Room is basic, not updated from the 70s or so but comfortable. I understand the next door hotel, Stream, has updated rooms. Many rooms at Black Stream have an amazing view of the historic City Hall. Great service, nice staff.

The staff very friendly and great breakfast already included however, the room need some updates.

J'ai adoré l'accueil, très professionnel et attentionné. J'ai même pu m'enregistrer un peu plus tôt que prévu. J'avais besoin d'une pause et Black Stream, avec son restaurant, sa piscine sur le toit et sa chambre super confortable, m'a permis de bien récupérer. Excellent rapport qualité prix !

Trata-se de um hotel central, mais antigo mas bem conservado. O quarto que fiquei (Suíte Junior) era bem espaçoso, limpíssimo e organizado. Café da manhã simples, mas de excelente qualidade. Pessoal atencioso. Muito próximo do Pinguim, atração na cidade. Dá para ir e voltar caminhando.

The nature was amazing. After staying 2 weeks in Sao Paulo city, it was nice to get away from the traffic and the noise. The food was excellent and the pools were great. The staff were exceptional. You could not ask for more professional people. Rooms were big and very clean with nice views of the garden. I will definitely be back next time I travel to brazil!!

I went to this hotel twice with my family. The hotel is well maintained, clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. The pianist who plays in the restaurant on Saturday nights is a good surprise at dinner time.

The pool, dinner and breakfast was good and the staff in the restaurant and at the pool bar.

My girlfriend and I had bad luck just before our trip to Ribeirão Preto since it was announced the night before that the city was going into lockdown the entire time we would be there. Despite this, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and did everything they could to make sure our stay (to celebrate our anniversary) was truly unforgettable. Although the pools and restaurants were closed, we were still able to walk the beautiful property, hand in hand, and we absolutely cannot wait to return. The Royal Tulip JP Ribeirão Preto is absolutely our resort of choice in Interior São Paulo!

Hotel em localização privilegiada, perto de bons restaurantes, supermercados e área central. Lobby muito bonito, estacionamento amplo, café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito solícitos. A única coisa que pecou foi a cama do quarto, que era velha e o colchão estava deformado, mas de resto, zero reclamações.

A limpeza é muito boa a recepção os recepcionistas são muitos atenciosos mais o bar e restaurante não funciona em horário abio para atender nem o básico mais o café da manhã é excelente e as acomodações são confortáveis

Suíte: entrei e já senti que estava muito limpa, roupa de cama nova, macia, travesseiros novos e cheirosos, toalhas brancas impecáveis. Banheiro muito limpo. Ar condicionado funcionando muito bem. Não escutei barulho algum da rua, deu pra dormir muito bem. Sauna: a vapor e oferecem toalhas para uso no local. Academia: tem o que a gente precisa pra utilizar em viagem. Fiquei 4 dias e o café da manhã foi de alta qualidade constantemente, mas preciso destacar o pão caseiro que eles fazem, simplesmente delicioso. O atendimento de todos os departamentos é excelente, do início ao fim, todos muito profissionais, alinhados aos valores do hotel.

As instalações do hotel são muito boas, oferecem uma experiência confortável. O apartamento é bem espaçoso. A localização é ótima pra quem vai de carro, pois tem acesso fácil para vários lugares. O atendimento dos funcionários foi excelente e o café da manhã da manhã muito bem servido. Volto a me hospedar lá tranquilamente.

A estadia foi excelente, sempre fico nesse hotel ou nos hotéis da rede. Único inconveniente e muito desagradável é a pessoa que atende a locação das salas para reunião. Ela insistiu me fazendo várias perguntas desnecessárias, como (até que horas você vai ficar na sala de reunião) e eu respondendo várias vezes que era até o último horário e ela insistindo no horário e por fim para piora tudo, me disse para enviar a ela o contrato assinado, agora pergunto .... como eu poderia assinar?? Eu não ando com impressora a tira colo. Eu já estava hospedada no hotel, e ela sabia disso. Não mais educado ela me falar,.... irei deixar o contrato na recepção para você assinar? LAMENTÁVEL. Eu já havia locado as salas em novembro do ano passado e passei pelos mesmos problemas, falta e educação.

The Wyndham garden hotel Is a lovely place to stay at. The neighbourhood is very safe, with a lovely park just across the road, don’t need to worry about security. The hotel food is nice, room is clean and staff are very friendly, especially Ryan who has been an absolute treat, was helping along, his English had made everything very easy for us.

My stay was very relaxing and comfortable after traveling for 24 hours to go to a wedding.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of downtown, making it so easy to explore everything the city has to offer. The cleanliness was impressive—every corner of the room and common areas was spotless, which really made for a comfortable stay. And the breakfast? Absolutely delicious! A great variety of fresh, tasty options to start the day right. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!

