The staff that helped me was AMAZING. I needed an invoice for Booking.com, who was being extremely difficult. The staff was super understanding, helpful, and friendly even though the entire process was super annoying. I got really lucky too that she speaks English. Thank you so, so, so much!! Aside from the amazing staff who helped (I should've asked for her name!), the room was comfortable, pretty sizable, wifi was good, and there was breakfast with a good spread of items. Bed and shower were great too. The location is convenient, not too far from the train station and close to the city center.

An excellent hotel - very clean and cozy. A special highlight is the beautiful inner courtyard with stunning graffiti depicting a scene that reflects the traditions of the indigenous people. It creates a truly unique and memorable atmosphere.

Location was great, a few blocks away from main square and teleferrico. The hotel premises were very clean and all staff were incredibly professional and helpful.

We stayed here less then a day so unfortunately we didn't try breakfast. Yet, there were glasses in the room, the reception manager also gave us some kitchen facilities, and we could get water as well. The location is great: in fact in a walking distance from the bus station, the main park, trade street and various cafes. There's spacious wardrobe and a table in the room. And we liked the bedding and shower facilities.

Had a great stay at Casa Real. Friendly staff, nice property overall with pool and spa, and attached cafe was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable overall, though our AC didn't work (fan came on but didn't provide cooling) - would have preferred it a tad cooler in the room but it wasn't a hot time of year during our stay so wasn't a huge deal for us in the end. Staff was helpful with getting us parking below the hotel (garage). Walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, peñas, and the main/central plaza, though we often just grabbed a cab or ubered (Uber is limited but does exist there, though cabs are well marked and easy to grab). Again, great stay overall, would stay again.

I stayed at Casa Real for two separate 3 night stays. The first time I was on the 2nd floor. The second time I was on the top floor and had good views. The breakfast buffet was good with fresh fruit, pastries, goat cheese, ham cold-cuts, yoghurt. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good. The hotel is located between the main plaza and the Balcarce street night life which made it convenient for exploring both areas. I didn't try the spa or pool.

Hotel was clean and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The wifi needs to be upgraded.

The location is 6 blocks from the main cathedral square, and 2 from the restaurant and nightclub area. The hotel service was so personable and accommodating, we really felt at ease. The hotel shows some wear and tear-- particularly in the spa and pool area, though the availability and services (including massage) were excellent. Decent breakfast, and good restaurant food at reasonable prices. Nice to have a separate cafe on site as well. The room was very comfortable, but somewhat plain in decor. Still the personalized and kind staff more than made up for it. A very good deal, and a very comfortable landing spot. Note: Residents all know the hotel because visiting soccer teams often stay there, so it has serious cachet!

The hotel was well located near the main sguare. Good restaurants and cafes were nearby. It was pretty quiet at night The room was spacious and clean. The staff were courteous and helpful. We had a nice start.

The hotel is located just in front of the train station from where you can take the Train to the clouds. The internal patios are really nice and help keep the rooms well isolated. Our room was very big with a king size bed and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was a little bit limited. We recommend.

The property is amazing for the price you pay, nice included breakfast , our room very confortable and comes with the jacuzzi, in the roof there are 2 jacuzzi, tables , pool table, massage room (optional) and nice view. The staff were allways nice and helpful and much more. Just half block from the tradicional restaurant with live music and dance. Very, Very recomended hotel

Hotel Inkai is located opposite Salta railway-station and offers 29 rooms over 3 floors. The hotel is built around 2 patios and very quiet. To the Plaza 9 de Julio is 10 blocks. Free Wi-Fi and street parking in front of the door. Staffs are adequate and friendly. Our practical room was adequately decorated and furnished, with an OK kingsize-bed. The room had a TV on the wall, wardrobe with safe, desk & chair, and no water boiler. We had a small separate bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The window opens into the patio. All was clean. An OK buffet breakfast is served with an acceptable variety: scrambled eggs, ham & cheese, bread & toast, cake & croissants, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, water, tea, coffee & espresso. Hotel Inkai is a comfortable hotel, and we had a good stay. Recommended.

