it didn't bother us. The location of the hotel was perfect. Turn left 5 minute walk to Sosua Beach with was fun and lively and had a more local vibe (with people trying to sell you everything under the sun which could get annoying but you just have to firmly say no) and turn right out of the hotel 3 minute walk to Playa Alicia with was more chill and tourist feeling but with bigger waves/current. We did one excursion to Monkey Jungle and did the ziplining and monkey exhibit and it was great. Casa Valeria was an excellent choice and the cutest boutique hotel in the area if you are not wanted to stay at a big resort. Would definitely stay there again.

This is one of my favorite places to stay when I am in Sosua.Unlike it's competitor next door, The rooms r modern update, the bathrooms are modern tile, hot showers, fresh towels clean linen on beds, a safe that works, air conditioner works,TV that works and the rooms are nicely decorated. The staff is pleasant polite friendly and speaks English. As an added bonus breakfast is included as well, and yes the hotel is chica friendly!!! Gustavo

This hotel is a true boutique. It's comfortable, relaxing and non-pretentious. Great location, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room exceeded my expectations: modern design for both the bedroom and the bathroom, very clean and comfortable. I also liked hotel's restaurant; the food is good.

Fantastic boutique hotel right in the heart of Sosua with great staff and amenities. It’s in close proximity to 2 beautiful beaches and plenty of nightlife. The front desk, management, restaurant/bar staff, housekeeping and security were all friendly, genuine and funny! Everybody makes you feel at home. The rooms are modern, clean and well maintained and the new restaurant is outstanding. The pool area is really nice too. I have zero complaints and can’t wait to return. Best hotel in Sosua!

Clean, well maintained and nicely located. Not far from the beach, restaurants and places of interest. Nice swimming pool and very good restaurant on premises. Breakfast is good, except they will charge you for coffee refills. Airport transfers a bit pricey, but no hassle. Expect some noise in the morning not too early but from a school baseball stadium next door. Overall a great place to stay.

Stayed at Garden by the Sea for four days in the beginning of March. It's a quiet little spot with only seven rooms, located within a gated community (creating a very safe environment), located between Sosua and Cabarete. Since there are only seven rooms, it never felt overcrowded; for the most part you had the general area to yourself (pool area and lounge chairs). The facility as well as the rooms were always kept clean, with housekeeping done everyday. There is also a private beach about a 5 minute walk away (though not nearly as nice as the one in Cabarate, and less so, in Sosua). Breakfast was served everyday, with a different dish made daily. For lunch and dinner, there are two restaurants nearby that deliver to Garden by the Sea, and another restaurant that is a 10 minute walk away that doesn't deliver. There is also a little grocery store that is also within walking distance, not too far from the restaurant. Apart from the restaurant, grocery store, and the private beach, everything else will require a car to visit. Taxis to and from Cabaret/Sosua can cost $10-15 each way, so renting a vehicle may be your best bet. I also wanted to make a special mention of the owner of Garden by the Sea, Nikki. She is an exceptional host; always friendly, helpful, and making sure your stay at her place will be as pleasant as possible. If you are looking for a somewhat secluded, quiet stay in the Puerto Plata vicinity, I cant recommend Garden by the Sea enough!

The hotel itself is not very big, so it felt like I was visiting a friend in the suburbs: it’s very quiet and you literally live in the garden, full of trees, flowers and birds. I was there in off season, so I was the only guest and I had the pool to my own. The room was super cozy and comfortable, I had everything I needed. I liked Nikki’s attention to details everywhere around the property: starting with styling of the room and ending with beach stuff available for you (like umbrellas, beach fridge, etc). Breakfasts were simple but very delicious. There’s a kitchen outdoors with BBQ facilities. The whole property is behind the barrier and the territory felt very safe, there are also several parking spots at the property. Each room has its own internet router, and the quality was pretty good. At first I couldn’t find a way to the beach, so ask for directions in advance, but when I finally got there, I could see why people were saying about semi-private beach in reviews: not very big, quite clean, no restaurants or sunbeds (although might be because I was in off season there). Bella-the-dog was accompanying me to the beach and guarding me there all the time :) there are also three very cuddly kitties on the territory :) Overall I liked the place very much, Nikki is super nice and helpful, it felt like home. I will definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I’m back to the country.

