Clean comfortable and tasteful decorated room with AC. Spacious bathroom. Friendly and accommodating staff. Relatively quiet location but still close to restaurants and shops.

We were 2 adults and 1 child.The room was big and clean with a balcony, AC and a fan, a TV and hot water. The hotel is owned by a very nice yonge family. There is a parking which is great to have. Great value for money

Well maintained, organized, friendly staff, convenient, good food. Quiet room overlooking a stream was very comfortable.

The staff were amazingly friendly on the reception desk, the hotel is pet friendly which added more fun to my stay. Rooms have air conditioning and a nice balcony to enjoy the great weather.

The hotel is new and very comfortable. Its perfectly located a few minutes away from doradal and a few minutes away from hacienda napoles. The pool at the hotel is nicely warm and you can use the pool till 9 at night. We had three rooms (group of 9 people) and all the rooms had hot showers (had to mention this as previous review complained about no hot water). The hotel is highly recommended if you are visiting the area….the breakfast was nice and there is a restaurant at the hotel that serves good food

Los Colores is a huge complex full of local nature, rivers, lakes and eco-friendly hospitality facilities. There's free coffee all the time, as well as hot and cool water. I was afraid of taking my family over there because hostels aren't usually family friendly, but this hostel is, there were only families staying there, and it was really quiet at night, comfortable and clean. The staff is very welcoming, helpful and kind, and breakfast is way better than in other hostels. The place offers plenty of activities which make your stay more interesting. We went rafting, it was a really good experience, and the scenery breathtaking. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very very helpful with tips in what to do and where to go. I got a free update from my shared bedroom to a single room. They also helped me to find transportation to the bus terminal late at night. The food in the restaurant was good.

Maybe the best accommodation in Rio Claro area. Great hotel and hostel, with many type of room, and options to explore the Rio Claro surrounding. Two pools, restaurants, and a beautiful lake in the middle of the accomodation. Food is great, WiFi works everywhere.

Beautiful property surrounded by nature. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is very attentive. Breakfast is delicious.

We stayed here with our birding group for two nights. Wish we could have stayed longer and done some of the other activities offered in the area such as river rafting and caving. The hotel had a unique set up for rooms with different types of options. We were in a little cluster of rooms so that our group was together. Our room was large with a nice bathroom. It was just a short walk to the reception desk and adjacent swimming pool, which was refreshing. They even provided pool towels. We could also walk across a pond to get to the restaurant where we had our dinners. The location of the restaurant was awkward ... along a busy, noisy street. It was strange that they played 70's and 80's pop hits on the stereo system. The service was not very organized; they would carry out one cup of coffee at a time instead of putting them on a tray. And they weren't able to keep up with the need for refills. We enjoyed walking around the grounds birding. It's a perfect place to stay while visiting the nearby Rio Claro Nature Reserve. The only minor complaint was that they were doing some very noisy construction work near our room during the day which impacted the ability to take a quick nap; luckily I had good earplugs that blocked most of the noise.

We were on a birding tour and our guide booked this Eco-lodge for us. We had a large, air-conditioned room with extra beds - all very clean. Note that there is no hot water for showers and we were there in the cooler, rainy season. The grounds are really lovely, lots of greenery, trees and flowers, all well-kept. We had a quick lunch one day which was fine and as the dinner was the same menu, went in to nearby Doradal for the evening meal. Breakfast was good, we got our eggs and toast cooked to order, and there was a lot of fruit. Wifi, but only in the restaurant area.

Good hotel, with accommodating staff who sorted out our tours (though no one spoke any English as the website had led us to believe). It was a bit quiet - we were often the only ones in the restaurant and there was never anyone serving at the bar in the evening. We were shown around 3 rooms before we finally got the superior room which we'd booked, but the room was clean and spacious when we did get it. Food was fine - nothing special - and the spa was broken.

We were in the area for birding and were pleasantly surprised to find this lodge. we had an air conditioned room which was quite modern, spacious and very clean. The grounds are lovely and the restaurant food good. It is all quite basic but you are in the middle of nowhere so that is to be expected. The only small complaint was that the wifi was only available in one small area near the receptíon. other than that it was great.

Nice clean hotel room just like the pictures. AC and wifi worked well. The staff were pleasant. Nothing exceptional nor terrible, it is a hotel room in a truck stop/ tourist town. Close to some decent restaurants and an easy walk to the bus station or the square to catch a cab to the river or Napoles.

Clean, very comfy bed (thick, soft-medium mattress), good customer service. It had the all basics you need to comfortably sleep at a hotel and enjoy the city.

The staff were great. The said to give them a call Ahead to know when we were coming. When we got there they had the AC running so we could walk into a cool room (it was extremely hot that day). They were also kind enough to let us out some bottle in their own personal freezer