We had a very good stay at this Sheraton. We arrived late and weary from our flight to be checked in efficiently and helped to our room by the charming Francisco. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was spacious and quiet, the bathroom was well designed with good lighting and a bath/shower combination that delivered a strong stream of hot water. The breakfast buffet available daily in the lobby was extensive and included lattes and hot chocolate served by a lovely young woman whose name I did not catch. Afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes was also available buffet style every afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful. Although situated on a hill in a residential district, it wasn’t too far a walk to some restaurants. We had a rental car which allowed us to go further afield to the lovely Portal shopping center, the handicraft mercado and a day trip to Cachi (highly recommended). We’d definitely stay here again.

All I ever want from a hotel stay is a clean room and a comfortable bed, and I can say we got that and more at the Sheraton Salta. We enjoyed our 9 night stay and always felt welcome by the staff. As a guy that is still learning Spanish I was able to communicate in English or use my poor Spanish. The room was clean, the bed was great, the lady who cleaned out floor (room) was very thorough and the meals had selection. We mostly only ate breakfast at the hotel so can only speak about the buffet. Lucas who works the mornings at Tipas was very helpful and always friendly. We used the gym, which could be a little crowded at times, but it has a great selection of equipment. Yes the hotel is residential section, but we found that peaceful and a great selection of restaurants were just a 10 minute walk down the hill. If you are active and enjoy a good mountain climb the stairs up Cerro de San Bernardo are also very close. We will definitely stay at this Sheraton each time we visit Salta. The Staff are wonderful.

Staying at this property was delightful and exceeded all expectation. The location is ideal - offering excellent access to the center of town, great views of the valley, and close proximity to a lovely and historic park. The service was exceptional and the rooms clean and comfortable. For me, it scored a perfect 10 on 3 ‘must haves’: a comfortable bed, great water pressure (seriously amazing temp and pressure) and reliable/comfortable HVAC. The food was great and afternoon tea time each day was ‘over the top.’ I have stayed at much more expensive properties and have not had service and amenities this nice. My compliments to the management and staff. Staying with you was a pleasure. Special recognition to the salon staff, the front desk and housekeeping staff. Everyone was so nice and everything was so professional.

Large hotel just outside the city centre (about a 15 min walk to the main square). At first appearances the hotel is a bit dated, and in some respects this is the case. However our room appeared recently renovated with a modern feel and massive new TV. Breakfast was very flexible, starting early to accommodate those going on day trips from Salta. It was varied and reasonable quality. We had room service one night, which was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

We had a beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, it had quality fittings, everything worked, had everything we needed to enjoy the city, eat and rest. and it was spotless. Loved the secure garage for parking. Yes there is still water in the roof top pool, there's an accessible gym and the view from apartment and rooftop is fabulous.

Everything about our stay was excellent. From the very first communication to the moment we checked out, we were happy. The location, security, cleanliness, view spacious layout, kitchen appliances, and privacy. The water was always hot and washing machine and pool a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Loved everything. Clean, spacious, and with great location. Millions of instructions to read though, be prepared.

It is not a large place, but they manage to have a small pool (towels from reception) and nice tiny planted areas. Our deluxe room was very large and a comfortable base for our three night stay. You are on a quiet street yet can walk to restaurants and tourist sights in minutes. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, and thankfully spoke good English. We got a bus from from the airport (8A from the main road at the airport entrance - an easy walk) and picked up our Hertz hire car just a five minute walk from the hotel - very convenient. The only downside for us was the breakfast, not the service or quality of what we had - apart from the orange “juice” - but the lack of any cheese, ham or eggs. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Well maintained historical house adapted to a hotel. Room was spacious with a very nice bed and pillows. Beautiful patios. Location was meters away from the main square, the San Francisco church and Cerro San Bernardo. The hotel staff were friendly, respectful and open to give recommendations. Breakfast was simple but very convenient and tasty. Very good value for money.

It is a lovely place, great location in the historical center of the city. The room was nice, clean and with heating (which is not easy to get here in Salta/Jujuy). The bathroom was clean too. The breakfast is simple but with very tasty cakes, budins, facturas etc. I will come back.

