Mandachi knows that a good sleep involves a good mattress and a nice fluffy pillow. I slept like a baby. Loved the quotes on the lift door and the candy at the reception 😉. The saunas are lovely, clean and spacious and the jacuzzi was great.

The pool is large enough for good swimming. The jacuzzi is very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The deserts at the restaurant are nicely decorated.

Modern, spacious room; bedclothes are of good quality, the mattress and pillows provide good comfort for sleeping. The bathroom is well-organised and clean. Air conditioning is efficient and not noisy. Spacious parking in front of the hotel. The restaurant is much better than expected, and a reasonable choice of fresh foods is provided for breakfast

The Mandachi Hotel & Spa was a fantastic stay! The rooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The restaurant was a highlight— their hamburger was hands-down the best I've ever had, and coming from the United States, I've eaten my fair share of burgers! The salmon with prawns was equally excellent, and the staff was very accommodating, even preparing our favorite pizza as a special order. Don’t miss dining at this hotel’s restaurant! The staff went above and beyond, printing directions for us, which was greatly appreciated. The location is about an hour drive to visit The Painted Monasteries and a 20-minute Uber or Taxi ride to reach the main town. (Uber is very convenient and affordable in Romania.) We found a large grocery store in the mall in town, perfect for stocking up on snacks for our train trip. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were so fortunate that During our stay they held a Moldavian wine event along with first night introduction of a new Menu...It was fully reserved but the owners were so kind to arrange a reserved quaint table spot for me and my wife. The Albert Dining Bistro is located in a beautiful cellar/cave setting with a Romanian -"Neuvo" East EU vibe - classy / semi formal but fun and not stuffy..During our stay Transylvania was having a lot of rain and Chilly weather so having this elegant fun spot really "made" for a wonderful place of respite from our strolls outside around the town.. Great intro for us to our first trip to Romania and the warm -expressive- welcoming Romanian Culture...We are already planning our return...

Very convenient location in the "pedestrian" part of the old town couple of minutes walk to the Council Square. Plenty of shops and restaurants. Room was spacious, well laid out, tastefully decorated with comfortable large bed and great toilet/shower/toiletries Coffee/tea making facilities provided in-room. Breakfast was varied and authentic, served in a cellar with lots of character. Hosts were very welcoming and explained to us the various tourists sites and recommended walks around town. The host offered to prepare us breakfast as we had an early departure of 7am and indeed what a delicious breakfast goody bag prepared!

The hotel was very convenient. It was really quiet despite the central location. Clean towels and linen were provided regularly. The terrace for breakfast was nice and the choice at breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and ensured we had a wonderful stay. Mariana helped us to organise trips and a packed breakfast for an early start so we didn't miss out on breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Everything was amazing. The suite we stayed in was spacious with everything needed. Very large, comfortable bed and a wonderful view of the town from Juliet style balcony. Even though the apartment is in the main area of Brasov, it is quiet in the room. Unable to comment on breakfast as we had early morning plans, but on knowing this, staff organised packed breakfasts for us, which was a nice touch and unexpected. The restaurant was very good too and would recommend visiting. The host was exceptional and very helpful.

What can I say- perfect! There must be a reason why they are since nearly two years at 10 at Booking.com. I have been here more than 4 times. Allways very friendly hosts, the apartments are located in a nice secure area, the apartments are incredible clean, the view is amazing with fresh snow on the mountains and this is the most important for me - the Penthouse has VERY CLEAN JACUZZI and not green water like in so many supadupa luxury best hotels of the world. And the jacuzzi is protected from wind and rain. Everything is real here.

We had an amazing stay in Brașov, and it was a fantastic experience. The large bedrooms were incredibly comfortable, providing ample space to relax. The jacuzzi was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view of Tampa Mountain. Waking up to such a beautiful landscape was a treat. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay in Brașov!

I have booked the Apartment because of the incredible good reviews on booking.com. But it is even much better than my expectations. The owner Mihaela is incredible nice and friendly. You immediately feel at home. We had the Penthouse with jacuzzi and view to the nearby Mountains. Believe me- you don‘t want to leave from there. Congratulation to the whole Team.

Coming out of hospital after surgery for a few days convalescence, the hotel was perfect - quiet, clean and comfortable and the food superb for the price. Good insulation between the rooms, bed very comfortable. The staff were extremely attentive to my many requests including a good taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay away from the busy city. This was my first visit to Rumania and I love the people and spaciousness.

We had the pleasure of staying in a suite that was superb, very clean, very large and very comfortable. Very large terrace with furniture. The leather sofas in the living room, the tasteful curtains and drapes, made of an expensive material and the bed cover made of the same material, the decorative pillows on the bed were also special. I loved the hotel! Really good value for money, four star hotel with jacuzzi, warm water pool, saunas and extra service massage! The room was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was great. Quite a big parking lot, I went to the hotel mid season and found a parking place every time.

I love their jacuzzi, is clean and not at all crowded , and the massage was 20 pounds for one hour which is great price. the breakfast was great, buffet, plenty to choose from, the mushroom salad is super tasty. The rooftop restaurant is sooooooo beautiful, and the menu is really big, something for everyone. the guy at the reception was very friendly.

Spa access included in the room price (2 saunas, 1 steam room all of good size, and pool). Good room size and very comfortable beds. Tasty and diverse breakfast with great coffee. Friendly staff. Generous parking lot in the inner courtyard.

The hotel is very close to the city centre and to all shops, which is very convenient. We asked for a very quiet room and we got one on the highest floor, so there was completely quiet. We arrived quite late and there was no separate set of bed linen to cover the sofa. The receptionist Alex was like a superhero. He found everything I needed even when the maid had long since left. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, for the money, it was great.

The Lux was completing a renovation when we visited. The rooms had been refurbished but the exterior was being repainted which reduced car parking by several places. Its a nice hotel. I had a twin room facing the road and it was not noisy. Nice linen and good wifi. Pleasant. Breakfast was included and was average but satisfactory.

I have booked two nights with breakfast at this hotel and I would like to thank you Andrei Dogaru because he took a special care of me and my friend. On the day of check-in I have received a call from the hotel, but I couldn't answer it because I was in Bran Castle (Dracula). Andrei left a message on my WhatsApp, that the hotel has some problems with central heating and they have for us, a nice 4* accommodation with breakfast as well which is located less than 1 minute walk from the Apollonia. Also he added photos and instruction how to do self check in. He was very polite, helpful and nice to us. Also, he organised early 'breakfast to go' packages for me and my friend because we had two, day tours which started very early. Thank you for ladies from the kitchen for a lovely food. Overall, our room in a new place was big and beds comfortable. The WiFi was fast. Our bathroom had a good size with toiletries and the shower was strong and hot. Apollonia Hotel has a great location with a short walk to the Old Town of Brasov. Strongly recommend this hotel because the staff will take care of you, regardless of the circumstances.

Had a fantastic 4 night stay here. We arrived on the 19th of June and left on 23rd of June. We were welcomed by the staff and they were very pleasant and told where our room was. I think it was 201 it was much larger than we expected very clean and had a nice small fridge, air con, corner bath with a shower above and my favourite IKEA high back chair and twin beds as requested. The room was cleaned every day beds made perfectly and clean towels daily. It was fun watching the cars outside our window(certainly can't drive like that in Wales) it was next to our pick up point for our GETYOURGUIDE trips to Therme and Dracula's castle. The best coffee below our hotel at Cozy Cafe and near Pizza Co. And Luca. If you've been here you will know it's a great place to be for that quick bite to eat with great food. It was easy to access the shops and eateries as you're on the road. Please ignore the negativity. This was the perfect base for our trips. Clean and comfortable. We didn't even spend more than ten mins watching the TV in the room as we enjoyed our trips and walks through the city. This city doesn't sleep. It's amazing. And shows us Brits how.far behind we are with customer service, and technology

The location was ideal--very central. The price was great. The manager, Flory, was very helpful. She worked with us and let us move into another room after our first one didn't meet our expectations. The new room was exactly what we wanted for a comfortable four night visit. It was spacious, comfortable, and quiet.

Great location, staff very nice, rooms spacious and clean. Was nice and quiet even through it was very central. Easy walk to old town and tonnes of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions.

From the welcoming at reception, to the massive size of the room(!), the location and the weather, everything was perfect. The lady in reception was very friendly and had a great sense of humour, the cleaners went above and beyond and kept the room tidy, the bed was very comfortable and the room was amazing, exactly like the pictures.

