People at the desk were very friendly and helpful...the Revival bar and lounge were comfortable and inviting, great view of the DOCO plaza and Golden 1 Arena. We had breakfast and Echo and Rig on site restaurant which was delicious...and our waiter treated my wife to a "birthday treat" (see photo)

Our family recently stayed at the Kimpton Sawyer for a 2 night get away to celebrate 2 birthdays and go to a concert. Situated in a prime location backed up to DOCO and overlooking the Golden One Arena made it easy for us to explore easily get to the concert venue without driving around at all after dropping our truck at the valet. The surrounding area is vibrant and offers plenty of dining and shopping options and felt safe for our teens as well. Our stay at the Sawyer exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service at check in (not sure her name, but it was august 24th at 3:23pm and she was wonderful), spacious accommodations well laid out with room for everything, and thoughtful touches (social hour, coffee bar and the pool experience) made our visit truly memorable. We felt valued and well-cared-for from start to finish. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

I had an amazing stay at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel in Sacramento! The whole place smelled incredible from the moment I walked in, setting the perfect tone for a relaxing experience. The highlight was definitely the halal steakhouse right in the hotel—truly exceptional food and top-notch service. The room was stylish and comfortable, and every detail was taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable stay with great dining options!

Sean from engineering was fantastic. The property is conveniently located near the Golden 1 Center, as well as numerous shops and restaurants. It’s also close to several shopping malls and offers easy access to the vibrant city center. Valet parking is available, or you can park in the public lot for $28. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the hotel boasts a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Plus, it’s pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friend along.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton and it was a great experience. Our room was clean spacious. The location is ideal, right next to Golden 1 Center, which made it incredibly convenient for attending the concert I was there for. The rooftop pool is a standout feature, offering stunning views of the skyline and a perfect spot to relax.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. No mustiness. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Large fridge in room. But microwave is in lobby. Breakfast was better than most complimentary breakfasts with mini & full waffle maker, oatmeal, fresh cut up fruit, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, yogurts. Coffee, hot water, water dispenser and sparkling water dispenser is available 24/7. Lots of local eateries nearby. Must try Cortii Brothers deli and market. Amazing food and prices. There is also Chipotle, Trader Joe's, ramen, pizza, sushi, taco place all within about 5 min drive.

Clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Friendly staff and great restaurant recommendations that were close by for dinner. Looking forward to the free breakfast in the morning. Room is spacious and spotless. Beautiful hotel and definitely one we will return to in the future. We highly recommend this Hilton.

We stayed at this hotel because I had a medical appointment at UC Davis, which is a 6 hour drive from home. It's a strange location for a hotel, but felt very safe and it was a clean and quiet area. The hotel was new, and extremely clean and comfortable. All the rooms are pet friendly, however there is carpet instead of wood flooring. I feel flooring is a better and cleaner option, even without pets. There is a fee for parking, which I find annoying. An excellent free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, a convenient and quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go, and a decent price for a Sacramento hotel. Staff were efficient and friendly enough. I do have to go back to Sacramento for another UC Davis appointment, and I will stay at this hotel again.

Frank at reception was a great guy and made our stay even better. Frank was always very polite and helpful and it was nice to be greeted by a friendly person when returning or leaving the complex. Our room was spacious modern and clean. The beds were comfy. Having a full breakfast provided by the motel every morning was a great addition to our stay. Alfred the chef was always up for a chat and gave us plenty of suggestions on what to do in the area. Alfred’s food was always cooked fresh and spot on. The location was perfect for us located right next to Sacramento State University we will definitely be back. Just a special thanks to Frank and Alfred for making our trip to America extra special.

Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious and well stocked. Nice, spacious and comfortable breakfast lounge area. Breakfast was well prepared and the area was kept meticulously clean. Good choice of make your own waffles, toast, pastries, cereal, yogurt, eggs, home fries and sausage. Staff was very friendly.

Upon arrival, parking is convenient, lobby is very clean with simple pleasant moden design. Front desk person, Karn checked us in. He was welcoming and professional in handling his job in a joyful manner. We made separate bookings for a total of 7 days and he also handled our transfer in a swift and comfortable manner. Our room was very clean, spacious with well planned flow with a kitchentte, which was helpful. I only wish breakfast had Vegan Corner.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Hyatt House in Sacramento! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless--quick, easy, and super friendly. Our room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping the hotel in top shape. The next morning, we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and were greeted by Antar and Giovanni, who were absolutely lovely. They were warm, welcoming, and made the breakfast room feel like a little home away from home. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return the next time we're in Sacramento. Great service, clean rooms, and kind people--what more can you ask for?

After a last-minute cancellation of a two-bedroom suite by the Residence Inn in Rancho Cordova, we quickly booked this Hyatt House property in Natomas—and we’re so glad we did. We requested a one-bedroom suite plus an adjacent king room with a connecting door, and the hotel delivered exactly that. It made a huge difference for our family. The front desk staff was welcoming, efficient, and helpful. The rooms were spotless, updated, and thoughtfully laid out. The beds were especially comfortable, and the overall experience felt calm, clean, and modern. After staying here, I genuinely started questioning the value of my Marriott Bonvoy membership. My recent stays at various Residence Inns across the country have been consistently disappointing. In contrast, this Hyatt House exceeded expectations and provided a level of service and comfort that Marriott properties have recently lacked. Highly recommended—especially for families needing flexible room arrangements and professional service.

This hotel is close to the airport, provides shuttle service to the airport at any time. While not at the airport, it is close enough for a 5 min ride. It is however in the flight path so you can hear outgoing flights. It is convenient to downtown Sacramento and freeway access is easy. Comfortable bed, room blackening shades Are available. The room felt like it was finished in a hurry as the shower door didn’t close completely and the shower head plumbing extruded from the wall of the shower. Good coffee!

Beautiful hotel, Jazz inspired decor but not music as I anticipated. My favorite Jazz singer Billie Holiday was in my closet- well, her picture! I was very excited about that. Comfy bed, awesome shower/bathroom-nice thick towels. I was disappointed not to be able to enjoy the rooftop lounge on Saturday night due to it being rented out for a private party. Some signage stating as such would have saved me from embarrassing myself by asking their hostess to be seated for one. After that I went downstairs to have dinner where I was met with a glass of lukewarm warm water that I had to ask the server for ice. Even though the restaurant was "busy" but not packed- I waited 20 minutes for a cocktail, then asked for my Sea Bass dinner to go so I could eat in the comfort of my room. Food was good but even in a takeout container- presentation left a lot to be desired. (Pictures attached) Got an Amaretto Sour, Fritto Misto, and the sea bass from the restaurant, but on Friday night got fish and chicken and a pecan pie from a place called SKIPS- (DoorDash) and it was absolutely delicious! Coffee and cookies before bed were just the thing! Not sure if I'll come back or not, but the next time I go on a little "staycation" for some "me" time, I'll consider looking into some other properties that might be better for/to me.