You get a lot of value for your money in this place. The room is very big: table, big bed. The bathroom is shared but is fully equipped: shower and even a large bathtub. Very clean. The room is part of a house that is owned by a lady who is incredibly hospitable and welcoming. Kitchen can be used freely. Location is excellent in the Paseo Guëmes.

Serve with a very comfortable room in a beautifully decorated house. Andrea is very helpful and friendly. Location is great too. Truly recommend for a few days staying here.

Very friendly host in an amazing house with large bedroom and bathroom. Large kitchen which you can use as well. Tv in the room with Netflix. Free parking on the street available. Note that the accommodation is paid on the day of arrival at the exchange rate of the National bank. Hence the price on Booking is just a rough estimate.

Andrea is super nice! We loved spending time chatting with her. she’s very kind and let you use her kitchen and a whole fridge if needed. It’s closed to the centre yet quiet enough to rest and we loved the location. lots of options to eat, some bars and cafes around too

Best house in Salta. Amazing Host. Spacious room and massive bathroom. Probably no one knows about the place. We went there for 2 nights to recover post our motorbike expedition.

Lovely hotel, great location in the centre and we returned after journeying north. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Our rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. We spent time on the roof terrace and in the small but adequate pool. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a good range of fresh fruit, pastries, meats and cheeses. Eggs were freshly cooked as requested. All served in a delightful breakfast room. This hotel deserves 5 stars for the warmth and comfort it provided.

Everything was as we expected and were promised by the hotel. All staff are great even if no everyone spoke English they did their best to help. The valet parking is great as we did not need the car for two-day stay so we were totally happy to know that it was securely parked in the hotel's parking. The location is great with a walking distance to anywhere anyone may need in Salta. Next door great coffee shops, convenience stores, pharmacy, park, shopping area, etc. Wifi worked well and the laundry service is very swift and cheap. The rooms was spacious and comfortable. Definitely would recommend this place outside of all the tourists hassle. The spa area was closed - it was winter, so not a big deal. The breakfast could be the only place we would like to see the improvement for our next stay there - more vegan options and better coffee, please.

Everything perfect. The pool on the rooftop is a very nice plus with a lot of space to chill. The breakfast has a lot of options. All important spots in Salta (main square, Caseros, bus terminal and so on) can be reached in a few minutes on foot. All in all great value for money!

I had a great stay at Hotel de la Linda! The location is excellent as it's very close to Plaza 9 de Julio and all touristic sites. The room was very clean, quiet and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very nice with a lot of options from bread, eggs, yogurt and fruit. What made my stay perfect was the amazing staff (especially Pablo who always greeted guests with a big smile and was very kind and helpful). Gracias!

I had a very positive experience during my one-night stay. I was also able to check in a couple of hours earlier than the scheduled time, which was a pleasant flexibility that I really appreciated. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff — incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. That level of service really stood out. Breakfast was served at the hotel next door (same company), just a few steps away, so there was no inconvenience at all. The options were great, and I was pleasantly surprised to see scrambled eggs, which is not common. A big plus: my flight was at 9:30 PM, and after checking out at 11 AM, I was able to leave my luggage at the front desk; this allowed me to enjoy my last day exploring the city without having to carry my bags. The location is excellent, just 250 meters from Salta’s Catedral Basílica de Salta, one of the city’s main landmarks. The hotel has a charming style that matches the city’s vibe, and I found the price to be very reasonable. Be aware that the street in front of the hotel is currently closed to traffic, and the remaining pedestrian path is narrow and a bit inconvenient if you're carrying large luggage — though, of course, this is not the hotel's fault. I’d definitely recommend it !!!

