Lovely location outside the town with a beautiful view. The suite was suuuper spacious and full of light. Good-sized jacuzzi in the suite The service was super friendly and ready to help.

Was a very nice stay, service is very good, Adrian and Laura were always proactively looking for our comfort. We stayed in the suite with jacuzzi, the view was fantastic. I read the reviews regarding location and wifi, but I think they already improved that, was easy to find (10 min away form town) and wifi was very good. Also food delivery is possible.

The staff is super friendly and are always attentive on what you need. And the view is amazing. The pool is great and the sauna and Turkish bath are amazing.

The swimming pool and spa part were wonderful. Also the views on the surroundings were very pretty. It is not really close to the village, you need a taxi to get there, but you don’t want to leave the pool. Breakfast was good and the people very friendly. Beds were comfortable.

The view is amazing and the pool is a nice addition to the hotel. The breakfast was good too.

The hotel is conveniently located near the town of Villa Leyva, a kilometre or so, about 4 minutes by car. The hotel is quite clean and in fair condition. Breakfast was included and again, fair. The pool was conveniently located in the back of the hotel and the water was quite warm and enjoyable. For the location in Colombia and the price of the room, the package was quite acceptable. Although the WiFi was a bit erratic, the staff were quite accommodating for any requests we had. Overall quite recommendable.

Enjoyed that each room, even ground floor, has an outside 'balcony'. The staff were very pleasant. A good breakfast was included and promptly delivered. It had a pool and jacuzzi as well as a pool table. Nice area for socializing and relaxing with nice views. Also, I loved that NO pets are welcome. I am a person with allergies and asthma, so this was a relief. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

I'm so glad we chose Hotel Campestre Cordillera de los Andes. It was so nice to stay a bit outside of the center of Villa de Leyva. The views of the countryside from our room and really anywhere on the property are amazing! The staff was very kind, especially Arturo. Our room was huge and comfortable. We were ever super spoiled one morning and had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. The breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was very good, it was an American breakfast but jazzed up. The views were pretty. The hotel grounds were very well done with a lot of color. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean and the shower was very hot with lots of water. Very good value and we would definitely go back. It is about 2km from the main plaza you can walk it, but the road does get busy at times and there are no sidewalks. It was very quiet and tranquilo.

Very relaxed atmosphere. The room was spacious with a nice view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Everything was nice and clean, the property is being kept up very well. We had dinner on a Sunday night and they opened the kitchen just for us. Breakfast was good with fruit, scrambled eggs, and croissants. We can definitely recommend this place.

It's a very well-located hotel, very close to the town. It has very good facilities, a super-comfortable bed, and a super-hot, high-volume shower. They have spaces to rest, to contemplate nature, and they offer coffee on all three levels. Ideal for resting. The breakfast was excellent, and everyone was very friendly.

It was what I was looking for, a nice apartment with three rooms enough to accommodate all the family members I was traveling with. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. It is located between two interesting places, towards the right is Villa de Leyva and towards the left is Raquira. All that for a very affordable price.

It's very well located, the staff is really nice and helpful and the beds are comfy

There is a coffee store in the first floor where we could spend good time drinking coffee.

Amazing! We couldn’t be happier with our stay at Hotel La Posada De San Antonio! Villa de Leyva is beautiful and staying at this hotel was the icing on the cake! The staff was super friendly. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The location is perfect and the parking is secure and less then a minute’s walk away. Breakfast every morning was delicious and our room was perfect and extremely clean and well kept. There is NO need to stay anywhere but here when visiting Villa de Leyva! Thank you to everyone at the Hotel PSA for making our vacation amazing!!

I stayed at Hotel la Posada de San Antonio with a friend for two nights on a recent trip to Colombia. The Hotel was very quiet when we were there. The hotel is full of interesting antiques and interesting furnishings. The room was inviting and the beds and bedding, comfortable. The shower did not work very well, and we did not have much hot water during our stay. Breakfast was delicious, and offered several choices of traditional and international selections. I was able to sample the local breakfast specialty Changa. The hotel is very well located just up from town’s main square. The staff was very helpful, particularly Natalie, who directed us to restaurants for dinner and arranged both a tour and hiking experience with our terrific, affable guide, Alejandro.

