Café da manhã com muitas opções; inclusive máquina de café expresso. Tem brinquedoteca para crianças. No lounge de entrada tem opção para comprar biscoitos, chocolates e diversas guloseimas, bem como cápsula para café (amamos!) Ficamos no bloco A que tem elevador. Várias piscinas com água limpa. Banheiros e sauna muito bom. Estacionamento fechado em frente ao hotel. Ponto negativo: horário de check out chocou com o check in de 4 ônibus. Foi caótico... Caótico mesmo. Estávamos com 2 crianças pequenas no meio daquela confusão. O lounge de entrada não comporta todo mundo. Precisa ser revisto o horário de check-in dos ônibus para não chocar com horário de check out. O bar só funciona após o término do horário do café já que o funcionário que fica no bar ajuda no café. Não dá certo. Se tem hóspedes na piscina precisa ter alguém no bar. As crianças com sede e tivemos que sair do hotel para comprar água pq o bar estava fechado. Ambiente para famílias, terceira idade e crianças. Não tem opção para adolescentes. Música ao vivo no final de tarde. Top! Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos.

Excelente experiência, pessoal muito receptivo, educado e solicito. Recepcionista Daniel é um amor de pessoa e pessoal que cuida do café da manhã são super divertidos. Experiência muito bacana, voltarei a me hospedar lá, porém minha única reclamação fica n qualidade dos colchões, poderiam ser melhores.

O hotel é uma gracinha, muito aconchegante e o café da manhã é muito bom. A melhor parte é que os hospedes tem acesso ao Morada do Sol e lá tem várias piscinas, restaurante e hidromassagem.

Muito bom o hotel, as piscinas são de água quente, então não tem problema se fizer frio. É bem localizado , perto de tudo. O atendimento é bom. O quarto limpinho.

Fiz uma reserva para hotel e na verdade tem instalações de clube, com piscinas e ofurôs de aguas quentes, entretenimento, música ao vivo... Muito bom...

Piscinas maravilhosas, aguas mornas o tempo todo e rudo limpinho. Fica a sugestão de ter um plano B para quando o elevador de um bloco quebrar. Deveria ter tipo uma passarela para usar o elevador do outro bloco e acessar o bloco onde se estiver hospedado. No último dia o elevador do meu bloco quebrou e tive que descer com as malas sozinha, pois meu esposo tem artrose nos dois joelhos evfez cirurgia recente no minisco. Enfim, isso foi um transtorno, entendo que pode acontecer, sim, mas precisa de um plano B, ainda mais em um hotel que recebe muita excursão com idosos. Se nao fosse isso, faria aqui so elogios.

As camas e travesseiros podiam ser mais confortáveis, a cama era bem dura. Roupa de cama com bolinhas tb. Devido a pandemia nao tinha limpeza do quarto. O bar da piscina era ótimo, funcionários gentis e os valores acessíveis.

O Hotel é muito bom, limpeza, atendimento, funcionários educados. O ambiente é agradável, apesar de ter poucas piscinas, mas é muito bom. Em relação à sauna, acho que deveria ter horário noturno, ente 18:00 e 21:00 hs.

Estadia foi boa e agradável, poderia melhorar o sistema de internet e ar condicionado!

Ficamos no hotel apenas uma noite. No dia seguinte tomamos café (ótimo café da manhã) e em seguida fomos embora. Pelo pouco tempo da estadia, ficou uma boa impressão do local. Destaque para a honestidade e presteza da recepcionista que me telefonou comunicando do esquecimento de uma correntinha que a camareira encontrou no quarto após a nossa saída. Parabéns para as duas! Precisamos de pessoas honestas assim, para um mundo melhor.

We had a wonderful time at this resort until it came time to check out. We were double charged for multiple items that were billed to the room and also the valet that parked the car put a dent in the door and somehow the car was out of gas, even though we gave it to the valet with a half a tank, almost as if someone was out joy riding in my car. The manager was no help with this and I am contemplating legal action. Most of the staff and the facility were amazing but it only takes one bad experience to ruin your stay.

Tenha algumas certezas em ficar nesse lugar: ele é lindo, aconchegante, tem atrações incríveis e, apesar da recepção turbulenta e burocrática que tivemos, todas as outras vezes, desde o segundo contato com a equipe até o check-out foi de extrema amabilidade. Um dos poucos defeitos do lugar é cobrarem taxas de serviço de 12% em tudo, mesmo a gente tendo pago taxas no ato da reserva. Dos hoteis da rede no completo este é o melhor por estar mais próximo de todas elas, inclusive do Parque das Fontes, aberto 24 horas por dia. A comida nos restaurantes é boa. Mas no almoço as bebidas não alcóolicas deixam a desejar. A empatia da equipe, tirando no momento da recepção, foi incrível e só mostra que todos tentam nos tratar da melhor forma e sempre solucionar os problemas.

A Pousada do Rio Quente é sempre um local para descançar e se divertir. Com opções para todas as idades. A natureza e a água quente do rio são um espetáculo à parte. O preço do consumo extra é caro. Se possível hospede-se dentro do complexo, é menos cansativo. Demorou 40 minutos para conseguirmos passar pelo portão de entrada para entrar no resort e depois fazer check in. Funcionários educados. Jantar no bairro perto é mais barato e tem feirinha na 3ª, 6ª e sábado, a partir das 19h. Acesso ao parque das fontes apenas para quem está hospedado com eles ou é sócio. Vale a pena conhecer e voltar várias vezes.

