Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Reims

This hotel is wonderful. Our suite was big and extremely clean, with a great bathroom. The service was exceptional and the bar was a great place to relax with champagne. I would highly recommend! I would love to see a jacuzzi added to the spa in the future though.

Hotel location is convenient, with parking and far enough from crowded downtown, guest rooms are spacious, confortable, AC and heating, large closet, bed confortable with top class lining, ground level has an outside covered heated pool, a huge garden with several patios, pathways, big enough for any outdoor seeker. Inside still ground there are comfortable lounges with sofas, chairs, desks, kind of you will want to crash there and never leave. Staff is amazingly nice, professional, attentive and courteous. It is kind of family owned and operated what bring more charm to this Hotel where you will always want to stay more time. Not to mention the extensive never ending breakfast buffet options, everything homemade and fresh daily. Rooms service dont have many option what can be a surprise. Votre The Bar is Nice, loaded with the best, accessible from inside or outside at one of the patios annexes to the restaurant. And of course, do i have to mention it has a three star Michelin restaurant om site? Impecable service, exquisite and delicious menu, with créations with local and traditional ingrédients. Wine list and of course Champagne sélections are extensive for perfection. Superb ! A choice to make especial any occasion. Excellent !

Beautiful property along with lovely hotel and magnificent restaurant. Relaxing bar with high-end cocktails as well as plenty of wine choice. Limited room service menu but simply fantastic food - fresh and so tasty. Wonderful and again so tasty breakfast with many many options. Extremely helpful staff. Enjoyed the heated swimming pool multiple times. Easy drive to champagne tasting houses outside Reims. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay with 2 small children. It was the best room service we’ve ever had. Worth noting you can order room service or dine in the restaurant, but not at the bar. We didn’t realize this so with 2 small children made things a bit more complicated. Breakfast was exceptional, but since we were on east standard time one of us only went one day. The staff was great, accommodating a and helpful. The food wonderful. The pool an oasis after days our touring and tasting. Worth noting there are also 3 Tesla super chargers in case you’re traveling and in need of charging. The room was large and it was nice having a sitting area in addition to sleeping space. The shutters that tightly closed were wonderful since we were sleeping later due to the time changes, and allowed our kids to nap and sleep well. At this location you aren’t walking distance to sights or other restaurants but very central to Epernay or getting downtown.

This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful boutique 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable. Having a 3 star Michelin restaurant onsite makes it a perfect get away place for a few days. Visiting champagne houses during the day and dining in this most amazing restaurant in the evening is just perfect. 1.5 hours from CDG is the amazing city of Reims with Epernay just a short drive away. I don't want to say too much more because I want to be able to stay here again!

We spent a long weekend at the hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. The location is excellent – right in the center of Reims, with all the main sights, restaurants, and the lively bar street just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Despite being in the city center, it was pleasantly quiet. The interior of the hotel is modern, welcoming, and tastefully designed. Breakfast was great – a varied selection, quality ingredients, and friendly service. We also tried dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of the food. Overall, the stay was very comfortable. While it wasn’t a “wow” experience, everything worked as it should, and the level of service was solid throughout. We truly have nothing to complain about and would gladly recommend this hotel for a short city break in Reims.

So many lovely aspects to our stay. Reception staff were friendly and helpful; initial impressions were of a spacious and well appointed hotel; a good pool and small gym are also available. Room corridors were wide and easy to navigate. We never had to wait long for lifts to get around. Our room was spacious overlooking the bar garden and the cathedral could be seen in the distance. The bed was fairly firm but large and we slept really well. The bathroom was also spacious with a great rainfall shower and some toiletries provided (shower gel doubled up as shampoo and no conditioner). Bedlinen was comfortable and lovely bathrobes are provided. The room had an unusual configuration with the bed centre and access to the bathroom behind. The toilet was near the door so a long way to go to wash your hands.Couldn’t help thinking if the bed was parallel to the window with the bed head against a wall and the TV on the opposite wall the room would have better used its space and the TV wouldn’t need to be on a pull out bracket. Plenty of seating and a small table were useful and a case rack plus a large wardrobe with an iron and board. A hairdryer was in the bathroom. We didn’t dine or drink here but the bar area was great. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Very surprised to stay in a 4* hotel that truly was 4* and not lower. The personnel was really very helpful, the breakfast was very good, lots of choice, the room was great, especially very comfortable mattress and pillows, lovey bar/dining courtyard ... lots of good points everywhere except the underground car park. A bit tight to park if you have a big car, there aren't that many spaces but especially, people tended to take too much space, thus leaving no more room. We had to leave our car key at the reception because we parked behind another car. But it all turned out just fine. And there is just one lift that takes ages to come down to reception. Apart from the car park and the lift, this hotel was perfect, not very expensive, everything you need in the car (kettle, coffee, safe, slippers, bathroom products, shower, bathtub, bath robes) and so close to everything and right in the center. Perfect. Didn't use the pool, spa or gym.

Beautifully decorated modern room. The bathroom had a spacious shower, bath and vanity area. The triple room had a separate room with double bed. There was a coffee machine and tea/ coffee making facilities. Complimentary robes and slippers added an extra touch of luxury. Nice to have an indoor pool and small gym.area too. Staff were polite and helpful and the location was perfect for the train station, cathedral and shops..