Everything was great. The Spa is very clean, comfortable and pleasant. Staff is very friendly, always willing to help. Noir restaurant is above expectations, great food and service. We’ll definitely get back. The breakfast is probably the most complete and offering I’ve ever seen in a Romanian hotel, if not even the greatest ever seen everywhere. The room we stayed in was gorgeous, great design, spacious and most importantly with a great view to the mountains.

First of all, the view is breathtaking! We were upgraded to a larger room, and every request was handled quickly. They spoiled us with champagne, and their spa is amazing—it’s like living in a dream. The dining room is packed with delicious food, and the atmosphere is so pleasant. This is the perfect place to disconnect ❤️ We’ll definitely be back again!

We liked the location, it was a beautiful spot, although a little far down the road; very nice though, We loved the log construction of the building, and the room that we had was comfortable. The room stayed warm, even during the night, so we appreciated that as well. One thing that stood out to us was the hostess, she was very nice and helpful, one example being that our room did not have wifi reception at all, and she did everything to adjust the hotel's routers so we could receive signal in our room, and even gave us a range extender to put in our room, which made the wifi work perfectly. The breakfast was also delicious. Some might think the selection was not that big, but there was plenty to eat. We would recommend this place.

Best place to be in the Apuseni mountains. Super hosts, great view views and places to visit and the best food in Romania. We have spent a couple of amazing days there full of relaxation and great walks on the mountains like Vlădeasa peak, lespezi peak, draguseni Damm. The breakfast was delicious but also all the other meals Anca was preparing.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the owners were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food was delicious and the surroundings were magnificent. Totally recommended.

The location is in a beautiful valley, surrounded by forests. The yard is great, you can play some things, since it's very flat. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. Totally recommend. A suggestion: the river flowing at the side of the yard gives a great atmosphere, so it would be nice if you could cut down the weeds a bit, for easy access to the water, and add some chairs next to the water. Maybe even some umbrellas to give it a beach vibe 😊

Restaurant, which we visited — and it was truly a lovely experience. Inside, you’ll find a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, a very soft and comfortable bed, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, coffee machine, china, and cutlery. There’s also a big flat-screen TV with an excellent selection of programs, including Netflix and Amazon Prime. A charming veranda outside is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. The host was kind enough to send the check-in details directly to my private WhatsApp number, which made arrival easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

The room was cozy and arranged in style. The bathroom is also spatious and the small kitchenette had all the apliances to prepare a small breakfast or reheat some letfovers from the dinner in town. The location is very close to the city centre i.e. walking distance from all the restaurants and the old citadel. The view from the garden was nice. We spent little time inside as this was the headquarter for our exploration of Transylvania.

The apartment is modern, very clean, comfortable, well equipped, the bathtub is big and nice for relaxing! The location is very close to city centre, max 10 minutes by foot. Parking is free nearby. The host is very helpful, she provided detailed information for self check-in! We had a very pleasing stay!

Location is great, very close to the historical center, the place is small but very cozy, perfect for one or two people. The building was very chill during the summer heat, which felt amazing. You also have a little outside terrace where you can enjoy the view while you eat or just chill.

The gym, sauna and salty room has been a very nice surprise and we have used it we during hot noon time when you can’t stay outside. Breakfast was ok; it served at the Nautic Sport Club just cross the street, but not in the hotel. Definitely, we’ll come back any time soon

The new building, Family club, has big rooms. Nice view to the sea. Restaurant quite fast and good quality for reasonable peice compared to other restaurants in Mamaia Nord. Included breakfast is diverse with changes daily, and alwais fresh. 2 pools available, a new one, bigger in the new location. Entertainment for kids, playground in the court, in the building, on the beach. Sunbeds included. Seawater is not too deep, it is perfect for kids, while the beach is just in front of the hotel. It is very close to Lidl, then Penny and then Kaufland (in Navodari). You cand go to Corbu beach ( Ancora beach pub was ok).

Incredible place! Wish we could have stayed longer! Where to even start? Great staff, the gentleman at the front desk spoke excellent English and very informative. Room is large and comfortable, perfectly cleaned. All modern comforts, including a fold out clothes dryer! The spa area is included with your stay, highly recommend the wet sauna and salt room for ultimate relaxation. Kids have a daily entertainment schedule as well as a games room with video games, pool, air hockey, foosball and ping pong table. Breakfast was generous with a great selection. The young man who served us spoke excellent English and was friendly and informative on food selection. Food and especially drinks are on the expensive side, but plenty of choice. Great view to the beach, with many loungers and day beds. Extra attention could be paid here, as there was litter left by previous beach goers. We spent a few hours and no one came to check if we wanted drinks or a mattress. We were enjoying ourselves, and didn't bother to try to get anyone's attention either- though a missed opportunity for an upsell. 3 pools- one very large, a deep rectangular one and a small shallow one that some toddlers enjoyed. The small one could use a quick clean and scrub of the algae growth. Thanks again for the pleasant stay!

The Luxury Hotel is beautiful, we booked a room with sea view and it was spectacular, the staff is professional and friendly, the facilities are nice and some of them are included in the room price, like the gym or the beach beds. The hotel's beach is large, not so crowded and clean. The new pool and surrounding area are impressive. We heard that the hotel is organising parties or dinners on the beach for the guests, that is nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nautic. The rooms were comfortable, and we loved the facilities — especially the pools and the clean beach. Our son had a great time at the playgrounds, which made the experience even better for our family. Nautic truly offers a complete experience with everything in one place: pool, beach, restaurant, and playgrounds. The breakfast was also delicious and varied.

The warmth of the hosts has been incredible!!! They have been so accommodating, friendly, professional, and at the same time they made us feel like home. I loved everything about this stay: from the amazing interior design and great attention to details all the way to views, cleanliness, the cozy feeling that the place gives. It is definitely not the average type of hotel or of service that you find around. It has definitely exceeded my expectations. The breakfast had a good variety of offerings (cold and hot & Romanian and international dishes). The breakfast area was very cozy with indoor or outdoor seating. I am happy I trusted all the comments on booking and chose this place for my stay. It is a 5 minute walking distance to Peles & Pelisor Castle, 5-10 10 min walk to the Gondola that takes you up the mountain. The area is very quiet, safe and the air is so fresh as we were so close to the forest. It was a delight spending a few days here. I feel so recharged :) To go to the city center I walked most days from Peles Castle downhill for about 20 min (a really enjoyable walk through the forest and the nice water stream sounds) and then took a bus uphill (the stop is around 1 minute walk from the hotel). A big thank you to everyone who has made our stay so amazing! As I said, your hospitality and customer service went beyond expectation and if I could, I would give this hotel a few extra stars. Amazing accommodation! The location is situated very conveniently - bus station really close - so the bus can be taken down to the city center or up for the cable car, Furnica complex (the most beautiful area of Sinaia) - 1 street away, Peles Castel and Pelisor within 10 min walking distance. The taxi will cost you around 15 RON to the city center/ train station. New building - opened in March 2019 from what I understood - new, fresh furniture, bathrooms - everything is new so that gives fresh air. Amazing view from the balcony - as a tip I recommend room no. 7 as you can see how the mountains raise one after another - and also you get to see the sunrise from behind the mountains. The owners Mrs. Emilia and Mr. Claudiu are such sweethearts - very welcoming, ready to help with any information or booking needed (tours, ATV, trips, restaurants, etc.). PS: They have very good chocolate candy at the reception. Clean rooms, very good breakfast, pleasant atmosphere, quiet place, warm rooms - turned on the heat and the system works at it's best in a few minutes the room was warm and cozy. Thank you for the amazing stay! Will come back for sure!

The staff was honestly my favorite part of this hotel experience. They had such good energy, always smiling and ready to help whenever you needed anything. It created a really welcoming and positive atmosphere that I loved being part of! The room was incredibly clean — like, spotless. I didn’t see a single speck of dust. The reception area and the hallways were beautifully decorated too, which made everything feel even more cozy and special. The room had everything you might need: candies, bottled water, even an ashtray on the balcony. It was super comfortable overall. The hotel is just a few stops away from the city center and very close to Peles Castle and the cable car station, which is perfect for exploring. Breakfast was great too! It was a buffet style where you could pick whatever you wanted, plus coffee or tea. The food was very tasty and fresh. It was totally worth every penny! Honestly, I had a great time here and would definitely come back!

