We were upgraded on our arrival to a room with a jacuzzi, the staff were unbelievably helpful and polite. The food was exceptional in the restaurants.

Every thing was magical , food , hospitality and of course the whole staff … special thank to Mr.Ramy Gad he made our stay like a dream he made an Upgrade to Jacuzzi Suite with full sea view…. We will definitely back very soon. Love you Premiere Le Reve ❤️

Very clean place, with amazing food and super friendly staff. Once we arrived we got upgraded to the best suite they have by Mr Khaled Helmy who was super friendly, helpful and generous from the very beginning to the last minute. They allowed us to check out late by 6 hours to be convenient with our flight since they had the chance to. The buffet has lots of different cuisines with great quality. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and very comfortable and clean, we also had jacuzzi in our suite which was amazing. The pools and the beach are also amazing!

Everything was perfect, the staff were helpful, friendly and polite, especially Mr. Khalid, he upgraded our room to a suite with a jacuzzi, this was an unexpectedly nice gesture and he took great care of us throughout the stay, providing all the amenities. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the pool. The main restaurant was very good. There was all kinds of food and it was very delicious. The swimming pools are big enough and very clean. Social activities are provided throughout the day and night by the friendly staff.

Unforgettable Stay – Everything Was Perfect! This resort exceeded all expectations! The food was absolutely wow — flavorful, fresh, and with plenty of variety. The beach was stunning and clean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The pool area was just as amazing — spacious, well-maintained, and ideal for both fun and relaxation. The facilities overall were excellent, and we enjoyed every single moment. Highly recommended for a perfect beach getaway!

It was amazing everything is perfect the sandy beach little bit small but amazing and have fish in there u could make snorkeling , lagoon is perfect , infinity pool is amazing but u need to wake up early at 8 to reserve a seat In the pool , Asian restaurant is so delicious , animation team is fun , the night club fun too

Stunning property with many interesting areas, the Marina with a European feel, the beaches, the pools. Very large area so good for walking or jogging when the weather is cooler. The room was spacious and comfortable, not the most luxurious room we’ve ever had in terms of decor, but practical and well equipped. The view from the balcony over the sea was beautiful. The bed was the most comfortable we’ve had in Egypt. Could always get a sunbed at any time of day except at the large infinity pool where the beds all seem to be taken by breakfast time. Food and drinks were standard Egyptian hotel fayre, we could always find something to eat. Good American coffee at breakfast. We enjoyed the selection of buffet restaurants, was nice to have a variety to choose from. And zero stomach upsets. The gym was nice, had everything we needed and had good aircon. Overall we would return as a couple and would recommend.

The hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The food was good and offered variety. The second massage was excellent – special thanks to Rabab, Riham, and Niamaa, who were truly professional and kind. In the beauty salon, Ibtisam was absolutely amazing – she works with love and care, and we felt very well looked after. The vehicles provided by White Shark transfer service were modern, clean, and comfortable.

We had an unforgettable stay with the family at Pickalbatros Citadel Sahl Hasheesh. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options, and the Italian restaurant – available as a one-time experience – was a fantastic addition to our stay. There are numerous beach areas, swimming pools, and a beautiful infinity pool, all well-maintained and inviting. The staff were absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and always ready to help. We were greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, and the all-inclusive dining offered unlimited food options throughout the day. The culinary variety was impressive, with a rich selection of Asian, Oriental, and international dishes always available. I particularly appreciated the healthy food options, which were a thoughtful touch. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and looked out directly over the sea – truly stunning views. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to families or anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape.

Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

The hotel was very good- our Romance Jacuzzi Suite was amazing! The food was delicious and staff were very friendly and helpful. Me and my wife came for our honeymoon and they made our stay unforgettable! The beach was beautiful and clean and the beach staff were passing by all the time asking us if we want any drinks.

Beautiful atrium, food hall, lovely huge jacuzzi suite, decent buffet food overall with lots of selection for meat eaters and themed evenings to add variety, efficient service with quick check in, amazing new spa facilities and hammam (truly 5*), well equipped gym, quiet bay to swim. Very good service especially from reception staff. Special thanks to ibrahim who helped us during our stay. Room was always cleaned promptly. Jacuzzi on the balcony was totally amazing. Breakfast was great with their own omlette chef.

