Our room, the halls, and all areas of the hotel were SUPER clean. I am a clean freak and easily get grossed out and this was probably the most clean and comfortable I’ve felt staying somewhere! It smelled so clean all the time (not like strong cleaner, just clean) and you could tell they really put in extra effort to sanitize everything! Their breakfast was amazing too. Fresh pancakes with a toppings bar, fruit, yogurt, omelettes made from actual eggs, sausage, bagels/english muffins, oatmeal w/ toppings, and cereal. Great coffee too! This place has a bunch of fun areas to hang out in, inside and outside. We were able to just relax and enjoy the weather and views while reading, playing games, and more. Location wise, this was perfect. WinCo (grocery store), nice Maverick gas station, Top Golf, and plenty of restaurants are all walkable but you still feel like you’re not right in the middle of it all!

Great location. Breakfast had a variety and was hot and fresh. Coffee was excellent and always available. The room was comfortable and had a good amount of space for luggage. The bathroom was large and the shower was very nice. The hotel was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

Close enough to freeway for convenience, but not so close as to be noisy. Good value for the price. Pool and hot tub with good hours (6am- 11pm). Full breakfast provided--hot and cold cereals, omelettes, bacon, pancakes, yogurt, juices, bagels, toast, spreads. Coffee all day in lobby. Small fridge (no freezer) in room. No microwave in room but there is a microwave in the lobby where there is also a pool table and TV screens showing sports. It's a large, colorful lobby with lots of seating and eating areas. Comfortable bed and pillows. Good water pressure for shower. No bath, but I prefer showers anyway. Rooms are small. Not too much of an issue for two people (except that the room is too narrow to fit a dresser), but for four it would be somewhat cramped. Felt a little dorm room-ish. Functional but utilitarian with lots of black metal and faux wood. Very small desk surface to work on. It's a rolling desk, but that seemed gimmicky considering that there was little space to roll it anywhere. No carpet, dark laminate flooring. No closet, just.a hanging bar over the fridge. My biggest gripe was that there were no drawers to put my things away. I'm someone who unpacks their bags immediately since I hate living out of my suitcase. I had to balance my case on a long, low, narrow bench with no lighting above it, which I found inconvenient. Not a luxury hotel, but clean, generally comfortable, and has most things you need. I would probably stay here again for a night or two.

This hotel is close to I-15 and many restaurants as well as a grocery store across the street. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and the room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and well stocked. The front desk personnel were all friendly. We will definitely be back the next time we visit SLC!

Stayed here twice, super nice, clean, located next to Top Golf which is super fun. BEST breakfast we have ever had at a hotel providing free breakfast. Comfy beds, great sheets. Great shower. We will be back again!

The lobby is very inviting and so clean and well maintained. The front desk assistant was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very big! We had two bikes with us and they fit perfectly into a corner. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, with plenty of hot water and water pressure! We will for sure stay here again!

We had a great experience at the Homewood Suites downtown hotel. The agent at the front desk was fast, friendly and efficient. She had everything we needed ready to go and explained the parking garage situation. It does cost $10.00 per night to park your vehicle. The hotel was nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet had your typical buffet breakfast food items but this one included overnight oats and overnight chia seeds. It was delicious. The attendant at the buffet kept everything cleaned and kept all items stocked. The gym had everything. They had a pulley station, free weights, kettle bells, treadmill, bike, Swiss balls and box step. It was walking distance to a lot of restaurants too. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The location of this hotel is fantastic - a short walk into the central areas and is opposite a nice park which has a market on Saturdays'. The suite itself was very large, with a sizeable bathroom and had a separate kitchen and living room. The beds were also very comfortable and the room was very quiet. The rooms were also modern and kept very clean throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although very busy with a lot of people there. The staff were friendly and helpful with giving us directions to places in the city. They also have an underground car park, which you'll have to pay as extra.

Breakfast was delicious, fresh and had many options for everyone. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice relaxing time in a quiet room, we didn’t hear any noise from neighboring rooms. Making our stay very enjoyable.

Breakfast at Homewood Suites was great and the choice of breakfast selections varied everyday making it more refreshing. The rooms were spacious, very clean and were well stocked in toiletries. It was nice to have a kitchenette that had a full size refrigerator, stove top burners and a microwave. The kitchen was even stocked with several kitchen amenities. Free parking/street parking was a bonus or you could choose to park on-site for $10 a day. There were no issues with the free parking, in fact the car did not move during the three days we were there. The staff was helpful and the check in/ checkout was seamless. Overall, the stay at Homewood Suites was great. The location was perfect for staying downtown and a better price. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic trip. The hotel was close to the airport. The staff were amazing. Lovely spacious rooms. Bed was super comfortable. Had a mini kitchen. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Special mention to the night porter blain. Lovely gentleman. Well all the staff in fact. We called a few cabs and they were there in minutes. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. Tea, coffee and water was on tap. Which is a great bonus. Lovely little pool on the 3rd floor. Was nice to cool off. McDonald's and other food places close by

The beds were AMAZING!!! We had great sleeps. The pool was awesome, and the hottub was actually HOT!

Nice hotel and very polite and friendly staff. Only real complaint is there was barely any hot water, more like likewarm, which was a bummer for the jacuzzi suite we got. Overall was a good stay though.

I stayed here in May 2022 and was quite impressed with several things during my visit: - The hotel is very clean. This is a newer property but this is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in 2 years. Common areas, rooms, dining area are all immaculate. The air smells fresh. - Great breakfast for a Hampton Inn. Juice selection, fresh fruit, waffle maker, hot dishes like mini-omelets, eggs, sausage and potatoes, oatmeal, cold cereal, coffee and tea, and a selection of bread and pastries. Once again the best included breakfast I've had in years. Lots of comfortable seating and the dining area is welcoming and fresh. - Window soundproofing is excellent. I did hear the guest above me walking around, but it wasn't clear if just a noisy person or thin floors. - The room was well-appointed, very clean and relaxing for my stay. I liked the small bonus ledge in the bathroom, for keeping toiletries dry and away from the sink. The shower was spacious and bright. The bed was quite firm but comfortable. There are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms, which is handy. Housekeeping provided plenty of towels for our 2-day stay. - The hotel is in a good location, with a Target, several restaurants, movie theater and liquor store within walking distance.

Great location, easily walkable to several restaurants and even a Target. Very clean and fresh smelling throughout the facility. Each and every staff member we encountered was nice and helpful. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was moderately comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Their continental breakfast is wonderful, they offer many delicious and healthy options, in addition to restocking frequently. Well kept indoor pool and hot tub on site too! We had a great stay, this will be our “go to” for all future SLC visits!

This was a GREAT experience. We showed up a little later than planned, around 7pm, and the app key system was down so we had to stop by the front desk. They were super friendly and efficient in getting us figured out. The room was fresh, clean, cozy, and comfortable. The next morning we had probably the best continental breakfast I?ve had at a hotel in a long time, and the cook was so friendly. Even took time to get to know us a little bit and make my children feel comfortable and happy. 100% recommend!

I don't usually leave reviews but this place was AMAZING!! I can usually find something ..anything that was not to my liking but I absolutely cannot come up with anything for a weeks stay here!! The place is VERY clean...and the breakfast buffet is topnotch and it was always very clean and well stocked even right before they were going to close!! The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming and one lady esp was the best....always saying "Hi" or "Bye" and she always had a smile on her face. It really made us feel welcome and home away from home!!

Check in was easy. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located near multiple restaurants for lunch and dinner and close to the venue we were visiting. The breakfast had multiple hot and cold options. We will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

We got stuck in SLC and needed to scramble to find a hotel for the night. I quickly researched the hotels around the airport. I was a bit wary about this hotel given the smattering of bad reviews amongst the good reviews. The hotel was great. Super clean, great staff, very comfortable and reliable airport van, and very comfortable bed. One thing to know is that breakfast is not included but is $17. It was your typical free hotel breakfast food buffet foods but they didn’t have decaf coffee. Overall, we were very pleased and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I had a King room with spa bath. The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. I had a very big bed, a bit soft for my liking but it was very even and clean. Bathroom was big and the bathtub was deep. Toilet was in its own separate room which could be helpful if more than 1 person staying in the room, as that means the other person still has access to the sink and shower even when toilet is in use. I had a small fridge and a yoga mat provided in room which was very handy. Charging points next to both sides of the bed too. Tea and coffee were provided in the morning in the lobby and there were no tea and coffee facilities in room. It was not a big deal but is a noted difference from other standard hotel offerings. There also was no pool and we had a hot week so a pool would have been welcome. (Yes I did know when I booked that there's no pool) The lobby lounge was a very nice spot to sit and chill out when I didn't want to be on my own in the room. Late afternoon they provided some non alcoholic drinks and snacks for free too which was very nice. Food at Bambara was excellent, I highly recommend the birria grilled cheese, it came with the birria sauce, which was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay, I will definitely stay again.

