Excellent location. Updated rooms. Property has many amenities- great fitness center, pool and jacuzzi. Very large dining room for breakfast and you can’t beat the afternoon happy hour with snacks and drinks. The staff here is amazingly friendly and helpful. This was our third stay here and we would definitely stay again. Great value and spacious rooms for our family of 4.

Loved the Breakfast Buffet, Dinner Buffet, 3 Alcoholic Drinks per adult with dinner, popcorn and soda were all included in room stay. Pool was clean with pool towels available at all times we went. Covered parking garage. Very professional, nice, attentive staff at check in, dining room, and pool attendants.There were so many attendants in the dining room for breakfast and dinner. They're awesome! They have free driving service, within a mile,from 330am to 1230am every day. Everything is so close by, North Star Mall, Target, Walmart, Ross. Picnic area with bbq pits available. Large oak trees around picnic area with lots of shade. Will stay again for the free hot breakfast and dinner buffets included with our stay and the service they provided.

The General Manager, Mr Aaron Francisco, as well as every single staff member (front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and dining room) I encountered made me feel genuinely welcome and very much at home! I truly appreciated the real intentionality of the staff in their gracious hospitality, the care evident of the property (though older, it is meticulously maintained) and the delicious food / beverage at breakfast and in the evening was wonderful....something for every palate. I have traveled around the world, and you cannot beat this Drury (and Drury in general) for value, comfort, services and genuine hospitality. The pool and fitness center are very nice as is the pleasant oak tree courtyard, and I really appreciated the digital pay laundry facility. The hotel is solid and well built, so rooms are quiet. The air conditioning was wonderful and effective, especially given the 90+ temps and humidity. The room furniture is well built and maintained as well as comfortable. My bed was very comfortable and both bed and bath linens are of good quality. Parking in the lot and garage was plentiful and secure. The hotel airport shuttle that I used on arrival was right on time, clean and comfortable. What a WONDERFUL staff and hotel!

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Staff were so nice, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING and we didn't do dinner there so not sure. The view from our room wasn't good, it was the parking lot, but we were steps from the pool out our door and it was beautiful area. It was my first time is San Antonio so we didn't spend alot of time in the room, so the view didn't bother us!

I can’t say enough good about this hotel, it was our first time at Drury property and very impressed. The linens were excellent. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Everything was very clean. The management was at the breakfast buffet every morning. They spoke to all and made sure food was kept available. I call it a buffet because it was more choices and better than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. In the evening they have a free buffet and free drinks-limit 3. The evening buffet was enough for us so we had 2 meals a day at the hotel. Our bathroom sink was not draining good so I mentioned it to Aaron the manager and it was fixed before we returned in the afternoon. I will look for a Drury from now on.

Exceptional Service That Exceeded our Expectations From the moment we arrived, the service at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Ian at the front desk, warmly welcomed us with genuine smiles and efficiency that made check-in a breeze. They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful, answering every question. The valet team especially Ray, was equally impressive—courteous, very friendly, prompt, and always ready with a kind word and quick service. Even offered to put ice in our cooler. They treated our vehicle with care and made every arrival and departure feel effortless. Special mention must go to Louis our bellman, who greeted us immediately upon arrival, handled our luggage with great attention, and made us feel right at home. Their professionalism and friendliness set the tone for the rest of our stay. During our downtime, we spent several relaxing hours at the pool, and the service there was equally impeccable. Towels were readily available, and the staff ensured the area was clean, peaceful, and welcoming. We felt truly pampered and appreciated. Kat was our waitress and was awesome! Everyone except for the bartender in Corrine that served us coffee. Not pleasant, no greeting like Good Morning! Everyone else demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find a hotel where every department consistently delivers top-tier hospitality, but this property nails it.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The location is convenient & easily accessible. The hotel is beautifully decorated and arranged both inside and outside. The entire staff is so pleasant & helpful. Helena at the front desk was super friendly & warming upon my arrival. The food at the Corinne restaurant & bar definitely surpassed my expectations and I received wonderful service from the waiter (unfortunately I can’t remember his name but it begins with an R). I had an amazing massage from Yenyx at the spa (10/10). I got to take a dip in the pool early in the day & enjoy a drink with small bites from the Anaqua bar which was also great. I went back in the evening and enjoyed some more fun cocktails as well. Room service was also very prompt & Dwayne was an absolute sweetheart! Emelia from housekeeping also refreshed my room while I was away & restocked the water which was very much needed. My stay was meant for relaxation & self care and I definitely had that experience. Would definitely go back!