The Staff: work sometimes 16hr days and do their best to speak i the language of thwir guests. They will bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of. Somwtimea their responses are curt, but never rude. They are mostly cheeky and full of vibrant banter when able. The hotel: if you can, get a sea view room. The roms with the Jacuzzi are on the internal side of the hotel. The decor is veryuch in the region of opulence. There are a few fine touches that have let the place down but you can ignore them and be very comfortable.

Excellent service from all facilities. Beach staff, restaurant staff, reception, room cleaning. Came from Canada, and I have to admit this is the best hotel ever. beach is impeccable every day. Food is great with variety and delicious. Staff serving the food were quick and at the same time courteous/kind . Chefs were always around making sure all is well. All Desserts were excellent especially the oriental. Al la carte restaurants really good , Lebanese and Chinese were just amazing, didn’t get the chance to try Indian. All waiters gave excellent service, one to mention is Ebrahim, quick and professional in dealing with us. But honestly all waiters were wonderful. Food and beverage manager always there to make sure all is running smoothly and very pleasant to deal with. Reception always attentive to our needs and helps to the best of their ability. One that always stand out is Ibrahim at reception. He is an excellent multi tasker and help when needed. Snorkeling trips is a must, braccuda arranged it and was honest as to what to expect and We liked that especially in Egypt. Safari also was excellent we loved the private 3-6 tour (not too long and not too short) Once again Beach just wow. Hotel wow. Will definitely come back again without hesitation.

This is my second time with my family. It has larger occupancy but everything is still amazing. The staff is apparently reduced because of precautionary measures, but they are all proud of their jobs and they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, I like to mention Ibrahim at the reception who endeavors to satisfy your every wish with no hassle, Amr at the beach bar who keeps offering drinks and even makes his best to taylor them to your specific taste. Also Amr at the Italian restaurant who makes impossible things possible and all the others at the main restaurant, the specialty restaurants, the beach, housekeeping and everywhere.

Everything was above expectations, It was great experience. Starting from the reception Veronica was amazing, every time she saw me she made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the service. Salah and Mina at the snack bar, Khaled at the beach bar, chief Mahmoud m, and the waitresses Micheal, Husain, and Saieed were are super friendly and great to chat with. Also the Ramdan from room service was amazing. Food was great and in huge portions, the beach was perfect and the water was so clear. We had a photo session done with Emad, photos were great.

It’s very spacious and very clean. Mahmoud and Seif assisted us the most. They brought us a huge BBQ and we rented from them a golf car for better transportation within Sahl Hashish. Also arranged for us parasailing. Also facilitated a discount for beach use. We had a lot of fun and for sure we will come back again

We had an amazing stay! The room was huge and even had a jacuzzi — we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade on arrival. The staff were super friendly and attentive, always checking if we needed anything. The facilities were excellent: two large pools, a private beach area accessible by shuttle (with a small snorkeling spot full of fish), and a well-equipped gym. The entertainment team was great — very enthusiastic and offering fun activities throughout the day. Drinks and snacks were available almost all day, even at the beach. After check-out, we could still use the pool and buffet, and the hotel even prepared food for us to take away for our flight. Truly great service and attention to detail!

I just had the most incredible honeymoon at Flow Resort. It was the perfect choice for such a special occasion, and everything was truly exceptional. Exceptional Service for Honeymooners: The staff is what makes this resort so special. They really went out of their way to make our honeymoon memorable. A huge shout-out to the front desk team—Amir—for being so welcoming. Rawan from Guest Relations was an absolute star and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. The Beach: The beach is a hidden gem. It was always incredibly clean and never felt crowded, which was perfect for relaxing. Watching the sunset there, with the birds flying by, was an absolutely amazing and unforgettable experience. Delicious Food: The dining was a real highlight. I had some fantastic meals, but my favorites were definitely the Latin restaurant and the incredible noodles at the Spice restaurant. Great Atmosphere & Cleanliness: The pool area is beautiful, my room was kept spotless every single day, and the animation team brings a ton of fun and positive energy to the resort. Room Service: The room service was always prompt and the staff was very courteous. For anyone looking for a flawless and romantic trip, especially a honeymoon, I can't recommend this resort enough.