I'm surprised to see this hotel is rated as a 4.3 (as of May 2025) because I thought it was much better than that. This was my first Kimpton and I think I'm converted for life. It's like a pre-pandemic hotel; daily room service, multiple night staff, incredibly friendly staff, and amazing amenities. My husband forgot contact solution, no problem they had some behind the front desk. We asked for late check-out an hour before regular check-out, no problem you can stay late. Want a nice cocktail, no problem there is an awesome bar/restaurant, that also provides room service while open. We booked through a 3rd party, so we didn't get one of the larger rooms. There was a small fridge, but no microwave (we didn't need one, but flagging since I know some folks like that). Full size shampoo/conditioner/soap. Our room was on the smaller size, but our friends stayed at the Hyatt down the street and said the same thing, so I think it's more about the hotel being downtown and again we booked 3rd party so we opted for the lowest end room. Hotel is in the middle of downtown and right off the green line for easy access to things around the city, but there are also a number of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops around the hotel. When we did need to uber somewhere, it didn't cost more than $10.

We stayed at Kimpton SLC two times on our latest road trip. The hotel is gorgeous, beautifully designed inside a historic building. They’ve kept a lot of charm while being modern and design forward. The rooms we had were quite spacious with a fair amount of floor space. The bathrooms aren’t huge but worked for us - the queen double had a tub bathroom, the king suite a large walk in shower. Pet friendly of course, they supplied dog bowls and a bed. Gym is small but up to date with treadmills, an elliptical, two pelotons and one of those electronic wall mounted workout thingeys. The Vault has great food and drinks (burgers are fantastic) since it’s a bar we got our kid’s burger to go and they happily ate in the room. We also tried Bambara which was lovely upscale dining. Breakfast is also at Bambara - a bit more pricey and upscale than we needed but delicious. The lobby has complimentary coffee in the morning which is always appreciated. Will be our go to SLC hotel

Modern, stylish, upscale rooms with historic charm located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Top notch location. Close to great restaurants. We paid the up charge for “breakfast included”which we are very happy we did. Received $25 each at the very cool Bambara restaurant on site (can not remember what I paid but I’m pretty sure it was around the same price…lovely breakfast or lunch offered with coffee ) if you feel like splurging stay here and get the breakfast. Absolutely loved the hotel and it’s cool vibe - Con’s…. I didn’t like the up charge with parking. And when I asked for an upgrade they had availability but wanted to charge. I think there should also be free water in the room, but it was 4 to 6 dollars- other hotels have a few extras that do not cost. Puts a little sour taste in your mouth for all the up charges.

The entire hotel staff members were inviting and friendly. All of the spaces were thoughtfully decorated and clean. I was there before Christmas and got to enjoy the beautiful decor and Christmas music. The complimentary hot chocolate was a nice touch too. The best part was probably the bed which was like a much needed hug! I also enjoyed lunch in the restaurant and room service, and a beverage at the bar. (The burger was my favorite meal of the weekend!) This was my first time in SLC and it was a perfect stay. Perfect location for venturing out as well.

We arrived late at night and found the front desk agent to be very friendly. In the room, it was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the split bathroom made getting ready in the morning easier. The location was also very conveniently located to the SLC airport. The breakfast however, was definitely below average. The waffles were not very good (the batter was very runny), the OJ was very watered down and the refrigerator that should have had milks, yogurts, etc. was empty. When any items went empty, they were not replenished at all by the staff. Based on this, if breakfast is important to you for your stay, this would not be a good choice for a hotel. However, if it is just the room/location you care about, this hotel can definitely work quite well.

Just stayed one night on a very short stopover in SLC. The location is excellent- right by Temple Square, directly opposite the tram stop for the airport. And the prices were very reasonable for a downtown hotel. Check in was quick, the receptionist and security guard on duty were very friendly and welcoming. My 8th floor room was small but perfectly adequate for a night. There was enough storage space, a very comfortable bed and decent coffee. The ensuite was on the older side but everything worked. On the downside, the WiFi wasn't the best as the signal strength in the room wasn't great and there's no bar/ restaurant (except breakfast). All in all, a great budget option for SLC.

The staff was absolutely amazing! From the front desk receptionists to the security guard. They were absolutely lovely. The hotel itself is right in the heart of everything and you have easy walkable access to amazing parts of the city. Plus the views are spectacular! The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but clean, and when I had to move rooms for my comfortability they were extremely accommodating and accessible. Some things are broken, and the pool isn’t the cleanest but it is outside. Plus breakfast is not free! Kinda unfortunate but otherwise a very great, comfortable hotel right in the middle of beautiful Salt Lake City! I would 100% stay again.

Great value! It is also clean and convenient to both the Salt Palace and Delta Center. I plan to return next September. The staff is friendly and helpful. I loved that it also had a gift shop. I do wish it had an attached restaurant. They do provide some breakfast items which is helpful.

This hotel is on the edge of downtown and two minutes walk from a tram stop on the line from the airport. Our room was as expected, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included, but we were able to buy inexpensive coffee and Danish for breakfast. All in all a good choice and close to Delta Centre if visiting city for hockey or basketball.

This hotel is very nice, friendly, helpful, and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean and everything (refrig, shower, wifi, etc) worked well. Breakfast is your standard fare of hot and cold options. However, we were still disappointed in the lack of a few basic things at this price level. The biggest, and what definitely earned this hotel a 4 rating instead of a 5, was no microwave in the room. This is a big incovenience since we couldn't warm things up, especially their lukewarm coffee served in the morning. Other minor things about the room, but still inconvenient items were the lack of towel rods in the bathroom and no full length mirror. One other disappointment was our experience with their bar and "restaurant." We were at first quite excited to have this available, but when we went to use it, the "restaurant" is mostly premade things that don't even meet the standards of bar food, and you could NOT get a drink at the bar without ordering food on the menu! That is probably due to liquor laws in Utah, but it was frustrating nonetheless. If those types of things don't bother you at this price level, then this is a great hotel.

I've stayed at many hotels, and this one ranks among my favorites. Its location was convenient—just about 20 minutes from the city—and the surrounding area felt safe. The staff at check-in were friendly and thorough, which made a great first impression. Parking was both easy and free, which was a definite bonus. Our room was clean and well-maintained, a testament to the quality of the housekeeping team—kudos to them. I sometimes feel anxious staying in hotels, but here I felt both safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The pool was also well-kept, which added to the positive experience. Although we didn’t use it, the hotel offers a shuttle service until around 8 or 9 p.m. that will take you anywhere within a 5-mile radius—another convenient feature. If we return to the area, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The staff is outstanding and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We spent 7 nights at the hotel and interacted with many employees. Each one was considerate and took time to address our needs and get to know us. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. We had several meals at the restaurant and breakfast every morning. The food was excellent. We utilized the outside pool and hot tub with our grandchildren . They are heated and kept very clean. Everyone loved them. We will definitely return.

Family and dog friendly hotel in beautiful, convenient location. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast and coffee were hot, and people were enjoying themselves at the bar, fire pit, pool, and lobby areas. There are great restaurants in walking distance and a beautiful paved trail just a few blocks away. If my children make the NASP archery Nationals tournament, I will be back.

I stayed 4 nights on business and loved this hotel. One, it is conveniently located close to all the restaurants / activities in Salt Lake and it's also very close to the convention center. Check-in was extremely smooth (already done online) however, I needed an extra night and it was no problem to get it added at the reception. The lobby is large and it's very convenient to take a shared ride / taxi outside. Loved the fact that it was connected to a very nice restaurant (Spencer's) and a separate place for breakfast (well priced and extensive selection). My room on the 8th floor facing the mountains was super quiet, very clean and comfortable (especially the bed). The elevators were plentiful which helped experience very minimal waiting. The gym / pool area is amazing: separate rooms for weights and cardio equipment + very nice indoor pool. More importantly the staff everywhere was very pleasant, polite and professional. I appreciated the follow-ups by text to ensure that my stay was going well. Overall it's a great place. I did not experience any issue and would recommend it to all.

I had two nights at this property in connection with the FanX convention. I got a pretty good deal on the rate through FanX, and the hotel is just a very short walk to the Salt Palace convention center, so very convenient. It's also close to several restaurants in the area, including a lot of steak houses (one of which is part of the hotel itself). My room and bathroom was quite spacious, but I didn't have that much of a view from the window. Otherwise I liked the layout of the room. There was also a large TV in the room and good WiFi. I don't think there's a bar in the hotel, aside from a small improvised one as part of the reception area. There's also a small store where you can get snacks and drinks. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a nice selection. The hotel itself seems a bit dated, in terms of wear and tear and the interior design, style and furnishings. But overall a good stay, in a convenient location, and for a good price.

