We were stranded in RDU after a missed flight connection and stayed at the Hampton Inn for one night. The rooms were quiet, clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We called the hotel around 8pm and they sent a shuttle to pick us up. It took about 15 minutes to arrive at the hotel shuttle area just outside of baggage claim. When we arrived, check in was easy and afterwards my kids swam in the indoor pool—which was a little cold—but they enjoyed it nonetheless. There were a variety of items to purchase at the little market at a reasonable price. The following morning breakfast was clean and there were a variety of things to eat/drink for breakfast. We had scheduled the shuttle to the airport at 8am and Marcus took us to the airport. Riding with him really was the cherry on top of an overall pleasant experience. He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, funny, and empathic when we told him about our situation with our airline. He connected with us about our hometown (Chicago) and made the kids laugh early in the morning after what had been a very exhausting experience at the airport the day before. If we return to RDU we will definitely return to this hotel.

we arrived at this hotel and just the view and the smell of the hotel was the first thing to hit us. It smelled amazing. Just smell clean and fresh and all management and hotel staff were just amazing everyone in good spirits happy to help all of them went above and beyond all the way down to the housekeeper saying hello asking how your day was just from the beginning to the end this was an absolute the best day we’ve ever had and we’re traveling basketball Tman and we travel from August until March all year long playing games in different states and this is by far the best hotel that we have ever been in and let’s not forget to mention the breakfast and the milk was actually cold. Start to finish five stars easily we appreciate everyone and everything for this amazing stay. Cybrena Davis was my point of contact and she was the best i’ve worked with !! My guys and I had the best trip !!

Spectacular. The desk staff were kind, and funny! Very helpful also. The room was SO clean. The shower/bath were spotless. The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for makeup application. Most places have the wrong lighting & you can end up going out in public looking like a bit of a clown! Oh dear! The parking was brilliant & also had good lighting, no matter where you parked. Bed was SO comfortable & the pillows were delicious. LOVE the temp control on the wall instead of on the unit itself. Easy checkout.Thanks so much!

Absolutely the best hotel at this price point in the Raleigh area Spotlessly clean modern with plenty of amenities. Fantastic staff always friendly and helpful. If you want a great experience stay here you won't regret it. Also I want to say that Shay was awesome!! Friendly helpful and à joy to interact with!!

Stayed here when passing through NC. The stay was pretty good overall. Front desk was friendly. The bathroom in the standard king room is nice and modern. The room was clean. Not a big fan of the carpet as it did feel a bit dirty. Bed was moderately comfy. Could definitely be better. Tv had a good amount of channels. The pool was good, gym was fine. However, the breakfast wasn’t great. We ate dinner up the road at the Carolina ale house. Good food there. Overall a pretty good spot to stay in Raleigh area if you’re passing through.

I stayed here 4 nights mid February for business and wouldn't hesitate to return. From the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out, the front staff were friendly, accommodating and so helpful. I used the gym, breakfast, courtyard and little store all while here. My room was bright, quiet, spacious and very clean. You have to ask front desk for a room cleaning, but that isn't a big deal. My room included a wet bar, fridge and microwave, which really came in handy. The pool was very small, so I didn't bother using it. It is more suited for young children. The included breakfast was one of the best I have had. Lots of juices, even an option to have the water with sugar free enhancers, lots of coffee, tea and hot chocolate options, fruits, breads, yogurts, eggs or omelets, some form of potatoes every morning, and a protein that varied from sausage links to bacon and they even had sausage gravy one morning. Waffles, cereals and oatmeal with lots of toppings including sugar free syrup as an offering! As a lone, female traveller's, I felt very safe ans secure in this hotel and will book again here for future business!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh. We were visiting family in the area in mid-July 2023 and we were happy to stay here for a second consecutive year. We really enjoy this hotel. It is in a very convenient location. The hot breakfast is included and it is very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. You do have to request housekeeping services if you would like your room cleaned daily. The lobby has coffee and tea available at all times, which is a very nice perk. We were very impressed by the staff of this hotel. We really enjoyed meeting Arthur D., the Operations Manager. Arthur was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He shared a list of restaurants and offered us tips on things to do in the area. Ethan at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. We are already looking forward to another trip to Raleigh and we would not hesitate to book a stay at the Hampton Inn/Crabtree in Raleigh for our next trip. Thank you!

Love coming back to this hotel each month. Outstanding friendly helpful staff. Bedding is very comfortable. Rooms and public spaces are clean and fresh. Decor is up to date and inviting. I look forward to the breakfast- always fresh and delicious. I would like to specifically recognize Arthur and Gary for consistently going above and beyond to ensure our team is comfortable and have all we need. Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent value.

This hotel is sparkling clean. Rooms very comfortable. Quiet close doors, no jarring slams at 5 am. Room closet Included a blanket for a bed if needed. Most hotels have done away with the extras. Shower roomy and good spray , no water "saver" trickle. Clean and large enough towels. The breakfast was enjoyed as many items included. The eating area was spacious and television in obtrusive.

This is the most beautiful Hampton Inn I’ve ever stayed in. The decor of the lobby & ballrooms is eclectic, bright, vibrant & eye-catching & it was the perfect backdrop for our Red Carpet Grammy themed family reunion. From the moment our family began arriving at the beginning of the weekend, the staff was amazing & extremely helpful. About 76 family members attended the reunion activities. Hotel staff made our family events (an evening banquet & a Sunday breakfast buffet) flow seamlessly. The Executive suite, which we used for our floating arrival reception, was just enough space & also beautiful with modern functional decor. This review would be incomplete without thanking & recognizing Brandi Cooper & Monica Shreve. These 2 ladies were so easy to work with & helped me to plan & execute my vision for our family reunion. Brandi ensured the ballrooms set up & the equipment we needed was in place & that our catering included everything that we needed. Monica ensured that our block of rooms was intact & that my family was largely placed in rooms near each other & mostly on the same floor. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or host another event there should the opportunity present itself.

Our reservation was transferred from Hampton Inn to Hilton Garden Inn and we’re glad they did!! The hotel is beautiful, the front desk lady was welcoming, friendly and professional! The bedroom was clean and nice, beds were very comfortable! Bathroom was modern and clean! Breakfast staff was very friendly and professional! The made to order omelets were delicious, super fresh cut fruits, real fresh bacon and sausage, the grits were some of the best we have ever had! Breakfast was included in our rate, otherwise you have to pay Kudos to Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh/Crabtree Valley!!!

Property was clean inside and out! Nice outdoor seating area with heat! Rooms were very nice and comfortable! Very convenient location to shopping mall and restaurants! The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Had buffet breakfast that was outstanding! Would highly recommend!

The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we decided to hang out on the terrace to the side of the lobby. Wonderful fire pit (table), comfortable chairs, and just a great relaxing atmosphere with a almost beach-like breeze. 10/10 will stay again.