We spent 3 nights at La Posada de San Antonio and found it to exceed our expectations. The staff were friendly & helpful; the location is perfect one block from the Plaza Mayor, but without the noise of some other locations. The breakfast by buffet or a la carte was excellent. Our room also was comfortable and looked out on Parque Nariño. We'd definitely stay there again when we're in Villa de Leyva.

The property is located in a great spot close to many restaurants and Villa de Leyva square. We liked that rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious and overall service was very good. We enjoyed the massages from the Spa conveniently located inside the Hotel. We liked less the water pressure in the shower and the long time it took to get hot water flowing from the shower head. Overall very satisfied and I will recommend.

it’s a little hotel with good access to the city town center, the room was really big and we booked it with a Jacuzzi on the terrace which was excellent, this stuff is really friendly and helpful and make your stay really amenable, we had a great time!

The hotel is beautiful and very well located -only 5 min away from the main square. Suites are nicely decorated and since ours had an inside jacuzzi, we made the most out of it. Breakfast was full of delicious options.

Everything was a 10 out of 10. The hotel is located on about 4 to 5 blocks away from the main square (between 5-10 min walk) and is located on a quiet street. The hotel premises look beautiful. Hotel staff is kind and very helpfull. The rooms are clean and big. Bathroom is also big and clean. Jacuzzi in the room. Great breakfast in the morning. Dinner was also great.

Excellent location, close to the central square but sufficiently far to make it very peaceful and quiet. Staff is incredibly nice. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and boast sophisticated Colombian made "Lotus de Sur" amenities. Breakfast offers you many original choices of excellent quality. the jacuzzi in the small garden is an additional gem.

Whatever I say it will sound like I am a PR agent for the hotel. It was perfect in every way. When we first entered the grounds they were beautiful and interesting and felt very private. The staff was welcoming and warm and incredibly efficient with requests. I can hardly say enough about the room. Granted we were in what I think is the nicest suite in the hotel, but it was spectacular. It was beautiful, super comfortable with great views and a private balcony with great views where we had a delicious room service breakfast. The shower and bathroom were excellent. There was a very good jacuzzi located next to the door to the balcony, so we were able to have a jacuzzi while looking out at the sunset. Our first evening we used the spa, which was very well appointed, and we had massages that were among the best massages either of us had ever had. My friend who I was traveling with is a trained masseuse who has some very high level clientele and she was incredibly impressed with the quality of the massage. The bed was super comfortable. I'm going to try and think of some negative things to say to give some credibility to this review, but it will take some thought. The price came to just about US$200 per night. By Colombia standards that is expensive, but even in Colombia, considering what you get for the money it is a very reasonable rate.

The place is breathtaking; close to town for convenience but far enough to get a very peaceful setting. They were very accommodating when we asked to bring some dinner to our room even before arriving as we got there when the restaurant was just closed. Breakfast was good and service was excellent. But yes, you need a car or the use of a taxi that doesn’t mind going up the unpaved slope to get there. But they i form about this when you do the booking; so you are not surprised.

Beautiful facility and location. Big and comfy rooms and bathrooms. Solid restaurant serves breakfast and dinner. Given the distance from town, probably best if you have a car but getting a taxi back and forth is not too bad either.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Bohio Oliva. It's a quaint, perfectly located property that is unique and colorful. The staff was very warm, friendly, and inviting. Everything was to our satisfaction. The room was a considerable size with comfortable amenities. We enjoyed two nights at this property and always felt at home. The managers take great care and ensure a positive stay. The breakfast included was delicious and enough to leave you feeling satisfied. Overall, I can say it was an enjoyable stay. Make sure you say hello to Milo the dog who owns the property :-)

El servicio fue excelente y las instalaciones son muy bonitas. Todo el personal fue muy cálido y generoso. La zona de piscina/jacuzzi/spa es excelente, al igual que los masajes. El hotel está cerca de 10 minutos de la plaza principal, lo cual lo hace más tranquilo, aunque también implica que no hay muchas opciones de restaurante alrededor. Nos gustó mucho y ¡Volveremos!

Stayed 3 nights. We had a reasonably spacious room with a Juliet balcony with partial view of the town and of the surrounding mountains. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed. However, no windows - only balcony door and room was rather warm with no fan or air con. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. Didn't much care for the dining area and there are no drinks or snacks available at the hotel. 10 min walk to main square - and Villa de Leyva is beautiful. Definitely worth a few days. There is also a small indoor pool at the hotel and a room where you can get a massage. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hector was so kind and hospitable. The service was impeccable and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The hotel was adorned with lovely art and the breakfasts were nice. The first morning it was a la carte but the second morning, the buffet was lovely and ample. The spa was also nice with hot water but the sauna wasn't working.