I recently stayed at Flow Spectrum in Sahl Hasheesh, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The facilities were outstanding, especially the sea water pool and the standard pool — both beautifully maintained and a joy to use. The service throughout our stay was exceptional; staff were attentive, friendly, and always happy to help. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices at every meal. I also loved the coffee bars and drink stations — they served real branded beverages (no imitation cola here!), which was a refreshing surprise. Thoughtful extras like room slippers, a daily-stocked minibar, and readily available bottled water and drinks made the stay feel truly luxurious. If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider adding cat feeding stations, as many other 5-star resorts in Egypt have done. There are several friendly stray cats around the property, and having designated stations with fresh water and dry food would not only enhance the guest experience but also keep the cats from approaching guests during meals. It’s a simple, compassionate solution that many top resorts have implemented. There are also two local vets in Hurghada who offer free sterilisation if contacted, which could further support the hotel’s efforts. Overall, Flow Spectrum was fantastic, and I would return in a heartbeat. A couple of small steps would make it truly flawless.

Our amazing experience started even before we arrived, with a lovely welcome call from Ahmad Gamal that set the tone for what turned out to be a truly special stay. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely accommodating. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Ismail, who was incredibly friendly, professional, and made us feel right at home. He went out of his way to ensure we got a taste of all the resort’s diverse cuisines — and let me tell you, the Italian, Mexican, and Chinese options were absolutely phenomenal! 🤩 Chef Nasser also deserves a big shoutout. His passion for making every guest feel welcome really showed. He was always around, checking in with us and ensuring the dining experience was top-notch. The beach is a short shuttle ride away, but honestly, it was super convenient — shuttles run every hour to Pyramisa Beach, which was beautiful and vibrant. The animation team there kept the energy high and the vibes fun, and the beach lounge served great snacks and drinks all day long- Shout out to Wagdy Ibrahim for the great cocktails 🎉 All in all, the experience was totally worth it — from the food, to the service, to the beach fun — and I’d definitely return again. A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently spent my vacation at Flow resort, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was outstanding. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel truly valued as a guest. A special thanks to Mr. Hamada, the General Manager, whose leadership and attention to detail were clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel’s service. His presence was reassuring, and it was clear he takes great pride in guest satisfaction. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and I want to personally thank Mahmoud Ibrahim from housekeeping for his excellent work. My room was always fresh, tidy, and spotless thanks to his efforts. The guest relationship service was also exceptional. Rawan was incredibly helpful and professional, always checking in to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. She made the experience feel even more personalized and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my trip was the variety of food available. Every meal offered something new and delicious, with a great selection to suit all tastes. Everything was well-prepared and beautifully presented, especially Argentian restaurant. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable vacation. The hotel was amazing all round! The food was exceptional and the chefs were all so friendly and nice. There were so many options to choose from. Special shout out to Emaad , a manager who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Salah in reception was very helpful and made sure we have his private number so he could attend to our every needs The hotel is right on the beach and has loads of swimming pools and an aqua park! The way they pay attention to small details around the venue made it a pleasure to be in. The amount and variety of food and drinks during the day in their bars and stalls made sure we were never hungry or thirsty! They also have various restaurants on site which we could book. Amun spa was exceptional and Ahmed Tiger and Mohammad Abbas were very friendly in making sure we have the right packages booked. Shaima and Enge made sure me and my wife were looked after throughout our private treatments. The animation team, in particular Simba was great. They put on different activities throughout the day and evening for us to enjoy. They were all so friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home! We look forward to coming back to Gravity next year!

beautiful property and rooms. everything was so clean and modern. the buffet options were great and very tasty. the staff were all so friendly, professional and helpful. my partner injured himself in the sea and the recreation team and lifeguards were so quick to help. he had to get stitches at the hotel clinic and the doctor (Dr Kerolos) was amazing. a special thank you to all the staff - Mahmoud and Adel at the beach bar and Merry in reception who went above and beyond. fantastic service.