I've stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn many times. The employees are always so nice, my room is clean, the restaurant is great, the location is convenient, and MOST OF ALL, for some reason I sleep better here than anywhere else on earth, including my own bed. I've literally pulled off the sheets to find out the mattress brand. It must have a lot of business travelers because it tends to be very quiet. The bed and pillows are perfect for me and the room is well laid out. The restaurant has good food and friendly wait staff. I always look forward to going back. Thank you to all of the great people who work there!

The property overall was amazing. The young man at the front desk went out of his way to make everything perfect. There was one person - a woman working the breakfast that went out of her way to be rude- the Expedia app said they provide room service so I called to get coffee and breakfast brought up. Turns out they only provide evening room service. No where do they tell you this. The woman said in a curt tone, “You’re going to have to come down and get it yourself”. Wow. Every other staff member was kind and professional. I will come back but now I know not to get breakfast there.

Wow. EXCELLENT, quiet location, roomy parking, Easy check in-out. The staff ( evening AND early morning !) were absolutely STELLAR! So friendly and helpful. The room was spotless & beautiful. Clean-smelling too; fresh but not w/ the overpowering "clorox-cleaner" smell. Bathroom was also spotless! Loved the Dove liquid products. COFFEE!! ( Extra thanks for the decaf, which I drink at night!!!) Also loved the blackout shade. Bed was ridiculously comfy, pillows were just remarkable- wanted to take them with me! Cable was ho-hum ( as it is anywhere ) but wifi was excellent, so I used my laptop. Very quiet in the room. 3am wake-up call was BRILLIANT! Thanks so much!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House RDU! It’s a newer hotel—super clean, modern, and very family-friendly. We stayed in a spacious studio that worked perfectly for our family. The breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, and the front desk staff were consistently kind and helpful. They always acknowledged my Globalist status, which I really appreciated. It’s a great location near the airport but still peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend for families or business travelers alike!

Everything was clean, the room was comfortable and offers a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and surrounding area was quiet. I was traveling with my dog and hotel has area all around for walking your dog which was great. Didn’t feel unsafe even after 9 pm. Location convenient to everything. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and nice with plenty of offerings.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at the Hyatt House Brier Creek, and it was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The sales team went above and beyond to bring my vision to life, and to make sure the celebration was perfect. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and created the perfect space for my guests. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, professional, and kept the drinks flowing with great energy that my guests loved. Every staff member I encountered showed outstanding customer service, making me and my guests feel comfortable.

What a great property. I was in town visiting my daughter after the birth of her son and needed a place to stay. The suites were perfect in every way. It was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and the highway and her house. It had the right amount of amenities. The room was clean and while stopped. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The morning breakfast was perfect. This was my first time staying at a Sonesta suites but it will not be my last.

The hotel was beautiful, I was highly impressed with its clean and very comfortable rooms. The breakfast was very delicious. It was even better than expected. The staff are also friendly. It's easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment. It was a great experience, I highly recommend it!

Great location, clean, breakfast was warm and of different variety everyday. Coffee was always readily available during the day. Pool was clean and the basketball court was a great perk. My kids, husband, and I stayed for over a week and thanks to the full kitchen, we did not have to eat out everyday. Whole foods and Trader Joe's are close by. It was quiet at night as well. Staff was kind and always helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

We’ve stayed here on multiple occasions for family visits. The location is right off 64 near Wake Med, with ample parking. Rooms are spacious and clean - the only negative thing is that the sofas are not the most comfortable for sitting! Breakfast is ample, and the staff are always helpful. Pet friendly. We will be back.

Amazing customer service! We stayed one night at this hotel before an early morning flight and it was a great experience! The rooms were very clean, with minimalistic furniture that we loved, including environmentally friendly toiletries. The lobby was vibrant and welcoming with an enthusiastic staff and guests playing games. The atmosphere was very bright, fresh and lively! The beds were incredibly comfy and we all had a great night's sleep. Our room looked out on the forest behind the hotel which was also pleasant. When we awoke for our flight, and found out it was cancelled, we left in a rush to get to the airport to rebook and left behind our allergy friendly food in the refrigerator. After arriving at the airport, getting rebooked, then going to have our breakfast, we realized our unfortunate mistake. The hotel is only about a five minute drive from the airport so we thought about taking the shuttle back, but the hotel staff person I spoke with, Carmel, was AMAZING, and went to our room, got our allergy food and gave it to Lazaro, the shuttle driver, who met us at the curb at the airport with our food. It saved us! A member of our party cannot travel without their allergy food. We are forever grateful to the kind and generous staff at this hotel. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Raleigh again! THANK YOU ALL!!!

Pros: Staff was friendly at check-in. Our room was modern and nice. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. Breakfast and coffee was good. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The thermostat in our room was set to 71 degrees and the fan ran all night long, with no way to adjust it or turn it off. We inquired at the front desk about it and were told that’s just how they’re set. What? Ridiculous! Then when we were headed to breakfast (which had a fairly nice variety of things) the janitor was cleaning the restrooms in the lobby area near the breakfast area and it smelled very strongly of Pine Sol. Couldn’t he have waited until AFTER breakfast?

Beautiful facility. Welcoming & accommodating staff made sure I had everything I needed. Loved breakfast bar & coffee was very good. Facility looked new, very comfortable. Huge shower, loved the dispensers for soap, shampoo, body wash! Air conditioning unit very quiet with wall thermostat. TV was huge! Room very spacious. If at airport again, will certainly return. Could hardly hear planes landing & taking off despite close proximetry to the runway.

We felt safe, enjoyed a simple but adequate breakfast, and loved the location—just 5 minutes from the airport and close to major landmarks. Would definitely stay here again!

My stay at Tru by Hilton Raleigh Durham Airport was beyond amazing. From the moment I arrived, Taylor at the front desk provided outstanding service, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The entire hotel was spotless, with clean and well-maintained facilities. The food was also a highlight—delicious and satisfying! Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Although the Holiday Inn Express is very close to the NCSU Campus and several restaurants/shopping centers, it seems very secluded (in a good way). There was no traffic noise to keep me up at night. The grounds were well-kept. The area seems very safe, and at night the parking lot and entrance areas are well-lit and the exterior doors are locked (accessible by one's room key). The lobby was beautiful. I was greeted immediately upon entering and was checked in quickly. The entire building was spotless, including the stairways (which are usually neglected). My room was immaculate, including the tub and shower. They cleaned my room daily (although most hotels have stopped daily cleaning since COVID). There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room, as well as a safe. The hot breakfast was excellent and well-stocked (a time and money-saver). The staff was very friendly and cordial, from checking in, to the morning breakfast, to checking out early in the morning (around 4:00 AM). I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the Raleigh/NCSU area.