Out of our 2 week vacation, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at ( and we came from Paris). It seems to be a family owned Bed and Breakfast, and the owners were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in the door. The rooms are impeccably clean and beautiful decor. The bathroom is spacious with plenty of counter space, and great lighting. Located on top of a hill, the view of the surrounding mountains is amazing. The hosts had breakfast prepared and ready for us every morning , with plenty of variety, and delicious local baked goods. One of the owners, Claudiu, helped us arrange transportation to the local Train Station when the Uber App failed to find us a driver. We strongly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The gym and the bowling had access to public, so it was not comfort to be there. The spa had an intense clorium smell from the swimming pool. We stayed at the Kronwell hotel for 5 nights while we came to a festival in Rasnov and we couldn't recommend it enough! The hotel facilities and staff is just top notch!! Lets start from the basics: The room is big and spacious, the bed was so comfortable, bathroom is perfect and all the room amenities were great. The breakfast was delicious and versatile including healthy options but also sweets and baked good. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great! The hotel also offers an option for a pool and a spa, which was fun, clean, and a nice break during a hot day. We also used their transportation option every night and it was always on time and comfortable. But what really made a difference is the amazing staff at the hotel, we had a medical emergency during our stay and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us, and they checked on us daily and made sure we are ok and sent us tea and sweets to the room which warmed our hearts ❤️ Thank you Kronwell hotel, you made our stay in Brasov so much better and we are so glad we chose to stay here!

This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful selection of fresh and tasty options. The spa (which we paid extra for) was an absolute treat, with a wide array of amenities. Our room was impeccably clean, though the bed was perhaps a bit too soft for my liking (my husband loved it!). The sheets were comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. The only minor drawback is its proximity to the train station, which resulted in some train noise one evening. However, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. In order to arrive to the center of Brasov we took an Uber for a distance of 8-9 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be returning. It was a well-deserved indulgence.

The Kronwell Brasov Hotel offers spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, an excellent and varied breakfast buffet, delicious dinner service, highly attentive staff akin to a luxury cruise, complimentary evening tea and treats, exceptional service including accommodating a lower pillow and ironing my pants after laundering them (I didn't ask them to iron them, they just did it for me), and thorough daily towel checks, making it a highly recommended stay. The location was right behind the train station but we never heard the trains. It was an easy walk to the train station when it was time to go. We did need to use Uber to get around to some sites but Uber is very affordable and convenient in Romania. However the mall was walking distance, a bit over a half mile.

This was our third stay at Kronwell, and once again, it fully lived up to our expectations. Despite encountering a few minor technical issues during our stay, the staff handled everything promptly and professionally, going above and beyond to ensure that we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Amazing hotel on the outer side of Oradea (10’ drive). Very quite and beautiful place. Rooms are nice, big, clean (tip: there is a room with jacuzzi - I can only highly recommend it). Inside the hotel there’s a restaurant, food is just fantastic. On weekends guided by live music. Super breakfast was included. But the stars of this place are the staff! Service is impeccable!!! Nothing is too much, big service with a smile!! The 3 stars should really be 5 stars!!! We will definitely return here…even more than once!!

personnel is very friendly and the hotel has a very quiet, relaxing vibe. the spa has everything, and it is great for mending tired feet after a night of dancing. the jacuzzi and the massage gets your feet healed, and the dry sauna gets what is left of the last night’s alcohol out 😅😅 it was a very pleasant stay, all in all. we had the superior king room, and stayed for 3 nights, as we had an event. I advise to spend 1 extra day for the spa, in case you come there for an event. it really makes a difference.

The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The staff was friendly and helpful, always smiling and asking if we were enjoying our stay. We were even greeted with a glass of prosecco which definitely helped set the vacation mood. Our room was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable throughout, from the fluffy rug to the soft beds. All rooms have a smart system that you use for lighting, window blackouts, etc. We also had comfy bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom was well-equipped as well, with a large walk-in shower and luxurious toiletries. The spa area is only decent, being equipped with a steam shower, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. There's also a relaxation room available but there are only 2 warmed beds inside. On the same floor, there is also a gym that has everything you'd need for your workouts (exercise bike, treadmill, free weights, etc.). The on-site restaurant dishes were spectacular except for the cheesecake, which was served half-frozen.

The hotel is located in a quiet living area with family houses approximately 4 Km from the city center. A trolleybus leads dirctly from the hotel to the city center. Also it is possible to walk, but it takes app. 50 min. Taxi is prompt available, the hotel staff very supportive and extremely friendly. The breakfast is probably the best in town. I was missing nothing. If so, I am sure that the waiter would satisfy me within some minutes. There is a pool in the gardenwhich is very nice in the summer month. Also there is a spa with Jacuzzi and sauna area. Spa treatment and massages by appointment and extra cost. The hotel is not brandnew, but very well maintained and if your budget allows, I fully recommend a relaxing stay there.

The list of likings is very long and would just be a repeat of what most of the people have already described. I still feel I must give a shoutout to all the friendly and helpful staff, who’ll surely put you in a better mood while quickly and quietly solve any requests you throw at them. And then there’s the food at the hotel’s own restaurant! In my 5 nights stay I can say I sampled most items from their menu and been wowed every time. Dining here could easily be the purpose of your visit! But then there’s the SPA, the jacuzzi, and sunbathing by the crystal clear pool… This is not a hotel, this is a luxury resort!

Amazing stay in two beautiful rooms with high quality customer service from Uwo, who catered to our every need. Easy access to private parking and high tech building and room access. Well stocked minibar in each room and a tasty breakfast included with a good choice of foods. High tech lighting with remote controlled led lights and also high tech bathrooms with different gadgets like touch screen mirrors and underfloor heating in parts of the building. Located steps away from the landmark it offers nice views from the balconies and restaurant terrace. Good value for money and looking forward to staying there again. This accommodation has proven to be up to the highest standards seen in western countries. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful, luxurious, very stylish, brand new large room with very comfortable bed and high ceiling. Friendly service from all members of staff. The gentleman working on reception when we arrived even carried both our cases all the way from the parking area to our room. The hotel has a few enclosed parking spaces, otherwise free on-street parking on the same street as the rear of the hotel. 5 minutes walk up the stairs and you're in the old town. Good complementary espresso in the room. Unusually good soothing live music on the restaurant terrace. Generally luxurious, new feel of the hotel.

Located in the heart of Transylvania, Theodora Golf Club has great links to all major cities of this beautiful area. We stayed 4 days and managed to visit Alba, Sibiu, and Cluj without sacrificing the the time around the pool or the Apullum Festival days in Alba. The restaurant was fantastic (we had breakfast and dinner), and everything was delicious and presented at the highest standard. The room was luxurious and the double mattress are supper comfortable and supportive.

The staff were outstanding – truly understanding, helpful, and very friendly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had included in a stay: traditional dishes with freshly made eggs (fried or omelette), and excellent specialty coffee that really stood out. The room was spotless, and the mattress was exceptional – perfect if you have a sensitive back or a history of back pain. The location is great, only a 4-minute drive from the Mocănița steam train. The SPA area is extraordinary – very well maintained, well organized, and offering many pools to choose from. The steam sauna in particular exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely come back to this hotel in the future!

I want to give a special shoutout to Georgina, who was invaluable in arranging a ride for me to Uzhgorod, Ukraine. Her assistance was greatly appreciated. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Alexandra, who was incredibly friendly and kind. The rooms were cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. Being just a few steps away from fantastic restaurants was a definite plus. Additionally, the central business district was conveniently only about 1km away, easily accessible by foot. Overall, this was an unforgettable experience that I will cherish. I can't wait to return! 🥰

The hotel is right in the centre of the city, perfect location, very new and clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed on the third floor, which gets a bit too hot even in May but the air conditioning worked really well. Good breakfast (served from 8 am during the weekend) and they have also recently opened a restaurant which unfortunately is not open during the weekend yet so we didn't get to eat there (maybe next time!).

Very nice hotel, the staff were friendly and welcomed us when we arrived and were attentive to any requests. The room was impressive, very spacious with high ceilings and was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant was nicely decorated and the food was very tasty along with the included breakfast which had a variety of options. The hotel is also a short walk from the fortress which we had fun exploring. Also they have parking in the courtyard of the hotel which was very convenient.

We decided to make a one night stop in our journey back home to Bucharest as it was getting late. We called in advance to check if the restaurant is opened and if we could order anything when we arrive, about one hour before the closing time of the restaurant. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who also took us to our table and took our order. Although we were alone in the restaurant, everything from the menu was available and let me tell you, the dishes were spectacular, for a very modest price. The room and bathroom were big, clean, the bed comfortable. The next morning we had breakfast and let me tell you, after 3 weeks of staying in various place in Europe, this was the best breakfast we had. The parking was full when we arrived, but there are enough parking spaces on the street. We'll return for sure when we are in the are, even if just for the food.

