It was very conveniently located near the lower part of the old town, Quebec. Excellent breakfast with great fresh produce and lots of selections. The jacuzzi bath in our bathroom was very relaxing.

We absolutely loved this very special boutique hotel! The location was perfect for walking to everything. The staff was most accommodating with carrying out luggage to out room and checking us in early at not cost. We stayed in the Williamson 2 story and it was so wonderful with TV couch, refrigerator, microwave and a lavish en-suite with jacuzzi.

Very nice hotel in the middle of Old Quebec with all the nice boutiques. There's a room with a private jacuzzi too that you probably won't find elsewhere in Quebec city. The rooms are very clean and they provide you with enough toiletries too. Ask the receptionist if you're looking for a free bottle of water.

Suite 402 ( which was in a separate building from main hotel) was spacious and bright and absolutely beautifully clean. View out over covered courtyard and other buildings - maybe not the prettiest!! Comfortable bed/ bedroom/ lounge area and small kitchen area with sink coffee machine microwave and a selection of glasses and crockery for your use and ample wardrobe / storage area facing. Desk area also available if required. Bathroom area was massive with a wet room and jacuzzi bath. Only disappointment was no proper reception foyer or bar/ seating area in main hotel where you could sit and relax ….and breakfast room was very small and at times felt crowded and difficult trying to collect food and coffee especially if other residents decided to sit and eat in this room - the alternative place to eat was in the seated and covered courtyard just outside which was much more pleasant. Breakfast offering was in plentiful supply but choice/selection was quite limited and didn’t change from day to day - but this would be my only little criticism of this hotel. The location of the hotel is great - within walking distance (15 mins max) of the train station /lots of restaurants around ..and a very good steak restaurant actually attached to the hotel…within the old town area itself and two streets back from the riverfront. Easy access to the upper part of town via the nearby funicular. Great location. Would recommend.

This is a special gem in the heart of Vieux Quebec City, where you can step out into the old world charm and access everything that the City has to offer! We stayed in a 2-floor suite originally intending for another couple to join us (there’s a Murphy bed in the lower floor ). That area is open, with plenty of room and an adjustable fireplace. The upper floor is well appointed and has a generous en-suite with a jacuzzi bath. This was particularly welcome after a full day of sightseeing. All of the special, updated touches were there. We really felt grateful and comfortable during our stay and hope to return someday soon.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Old Quebec. The room was large with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom and shower were large with good water pressure. Robes were included which we used to go to the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

The hospitality was precisely what you'd expect from a luxury hotel—polished, professional, and personable. Upon checking in, I worked with Pascal, the guest relations representative. He was very encouraging and patient with my out-of-practice French pronunciation. His English was perfect, and his manners were impeccable. This was my first interaction with the staff and Quebec City; he and the location were very welcoming. My husband and I had a river-view room overlooking the boardwalk. The hotel offers different price points, and I would recommend the river-view accommodations for the money. It enhanced the enjoyment of our visit. We went in March and dressed for the cold and were able to get out and about to enjoy tobogganing, nearby ice skating, shopping, and, of course, dining. The further away from the hotel, the more reasonable the dining prices. The ferry across the St. Lawrence to the charming town of Levis is not to be missed. Guests with us enjoyed the hotel bar, which is known for its ambiance and pricey drinks. We had lunch and breakfast at two of the hotel's restaurants, which did not disappoint. There is a tour of the hotel, which was adequate and offered by private vendors. Skip the tour and explore on your own. We enjoyed a fabulous massage at the spa. We skipped the pool area, which seemed overrun with loud kids around the clock. Book a session at the nearby Strom Nordic Spa if you have time. We stayed four nights and highly recommend the hotel.

What a wonderful experience! This was our third year staying at the Fairmont in February. I always think our previous experience is the BEST but am surprised by the little things the staff does to make the next trip better. This time we stayed in the Queen Elizabeth Suite which was a perfect space for three adults. We love the large sitting area and most comfortable beds. Being able to control our heat (we like it cold) was an added bonus as were the charcuterie board on arrival and nightly treats. The French Onion Soup in the Bistro Le Sam was a perfect dinner for a cold night. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices all of which are delicious! As with our past experiences, the staff at the Fairmont are wonderful so helpful and knowledgeable about their hotel and the city of Quebec. My daughters and I would like to give a special shout out to Catherine to for taking such good care of us during our visit. You were amazing! We would also like to thank Maleni and Christine for their assistance when Catherine was unavailable. We are already looking forward to our return visit in February, 2026.