I stayed at the Hyatt Centric Downtown Sacramento for a friend’s birthday and had a great experience overall. The hotel’s aesthetic is beautiful—modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. My room was on the 11th floor (the top floor), and the view was definitely a highlight. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant downstairs had a solid selection of options, and the atmosphere matched the hotel’s stylish vibe. While everything was generally very clean, I did notice fresh stains on some of the bedsheets, which was disappointing. Also, there was no microwave or hot plate in the room, which may be something to keep in mind if you prefer those amenities. Overall, the experience was as expected… comfortable, visually pleasing, and well-located. I’m giving it a 4 out of 5.

Rooms are beautiful and very clean. Staff at reception and restaurant/ bar very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby has a really nice buzz and guest like to spend time there chatting or waiting. A very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. Also easy to reach from the highway, central and close to the river.

The reason for staying here was because it’s next to Golden1 and we were going there for the PBR event. We did the valet parking $47 and it worked perfectly. When checking in, the staff was very professional. They even offered if we wanted a high floor level or low floor level. The room we got was very nice, very modern. Room is pretty spacious and the bathroom is nice (big shower). The only thing I wasn’t impressed with was breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. Food was very blah. I would stay here again. On funny note, the 5am building evacuation due fire alarms going off made our PBR trip even more memorable!!!!!

This hotel was AMAZING! Great location near downtown Sacramento, and the Rivercats baseball stadium (to which we walked). The staff were all so welcoming and friendly. We got upgraded to a larger room on the top floor, which was very appreciated. The room had a lot of space and counter tops, which we all liked. And the decor, both in the lobby and the room, was fun and whimsical. The shower in the bathroom was one of the BEST I've had in decades (roomy, great water pressure, shower head very high) - sounds like a small comment, but absolutely true! This hotel EXCEEDED my expectations on so many levels!

I loved the room we received an upgrade on a higher floor which was nice the bed was super comfortable and room was clean. The lounge/bar was the best part. We were here for New Year’s Eve and everywhere was expensive to get into so it was nice that the hotel had a cute bar that was open until 1am. Bre the bartender was super sweet and the drinks were delicious. There were so many things to do within walking distance. Bars, restaurants etc. highly recommend to check out Sana’a Cafe best coffee and deserts just an 8 min walk in downtown Sacramento.

Superb location with access to several downtown shops. I love that the Starbucks is next door to the hotel. Everything was very convenient in terms of parking, access to nearby shops, and the hotel had everything you needed and hotel restaurant and bar open late. We got an upgrade with an amazing view. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Parking was very affordable, safe and convenient. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was conveniently located, clean, and quite comfortable. My food was very good, my husband's was okay and the coffee was great.

Ideally located in center Sacramento, just across the Capitol park and off course very close to the Capitol. Very good personal at the desk, rooms are quiet, spacious and clean. A good restaurant-grill with great reputation in town. The bar is very cool with a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Great location. It's just across Capitol Park and was walking distance from my daughter's apartment which was very convenient. The hotel rooms are secure. You have to use your hotel key card to access the elevator. The bed was so comfortable. I slept all night without waking up, which is not normal for me. There's a touchless water station right next to the ice machines that you can use to fill up your reusable water bottles. The staff was helpful and friendly. The doors to the balcony don't fully open up, which is probably for safety reasons. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

This hotel was amazing. Very quiet safe neighborhood, big rooms, great walk in shower, nice towels, easy parking. No free breakfast but not an issue for us since we’re late risers. There’s restaurant(pay for breakfast) but we didn’t try. Restaurant in evening served basic bar food ,looked good, but didn’t try. Cocktails were convenient feature although pricey. Loved this hotel and will be back.

The Hilton Garden Inn Natomas near the Sacramento Airport has become my home away from home during an ADA sign project I'm doing for the airport. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and it comes across as real warmth. Their faces light up in recognition when I straggle in late at night after driving from Orange County, and they go out of their way to get me a room near the elevator. The room itself is comfortable and the bed and pillows very welcoming. If I have a criticism, it is that at my last visit, the quality of the breakfast buffet went down for me, since yogurt is the basis of my breakfast. The good quality normal size individual yogurts were replaced with tiny cups and no flavor choices. The fruit bowl also had fewer kinds of fruit. It would be nice if, in addition to the cooked food choices there were hard boiled eggs. For the first time, we also ordered something for our evening meal from the restaurant, and the small plate choices were enticing and tasty. Another plus, since I have an electric car, is that I can charge it the night before I leave, so I start my trip with a "full tank"and don't have to make as many charging stops on the way home. If you do need to use the airport shuttle, you don't have to wait for a schedule. You just ask and the driver appears and off you go. All in all, although it's a bit more than some of the other nearby choices, it is worth a few extra dollars.

What we liked the most was the security of the hotel. We stayed in a hotel the last time we were in Sacramento and there were homeless people wandering around in the parking lot, some were deranged. At that hotel we had to go out of the lobby to get to our room. At the Natomas Hilton everything was enclosed; there was no outside access to our room. We ate at the restaurant which was located in the lobby. We had breakfast and dinner, and both were very good--especially the dinner special, steak and shrimp--delicious! The room was very nice--we stayed in a room that was designed for wheelchair access, and it was very spacious. The thermostat was simple and it was easy to control the room temperature. The room and the bathroom were very clean. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to Sacramento!

This is my second time staying here when catching an early morning flight home. It’s literally a less than 10 minute drive to Sacramento airport. They even offer a shuttle to the airport as an option. As expected, the room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy enough, but keep in mind the later you show up, the harder it may be to find a spot. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, but they do have a restaurant and bar available in the hotel itself. The service at the front desk was outstanding thanks to Kenroy who was both friendly and extremely helpful. He truly is an example of excellent customer service and hospitality. I always seem to catch early flights out of Sacramento, so if I find myself in the same situation, this hotel would be my choice.

Although our stay for just for a single night, the front of the house team made our stay memorable. Althea at the front desk was able to get us a free upgrade, plus a basket of soda pop/candy. Hansea at the bar was also super friendly, and makes a great cocktail. Our room, #365 was comfortable, very clean and quiet. This stay marked our 54th evening at a Hilton property this year. We are customers for life.