Não foi perfeito por duas razões: isolamento acústico do quarto razoável (é possível ouvir a utilização de chuveiro e banheiro do quarto vizinho) e local do café da manhã pequeno.

Uma sugestão: como é dito uma suíte para família com bebê, ter a opção além do berço também de uma banheira para bebê. Auxilia bastante e dá mais comodidade. O mesmo digo sobre o cadeirão de alimentação.

Espaco fisico bom, cafe da manha ok. Nao tinha cobertores nos quartos, apenas lencol ( tb nao pedi, mas acredito que deveria ter pois tive frio na madrugada, e nao achei no quarto)

Acredito que a iluminação do quarto e do banheiro pode ser melhorada. Achei um pouco escuro, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a minha estadia.

Excelente cafe da manhã, so demora um pouco a reposição dos itens, mas otima opção para quem vai a cidade.

The Ibis team's empathy was great as usual, the bed and shower were clean and working properly. Breakfast offered plenty of options.

Eu gostei demais. Recepcionistas todos atenciosos, gentis e proativos. Café da manha maravilhoso, tantas opções que nem dei conta de provar tudo. Piscina sempre limpa, maior que das fotos, limpeza sempre tudo muito limpo. Precisa fazer uma reforma nos tetos da recepção e o estacionamento poderia ser coberto. De resto só elogios.

Apesar do pouco tempo, gostei do hotel de maneira geral. Café da manhã bom, somente o fato do estacionamento ser pago que achei estranho, mas já sabia pelas informações da reserva.

Ótimo Hotel, desde hospedagem do quarto até café da manhã... só não gostei que o estacionamento do hotel é cobrado... não faz parte da diária.

O hotel é lindo, todo cheio de natureza, os funcionários são educados e gentis. Foi tudo ótimo e com certeza volto lá. Amei demais!

Tivemos no hotel apenas para uma pernoite, mas fomos muito bem atendidos, tanto no check-in e no check-out. A limpeza dos quartos estava muito bom, lençóis bem limpinhos.

Quartos limpos bem organizados, funcionários atenciosos em especial a Liliane e Paulo, achei apenas as vagas de estacionamento pequenas, recomendo e voltarei mais vezes

Eu não sou exigente, o custo benefício é ótimo, consigo descansar, tem chuveiro bom, tv a cabo, wi-fi.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. First, the hotel is well located in a beautiful neighbourhood of the city. The check-in took some time as the reception was really busy, but it was friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. There are all the main amenities you may find in a good hotel. The bathroom is clean with a power shower. The only problem was the Wi-Fi. When I arrived, there was a problem with the provider. The problem was solved, but the connection in the hotel is poor. I mean, the Wi-Fi does not work in the room. At the reception it does. I will probably be back to the city and this hotel is a good accor hotel option, but they should improve the WiFi.

This was my third stay in the last two months. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, staff is friendly. Well located, it is quiet at night. I recommend it and plan to go back whenever in the city. Breakfast in not part of the hotel stay and must be payed separately.

Friendly reception and clean room. TV very local. The only chanel in English was CNN. Parking administration a bit cumbersome . Perhaps they try to copy American style. Swimming pool is rather small. More a large bathtub. Two good restaurants in walking distance.

We stayed during the extended holiday for 3 days. Excellent infrastructure, good swimming pool, open area design and the rooms are spacious and still very new. We were very impressed with the service and the staff attention. Every interaction we had was very good and they followed up with us on the room to ensure all was fine and well. Special mention to the price vs. benefit ratio and the breakfast. Pros: - Location, very near to most malls and a handfull of excellent restaurants - Price vs benefit Cons: - None! Highly recommend this hotel

New unit within the usual standards of this hotel chain. Attractive, with a nice common area in the floor level. Comfortable rooms, with modern decoration and great beds. Good gym facilities as well. I didn’t have time to experience breakfast. Overall, very sarisfying.

Muito bom, estacionamento pago, podeia estar incuso na diária.

Estadia foi razoável, a taxa para pets teve um porém. Além de cobrarem a taxa, fizeram-nos assinar um termo de que se sujasse qualquer peça do enxoval deveriamos pagar além da taxa já cobrada um novo valor adicional. E também não permitiram que o animal ficasse sozinho no quarto, caso contrário pagariamos uma multa altíssima. Assim eu e minha esposa seuquer pudemos desfrutar de um café da manhã juntos, sempre tendo que uma pessoa ficar no quarto junto ao animal para não sermos extorquidos por uma multa.