A cozy, neat hotel in a quiet town, there is parking, the famous Julia Alba fortress is a 10-minute walk away, there is a restaurant where you can have dinner and breakfast. Quiet, pleasant, very cozy, friendly staff, nice room.

The breakfast was the most extensive and delicious we had out of 10 places we were on our round trip in Romania. Summery this hotel highly worth the price we paid for it. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

It gives me great pleasure to review what I consider a great experience. Everything is clean like brand-new, shiny really! The room had an espresso machine and some fresh filtered water. Great shower cabin, walk-in and not the petty excuse for a cabin. Small balcony for a chain smoker... simply perfect Breakfast was ... how am I to put it?... extravagant! Wonderful experience in all, definitely coming back!

Hotel surprised me with its standard and fit out, given the location which is not big city. The rooms were great with the little electronic DND buttons, but the star for me was the shower. When travelling I like two things, a great walk in shower with big rain-head and great pressure. This shower was awesome. Place was very clean and the restaurant made great food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Main question would I stay again, yes no problem at all.

We booked this hotel due to Nepali chef, the breakfast was amazing as the Nepali cook serve you fresh omelette/pancake. Also there are plenty of options and everything is freshly cooked. Even the lunch and dinner was very delicious. Restaurant is bit busy but its due to the superb food/service.

The place is great, nice personal, very clean and nice view. The food from the restaurant is also good. We had the breakfast included and was good, a lot of options.

The check out time is already brilliant, which is 12:00, but we asked an hour before our check out if we can stay for another hour which they granted and allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. Again, it may not work for anyone but for us, it worked. > Airport Transfer in Luxury car - it is definitely a luxury. This needs to be booked 24 hours before check in. The bathroom is very spacious, very clean and bright which gives you the sense of warmth and coziness. The breakfast is one on the best I have had until now, it is very diverse, starting from the basic stuff like eggs and toasted bread to things like pancakes to apple pie. The beds are very firm and you can have the best sleep in them. The spa is very cozy and the water in the pool is warm so you can have a nice end of the week relaxation.

Without hesitations I can attest that this is one of the best hotels i’ve been to so far. Firstly, great attitude from the staff: friendly and helpful people. Any issue would be solved within the matters of minutes. Secondly, it’s very clean and quiet place to stay in. Thirdly, the cuisine in Novella restaurant is great, every dish I ordered was delicious. Moreover, you can be offered a premium class shuttle from/to an airport at any time of the day which is really comfortable. For those who train regularly - spa/gym is opened during the whole day. Our stay at Carpentiere arena was amazing, very comfortable and with a gorgeous view and super nice atmosphere. The accommodation is very clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved their food menu from breakfast to dinner and desert of course, they also support small local businesses and buy local groceries. My husband and baby were very excited about the sauna and hot tub too 🤍. We will definitely make a habit of visiting Carpentiere arena.

The hospitality of the hotel staff was outstanding. The first day we arrived late, it was a weekday between 2 touristic seasons, there were maybe 2-3 rooms filled only. They opened the hot tub and sauna, cook dinner just for us (and the food was really fresh copious and perfectly done). The general manager Sorin offered us local palinka, spontaneously suggested different things to visit, told us about history of Dacian people with his sense of humor... Other waiters were very attentive too, when the buffet is not worth (too few guests) they even remember what we like and serve us fresh and generous breakfast: amazing omelette, cheese charcuterie plateau, veggies and fruits, yogurt coffee and juice... anything you ask for and even didn't think of!)

Because we need a kitchen when we travel, we were grateful for the very clean and spacious kitchen that had all the cookware and dishes we needed.

We had the family apartment which was very spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 terraces. It has equally a kitchen equipped with everything you need, especially if you’re traveling with small children and you want to prepare something for them. There is optional breakfast available and it is quite copious. The large terrace has a very nice view towards the valley and the mountains. The location is not that far from the city center - it’s about 4 minutes drive and about 25 minutes walking, so not bad. The staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. Some might say that the rooms are outdated but I would call it vintage furniture, which is a nice change of scenery as opposed to other hotels. The hotel has also free decent-sized parking. We had a good time and we would definitely come back again.

Great breakfast - I would certainly recommend having it. Free parking with enough places. In terms of location, it is not far from the Peles castle.

That’s was an excellent stay. Place was great and comfortable, territory is huge. Amazing site to stay with kids and family both free and paid: farm, jumping, other activities for kids, and fishing for adults. We’ve rented bicycles, and weren’t too tired walking around. Breakfast was very good. There are few restaurants - same area as breakfast, and fish restaurant. First one has full menu while fish restaurant seems to have same dishes but limited to fish. Personnel on the reception was amazing and responsive. We weren’t expecting such huge territory, and my father had difficulties with walking sometimes because of his age. And receptionists provided us with the car (transportation) for him when he couldn’t walk and I was asking for their help. We were staying in bungalow. Place is large and clean. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished, so take some tea/coffee with you since there are no shops around to buy such small things and snacks. Water as well - we could buy 0.5 L only, and these were quite expensive on the site - 10 or 15 lei. Regarding the fishing, FYI you can’t catch & cook as we used to do in the Carpathians Mountains in Ukraine. Here in Zaga Zaga you must let the fish go after you catch. There are no barbecue zones around the territory as well. If you have a car, there are few waterfalls within 2-2.5 hours driving, and you can find and try some other food since one in Zaga restaurants is quite limited if we talk about long stay (we were there for 7 days)

The entire area is very nice, the staff were kind and helpful and overall the entire experience was almost perfect. The main restaurant was nice, good food and fast serving.(the menu could be a bit more extensive) Breakfast experience was good, with good variety of food and drinks. We stayed in one of the bungalows on the great lake. The accommodation was spot on, clean, well equipped and comfortable. I recommend the location and will return in the future.

We loved our stay at Zaga Zaga Sat. The beautiful natural location and serene atmosphere were a major highlight. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable, unique cottages, many with lovely lake views. The excellent outdoor pool and the delicious food at the restaurant also stood out. The friendly and attentive staff made the experience truly pleasant.

One of the most relaxing place to escape for a few days from the daily routine. We had a cozy bungalow that is quite big for 2 persons (can easily accommodate a family with 2 kids). Also, we enjoyed the terrace near the water and surrounded by willows. Each house is well integrated in the nature, a beautiful place. It worth renting a boat or hydro-bike for 24h and enjoy the lake and the charming channels at your own peace. You are the boat owner for 24h, can keep it near your bungalow and go to the resto by boat if you want. Bicycles are also available to rent, an adventure park and a mini zoo, a pool open in the summer and probably at least 2 days are needed to discover the entire property by walking. The food is tasty, prices very reasonable for the size and quality, and the stuff very kind and polite. The stuff at the reception is very friendly, we arrived 2 hours before the check in time but we received the room (this period is not very crowded). Also Booking and Zaga Zaga helped us to postpone the reservation with 1 day so thanks for that!

This is an oasis. Green, peaceful, with many entertainment options for families with kids. We enjoyed the breakfast and the wonderful fish restaurant. The highlight was the deer forest. Our daughter loved it. Very kind and helpful staff. We also loved our bungalow - very cosy, with a beautiful porch by the lake. We also lived the bpat trip. We are definetely comming back 💌

Everything - location was amazing. A short walk to the gondola to take you up the mountain. Summer stay so was for walking but was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were amazing. Facilities on site are great, the small kids room was a great addition. Breakfast was great, lovely spread and lots of variety. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner in the restaurant so can’t comment. Lovely Romanian restaurant at the back of the hotel I would highly recommend! The town has so much to offer in terms of activities and restaurants, we would visit again!

Beautiful property & grounds in the middle of Dealu Mare wine region in a small town called Gura Vadului. We got Room# 11, which was comfortable for the three of us. The parking is right there in front of the room. The dining room is very impressive with royal artifacts and pictures. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to taste their estate wines. The breakfast was good. They made fresh eggs to order. Basic satisfactory breakfast, nothing elaborate as the place was not over occupied. Loved eating our breakfast on the outdoor terrace with great views of the vineyard.

The wine and food were absolutely amazing! The room was clean, elegant, and decorated in a beautiful old artistic style. The ambiance throughout the property was incredible — relaxing, romantic, and welcoming. It’s the perfect spot for a getaway with friends or as a couple.

We stayed in an apartment room that was very nice and spacious with a lot of natural lighting when you open up the shades. The FREE WiFi work very good. Views outside of the winery's grounds were very nice. You get a sense that your staying amidst a lot of history, especially with the well decorated entrance / reception area. The free breakfast was really good with a simple offering of fried eggs, bread/toast, meats, cheeses, coffee and juice. If you eat in the restaurant and do not finish your bottle of wine, you can take it to the room with you and there is a fridge if you need to store it and there are wine glasses in the room too.