This hotel is a dual hyatt place and hyatt house First time for me in a dual. we stayed under hyatt place. It’s a nice hotel in a nice area very clean also a plus there is a 24 hr shuttle. Free breakfast and it was good with many varieties. The room was clean and beds pillows all good The employees make this place top notch Kudos to Evelyn and Simran front desk very nice workers Ramesh great driver please tip the drivers they deserve it Next morning Linda front desk again very nice And Amandi kept the breakfast cafe clean and well stocked Very hard worker heard she does both duties As breakfast and housekeeping Kudos to Sione too Hyatt place your hotel is not only clean comfy cozy But you have terrific employees Hope they all enjoyed the goodies from hawaii

Our room was spotless, and the hotel was as well in the public areas. Breakfast was very good and laid out beautifully for self service. The Chef was so pleasant and helpful. All staff were very friendly and helpful as well and even allowed us to check in a little early so we could walk to a restaurant for a late lunch. We ate dinner ordered from the grill at the hotel bar, and our sandwich and fries were super fresh and good. We will definitely stay there again when in Sacramento as the hotel shuttle is a major plus to/from the airport

The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel itself is conveniently located near the Sacramento Airport. We used the airport shuttle in the morning and it arrived promptly (at 4:30 am). The hotel is very clean and modern. The rooms are quite large and the bed was comfy. Note - they do not have a microwave in the room. They had a bar and restaurant in the hotel which we did not use. They also had a mini market with lots of food options. We chose to buy some food from the market. They have a microwave that you can use in the market area. We wished that they provided some paper plates, utensils and napkins -- we had to go to the bar and ask for forks. Also, it would have been helpful to know the prices of the items in the market before they were put on our hotel tab. We would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Convenient to the airport. Super clean and comfortable public areas, and our room was as well. The staff was friendly and professional. Easy check-in. Breakfast was very good. and the breakfast area was clean.

I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is very clean, new, well decorated and the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. We had dinner in the lobby bar/restaurant. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The staff is very nice and our shuttle driver was wonderful. This hotel and its close proximity to the airport worked perfectly for us. Another plus, there is a plethora of nearby restaurants and shopping malls. The Sacramento Gateway was exceptionally nice.

Stayed one night for a quick business trip to the west sacramento area. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and greetin, easy self check in through the app allowed me to choose my room and use iPhone/app as key for room. No jacuzzi at pool area. I would definitely stay here again

Our stay was fantastic! The room was clean and had everything we needed. They offered lots of different choices for breakfast, which my kids appreciated. Coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate is always available in the lobby. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The hotel is also in a quiet part of the city that feels very safe. We were also in the perfect spot, 15 min away from Davis, 10 minutes away from Railroad Museum and 30 minutes away from our concert in Wheatland. I will definitely be staying here again when I am in the Sacramento area!

Staff were exceptional, so helpful and professional. The pool area was fabulous and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was clean and food was fresh.

We stayed at this hotel with a baseball team that was in the area for a tournament. The sales staff (Christina) worked with us to get a group rate for the team and families. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by wonderful front desk staff (Arleny) that not only had all of our keys already set up for us prior to arrival, but had bags with water and snacks for each of our players and coaches. The hotel rooms were very nice, clean, and comfortable. When we came down for breakfast, everything was well stocked, including the bacon! That isn't always the case in hotels we've stayed at before. And the breakfast area was kept exceptionally clean. All of our players said that the breakfast at this hotel was much better than the location we stayed at the previous year (Shout out to Toni who was running the breakfast area). We hope to return to this same tournament next year and you bet we will be staying at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly. Pool and jacuzzi were very clean, as were the rooms. Rooms were a good size and comfy. Evening bar was a nice unexpected additionition with plenty of room to socialize. Good value for the size and style of the room.

The staff was excellent; welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with many healthy options. The jacuzzi needs some resurfacing.

It was ok. The jacuzzi was broke and no place to take my dog. Had to go to next hotel. Service was very nice.

The welcoming person at the desk set the tone for our stay: friendly & efficient. The room was spacious, such a pleasant change from other hotels. The trash can in the room had two containers - one for recycling! Hallelujah- (come on other guys!!) It was the breakfast staff that most clearly exemplified what we want when staying at a hotel: in this case they were Gracious, friendly, and efficient. The breakfast buffet had clearly taken a hit (we’d-seen guests at the elevator with multiple plates piled high with food). The sole employee working the buffet (Christina) was simply overwhelmed…. I was tempted to offer my help….. then a member of housekeeping staff (Darlene) jumped in to help. Both stayed friendly and responsive to questions and requests while restocking everything as fast as they could. My 40 year career has made me sensitive to good & bad customer service — and this effort was a master class in keeping the customers happy while fixing a problem. That’s why I know these staff members’ names — they deserve to know that they are one of the main reasons we will look for a Fairfield hotel whenever we travel.

Convenient location in the heart of Rancho Cordova! Spacious (free) parking lot in a safe and secure neighborhood, and easy access from I-50 makes this place a great choice for accommodations! The hot breakfast is to-die for! From fresh-baked bread and pastries, to a heaping fresh bowl of oatmeal - including hot breakfast items that vary day-to-day, as well as cereal, different varieties of milk, and fresh fruit readily available! Amenities include an exercise room, as well as a pool and hot tub (that's currently under renovations). Make sure to present your Marriott Bonvoy account to avail those perks you might not know that you have! Friendly concierge awaits you at their front desk as well!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Rancho Cordova. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The pool area was well-maintained, and parking was convenient and easy to access. I also loved how quiet the property was, which made it perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was filling with plenty of options to start the day. Another big plus was the location. there are tons of great food places just a short 5 minute drive away. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely return!

Convenient to Route 50, this was a practical, professional, comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was good. The room was quiet. The layout of the room was well done. Very easy to relax there. The bed was comfortable. The room and facility was clean. The bar off the lobby looked nice, though we did not stop in. The front desk personal were friendly and helpful.

It was located in a nice part of town. We were traveling with kids and felt pretty safe. It was a very convenient place to stay at since it was right off the free way. Shopping center, stores and restaurants were like 2 mins drive. The employee that checked us in that night was very nice and friendly. Lots of options for breakfast, the only thing they could improve on was prepare better. Guests were waiting for food during breakfast rush. We loved that check out time was noon but felt a bit rushed that housekeeper was already knocking at the door, ready to clean it before noon. So we told her to give us a few more mins to pack everything and checked out.