This was a very nice hotel, easily located just off the interstate 40. The staff that I dealt with during our four nights stay were all very friendly and helpful. I had specially made a request for a room on as high a floor as possible, and was allocated exactly what I wanted. Thanks! 😁 Our room on the 3rd floor was clean, and had all the facilities that we required. Very comfortable King bed, Nice big quality TV, with all the channels that we wanted, with perfect reception. Breakfast which was included was acceptable, without being outstanding. We used the self service laundry which was very convenient. Car parking was free with plenty of space. Overall, a very pleasant stay. 😊 If ever I visit Raleigh again, I'd have no hesitation about staying here again.

Just off the interstate but nice and quiet on the wooded side of hotel. Mid-week stay would be classified as a "business" hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast buffet was disappointing compared to our last HIE experience (in Fort Myers). The biscuits and gravy were really good; but, the powdered (assumption) eggs were dry and browned. The overall selection and set-up was comparatively less than what we expected. Important note: Finding restaurants in the hotel area was nearly impossible. Fast food was even limited. The real restaurants are apparently all downtown. We thought that we would find more things to see and do in a university-heavy city. Apparently, we were wrong. But the hotel was nice.

Great for the price! To be honest, I chose it over competitors for the hot tub...but it was wonderful in all other ways too (though the pool and hot tub were fantastic, clean and very well maintained and loved). Free breakfast was a happy surprise and really great quality- this is much better than any continental breakfast! My son loved the pancake machine and the hot food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful and we will definitely pick this hotel over any, even if it is closer to final destination!

Arrived at the hotel to check in but our reservation wasn’t showing up, no fault of the hotel, it was hotels.com that hadn’t sent our reservation through. The staff was very friendly & gave us a room & waited to see if hotels.com would show our prepaid reservation. I chose this hotel cause it was close to Rex Hospital where I was having surgery the following morning. Again the staff was wonderful. I was disappointed with hotels.com not showing our prepaid reservation. The next morning when I checked out the staff was still working on getting my prepaid reservation information straightened out. The hotel I would recommend again but booking though hotels.com I’m skeptical of as this is the second time we have experienced this. As for the hotel, beds were comfortable, room was spacious & very clean. Very quiet location as well. If needed I will definitely stay with them again.

The staff upon arrival was very pleasant as well as helpful and we noticed while checking in several business people were checking in as return customers. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We found the facility overall clean.

I loved how friendly the staff were upon arrival and throughout our stay! We were provided with complimentary, warm cookies that were so delicious! Our neighbors were quiet, which was amazing! The morning we left the hotel, we tried the breakfast in the restaurant downstairs. It was a little pricey but still really good! My fiancé’s egg white omelet looked so good!

The Crabtree Valley DoubleTree exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were professional and friendly, and the hotel lobby was modern and relaxing. My room was clean and comfortable, with a bed and sheets that were top-notch. I will definitely revisit in the future!

My stay was Fantastic at the Double Tree by Hilton Raleigh Crabtree Valley! My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable! The staff was incredibly helpful and the check-in process was fast and friendly! The manager Adrian went over and beyond to make me feel valued as a guest and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was very welcoming. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting this area!

We really had a great stay overall - the hotel was clean, the staff was overall friendly. We did try to go to the restaurant one night for a drink - we were told at check in that the restaurant closed at 11PM (the hours were also posted outside of the restaurant), we walked in at 10:30 and we were refused service for a drink and were told that they closed then. That was frustrating. The pool was also closed the entire time of our trip - and we were not made aware before that it would not be a facility that we could use. That was one of the main reasons that we booked this specific hotel. We were told it would open 9AM on our last day - but when we went down the next morning it was still closed, and we were told by the front desk staff that it was not going to open that day. There is also construction going on all around the hotel - this would have been nice to know before hand as it could have definitely been a factor in us choosing somewhere else to stay.

Check-in was a breeze. The front desk attendant was wonderful and cheery. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything was great! My only complaints were breakfast. The service was extremely slow! I waited 10 minutes to be waited on, and then another 20 minutes for scrambled eggs and grits, and there were only 2 other tables in the restaurant. On a busy morning when I was trying to get out the door, the restaurant needs some work.

Property was clean, felt safe around the property and very walkable. Room was clean spacious with full kitchen, sitting area, bedding was nice and comfortable. Shower was great.Love tge buffet breakfast, both restaurants were really nice, loved the rooftop restaurant and bar. Beautiful view Staff was excellent everywhere was very friendly and very helpful. I’ve never written a review for anything but I was very compelled to do so after my stay at the Residence Inn Raleigh Downtown! The staff was so welcoming and accommodating. From the front desk, to the housekeepers, to the kitchen staff everyone was genuinely welcoming, attentive, & helpful! Anytime I needed anything they were quick to assist me & also were invested if I needed anything else. The food was very good I enjoyed breakfast each day and the Rooftop terrace was beautiful. Moved the layout and the scenery. The vibes were immaculate! The room was beautiful very clean & just a great layout. Bed was comfortable my friends and I enjoyed our suite! The Hotel is in great area surrounded by numerous food options & a beautiful city. I stayed for Dreamville Fest, this was my 4th year going and 1st time at this Hotel. Not only was this the best hotel I’ve been to attending the festival but this was the best hotel I’ve been to ever! And I travel quite often but this was hotel in every aspect is wonderful! I definitely will be staying here again for the next festival in Raleigh & I will definitely make future visits just so I can have another experience at this amazing hotel!

This was a wonderful place to stay 4 nights. Nice large room with kitchenette. Quiet, clean, comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to be able to have both early check in and late check out. We dined in the both the second floor restaurant and the 10 floor bar/lounge, which has a wonderful outdoor rooftop area. The location was perfect and we were able to walk all over without need of public transportation. If back in Raleigh we would definitely stay here again.

We visited for a New Year Eve wedding and found this Residence Inn to be the best one of it's brand that we've stayed in. For NYE there was good, visible security inside and out (both Raleigh PD and Marriott security). We had a one bedroom suite for an average of $333 per night. No complaints - all good. Spacious, clean and, on the 7th floor, end of hallway - very quiet for a New Year's stay. Above all, the staff was fantastic. Front desk - great. Upstairs bar/restaurant - great (the young woman was on shift alone on Sunday, 12/29, with about 15 people to serve and still had a smile. Breakfast was extremely well laid-out and the staff was superb. We were pleasantly surprised and gladly tipped the hardworking breakfast staff. Located right off of the interstate - it's an easy find. Parking is convenient, but is a hefty $18/night. It's covered parking with direct entry into the hotel, allowing very easy access to the hotel and your room. Maid service is every-other-day, although we never actually had our room cleaned. The front desk and maid in the hallway were polite and quick to give us the fresh towels and extra pillows we needed. That's about it - no complaints and excellent stay. For Bonvoy members, an FYI that we are still waiting for our points to be credited to our account four days later. It's always inconvenient for a slow posting because you have to keep checking your account. Quick point posting are always appreciated.