O atendimento da equipe de serviço do hotel é fenomenal, em tudo o que foi solicitado junto a recepção fomos atendidos de imediato. O lugar é tranquilo, não recomendo para quem gosta de lugar agitado, piscinas limpas, água na temperatura adequada. Sobre o quarto em que ficamos o que deixou a desejar foi o aparelho de ar condicionado, modelo antigo. Banheiro amplo e limpo!!

O hotel em estilo flat é perfeito para quem passa o dia todo no Hot Park e deseja descansar... ficando mais um pouco nas águas quente das piscinas do hotel. Instalações perfeitas e a proximidade do parque foram fundamentais na minha escolha.

Com isso, as crianças conseguem se divertir dentro do próprio hotel. Os parques aquáticos estão de frente da rua, com acesso em menos de 200 metros. Café da manhã farto e diversificado, com excelente reposição. Também o almoço tem otimas opções de carnes, saladas, verduras e sobremesas.

Alguns pontos de observação Wifi muito ruim, recreação praticamente inesistente, estacionamento insuficiente para a quantidade de hospedes alem disso o estacionamento as vagas são ruins e iluminaçao e pessima e tambem muito sujo

I really liked the hotel facilities, the water park and the playground. It has a greatful estructure for the family and children. Having free tickets to enter the hotel chain water parks gave us an extraordinary experience at Caldas Novas.

O melhor hotel que já fiquei em Caldas Novas. Funcionários muti recptivos e atenciosos, além de ágeis. Boa infraestrutura, excelentes piscinas e sauna. Bom entretenimento e bons parques aquáticos inclusos. Também achei excelente o café da manhã, assim como as outras refeições. Os pontos negativos que tive foram a internet muito lenta e caindo bastante, e o ar do quarto estava com muito barulho, mas sinceramente, não é nada que nos impeça de nos hospedar novamente neste local maravilhoso.

Esse é o melhor hotel para ficar em Caldas Novas, acesso a diversos parques com muitas coisa para crianca. Comida ótima ele atendimento muito bom. Amazing resort with lots of options for entertainment. Pizzaria is a good dinner option. Lots of music shows throughout the day. Very good breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner is not good and takes over 1 hr for dishes to get ready. Recommend avoiding for New Year's Eve - super crowded and people drinking all day.

Fiquei realmente surpreso com a qualidade do local. Hotel, atendimento, manutenção, lazer muito bons. Foi uma experiência excelente no geral. O preço é salgado, mas na minha opinião, vale a pena. As piscinas naturais e quentes do parque das fontes é um diferencial, paradisíaco.

Foi tudo excelente. O Hot Park é muito legal, as crianças brincaram demais. As piscinas com água quente do hotel daí muito boas para antes e depois do parque. Boa comida e serviço muito atencioso, pena que as refeições são muito caras.

This hotel is perfect for families visiting Hot Park, it's located near lots of restaurants and shops and just 10 minutes walk from Hot Park entrance. So you can leave your car at the hotel (free parking is offered) and save some money from parking fees. Additionally, the apartments are very spacious and they offer awesome breakfast and dinner that can be included on your reservation. There are some pools, wet bar and sauna, but the best part is the private hot river that runs inside the property.

This property is a good cost x benefit for its location and facilicities on site, specially the private hot river. Our room was spacious with living quarters, small kitchen and bedroom. All well maintained and clean. lots of restaurants near by on the street and this location is very near (walking distance) form the hot park.

It's near the hot park and it's the best price in town for what you get! It has besides the pool a private hot river that's just wonderful! The rooms are big! It's two blocks from the Main Street that has a lot of choices on dinner and less than a mile from hot park! If you get a room in the b block you can have a view to the Montain and the forest! Calm and peaceful!

This hotel is locates at rio quente resort and there the are a lot of restaurants in its street. There you can relax in the rio quente river at hotels back. There is wet bar in the swimming pool and all swimming pools looks like hot. There only problem was the elevetor. Very slow.

We kind of went in blind on this hotel. We weren't sure what we were getting with the lack of descriptive photos online, but we were blown away. Our room was amazing with a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor and a loft with two beds and a bathroom. It was beautiful and so spacious. It came with access to hot park and the hot springs and a shuttle that takes you there and brings you home. We had breakfast and dinner buffet included in our stay as well. It was said beautiful and such an amazing stay !!! Our daughter got sick during our stay and a ambulance came and picked us up and took us to the Rio Quente clinic to be checked out by a doctor. Everyone was so helpful and really great care.

Had an amazing time at this property, staff was nice, helpful, and very happy at all times!!. Breakfast was amazing, lunch was good!!.. definitely staying here again

O Hotel é bom. Quarto espacoso. Cafe da manhã farto porém após o cafe da manhã o hotel fica praticamente deserto. Tentei tomar um café a tarde e o bar estava fechado. O jantar não é no hotel, é no hotel pousada que fica a uns 2km dentro do resort. O jotel possui apenas 2 piscinas e fica fora do resort. Para ir aos parques precisa pegar um onibus ou ir de carro. São 5 min de carro. Bem pertonho.