We recently had the chance off visiting this winery, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The facilities were beautiful — clean and welcoming, with plenty of spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location itself is stunning, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and gorgeous vineyards that make for the perfect setting of this romanian Chateau/ manor. The staff were exceptional — warm, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what they do. They made the whole experience even more special with their hospitality and attention to detail. The food was fantastic as well, thoughtfully paired with the wines and full of fresh, local flavors. But the real star of the visit was the wine. Every glass we tried was outstanding — perfectly balanced, rich in flavor, and a true reflection of the care and expertise that goes into every bottle. It's clear this winery takes great pride in their craft, and it shows. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Whether you're a serious wine lover or just looking for a beautiful day out, this winery is a must-visit!

There was a small issue with the noise in the room due to a party/event in the hotel that was solved very fast with their help.

Hello, my daughter and I stayed for four nights, we enjoyed the salt bath a bit and the outdoor pool. For those who can swim, it is great to see that you have a semi-Olympic pool. I also saw a children's pool, it is a good thing to spend time with the family. I would love to come back to use the sauna, unfortunately we did not have much time to enjoy all the hotel facilities. I highly recommend booking more nights to have time to enjoy all the facilities. Delicious breakfast! Irish coffee is such a nice touch—rich and comforting the small sausages so tasty. Also cheese-filled pastries stood out for both me and my daughter. We had nice dinner in the main restaurant which I recommend.

I had the most wonderful stay at hotel Glory! Everything was perfect, from the immaculate room to the delicious breakfast buffet. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the entire hotel was spotless, smelled fresh and clean, and the location couldn't have been better, in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to my points of interest. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of luxury at hotel Glory. The single room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. I was impressed with the high level of guest service of the hotel staff and their friendliness! I came with an EV and the hotel concierge helped me charge my car right there on the hotel premises, making it so convenient for me. After carrying all of my luggage to my room, even though this wasn't part of their job! Overall, my experience at hotel Glory exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, everything was clean and smelled nice. The guy at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We also found parking easily right in front of the hotel, which was very convenient. The room was bright and full of natural light, which we really appreciated. On the downside, the Wi-Fi was very weak. The acoustics in the hotel weren’t great – we could hear doors slamming in the hallway and people talking. There was also a recurring noise outside our window, possibly from a fan or motor switching on and off throughout the night, which disrupted the peace and quiet. The TV was quite small considering the distance from the bed, so it wasn’t really comfortable to watch. The in-room sauna required tokens, but it wasn’t clear how to obtain them. There were also not enough power outlets – if you want to charge your phone by the bed, you have to unplug the reading lamp. In the bathroom, there was no proper space to place soap or shampoo in the shower, and not enough hooks to hang towels.

The hotel has a modern design, it is very cosy and homey. I had a very bad experience with a famous chain hotel once because it had dusty carpets so I promised myself never to do this again. So I was so happy to enjoy the wooden floors, the clean rooms and bathroom, everything was top notch. It is also close to the best restaurant in Oradea according to Tripadvisor - Piata9, it is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, try the eggplant spreads. The staff was also very welcoming and really going the extra mile.

My room was just lovely. Very spacious, with tasteful and modern furniture, very clean, with a large, spotless and beautiful bathroom. I slept really well in the comfortable bed and woke up completely refreshed. No noises from outside, major bonus for me, being a light sleeper. The breakfast was quite varied, everything fresh and tasty. Good coffee, juices and water at discretion. The view from the balcony was very nice, especially at sunset. Very nice welcoming and goodbyes from the owner and very polite and helpful staff. Really dedicated and was a pleasure meeting everyone. For sure I will select the Anastasia hotel in my future trips.

This is a fantastic hotel and spa. While we only stayed one day we could have easily stayed another. That said check in is at 2 and out at 12 so you have lots of time to enjoy the roman baths. There are many pools both indoor and out. Rooms include buffet breakfast and dinner as well as parking so there is added value to the nightly price. The rooms are new and spacious and the service was fine. We enjoyed a relaxing stay after driving across hungary. Great place to kick off a tour of Trasnylvania! Highly recommended.

Great hospitality and very friendly staff. The thermal water and the spa were perfect for relaxing and wellness. Live music almost every evening at dinner. Zumba and other fun activities at the thermal pools.

Amazing combination of comfortable rooms, excellent food and revigorating thermal baths, with great parking options. Best customer service I've seen in any hotel in Romania, from reception (especially!), to housekeeping, to the restaurant. The staff were incredibly nice, helpful and flexible, they even prepared a surprise for someone in our group who had a birthday on the day we checked in. Already looking forward to our next visit!

The amenities are great, food is variate and tasty and the personnel is always friendly and happy to help. Wi-Fi signal is ok but there's very good GSM service in the area as well. The Waterpark was clean and really fun.

The breakfast was fabulous, very diverse, and the staff was most helpful. The restaurant has a perfect view. I would recommend it to anyone, anytime. The size of the room was large, best view, designed with warm relaxing colours, super clean in every detail. The same for the bathroom. The hallway was also very clean and has nice wooden design. I did not try the sauna, but the the swimming pool and the jacuzzi were super nice as well, having clean towels to pick up at every step. The water is also heated, constanly staying at 30ºC.

SPA facilities that exceeded my expectations (outdoor and indoor jacuzzi, two big swimming pools with salted and fresh water). Room was clean, towels are changed every day. I had a North view room with balcony with a fantastic mountain landscape. Enjoyed restaurant Tirol, especially the beef dishes. At Panoramic restaurant where breakfast is served, the staff is preparing the coffee and bringing it to your table.

Excellent hotel, very charming and high tec, very neat and extremely clean. I booked a deluxe room and price was very good for what I got. In fact, I was impressed with room for the price I paid. The restaurant of the hotel has delicious food. We were welcomed for a very professional working team at the reception, restaurant, breakfast room. The hotel is near city attractions, mini market and pharmacy walking distance. Satu Mare is a beautiful city with very friendly people, great restaurants, mall, Philharmonic Hall and surrounded by small villages full of charm and beautiful churches, monasteries.

Everything is new and "smart". I loved that you can enter the facility as well as your room with a PIN code, so you don't need to carry one ore more keys around, nor do you need duplicate keys for each guest. There was a nice open view from the balcony, big room and bathroom and smart lights. The room was clean and nice and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast fast plentiful and the room where the breakfast is served has big window walls that let a lot of light come in.

Everything about the place was great, the location is perfect, close to the citadel and several lovely restaurants; the rooms were spotless, delicious breakfast and the staff/hosts very welcoming and friendly. We traveled with a puppy, absolutely no issues and we all felt very comfortable during our stay!

Its unique wooden design, a combination of modern and retro style, and a traditional touch on the outside, with a lovely terrace with sitting areas. The room was amazing (room 1 on ground floor), with a free standing bathtub, Illy coffee machine, and all the facilities you may need. The owners were great, mentioning Monica, a staff member, who is absolutely amazing, embedding what means to do everything with love, kindness and genuine interest for other’s wellbeing. Monica is the main reason we will definitely be back as a family, to enjoy this amazing place and to see her again.

Beyond expectations, an oasis of peace, greenery and comfort in the middle of the city. Cleanliness: impeccable. Breakfast: fabulous (everything prepared at home, the coffee - very good), the atmosphere in the breakfast room - priceless: muted music, view of the garden, the furniture, the lighting fixtures, the decorative objects made of solid wood or metal, vintage and hand made, the library on the terrace and the comfortable armchairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine or just to enjoy the beauty around... Bonus: the parking space in the yard. The owners are very nice, helpful and yet unobtrusive.

We loved the window seat, which was comfortable and gave us a great view over the sea. We stayed in room 510. Overall, a very good experience!

First of all, the entire staff should be noted, from the reception, from the restaurant, from the Spa area. They are very attentive and efficient in helping guests at any time. I received a very clean room, with a splendid view of the sea, and which, although small, is furnished in such a way that it gives you the impression that you have all the space you need. The spa area is very well maintained, and the pools, with warm water, offer you moments of complete relaxation. Last but not least, I note the wealth of dishes available at the buffet tables and their quality.

Nice welcome and quick check-in. We had a wonderful vacation for a few days with my family . The view was amazing at the 10th floor, we went for all inclusive which was great, food was very tasty, all kind of dishes, free mini bar, lots of options for drinks during the meals too and nevertheless, with amazing Spa facilities.