This room is very spacious and has every comfort one could want for a great and lengthy stay. It’s perfect for sharing with another person, with a large closet with plenty of wood hangers, a dresser, large desk, plenty of very large, thick towels, sufficient towel hooks and bars and plenty of counter space in the bathroom. There are 2 very comfortable queen beds and a chaise longue and mini fridge/bar. I’ve been traveling with a friend in Europe where almost no rooms are large enough for 2 people and their luggage so this room is luxurious to me. In addition, the lobby is very nice and it is well located.

We were delighted that they still offered a HOT breakfast in spite of Covid! Staff served up breakfast burritos, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, fruit, and muffins in a convenient bag to take back to our room to enjoy. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the indoor water park, but it looked fun!

We came to Salt Lake City for a concert 🎶 and the Maverick Arena it’s located just across the street, it was a short but mostly “Safe” Walk to the arena!!! The hotel room was very, Very CLEAN!!! And the bed super Comfortable!!!! Then when we went to have Breakfast next to the Lobby… It was Espectacular!!!! Good Quality Ingredients and Plenty of Everything just to grab and Enjoy!!! Special thanks to the “Breakfast Crew” they are very Helpful and super Nice and Polite we had a very Nice talk to “NANCY” ” Very Friendly and she went the Extra Mile to Help us. Overall a Really Nice Experience here!!!!

The breakfast was hot and readily available, we were very pleased with the selection. The coffee bar was very nice to have access to even outside of breakfast hours. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bathroom amenities were great (shampoo, soap, etc).

The Hyatt Place SLC Airport is an excellent choice for tired travelers coming to or leaving from the Salt Lake City airport. After a two-week adventure driving through the 5 Canyon National Parks, we were tired and ready to relax before flying back to Ohio. The Hyatt Place met all our needs: a quiet and clean room, a restaurant/bar with a limited menu but excellent food (we managed to be there for Taco Tuesday!) and a well-appointed free breakfast the morning of our departure. We only heard jet traffic landing at the airport until around 10PM followed by a quiet night's sleep.

Convenient to Airport. Extremely clean. Entire staff attentive. Breakfast was not the run of the mill buffet. It was a great hit breakfast and well worth the stay there

I've stayed at Hiltons, Hilton Garden Inns, and Home2Suites, but this was my first stay at a Hampton Inn. Great choice. This is an excellent hotel and it does the Hilton family brand proud. Very quiet location; super clean. The room is spacious with comfortable bedding, movable laptop table, micro/fridge, large flat TV, very nice & bright bathroom with walk-in shower. They have a workout gym and pool/jacuzzi. The free buffet breakfast offers mixed fruit, hot foods, breads/muffins, oatmeal/cereals, coffee/juices, and make your own waffles (quite good!). We enjoyed the breakfasts each morning. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, breakfast) are all friendly and attentive. The hotel is located on a hill and some GPS apps guide your car from the top down. The helpful tip is that it's much easier to get to the hotel from the bottom - Google Maps guides this way. Both ways are accessible.

Free parking, free breakfast, free late check out, clean rooms, very nice staff, beautiful area. Very dog friendly! Lobby has a big jar of large dog biscuits. Our dog had an accident in the lobby, staff was really cool about it and cleaned it up right away - we are so sorry about that. Our coffee maker was broken and they brought one up to our room really quickly. Room was clean, bathroom has very nice toiletries, the lotion smells great. Breakfast is big, coffee (reg & decaf), juice, milk, tea, muffins, scones, cereal, yogurt, hard boiled egg, granola, waffles (reg & mini), scrambled eggs, sausage, omelettes, apples. Parking is free, along side of building and in front of lobby. Several restaurants within walking distance.

We stayed at this property while driving through Salt Lake City on our way west. The location is nice and has lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, Hannah and Brian at the front desk were especially fun and friendly. Our room was clean, in good working order, and the furniture was in great condition. The hall carpet was showing a bit of wear but we heard that may be replaced soon. The complimentary breakfast was good and the food area was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again if we travel through the area.

The location is amazing. There is a ski shuttle stop right outside the hotel. The staff are amazing throughout the day. They made us feel comfortable and made sure we had everything we needed. All with a smile on the face and a friendly attitude. Breakfast was pretty nice, the breakfast staff were amazing, made our day. There’s a nice hot tub, hot cocoa and outdoor fireplace for a cozy night gathering. A wonderful stay in SLC.

"When you and your pet check in, we’ll greet you with a PAWS Welcome Letter and complimentary dog treats. Plus, we’ll have your room ready with a water dish, feeding bowl, waterproof mat for use during your stay." That's what Sonesta claims on their Pets Are Welcome at Sonesta page. We arrived early, so we didn't expect they'd have everything ready for our Dachshunds Baylah and Eli. However, they only had one feeding bowl when we asked for them, a water bowl and a mat. The dogs didn't get a welcome letter and there were no dog treats. Out back, where there was a grassy area to relieve themselves, there were two empty rolls of poop bags that were not replenished during our three-day stay. Still, Baylah and Eli had a great time and we did, too. Our room was very clean. And both it and the hallway smelled fresh during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was longer than most other places where we've stayed. Even though the hotel seemed full, we did not hear a lot of noise. We never had a problem finding a place to park. The staff was friendly and always greeted us whenever we came in or went out. We've seen photos taken a few years ago, which looked dated. Everything in our room looked modern. We took advantage of the cooktop, refrigerator and freezer and dishwasher. We would stay here again.

We booked for KBP6 for 5 nights as we traveled in from outside of USA. This place was great. 10 min walk to green line. Was easy to take train from airport to hotel. Then greenline again to get to Fairpark for KBP. Super fast and convenient. That said, room/staff at Sonesta was also excellent. We wanted to book a budget friendly option near the airport and festival. Glad we picked Sonesta. Room was big, nice, clean and kitchen was great. We used kitchen alot, and having the full sized fridge was awesome. The bed was very comfy and we had some great sleeps EVERY night! Room was very quiet too, never heard anyone. We rented a vehicle later on during our stay, parking was plentiful, and very reasonable per day. We'd stay here again for sure. Definitely for any SLC events!

As the title says, this hotel offered me a clean room, a peaceful and quiet stay at a great price. The only noise I heard was a few turbo prop planes flying by, which isn’t a surprise, considering the hotel’s airport location. The room was comfortable, and the kitchenette was a welcome inclusion. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suites were clean and comfortable. I really liked the 'borrow an appliance' thing, we used the toaster over a few times. The gym was nice and I used it several times. We really liked our view of the mountains too!

The bed was very comfortable, (on the soft side which for me is very comfortable) the room was serviceable and clean, just showing its age in places. I missed having a microwave since I often struggle to find places I can eat, but the mini fridge was on and working fine. They offer long term parking which we used without issue for our week long vacation. Shuttle drivers were nice and the shuttle started as early as 4am. There is a restaurant and a coffee shop in the hotel. The restaurant is comfy with a bar and serves very tasty food. They were able to accommodate my allergies during regular food service hours, however they were unable to after 10 pm when they switch to a pared down late night menu. Soy was my big problem but they did have a burger with a gluten free bun for those just concerned with gluten.

Great Stay. Beware of bad reviews. I’m an honors member and before booking I read reviews on TripAdvisor. This hotel had mixed reviews and some nearly made me not choose this hotel. I have to say however that my room was great and glad I did not cancel due to some poor reviews. I had an issue during my stay with the AC but they handled it promptly and with genuine concern. Issac at the front desk was fantastic, Hotel is very close to the Airport and no horrific air noise. If you are like me and have lots of electronics- there are plenty of ports USB and plugs throughout the room. Beds as usual fr doubletree were very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing!! The bar service and food was great! There is a Starbucks on site as well. The grounds and the lake area were beautiful and great for a morning stroll. Hint - if you don’t want a ridiculously long haul to the front desk, lobby and bar avoid the High Rise rooms. All in all with the exception of an AC problem which was immediately handled I will definitely stay here again my next trip!

Everything was very nice and clean. Employees were very helpful. Breakfast was great and the bar area served. Great food. Probably some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel and the bar area almost feels like a sports bar from your house. Very good atmosphere definitely recommend not too many things around there but very close to the airport under 2 miles.