Great Customer Services! My husband and I stayed at this hotel on 3/17. We were greeted by very polite and helpful front desk staff when we checked in. We asked for a very quiet room and we got exactly that! In the room there were a letter and some snack from Lead Gallery Host Dean Gomez. The room was very clean and everything in the room worked well. The gym is small but very clean. The breakfast was pretty standard and the coffee was excellent! When we checked out, the front desk asked if we could like to get some water. She gave us two bottles of water. How sweet!

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff and a good breakfast. However, there was no restaurant available for dinner.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. We arrived at 2am and there someone to greet us. We had no problems whatsoever. We need a clean, safe place to stop and sleep on our trip further north and this place was perfect and very affordable. It’s not too far from the freeway, quiet and no smoking smells. We’ll definitely have this in our radar to stop at again.

The hotel was beautifully decorated, modern, good quality furnishings, comfortable seating and eating/work areas off the lobby, gym facilities, easy free parking. The room was spacious, comfortable bed, sofa bed, work area, great tv, fridge, coffee maker, renovated bathroom. All wonderful.

Everything in the room worked. Bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Room temperature controls were good. Good shower. Staff friendly and helpful! On-site parking was near our room. Premises were quiet.

We were so pleased with this hotel and the staff is amazing. So friendly and helpful and really made us feel welcomed . We were in town from NC for my mother's funeral service and this hotel was kind enough to give my family of 5 free breakfasts during our stay . I was absolutely amazed at their kindness . The location is perfect. Close to the Airport and down town sac and garden highway with amazing restaurants by the river . We enjoyed laying by the pool and the hot tub at night was relaxing. This is the best Hilton experience I've had . We will stay here next time we come for a visit. Oh and the breakfast made to order omelettes and potatoes with bacon and sausage and fresh fruits is just the start 😁

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Shelia and Hannah were a life saver. I was visiting from out of town and needed direction on my way around and they had great and honest reviews on the best places to go for my needs. Shelia is extremely professional, well spoken, and sweet. The same goes for Hannah, the manager and she is always smiling and welcoming. Hannah goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. I wanted to also mention the cook, he is sooooooo nice and has a great personality. Always making sure you’re happy with the food. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, even though I was on a business trip, it really felt like a vacation once I got back to the hotel. The hallways leading up to the rooms smelled fresh. I really love Hilton, but this location has been my best Hilton experience by far. Thank you to the staff for making this a wonderful stay. Keep up the amazing work, you are a great team!!

This hotel is in a nice quiet location. We stayed in a room over looking the pool on the second floor and didn't hear a peep. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. Service is exceptional! We were warmly greeted by Jordy and he was awesome! Breakfast the next morning was delicious. We ordered a fresh made to order omelette that came with bacon and sausage, and also ordered a warm waffle! The chef did an excellent job and our server was terrific at explaining the breakfast options. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

These are two very different hotels, and this one on Venture Oaks is truly special. Our home is currently under repair due to a roof leak, and what could have been a very stressful situation has been made incredibly comfortable and pleasant thanks to the incredible team here. From the moment we checked in, we’ve felt welcomed, cared for, and treated like family. Every team member goes above and beyond—they address us by name, and we know theirs too. That’s how personal and genuine the service is here. From the moment I walked in and saw Sheila, I felt an instant sense of relief after my long six-hour road trip! Arriving early on a scorching 100-degree day, I really needed a break, and Sheila was so kind to let us check in early. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that! The cold melon water at check-in was refreshing and a lovely touch. Once we got to our room, I was thrilled to find it so clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was perfect, the room was nice and quiet, and the view of the trees outside was just beautiful. This place is nestled in a peaceful business district, surrounded by greenery and even a few wild turkeys wandering around—what a fun surprise! It really feels like a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown. After this experience, we’ve decided to say goodbye to the Hyatt and make this our new go-to spot!

Recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento and had a fantastic experience, particularly as a Globalist member. The staff provided excellent recognition of Globalist status, which included a generous room upgrade that made our stay even more comfortable. The upgraded room was spacious, well-appointed, and offered a great view, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The lounge was a highlight, offering a satisfactory breakfast spread with a good variety of options to start the day. The lounge staff were attentive and kept the area clean and well-stocked. Self-parking was reasonably priced at $25 per night, which felt like a good deal for a downtown location. The parking facilities were convenient and secure, making it hassle free. The lobby bar was another standout as always. The drink selection was good, and the bartenders were friendly and engaging, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, the staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and professional, from the front desk to housekeeping. Their warmth and attentiveness made the stay truly enjoyable. We’d highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Sacramento for travelers looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great amenities and excellent service.

Great hotel toght next to the State Capital & Capital Park. Room was very comfortable, roomy & bed was comfortable. Great cocktail bar but restaurant for dinner time is closed Mondays & Tuesdays. Found an amazing restaurant for dinner, very walkable, the Prelude. 5 STARS & must try.

Basically, we enjoyed a 1 night staycation (from Bay Area). We're Discoverists so they kindly let us check in a bit early and check-out a bit late. We were over-the-top happy with the entire experience. We travel a lot and prioritize Hyatt stays and this property hands-down was the best service we've had in years! From check-in to restaurant servers everyone was tops! We ended up having dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food/service was outstanding. Prices were fair as well for a full-service property. Parking is on-site, super convenient. The pool area was fabulous, although the pool a bit COLD for our pleasure. Stay-Fit is really nice but not inside hotel but not a problem. Our room was a great size and super clean, comfortable fabulous night's sleep. This hotel is great location for a visit to Old Town Sac, Capital Building and the Stanford Mansion. We loved our stay so much we're coming back for a long holiday weekend soon. Shout-out to Angelo for value-added service on a few easy requests. The only slight challenge we had was the Wi-Fi. The hotel was full and on a Saturday evening Wi-Fi was super slow and unreliable. We really had trouble streaming which was a disappointment in our fabulous large comfy room with huge 65" inch TV ! After a busy long day we were looking forward to a few good shows on uTube or Hulu.

The room seemed a bit dated with ugly light switches and outlets that DID NOT WORK except the one in the bathroom. The walls were dilapidated and the decor dated (headboards/carpet). I was told this was a newly renovated property but maybe it just got a "face lift." Very ugly lobbycarpet. Also it seemed tacky to charge for daily parking. In room, only 2 glasses and cups for coffee which seemed minimal. Recessed lighting is good but generally too dim. Good points were friendly staff and the fact I could open the sliding door for fresh air as the room seemed dank. For the price I would expect a room with more updated decor, functionality and amenities. Convenient location by 1-5. Clean with good water pressure in shower and excellent toiletries (Pharmacopia brand - quality).