We stayed one night, left to go on a 2 day tour then returned for two nights. Our first bedroom faced the street and was a bit noisy. The second bedroom faced the back of the hotel and was very quiet and comfortable. The hotel is in a very convenient location for walking into town and Salta is a lovely place to explore. There is an unheated pool on the top floor. It probably warms up in summer. We were there in November and it was quite cold- okay once you were in. Staff service was excellent. The only reason for four stars and not five was that the breakfast was more limited than in other similar hotels. You can order eggs and they are delicious freshly cooked. However the fruit salad was mainly apples. Perhaps it is difficult to get melon and pineapple at this time of year but our other hotels all had them. Apart from the breakfast I loved the hotel and would stay here again when I visit Salta.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It is within walking distance of the city’s main attractions, including the main square, museums, restaurants, and pedestrian streets. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed just one night at the Legado Mitico, and I can't say enough good things about it. It was elegantly appointed, comfortable, and a truly lovely place to stay. The building is old - the staircases creak, you hear the odd floorboard, but to me this added to its charm. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and the staff very helpful. Our room faced an interior courtyard and had a small balcony where we enjoyed a few relaxing moments before leaving for our dinner reservations a few blocks away. Everything was very clean, and despite the age of the building there were all the expected modern conveniences. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The hotel is situated a few blocks from the town square, but is easily walkable. Parking was available, which was a huge plus. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel (and I hope to one day stay there again).

Legado Mitico is a gem in a terrific location. Near many good restaurants and in a very safe area. Walked around in evenings. Great grocery store few blocks away. Included breakfast just perfect. Room extremely comfortable. Were on 3rd floor facing tiny quiet courtyard Kept window open at night and was very quiet. LM has wonderful public areas both indoors and out. Staff very helpful. At our request recommended an amazing private guide for two days of excellent tours outside of the city. Beautiful square nearby which is very alive in evenings. (too far to hear any noise!)

This beautiful, small boutique hotel in Salta is deservedly very well reviewed in many publications; bedrooms are comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated with antiques and art work; our room (El Caudillo) had the most attractive large terrace balcony overlooking the internal courtyard garden. There are also elegant and comfortable sitting and social areas in the library and sitting rooms. Being within easy walking distance of the main centre – Plaza 9 de Julio - (about 5 blocks); within about 7 blocks (in the other direction) from Balcarse Street (the Pena street); and within 2 blocks of excellent restaurants, we found the hotel perfectly situated. Breakfasts are very good and staff at reception are very pleasant and helpful. There are also 3 parking spaces just outside the hotel’s front door.

The hotel has just recently opened. We were the first guests to stay in the room. We stayed in the apartment, which was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable for traveling with children. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent, and the overall service was outstanding. It is located in a residential area, far from the city center and without shops nearby, so it’s better suited for visitors to Salta who have a vehicle. The breakfast was good. If I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our suite was on the top floor with a commanding view of the city. The room was spacious with more than enough wardrobe/drawer space to accommodate our clothes. The lounge area was comfortable. The king bed was in fact two doubles on the same base but it was comfortable. The bathroom was very spacious with a separate toilet, sufficient light and very airy. There were just enough electric outlets but a few more and maybe a USB or 2 ports would be helpful. The room itself had more that enough light fittings to adjust the mood to whatever you wanted. Housekeeping was very efficient and the laundry service exceptional. There was also nightly turn down service. The gym and pool were very good. The only negative comment is regarding the lifts. They were very slow and at times it took an unreasonable length of time for the doors to open. The restaurant was good, the food was well prepared and the price reasonable. Front desk etc were all very helpful. If we return to salta we would definitely stay here again,

We booked a luxury room, as others were not available, and enjoyed a very spacious, quiet room with sofa, comfortable chairs, a gorgeous 11th-floor view, two TV's, king bed, extensive breakfast choices. Would have liked an English language channel on TV for news. Local and historical themes in decor, including interesting art work everywhere. Laundry service was prompt, not expensive. Doormen, concierge and servers friendly and helpful.

The hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff were all helpful..The neighborhood was safe to walk and close shopping. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of variety. We also ate 2 dinners in the dining room which were excellent at a reasonable cost. The only negative was that we could not find one T.V. station that was in English. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We are ready to move in! The Alejandro offers a fabulous buffet breakfast; they have a well equipped gym, Pilates and yoga classes, a swimming pool and sauna. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Staff is unfailingly polite, friendly and helpful. The price is unbelievable for the luxury you get. We arrived with a rental car and as soon as you arrive, there is someone who will help you with your luggage and park your car in their secure parking. That was great, as Salta is busy and difficult to locate parking nearby. The check in was smooth, the staff super friendly and will explain the hotel's amenities and will offer further information on what to see, etc. The rooms are spacious, clean, well equipped. Ours had a great view from the 4th floor. We slept very well and had everything we needed there. The breakfast is buffet style, varied, had gluten-free options. The coffee was probably the only thing that let the breakfast down, as it was filtered and quite weak. You can order coffee separately, but it has a cost implication. This was not an issue for us as there are lots of coffee shops around the area to choose from for your morning caffeine hit. The gym is compact and well equipped. Bear in mind it is shared between members and hotel guests. They provide you with towels for both the gym and pool area. Very clean, great for a workout. All in all, the hotel scores 5 stars for its location, amenities, and particularly for its staff, who are incredibly helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to assist. Great place. Highly recommend.