We had a room with 2 queen beds so there wasn't an abundance of extra room but enough for 2 chairs and a nice desk. There was a nice 40 inch flat screen TV. The room had been redone recently and was exceptionally clean. though it was close to the I 15 freeway it was very quite and conveniently located for our needs. microwave,coffee maker,fridge and safe. what else do you need. The breakfast was very well done with a good variety of hot and cold items. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Check in was very easy. There was a bit of a rush but the desk staff let us know we weren't forgotten. Our room (201) was very large. It had a separate bedroom (King bed) from a living area. Room was very clean. I was surprised how little outside noise we heard considering that the highway was just outside our window. Two drawbacks for this room were: water pressure in the shower was very low. TV reception was very spotty. The other room we had reserved (206) was a 2 queen room. It too was very clean. This room had good water pressure and had no issues with the TV reception. Hot tub and pool were nice. The area around the hotel was good. There were several restaurants close by as well as gas stations/convenience stores. Breakfast was good. It was standard hotel breakfast, It was hot and plenty of it. All in all a good stay

The newly remodeled Holiday Inn Express was an outstanding place to stay, especially if you are visiting Bountiful or Centerville Utah. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had quadruple windows ( 4 panels) on the freeway side rooms which blocked out ALL OF THE FREEWAY SOUNDS! It was so close to entrances and exits from the H15 and close to restaurants and gas stations. The staff at the front desk and the room attendants were so nice and professional. Even though we stayed for 8 days, the room attendants knocked on our door and asked if we wanted fresh towels every day. It’s just two blocks from Planet Fitness, which was a plus for us. The pool was wonderful as was their breakfasts. Kudos to the newly remodeled and newly re-staffed Holiday Inn Express in Bountiful

Facility was very clean, looked like everything was pretty new. They were still under some construction but that is to be expected. Staff was very friendly. The only thing I was disappointed in was it said continental breakfast but it was a paper bag with a muffin, apple and breakfast bar. I stayed at another hotel the week before and they cost more and you were charged for parking and no breakfast at all. Hotels are charging more and offering less. I wanted a true breakfast.

Staff members were very helpful and friendly. However, cleaning could be improved. The kitchen was generally clean but the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, hair on floor and lower shelf of sink vanity. Hair dryers are available, but do need to be checked out at the desk. The luggage cart had two flat wheels and this made movement and steering difficult to say the least. The rooms are spacious, the closet is large to keep clutter to a minimum (room for all luggage, clothing, cooler, and more), and the work space was excellent. The WiFi is not secure, requiring us to use a hotspot. One recommendation would be to improve WiFi security give the work area provided, as the work area was a selection factor for our stay. This hotel does appear to have several people in transitional living. While this was not a concern for us, some may see it as a barrier, and we caution this may not be the best pick for those sensitive to diversities of life.

Delightful find during my recent stay in SLC. The hotel was basic but had the amenities it stated. The location was good with access to food and shops from the door as it was on a retail complex. The room was spacious, simply decorated, and clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Check in was straigh forward and staff were friendly, helpful.

Rooms were very clean and spacious for our family of 6 (4 adult's 2 children), we booked a 2 bedroom, it had 1 queen, 1 king and sofa bed. We booked weeks in advance but we will definitely book months in advance next time because the 2 bedroom with 2 queen and 1 king sofa bed we're sold out. Breakfast was very decent, i especially liked the fresh fruit and that the menu changed every morning. We loved the pool with water slide, my children spent early mornings and nights there, it was a big hit and i enjoyed seeing them smile. The wifi was very good as well. The amenities were great i liked the dove products. Beds were nice as well and considering its a family hotel it was fairly quiet. We cant wait for next year's getaway so we can come back! & Thank u staybridge employees! They were all so welcoming and attentive.

The hotel receptionist Arianna was amazing! We had a little problem with booking.com and our reservation, but Ari went above and beyond to accommodate and try to help figure out a solution. She even took us on a tour to see different room styles. The hotel lobby and breakfast area was beautiful, the room comfortable and exceptionally clean. I was impressed with the size and quality of the rooms, it was a good price. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. The pool area is amazing for kids!! We will definitely stay there again, but I will book directly with the hotel next time not use a third party.

We stayed one night. The hotel and room were very nice and clean. Our room had a kitchenette and sitting area. The breakfast buffet had a wide assortment to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again if in the area.

The staff was amazing and super friendly. We really enjoyed all of their breakfast selections. The fitness room had weights, treadmills, a row machine and was perfect for getting in a quick workout. The facilities were very clean. It was so nice that it was right by the maverick center so we were able to just walk to our concert and not have to deal with traffic. All in all it was a wonderful experience and next time we visit Utah we will definitely plan on coming here to stay.

Spacious, functional, quiet, and clean with a decent breakfast. Overall a great experience. Would definitely stay here again. It was priced right, dog friendly and the bedding was not worn. Easy to find, good parking and staff was friendly.

The place is clean and all areas and rooms look modern and cozy. Good breakfast selection, although had to wait for some items as they had ran out. Good access to highways and only 40min from popular ski resorts. Good selection of stores and restaurants next to the hotel. I would certainly come again.

It was perfectly placed and the whole ambience of the hotel was wonderful. The staff were fantastic. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast was perfect the beds were extremely comfortable and the room we were in was spacious with all amenities. Made our stay unforgettable.

Our room was spacious, and chic. We had a kitchen and a living area separate from the bedroom. Could be a great set up for a family or 3-4 adults. Bathroom was itty bitty comparatively off the bedroom. Worked for us as a couple. It was clean all around when we arrived. Our only gripe was that the bed and pillows were not comfortable to us, very hard bed and very soft pillows. I’m sure that’s great for some folks but we slept poorly for what we are used to. Room was quiet though, and we enjoyed our stay with catnaps the next day. Breakfast was great both days we ate, especially considering there was a team of young kids there to play soccer and they kept everything stocked.

I stayed in this hotel years ago and it is truly one of the BEST around. From the moment you walk in the front desk attendant Netta was Amazing, Friendly and so Helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. She noticed I had a few bags and placed me on the first floor without hesitation. The breakfast was delicious. I had been working and so busy for the last three weeks and this experience was such a joy to rest before heading back home. Very nice. Remodeled bathrooms, probably rooms also. However the Hot tub wasn't very hot, and the same for the Sauna, which was Lukewarm. Breakfast was amazing with lots of fresh fruit. Great coffee. Also has a small bar/ restaurant. Restaurant doesn't offer much but is good. Appreciated after a long flight. Wish they stocked better toilet paper and kleenex, but the good outweighed the bad!

I was here for 4 nights for a work training and ended up spending quite a bit of time on the property. The staff is quite welcoming and friendly. Common areas are bright, inviting and well-maintained. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make use of the fitness area or pool, but both look well-kept and inviting. Both mornings that I used it, the breakfast area was kept very clean and very well-stocked. There is also an inviting patio area just outside the breakfast area to sit. In particular, I was thoroughly impressed with the genuine care, hospitable spirit and general competency of the manager, Jody. My work training left me very disappointed so having a drama-free hotel stay that left me feeling cared for really helped buoy my spirits.

The hotel itself was good but not great. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. However, our air conditioning made the weirdest noises all night long. An inconstant rumble. It made for some really odd dreams and hard to go back to sleep once I woke up. The room was very dark and a good size. Breakfast buffet is $15. To be honest the Residence Inn and Springfield Suites has a better breakfast for free. Now, the wait staff was excellent just the variety of food was very limited. Dinner was really good. The portions were large. The pool appeared to be closed as yellow tape was crossed over the gate, which is always a bummer for our 12 year old who looks forward to swimming. It is outside and looked really nice.

Wonderful accommodations for my birthday hospital trip! The only suggestion is hopefully you could clean with non allergic cleaners. I have brain injury and the smells were very powerful florals or too perfumes...other than that is was amazing kind beautiful quiet great customer care restaurant food awesome completely perfect as a long time bonvoy member!

I liked the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was fresh and good. Only thing I didn’t like at was the location. It’s pretty much too far to walk from anywhere (30 min ) walk to any restaurant. So you have to Uber everywhere which is expensive in salt lake. If it was closer to other places I’d stay again. But if come back to salt lake I will find another place.

I really enjoy my single room with jacuzzi

Armit helped me reserve a room for 2 beds for the price of the booked 1 bed apartment as they were full. Reason for it being 4 is because we wanted to use the jacuzzi and it was still out of service. Overall everything else was fine.

Overall the hotel was nice, but some of the carpet on the hall was dirty, and when I stayed there the elevator was not working, neither was the jacuzzi.