We were at this hotel for Galaxy Con. It was very convenient to the convention center. The breakfast was very good each morning. The staff was fantastic, kind friendly, helpful. The beds are comfortable. The room has a microwave and fridge in it, but no kitchenette. The room and bathroom was larger than I thought they would be. Plenty of room for us to be comfortable in. I would like to have had bedside tables on both sides of each bed. I also think the bathtub needs some anti slip things put down. I felt like I was going to fall when I took a shower. Also, we found the internet to be unreliable. The bad thing is this hotel is located very close to an arena that had concerts 2 of the nights we were there. Not the hotel’s fault. The music rattled the room. I could hear every word the performers said. The first night the concert was done by 10pm, so no big deal. The 2nd concert went very late. I was extremely annoyed. I had a headache and wanted nothing more then to go to sleep. Not the hotels fault and not much they could really do about it. Overall, we enjoyed this hotel, it was nice to have a place to go to relax during the convention, rather than having to leave for the day.

The room we had was spacious and clean (loved the jacuzzi). The hotel overall was quiet which I appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and even made a joke with my husband about how to sneak the whole bed out the hotel to take home :) I will definitely stay again when I am back in the area!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and I liked that there was a second upholstered chair in the room besides the desk chair. The location was very convenient and quiet. The breakfast was very good. The eggs tasted real and not fake or reheated like a lot of other places I have stayed over the past few months. They also had a smaller luggage cart available that made it easier for me to take my luggage up to the room than the usual large valet carts. I will definitely be staying there again when in the area.

Overall – very good. Friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, but they close it at 9 am. Three groups (including ours) arrived at 8 after and it was closed. After politely complaining that they never told us at check-in, the concierge asked them to open it back up. They did until 9:30 and everyone was happy. The pool was nice – but warm. Their fitness center was exceptional – especially for such a small hotel. This was a great gym. Upon returning from dinner, the concierge stopped us to pickup our extra towels. She remembered when we did not. Excellent service. The parking is safe, and the hotel is in a quiet location. It’s also close to their “Iron Works” area, and the highway. For the rooms – the bed were comfy, and the shower pressure was excellent. However, I didn’t like the uncomfortable and non-pliable pillows. They were foam-filled, and all the same. I’ve noticed that many hotels now have two pillows of one density, and two of another. This is because not everyone likes the same pillow. This is the only thing I’d change – This, and the one broken elevator. Would recommend: Yes Would re-patronize: Yes, if in the area.

Clean, orderly place in good shape. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fellow stocking the breakfast kept the bar extremely clean and inviting. The only suggestion is that the breakfast have more nonsugary or lighter sugared options. I have been places where there are plain cereals and non sugar yogurts, for example.

Travel often for dog shows. This was without a doubt the best hotel experience I’ve had in years. Clean clean clean top to bottom, in every area. Easy to use products in room. Very clean with great beds and pillows. Breakfast excellent. The staff were so kind and friendly. I honestly wish I could clone this hotel for everywhere I go. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed two nights and it was great as usual. We had stayed here before a few years ago and we loved it. I was booking on Expedia and once completed I noticed the address and it was this one again. We knew we would get great service. The area is quiet. Lots of shopping places, a few restaurants in the area. There is also a Waffle House right in front of hotel. It is accessible from the hotel parking lot. There is also a Cookout across the street. The service desk associates are always so friendly and nice. Previously when we stayed the pool was closed, it was open this time and very nice.There is also a gym as well. Rooms are very spacious, very clean and it's quiet. In the morning there is breakfast and my husband and kids said it was really good. I tried some potatoes they were delicious.Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. You won't be disappointed. Shout to Cason!! Nice dude, very helpful and polite!!

This is a very clean and pleasantly decorated hotel. Our initial checkin was with a young lady who talked extremely too fast and seemed to be just going through the motions. Young people need to be trained to slow down their speaking and to look at the people they are speaking to. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on that we heard off and on during our three-night stay, but nothing that continued or disturbed our rest. The hotel has a lovely and spacious outdoor patio area complete with firepit and pool. The cafe was really Starbucks with limited food selection and overpriced coffee and tea. It would have been very nice to have a complementary breakfast offered such as we have had at other Marriott properties.

I stayed here for a work trip May 16-18th and had a great stay! The front desk host, Evan, was so friendly and welcoming and went above and beyond in caring for our group, which was so greatly appreciated. And also wanted to give a shoutout to the bartender, Matthew, whose top notch service and great personality made it a great Saturday night for our group! The rooms were roomy and had space with all the needed amenities. The bed was comfy and made for a great nights sleep after long work days for us. Bathroom was clean and had everything needed to shower after a long day! Thanks to the amazing team at SpringHill suites and we will definitely be returning again!

We loved our stay here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Evan if I remember his name correctly. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and had options and our room was wonderful. I loved the space in the room and the extra places to store things, work at a desk and have an area for the fridge and coffee set up. I don't drink coffee but I used that area as a kitchen prep to make things for the tournament we were there for. Overall, super great stay!!

I stayed overnight for a business trip. The staff were friendly and professional, Myra took time to give me good advice about nearby restaurants (the Mediterranean restaurant across the parking lot was quick and tasty). It was also nice to have an open lounge on the first floor, with a fireplace and bar.

We chose this hotel because of its location next to the venue of an event that we wanted to attend. Checking in and out was easy. Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There were many restaurants and bars in the area, yet it was quiet at night. The hotel had a restaurant and bar of its own. We appreciated having a small bite in the evening that didn’t break the bank. In the morning there was an amazing selection of breakfast foods to chose from. We loved the pool and hot tub.

Had a great staycation at Raleigh Marriot City Center ! Greeted with a smile by Josh the valet who explained the valet parking,& directed me to check-in & assisted me with my bags. Great way to start the trip! The hotel is spacious & has huge bar restaurant "Rye" lounge to enjoy! Our room was spacious I was told because of my Gold Elite upgrade, and although the " Concierge Lounge was closed Friday 5pm- Sunday 5 pm ( exactly my dates) they were so nice to provide us the breakfast buffet each day, which for a hotel buffer was all very hot, fresh & great variety of fresh cut fruits, pastry, bagel, salmon, bacon, sausage, potatoes, spinach's mushroom frittata , scrambled eggs, yummy french toast, oatmeal & southern grits!!! We enjoyed the pool & hot tub which provided its own towel service. Great location in heart of downtown Raleigh near tons of restaurants, bars, venues all walking distance!! W didn't want to leave, but again Josh & Nate were there to help us retrieve our car & load up the truck ! We felt very special & enjoyed our stay so much!!!

The hotel was beautiful and all the food at the restaurant was delicious! We ate dinner and breakfast there and enjoyed everyhting. The bed was comfy and the room very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The property was the perfect location for our event on Fayetteville St. My partner and I were able to walk to the event and back to the hotel with ease even with the road blocked off. The valet service was awesome and the staff were friendly upon arrival. The room was spacious and conveniently located. The sink struggled to drain, but it was just slow. The bed was comfortable, too. The onsite restaurant served delicious breakfast. The only complaint I had was that the pool area was a little chaotic with kids not being watched. It was also really stuffy in there. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the convenience was helpful. I’d definitely return!