Razoável. Frigobar estava com garrafas abertas. Não houve reposição antes de entrarmos. Havia sabonete usado no banheiro. Frigobar não estava muito limpo. Éramos 3 pessoas e não havia toalhas para todos. Tivemos que pedir. Fora isso, tudo bem. Café da manhã satisfatório.

me acomodei no quarto 902 no 9º andar e infelizmente o chuveiro foi um teste de paciencia para ligar. Se eu abrisse para ter quantidade de agua, ele travava e parava de sair agua, se abrisse pouco ou a agua saia gelada ou fervendo, enfim, os dois banhos que tomei em menos de 12h, foi "inesquecivel" ! travesseiros murchos, bem surrados, muito longe do que o a rede costuma oferecer.

Ficamos no domingo, nesse dia da semana o restaurante e o bar da área da piscina não funcionam, isso acredito que poderia ser melhorado, pois a estrutura é muito boa e daria para estarem funcionando. Funcionários atenciosos e detalhistas, fácil localização, área com opções de shopping e restaurantes. Gostei da experiência.

O hotel é maravilhoso, café da manhã farto, decoraçao bem lindinha, funcionários prestativos!! Pontos de melhoria: a parede dentro do box estava com cabelos.. o travesseiro é duro, horrivel.. no ato da reserva não é falado que o estacionamento É PAGO! e minha reserva era quarto com 2 camas de casal e me colocaram com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro.

O atendimento, café da manhã são excelentes. Apenas as fotos dos quartos precisam ser ajustadas. Tem 02 tipos de quartos com as mesmas fotos e pode causar confusão na escolha e na chegada do hotel. No nosso caso nos colocaram de prontidão no quarto correspondente a foto. Resolutivos e atenciosos. Recomendo.

Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo.

Minha primeira vez nesse hotel, bem organizado, limpo, café da manhã incrível, área de laser sensacional e com direto a música ao vivo, atendimento um pouco demorado.

Em uma localização excelente e de super fácil acesso, foi minha primeira hospedagem neste hotel. Gostei bastante do serviço desde a recepção, atendimento das camareiras e do time do restaurante. A limpeza do quarto e banheiro estava excelente. Restaurante e café da manhã também. Buffet básico, mas muito bem cuidado e com reposição rápida e frequente. Locais talvez menos utilizados pela maioria dos hóspedes estavam mais desgastados, como piscina e principalmente a academia. Uma pena a garagem ser terceirizada. Eu e família gostamos muito do hotel e com certeza voltaremos a nos hospedar lá em próximas oportunidades.

Pontos positivos: Hotel com localização central. Pontos positivos: Ficamos quarto família com uma cama casal e 2 solteiros. Bom espaço interno. Chuveiro bom. Café da manhã bom incluso na diária. Pontos a serem melhorados: Amenities (shampoo/sabonete) reduzidos, valet 25 reais ( devia ser mais barato para clientes), trocar colchão ( muito mole).

O ar condicionado do quarto pingava sobre a mesa, por dentro, o que me obrigou a não utilizá-lo, foi uma noite mais quente e fez falta, pois estávamos em 4 no quarto. Infelizmente não tive oportunidade de experimentar o café da manhã, pois saí tempo antes de abrir, mas no geral, 80% satisfeito. Existiu uma cobrança que eu não esperava, mas por que não li no detalhe, uma vez que não é normal nos demais hoteis que eu vou. Tive que pagar uns 10% do valor da hospedagem no momento do check-in. Outro ponto foi o valor do estacionamento, que achei elevado para a pernoite. Cheguei as 10 da noite e saí das 5 da manhã, o valor de 28 é elevado nesses casos. Mas as camas e travesseiros super confortáveis.

O hotel é excelente. É a segunda vez que nos hospedamos. Recomendo o quarto pra família que tem cama king e outras duas camas de solteiro que são bem maiores que as tradicionais de solteiro. Ótimas roupas de cama. O quarto é amplo, chuveiro parece uma cachoeira de tanta água. Uma delícia! Café da manhã dentro do padrão pro preço da diária.

It's really an Oasis inside the city of Ribeirão Preto. The hotel was obviously built a long time ago, but completely renovated

Excellent facility, very helpful staff, food, and ambience.

The shower has bad water. I suggest the exchange.

A equipe de atendimento é muito solícita e acolhedora. As acomodações sao perfeitas.. muito confortável. O quarto é muito limpo e o hotel é bem localizado, perto da USP. O cafe da manha é uma delicia, muito completo e cheio de opcoes. Vale a pena se hospedar aqui!

Hotel é muito gostoso, bem limpo, funcionários educados. Cafe da manha muito bom! Apenas um ponto de melhoria, a ducha do banheiro com pouca pressão de agua, só tinha opcao de sabonete liquido. O dispenser de shampoo eu acho legal, mas sabonete liquido deveria ter opçao de sabao normal tbm. Tomar banho com sabonete liquido é muito ruim.