We were at Alejandro 1º Hotel for five nights and absolutely loved our stay there ! Concierge was very helpful letting us store luggage before check in, the room was very comfortable (great bed, great shower, lots of space, really nice toiletries, dressing gowns and slippers, safety deposit box) and had an amazing view across Salta. The main square is a five minute walk away and there are so many excellent restaurants in every direction. We rented a car for one day and the concierge parked it in the hotel car park for free. The gym is massive - much better than most hotel gyms - which was a real selling point. The pool is also great to have although slightly smaller than the pictures make it look. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruits, breads, pastries, cakes and biscuits, cheeses, cut meats etc

They are really helpful (park your car, help with the luggage, welcome drink, questions etc.). Secondly it’s the most beautiful place I ever visited. The room and private terrace is very spacious, clean and romantic. There is fresh fruit, water and tea in the room. The building is really authentic and beautiful. The nature around the building is even more beautiful. Words couldn’t do it justice. Thirdly, they have a lot of activities: children activities (pastry making, games, babysitting), empanada making lessons, biking, spa, gym, swimming pool, horsebackriding and bird watching. And at last the breakfast, the food in general and cocktails are amazing. The complementary breakfast was very various and you could even add some freshmade dishes to the buffet (tortilla eggs, pancakes with Dulce the ledge). The pancakes are the best I ever had in my life!

This estancia is a respite of luxury and comfort in the countryside of Salta. You enter through a stately drive of trees and the main colonial house is stunning. The staff of the hotel is exceptionally accommodating and met every request. My villa was beautiful and well appointed. The views were beautiful and so peaceful. I was able to open my french doors and enjoy the birds and cool fall air. The restaurant was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was amazing - be sure to try the plum tart! I enjoyed dinner almost every night and tried a variety of starters and main entrees. The local food was certainly the best. The goat cheese proveleta with roasted tomatoes, quinoa salad, tamales and humita were fabulous starters. The chicken with pumpkin puree was a classic local entree. It is easy to walk around the property and enjoy the neighboring fields.

Exceptional breakfast, extraordinary setting/grounds, beautifully designed rooms and common/sitting areas, lovely artwork/artifacts throughout, amazing pool and views of the mountains, turn down service with a surprise treat each evening, delicious dinner selections, and warm/welcoming service from everyone. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed. Our stay felt like being welcomed to a friends "country home" for the weekend. Perfect!

Loved the place! Beautifully landscaped and tastefully decorated. We stayed in two junior suites that were very big with a private terrace and a great view of the Andes. Free bikes to ride around the property was a nice touch. Dinner and breakfast were perfect.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It’s a lovely boutique hotel on the edge of the city and the service / staff are brilliant. Our room was beautiful decorated and very spacious, it had a lovely large bathroom and a jacuzzi/hot tub that looked over the pool area. The hotel itself is in a really nice residential area so it’s quite quiet. If you’re driving there is plenty of parking on the surrounding streets. There are quite a few restaurants and bars that are walkable, but if you want to go into the city at night you’d probably want to get a taxi but easy to walk in the day. The buffet breakfast is nice and you can order hot items too, the service is very friendly. There’s an honesty bar for drinks throughout the day/evening. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of visiting Salta.