Everything was perfect - the staff are friendly, welcoming, and offered some great recommendations and tips to get the most out of our time in Villa de Leyva. Our room was awesome; it was quiet at night, the bed was great, and it felt very secure and private. The bathroom, and especially the shower, was amazing. Hot water without sacrificing all the pressure, with plenty of room. The wifi was great, a quick walk to the bus station, with plenty of affordable places to eat nearby. 100% recommended!

Such an amazing little hostel. It has 2 kitchen and nice places to sit and relax. Our room had a super comfortable bed and the shower was hot. The balcony was also a nice touch for some fresh air. The staff is super friendly and will make you feel at home.

We spent 8 nights at Nibiru hostel and we very much enjoyed it. It's very close to the center but in a quiet street so we slept very well. The first 4 nights we spent in a room upstairs which was fine but after that we could move to a bigger room with private bathroom and a small balcony. We loved staying here, the kitchen had everything we needed, the shower was hot, rooms were cleaned if you wanted to and staff is very kind and helpful! I even forgot something in the hostel and they kindly sent it via post to me when I was staying in another city nearby! Would definitely recommend staying here when going to Villa de Leyva!

What a wonderful little hotel. The room with balcony was just amazing. Spaceful and with charm. The whole house is very beautiful built in the classic colonia style. The location it’s perfect, in a very quiet street and only five minutes away from bus terminal and the main plaza. If I come back to Villa de Leyva, it will be definitely in Hotel villa Palmas. Such an incredible stay at a beautiful hotel. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. We will definitely recommend it to any friends in the area and will return! The photos really do not do this hotel justice.

The woman at the concierge was so helpful and kind. We had to transfer from another hotel due to a bad experience and they welcomed us after we booked the reservation online. Functioning hot tub and large bedroom! The road to town is very dark at night, so although it’s okay to walk during the day, we suggest driving into town after dark or taking a taxi.

Once we found the hotel (walked by it twice!) it was like entering an oasis. The room and bed were very comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the lounge was peaceful. The location was central and easy walking distance to everything in Villa de Leyva. Breakfast was provided where you wished - on the terrace was a treat, with everything being hot and very tasty.

We are a family of 4 (2 children 8 & 5 years old). We were looking for a place that was spacious, quiet, close to the square and had a great breakfast. La Casa Del Árbol met all of our expectations. There are only 6 rooms in the whole hotel. The place is beautiful. It’s a 3 minute walk to the square - as long as you don’t look in any of the shops! We had the room with the Spa bath which the kids loved. In the morning, the breakfast was served outside with a beautiful view. The breakfast was complete! It had everything and the quality was high.

Amazing experience overall! Centralized location and very close the plaza in Villa de Leyva.The hotel was clean, comfortable and had warm running water. The breakfast was made fresh to order instead of your typical buffet style which was a plus. Friendly staff and the girl at the front desk was amazing. The parking is off site but very safe and secure.

This hotel was as perfect as can be. Firstly, the staff were all the sweetest people you could meet, making sure everything was taken care of. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms had everything you needed. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with coffee/hot chocolate/tea, fruits, eggs, bread and cheese. Fontana is definitely the best place to stay in Villa de Leyva

This is a top hotel. Located close to the centre of town with secure parking within the grounds. The room which was a superior suite was well designed, stylish, comfortable and equipped with quality furnishings, the toiletries were a luxury brand. There was a patio immediately outside the room with very comfortable patio chairs and a small table, in addition there was a further larger table where breakfast was served, breakfast was excellent. The main courtyard was lovely with a fountain and established trees and shrubs and some beautiful birds. The owners Ximena and Alvaro live on site, they were most friendly and helpful and made good suggestions and gave directions to local attractions and restaurants, it was appreciated that they spoke excellent English. The other staff at the hotel were also most helpful. We stayed for three nights and we would have happily stayed longer, given the quality the price was most reasonable.

Amazing hotel! In a quiet, safe location, but very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful, and helped us organize a taxi to the airport. All of the small details were great, too - the breakfast was amazing, the room was beautiful and there was turndown service with water each night, and the shower was hot with great water pressure. We loved it!