Review of Our Stay at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac – Golden King River View Room (24–25 June) This was our first time staying at Fairmont Le Château Frontenac, and overall we had a lovely time, though there were a few areas that could be improved. Firstly, upon arrival by car, we didn’t see any staff available to assist with valet parking. We had to unload our luggage ourselves and wait at the main entrance while my husband parked the car and returned. I waited about 10 minutes before a staff member eventually came to help with our bags. He was kind and friendly, which we appreciated. Secondly, when we entered the hotel, no one directed us to the Golden Concierge check-in, so we went to the standard front desk. The receptionist there was very pleasant and helpful. He realised we were supposed to check in on the 14th floor but still assisted us with the check-in and gave us our room keys. He said we’d be contacted once the room was ready. We went out to explore the Old Town and returned around 3:45pm, as we hadn’t received any update. We went straight to the 14th floor and spoke to another receptionist, who was absolutely wonderful. She confirmed our room was ready and kindly gave us a tour of the lounge and explained how everything worked. Her warmth and understanding really turned the experience around for us. She made a real difference, and we were very grateful. The room itself, located on the 11th floor, was clean, comfortable, and the river view was truly stunning.

Philippe and Yalda (not sure if I spelled correctly) were an awesome evening team to help with all our questions and restaurant recommendations - also loved the texting to see if all was ok with check in and room. The woman who worked the mornings was not as helpful or informed to answer questions. Pool was great and refreshing after a day of exploring. The room was clean and comfortable - easy to adjust temperature. Breakfast was the same each day but plenty of options to appease all ages. It was a short drive to all the sites so it was perfect to explore but then super quiet when we got home which was a treat. Parking was a breeze and safe. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

It was our first trip to Quebec City. We had a pleasant stay here. The staff is super friendly, helpful and accommodating. This is newly renovated or constructed property which is at walkable distance from Walmart and various restaurants. Very close to the main highway. Rooms were spacious and noise free. Breakfast service was great, they kept on replenishing items without much wait. Overall the stay was excellent.

Nice room, clean. We liked the location, close to many things and convenient. Overall quiet (though we did have 1 night with constant noise from the other room for over 2 hours and the hotel took care of that for us). Little things: blowdryer smelled like it was about to blow/burn up so I cleaned the dust vents as they were loaded, it was better after that. Visible dust in the bathroom vent. Shower did not have an anti scald guard, so easy to burn if you're not careful. Check in was easy, check out took longer, only 1 person at the desk so it takes a long time to drop off your key while you wait as they check in guests. Good breakfast options. I love the endless coffee/tea in the lobby. Nice staff. Positive stay overall.

We would stay in this hotel again no questions. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was beautiful, modern, and clean. Beds were comfortable and we couldn’t hear any noise from neighbouring rooms or the hallway. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

Our only regret about our stay at Monsieur Jean was that we didn't stay longer! Seriously, it was better than the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac by far. The rooms were much nicer and more modern. The bathroom and shower was much better with more privacy and a larger shower that two people could actually shower comfortably together in. The rooms had a small kitchenette that you could truly cook anything requiring a stovetop with if you wanted to. The staff was amazing and super friendly. The view from the room was magical. The hotel bar/tapas restaurant were incredibly good and the included breakfast was beyond amazing--we were shocked that something that good was included. If you're deciding between Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac and Monsieur Jean, Monsieur Jean is the right choice (or at least should be the high majority of your stay). As someone who centers vacation planning around unique accommodations, I say this with full confidence!

Great location and quirky but fun atmosphere! The rooms were very clean, staff was helpful but quiet. We arrived during the German Market so parking was a bit of a mess the first night but resolved quickly after 8pm. Loved the views and the location. Smack in the middle of it all. I know some love the Frontenac but that seems too crazy to us (Disney’ish). We loved how private and quiet our stay was. Definitely would return. Breakfast and the bar were good (not great). Food for breakfast was actually very good but they kept running out of things and the kitchen staff were slow to replenish. Opted to go out most mornings at Le Buche which was outstanding. The location of this facility is perfect. We literally walked everywhere and loved that.