Friendly staff who are very attentive, welcoming and helpful. From door service to the cleaning crews, I was met with a greeting and smile. On site eateries ranged from family friendly to an adult evening out, yet all delicious and moderately priced. Having flown in, I missed packing a few items and was able to purchase what I needed at a convenient onsite shop. Enjoyed my stay and recommend to those wanting a little finer experience.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities, including the fully equipped kitchen, made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality options that catered to every taste. The hotel’s location is also perfect—close to everything Davis has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, responding promptly and kindly to any request. Hyatt House Davis deserves every one of these five stars and more. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning!

Easy check in, comfortable room (spacious and clean) and bed (fluffy and soft). Good breakfast with enough options to satisfy. Room for improvement: Didn’t understand why the hotel would charge for parking (rural US, plenty of land/space, no competing parking pressures, and no alternative means of getting to hotel other than a car) but they comped it, so very appreciative of that. The shower area is designed such that water gets out of the shower area and all over the floor of the sink area. Hyatt is a large chain and I would expect a higher level of architectural/design know-how than what was put in place.

This property is clean and new. It’s off to the side with nothing around it so not walkable to restaurants or shops. Thought it would have more amenities such as a kitchenette but only fridge and microwave and no utensils. There’s a bar and a breakfast is included.

Staff are wonderful!! Breakfast is good and room was clean and convenient. There were bikes to rent! And parking was convenient and safe. Unfortunately one side (facing highway) was noisy. TV didn’t work well (some channels intermittently worked which was frustrating). All in all 8.5/10!

Great little hotel. Very clean and modern. Staff was nice and helpful. Not walkable to campus or downtown which is what I would have preferred but not a big deal either. Area is nice and quiet, despite being next to the highway. Overall, a great stay.

Great location, easy off/on highway. Staff have been really nice & helpful. Breakfast was good, hot & fresh with a lot of choices. They have an espresso/hot chocolate/cappuccino machine in the breakfast area you can access anytime. I had 2 so far & they are good... cheese Omelettes, potatoes, sausage links, biscuits & gravy, waffles, yogurt, hot & cold cereals, hard boiled eggs, assorted breads & pastries, coffee, milk & juice. Room was clean & well stocked with towels, shampoo/conditioner & body wash in the shower & a blow dryer. Bed is comfortable. There is a coffee maker, microwave & refrigerator also.. nice pool with a nice shaded lawn area. I didn't see a hot tub... if you're checking in late at night you'll need to ring the four bell located to the left of the lobby doors. All room entrances are outside.

The location is great, well priced, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast had lots of options, and the woman in charge of the breakfast area is efficient and friendly. The parking lot was spacious and also clean. Even the men working on sprinklers and random things were friendly. The shower heated quickly and had great water pressure.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable. I read the reviews about the carpark being sketchy, but it was totally fine. Well lit and felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants in walking distance, so dinner was convenient. There was a problem with our swipe card when we arrived but it was fixed quickly and staff managed it really well. Was a nice stay.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed at. Not just my room but the entire property was kept up. Every staff member I enter acted with was pleasant and helpful. They serve a nice breakfast every morning and have several coffee options including espresso! Also check out is 11am, most places Ive stayed in it's 10am. Great place to stay, great price. Theres a cornerstore within walking distance, also a mexican restaurant and Mc Donalds. So thats helpful if youre not driving. I will for sure stay here again if I'm back in town.

Excellent choice! Enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and well-maintained, though a bit small, and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering great service. Very welcoming, nice lounge, appealing lobby area, large size dining, the complimentary breakfast buffet could have had more variety and taste. The overall experience was very positive and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to visit again and stay in the near future

Nice, clean, secure hotel. You need your key card to use the elevator, but can also set it up on your phone, which my husband loved. The employees were all so kind. The pool was great, hottub too. Our room was clean and so comfy. Our air conditioning was perfect in our room. The hallways and elevator seemed to be struggling in the heat wave, but it didn't affect our room at all. We had pizza & chicken from the restaurant and it was some of the best food of our trip. We will definitely stay here whenever we're in Sacramento from now on.

I had a very nice experience at the hotel. We went for New Year's Eve and had dinner at the hotel at the restaurant and the food was delicious! It also haa a full bar in the restaurant and hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean. I loved the shower. I felt safe there. Arden Mall is about 3 minutes by car. It has restaurants, shopping, and everything you would need. I recommend staying here.

I have to admit when I read the other reviews i was nervous about having booked this hotel, but was pleasantly surprised to find my worries were unfounded. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff. First by the shuttle driver and then by the front desk. Based on my Hilton status i was upgraded to the higher floor and was even offered a cookie before heading to my room. The hotel is not perfect, but over all in good condition. the room i had was very nice with lots of space, a refrigerator, microwave, safe, large TV and a comfy king bed. I also liked that they have two sinks one outside of the bath shower area. I ordered room service while I was here as well and it was delivered by another friendly staff member. I’m happy to report that all of my experiences here have been great and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet at night. The restaurant had small , excellent breakfast and dinner selections .

I have stayed at the Fort Sutter regularly over the last year and this is by far my favorite hotel. The staff is incredible, from Nailah, Sosa and Allison to the bar and Cafe Bernardo staff. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. I have trouble sleeping in hotels but love these rooms and the comfortable beds. There is ample storage for clothes (drawers, pull-outs and of course the standard bar with hangers). The bathrooms are gorgeous with space to put my toiletries. The decor and vibe in the lobby and bar is so cute - trendy but welcoming with a great cocktail menu. I love the fact that you can order food from Cafe Bernardo at the Four Palms to enjoy with your drinks. And the service is always top-notch. Location is also great, close to yummy restaurants (Paragary's, Hidden Dumpling House) and tons of coffee shops (Temple is worth the 15-min. or so walk). The fitness center is cute and has the essentials. While I love this hotel, the staff is truly what makes this place special- they are kind, welcoming, incredibly helpful, and make you feel SEEN. It is so clear that customer experience is centered here at the hotel. They always go out of their way to help me with anything I need and are quick to trouble shoot. They're also fun to chat with and have such a welcoming presence. This is a great hotel for someone traveling for business or for a fun getaway. This will continue to be my resting place whenever I'm in Sacramento.