My wife and I were looking for a small quiet little get away in the DR; we could not have asked for more! Nikki, the owner is kind and sweet and does her very best to accommodate her guests. Everything was impeccably clean; the mattress was very comfortable, quiet air conditioning and a relaxing environment. You'll find a nice little secluded beach a mere 2 minute walk from the pool. It is very safe and no one bothered us. It has no chairs for sitting down so bring towels if you want to laze around, but we thoroughly enjoyed its more abandoned or secluded feel. The complex is equipped with a gaz and charcoal bbq and each room has its own little fridge so you can store some food and drinks. Nikki has received certification for her water; I drank it, it tasted fresh and I wasn't sick, but if you'd rather bring your own water you can also do that. If you're looking for the all included high volume beach resort, this is not the place for you; however if you're looking for a nice quiet B&B experience down south and you enjoy making your own food or going out to restaurants then you'll be hard pressed to find a better place than Garden by the Sea. I thought this was last trip to RD, but after finding this little jewel I'm very tempted to book another trip soon.

Everything was to my standards. Perfect! It was a Phenomenal stay at Garden By The Sea, first you are greeted by the most wonderful host Nikki who made our stay so pleasant and was always so attentive and made sure we were comfortable. We stayed with a group of Family 12 of us and had the most amazing time. This place is so clean and peaceful and lots to do in the area. The breakfast was amazing at the time we stayed we paid $10 per person for a delicious Dominican breakfast, fresh fruits as well. I wish we could have stayed longer in this piece of PARADISE 🌴 I would definitely recommend if your staying in Sosua. Thanks again Nikki for your great service.

I was looking for a quiet place place to unwind and relax for the first day of my vacation and this place was perfect. The room was modern and clean. The owner and her daughter were very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It is breakfast only but there are several menus form local delivery restaurants that all looked good. I went with an all the meats pizza that was delivered to my room in about 25 minutes, was very good and cost a little less than what I pay in Texas. I kicked back and watched the Cowboys game on Thursday night football. Wifi worked fine. My girlfriend and I took advantage of the of the honor system bar, counted the bottles and settled up at check out the next day. It is located just outside of town but I had printed out a map to show the cab driver at the airport and he got me there with no problem. Overall, worked out great for the first night of my journey and would like to stay there again.

Amazing staff very kind and helpful. The guardian Francisco even helped me to cure a distortion of my knee. Location just in front of the sea, amazing pool and even better jacuzzi open 24 h with warm water. Lovely environment full of tropical plants you can really get lost inside this nature.

Absolutely stunning property! Most beautiful gardens and private pools/beach I’ve ever experienced. Staff were extremely helpful in helping us book local tours, and almost every night we had the jacuzzi to ourself. Could not recommend this property more!

If you're planning on visiting this resort...Go for it! I just came back from a solo vacation on 04/25/25 and regret nothing. As a solo traveler, I was a bit scared to be alone. This was my first time out of the states solo so of course, I had some concerns. Once I arrived the staff made me feel 100% comfortable. Leo, was some I spoke with prior to arriving and he assisted with getting my transportation setup from arrival and departure. He set up my excursion and was extremely informative with all my questions and concerns. The pools are cleaned. and it does close at 7 but it's to service and clean the pools. I swim bars are cleaned. The beach is beautiful and kept well cleaned. But keep in mind you will find people coming up to you to try to sell you things. Food options: I read through the reviews and seen many advise to try the Japanese restaurant. They were 100% correct. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive to everyone. The buffets are good and clean. I recommend getting omelets made for breakfast, it's delicious. The desserts and fruits are for sure delicious as well. The Mexican restaurant was not that good. But it's expected considering it's DR. With all that said, I recommend coming here. Solo traveler or not, you will have a good time.