I took a solo trip to Quebec City and stayed at Monsieur Jean. I loved the Christmas decorations throughout the hotel and often sat in the lobby near the fireplace in the afternoons. They even light a fire pit outside in the front of the hotel. The staff were exceptional. Everyone I came into contact with greeted me during my stay and helped me mail my postcards upon my departure. The room was great, the bed was comfy and I like that there was a kitchenette even though I didn’t need to use it. The halls are quiet unless you see people heading to the elevators it was pretty quiet. I will say this is a dog friendly hotel but that was not an issue for me. There was no disruption during my stay. There is a beautiful cocktail lounge downstairs, Le Bijou, which had live music and excellent drinks. Bartenders are great! The location is very much walkable to everything including multiple Christmas markets, shops, and eateries. I would absolutely stay here again.

Truly a memorable stay at this unique hotel that was very modern, chic, and clean! I was very grateful for the staff's hospitality at the front desk, at the bar/breakfast areas and the cleaning staff. Our stay included the continental breakfast and it was not at all what I expected because it was actually good and we would have eaten there everyday had it not been for the short stay and we wanted to take advantage of all the great restaurants this beautiful city has to offer. Our rooms were wonderfully equipped with more than what I could have asked for. Water bottles everyday and even a small kitchenette that we actually never thought we would use but we did! Reheating some left over pizza. Overall, very satisifed and would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to this magical city.

Unforgettable Stay in Quebec with my family and My Furry Friend. My recent trip to Quebec was nothing short of magical, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible hotel I stayed at. The hotel was impeccably clean, with attention to detail evident in every corner. The room itself was a cozy sanctuary, providing the perfect escape after a day of exploring the city.   One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. I recently stayed at this hotel with my friends and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Annabelle at the front desk — she was absolutely lovely and went out of her way to accommodate us with an early check-in. Her warm and helpful attitude really set the tone for our stay, and we truly appreciated her kindness. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained. We also really enjoyed the facilities — the swimming pool and gym were clean and relaxing, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety and tasted fantastic. The very professional, kind and friendly staff at reception provided a truly welcoming atmosphere. Our room was perfect. It had everything you needed and was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we slept soundly with no noise to disturb us. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of fresh fruit and a great selection of hot items. We have stayed in many airport type hotels but this is by far the best. Great experience at a very reasonable price. We would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. We travel quiet often but this place was beyond my expectations. Super customer service. Clean rooms, swimming pool was clean, kids friendly. Gym was all clean and breakfast was amazing. My kids refused to go back home. Amazing service

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Home2 Suites. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We were travelling with a baby and our dog and so the kitchenette facilities were extremely useful to us. We also enjoyed using the pool and ate on the patio more than once. With a dog, access to a patio and chairs was very welcomed. The hotel is located on the edge of the city, but as someone who has lived in Quebec for many years, I appreciated being able to head out from the old town and stay in a more calm part of town. It's only a 15 minute drive in to see the sights. The only hiccup to our stay was trying to get breakfast. The hotel was very busy and so there was too much traffic at breakfast - just bad planning in terms of the size of the breakfast area and the number of possible guests. It would also help if people made a little effort to grab their breakfast in a more coordinated way and didn't act as though they are the only ones who need to feed their families (nothing on the hotel, just a comment to the population haha).

Close to the hwy, clean, breakfast included (standard eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, juice, tea, coffee etc). Friendly and helpful staff when we checked in , knew all the answers to the questions, before we even asked them. Pool was open and clean.

Our stay was good. The staff are helpful but they never answered the phone when we would call the desk so we had to go to the lobby if we needed anything. The pool area is nice. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good with some hot options but they could use more seating. Lots of restaurants and gas stations around the area which was convenient.

Good room, comfortable if firm bed Good breakfast but shared experience with coach loads of well mannered school children. Thankfully we didn't want waffles & maple syrup, the childrens' favourite as they had long queues for them. Fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, yoghurts, cakes & fresh fruit on offer as well as fruit juices, coffee & tea.

Staff and owners were awesome. Prompt responses through Expedia messaging from Joe; spotless, quiet, air conditioned suite; amazing view from rooftop patio; delicious continental breakfast delivered to room at exact time requested (best croissants ever!); lovely private balcony table and chairs for breakfast; fridge in room; access to freezer in common area/breakfast area. Charming, quaint Chateau. Although there are 2-3 flights of steep, narrow stairs, there are good railings and Tristan carried our luggage to our room. Interesting area with lots of cafe and restaurant choices. Offsite parking was close and worked well. Very walkable to Saint Jean Gate of walled city. We are seniors (late 60s/70) and we loved our stay here. Most comfortable and loved being close to pubs, shops and many food choices of Chateau area and Old Quebec. Highly recommend this quaint Chateau!