The location of this hotel is very nice. Front desk staff professional. Cool contemporary lobby. Paid parking next door that was very convenient. We had a quiet corner room with King for three nights. Spacious and lots of windows. Good amenities in bathroom. Bed was not very comfortable. The housekeeping was hit and miss. Ex: levazzq pods or cups not re-stocked. The restaurant -Bernardo Cafe - was disappointing. We ate there for a dinner and breakfast. There is a real opportunity to train the staff on actual service. Very little to no follow up. For dinner, the soup literally had no soup. The Thai salad is good. I'd give breakfast an F. We had reservations, was seated and then we waited 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge our group of 3. The restaurant was half full. Server was surly and didn't seem to want to be there. I heard servers complaining about how horrible their jobs were. The next day, we ate breakfast at the Orphan - that place was excellent.

The place is sooo clean and the cafe inside is excellent! The food tasted amazing from breakfast to dinner 💕 such a nice thing to know that when you wake up you can get a delicious breakfast instead of a stale tasteless breakfast buffet from the usual hotels. Plus the location itself is wonderful! It is in midtown but is located in the nice quiet area, you go to sawyer hotel which is around the corner and it is loud and just not relaxing there. But this place is quiet for the most part and chill. Everything is very close to it too, the zoo, museums and other tourist spots. Highly recommend it! We will be definitely be coming back!

This was a week long business trip. First time in Sacramento so I wanted to stay in a “nicer” hotel. Arrived at the hotel and I was surprised to see manual doors. There was a lady standing in front of the door waving her hand to get it to open 😂 I opened the door so she could go in. The lobby is pretty cool with plenty of seating and a good size fireplace. Behind the check in counter was the bar that was always busy. Must have been good. Never had a chance to check it out. I always hope for an upgrade being a Diamond member, no such luck. I’ve never been upgraded stateside but when we travel internationally we get upgraded a lot so I’m grateful for that. My room was plenty big for me. The room was clean and spacious. I like the cappuccino machines a little too much. I really like the fact that they continued to check in with me through text messages. I asked for recommendations for dinner and they gave some great advice. I was a bit surprised that there was no fridge. Used my handy text message and they said the fridge was available on demand. I requested one and it was delivered in less than 10 mins Every thing I ordered from the onsite restaurant was delicious. Overall it was a good stay and the staff were very friendly and welcoming with a helpful attitude. If I’m ever in Sacramento again I’d definitely stay here. Night time walking around is a little sketchy when you get away from the hotel.

I travel all over Northern California for business. This is, hands down, my favorite place to stay!! The rooms are good size, clean, and very comfortable! The staff is absolutely amazing!! The manager, Sosa and reception, Nailah are so warm and friendly and recognize me every visit. The restaurant and bar are really fun with great food, atmosphere, and service. It’s so convenient to have it all right there! I won’t stay anywhere else when I’m in Sac.

We stayed two nights for a conference and had a very pleasant stay. Our room had a king bed and a spacious bathroom with grab bar. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping staff stopped to see if we wanted service after only one night. Troy was extremely helpful and friendly and it was a pleasure to speak to him as we left and came back for our conference. The breakfast area was very well stocked with lots of pastries, 2 waffle irons, cereals, fruit and delicious scrambled eggs with sausage links. The staff kept everything clean and well stocked. Since we were downtown, it was a nice feature to have a gated parking area to secure our car, especially since the area did have some seedy characters around. However, we never felt threatened or uncomfortable. Troy kept a close eye on the entrance and made us feel comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

This location wasn’t an elegant top of the line hotel, but it definitely has been worth my money. When we arrived around 8pm. The attendant that greeted us was welcoming & got our room checked in quickly. The parking area is a gated area which was a major plus, not to mention the area didn’t seem to bad. The room was very clean & spacious. The bed is very comfortable & was made beautifully. Breakfast was more than I had expected it to be & the food was hot. The attendant was on top of refilling everything & cleaning. She was very friendly & I felt comfortable dining in the breakfast area. I would recommend this hotel & will definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was very spacious and clean. The AC worked really well. The bathroom was a nice size, too, with shampoo and conditioner strapped to the wall, as well as bar soaps and lotion. The Fitness Center has an elliptical, a bike, free weights and a treadmill. There is also a small business center and laundry room. I was impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene taken with the Breakfast selection. The coffee cups were indiividuallly sealed, the fruits were wrapped individually. There is a nice selection of cold cereals, fresh juices, breads and muffins. Also a waffle iron. While we were there, the housekeepers deep cleaned the carpets in the corridor. Checking in and checking out was quick and efficient. There is also a gate to the guest parking which provides much needed security in this area. This hotel is also convenient to many good eateries and activities.

We booked this late for a quick stopover and everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, secure car park, clean and comfortable room and breakfast exceeded our expectations (hot eggs/sausages, cereals, freshly made waffles, tasty Danishes etc). It was a nice touch that all the fruit was individually wrapped from a COVID perspective. The cleaners were pleasant too and the whole place smelled and looked fresh. Would recommend!

The property was nice, clean and very cozy inside. Lots of common area and gathering area. The room was very spacious and decorated modern and without carpet-huge win! There is no smoking and no pets allowed on premises, which allows everything to smell fresh and is easy on the lungs for anyone with pulmonary challenges. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The prices at the restaurant and for a room service are very reasonable. And the food was great!

Very nice hotel. I was impressed with how nice and clean it was - from walking into the hotel lobby, to walking down the hall to my room. My room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had a fridge, microwave and coffee machine. I also liked the fact that there is an on-site restaurant and bar. Makes it so convenient and the food was pretty good too. There’s also a little mart area where you can purchase snacks/drinks. The free shuttle is also a plus. I would definitely stay here again.

the hotel staff is amazing . rooms are so good and clean the bed was so comfortable . And our bartender Davin was amazing and he take care of like a family members and we try the drink he make margrita for us it was so good and we try the butter chicken in the dinner suggest by the Davin it was so yummy . in the morning the breakfast was complousry for everyone and its so fresh and good and again davin is the pillar of the bussiness

Our group had dinner at the hotel restaurant tonight and had an amazing meal and experience. Aylin and Levi were very attentive and professional. They made the group feel very welcomed. The Hotel is very nice and rooms extremely comfortable.

This hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. Hotel is well kept from Ground Floor To the Top Floor. Hotel has washers and dryers on the second floor right around from the gym. Get two chores done at once, or just take a dip in the swimming or jacuzzi.

The last time we stayed was five years ago. Parking’s now $25/day. I could hardly recognize the lobby of the recently renovated hotel. It felt modern and welcoming. Commendable improvement! Front desk staff was friendly; we especially appreciated Shelly for being very helpful. Our room on the seventh floor overlooking the pool was clean and quiet. Plenty of electrical outlets. Loved the layout with a desk, a table for two, a sofa bed, two flat screen TVs, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable king bed. Bathroom was nicely maintained. Complimentary breakfast area in the lobby was well-designed. Standard breakfast items served with functional paper plates and plastic flatware.