Wonderful friendly staff especially the guest relations woman. They planned us an anniversary evening. Was a surprise and was great! We were upgraded to a suite with sea view. Spectacular beach and pool view, very large room. The pool and the aquapark was very good. The restaurants were ok. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping did a great job! Clean and a surprise towel animal everyday. We loved it. Thanks everyone.

This resort is one of the best places I have been to. Cleaness is perfect everywhere ( rooms, pool , peach, restorant, gym, etc..). Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, with drinks/ minibar and toilet items being replaced on a daily basis. Food is available in plenty of amounts with a lovely test. All working team members are very friendly, cooperative, and very welcoming. You don't have to go anywhere when you spend your vacation in this place, as everything is equipped in this hotel. You can enjoy the beach, the pools, the Aqua, enjoyable entertainment, and the beautiful walk along a fantastic walking track. I would like to thank Ms. Merry and Mr. Salah from the reception team for the welcoming and support. Also, I would like to thank Mr. Mahmoud and Mr. Abdulsalam from the catering team for the excellent service.

We chose Gravity Hotel for our honeymoon, being our first visit to Sahel Hashosh. Our expectations were exceeded as the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel exemplifies immaculate cleanliness, and the staff is highly professional and incredibly helpful. With fun activities scattered throughout, we were spoilt for choice, but two aspects stood out for us. Firstly, the food was amazing with a vast array of options for every meal, and the taste was simply awesome. Secondly, we were fortunate to have the exceptional Merry, who went above and beyond to ensure our trip was unforgettable. From the moment we walked into the lobby, she attended to our every need, ensuring our trip was not only satisfactory but also memorable. Furthermore, she kindly upgraded our room and provided us with additional benefits, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The hotel provided a sense of calm and tranquility that set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. We opted for Private pool villa and loved it. Especially the private terrace and pool, clean bathroom and amazing bed. Majority of staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. Whether it was suprising our daughter with festive decorations for her birthday or offering recommendations for restaurants. A special thanks to Mohammed and Kerim (Housekeeping), Ramy and Bahgat (Front desk), Awal (Restaurant) just to name a few. Unfortunately a few staff members fell short in providing same level of outstanding service. Beach is relaxing and quite with excellent snorkeling/diving experience. Also the main pool area is beautiful with great views of Red Sea. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. A few minor improvements: - Slippers in the room were really uncomfortable compared to high quality slipper at other Oberoi hotels we stayed at. - WiFi is poor in almost all common areas (however we learned at check out that a portable WiFi router can be borrowed from reception)

The Oberoi Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh is a very special place. With an amazing Red Sea location, beautiful pools, and delicious food, it is designed to provide a relaxing experience for all guests. The Oberoi is luxurious without feeling stuffy. Every room is a spacious suite that includes a private courtyard, bathroom with natural lighting, sitting area, two televisions, walk-in closet, and comfortable bed. The shower has the best water pressure of any resort I’ve stayed at, and the sunken bathtub is inviting. The views of the Red Sea are gorgeous and the resort grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The Oberoi staff are superb and genuinely interested in the comfort and well-being of guests. I was greeted warmly by name each day that I was at the resort. My luggage missed my connecting flight and the reception staff helped me to resolve the issue with the airline. Special thanks to Ramy for making sure I’d be well taken care of in Cairo after I checked out. The food is delicious. The menus offer a wide range of cuisines and change daily to ensure offerings remain fresh and varied. There is also a nightly buffet and a weekly BBQ by the pool. I was particularly impressed that the executive chef visits the tables to ensure that guests are enjoying their meals. My only regret about staying at the Oberoi is that I could not stay longer. I’ve traveled extensively and the Oberoi Resort Sahl Hasheesh is the finest resort I’ve stayed at.