I had a great stay with my partner at this property. We were only able to stay for one night on our way out east, but were able to make use of the rooftop terrace (great view of the city) and tour the surrounding areas. The hotel is very well located, close to great bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Joe was a delight! The breakfast was incredible and COVID friendly (delivered to our door, we could eat in our room, in the the dining room or on the terrace… wherever we felt comfortable), which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.

A beautifully restored quriky old building on a street full of shops, beer bars, and restaurants. An easy walk to the Old Town, the Plains of Abraham and the St Roch neighborhood. We had a great view from our balcony and the rooftop deck. No staff on premises but they are very responsive and friendly by phone. A few minor issues: there are only two comfortable chairs in the whole place (in the common area). The lamps by the bed are not good for reading. Beds are comfy except for heavyweight comforters in the summer. Overall, a very pleasant place but they could make the common area (and the rooms) a lot more comfortable and inviting with the addition of a couch and a few more upholstered chairs.

My daughter and I had a lovely time while visiting Quebec. We each had our own attached room with a small balcony. It was very spacious. The location was perfect for everything. We especially enjoyed our breakfast at the bakery across the street which was included in our stay. Everyone was warm and friendly. The garage is located a few blocks down the road but was reasonably priced and it was heated which really helped during the frigid temps. We were located on the 3rd floor. Although there is no elevator it was not an issue. Needed the exercise after eating the yummy foods. Every time I emailed about a question I received a response quickly. I followed up with many of the suggestions for meals and they were spot on. If you have the opportunity to go to the Siberia spa it was invigorating. Our highlight of the trip was dog sledding by acompany called Nordic I believe. You can't go wrong staying here. It was a very memorable trip. Most things were all walkable within 25 minutes

The best stop over hotel motel experience ever. The bed was super comfortable, the room was perfectly clean, spacious with a couch, fridge, tv, clock, microwave and coffee maker, lovely fluffy towels. Checking in and out were easy, the staff very friendly and helpful and it’s quiet. I felt very safe. Much nicer experience than the chains I have often stayed at on my way between Ontario and New Brunswick. Highly recommend.

Fantstic little motel. Highly recommended if you're passing through the area. Rooms were a bit dated, but clean and just what you need for a quick stop. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Just like a home cooked breakfast and only $10. Couldn't have lucked iut with our stay any more.

The room was clean and bed was comfy. And nice the rooms had a balcony. Bathroom was modern looking. Breakfast was ok...it would have been nice if at least eggs was part of the breakfast menu (scramble or boiled). Location was central...lots of metro busses available.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The room/hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. There was some minor building work happening during our stay to improve the reception area but it was not a problem. The hotel is situated about 25 minutes by bus from the old town. As mentioned by previous reviews complimentary bus tickets are available from the hotel on request. The bus stop was within a couple of minutes of the hotel and the buses ran every 10 minutes. Across from the hotel was a good sized shopping mall including a large Walmart and food court. Breakfast was included at the hotel and although basic did include cereals, bagels, fresh/tinned fruit and toast options.

Recently made a spontaneous trip to Québec City & booked this hotel early on the morning of departure. I arrived very early and was able to leave my car in the parking lot while I took public transport to Vieux-Québec for a few hours. Very convenient bus stop and no need to take the car anywhere. Some reviews on other sites were not great but I found the room immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but nice to have something to start the day. The location is a bit on the outskirts but a quick bus-ride took me exactly to where I wanted to visit. All in all, I though it was a very good value.

The room was very good, nice an clean, and comfy bed. The breakfast was what we expected and right outside our room. The hotel was very well organized and for a fairly small footprint they have great amenities. The area was very walkable with restaurants and shops nearby.

Not many restaurants nearby, but the close by, small, take out place had really good burgers and a wide menu including ice cream. Overall, I would highly recommend this affordably priced hotel.