So impressed! Our first time at this hotel, and we always choose Marriott. We were so delighted with our stay from start to end! The gentleman who checked us in, (kind and very tall , I wish I had gotten his name), was so professional and treated me like I was a VIP! he walked me out to view the parking area, provided concise and accurate instructions, and explained my room type and view over the Capitol park area. The pool area is amazing! The breakfast area also exceeds most hotel buffets, had sausage and gravy, and fluffy biscuits! We were thrilled to find our room had a view of the capitol building! The room itself was very large with a separate king bedroom, a living area with large sofa, and desk. Each room had large windows and darkening curtains. We had a kitchenette with wonderful refrigerator, a dishwasher and 2 burner stove. Everything was spotless and squeaky clean. We could not have imagined a nicer room, and will only stay at Residence Inn on our next trip to Sac! I hope to reach Gold status soon!

This hotel is everything you want in a hotel. Clean, well located, friendly staff and outstanding rooms. Have a studio suite with a bedroom door gives you space if you need it. If one of you likes to stay up late you won’t disturb the other person. The kitchen has a stove microwave full size fridge and all utensils. Breakfast has scrambled eggs , egg whites, waffle maker, toast potatoes bagel sandwiches several juices oatmeal great coffee and plenty of seating. Parking is $25 which is fair compared to other hotels downtown. It is self parking and there are plenty of spaces. Super easy and convenient. Pool is clean and gym has all the basic’s elliptical treadmill weights. Definitely recommend so many restaurants near by and the Capital Park across the street for a morning stroll. I always felt safe. Thank you to the employees here who really work hard and are super kind efficient and friendly. Check in took about 5 minutes and was seamless. Also They have a little commissary to buy essentials and snacks as well in the lobby.

Perfect stay for business or leisure trip. Daily breakfast was very helpful for a good meal to start the day and kitchenette in the room was great to have for other meals and snacks. The in room desk was large and comfortable to work from and the layout of the room made for a nice stay. Laundry room came in handy and traveled home with clean clothes! Didn't use the pool or gym but nice that both are conviently located on the property. Safe area and walkable to restaurants, parks and shopping.

Great property, friendly helpful staff! Highly recommend booking a night with breakfast package. Wonderful assortment of food including espresso and cappuccino. The rooms are clean and modern bed was comfortable with plush linen. Valet service was quick.

This stayed in the newly renovated room in September 2024. I'm also the first person ever to stay in the room. It's modern and obviously clean. There's still a mini fridge in the room with a coffee maker. I come to Sacramento for government work monthly and I've also stayed suite sand "regular" rooms. I've also stayed in most major hotels in Sacramento but the Sheraton is the most central hotel in downtown. It is across the street from the convention center and a block north of the Capitol. The manager, Kevin T, personally walked me to the room and showed me all the amenities. There's a Sheraton Club lounge on the 2nd floor for breakfast and afternoon snacks. It has all day sodas etc.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The restaurant and starbucks located in the restaurant made it so much easier than having to drive around town for food or coffee. The restaurant is open until 12-1 a.m. which is convenient to those of us who are returning from a late night show. The beds are comfy, front desk staff is personable. Will definitely be going back when in Sacramento.

We stayed for two nights just as a fun weekend get-away. Since we had tickets for a concert at The Crest, this hotel was really convenient and easy walking distance to the venue and a lot of restaurants near by. We didn't rent a car, so didn't have to deal with parking and walked everywhere. The front desk service was friendly and fast, and both check-in and check-out was very smooth and easy. Our room was on the 13th floor and fairly spacious. It was in good condition, but all the fixtures, furniture, and finishes were tired. Everything was functional and clean so no complaints at all, but maybe a refresh is due soon. If you're staying in downtown Sacramento I would recommend the Grand Sheraton, and I'd stay here again.

Stayed here while attending a conference. The main lobby was under renovation but that didn't affect my stay. My room was large and newly renovated. No issues with check in, and the staff I met were all pleasant. Big-nice- surprise for me was the breakfast buffet for $10 in the second floor lounge. It's free for Silver bonvoy members. Great coffee and pastries and fresh fruits. I am not usually a big eater, but here I went back for seconds. (I am coming from the east coast, where fruits are not that great tasting outside a very short growing season. ) Would definitely recommend a stay here!

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. I wish there was a pool/jacuzzi. Rooms were clean, spacious, and beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Central location for downtown sac.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the AC Hotel, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed with their outstanding customer service. Every team member was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were immaculate and incredibly comfortable. It was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, as everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, and I enjoyed a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. One of the highlights of my stay was the bar experience, thanks to the amazing bartender, Renee. She went above and beyond to ensure that my evening was truly memorable. Her cocktail recommendations were spot-on, and she took the time to chat, making me feel like a valued guest. Her vibrant personality and dedication to her craft added a special touch to my time at the hotel. Overall, the AC Hotel exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and a fantastic bar experience. I can’t wait to return!

Great stay! Micheal at front desk was awesome. Lobby, elevators, hallways super clean. Room had no view but it was excellent and very roomy. Kind of different with sink area outside of bathroom. Nice rain shower option. Bed was perfect and had a great nights sleep. Only downer was valet parking company is separate from hotel and was not very friendly or helpful. Yet overall extremely satisfied with my stay.

Sleek new hotel, very modern, clean and comfortable. I chose the hotel for its proximity to the train station and the Capitol Mall area where I had a meeting. It was also one of the more reasonable, cost-wise, in the area. It’s downtown, so there was some some grit and street noise (the light rail goes by right out front) but not too bad and I felt fairly safe walking around in the early evening (solo female traveler). There seem to be some nicer restaurants nearby, but quick/easy/casual dining dinner options were a bit sparse (things seem to close early). The hotel had food options, but a little spendy. It had other nice amenities too, although I couldn’t fully take advantage on just a quick overnight.

We were in Sacramento overnight for a family event. The hotel is lovely, the staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is self parking in the garage or valet parking. If you’re planning on using your car valet parking is the way to go. You pay a flat fee per day plus tip for it. Self parking is more expensive if you’re going in and out as they charge you each time. All in all we were very pleased.