Where should I start, very warm welcome on check in amazing reception staff, friendly helpful, always Sorina is available with very positive attitude that exceed expectations , room clean, food tasty and lots of variety. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, the breakfast is rich and also suitable for vegetarians. We used the fitness room which has both cardio and strength equipment, all clean and in very good condition. The room is impeccably clean, quiet and wifi works great. The parking place was a nice addition. But the best is feature is the hotel staff, the very welcoming, kind and helpful ladies in the Reception and the restaurant. I only remember the name Anca, but all ladies who were on duty from 20th to 22nd September were great and really added to a great experience.

We stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Oradea and overall had a comfortable experience, but there were a few things that didn’t quite meet expectations for the higher room rate. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety. The pastries were fresh and tasty, and it was a nice surprise to see soft drinks offered – something we haven’t seen in other hotels. However, the fruit selection was a bit disappointing – sliced, yes, but lacking flavor. A bit more attention to freshness and variety would go a long way. As for now it is in the top three of all breakfast that I have had in Romania hotel until now. The room was clean and comfortable, with good bedding and a quiet atmosphere. It’s worth noting that water and coffee are offered as complimentary only in business rooms and above – a bit minimal for a hotel in this price range. Location is good but and the staff were polite, but if you’re looking for the best value in Oradea, it might be worth comparing a few options.

We needed a hotel with a safe parking spot and a good breakfast - and they delivered perfectly! There are two parking lots, both gated and closed off for the night. Plenty of parking spaces available. Breakfast was really good, with plenty of options and very good coffee. Room was really spacious and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking a park. Plenty of space to hang out both indoors and outdoors. The hotel is stylish, art deco-styled - which still looks and feels good even though it's a 1990s construction. This hotel in Craiova is a JEWEL! It comprises of two connected buildings, a new extension and the older part. This is a wonderful ART D'ECCO building! Of course, carefully renovated and with all modern amenities. And having extraordinary timber structures, beautiful colour stain glass windows and coloured stain glass ceilings in Restaurant, Bar, Reception area etc. A lot of famous Artists (film, Rock Music) and football players were over the years hotel guests, it can be admired in rare photos on the walls. Excellent location, and the blond receptionist, Renata, was charming; she gave us the top room with a mile. Although both above 60 and the 3rd floor with no elevators might be challenging for such young folks, the view, the size of the room, and the huge balcony were well worth it. Easy convenient parking. This was the perfect location for us. We overnighted in Bucharest before catching a morning train to Brasov. The train station was a quick 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. The pub restaurant served delicious food for dinner, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. Breakfast was a set menu, but both options were very good (omelette, a variety of cold cuts and cheeses, toast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was more of a suite, size wise, than the double we expected . We arrived late on a Tues PM in early Dec. Bar had a great atmosphere and while busy, accommodated us for food and drinks, even though it was almost closing time. Food was excellent, equally so, the friendly, welcoming staff. Their grasp of English was considerably better than mine of the Romanian. Breakfast within the booking was a conti/cooked combi with a choice of meat or V option. Fresh, tasty and delicious. Also, less than a 5.min walk from the train station,hugely convenient.

Everything! Clean, comfortable, convenient. The staff who were friendly and helpful were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the hotel three separate nights over ten days. They let us store our luggage free of charge when we were returning to the hotel two days later. They also called us a cab at 3:00 am for the airport. The receptionist was wide awake and as friendly at that time as if it were 3:00 pm. Plus so close to the train station! I’d definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Modern, spotlessly clean, good breakfast and very close to the Central station, a few mins walk. We were very impressed with this hotel. It's not in the most attractive area of the city but is extremely handy for the main railway station, the Metro and assorted bus, trolleybus and tram routes and the interior is a complete contrast to the surroundings. It's in excellent condition and looks to have been recently renovated. Reception is open 24 hours. Everything was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were able to check in a bit early and then store our luggage on the day we left. We had one of the suites which was absolutely amazing with a large lounge area and huge bathroom. I can highly recommend this hotel. Most of the road crossings between the station and hotel can be avoided by going through the Metro station, but watch out because one of the crossings in front of the hotel has the pedestrian lights hidden behind a sign so it looks as if it's an unsignalled crossing. We didn't try the breakfast.

Food was diverse, very goiod and tasty, a lot of options, includinf a small kids food bar, but we've found a lot of options for our 3y daughter in the "normal" options: soups were perfect, vert tasty, perfect for kids. We had half board (breakfast & lunch) and the food was amazing, over a lot of other restaurants or all inclusive options in BG or in Mamaia/ Navodari. Hope they will keep up and maintain the same quality/diverse options. Excellent choice! We will return for sure. I've avoided this until now because I've feared it was just a "tourist and influencers trap"..it's not..it's really the perfect place for families with toddlers/ kids.

Premium hotel with top facilities, by far the best in the area. I was in doubt if to go there in off season, but it turned out to be a good idea, since there are some nice options to spend the time (especially the spa with saunas and heated pool. I had Holistic Touch massage too and I highly recommend it, it was so relaxing and refreshing). We've been upgraded to an apartment. We loved the apartment's design, it was very cozy, and the stunning lateral sea view. The breakfast was a la carte (only in off season, during the season it's buffet) it was delicious with a few nice options to choose from. We had also the dinner there and the food was exquisite. The staff was very attentive and kind. Highly recommended, we will definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment, great location up a hill from where you have a great view on Cluj. At night you don’t need a tv, just open the curtains and there you have it. The best movie in town. Spotless clean, modern and cosy at the same time, very romantic. We stayed there 3 times already and the search for any other accommodation in cluj has come to an end for us. Only some of the rooms have sea view (generally the apartments). The spa has a variety of massages and treatments so there is plenty to pick from. The pool can be crowded at times which is not always pleasant but if you manage to come at the less crowded moments it's really nice. The food for visitors who opted for one of the hotel's meal options is changed everyday and it is delicious. It is served in an all you can eat style : The food is layed out on some tabels and you can pick whatever you want from there. They come from time to time to fill in the empty food trays. However, if you don't want to take their breakfast/lunch/dinner options, you can also come and ask for their menu as they also run as a restaurant. Lastly, the beach is close and there is a big enough parking lot right in front of the hotel.

The stuff should be mentioned first, super friendly and helpful. The apartment we had was maybe too big so it seemed a little impersonal, but it was comfortable and we liked the round shape of some of the windows and the view to the see in the morning was beautiful. Ciorba de perisoare (meatballs soup) was so tasty.

The accommodation: spacious, cosy.The appartment we stayed in was very comfortable. We appreciated the cleanliness and the warm rooms, the central heating on, as it was quite cold outside for May.

The ladies at the reception are very warm, welcoming and always ready to help (they sorted out an issue with our room very quickly and professionally), so we are very thankful for that. The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the food (at breakfast, lunch and dinner) was very good, we enjoyed it a lot.

Our start at Iaki Hotel was absolutly wonderful and made for an amazing family holiday! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. The room was very spacious and modern with all facilities- tea, coffee, fridge, WIFI. The breakfast was fantastic based on Romanian food and international food. Our room was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub with a separate shower. The balcony overlooked the city and hills. It was very beautiful even though it is situated in the middle of a residential area. Ubers and taxis are very affordable so we did not rent a car. We booked a couples massage and took advantage of having lunch in the cafe area of the spa. We choose this hotel specifically because we read that they renovated their spa area. They just completed the work at the end of March and they did an amazing job. All the spa areas were beautiful and we loved the shower area outside the spa that had 4 water temperatures from hot to cold (great idea!). Our only suggestion is to book a 4 hour spa slot instead of 1 day. We only used the spa for 3 hours and went to dinner so we didn't have time to end the day there and paid for more than we used. The spa is open from 12 - 9. The deep tissue massage was exactly what we needed to end our trip. We also appreciated the bedside controls for the shutters, lights and a Do not disturb button (genius). The breakfast had a great variety of healthy options and perfect for what we were looking. for, We definitely will be back again.

Chic both inside and outside, and so is the room. The bathroom is excellent; I liked that there was both a bathtub and a shower. The lighting is good for doing makeup, and there’s a magnifying mirror. The bed is huge and comfortable, and there’s a large balcony. The spaces are spacious. The panoramic elevator is great. The spa and outdoor pool are nice. It was never crowded anywhere. Breakfast was delicious, wide variety of foods.

This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and I can say that we will continue to do so whenever we are at the city. The rooms are very spacious, you cannot find hotels with this size of rooms anymore. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options at the buffet. They solved the WiFi problem, this time it worked perfectly. Facilities (sauna, pool, bar) is well.