This hotel was excellent. It was an affordable last minute booking, due to a cancelled flight, that is just a few minutes taxi ride from the airport. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets. The helpful staff scheduled an early morning taxi ride for us. (We left too early to try the included breakfast.) The pool, water slide, and hot tub were open and fun. (The pool was open on our weekday evening.) It's a short walk to a couple of restaurants. Really, especially for a budget hotel, no complaints.

Hotel is recently renovated with modern deco. The room with king bed was of a decent size, clean and cozy. Bathroom was clean, with strong water debit, soap and shampoo available. Despite it being a connecting room, i heard very little of my neighbours who had a young kid. Breakfast was served in a nice sun-lit cafeteria, simple, with a good variety of food to enjoy on site or grab to to. I didn’t have a chance to check the pool. I’d go back without hesitation, i realky enjoyed my stay!

Stayed at numerous hotels during the east coast roadtrip, this was handsdown the best one. Dog friendly hotel which was excellent for me. Staff were amazing. I selected the 3 queen beds room and it was clean, spacious, bright with the natural light. The pool/hot tub was open. Breakfast was okay- I'm celiac and I've been able to have at least toast accommodated for at other hotels but not here. I would book again at this location in a heartbeat.

The room was good, and very clean. The breakfast room had a microwave so it was nice to heat up your own food. Coffee was provided as well as tea. The bed was comfortable, the blankets were thin which was nice. There was an AC/Heater in the room so you could set it to the perfect temperature.

We stayed 4 nights in this place. Although the place is quiet old, it was clean. And their service is commendable. Microwave and Fridge were available in the room. They also offer free coffee/tea in the morning. Our toilet sink though was leaking but it wasn't veru troublesome. We requested for to make up our room everyday and they did a very good job in making up the room and changing our towels and sheets daily for the duration of our stay. I informed management about the sink upon check out and they reassured to fix the problem. Overall, great stay! And great location too as the place is close to restaurants.

We really like this hotel. It looks like vintage. Very clean and comfy. Customer service was very friendly!! . The only thing that missed and would had completed a super good stay is a breakfast. At least a complementary one.

Old school hotel/ motel but very accommodating, pool was nice slide into the pool was fun for the kids, balcony’s were cute and staff were very very friendly, nice and bilingual which helped as we spoke very French. Overall would definitely stay again

Very helpful staff. WiFi speed 11 Mbps, the shower is high (almost 2 m above the bath's bottom), and has a hose! We spent just 1 night, enjoyed it a lot.

Let's be clear out of the gate. This was a discount room, so you shouldn't expect it to equal the Marriott, but it had everything you'd get there; fridge, stove, sink, micro, plus iron, hair dryer, full size coffee maker and dishes. There were a few things needing minor attention. Very pleased and highly recommend when you're in Ottawa. 👍

This is a small and elegant property I found in Old Quebec City. 1. Location: located in the core of Old Quebec City, facing city hall. From my window I could see the fountain in front of the city hall. Shops and restaurants are just downstairs. Within 5mins walk you will reach every hotspot. 2. Parking: underground parking in the city hall building. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at the first time, but it was actually very convenient. Level B&C has more spots available than Level D&E. 3. Property: there are 3 floors and 3 rooms on each floor (I believe). There maybe some rooms in the basement too, but I m not sure. The entire building are quiet and clean. Elevator is accessible after a few steps from the front door. Laundry room is located on the 2nd floor. 4. Room: clean and modern designed. No carpet (I like it most). Bed is comfortable. Enough kitchenware and tableware and utensils for shot stay. Coffee maker, dishwasher and fridge are available. My room is on the 2nd floor. Even though it was located in the busies area, I did find it noisy. There were one or two trucks passing by in the early morning but not a big deal. 5. Staff: very welcoming and helpful. You will receive emails providing you with all information about parking, sightseeing, self-check-in codes before your arrival. Even they dont work onsite, they respond promptly to phone calls if you have questions.

The one bedroom suite in Les Lofts Ste-Anne was the perfect home base for our family of four (2 adults, 13YO, 5YO) during our time in Quebec City. The loft was very clean, comfortable and centrally located within walking distance to everything we wanted to do within the city walls. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us, with our girls sleeping in the bunk beds in an alcove off the hallway to the main living space; the main living space is bright because of the beautiful, tall windows, but the light did not cause any sleeping issues for our family. The loft is located above a restaurant and on a busy corner, so there is some street noise but it did not bother us. In advance of our arrival, the hosts emailed us with helpful information including check in details, where to park (so helpful!), and recommended restaurants and activities. During our stay, our host was very responsive to a request for additional bath towels and followed up to ensure that staff delivered the towels. We're looking forward to our next visit to Old Quebec and will 100% stay in Les Lofts Ste-Anne again.