No words to describe a perfect stay in the most quaint hotel where the room, garden, food and atmosphere is ART . You can just stay there the whole day without roaming Villa de Leyva! Great location 2 blocks from Plaza Mayor, the owner Ximena is so PASSIONATE , always ready to meet your needs with great attention to detail.. Personalized, high quality service with a lot of love. She makes you feel at home as a friend, not a customer 😊. Stayed in Terracota Room -2nd Floor, Great for family with two rooms - master bedroom and twin room with an adjoining bathroom . Spotless, immaculate beds with down comforters, strong rain shower water pressure. The place doesn’t need air conditioning us it’s not true. And mosquito free since it’s high altitude. Breakfast is in the courtyard with a fountain in the middle. It’s so filling,- set menu includes yogurt with granola and fresh fruit. A 100% natural fruit juice of your choice ;we had the sugar beets, Blackberry with ginger and other antioxidants followed by a variety of omelettes. A basket of pastries including the diabetic friendly quinoa bread and homemade jams. Here you get the taste of the finest Colombian coffee available-made in Limited edition direct from the farmer. We bought 6 bags! Ximena gives lots of little extras- example, as I was browsing the book of her husband (Colombia national parks) at the living room, she makes effort in turning on music to add to the atmosphere. Highly recommend

My husband and I spent five nights at Casa Terra and could not have been happier with our choice and our experience. Our room (Casa Terra Suite) was wonderful - the bed is extremely comfortable and there is a large selection of pillows and the most beautiful and luxurious woolen blanket I’ve ever seen (though we didn’t need to use it). Every evening there is turn down service along with a tray of water and sweets. The breakfast, served in their beautiful courtyard, is extremely generous and beautifully prepared. And we enjoyed the courtyard every evening as we sat with our glass of wine before heading out to dinner. The staff, under the expert supervision of Ximena, go out of their way to make your stay memorable. And they succeed! Ximena was especially helpful with arranging drivers for us, providing restaurant recommendations (that were great) and arranging a day trip. If you are visiting the beautiful town of Villa de Leyva, do not hesitate to book your stay at Casa Terra!

The owner Ximena was super friendly and helpful. We were given a free room upgrade on arrival and complimentary cup of (great quality) Colombian coffee while checking in. Our upgraded room was huge and the grounds of the hotel were beautiful and peaceful - a very relaxed and luxurious atmosphere for a fraction of the price. Excellent breakfast. A short walk to the main square. We wished we could stay longer. I rarely give 10s, but this is worth it

I absolutely loved the staff. Nataly was amazing! Her attention to detail and sincere concern for the guest's comfort and well being was way beyond her duty. The kitchen staff was also quite lovely, all of them :) Location is great! A 15 min walk away from the very center of Villa de Leyva, but far from the noise and chaotic holiday traffic. Very comfortable rooms and common areas, lovely decoration and warm lights inside. Well lit spotless bathroom!

It is a beautiful property, very clean, the bedrooms are cozy and very well located. The staff was amazing, very kind and help us with everything that we needed.

Everything was perfect , the staff, the location , amazing service from all. Definitely , I recommend it and I would love to come back

The staff were super kind and very helpful and connecting us to things to do in the area. While the room wasn't huge, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! We'd definitely stay again.

Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good but expected more options and an early time 7 am. Quiet location and close to all popular places around.

Excellent accommodations, delicious and abundant breakfast, clean facilities, great options for leisure with pool and chimney. It exceeded my expectations by far! I found out that for traveling to the area, is better to stay in Sachica than Villa de Leyva.

What a beautiful, historical inn! We had room 420, a triple room, which had 2 beds on the main floor, and another bed upstairs on an open loft. We were in the "old house" with a really cool historical door. The courtyard is beautiful - we had breakfast there in the morning, and tea at night. There are plenty of places to sit outside. We had 3 rooms, so we'd gather in the morning on the sofas and chairs outside to plan our day. The owners/staff were kind, friendly, and helpful. Choose your breakfast from a menu of choices, traditional local food (always fun to try), or something more continental. Coffee was great. The location is excellent right in town where you can walk to everything. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Fabulous, quiet place with a very nice breakfast (fresh fruit, coffee /tea, eggs, bread, although no vegetarian/vegan options). Kitchen Staff very helpful and kind. It is an old style House with courtyard in the middle, 2 blocks from main plaza.