My suite was very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen was complete including a toaster, dishwasher, and all needed utensils. The refrigerator even had an ice maker. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. The living area was spacious and included a large desk area. The front desk staff was so helpful (a special shout out to Sarah). The breakfast included a varied menu and hot foods were always hot. The laundry room was clean and the washers and dryers worked very well. The fitness room was well equipped with two treadmills, a ramp style elliptical,free weights, and a workout bench. I was visiting family in the area. That can be exhausting. This suite was provided the quiet, clean, relaxing break I needed. I hope to stay there again. I do recommend that visitors request a room that is not on the freeway side of the building.

I frequently travel for both business and personal. As such, I have stayed in many hotels from the top 3 star and above chains. I am taking the time to write this review as my experiences at Residence Inn Rancho Cordova have been exceptional! I travel to the area often for business and each time I stay at this wonderful suite hotel, my expectations are exceeded again and again. To start, Kristin Goble, the Director of Sales arranged a corporate rate for us that brought the price closer to our budget. This has allowed us to use this great property each of the many times we are up there. In fact, one of my colleagues has been staying there close to three months. Each time I visit, Kristin goes above and beyond ensuring that me and my colleague guests are very happy and makes us feel so welcome as if we are at home. Additionally, I have had similar excellent experiences with Norma and Noel during my many stays. All of the staff go out of their way providing exceptional service. The beautiful suites are always impeccable. The hot breakfast is always fresh and delicious. The grounds of the hotel are very well kept and perfect for walking my service dog who travels with me. Lastly, the location is wonderful, right off the 50 and Zinfandel and in walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. This is an exceptional hotel with wonderful caring staff, awesome large suites and a superior location. I highly recommend this great establishment to any prospective guests.

While the Residence Inn had some challenges, like the elevator being out of service (and we were on the top floor) and the room floor not being as clean as expected, the overall experience was still positive. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and we felt very safe during our stay. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and delicious. Because of that, we’ll definitely be back.

I don’t regret stayed on that hotel very clean, peaceful and quiet, I had more of what I was expecting. Overall, excellent place to stay. This will be from now on my favorite hotel! Very friendly housekeeping, and staff, free breakfast, everything was good, I love the kitchen, and next to the hotel is a casino:) , beds are very confortable, Exceptional!!!

Had a great stay at this family friendly hotel. It had a great complimentary breakfast that pleased everyone. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It’s always nice to have a full size refrigerator and kitchen when traveling with kids. Staff was friendly and welcoming also...definitely recommend for family or longer stays!

the pool and jacuzzi area very relaxing with water falls. it walked out the rest of the world and was like I had gone away on vacation

The rooms are very large and comfortable. The place is old school and although it could use a remodel, they seem to take good care here. Room and facility is clean and the staff very friendly. The room I had included a coffee maker, nice desk area, a small refrigerator and comfortable beds and chairs. No daily housekeeping at this time, but the Marriott breakfast in the restaurant was very nice, Staff in the restaurant were all great, friendly and helpful. Easy freeway access without any traffic noise. Id absolutely stay again when in the area.

Our room was newly renovated so was clean and modern. They are still renovating but it was no bother to us. The bed was comfortable. Kudos to the breakfast crew for a great meal. Dinner was unremarkable, though the service was friendly.

The property is clean and nice. It’s is nice to have a restaurant and coffee shop on site. Beds were comfy and pool area was nice. Keys were needed for elevator access which was a nice safety feature. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

We were Caldor fire evacuees so we found a room at Courtyard Marriott. The staff was so accommodating to the fire evacuees by offering a 30% discount on rooms that we were renting by the day, not knowing how long we would have to stay. When we asked to have the room cleaned after a few days, we were told that they clean the rooms after guests leave, but were willing to clean ours since we didn't know how long we would be staying. The room had a mini fridge but I wish I had known we could have requested a microwave. We were relieved to find that they had all recommended Covid-19 health and safety measures in place, and an update describing the measures the hotel was taking. While we were there we enjoyed spending time in the spacious lobby and well-tended grounds and pool area. The hotel is well situated, close to the freeway and in a clean business park where we felt safe to take daily walks.

Staff was super friendly, location was great, several restaurants close by. The room was recently remodeled. Pool and jacuzzi were super convenient especially after soccer games. Breakfast at the property was super convenient too.! In and out and chick-fil -a within walking distance.

The staff was very proficient and accommodating. They went to extra effort to meet our check in needs and during our stay they made sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the pool and Jacuzzi were welcomed benefits, the rooms were easily accessed, and the parking was plentiful. The area was a bit busy but within the grounds we didn't notice any disruptions. The property is easily accessed from Interstate 80 and the surrounding town. We enjoyed our stay.

I love how clean and Exclusive it makes me feel in the suites. I love the Cucumber & lemon water in the lobby when you check in. How clean and good the halls smell. Where the Suites are. The Feather pillows & the high top beds. The shades that you can pull down to make it dark. You don't need the AC to stay cool inside. The Jacuzzi was warm in bubbly

Located close to restaurants. Good price, and free breakfast. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and air conditioning worked. Shower hot. TV had enough channels to entertain me. Hot coffee available 24 hours. Ana and Lemi at the front desk were very welcoming and helpful with check in and check out.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Our room was clean, and ready when we arrived. After a long drive to get there we were tired , so that was a plus. Maria, Julius, Caren,Lorie, and Michelle were absolutely on point, friendly, and welcoming. The food staff , and cleaning crew were friendly they came every morning to clean our room. The food was delicious yummy 😋🤤.

The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a suite with refrigerator, stove, and microwave, which save us a lot. We were able to prepare meals on the days we didn’t dined out. The continental breakfast was on point real breakfast eggs, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, bacon, sausages my family, and I was very comfortable. Enjoy our stay. The staff were very friendly, it felt like a family

This was the first time I stayed at a TownPlace Suite. It was nice, the location was safe. Getting to the hotel was a little tricky, but a good location. Not really close to food options, but was quiet. The room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff was pleasant. We got the 2 queen room which did not have a couch was for 1 night was great. The bathroom area was a little small if you had 4 people in the room - we had just 2. The kitchen was nice. Small full size fridge, no ice maker inside, solid cook top, cookware and dishes etc. were provided. The sink did not have a rubber boot so you couldn't use the garbage deposal, the coffee maker was missing the coffee basket, and we did not have an ice bucket (they could not provide one so I had to use a trashbag), but other than that it was a great stay and good room.

This is an excellent hotel. Spacious room, comfy beds, very clean. I couldn’t ask for more in the room. The breakfast was good as well with great strong coffee. My only nitpicks are the other guest noise, construction noise and the lack of handicap parking spots.

Our first 2nights our room was great, third night was a different room and the bed was horrible, sunk down in middle and very worn out. Other then that the place wax great! Friendly staff , clean, nice breakfast safe location