We had a wonderful stay at Kkala on our honeymoon trip to Argentina. Although we stayed in a range of places - some grander, some humbler - Kkala was the standout accommodation of our trip. Our room (we stayed in Tolar) took our breath away from the moment we arrived, and was perfect throughout our entire stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and well-designed, and the balcony and hot-tub with views over the city and mountains were well-used during our stay. The service was also exceptional: breakfast was great; laundry was returned same-day in pristine condition; our room and the whole hotel were kept pristine; fresh chocolates were delivered to our room each evening; and, even though it is a small hotel, there was always a member of staff close to hand when we needed them. The hotel is a real oasis in the city, and after a stressful few days we really enjoyed a relaxing day by the pool, which felt very private. The location - while not particularly central - was great for what we wanted: the centre of Salta was only a 20-minute walk away; and the suburb location meant that the hotel is easy to reach in a car from the airport, and ideal for heading out of the city into the mountains. There is also ample on-street parking if you have a car. Kkala is a stunning hotel, managing to combine 24-hour efficient service with a tranquil, relaxed atmostphere. We would highly recommend it as a relaxing base from which to explore Salta and the surrounding area.

We spent a few nights here at the end of a 10-day trip through Salta and Tucuman provinces. As all the reviews report, it is a beautifully designed and decorated hotel in a quiet upscale residential neighborhood a few miles from the central plaza. The staff are very professional, although not as warm and friendly as some of the other places we stayed on this trip. Although there are restaurants within easy walking distance, we didn’t find these very interesting and hence routinely ended up walking 30 minutes into the center, where there is more diversity to choose from. At the beginning of our trip, we had stayed in a hotel much closer to the central plaza, which was very different in style (colonial), but also lovely and on a reasonably quiet street. In the end, we much preferred the other hotel and the energy of being in the heart of the city rather than in a residential neighborhood. But both hotels are very good choices - it’s all a matter of personal preference and whether you’re looking to be away from the action or part of it.

Pros: A hotel with old world charm & ambience. The room was lovely with a comfy bed & a gorgeous antique wardrobe. Spacious bathroom compared to other places we’ve stayed in Argentina. We had a nice view of the San Francisco Cathedral from the Romeo & Juliet balcony. Cons: Being so close to Plaza 9 de Julio, it was a bit noisy at night. The included breakfast was pretty average.

Rooms large and comfortable; restaurant high quality and has lovely décor (dinners excellent; breakfasts good); workout room adequate; roof pool and Jacuzzi very comfortable. The one big issue is Internet--spotty to nonexistent in rooms (we had three rooms--all with same issue), which is a real problem. Routers in each main hall's ceiling link to individual floors, and other guest floors besides ours were weak too. Lobby and restaurant reception are fine, but you can't keep going downstairs to read NYT or check email. The hotel advertises internet access so this is something they Have to Fix asap (by contrast, internet reception at Buenos Aires hotels was very good).

The hotel is very comfortable and located 100m from the main square of Salta. It is a modern structure that may look a bit "cold" or "basic, but it is just the first impression. Rooms are fairly big and very clean. The breakfast room (that serves as restaurant at dinner) is a beautiful place, very elegant. It is used as art gallery for temporary exhibitions. The breakfast itself is fair ( we have had better and richer ones in other place during our stay in Argentina), but, in the evening, it becomes a very good restaurant. We had the best meat of all our trip. Service is top class. They don't have a long list in the menu, but what they have is really good. We were practically the only guests when we ate there and we think this is because the place is not well supported in terms of communication. Also because it has not the traditiomal atmosphere you would expect to find in a traditional Argentinian restaurant.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is right in the middle of Salta with all the local attractions easily reached by foot. The rooms are slick, bright, stylish, and spacious, and if you are on a higher floor, you get some really good views of the city, even if you are on a lower floor, you can always go up to the rooftop swimming pool which shows these same views of the city. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help, and when we had a problem with the hot water in our room, they moved us to a better and higher one rather than have us deal with maintenance people in the room trying to fix it. The wifi was terrible though, constantly dropping and slow at best. We never tried the restaurant as our package did not include breakfast, and their breakfast was way too expensive, especially when you are right in the center of town with so many cafes around. If you have a car, parking around the hotel can be tricky, but is very cheap if you park on the street (if you can find it) the hotel itself does not have parking, but they send you to another parking lot where they charge a premium, best to park on your own. Over all, it is highly recommended.