The traditional house is well restored. The rooms are spacious, clean and properly furniture. The staff at the hotel was very helpful. The location is central and close to restaurants and shopping places.

The location was very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the main square and bars and restaurants. Our room was large with very comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water in the shower! On site carpark an added bonus.

From the recommendations of the owner, to the service of the staff. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and the perimeter contains a lot of green, so also perfect if you have pets. I didn’t get burdened by sounds from other guests. This was the first accommodation to date in which I really felt like a guest instead of a customer. I would certainly come back to this place if I were to be travelling to Villa de Leyva again. 10/10

Casa de las flores is by far the best bed and breakfast I've had the privilege of going to. It is extremely comfortable and clean it also has a very good location, slightly outside of town, offering a lot of peace and quite. Breakfast is very good too!

We liked absolutely everything. Possibly our best stay in Colombia, definitely the best breakfast. It is just the perfect place. Quiet, clean, beautiful, feels like home.

It’s so beautiful and peaceful, breakfast is delicious and the staff is very nice. Rooms are comfortable and pretty, you feel in the countryside for sure. we stayed in a little cabin with 2rooms, 1 bathroom and a living room for a really good price. I was able to bring my dog and he stayed with us in the room and was able to walk around the properly. We had a great time, we were able to rest happily.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was uniquely decorated. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. On the last night, the owners set up the outdoor fireplace for us. Our 3 families sat around the fire and enjoyed a beautiful evening. We even enjoyed their dog Ricoberto who kept us company and played with the children.

The welcome at the hotel was excellent. At the moment the main road in Villa de Leyva is closed and google maps gives you a lengthy detour as we found out. Make sure before your stay you get clear instructions for the short cut! The location of the hotel is perfect for the attractions nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the showers are very good. The gardens are stunning too. The breakfasts were delicious and you eat outside on a beautiful patio.

This is a very beautiful casa hotel, with amazing, warm and personal hospitality from the hostess Lucía and her team. Lucía and her husband were accommodating and gave us great suggestions. The included breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, there were comfortable and beautiful spaces to relax outside of the rooms, kitchen available, secure parking, wifi. It’s located couple of blocks away from the main square and parking available 1 block away. Felt safe and convenient. Plumbing was sluggish but owner was attentive to address the issue. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

Exceptionally friendly staff and service, beyond attentive! I received more than I could ask for. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful bedding. Daily deep cleaning and changing of sheets and towels. Perfectly hot showers. Great value for money. Fantastic restaurant on-site - and fabulous breakfast included! 500 m from main square, within walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, bars, etc.

Communication with the hotel was very smooth and fast. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk to the main square. As we are light sleepers, we were given an interior room; so, no windows to the outside but we did not hear any noise coming from the street. The bed was very comfy and the room was nicely decorated. Although breakfast time was only from 8.00 am to 9.30 am, it was delicious. Staff was very helpful and nice.

A lovely hidden gem with 5 stars hospitality services. Very attentive and accommodating host that made our stay a wonderful one. Sparkling clean inside out. Very comfortable bed. Great location. And they also make very delicious gelato(it's located short walking distance from the hotel. Look out for Santa Lucia helado shop). Thank you for having us. All the best!

If you wanna rest and peaceful time this is the best place in town. We loved the eucalyptus tress and the beautiful gardens. They have turkeys and chickens walking everywhere. Restaurant service and meals are excellent, the menu have local diaches and they are flexible in changing products according to your preferences.

The owner or caretaker family treated us with respect and were very friendly. The surroundings are beautiful. The architecture is magnificent, sending you to a different time in history. The parking service was very secure and convenient. The hotel was only a few blocks from the centre of town which was doable walking. It was great to have tv, wifi, warm water and breakfast included. The breakfast service was delicious. Breakfast could be extended until 10:30 instead of 10:00. The only negative we had was that the pillows were stiff, the pillows could be updated to a more comfortable pillow. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again.

What a gem of a hotel! walking distance from the town centre, shops and restaurants and yet quiet and tranquil. The staff is wonderful, helpful and attentive, breakfast is great, the rooms are clean and have plenty of storage space. There's also plenty of parking which gets locked at night. The area is nice and safe all hours of the day. We had an issue with the hot water in the shower, but as soon as we told the staff they were able to help us, which we really appreciated.