The rooms were spacious and a nice breakfast was included every day. The staff were all professional and helpful. There is a lovely indoor pool and spa for an extra charge (free if you book a treatment) that was worth it. They also had a restaurant and bar service in the spa area. I would definitely go back.

The view from the rooms facing the mountain is amazing, everything was green. The animals around added to the atmosphere. There were miniature horses, it's a shame there was no one to accompany us and let us into their territory. The petting was just over the fence. Still, that didn't stop the kids from enjoying them. The place does not have an elevator, this should be taken into account when lifting large luggage. The rooms were comfortable, make sure your room doesn't face the restaurant chimney (one of the rooms that doesn't face the mountains) The playground in the yard was very enjoyable. A place I would return to on our next stay.

The location of the vila is perfect for visiting Zarnesti, Magura, Pestera, Bran, Brasov, Plaiu Foii. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, offers good food throughout the day and buffet breakfast in the morning. It is nicely decorated, has many animals in the farm and a huge yard in the back. Highly recommended for a stay in the area.

The bed was comfy and large, the bathroom was clean, we had a fridge and a coffee machine. The location is good, you can reach the city center on foot in about 20min. We also found a parking spot at the hotel (there are only a few). The staff is friendly.

Excellent interaction with the staff - they have supplied clear and detailed indications about the check in (with main entrance door code and the tag for the room door waiting at the reception counter) and parking possibilities around the hotel; fortunately we have managed to find a free place right in front of the main entrance (there are only 3 such places available there). Clean room, bathroom with a large shower cabin. Minibar fridge has good cooling capabilities. Coffee machine and kettle available with free complimentary coffee capsules and tea bags. Good WiFi. There is a large supermarket open 24 hours a day in the next block of houses.

The whole facility was spotless clean,all furniture and sanitary ware are brand new and of very good quality.The bed was super comfy so I could rest well in just 6 hours of sleep after a 1000 km drive.The deal I got for €35 is much much more than you could ever ask for this money.I would feel comfortable paying €60-€70 easily for this room in a top tourist destination city like Oradea.They also offer a free bar with all kinds of alcoholic drinks in the lobby without any limit,besides free coffe and tea .It is incredible what you get at this price.I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner/manager who seemed like a great fellow and took 3-4 minutes of his time to have a chat with me and answer some of my questions about the city,places to see and also some indiscreet ones about the hotel.The hotel also did not charge me for checking out late (1:00 P.M. instead of 11:00 A.M.) which I greatly appreciate it. Do not miss this opportunity to book a room at Fantazia.You won't regret it. P.S. I almost forgot...there are free of charge parking lots in front of the hotel.

Very good value for money, room and hotel was clean immaculate. We were in transit on the road to Budapest and the Hotel was perfect to get some rest, very comfy bed and the bathroom was very clean and big enough. I really appreciated that coffee machine and snacks were available for free in the room. Vey easy self check in. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the hotel but they are vey tight so you need to park on the edge to let others space as well. You can also find free parking spaces around the building.

Wonderful cozy hotel at the outskirts of Sinaia. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Bath robes, mini bar, slippers, toiletries provided. Beautiful views, free parking and lovely restaurant. They have a spa as well with a jacuzzi, sauna and massage area.

Everything was exceptional! The rooms look better than in the photos. Amazing food at the restaurant. Delicious breakfast. Very attentive and professional staff. We will come back for sure!

Modern hotel with friendly personnel situated in a great location, in a quiet area in walking distance of Alba Carolina Citadel. Very clean and spacious room, really comfortable bed with excellent bed sheets and pillows. The hotel has a few parking spots, but there’s also a big parking right in front of the hotel for a minimal fee of about 8 lei/1,6 euro per day. Also, Saturday after 14:00 and Sunday parking was free in the area at the time of our stay.

Fantastic. Our host was exceptional giving us all of the relevant information before check in and the apartment itself was located right in the heart of the Brasov Old Town, only a short stroll from the square. It was very comfortable, spacious and modern. We were actually sad that we only had one night here and would have loved to have stayed longer. Highly recommend and will definitely use again should we be visiting Brasov in the future.

The chalets are great, it is a brand new construction so everything smells new ;). The hot water jacuzzi on the porch is great for relaxation during the day but also during the night next to a glass of wine or cocktail. Very good idea with the interior hammock, my kid loved to sleep on it. I would have expected the location to be more secluded from the main road but the good surprise is that even if it is pretty close to the main road, it is not disturbing. Also, there is the possibility to eat just next to the resort in a restaurant where you find really good food at very good prices.

The house, it was nice and clean and fit for purpose - for us, we traveled with a baby. It was super convenient to have a restaurant nearby and order food via whatsap and have it ready quite quickly. He staff was nice and helpful.

Excellent facilities, and the location was perfect for disconnecting from urban life. The same space is used for both breakfast and other meals, and the food is truly delicious. The water in the hot tub was comfortable and pleasantly warm, not too hot.

Everything was brilliant, the rooms are very comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff were all very nice. The location is lovely too, nice views and very quiet. We would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was clean throughout, the room was spacious, the bed lamps were positioned too high on the wall to be useful and the mattress has seen better days and it was way too soft. Our room was situated on the 4th floor with views of the back of the hotel, including that of the battery of air-condition ventilators that were so noisy I could hear them even with the windows closed. The breakfast was good but the dinner should be improved. Free parking I would give them 4 stars, but because the after-covid period is challenging and the staff, both in the hotel and in the spa, was very attentive and hospitable, I will give 5 stars and hopefully I will check the improvements in a couple of years’ time.

It was good value for money for us. Good location near to the railwaystation. Eszter at the reception was very helpful. It seems that the hotel was renovated in the near past. The bathroom was big and clearly. A separate restaurant section is reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet offered an ample selection. A particularly good point is that the morning coffee can be ground in portions, made from real coffee to taste, and it was also delicious. The pictures on booking.com are true to reality.

Friendly and Pleasant Stay. The staff here were especially kind. Even packed a nice to-go lunch when I had to leave before breakfast. Enjoyed dinner on the front patio. Well maintained and clean rooms. The shower was a favorite- full size with shelves in the right places. Location of hotel was excellent- really was just 4 min walk to train station. And a longer but pleasant/fun walk to Citadel/old town.

This is a classic 4 star hotel in a popular tourist area. We stayed just one night, and our room with a balcony matched the photos and description perfectly. The spa center was tiny but nice with very friendly and helpful staff. Even though parking at the hotel was paid, it was convenient and secure, which we appreciated. The reception team was professional, though quite reserved. I understand they have many guests to manage, but given the hotel’s star rating, I would have expected a warmer welcome and check out. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The pastries were especially good—little portions and delicious.

Hotel is in the best part of Sinaia. Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Spa and pool were amazing.

It is a fairly good hotel even for its above average price. Obviously the location is perfect for any type of activities in and aroun Sinaia, public transport is available just by the hotel. Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had in any hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Any our requests were resolved very quickly. The spa is fairly good too, though it might be a little overcrowded. Spacious parking is available.

Even non-renovated room was very good and nothing to complain about, clean and spacious. You have to pay extra to get a renovated room, thus glad to not do it. The hotel spa was fantastic!

Pros: - the staff was very friendly, they offered us a free upgrade to the 2 bedrooms apartment ( even though we were just a couple ) and we did not have to pay 100 euro guarantee for the night. - it was very quiet, - comfortable beds - very nice pool, jacuzzi and saunas - the breakfast was very diversified and we liked everything that was included. - the restaurant is placed at the top of the building ( 11th floor ) and the view is quite nice. You can see the palace of the parliament too. - it was clean everywhere - no problems with the hot water - the price was quite decent for what it included

The apartment was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Lovely staff, check-in was easy. The apartment advertised oven as part of the facilities, but there was no oven in sight, I think this needs to be altered in the facilities description on booking.com. Could do with some bowls. We love the shutters in the bedrooms providing blackout sleeping environment. The breakfast had a good selection, and staff tried their best to keep up with demands. We would recommend going for breakfast earlier as it can get busy later in the morning, especially on the weekend; breakfast serving time was 07:00 - 10:00. The gym was fully equipped and large, although it can get busy at peak times but not an issue to train as there was enough space for everyone. The pool was great with a children's pool, large pool, and a jacuzzi. Children are allowed to stay until 20:00. The spa was lovely except encountering some inconsiderate guests who threw a mound of ice onto the sauna pit even though there were signs explicitly saying not to as it can cause damage. Loved the steam room, relaxation room, ice fountain etc. Do be aware that some people (men usually) decide to use the spa facilities naked. The slippers they provide you are very slippery when wet, so be careful using them, we would recommend bringing your own slippers with good grip. All in all, we had a lovely, relaxing stay and would highly recommend it!