We stayed in Hurghada following our site-seeing in Cairo and were very happy that we chose the Oberoi. The main complex is very pretty, and built around a courtyard that also functions as a dining and entertainment area, creating a very relaxing and enjoyable ambience at meal times. The food itself is good. Plenty of variety at breakfast, same said for the a la carte and buffets later, and we enjoyed them all. My wife also enjoyed the pool, while I was always able to find a quiet and relaxing spot to enjoy a few books. There's also a generous area of private beach, and all the facilities, including a spa, diving centre and gym, were clean and well maintained. The suites are great, with daily housekeeping and a private outdoor terrace, and each a short walk or cart ride through beautifully maintained lawns and gardens overlooking the Red Sea. The best thing about our stay though, were the staff. Always helpful and polite, they went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and had everything we needed. We are both really grateful for all their hard work. I can definitely recommend a stay at the Oberoi Beach Resort if you are visiting Egypt.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay at Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh. It was like coming to heaven when you enter the gates of the resort. The staff wasn't just staff at the hotel, they were kind, same familiar faces everyday made you feel comfortable and safe. Day or night, always a smile on their face, always ready to help. Our accommodation was way above our expectations. It was a house! Good working ac, free water, walk in closet.. Everything was good. The room/bathroom were clean, fresh air, the pool was amazing and absolutely a dream! The view of the red sea, sandy beach. (++ For the service available at Sandy beach!) We never had dinner at the restaurant since we had dinner outside every evening exploring Hurghada, but we did have breakfast and enjoyed all of it. Definitely worth it. The stay at the resort made our trip to Hurghada smooth. Egypt has so much to offer, definitely coming back and our stay will definitely will be at Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh. More than amazing . . Privacy, clean, the suits design v different and comfortable . . Facilities more than perfect the stuff are amazing and do anything to make u happy big thanks to Mr. Maher reception who works to satisfy us with changing our suit to a better location and he was very keen on that . . Big thank to all the waiters and chief at the restaurant in the breakfast time especially Mr. Sherif, Mr. Mansour, Mr. Rawy ,and a very special thnx to Chef el Hussieny who was v keen to bring me my danish every morning even if it was not in the breakfast for any day 😃 . . Also v thanks to the life guards on the marin (jetty) and the beach guard who proceeded in the first aid for my niece when she hurted in her knee a. We spent 9 days at Zen Resort by TBH Hotels in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, and we were thrilled with our experience. The rooms are modern, spacious, and equipped with all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay, including 24-hour room service. The view of the Red Sea from the rooms is spectacular, perfect for enjoying the sunset. The private beach is easily accessible with a free shuttle. I would like to thank Mohamed, the reception manager, who stood out for his kindness, availability, and professionalism. He did everything to make our stay special, responding to all our needs efficiently and attentively. His presence truly made a difference. The food at lunch and dinner is good. We highly recommend Zen Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a peaceful environment. We are sure we will return soon!

First of all, the location was amazing. When you first arrive you're hit with an amazing view of the sea. We stayed in the Junior Suite (2 adults and 3 kids), they had 2 smaller beds ready and made for the big kids and the big double bed was more than enough for 2 adults and a toddler. The breakfast was very nice - a small buffet with a variety of foods. Dinner was also excellent - very big portions! It was good. The staff was very friendly - at the hotel itself, by the pool and the beach. Always ready to help and they were all very patient with the kids, which was very nice. The room was cleaned every day and left spotless for us to return to. 100% recommend for families and couples

-The staff was super friendly and welcoming specially the restaurant staff ( Mohamed atteya , the X man and chef mahmoud el nunu they all made an extraordinary effort for us to enjoy our stay ) ( i should also applaud for the responsable of the bakery section he is super super super professional, all bakery were phenomenal ) -The hotel was very clean - the view was superb - the jacuzzi and massage mood was very relaxing also the staff was very professional and friendly - the food in the brazilian restaurant was very delicious Definitely it won’t be my last time to visit

The whole experience was exceptional and the whole staff made it amazing. They were always smiling and always helpful. Started with Mr.Mohamed in the reception, he welcomed us and made us an upgrade to a chalet which was a very nice gesture and he also kept checking if we needed anything during our stay. The restaurant manager, Mr ahmed is a great guy also and was always there and always smiling and was always helping us with our plates and offering drinks. Cant also miss chef Mahmoud Metgaly, who was a very sweet guy also. Also the housekeeping and the life guard at the jacuzzi were nice people to interact with. All in all, its a great experience and I'm definitely coming again!