It could be a real 10/10 - the room with the jacuzzi is incredible, the bed was really comfortable too. Everything is clean and the staff nice. Easy checkin/out, we could also store our luggage after checkout. A water dispenser and free instant coffee is also a nice touch. Breakfast included too Overall, for what we’ve got the price was also VERY fair (off-season, during the week)

This was a great hotel and a great value! The rooms felt brand new and the food was great! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be that if someone reserves the Jacuzzi in the morning, the hotel should have known to turn it on so we didn't spend the entire reservation waiting for the sauna to warm up and the water in the Jacuzzi to get hot, which unfortunately never happened.

The accommodations were clean quiet and the architecture was outstanding in the public spaces : the terraces with the olive trees so well illuminated made those spaces worth spending time on it. Breakfast was delicious very well balanced with fruits choices as well as hot drinks . The “tamal” is the BEST ONE I have ever eaten in a long time . Personnel was so cordial and well trained to pamper you with a smile and simple approach . The humid are of the spa is OUTSTANDING. Well designed, quiet and complete as service offer : a big jacussi sauna showers and seating places .

The property is lovely. The only thing I would suggest is changing the shower tub combo. We had a mini suite and I was excited for the claw foot tub, but the valve that changes water from overhead shower to tub filler was missing so it only operated as a shower. You have to stand in the tub to shower and it wasn’t balanced and would shift from side to side which is a bit unnerving. I would prefer no tun or fix the issues. I also wish there was a fan so the room didn’t get stuffy. Otherwise a beautiful hotel, loved the space and the staff was nice and everything was very clean.

The town is full of restaurants and very budget friendly. I will highly recommended.

I request for the 2 night double-sized bedroom to be changed to a suite as we had a change of mind and preferred to give ourself a little treat. They mentioned that they have 2 different suites available on both days and we gladly obliged to the request. The room just get better each day and loved the jacuzzi in the room facilities. I simply love their friendliness that they have provided, and was looking for a massage parlor and they are so kind that they pull up a map and shared the location that I could check on as this was my first time to Villa De Leyva. The staff there was so kind, knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to visit Villa De Leyva. Thank you for the amazing service that you have provided.

Location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by many shops/restaurants and very close to the main plaza. Hotel Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had one of the Suites, so the room was very spacious and comfortable. Parking was around the corner in a public lot and free with a pass given by the hotel.

This hotel was right what we were looking for. It is comfortable, safe, clean and close to everything. The place is very cute you will not regret it. The stuff i friendly and ready to help. Its located not far from the main plaza and surrounded by nice little restaurants. It was better than expected I would recommend it anyday.

Over the past several years, we have stayed at the Plaza Hotel. The location and staff are exceptional. We stayed 13 through 17 August and am writing since my Wife and I are disappointed with the change implemented for breakfast. As an American, I have no idea what and why we were served such a small portion of egg, fruit, coffee, and bread. On Monday, 14 August, the staff could not feed the people - there was not enough food and people who were waiting to eat were not happy. We miss having the option of going to the other 2 restaurants where you can have an authentic Colombian meal, or American. From speaking to several employees at the hotel, we were told we are not the only people disappointed with this change and others had told them the same. We have booked for several days in January, 2024, and told Tatianna we do not want breakfast there. We will pay and eat outside since the food is so much better. Please reconsider offering the 2 restaurants again, even if it costs more.

We had the perfect setting for a friends’ reunion. The hotel is located right on the main square, making it easy to access the entire tourist area. The dining experience on the terrace was spectacular, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Amazing meeting room with great and reliable technology! If there’s an event in town, there may be a bit of noise, but other than that I recommend it 100%.

La estadía fue muy buena la atención que nos brindaron muy cálida, la habitación muy bien arreglada y en execelentes condiciones de higiene y limpieza, se siguen normas de bioseguridad desde el ingreso.

Amabilidad, limpieza y una excelente experiencia.

En general es limpio y bien atendido, el personal y la dueña están muy pendientes de que todo este bien, tienes café y té gratis. Por mejorar la calidad de los colchones y asi seria un mejor costo beneficio del hotel

Habitacion pequeña pero la cama muy comoda, ambiente familiar, el aseo muy bueno