From the moment we pulled up in front of the hotel, this was a great experience. The reception staff were well trained, polite and helpful. The hotel's design is unique, modern and stands out. Too bad the front faces a much bigger and overbearing hotel across the street. The restaurant is in what looks like an old bank building. Very clever and attractive. The free breakfast was good and more than adequate. Beautiful marble bathroom with nice amenities. Free safe in the room. Bed was comfortable and warm (Salta is cold in the winter!) Location of the hotel very convenient to the main plaza and many walkable attractions. It was good value for the money and I would definitely stay there again.

It is basic, non frills hotehl with spacious rooms, a good bathroom and parking facilities. Comfortable beds. Free wifi. No kettle. The only thing we missed was a fridge. Basic breakfast is served in the lobby area, youghurt, fruit, cereals, pastry etc. Light meals and drinks are served here during the day, but there is no restaurant. The reason for giving it five stars is the outstanding service. From immediate, friendly help with luggage and parking, to good advice on car rentals, excursions and not the least, help when you get sick. We were allowed to stay late in the afternoon on our last day, without being charged, which is very rare according to our experience with hotels worldwide. Would definitely come back here again!

Really enjoyed staying here for two nights. Good location near the Plaza. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious and the bathroom very clean. We had a room that looked out west towards the mountains and it was nice and quiet, even though this was in the middle of town.

Upon arrival reception was very pleasant and user friendly. We were an hour early and were worried that we had too wait after previous experience at other hotels. Not a problem. Room was clean but basic. Plenty of hot water and soap. Breakfast was from 6.30am; this was ideal as we had our tour starting at 6.45 - sadly breakfast was 10 minutes late so had it on the run. What made the hotel is the friendly staff. Well worth a stay.

A well located hotel near to the centre of the city, so plenty of choice for restaraunts and cafes. Hotel has all that is required with good wifi and comfortable rooms. staff were helpful as on our visit the fiesta for the Gauchos was taking place. English was spoken by reception staff. Reasonable buffet breakfast .

The great: - Excellent central location, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, etc. - The staff I dealt with were polite, helpful and friendly. The good: - The free breakfast had a good selection of food, and operated from 6:00-10:00 AM. The early start was helpful for guests going on early tours, or departing for the airport early, who could have breakfast before leaving. - The bathroom in my room had instant hot water, unlike many LATAM hotels and hostels which have lukewarm water at best, after running the water for 5 minutes. The Average: - the wifi was spotty. In my room, my iPhone had virtually no connectivity. My tablet was better. I sometimes had to go to the lobby to get strong enough wifi for some online activities. - Yes, the hotel is old. All the bathroom fixtures, light switches, etc., are old school, but in good repair. Just don’t expect a lot of modern conveniences. For example, my bathroom was very tiny, to the point where my knees would touch the opposite wall while I was sitting on the toilet The Poor: - My room was adjacent another establishment, so noise from next door was common, via the window, though generally tapered off around 11:00 PM. Also, the interior hard surfaces of the hotel (tile, hardwood doors, metal keyed locks) were conducive to noise transmission. I tried to be mindful of this when coming and going at quiet times, but many guests were not.

Room was small. Breakfast was very basic Rest was good. Good location helpful staff.

Das Gebäude ist einzigartig. Großzügiger, altehrwürdiger Kolonialstil. Phantastische Bauweise. Die Zimmer eher spartanisch und einfach und irgendwie sehr angenehm. Es funktioniert alles. Kein Haarfön, man muss wohl danach fragen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ideal. Für länger gibt es sicherlich auch andere Zimmer. Das Hotel ist wunderbar zentral gelegen.

Un lugar idea para dejar tus cosas y disfrutar de la ciudad. Si vas a estar mucho tiempo en el hotel tratar de buscar una buena habitación. Para mis fines muy buen servicio.

Muy bien servicio. Todo muy limpio! Prolijo. Los recepcionistas muy serviciales cómo así las personas de Maestranza. Fui sola y me ayudaron muchísimo para poder disfrutar a pleno Salta. Sin dudas volveria

El personal increíble las 5 empleadas que conocimos todas muy amables y súper atentas. Realmente el hotel es muy chico solo algunas habitaciones pero son gigantes.