We travelled with another couple. After being dropped at the apartments from the airport we thought what had we booked. The area is residential and not very pretty. On checking in and going to our room on the 9th floor …… wow! We had a huge comfortable double bed a dressing room and a lounge area with a couch and table and chairs. The bathroom had double sinks and a whirlpool corner bath with a shower overhead although there was no shower curtain so showering got the floor very wet. Our room also had a balcony which was a nice touch but we didn’t use it much. We paid to include the spa so used the pool a couple of times. Very clean and well kept. Make sure to include the extra cost to use this. I don’t like saunas so didn’t use them but again looked well kept ( be aware that clients are allowed to be naked in there) so don’t be shocked. The restaurant on the 11th floor was lovely for breakfast lunch and dinner and prices weren’t expensive unlike some hotel restaurants. A nice seating area outside too. There’s a shopping complex with a food court and a Carrefour market where you can grab almost anything a few minutes walk away. To sum up this place is a little gem in an area I wouldn’t normally have chosen but it did not disappoint. If you’re thinking of staying here I can highly recommend it.

The perfect place to stay. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room was tidy, clean and bed was really comfortable and large. We ate in the anais bar and restaurant, at the hotel, and the food was amazing. Very reasonable prices and impeccable service. All in all, our stay here was first class On a special note, we would like to praise George, head waiter. His service and manner was first class. Friendly and polite and definitely put the customer first. He was one of the main reasons we ate here every night. I would highly recommend a stay here

Wonderful hotel. Exceeded all my expectations. Spent 4 wonderful days in the hotel and enjoyed the rest. The hotel has wonderful and friendly staff, a chic spa center. The rooms are very cozy and have everything you need, even an ironing board with an iron. Breakfast - buffet also exceeded my expectations. The rooms are multifunctional and have enough space for luggage, as well as a desk with a view for added convenience if you are travelling for work. Extremely comfortable bed/mattress, high level of cleanliness, perfect temperature - warmth on some of the coldest days of winter. Delicious food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. Spa area with quite appropriate size for this type of hotel. I recommend it!

Rooms are ok, after all, they’re only needed for sleeping in. Pillows weren’t the best but didn’t stop us sleeping and the room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and cleaned every day. The only boggle was that the cups weren’t washed on the first day but soon sorted the next day Breakfast was great with lots of choice and the evening meals were amazing. There were lots of Romanian dishes but enough choice for people who wanted something else. Some of the staff seemed a little grumpy but we learned from George in the restaurant that this is because they aren’t sure whether to engage with people or not. The hotel is mainly used for business meetings so this could have some bearing on that. My husband used the pool most days and said the staff there were very helpful The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the airport and is well situated for most of the tours and most will pick up from this hotel. Over all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Easy check-in and check-out, the hotel offers free onsite parking and the breakfast buffet is wonderful. Hotel is central, offers great views of the Danube river and allows you to walk to restaurants, bars and pubs of the city center.

Perfect location, easy parking, friendly personnel, spacious and comfortable rooms, good food selection on breakfast, really good coffee.

It is a good hotel with nice facilities. What makes this hotel really stand out is that everything is exactly how it should be. Every light works, every chair is comfortable, the shower works and the bathtub works and the electrical outlets all work. And the staff are so very friendly. I have stayed in hotels that cost 10x more but did not make me feel as comfortable and happy. And the food is outstanding.

Clean, spacious unit, great choices for breakfast great staff. The hotel is on the Danube's shore, which is great for walks along the river and for checking the many restaurant options there.

A 3-star hotel that lived up to its description on booking.com. I booked a triple room for a two-night stay, and the room was tidy and well-kept. The hotel staff was also incredibly friendly, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying, and we were happy to have parking available right in front of the hotel entrance. For the price we paid, the quality of our stay was excellent. I cannot comment on the TV or air conditioning as we haven't used them, but the WiFi worked perfectly fine. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value and enjoyable stay.

I was impressed with the cleanness of the room, and the neat and pleasant decor. There were also slippers in the room, which is not standard for this hotel category. The breakfast was good, but quite basic though, and the bread didn’t look fresh. Apart from classical cereals, jam, butter and bio yoghurts, the food mainly consisted in omelette, eggs, sausages, two types of cheese and veggies cold curry. Some cake, water, milk and a Fanta drink have been also provided. No fresh juices available. Coffee was brought in small cups at the table by request and I was told that only one was included.

As the name suggests, the hotel offers an amazing view over the lake. The apartment on the 4th flour was very comfortable and extremely clean. In fact every inch of the hotel was impeccably clean. The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. Overall it was one of the best stays we had in years in Romania.

One of the best places I stayed in Romania! Exceptional quality of all things around, large apartment including fully featured kitchen, electric fireplace, 2 high quality smart TVs etc. The staff is also super nice, friendly yet professional. Tasty food for breakfast and lunch with a lot of options for various tastes and diets. The SPA area is great with the saunas, massage etc but probably the best experience here is the outdoor heated pool! Being outside at -10 degrees Celsius, in hot water, surrounded by snow and seeing the mountains and lake nearby was definitely a special experience!

The apartment was very big. The heating did it's job very good and was nice and cosy (i'm mentioning this because i had problems in the past in other locations and i think people should know if they are going in the winter). Excellent location with a very nice view. Very friendly staff. Very clean. The breakfast was very good.

Astonishing view, available parking, staff soo much cleaning staff everywhere to keep everything pristine for example dusting off lamps on the hallways…. Every day, campfire with karaoke before dinner was an exquisite experience, large variety of alcoholic and on alcoholic drinks available at the pool bar, massage experience - nurturing and soul healing, staff very helpfull, they were kind and always smiling and even offered us transport to and back from a restaurant 5km away even at late hours (9:30 pm return)

The place is great , you find supermarket , places to eat and you can get anywhere very easy . Unfortunately I couldn’t stay more then a day but definitely I would go back . Building where the apartment it is,is super safe as they have a security person 24/7 but is irrelevant as there is safe anyways . The apartment is on the 12th floor with a huge terrace / balcony and is so spacious. Is very clean and had the chance this morning to meet the the lady who is cleaning and she looks so lovely . Comfy huge bed , American style kitchen . I like it .

I had a wonderful stay in this modern and beautifully designed apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal, especially if you're traveling with a car—there's convenient parking and it's just a 10-minute drive from the city center. Plus, there are plenty of little shops and cafes right in the same building, which made it easy to grab a quick bite or essentials. The neighborhood was quiet, making it great for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, a perfect place to stay, highly recommended!

Everything was excellent. Private parking. Easy contact and entrance. Clean, warm, and comfortable apartment. Fully furnished and equipped. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and fast food restaurants at the first level of complex. Close to Metro and Tram. But Ubet or Bolt are acceptable also.

Everything - nice place, spacious and clean apartment with one bedroom, close to metro, supermarket, cafes and restaurants, free swimming pool available at the nearby fitness center. The communication with the host was very fast and she was very helpful to all our questions. We stayed there for two weeks on business. The apartment is equipped with everything that is necessary for a long stay.

The location, close to the underground station. Also it’s a big property with a big balcony and it can fit up to 6 people. Our apartment was at a higher floor and the view was a nice one. The neighbourhood is nice and looks safe. It has a grocery store just in front of the building. A room had its own bathroom. The beds were comfortable, the sofa as well.

Our experience could be described as: Pros: - very LGBTQIA+ friendly - quiet and cozy hotel close to the Parliament - great design - good communications with near by public transport - Romanian guy at the reception was super nice and friendly - breakfast was very tasty - hot water is all the time Cons: - there was some issue with the pressure of the hot water - the non-Romanian guy at the reception needs a lot of improvements - view from the room was a backside parking

Second time staying and I love this little boutique next to a pretty church. This time I got upgraded to a very spacious room and I could check in early. So comfortable and the TV and WiFi are great, perfectly clean bathroom and feels like home. Very nice staff. I had asked for later check out and I was able to do this. The lobby and reception area are nice to sit in and because the hotel is small, it is quiet. I would always return to this place!

The host was very friendly, the apartment clean, spacious, well equipped and the bed was very comfortable! We really felt at home and it was good to relax there after a day's work! Would definitely recommend also for people on holiday!

Everything about this property is exceptional. The owner Lucian was super helpful and attend our every request in time. The property is located inside an old building so first we thought it may not be a good idea, but when we entered it was super clean and perfectly equipped. For the price we paid, couldn’t ask for more.