Everything was excellent, clean, comfy, convenient. The only slight negative was the service at the bar was very slow. We were seated quickly, and the hostess warned us the staff would take a while to get to us, so it may have just been an understaffed or off night. Other than that everything was great. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The amenities were all there. Recommended.

We travel frequently and stay at many Marriotts. This Residence Inn is the best we ever stayed at. I like that our room was away from the main traffic of the front lobby but convenient enough for their delicious breakfast. Our room was spacious and very clean. They set up the room for the traveler in mind - I especially like the shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall in the shower - makes it easy to use. The towels are soft- the kitchen is well stocked- regular coffee maker- microwave and full size refrigerator and stove and oven. TV in a nice place to watch from bedroom or anywhere else in the suite. Very secure building. We will stay here again when in the Raleigh area.

This hotel is quiet,affordable and clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows however, were not comfortable at all. I had to roll up a towel and use it as as support with the privided pillows.The complimentary breakfast options were good and there was a variety of choices from eggs/sausage and potatoes to self made pancakes, bagels and cream cheese, oatmeal with toppings of your choice,yogurts,feash fruit. Drinks available were juice( apple/orange) coffee,tea or hot chocolate. Parking is not an issue. The hotel is extremely close to the airport with a few food places nearby.

We had a wonderful time at this super clean hotel. The beds and pillows were perfect and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just what we needed, and the automatic pancake maker was a big hit! Everything was in working order and you can tell that the people that work there take pride in their job. I highly recommend these accommodations and look forward to staying there again.

Booked a two bedroom suite. Staff was excellent and very friendly and engaging and explained their food services for happy hour and breakfast. Room was very clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is near RDU airport with flights right over head....so if a light sleeper this is not for you. Very nice and safe place.

Great value, ample room and a great location within easy reach of the airport and I40 expressway. Very comfortable bed, good blackout curtains and quiet. Breakfast is included a fair variety such as waffles, bagels, cereal, oat meal, scrambled eggs & turkey sasauge links. Staff is friendly and accomodating. had a super early flight so I didn't get breakfast but the room was stellar. SO clean! It had a wonderful fresh smell, not a disinfectant smell. The Shower was super clean and the water pressure was fab. Love that extra thick shower mat, and the pump dispensers in the shower instead of bar soap & shampoo/conditioner bottles. The bed & pillows were ridiculously comfortable, & the linens were So soft & cushy...the coffee was surprisingly tasty & very welcome at 4:30 am! The day was humid & very hot so that A/C felt fantastic! Parking was a tad full due to construction work but you could still find a light to park near. The best part was check in with Mandie, who was super helpful and ever so friendly, smiling & polite. Easy morning check out. Very close to RDU , but a little construction also at the entry road, so be careful. Thanks much!

Had yet another great stay at a Holidy inn property. The hotel was very nice, clean, convenient with ample free parking. I did not get to enjoy the free breakfast, however the fruit bowl and danishes/ muffins left next to thé healthy fruit infused water cooler in the lobby was an excellent touch. Thé 2 front desk clerks I interacted with, Dominique at check in and Sarah at check out were wonderful. Dominique even looked up my IHG member numbert for me. Thé hallways were very clean, well maintained and attractive as was my room. The room had 2 queen beds, nice desk and desk.chair. Also had another nice lounge chair with ottoman. Nice tv with working remote that was in a clean plastic bag to promote germ free.I never had to touch the raw remote. The A/C worked well. There was a safe in the wardrobe, a mini.fridge AND MICROWAVE. This is important to me as many places now dont provide microwaves. I will oftentimes avoid properties that dont offer them thus making it impossible to reheat leftover food. I did not notice airplane noise much . When i did, it was not disruptive. The bathroom was very nice, decent size, large counter, tub/ shower combo, Great water pressure and HOT WATER ! I am a critic of those properties with poor pressure and lukewarm water. No problem here. I would recommend and stay here again.

This was a great place to stay after returning from a 12 day trip to Europe as we were able to park our car for 12 days before we flew out & stay overnight on our return at a reasonable price for a room with a delicious breakfast & parking for around $227. They have a friendly service & an airport shuttle. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices with their delicious cinnamon rolls, pancakes, a delicious western omelet and more. Also at night they had a very delicious chocolate cake. We will definitely choose this hotel the next time we fly out of RDU.

The location of this hotel was great. They are situated right near the airport. They have a shuttle that will take you to and from the airport. They have a few eateries nearby, so you can grab a bite to eat without going too far. They are centrally located if you have to go to Raleigh, or Durham. It won't take you long to get to the many universities (e.g. Duke, UNC, NC State, NCCU, Shaw, and Meredith) nearby. The room was nice. It was very welcoming. Great bedding and choice of pillows. Loved the bed!!! The bathroom was nice, the lighting and vanity were amazing. There were even toiletries provided. There was a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig mini coffee center in the room. There was also an option for a safe breakfast following Covid restrictions, and there was a good variety of offerings for breakfast. There was also a small store shop in the lobby for snacks, meals, and toiletries. There was a business center, where you could complete work. The service was fantastic! They were phenomenal!!! We could tell that safety was a priority during our stay. All of the staff that we encountered were wonderful. We were greeted daily upon departing and arriving back at the hotel. Raheel, Davis,Fran, and David made our stay feel like we were a 5 star resort. They were very personable and informative about local landmarks, weather, and restaurants. We were definitely pleased with our stay, and we would stay here again.

One standout feature was the coffee machine in the lobby — easily the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had. It offered multiple premium options and tasted like something from a high-end café. The room was clean, fresh-smelling, and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room temperature was perfect upon arrival — a small detail that made a big difference. The bathroom was spacious and came with soft, fresh linens that added to the overall sense of comfort and quality.

I honestly think this hotel deserves more than just 3 stars! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the breakfast is tasty, and if you’re a coffee lover — you’ll love the coffee machine with lots of different options. But what really made my stay special was the front desk, especially Acheline! She’s so kind and attentive, and solves any issue in a flash. Such a lovely experience!

I am 100% satisfied with this hotel. The room was very clean and well-facilitated, and there was no disturbance or noise during the night. The beds were incredibly cozy. The next morning, our breakfast was amazing, with no limits on quantity, and you could even order food from behind the restaurant. Importantly, the hotel maintained excellent hygiene. Overall, I am fully satisfied.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Every hotel should have a staff like this one. Rosalind!!!!!! The breakfast was excellent. they thought of everything. Even the coffee was good. Also fresh cookies and hot coffee 24/7. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. I did feel that the bath tube was a little too slippery. and there was only one grab bar. I would highly recommend staying here.

This hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff from the moment I walked in was very welcoming and pleasant. The breakfast was fresh and quality, the checkout staff in the morning was positive and friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly and acknowledge me when I walked past. The room was clean and quiet. You can tell the owner of this hotel takes care of the staff and the hotel.