Fabulous Stay at West Valley Inn! After a long 6-hour drive, we were beyond relieved to be greeted with fresh coffee in the lobby - such a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for our stay. Then we stepped into our room and we were impressed. Spacious, spotless, and so incredibly welcoming. From the neatly folded towels to the in-room coffee machine area and the massive king bed, every detail was spot-on. We were also pleasantly surprised by all the extras: a fridge, microwave, ample space to move around—wow! It felt like more than just a hotel room; it felt like a cozy little retreat. The pool area was inviting and relaxing. After checking in, we went to explore the city (only a 15-minute drive away!) and knew that we could come back and still enjoy the pool since it’s open until 10 pm. That’s a win in our books. Little things like the automatic night lights when heading to the bathroom added an extra layer of comfort and convenience that we didn’t know we needed. Whether you’re traveling as a family, couple, or solo, this place ticks all the boxes. The only tiny letdown? Breakfast. Don’t set your expectations too high—but hey, the waffles were delicious and they had Nutella, so it still ended on a sweet note! We would absolutely come back. West Valley Inn is a gem for anyone looking to enjoy Salt Lake City without sacrificing comfort, space, or a late-night swim.

We loved the central location and the great sized bedroom. We were asked which floor we wanted which was definitely a bonus. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. The breakfast buffet was amazing and although there were lots of people, we were able to quickly find a table for 4. The pretty inside pool was definitely a plus. It's great location allowed us to walk around town and to our restaurant in the evening. It was very enjoyable and we would definitely recommend this place!

I loved our room with a jacuzzi tub. Clean, the breakfast was great. So close to the Maverick Center, we were able to walk there for the Bryan Adams/ Joan Jett concert.

We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed, cafeteria-style breakfast area, which offered a fresh, well-prepared selection far above what you'd expect from typical budget self-serve ‘free’ breakfasts. The food was clearly made with more care—hot items were flavorful, pastries were fresh, and everything was cleanly presented. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making for a welcoming start to each day. Room access was smooth and convenient, and the property’s location stood out. What truly set this property apart was the neighborhood—a peaceful, tree-lined setting that offered refreshing, scenic views unlike the more commercial surroundings of nearby hotels. It felt like a quiet retreat amid the bustle.

The whole experience was exceptional. Kathy at check in was so warm and friendly. And because I was early, she found a room that I could check into at that time with no additional charge. The room was clean and lovely. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety to choose from. They even gave me a shuttle ride the next morning to the Trax station which was a couple of blocks away because there was a snowstorm and it was extremely cold. Also, their store had a bigger selection of food and snacks then I've ever seen at any other hotel. There were many restaurants within walking distance but I didn't need to go out for dinner if I didn't want to. They are also right behind the Maverick Center. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely stay there again.

Crystal Inn in West Valley, UT, was convenient to nearby restaurants, highways, and very nice staff. Plentiful hot water in showers, plus good unsecured WIFI. Refrigerator and microwave in room. We liked that there was a loveseat, and small desk with 2 chairs in room. It was nice to have comfortable seating to relax while in the room Complementary breakfast was good, ended at 9, so had to be an early riser. Food was made early, so when we arrived at 8:15, hot food wasn't terribly fresh, but coffee, yogurt, toast, and juice were good. Easy, free, plentiful parking, well lit, and easy access from 3 sides of parking lot. The room key was required for access, so we felt safer. Next to Maverick Center.

This stay was one our favorites of all time! The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room immaculate and cozy - the bed was comfy and the shower hot and with a good steady stream. Breakfast service was FABULOUS - so many options to choose from. Roberta was very friendly asking us if there was any thing we needed and interested in our little story about why we were staying. Roberta shared that the hotel had undergone a complete overhaul - they did a great job of rebuilding and redecorating as the hotel is well lit and bright and cheerful inside. We saw ZERO evidence of construction ongoing and there was PLENTY of parking. We will be back!

People at the front desk were terrific! Nice, friendly and helpful. The room and hotel seemed like it was brand new. Everything was in perfect order, comfortable, clean and quiet. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

You are pretty safe with a Hampton Inn and this was no exception. We had a very warm welcome and all reception staff were lovely. The room was great and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was good. There were all the usual amenities but no maid service. This was not a problem because we could just ask at Reception for anything we needed. Location was good, a short drive from various restaurants and also near Lagoon Park. Parking was good. The only niggle was that there was no bacon or scrambled egg on our second morning which was disappointing but otherwise it was a very good breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful and place to stay. Beautiful room with a fireplace and huge jacuzzi tub and the staff were very friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. I have already booked another visit to see more rooms.

Themed room was cute and fun and in-room jacuzzi tub for 2 was a treat. You get room service breakfast included but they only offer one thing (no menu), you can accept or decline the offer for the day. You do get choice of beverage. You get to pick delivery time. Food was good - breakfast bake, pastry and fruit. Free coffee at entrance. Mattress wasn't that great and portions of the common space (carpet) were a little careworn.

The check-in process was easy, though we were confused and not made aware of the $35 fee if you try to check in before 5, especially since they had asked us what time we were wanting to check in. The man at the desk waived this fee for us, though, and also gave us the military discount after showing our ID. We stayed in the Phantom of the Opera room. The tub was a little dirty, so I had to clean it before use. There were only 2 temps for the water - HOT or COLD. We didn't know this included breakfast, which slightly threw off our plans for brunch the next day, but we loved the breakfast. The room was smaller than expected, but it didn't matter. The chandelier above the TV had 2 burned out bulbs. The bed was really comfy, and the room was beautiful overall. There is a parking garage that locks at night to keep your car safe, which we appreciated. There was a broken glass jar in the parking garage, and we told the front desk about this. The hotel was quiet overall, and we were able to relax.

Incredible hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was unreal with the best bathroom ever. Comfortable bed. Clean. Perfect hours for checking in- and out. They bring you breakfast to your door in the morning. Seriously, if you have to stay in Salt Lake just stay here. I highly doubt you'll find any better.

This hotel is amazing. We had just attended the Cowboy Poetry Gathering and I wanted to surprise my husband with a unqiue hotel stay prior to returning home. The Anniversary Inn more than met my expectations! We had the 49er room with a wonderful western theme. This is definitely a romantic hotel for couples. We chose our breakfast items and when we wanted them delivered and then we just stayed in our room relaxed - the spa bath was huge and the water stayed hot the whole time we filled the tub. There were nice touches like sparkling cider provided and bath supplies that you can purchase. The breakfast arrived at our requested time and it was delicious! Free covered parking is provided which was nice because it was snowing when we were there.

Stayed at this hotel on a business trip-guess I wasn't paying attention to the fact it was a couples themed romantic hotel! Regardless-it was great for my needs-rooms were spacious and clean-with cute and kitschy themes. I stayed in the Rio Grande and the Log Cabin Suites. The hot tubs were HUGE! Breakfast was good, and free (delivered to the room)-I wish there were a couple more options or maybe a bit of mix and match but it was above the level of the free continental breakfast most hotels have. Beds were comfy, linens clean, robes and towels in good shape, good wifi, a/c was cold, no complaints. It would have been really nice to have my partner there, would definitely come back.

Loved the place from the moment we walked in. The building was restored so beautifully. Our room was like the secret garden with rock entry way, statues, vines, and hand painted walls. The bed was extremely comfortable. Complimentary cheesecake was great. Breakfast was perfect. It was a little too cool for us to be really comfortable but overall it was perfect ! ! ! !

The hotel is a renovated mansion with a small number of themed rooms. We stayed in the Kahn Suite, which was spacious and nicely decorated. When we checked in there was only a single employee working, and it appeared as though we were the only guests. (We were informed that weekends are usually fully booked, but weeknights are hit and miss for availability). The desk clerk could not find our Hotels.com reservation, even though I had my confirmation # and trip details on my app on my phone. Fortunately, they had plenty of rooms. We checked in, and soon we had a knock at the door. The clerk delivered us each a slice of complimentary cheesecake, and bottle of alcohol-free cider. The room was comfortable and quiet, even though we were on the ground level next to a busy street, and the kitchen was across the hall. In fact we were surprised to wake up and find that the wind was blowing fiercely outside because we could not hear it in the room. That is a good thing, because... you know... no sound coming in the room means no sound going out, either!

What a find! Definitely want to stay there again. We were very well pampered. Lots of personal touches that made for a romantic stay. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. First time we have been to a place that delivered breakfast to your room. What a treat.

The room had lots of space and a nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was great with good variety as well as clean areas around the place. It was close to the station too but bit far from Downtown.

Room was spacious and clean. the water in the shower stayed hot. the continental breakfast was very nice, included mini muffins, cereal, toast, waffles, and fruit. there was a hot tub just through the gym. staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was located right off of the freeway, it was near lots of restaurants and stores. The staff seemed friendly, the building and facilities were also nice. The room was clean and the bed(s) were comfy, I liked the shower head in the shower and the soaps provided smelled nice and were decent products.

No drama noise or harassment. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is nothing major but it's breakfast. Staff has been calm and nice. Noise from pets and service animals almost doesn't exist. And people clean up after their animals here. Location is fine convenient to walk to some things.the small store has a good selection to provide what necessities you forgot and reasonable selection of snacks.