The location was unbeatable. Right in old Quebec city right near all of the amazing sights. Lots of food near by. Check-in was easy and I liked the door codes. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was small but perfect for a few nights and had a stove if you wanted to cook. Overall was mostly very clean. In a relatively quiet area as well. The decor was nice and it was very light and welcoming. Would definitely stay again :)

Beautiful large flat right in the center of Old Quebec. Clean and modern. Perfect location, walking distance to everything, plenty of room, full kitchen with island and dishwasher. Great views from the top floor. Comfortable living area with large dining table. Second bedroom and extra bed in an alcove were great. In-flat washer/dryer was very useful. The flat was incredibly quiet, even with lots of activity on the street below. Communication with staff was excellent; they were very responsive and helpful.

The Lofts are conveniently located in the Upper Town, a very short walk (few minutes) to the Lower Town (Petit-Champlain, Place Royale), Frontenac, DufferinTerrace, Tobbagan ride (4$CAN per person/ride) and Basilica Cathedral Notre-Dame de Québec. We used the underground parking right a cross the street in the City Hall building (cost for 4 night was around 40$ US). You can also park on the street (3$CAN/1h), we chose the garage, we did not use our car at all during the 4 day stay. We walked everywhere and used the public bus (to get back from the Plains of Abraham), bus stop located in the front of the Loft building (buy ticket at the bus, 3.75$CAN valid 1.5h). In the park you can cross county ski for free, visit the museum (sculptures by artist Jérôme Trudelle are beautiful), rent "magic carpet" for sledding. There is Smith cafe located right below the Lofts, good coffee, you can grab breakfast or dessert. The entrance to the Lofts building is located on "walk only" street, there is few restaurants and stores. There is also a Visitor Centre on the same street. You can buy food at Epicerie Richard, 42 Rue des Jardins, less than 5 min walk. For fresh, warm bakery visit Paillard (7 in walk). The Old Town, most of restaurants, hotels and cafe have free wi-fi. The Loft was very clean, had a nice bathroom, little kitchenet (microwave, stove, fridge), there was a laundry room, TV, wi-fi. If traveling in the winter time bring some warm jacket, hats and water proof boots.

Hotel has been recently updated. The room was bright, clean, fresh with huge soaker tub and shower with rain feature. The bed was comfy and we had a per friendly room which had a bowl, blanket, bed and treats for our little dog. The room also had a fridge, microwave, refrigerator and a little table for us to eat on. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We took advantage of the free breakfast which was delicious, eggs, sausages, beans ,yogurt, boiled eggs, toast, cereal etc. Very nice and would stay again. We stayed in Room 202.

Everything was excellent! Room was spacious and clean. Bed super comfy. Location is perfect. We walked to a local restaurant for dinner (which was very good). Staff were very professional, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back on our next road trip. Thank you!

Recently renovated stem-to-stern and attractively finished in a modern style. Absolutely spotless. The front desk staff were extraordinary: friendly, fluidly bilingual and willing to do anything to help. I left my glasses behind at the Scores restaurant across the parking lot and, when the Score staff were unhelpful, the Quality Inn group collected my glasses for me and helped ship them back. Really a great exchange around this. Much above average breakfast buffet—and espresso, juice, and water dispensers running 24/7. Terrific overall.

When we walked in, tired from a long day of driving and we were greeted by a sparkling clean lobby that smelled clean and the staff were wonderful. The beverage bar really impressed me. The rooms again were clean comfortable and everything you could ask for. Good restaurant within walking distance and the breakfast was exceptional.

Great place to stay. Excellent service, super clean, quiet. Hotel has amenities like pool, jacuzzi and sauna, convenience store and restaurant. It's located near sights like parliament building, Abraham plains, walkable to old Town. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the area.

Huge hotel with tons of rooms. We booked the deluxe room that included the jacuzzi. Spacious room, very clean, with all required amenities. They also have water machines on certain floors and a convenience store in hour for any last minute needs. The staff were very considerate and helpful, they even provide turnover service when staying more than one night.

This hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to most sites. The hotel room was ok, clean enough, newly renovated from the looks of it, overlooking one of the Carnaval sites. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and new but very dark. It was impossible to see well enough to do hair and makeup. The toilet paper roll was in a strange, unreachable location. Amenities, shampoo, body wash, lotion, cream rinse were all available in pumps and there were plenty of towels. The tub/shower door was an odd folding thing made of two sections and unless you're standing in the tub, it's hard to reach to turn on the water or get a suitable temperature. Other than that, DO NOT have breakfast here. They charged $25.95 for a poor buffet selection which resembled a breakfast that is included in many other hotels. Because we were in a rush, we were forced to eat here. The facility was not particularly clean, sticky areas, dirty place mats, some trash on the floor. They also appeared understaffed and we were not offered coffee/tea refills or water. I would recommend this hotel, just don't eat here.

Very friendly and helpful staff in multiple languages. Nice rooms and amenities except hard to find ice and vending machines. Coffee machine was very loud but made amazing coffee. Sauna nice, pool ok, hot tub outside in courtyard. Great location. Very nice St.Hubert on site, we did not try but seemed popular. Definitely have breakfast at Au Petite Chalet across the street, best value of our stay and delicious! We will be back, thank you.

After a disastrous attempted stay at Le Concorde in Quebec City the previous night, we checked out early and made a late booking for a 1 night stay at the Best Western Premier hotel and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. This hotel stay was a million miles away from our previous night. Free parking to start off then check in with very friendly staff and a lovely, clean, modern room. After a, not pleasant sleep the night before, we had the best nights sleep at this hotel, helped by some of the softest sheets and pillowcases. The bathroom was very small but very clean and modern. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a small bar. We didn’t use the restaurant but did have a drink at the bar and had a walk to a restaurant next door. This hotel is approx 20 min drive into Quebec City for those wanting to sightsee.

This was a lovely stop on the way back from old Quebec City. The staff was amazing! Vaughn & Emmie at reception were welcoming & helpful on booking the restaurant & getting us checked out. Comfortable bedding. We had the most pleasant breakfast experience at your restaurant. Our server Xavier was fantastic, so friendly & welcoming. The Omelette was delicious. Bravo Best Western! During our first visit to Quebec City, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The amenities, including a fantastic pool with a vigilant lifeguard, and the prime location, made our experience truly enjoyable. Our room was exceptional, featuring a luxurious king-size bed with a whirlpool jetted tub, a separate living room area, and a convenient queen-sized wall bed. This is a lovely place about a 15-20 minute ride from Old Quebec and a 15 minute ride to the airport. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is compact but felt open, not cramped, and had an amazing rain shower. The beds had very cozy sheets and comforters and were very comfortable to sleep in. The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous. It was too cold for an outdoor pool but it looked very clean and well-kept. Very reasonable rate. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this hotel last Dec 26-31, we had a wonderful experience, the hotel room where we stayed in was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and relaxing it gave us quality rest for the entire time of our stay, the people in the front desk are all helpful and professional, the cleaning crew are responsive and kind, the breakfast buffet was good. A special mention to the breakfast buffet attendants: Marinel, Eunice and Salome these ladies are awesome, hard working and accomodating employees. They made sure that the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet were properly done, maintained the dining space, ensured that the food was always available and provided other guest services when needed. Excellent work ladies! The proximity of this hotel location to most tourist destination is okay. Our overall experience was great! I highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay from June 15th to June 19th was exceptional! As IHG Platinum Members, we received a room upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Suite Sofa Bed with a Kitchen, perfect for our family. The room was impressively clean and spacious, and the microwave was a convenient highlight. The front desk staff, especially Tina, were exceptional and made us feel very comfortable. We appreciated the offer to wash our clothes for a nominal fee. Fe and Mariel from the breakfast crew were fantastic, ensuring delicious food was always available. The pool and spa area were outstanding, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, a wonderful stay! Looking forward to visiting again.