The rooms were okay and very clean. The FOOD was AMAZING! We didn’t even check out the other 3 restaurants on site(you need to make reservations). the buffet offered so any different options and the food was delicious (steaks/chicken/fish) all kinds of salads. They had a snack bar as well that offered a great selection of foods for lunch/snack. There was always a restaurant open so you can grab food. Many coffee machines available throughout the resort Entertainment- AMAZING AS WELL. they had an activity calendar and it was from 8am-6pm filled with fun activities(adults or kids). The kids club was great for the kids (Barbie and Julianna were so lovely). You had the option to leave your child with the staff depending on age (4 ) and they had activities planned throughout the resort for them. The beach was very clean although if the water is not calm you cannot swim for safety purposes. Pools were okay Overall it was a great vacation.

My stay at this resort was quite spectacular. It was the perfect place for me to spend my 1 year anniversary with my girlfriend. After our travels we changed into our beach wear and relaxed by the beach instantly, followed by dinner at the snack bar. We were significantly satisfied with the services we received such as spa treatments, professional pictures and a romantic dinner by the beach. Our concierge, Orlando was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of. I must say that the housekeeping really got our room together after our few days there, kudos to the team and their finishing touches in the room. We ate and drinked until our hearts contents. My only complaint is the amount of vendors who have a hard time taking “no” for an answer and interrupting quality beach time. Overall an excellent visit for my first time visiting the country

The resort is very nice the beach is very clean, they work on the beach all day removing glasses and straightening lounge chairs and seaweed from the shore. Love the attractions on the beach they cook, many games that the staff gets everyone involved. My only issue with the beach area the only towel hut is by the pool which is a distance from the beach. The pool area is also kept clean and the entertainment and music is fun as well. The bar staff of very attentive. As for the night entertainment it’s not much but a good place to get to know the other guest at the resort

The hotel was spotless and well-maintained, with a spacious pool and easy access to the beach—perfect for relaxing in the sun. The all-inclusive meals were tasty, with a great variety of food and drinks to enjoy. Staff were warm and welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. The nightly shows were lively and fun, and I especially loved how the music continued at the plaza afterward—it really brought everyone together. All in all, a beautiful resort experience, and I’d definitely stay again!

Staff A The rooms and everywhere was very clean I have never seen hotel with 24hrs pool well this is a first, and it has heated jacuzzi, the bed is hella comfy ohh and the garden is so beautiful. I think for the price is should atleast include the breakfast, bfast and dinner was 10/10 delicious

Stunning architecture and beautiful lobby/front desk area. Clean and gorgeous rooms with lots of space sand gorgeous view. The staff is super friendly and very professional, all very pleasant and helpful. The spa is very well equipped and nice. The pool is for relaxing, not more than 4ft infinity style, the lounge area by the pool is soooo cute and there’s hot tubs with spectacular views! The hotel surroundings are simply breathtaking full of tropical greenery. The beach was y believe calm and warm. The breakfast/lunch restaurant very accommodating and the food is superb. The staff there is also great. The only thing my husband and I did not appreciate was the outrageously expensive menu at Lucia, the dinner restaurant. We had bottled water, one glass of wine, one salad, one shared appetizer and two fish dinners and the bill was nearly $260 without tip. Without a bottle of wine, even in the US, that was a bit much! After the experience, we decided to drive around for dinner restaurants and found try gems. Casa Colonial is overall a hotel everyone needs to experience when in Puerto Plata!