Pros: - Room was very clean - even behind the furniture and around the edges - Comfortable bed with firm mattress - Microwave and refrigerator in the room - Good Location - Plenty of shopping, places to eat and Interstate are nearby - Large fitness room with free weights and exercise machines - Good quality HDTV, but limited selection of cable TV channels - Hot Breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and other items included. - Plenty of counter space in the bathroom - Friendly and helpful staff Cons: - The window does not open. In the summer or winter, I guess this is not a problem, but in late November, I had to run the A/C for a few minutes in order to get some fresh air. - The bathroom has a sliding door that does not lock. In my room, the door was off the bottom track, so it also swung on the above track and would not stay shut. I reported this to the front desk when I checked out and they said they would take care of it. - Weak water pressure in the shower.

Very clean establishment, friendly and hospitable staff. Not to mention, its located in walking distance of many establishments - restaurants and shopping. But best of all, this Hampton Inn & Suites has two employees that have gone over and beyond. Jamaal M. (Guest Services Agent) and Princess (I like to call the Chef) made my stay even more pleasant. Jamaal will greet you with a smile and provide you with cordial conversation. He is the absolute best in pointing you in the right direction and letting you know that he is always available in the event you need assistance. He is very professional and its always a plus to see someone take pride in himself (sharp dresser) and his job. Princess - the Chef - made the best potatoes and hearty oatmeal. Of course, you had your bacon or sausage of the day and pastries for those on the run. She kept the trays full of food ensuring that every guest had more than enough of their share. The area was always clean which made it more welcoming to sit and have a wonderful meal before the start of the day. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hope to have you as part of my Hampton experience the next time I visit Knightdale.

I had a great stay here at The Hampton Inn! From the location, comfort, great breakfast, cleanliness and amazing staff: this stay was an absolute 10/10! My room was very clean and comfy, I slept soundlessly on the plush bedding! I’d like to personally thank Jamaal and Shakirah at the front desk for making my stay perfect, you two are examples of outstanding customer service! I’ll be sure to book my future stays here at this location for my next visit. So perfect!

We had an early morning flight the next day , so convenient to the airport.The shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.He even suggested a good restaurant for dinner. Dropped us off at the restaurant and picked us up when we were done with our meal. Very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very clean. It smelled amazing in the lobby. Staff was very friendly. The hostess at the restaurant was very attentive.

My overall stay with my fiancé was very nice. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the amenities like breakfast and an onsite bar were great. My only two negative experiences were upon entering our room, we noticed that we had no tv guide, and a non-working remote. The remote was set up where we could not change channels with it. Only turn on the TV and change the volume. Secondly, there was no Do Not Disturb sign for us to use. Our stay was only for two nights and both days housecleaning was an issue. They came first without us knowing while we were out and messed with our belongings. Then they came a second time, while we were asleep in the room. This felt like too much for a two night stay. Otherwise, this was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

The shuttle to and from the air port was exceptional. The water and air conditioner were perfect. The complimentary shower soaps were perfect. The internet was great. The fridge was cold. The microwave worked great. The hair dryer worked. The tub drained with no standing water while showering. The staff were helpful but quick to assume.

If you need a quiet hotel close to the airport, this is the hotel for you. The staff was friendly and very professional in getting us checked in. This was an enjoyable experience.

The StateView Hotel was a great place to stay for a relaxing weekend in Raleigh. The location was convenient, the hotel bar had great cocktails, the outdoor pool area was clean with lots of seating, our room was spacious and clean, and the staff was attentive. We will definitely stay again during our next trip to Raleigh.

I recently stayed at the StateView Hotel and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is the main highlight—tucked away from the chaos, surrounded by trees and a peaceful lake with nearby trails that made for a great morning walk. It’s the kind of place where you can really unwind. The pool area by the lake was nice, the entire property has a clean, boutique vibe, well put together. Even had live music near the lobby during my stay. Customer service was excellent throughout my stay. Staff were friendly, attentive, and they acknowledged my platinum status with an upgrade to a lovely room with a great view. Much appreciated. The on-site restaurant served some solid meals, the shrimp & grits was satisfying. Parking was plentiful and hassle-free. A few downsides: the room lighting was too dim for my taste, especially in the evening. Bed was on the firmer side, I prefer more plush. The gym is basic—enough for a quick workout but nothing special. And I was surprised to find there wasn’t a desk chair in the room, which made working from the room a bit awkward. Still, for a peaceful, comfortable stay with great service and natural surroundings, the StateView is a solid choice.

We were happily surprised with how nice the hotel was. Our room rate was extremely reasonable and the hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was modern, clean and situated in very nice surroundings. The front desk staff and wait staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful and we had a great dinner at the restaurant. We will be back! The only downside to the rooms were we could hear the people in the room above us walking around.

Stayed here May 24th & 25th for my Son's wedding. The rooms and hotel were very clean. My room had a great view, overlooking the Lake. The beds were spotless & comfortable. They catered the rehearsal dinner and the food & service were Top Notch. Great Breakfast service & High quality food. But the star employee was the bar tender. Jayona Yarborough, was harvest working & most accommodating Mixologist that I've come across. My experience was GREAT....!

We had a wonderful stay here! The exterior was beautiful, quiet and overlooking Lake Raleigh from the pool side. It’s where one could sit, breathe in the fresh air and let go. Out room was clean and loved our walk in shower with the ambience lights. The shower also have shampoo, conditioner and shower get provided. I loved the scent of the shower gel! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, great service from top level management to employees who work very infrequently but are so invaluable. Thank you to Courtney who helped me secure conference pricing last minute due to serving on jury duty, John who welcomed me in like coming home to a warm and inviting place, Ms. Veronica in the kitchen who packed a lunch and gave me a tray because I was on the go and in a rush!, James who served diligently at the front desk, Elodia who cleaned my room so well and so efficiently!, other cleaners who replaced and provided everything I needed! And Sean, the manager, who was courteous and professional the whole 9 days. The beds were comfortable, clean with good and clean sheets too. There is a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, laundry service, closet, and even good, clean, thick carpeting. The bathroom was clean and modern. Toto toilets. The decorations in the room and out of the room were well done, calm and beautiful. 24-hour fitness room was clean and well-equipped. The pool was small, but good for the little ones. This Marriott hotel is One of The Best in North Carolina. (Raleigh - Cary, N.C.) It was such a great experience. From the moment I walked into the hotel I was greeted with the upmost respect...that came from The Manager Shawn and One of the Front Desk Associates James. They both went Above and Beyond in assisting me with my reservation. The entire team at this Marriott is great that includes The Breakfast Team and The Housekeeping Team. My room was very clean, the temperature in the room was so nice and the bed was so soft and relaxing. Very quiet area. It is near an abundance of restaurants. I had some of the best Mediterranean food just a few steps away from the hotel at Jasmin & Olivz Mediterranean restaurant. Also a few steps from the hotel is First Watch that has some the best breakfasts around. The hotel also serves a continental breakfast which is delicious with a nice variety of hot foods. This hotel is about a 15 minute ride from RDU Airport. I will return to this Marriott again in the near future if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service.