I love that the bathroom had a nightlight! First I've ever seen. In room jacuzzi to was great but LOUD! Very good breakfast. Neither pool or spa were warm enough: Hot tub was lukewarm.

Check-in was fast and friendly. Our room was close to lobby and the stairs were faster than taking the elevator. We missed breakfast because we forgot Utah was an hour ahead of where we traveled from. My travel companion did find what looked like a mouse dropping in her bed in the morning. She left it on the nightstand with a note. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet we slept well. Shower was nice and bathrooms were clean and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries.

My husband and daughter and I stayed in one of there 2 queen rooms. I was very impressed with how clean and nice the room was the housekeeper that did come to our room the first day was so nice and sweet. I checked in with Dawn and she was just so friendly and nice and the evening girl Elizabeth was also so friendly and helpful we extended our trip one more day. Our last Morning there when we got our breakfast sacks Elizabeth was very sweet and asked what flavor yogurt and if we had a preference on what kind of cereal. It’s those little things that really make the difference and Dawn & Elizabeth both went above and beyond with that. We also had meet G I believe that was his name he was very nice and told us where a good place to eat was at. All together I will be staying here whenever I go visit my family in Salt Lake City. This place was so accommodating and generous to my family. We had an unexpected visit to SLC as our Grandmother passed away. Never been here before and all the hotels around where booked as there were multiple events happening that week. We booked a room at a place that can only be described as a "Trap House". We had to find another place immediately. We called Country Inn and Suites and spoke with "G". He was amazing, we told him our story and he invites us right over, insisted on walked us to our room to look around to make sure it would meet our expectations, allowed us an 8am check in with a minimal fee. (I would have paid anything), and even offered us that mornings complimentary breakfast and coffee. We were so grateful for his kindness and generosity. The staff kept the rooms clean and supplied and the coffee was great! Thanks Country Inn for your hospitality.

The buffet breakfast at the Salt Republic restaurant was excellent offering a nice assortment of fresh fruit, hot food and made to order omelets. One of the best I have experienced. We were also very satisfied with our lunch and dinner at this restaurant. All staff I had encountered were helpful and friendly. I needed a little assistance with a minor accident I experienced on a tour and the staff were professional and most kind in treating my minor injuries when I returned to the hotel. From all that this hotel has to offer, including the great staff, and the comfortable beds, I was extremely happy with my stay.

The 2Q room was perfect—spacious, clean, and modern. The beds are comfortable, and the crisp bedding made for a great night's sleep. The bathroom was nice and the large shower had excellent water pressure. I was on the 19th floor and never had issues waiting for the elevators, there are 6. I was there for a 2-day conference that was catered for breakfast and lunch, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel’s location is another big plus—within walking distance of a mall, bars, and several restaurants. Highly recommend!

The ambiance was really high class. Breakfast buffet was tasty. All staff was highly professional and accommodating. The room was so clean and had lots of closet space. View from our window was amazing. Bed so comfortable as well. Had the best nights sleep here. Also convenient parking just a few yards away. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked for same day arrival and found exactly what I needed for a night in Salt Lake City before an early flight out. Fast check in in a gleaming lobby; modern, clean, and spacious room; and amazing views from the 25th floor. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool deck and 6th floor restaurant but it looked beautiful. Easy to stroll around downtown with many restaurants, sites, shopping, and trains just steps from the hotel.

Very impressed with this place. Everything was extremely clean, amenities in the room were as expected with some shower items provided, pool was very clean and enjoyable with towels provided. Our room was very very quiet, which was nice after a long couple of days. Staff was very very helpful, patient, and kind. Checkout process is super convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a good experience. The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel was well maintained and very clean. The hotel itself was older. But, the bathroom was newly done and the bed was comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good and nicely presented - pleasantly surprised! It was quiet during my stay and I slept well. Walked to all the interesting things in downtown from here. Good value.

What a beautiful hotel! Our king bed room was spacious and immaculate. It is convenient close to I-15. We were on the back side of the hotel and it was very quiet, the rooms themselves well insulated. The free breakfast offered cheese crepes, sausage and potatoes, waffles and other typical continental breakfast foods and was well stocked. The bed was so comfortable, we didn't want to get up! The room had plenty of outlets and good lighting. Very happy with our stay.

This is a nice property within walking distance of restaurants and Temple Square, across the street from a great Saturday morning market, and within a 10-minute drive of the airport. But beware the map they give you – use your GPS as the map is a little off! And the blocks are very long – the equivalent of 2 or 3 blocks in other cities. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part – the daytime staff was better than the evening crew. We had a nice room with interesting touches like pull-out shelves in several places and lots of charging outlets for devices. There was good lighting – we could read! Our room was right over the check-in canopy with the bright neon hotel light right outside our window – less than ideal. A higher floor or something down the hall would have been much better. There was lots of space for toiletries in the bathroom, but it could have used a few more hooks/rods for towels. Both the body lotion and the shampoo bottles were empty. The workmanship is a bit shoddy, especially in what seems to be a newer building – there were lots of carpet seams pulling apart, a bathroom door that kept sliding open because it wasn’t balanced right, visible paint lines, etc. Breakfast was good – standard Hampton Inn fare, though there was no decaf coffee to be had. Staff kept food restocked and the dining room tidy and clean. But we’d stay here again.

The Little America Hotel in Salt Lake City is an absolutely wonderful place to stay. The lobby is gorgeous. A big beautiful staircase, lounge areas with chairs and fireplaces, beautiful wood floors, beautiful marble. We enjoyed a big beautiful room with a big comfy bed, and tons of space. There were outlets everywhere. The room also had night lights which were pretty cool. In the bathroom, we enjoyed amazing shower water pressure and the soft, plush towels. This beautiful property also has two gift shops for buying goods, and two restaurants for dining. Oh, and a coffee shop. Seriously, it’s almost like they don’t want you to leave. Our room had a steamer and iron, comfy bath robes, a little coffee station, a beautiful view, and a cleverly concealed safe and fridge. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast at one of their restaurants. Big, fluffy pancakes, eggs cooked to order, crispy seasoned potatoes and tasty breakfast meats. Unfortunately, when we checked out, I left a bag of clothes behind. Thankfully, the staff at Little America Hotel held onto my clothes and shipped them back to me. I was so thankful. All the staff at Little America were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely look to stay there on our next visit.

We LOVED our tower suite for three nights, on the 16th floor. Views for miles, incredibly quiet, well appointed room with a living room suite of furniture and a balcony. Everything was clean, room service was prompt and reasonable, and the staff not only were friendly and attentive but many recognized us and followed up on previous conversations from the previous day. A great treat that valet parking is the same price as self parking, and room service pricing is the same as going downstairs to eat. We enjoyed everything with the one exception of the pool and hot tub-even at 9pm, all of these areas were overrun by kids, shrieking and running and many wearing swim diapers (I had always learned that children shouldn’t be in hot tubs until at least age 14?) might be a good idea to set some adult swim only hours or designate one pool for adults vs families. Our idea to relax by the pool after dinner one evening turned out to be the opposite of relaxing haha. Not the hotel’s fault but something to be aware of.

From beginning to end the Little America did not disappoint. Our volleyball team stayed here for a long weekend for a tournament at the Salt Palace. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views from the tower, clean, comfortable beds, separate dressing area and bathroom. The customer service was very professional yet friendly at the front desk, Coffee Shop (shout out to waitress Kim) and housekeeping. The hotel is conveniently located neart the Trax lightrail stop and access to all downtown restaurants, mall and Temple square. Thank you for a lovely stay, I look forward to retuning when I come back to Utah!

My husband and I stayed here during our 5 night vacation to SLC in September 2024. We had a wonderful experience. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the desk clerks. Room was a nice size, clean, and the bathroom had a relatively large walk-in shower (vs. a tub with a shower curtain). The hotel breakfast buffet was done very well. Every morning had scrambled eggs, breakfast meat, and either waffles, pancakes or french toast. Plenty of additional options too like oatmeal, pastries, fruits, yogurt, etc. and the staff kept all the items well stocked during mealtime. In addition to being close to the airport, he hotel was a great home base for walking around the city. Several restaurants within walking distance (recommend pizza and gelato at Settebello Pizzeria Napoletana; also Caputo's Market near Pioneer Park). Walked to a great (and very large!) farmer's market at Pioneer Park on Saturday morning. Great vacation. Enjoyable stay at the Hyatt House. Would definitely stay there again

I was in Utah for the 15th Annual Utah Beer Festival. The festival itself was a pathetic joke but my stay at Hyatt House SLC was very enjoyable. The rooms are clean, bed is comfortable, shower pressure is perfect, parking is convenient (albeit a bit expensive) and the front desk service was exceptional. My only knock would be breakfast which could offer better quality foods.