Where simplicity & nature meet. This was my 1st time at this property and I was accompanied by my 9 years-old daughter and 2 nieces. In general, the hotel is purely for people looking for a luxurious peace and quiet environment. The opening of a huge black gate, gives you full entrance to an enchanted mansion. The quietness/ peaceful ambiance coming from each corner of this property are pure heaven; the delicacy/simplicity emanating from every detail (e.i. rooms signaling embroidered in linen hand handkerchiefs) was so classic. One of the suites had my daughter's name "Dalia" embroidered - it was very sweet! ; the green and beautiful landscape as well as the multiple plants climbing and surrounding its columns/walls leaves you loving nature even more; the fresh/tasteful menu from its 2 restaurants were so delicious; The beach in general was good, no the best in DR, but good. Lastly, the people. The staffs were without a doubt the pure reflection of the hotel (both hotel/staffs are genuinely a good match!). The staffs - in its totality - portrayed such a peaceful/educated posture. The already aforementioned are the reasons why I tryly enjoyed my first time at this property. I trust that what I wrote gives you a quick glimpse of what to expect if you are in seach of a resort purely for relaxation purpose. I feel that I don't even need to mention how modern and well-equipped rooms were, and the Spa (I booked an 80 minutes aromatic massage- heaven!). Hope is helpful!

I have hesitated to write a review only because I don’t want this place to get ruined by hoards of people going there 😂. What a gem! I hadn’t been back to the Puerto Plata area in ages. We have been to many 5 star hotels in Punta Cana and this one has nothing to envy from those. The place is as beautiful as the pictures if not more. Service is 10/10. The food is AMAZING, literally not one bad or bland meal. The staff is genuinely friendly and attentive but never hovering over you- they let you be. We are actually returning to celebrate our birthdays there (my daughter and I). The only thing I will say is that this place is definitely for relaxing, I think we were the noisy ones there. It’d be nice if they had some type of entertainment at least on the weekends for people who want a more lively atmosphere, for me the pianist in the lobby during Sat night dinner was perfect- (great tunes!), but I know other people would maybe want something more interactive. The place is immaculate, super clean. Keep doing what you’re doing Casa Colonial and from the bottom of our hearts, a huge thank you to the entire staff- Odalis, Victoria (breakfast/pool), Luz from the bar, Lissette from concierge, Rafael, Nelson and all the waiters, Yeniz and all the cleaning ladies.

Beautiful property, well-maintained suites, meticulously maintained grounds, awesome staff at every turn, whether it was housekeeping, restaurant staff, front desk, bell hop, or anyone else you ran into on the grounds. Wide variety of food, which was also tasty, with the freshest vegetables and fruits. Never had to wait for a table and room service was always prompt. Surprisingly inexpensive for the quality. Pool and beach were never crowded and always someone to get you a towel, food or drink. It was the most relaxing and restful vacation we’ve taken. Shout out to all of the ladies who made sure our suite was clean and stocked every morning and every night. We always had an abundance of towels, washcloths and bottled water, and the rooms always smelled fresh and clean. And special shoutout to Felix who drove us around whenever we needed.

What a pleasant surprise...! This was a beautiful and quiet hotel in the middle of the Cabarete chaos. We were thrilled to have extremely clean, spacious and quiet room with great amenities. The pools are beautiful and the staff very friendly. And wifi was great! *The mountain view is also the parking lot view*

This was a great hotel choice. The pool and the pool bar was a huge bonus. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located in a great and convenient location. The beach is across the street with many dining options on the beach.

The apartment was perfect for me. The staff were awesome and the pools amazing. Met some really nice people there. The location is central and close to restaurants and the beach. It was my third time there and I will definitely be back.

This property is close to everything in cabarete. The beach is across the street, making it extra convenient. This is my 2nd time staying at this property, and the staff remembered us from our previous stay during the same time last year. The bartender, Josè is an excellent bartender and always made his rounds, asking us if we wanted more drinks. He was the highlight of our trip. He displayed superb customer service. The front desk agent, D is extremely cool and friendly. Housekeeping was very friendly and tentative as well. I loved my room, which was the Mountain View room. (Best room in the house, my opinion)

I like the room I had, which was facing the pool, just a few steps from my balcony. The quiet and peaceful surroundings within the complex. The location near the beach and restaurants.