The location was convenient, the parking was ample and easy! The community areas (lobby, pool, gym, and breakfast areas) were all very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good. Elevators were clean and fast. Our room was spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked. Check-in and check-out were very easy with very friendly staff.

Great stay clean rooms. First time in town and it was a memorable stay for us. Everyone was amazing, the Staff was attentive and always smiling. Breakfast had plenty of options. They don’t have a bar or food after breakfast but plenty of options around. I cannot say enough thank you again!

This Fairfield exceeded my expectations! The room and the bathroom was so spacious and extremely clean. The bedding was really comfortable and smelled great! The front desk staff greeted me every time I walked in and was leaving. The continental breakfast was satisfying and was actual breakfast foods :) and the dining area and back patio were inviting and clean. Overall a wonderful experience and will visit again if I come back to Raleigh.

This was our first time traveling during the COVID-19 pandemic and we chose Marriott due to their cleanliness standards. All areas of the hotel, including our room were super clean and there were social distancing measures in place. Brooks at the front desk was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. This hotel is also very convenient to the RDU airport and the interstate. The Bistro restaurant was closed due to COVID-19, but the hotel offered a free continental breakfast with pre-package food, orange juice and coffee service which was nice. We enjoyed the nice outdoor seating area with tables and a firepit.

This property used to be a Marriott Courtyard and is now a Sonesta Select - which is a new hotel brand. Many staff are veteran Marriott employees - professionals! The person who checked us in and Mindy were wonderful. We also received a welcome bag w water and a packaged cookie since we registered to be a member with Sonesta. The room was very clean and had great beds and an ergonomic desk - you could pull out a lower section for my keyboard and mouse. I appreciated this! The lobby has an area where they used to sell breakfast and drinks before COVID. However, they aren’t offering any food now. They said it might happen in the future. Right now they have free hot coffee and tea in the morning and iced water w lemon throughout the day. They also have an area near the reception desk where they sell snacks and drinks, including alcohol. We ended up walking 3 minutes to Wendy’s for breakfast sandwiches. Later, we walked to Wendy’s for lunch. You have to drive to get to other food options. There was a good variety of seating arrangements with outlets and tables and sofas in the lobby. There’s an outdoor pool and tables in a courtyard area. This is very close to the airport. It was quiet at night but we began to hear many flights around 8 am. Tip: You can book a room at Sonesta ES across the street for rooms with kitchens and free breakfasts. That used to be a Marriott Residence Inn. It was a pretty good value for the room but I wish they had breakfast food.

We stayed here after our flight was cancelled at the Raleigh airport. The Sonesta was everything you need in that situation. Available, close, clean and quiet. The guest services folks were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. All good!

I stayed at this hotel for 9 nights while working a tennis tournament. It is a very clean establishment with nice sized rooms and a decent breakfast. Most impressive was the shower with plenty of hot water and outstanding water pressure. The staff absolutely exceeded my expectations. VERY courteous and helpful. You could get a van to drive you to 6 or 7 restaurants in the area.

At the front desk, Kirk greeted us with a smile, offered free coffee. He gave us a room on the first floor which was clean, and very comfortable. Our room was well decorated, tv worked great, internet was fine. We had a King room, and I must say, the linens on the bed were so nice, the comforter was warm enough but not heavy. I slept well. Your coffee was pretty good, and I am a bit of a coffee snob. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of options. The shower was ok, bathroom was clean but water pressure could have been a bit better. All in all a great stay!

I really don't know where to start, I arrived in the state late I called ahead to advise the desk that I would be checking in around 10 pm. the person on the other end of the call was so polite and informed me that everything would be just fine and to please drive safely. I was like wow! no demanding that I try my best to get there or my reservation will be cancelled. check this out I got to the hotel and was greeted like he knew me forever and that made me feel great because the drive was long had a very hard and frustrated month my wife and I were super tired and all I wanted at that point was to just go to sleep,. So I checked us in the lobby was so clean I asked had it been renovated and did I tell you smelled great! lets skip ahead the room was clean smelled amazing I was so comfortable I slept through breakfast. so as well were checking out the morning staff greeted us with smiles and great heart felt Good mornings yes the staff and that means everyone that was employed at that location. it was like I walked into a Disney movie where everyone is so kind. I will be back please save me a room Thank you for this awesome experience. Please understand there is much move to say, however this space is limited!

Pros: Overall the hotel is good. I'd stay there again. Got a good rate from expedia. It was clean and the bed was comfortable! The property is pretty quiet. Cons: The shower door handle was broke which could be a fall hazard for someone and the toilet paper holder was also broke. I informed the front desk upon my check out and they said they'd have it fixed. The breakfast is pretty crappy. Runny powdered eggs and a waffle maker was out of order. They have cereal and milk, bagels and muffins. I just booked another week here. So if you are dead set on a great free breakfast, it may be a deal breaker for you.

Breakfast is included in what you pay for the room. A typical continental breakfast, but a nice bonus. The rooms are exceptionally clean here. Better than most locations I have been to in the RDU area. Staff also accommodated slightly earlier check-in for me. You are right across the street from Wegmans, a recreational plaza, restaurants, mani-pedi, etc. Staff are extremely polite, helpful, and kind. I felt very welcome to be here.

I had a great experience at this hotel, and felt much more comfortable here compared to other hotels in Raleigh. The staff was helpful and kind, check in was a smooth process, and the security measures taken made me feel very safe! The room was clean and spacious with plenty of help from the housekeeping service! I will be staying here again.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Downtown provided an exceptional experience, with standout customer service that truly elevated the stay. The front desk staff member, though unnamed, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and focused on ensuring a seamless guest experience. Her assistance in booking a car service to the PNC concert venue was particularly helpful. The online check-in process was a first and proved to be convenient. The room itself was great, with the added convenience of being able to connect with your phone. While some noise from the train was audible on the 6th floor, it did not disrupt sleep at night. The location and top-notch customer service more than made up for any potential noise concerns. The breakfast offerings were also a highlight, contributing to an overall enjoyable stay. The combination of excellent amenities, prime location, and outstanding service makes this hotel a definite choice for future visits to Raleigh.

Jaime at the front desk was fantastic. She gave us early check-in, after a red-eye, and gave us a room on the quiet side of the hotel. It was downtown and on a holiday weekend with lots of activity on the street. Jaime was very helpful with information of local activities for visitors. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great for walking to restaurants, bars and businesses. Parking was very convenient.

Everything was great. The man at the check in desk was extremely helpful and found me a room as I arrived early. The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful/friendly. The hotel is in a great location and is walkable to many stores and restaurants. Highly recommended!