Hyatt House was a great place to stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast in the morning exceeded our expectations. The selling point, the H Bar, was no longer functioning as a bar but was only used for breakfast. That was a bit of a disappointment.

The entire property was clean during our stay, all of the staff we interacted with were friendly. Pros: - Breakfast was pretty consistent, nothing too special - Staff were friendly and very helpful with our requests - Clean property all throughout - Great location, close to a bunch of restaurants and malls - Our room was a good size, fully stocked with all the essentials Cons: - Hot tub was not functioning and the pool was really cold - Our shower had this weird smell, kind of like a barbershop? - Parking price is a little steep at $24/night, but not outrageous

I just LOVE this place! I stayed here a number of times in Summer & Fall 2024 and look forward to my return. Quick airport shuttle, professional staff, swift check in. Nice indoor pool/hot tub. It was easy to get to and from the airport, and felt very safe. Room was quiet and comfortable. TV had Direct TV channels. We could walk to several nearby restaurants that served good food, ranging from barfood (Amelia's Bar & Grill) to a gourmet meal at the Doubletree Inn's restaurant. There's a Wendy's nearby too. And we enjoyed the Comfort Inn's free breakfast which has many choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, and homefries.

The breakfast was great. The woman who was in charge of cleaning/preparing/maintaining the breakfast area was very friendly and was very helpful! I didn't catch her name, but she was fantastic. Also, the woman who checked us in, and was always at the front desk when we came back from the mountain was EXCEPTIONAL. Her name began with an A. She was so attentive, friendly and went above and beyond.

We loved the stay at the hotel and what we enjoyed most was the indoor pool and jacuzzi everything was great

I had a wonderful experience at Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Downtown. After a stressful encounter at another hotel, staying here was a huge relief. The front desk staff were professional, kind, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the hospitality. In particular, Daudie, who works at the bar in the lobby, was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive. She made me feel right at home and truly added a personal touch to my stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

The room was big and the bed and pillow were very comfy, the room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was the main reason I booked here and it did not disappointed, there is a omelet and pancake, French toast station (they are prepared at the moment), there is a lot of fruit and different pastries. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

We had such an enjoyable stay here on our way to Yellowstone. The room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. We had the made-to-order omelets and pancakes. Excellent service. Location is excellent. This is a great place to stay that is close to everything.

It would be helpful if drivers could smile a bit and say to go up to 3rd floor to check in for all airlines….gave no direction at all.

Very nice place. Courteous, helpful staff, clean common areas and rooms, pleasant atmosphere, enjoyable breakfast, kid friendly, nice pool and workout facilities. Very professional. Good value. Airport shuttle was on time, reliable clean and safe.

Very friendly service at the front desk. Fresh cookies upon arrival. They even had a treat for my dog. The room was clean and comfortable. The gave us a list of food places, grocery stores, gas stations and banking. There was a small kitchenette. The breakfast was the typical free breakfast. Maybe a little better than the most. Really the only negative thing was hearing the traffic noise all night. The hotel is right along the freeway and our room faced the freeway. This was just a one night stop over on our way across country. So it was fine.

I was checked in by an employee named Pea, and he was absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming, and personable. He even told me where the easiest place to park and enter was, which made arriving to the room itself so much more convenient. Then I walked into a room that had been cleaned so well, that I didn’t even want to disturb a hand towel! The card says it was cleaned by Yessibel, and they did such a perfect job that I wish they could teach my kids how to clean! Everyone here at Homewood Suites at the Salt Lake Airport, thank you very much! I will be back here, for sure!

The hotel was a brand we knew and trusted and had a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, so we booked it while stuck in ATL. The shuttle arrived quickly after we called the hotel, room 304 was decent sized, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is a ways from the elevator. The WIFI was fine, the front desk helpful, the shuttle got us from and to the airport on time. WIFI was fine for checking emails. Note: You need to reserve a shuttle ride/time so let the front desk know you need a shuttle when you check in. Breakfast was average, your typical Hampton breakfast. Overall, a good stay and a hotel we would stay at again.

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk. She was helpful suggesting places to eat. We decided to eat at Amelia’s? bar and grill within walking distance of the hotel. Nothing fancy but the food and service were good. The room was spacious with a modern large bathroom. Just the design of the bathroom is a little off. The light switch is about 4 feet into the room so you have to walk in the dark before you can reach the switch. Also, the controls for the shower are difficult to reach because the counter is in the way. You need long arms! There were numerous choices for breakfast and the staff was efficient. Good location. Close to airport with shuttle every half hour. Would definitely recommend staying there

This hotel is close to airport and you will hear workers and machinery early in the morning. Not too bad if you are an early riser anyway. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a breakfast served and it was good with good coffee. Staff is friendly and helpful.convenient to airport

My 2 teenage daughters and I only stayed one night here, but I could not have asked for a more accommodating staff. Jamal and Nina went above and beyond to make my stay an amazing one. I had some safety concerns and expressed them to Jamal about leaving the hotel at 3:00 am for my flight and rental car return. Jamal was so gracious to suggest, then escort me to the airport during daytime hours to the car rental drop off, then brought me back to the hotel. I felt much safer leaving the hotel at 3am with the shuttle, rather than having to load and return a rental car. Nina, at the front desk, made sure we felt safe and had breakfast packed for our early flight. The kindness of these two coupled with the spacious room and comfy bed made for an amazing stay. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was a good value for the money. The rooms were very nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very tasty. Nothing bad to say!

This is a great property! The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making check-in and departure easy. The room was pristine! We were on the 4th floor. The single elevator was clean and ran smoothly, so there wasn't a long wait to use it. Clean area to exercise the dog included natural grass, artificial turf, and rocks (nice to have the options if your dog doesn't travel well). In a quiet professional park area within walking distance to shopping or restaurants. If you're in the area for business or leisure, this is the place to stay!

My stay was really good, since the check in to the check out. The location is perfect, there is a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and stores close by. The room was very clean, sheets super clean, comfy bed and pillows. Room has a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and a 2-burner range. Never get problems with the parking lot, doors lock at 11pm for security and coffee 24hr at the lobby. My only problem was with the dryer that was not drying good, so I had to run it a few times and my neighbors that every morning at 5am slam their doors making my shakes waking me up every day at that time. But the true is that i will stay there if I got back one day.

The property was well situated for my husband's and my needs. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The room was pleasant to be in- roomy and light coloring. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all we were very pleased with our 2 night stay.

Everything was perfect! As a single female traveler I felt safe, it was super clean, quiet and I was by the elevator, the bed was comfy cozy too! Every staff person I met was awesome 😊 I highly recommend this place 100% Thank you!

This is my new favorite getaway from home. When I need a break from the chaos of home, I want somewhere to go that is reasonably priced and also feels like "home." MyPlace manages to provide everything I could want and need without making me feel cramped or uncomfortable. They have made great use of the space. I have a bed, amazing recliner, TV, full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop and all the items I would need. There are 4 very comfortable pillows and they also have a soft throw blanket to use. They will even put my breakfast in the fridge so I can heat and eat in the morning on my own time. It's incredibly clean and the staff has been super friendly so far!

I have stayed at TRU before and I would highly reccomend this spot again. I walked in to be welcomed by the smell of fresh hot cookies which was a nice surprise. Coffee and tea are 24 hours. The airport shuttle is quick and convenient you just need to call once you collect your luggage. The room was exceptionally clean and had a bunch of small touches that I loved like make up remover towels, plenty of hooks, space to put bags so they don't have to be on the floor, and the bed amd sheets were very soft. There is also a water filter and lots of games in the lobby that both adults and kids seemed to enjoy. Finally, the staff were very friendly. Eva (hope I spelled that right) mailed a postcard for me and I really appreciated it. The rest of the staff were great and always trying to keep the place very clean. There are restaurants within walking distance too.

The staff was incredible, Mark and Precy made our morning! Breakfast was area was stocked and clean, even with lots of people. Very attentive and supportive for our first time in SLC. We didn't get the names for the folks who welcomed us when we checked in late at night, they were also kind and efficient. The room was clean and we slept well for an overnight on cross country drive. I was nervous being a queer brown person in Utah and I was greatful for the safe and caring space to rest.

This was a classic case of not judging by outside appearance. The area feels a bit sketchy at night, and the outside and parking lot seem to be run down and not well kept. But the inside was very nice, very clean, and felt very fresh like it may have recently been renovated. The front desk staff were excellent and took very good care of us. There was a small problem in our first room and they immediately came to check it out and help us move into a neighboring room. It's very conveniently located, right next to the freeway, and we were in a room at the back on the side closest to the freeway, but it was still very quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were also clean and we had very good water pressure. Breakfast was decent - fairly typical eggs, sausage, waffles, breads, cereal, coffee, juice, milk, etc. The workout room was very nice and again felt clean and fresh, with the equipment all in good condition. Overall, very pleasant stay.