We're a family of 4, stayed 4 nights. I usually don't give 5 stars, but everything was excellent! The room and interior was clean and modern. Washroom is up to date. Plenty of USB charging ports in the room, nice desk, office chair, and lamp for laptop, good room layout. Spacious front reception and breakfast area with gas fireplace and again very useful and modern tables, chairs etc. Breakfast is excellent and full - 2 kinds of sausages, eggs changes daily from omlette to srambled and hardboiled, fruits and yogurt, cereals, breads, pancakes, cinnamon buns. The icing on the cake - room service every day, which is a breath of fresh air from cutbacks seen at other places. Location is excellent if you have a car - direct access to major highways and just a few minutes drive to Laval University, huge Laurier shopping mall, Aquarium, etc. Love Quebec City, everything is well laid out and makes sense here and reasonablely priced (unlike Montreal), all reflected in this hotel. We'll be back!

Easy to find (follow Aquarium signs) quiet location near other hotels and domevtoad construction. Amenities include a pool. Room has coffee maker, safe, microwave, iron and board. Lots of USB and power outlets, good shower, wall hooks snd cupboard. Good gor short or long stay. If you access the highway from the hotel, you'll soon be in a shopping area with lots of restaurants. We drove 6 minutes to La Belle et la Boeuf, a funky burger restaurant in a big mall.

Great value! Breakfast was included and was excellent. The hotel has been newly renovated, and parking is free. The room felt fresh and clean with wood floors. Staff is very helpful and the hotel is very clean. Highly recommended for visitors!

Fun hotel, with unique decor. At first seemed like a "sexy hotel" with the diffused cologne aroma as you enter the lobby, the party lights, and the red-light elevators. Then I realized this is normal for hotels in the area. Facilities were modern and the amenities were well maintained and super clean and up-to-date. Would stay here again for sure, especially with a partner. Great value and cool place.

We checked in after 1:00am . Front desk attendant was cheerful and happy we arrived safely. Easy check in, room was great location. Close proximity to the airport made the Uber drive easy and fast. Lobby was clean and nicely appointed and a coffee station. Very satisfactory overall. The room was spacious, clean and everything we needed.

Pleasantly surprised there was a jacuzzi in the room. The room was lovely, comfortable and clean. The host was welcoming and had a sense of humor. He was helpful with parking and information. Breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the croissant with strawberry jam.

The location can’t be beat. It’s close to the bus/rail station, and you can walk to everywhere in the old town. The breakfast was fresh and fulfilling. The in-room jacuzzi was a nice add-on.

This hotel is situated within old Quebec and has the charm and elegance of the city. We choose the room with the jacuzzi and it was very comfortable to relax in. Well worth the price. There is parking within two blocks of the hotel so that was convenient. If your coming to the city to explore and want to soak in a bath after along day of walking and exploration this hotel is the perfect place.

This was my first visit to Quebec City and although though there was things that could have better I thought for the price , location and for what you did get is was Great. Pros: Location, Wonderful Breakfast, Clean, Jacuzzi in room, free WIFI, friendly staff. Cons: Same breakfast every day but was very tasty and did not pass it up, 2 flights of small steep stairs but typical of this area, no tv but did not miss it. Those who have written bad comments of the staff don't have a sense of humor and need to lighten up. The owner gave us maps and told us best places to see and how many places offer an umbrella to borrow if it's raining out? Thanks you for your wonderful hospitality.

Very cozy feels especially during winter. Nice facilities- heated outdoor jacuzzi, play room for kids, and well equipped gym. Staff were professional and accommodating- shoutout to Bob in the front desk who checked us in at 3am!

The hotel was easy to find and was conveniently located. We were able to walk to various restaurants around the hotel, catch a bus downtown to Old Quebec and walk across the road to the shopping centre. The hotel was quiet and the rooms was spacious and cozy. The only negative is that we were originally checked in under someone else’s name and went up to our room and there was only 1 bed when I had reserved a room with 3 queen beds, this issue was quickly solved. We got the correct room and had a great experience overall.

I really enjoyed my short stay at the hotel. I initially got the cheapest available room but on arriving there and taking a shower, I noticed the sink/shower was leaking and the whole bathroom was flooded, the tv also had an issue with casting. After informing the reception about this issue, I was immediately upgraded to a bigger room and I had the most comfortable time. I will definitely be going back!

The staff at the reception was very helpful with accommodating a special request for the room. The room was spotless!!! The cleaning staff does an amazing job. I had no cash to tip them but the reception charged me the tip amount and gave me cash. Everything was just great!

It was very clean and the ear plugs were a good touch and air conditioning and fridge worked great as well as comfortable beds and some english tv stations. I also enjoyed the pool and spa. It was clean.