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite thing about the hotel was the breakfast staff! The breakfast was amazing (like most Embassy's) with plenty of choice and we loved the omelet station. The food was plentiful and fresh. The breakfast staff was so accommodating and just so sweet! The room was a great size and very clean, I felt the bathroom could use a little updating, but that wasn't really an issue. The lobby was perfect for socializing at night with our friends and the nightly Reception is always a nice touch. The gym was perfect for our needs - we didn't use the pool. The location is perfect as there is plenty of restaurants around, some you can walk to and others a very short drive. I highly recommend this hotel!

We stayed here for one night on New Years Eve. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel lobby was beautiful and well maintained. The king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious consisting of a breakfast buffet with lots of options. Will definitely be staying here again

The staff were wonderful! Very friendly and helpful! Any concerns we had, they addressed them right away. They certainly made the drive from Toledo, Ohio worth it! It was clean and comfortable. The environment felt safe and Breakfast was delicious. They have a large selection for Free Breakfast and it’s worth every penny. We stay August 16-19, 2024.

This hotel was in a great location for what I needed while working at the airport. It wasn't too far of a drive. There are also some restaurants near by in the strip mall across the street. Upon check in, the front desk was a bit slow and not very welcoming. They were probably a little busy with something else when I arrived. Anyway, it was a bit early and they found me a room and checked me in. No water was offered as that is something that they all do. Not a big deal. The room was spacious and the bed comfy. Big TV set in the bedroom. Plenty of pillows. Quiet on the 7th floor. Breakfast was good, like all embassies. The one problem that I found was charging for parking. One of the reasons I use embassy suites is because there is plenty of free parking. More hotels are doing this. I don't think there is any real good reason for doing this other than making a little bit more money. What's the reasoning behind this? In all, this was a good place for a few days. It was clean. Looked fairly new. Tons of parking. I didn't find honors parking but again, not a problem. I would stay here again.

The hotel is chic, modern, comfortable and clean. The restaurant had good offerings and a pleasant atmosphere. Rooms were very well appointed, impeccably clean and the beds were unbelievably comfortable. I really appreciated the high quality linens and mattresses. The pillows were fluffy and soft and did not go flat. The pool area was inviting with comfortable seating options. The gym was well equipped and very clean. Our stay had a couple hiccups because the hotel was unexpectedly understaffed, however the management more than made up for it! Special thanks to Alina and Argo, they were extremely professional and courteous and both demonstrated strong communication and empathy. We will return!

Convenient location. Check-in was easy and simple. At first, they gave us a double queen when we had reserved a king, so I went down to the front desk and asked for a switch. They were helpful and friendly and got us a king room right away. The room was great and updated. The shower grout could have used a little bit more cleaning, also found a hair in the shower, and behind the sitting chair was quite dusty. Shower drain was also a little clogged. But other than that, it was fantastic. The room was nicely updated. Would definitely stay again. Love the complementary waters and warm cookies at check-in, but do wish they offered a continental breakfast. Breakfast was $15 a person so we just went to a local Starbucks instead.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff with a bar and restaurant which is very nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I have to say most people at check in are ok by today was the best. Skyler is a ray of sunshine in a cloudy world. She is bubbly, genuinely happy and very helpful . They are lucky to have her. Thanks for your help

So happy that I chose this hotel. Customer service is back!! Staff was so professional, kind, efficient. Lobby was welcoming, clean, and nicely furnished/decorated. The ambiance was relaxing- I knew I could rest well as soon as I walked in. The room was fantastic. Double bed with a separate living room area. All the amenities that we could need were available. I loved that there were full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash rather than the wasteful travel sized bottles. Beds were wonderful, temperature was perfect, hotel was very quiet. There were plenty of breakfast choices, and breakfast was free. I usually only have yogurt so I can't say much about the food but the coffee was great! I will definitely stay here again.

We were picked up by a hotel shuttle and the driver was friendly and helpful with places to eat. Right across the street in a culdesac street. We were greeted by the receptionist immediately and I noticed a bar to the side, small intimate in the lobby- serving basic drinks. The bartender helped us find the best place to eat and we went on her instruction to the chop bar and grille, It was scrumptious. I had the crab cake and fish and chips which were out of this world! Our room was huge, with a sitting area, couch and chair, refrigerator and behind a wall divider, 2 absolutely comfortable beds with really nice linens- The room was quiet and darkened- I slept like a baby. Breakfast was both hot and cold options, multiple drink options and really good coffee with a variety of tea options. check out was smooth and reception called us an uber to transport us to the train station. That was an interestingly good ride!

The hotel is in a very convenient location to the airport. It’s clean and the staff were very welcoming and had great customer service. The rooms are clean and updated, the normal Hyatt Place set up. They never ran out of coffee and the breakfast menu was plentiful, however, the quality of food was not great. Eggs had a plastic flavor (I normally like powdered/fake eggs) and were inedible. The potatoes were hard as a rock and the sausage was burnt and dried out. They did have bread and oatmeal cups available. The fruit was also not fresh and felt like it had a film on in. Maybe it was just as “off” day but we did not enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but that would certainly not keep us from staying here again.

Absolutely everything. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms and roomy. The divider between the beds and sofa. The sofa was a wrap around that let out into a bed. Cordless phones, real ice buckets, real glasses and coffee cups. Nice restaurant and bar 24/7. Great food and snacks and the breakfast was great with real plates and silverware. That was very nice. Also very quite. We couldn’t even hear the planes flying over and we were on the 4th floor. Oh and did I mention how clean it was and how AWESOME the staff was? 🤣 Super property!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of service. From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The real test of great service came when I got locked out of my room. What I thought would be a quick fix turned into a much bigger challenge—the key cards just weren’t working, and I ended up stuck outside my room for over an hour and a half. Despite the inconvenience, the staff couldn’t have handled it better. They did everything they could, trying multiple solutions and eventually calling in someone to manually unlock the door. Throughout the whole ordeal, they were kind, apologetic, and clearly doing their best to resolve the issue. Things don’t always go perfectly, but how a hotel handles unexpected problems says a lot—and in this case, they went above and beyond. I’m grateful for their effort and professionalism, and I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was over-the-top. From the ease off the highway, parking, the lobby was stunningly clean despite allowing pets, the room was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable! Cost is what you pay — Value is what you get and for the cost, the value far exceeded expectations. Location location location — wonderfully located, walking distance or short 2-4 minute ride to shops, bars, restaurants etc… perfect locale! Breakfast was hot, delicious & plentiful! Great options and very clean. Every staff member we encountered was professional, happy, helpful and delightful — which is not the norm for most hotels or places now-a-days. It was a very warm feeling. It’s going to be our go to place to stay now that our daughter has committed to NC State Vet school for her clinicals at least for the next year plus. This hotel was perfect for our family to stay overnight on a trip to visit NC State. The check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. The hotel was extremely quiet and breakfast was delicious with more options than most hotels. I would stay here again.