I spoke with the staff about my food allergies and they were so kind and helpful in looking at ingredients and seeing what I could and couldn't eat at the (hot!) breakfast bar, it was really refreshing! I don't drink coffee, but my husband loved the coffee they has in the self-serve coffee pot doodad! Most especially though the staff were just fantastic- professional, freindly, and helpful! There is also a delicious restaurant next door as a nice bonus! (The staff there were also great about working around my food allergies, btw!)

I stayed here before the renovations and boy they did an amazing exceptional job at redoing the hotel. The place looks so modern clean and comfortable. The location is close to shops and freeway. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was so good.

Room was recently renovated. Everything appeared to be fairly new and clean. The room layout and furnishings were efficient, spacious, modern looking and appealing. It's really one of my best hotel experience in the U.S. I'd highly recommend this place as long as it keeps up the good work. Breakfast room female staff was exceptionally friendly and hard working. And what a surprise to have such nice free breakfast at a budget hotel! All in all, I truly enjoyed my 2 nights stay at this facility! Highly recommended!

Front desk employee on duty @ 7 p.m. night I checked in was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The woman taking care of breakfast was amazing. The potato’s were out, and she advised she was cooking more at the time, and made sure to inform me when she brought out a fresh batch. I wanted a quick on-off interstate location. This was very convenient. There was some traffic noise overnight, but is to be expected. Would stay again.

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds very comfortable. Great location, pool, room service, good vibes...will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Stayed here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was our first time in Utah and we definitely had a wonderful time. The check in process at the hotel was very quick and efficient. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Halli offered us a room upgrade for only a few dollars more and we had a fantastic view. Our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Our floor was super quiet and it was such a peaceful stay. The whole building was clean, elegant and well designed. Best of all the room rates were quite reasonable. I would definitely recommend you stay here if you’re visiting Salt Lake City! It’s also very close to the airport and there is ample parking.

A BEAUTIFUL HOTEL The Grand America is truly one of the finest hotels I hve every enjoyed. It is a magnificent building, beautiful in design and decor, and it is so well maintained that it looks brand new despite its age of 22 years. Their food service facilities are excellent, varied in menu and food offerings, and we always enjoyed excellent service and attention. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Throughout the hotel, the employees were friendly and most helpful. We were visiting the city for a brief "pre-Christmas" visit including two concerts and a wonderful dinner in the Grand America main restaurant. Again, great service. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and again, it looked like it was brand new -- well decorated and well maintained. The hotel is a bit expensive, but we will always stay there when visiting Salt Lake again. It is well worth the price. Warren from Aspen, Colorado

The location was great since my conference was across the street at a neighboring hotel. The price difference between the hotels was helpful for my budget. The room was quite spacious and very clean. There was a microwave, mini fridge and safe. There was a great deal of closet space and hangers. The sitting areas in the room gave us chairs at the table or in a comfortable chair with an ottoman. The room was kept warm due to the cold weather outside. The temperature was stable the entire visit. The large shower had great water pressure and the temperature was easily controlled. Loved the double sinks. Except the hot faucet with the left sink.did not work well. The parking lot Gates controlled with our room key, gave us a good sense of security on the property. The brunch buffet was very good with lots of choices. I did not like the overnight oats. I was really wanting hot oatmeal or even grits would have been better. The cinnamon rolls, croissants and the fresh fruit was delicious Overall, our stay at the hotel was wondetful! I would consider staying at other Little America properties!

Wonderful service, beautiful room, lovely view, and quiet despite the location and busy hotel. The attendant at the front desk was really friendly, accommodating and happy for us to be celebrating our anniversary there. We absolutely love Lucky H restaurant, especially the Surf and Turf buffet. The Coffee Shop was great. It was so nice to not have to leave the property to eat delicious food. The gift shop is great as well. We loved the live piano music also.

The property is beautiful. The rooms are clean and well kept. The view from our room was just lovely. The staff is very friendly and professional. We had breakfast in the restaurant several mornings and the food was amazing.

The room was spacious, comfy, and clean and included a sitting area, desk area, large closet, and spacious bathroom. our only concern was that we were able to hear someone's tv rather loudly through a vent when we retired for the evening. There is a parking garage under this hotel, and we found parking onsite to be easy; you are able to use your room key to go directly from the garage to your room floor. We slept in a bit and nearly missed the breakfast buffet. Although it was a bit picked over when we arrived, it appeared that there had been plenty of choices for those who arrived to breakfast more timely. Our in-room coffee selection had not been replenished and included only decaf and no stir sticks, which is not how I prefer to start my day, making the lobby breakfast buffet more important for coffee seekers. I would have selected 5 stars for this property but for the minor things I mentioned.

Recently visited the SLC Park City area and stayed at tis Springhill Suites. My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased. It all started when our flight was delayed and we weren't able to get to the hotel until 2;45 AM. Arriving and being greeted by a smiling face that early in the morning was nice. Everyone we met at the front desk were great! Then to be welcomed into a modern, spotlessly clean hotel and room was even better. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and had a nice walk in shower. Two more perks, if you're visiting during the winter and have a car is the hotel has underground parking! No need to have to get up in the morning and brush off the car! And every morning there is a free breakfast. It has everything you could want from bagels, eggs, sausage, oatmeal to a make your own waffle. If you can't find anything to eat here then you don't eat breakfast. The hotel is directly across the street from a beautiful park and the onramp to route 80. Park City and Deer Valley are only a short 20 minute ride away. It is also very close to many restaurants & shopping. Many within walking distance! I'm sure we'll be back to SLC again in the future and when we are I know we'll be staying here again!!

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and spacious. We had 2 queen beds and a couch. The beds were comfortable and thermostat worked well. We used the pool and hot tub, they were clean and well cared for, lots of fun for the kids. The breakfast had many items to choose from, better than most hotels with a complimentary breakfast. There are many stores and restaurants nearby, as well as Sugar House Park, another fun place for families.We would definitely recommend this hotel. .

Fantastic Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Great Amenities! Our overall stay was very enjoyable! We took advantage of the whirlpool and pool facilities and had a wonderful time. The addition of separate men’s and women’s showers at the pool was a nice touch. The price was reasonable, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We opted for the double queen suite, which was spacious and featured a large walk-in closet—definitely a great perk! The shower was very nice, providing a refreshing experience. While the refrigerator was only marginal, it wasn’t a big issue for us, and we didn’t use the microwave. Overall, a great stay with good amenities, and we would definitely consider returning!

We had a good stay at the Comfort Suites. The pictures of the rooms were a bit deceiving. The rooms appeared much larger in the photos than they are in reality. It is fairly close to the airport. The property itself feels very safe. However, if you walk to the train station, it gets a bit dicey. The breakfast was OK. The pool is small, but since we were the only ones in it, it was sufficient. The jacuzzi was not working. All in all, the stay was good, not great.

Was really impressed with this hotel. It was in a great location (minutes away from SLC airport) and it was very clean and well-maintained. Staff were extremely friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Appreciated the gift of a later check-out so we could explore Big Cottonwood Canyon drive, which is less than 30 minutes from the hotel. The room was spacious and also very clean. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were extremely soft. Loved the double sink outside the bathroom so one of us could continue getting ready while the other was in the shower. Continental breakfast was good and appreciated the freshly baked cookies and fruit infused water in the lobby in the afternoon. Overall, would highly recommend. Was perfect for our weekend get-away and we are already planning our return for the spring.

Since we were only staying one night, we booked this hotel because it was near the interstate and the airport. Very clean and comfortable. The vanity is outside the bathroom which is a plus. The hotel appears to be located in an industrial area with a few other hotels, so there was a limited choice of restaurants nearby; I believe only one Italian and one Mexican. But all in all a great, safe, and quiet location. Delicious continental breakfast. Friendly staff. We were very pleased with our stay.

Not a bad place. The bed was comfy, and the front desk staff was friendly. This hotel is only a couple miles from the Salt Lake airport, and they do provide a shuttle to the airport. You have to schedule it beforehand, and it runs on the half hour. The breakfast is a bit better than some hotels as they do offer scrambled eggs and bacon and is mostly edible. The room was clean. There is not any dinner options nearby, but the hotel apparently partners with a restaurant that you can order from as if it were room service. We had sandwiches that were edible, but very, very expensive, and delivered by Grub Hub. Restaurants are within a couple miles. I would stay again should I find myself in the area.