Beautiful facility with stunning views directly on the beach. The beach is spacious — mostly sandy with crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming and relaxing. The pool area is clean and offers comfortable private sunbeds by the beach (tip: reserve your sunbed early before breakfast if you want a first-row spot). The hotel organizes daily activities and stretching sessions by the beach, along with evening entertainment that adds a nice lively vibe. Breakfast has a good variety and the food is tasty. Staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The surrounding area is pleasant to walk around, with a nice beach promenade and several restaurants and a supermarket just a 2-minute walk away.

I don't normally write reviews but for this I HAD too! Very pleasant stay here. Will return as soon as I can. Beach and views incredible! Breakfast, lunch and dinner good. Lots of variety. Some night better than others. Wine and beer good too. The Brazilian restaurant was amazing and a must! The staff around the pool and in the Lobby bar were excellent and cant do enough for you! Big shout to Mohamed Atya the head waiter in the lobby bar and special thanks to Diaa Ahmed who looked after us every night! The hotel was spotless. You can hire a golf buggy for £20 for the hour and drive down the resort (takes an hour) its beautiful. Recommend the horse riding trip too. The beds were very comfy. Big pool freezing but i liked it. There is a smaller heated pool near the restaurant. Swim up bar. The grounds are stunning! We also did the boat trip to Dolphin house and you will see from the photos i have uploaded how amazing it was! You can book this at the hotel on online (slighter cheaper)

- wonderful beach; spacious, sandy lagoons and lakes overlooking the open sea, clean and have corals in front of his private beach via a bridge. - Rooms are all one floor which gives you the feel of spacious and comfortable. Furthermore, we stayed in a renovated room and it was fine. Front desk “Mohamed Gendia” was keen to provide us with room that suit our needs. - Food: it was made with love and have a variety. Head chef “Alaa El desoky” the one and only and was a real coach that makes difference and one of the things we will be coming again for. He’s capable of making a difference and one of the key persons that can leverage the place. - beach staff are making huge efforts to make sure that beach is always clean throughout the day; they do regularly cleaning every now and then to collect plastic and trash that sea might be throwing. - pet friendly as it should be.

Great Value for money. Beach is amazing and staff is very friendly and helpful. Night shows are good enough to keep you thrilled for a while, room was always clean and a big bottle of fresh water was available on a daily basis. The beach is amazing, with crystal clear water, the pool was cold and refreshing, the food was always available in the buffet, delicious every time.

Very nice and very clean resort with friendly staff. Fresh food always, grills in front of you every day. Even WC got personal attendant, Mr Ibrahim was for ladies, and he was just amaizing to make sure place is spotless. Nice holidays

Amazing place to come back again and again. Nice staff, great reef and fish, food is nice. Great to spend time with family/friends. All the personnel are just amazing - very friendly and helpful

A lot of the rooms have been updated and are all single storey accommodation. Very close to the beach, some annoying flies around pool area but far less on beach and has the only clothes optional beach (one side of the bay )in the whole of Egypt. Staff very helpful but like all of Egypt works on a tip basis for best results. The food here was a little spicier than other hotels we've visited but could always find something to eat, excellent value for money especially on longer stay holidays. Entertainment staff good but not excellent and evening shows in some cases could be improved but the guest relations manager is excellent. Had a couple of small problems throughout the stay but were put right immediately The Christmas Eve Gala meal was at an extra charge and therefore was poorly attended, should have been spelt out in advance hence not many wished to pay the 30 euros per head to attend. Everyone however got a stocking on their doorstep and Father Christmas appeared on Christmas Day. We will certainly book again for next yea.r