It’s central location in the Old Town. Friendly and attentive staff. Spacious, well-equipped bedroom. Fridge in the room. Excellent shower. Excellent breakfast in beautiful courtyard. Good dinner in attractive restaurant.

A really charming hotel with beautiful French features. The staff were friendly and attentive even though the hotel was small and they all had to do multiple roles. Our room was gorgeous and we loved the huge bathroom with a bath separate shower and twin sinks. The maid was friendly and did an excellent job of keeping our room clean and replenishing teabags water and towels daily. Loved having a kettle. Plenty of wardrobe space. As well as having a hairdryer in the bathroom there were plenty other sockets for other items so we could plug our straighteners in there too. The breakfast room is bright and sunny and the crockery was a very high standard and attention to detail was excellent. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. There is a lift which is great for taking cases up and down but stairs handy for daily use. As the hotel is only on 3 floors stairs aren’t a problem. There was no safe in our room but we felt our passports and belonging were safe regardless as the hotel is locked after 10pm - with a code for guests to get in if they arrive back later. It was nice and quiet and we slept very well especially as beds were comfy. But the location of the hotel was excellent as it is close to the centre and a short walk to the train station and If you turn left at the end of the street rather than right there is a handy little supermarket a couple of minutes away. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is wonderful, clean, comfortable, the bed is comfy, and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is exceptionally attentive and friendly, always ready to help with anything. I truly enjoyed staying at such a beautiful hotel. Thank you!

You can see by the pictures that the hotel and rooms are done in a style reflecting the history of the place, yet everything felt well designed, high-quality, and clean. The bed we had was comfortable and had velvet decorative pillows, and the wallpaper was silk. The bedroom we were given was huge, as well as the bathroom. There are champagne and drinks in the mini bar, and they were reasonably priced. The staff was incredibly nice, and they were able to accommodate our later train time which we were worried about. They also noticed that we hadn’t booked breakfast and contacted us to see if that was ok since they place orders for fresh bread the day before. We ended up getting the 19 Euro breakfast, and thought it was worth it- we were stuffed by the end! Check in was smooth, and the staff kept our luggage in a locked storage area after we checked out so we could enjoy the city without lugging it around. Picking it up was really quick and easy. We would love to stay here again!

Location was great. Close to the train station, shops, restaurants, city attractions and Champagne houses. The hotel amenities were great. Room comfortable, spacious and clean. Exceptional friendly staff. Bar/restaurant menu great, as were the cocktails and meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Location is exceptional, we arrived by car and there is an underground car park situated outside the hotel which is discounted by the hotel. Hotel is also opposite the Reims train station and is close to many bars and restaurants and points of interest so well worth considering when choosing a hotel in this area. Room was comfortable and clean and quiet. Staff we encountered were friendly and the man on reception recommended a brasserie for us so our kids could try snails for the first time and the brasserie was exceptional with friendly staff and great food.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations. Its convenient location within walking distance of the cathedral, restaurants, and other amenities was a significant plus. Additionally, the room was exceptionally quiet, clean, and equipped with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was not only delicious but also generously served. However, the most remarkable aspect of the hotel was its exceptional customer service.

This hotel is a great choice! Located very close to the train station which is convenient. The area around the hotel is full of outdoor dining options, coffee, dessert, shopping, and more! Just a short walk to Notre Dame cathedral. Our room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel bar and restaurant is great too!

We regrettably had bad experience with noise in the UK) * Friendly and professional staff: Despite the very busy season (holiday weekend), the staff had already anticipated where to park the cars * Very convenient access, closed to the motorway and the petrol station at the supermarket With the above, you gain us as recurrent customers :-)

Comfortable, modern room in a very convenient location when traveling through to Calais. The hotel is dog friendly and there’s a huge park behind to walk your pooch. Staff very helpful and friendly. Small bar and just pizzas available for food although they were surprisingly tasty!!!

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. The food was great, just what we needed on our arrival after a long drive. Although the choice is limited it is cooked as required and can run out. The bar area had a range of drinks the hotel had an area to relax in for families. Games are made available to entertain. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Loved the shower.

Modern hotel with a well set up family room - the sofa bed is made up into 2 separate single beds which suited our teenagers. Clean, modern bathroom and separate toilet cubicle which is helpful for a family of 4 in one room for a one night stop over. Lovely toiletries provided. Tiny kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine and kettle. Easy to walk through the station and into Reims for the evening where there are loads of restaurants. Bar in the hotel lobby which was well appointed and staff were friendly. Parking available at the car park next door to the hotel for €12 for 24 hours.

The accommodation is very close to the Station and easy to get to from the motorways around Reims, there is secure car parking at the hotel ( to be paid for) or a public underground car park and the old Town is about 15 minutes walk or a simple tram journey. The accommodation was very clean and had very large beds, the breakfast buffet was very good and starts early 06:30, nice bath and shower in the rooms. Although the hotel only does snacks and drinks there is a 24 hour food and drink dispensing machine opposite the check in desk. There is an excellent restaurant across the which is surprisingly large inside seems to open most but check as many restaurants in Reims have limited opening especially at weekends, probably better to book. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