The property fits well into the area and respects the culture and history of the city. The rooms are beautifully appointed and I especially loved the balcony for morning espresso—there is a machine with pods etc. in the room. The restaurant and room service were spot on delicious. We ordered steaks for room service and they arrived warm and perfectly cooked. We didn’t feel like going out and thought we’d get good food but likely lukewarm. Instead we received delicious food as if we were at the restaurant. The service in the spa was also excellent, as was the bar. Additionally, my wife is blind and the staff accommodated her in a way that was respectful and genuinely helpful. She felt comfortable navigating the hotel and going to the spa on her own. The staff genuinely seemed to care about the guests and were frankly great. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

What an amazing hotel! I was warmly welcomed by Brianna! This women know customer service! She greeted me with a big smile and checked me in quickly! I was tired and running late so I appreciated her smile and her quickness! I felt like I had arrived home! My room was clean, cool and welcoming! It was so hot outside that I appreciated a room that was cool! The room was spacious and the bed was so comfy! I had a balcony but I didn’t really go outside as it was so hot but I didn’t go out when I came home from a full day! I am sure Brianna never goes home as it seemed she was always there and welcomed me back with tha warm big smile! I just loved her! My peers and I had drinks and appetizers at the bar out side and had the privilege of being served by Macy! She was also amazing! She was a pure joy! She enhanced our experience! One of my colleagues was being bit by mosquito’s and she quickly offered Bug Spray, which made a world of difference! She saved the day! He knowledge of the menu did not go unnoticed!!! She was just another example of great service! Kudos to the staff for making a business trip feel like a vacation! Thank you to all!

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable and valued. The Bell Captain, Louis Trinidad, unloaded my bag & accompanied me to the front desk, which was immensely helpful, as I was weary from the trip, traveling alone, and a first-time visitor. Over the course of my stay, Louis was consistently helpful whenever I had questions or concerns. Although he is the only staff member I knew by name, every person I had contact with was pleasant, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned that my visit be an enjoyable experience. As for the property, my room was in the adjacent Kimpton and was completely lovely; I attended a conference in the Plaza and found everything there to be outstanding as well, especially the food - amazing! Speaking of amazing food, I can highly recommend Dean’s Steak & Seafood, attached to the Kimpton. The food was creative, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service superb. If I visit San Antonio again, I would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you, Louis & the rest of the staff for making my visit so pleasant.

the staff was really friendly and the breakfast and dinner/drinks were awesome. there is plenty of restaurants very close by. I liked that there was a indoor pool and jacuzzi. it’s about 25 minutes from SeaWorld.

The location was good, coffee shop, restaurants in the vicinity was a great bonus! I am looking forward to our next stay! This was our first time staying at the Drury and we were pleasantly surprised!

This was our first time staying at Drury and I must say we were very very pleased with the excellent friendly customer service! The room was very clean and nice and comfortable, the meals were great! The pool & jacuzzi was one of the main features that attracted us to this location. We are definitely going to stay there again

The breakfast was pretty standard. No bells and whistles but it wasn’t bad. I love that Drury also offered free dinner and free cocktails as well. Id never stayed at a hotel that gave you so much for free!! They even had a popcorn machine in the lobby & offered some freshly popped everyday. The pool was nice & even though texas is more than hot enough, there was a jacuzzi as well. The rooms were large & spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable and everything always smelled clean from the halls to the actual bedrooms. The bathroom was nice. They were not cheap with the towels either and gave more than enough I was able to wash my own clothes in the laundry room. Nice & clean. Only $5 (this included the detergent i bought) Offered a free airport shuttle (more free!! 🤩) Staff was always very nice and pleasant. I traveled with a baby and everyone was always more than willing to help with any/everything. From carrying luggages, to bringing my food back to the table at dinner.

I booked this online for a trip to SAT to see my son graduate from BMT. I was so happy that I made the right choice with my stay at Drury Inn and Suites. It was amazing!! They have popcorn in the lobby in the evenings, a snack buffet like meal in the evenings, a snack area in the lobby with water, snacks, and even ice cream for purchase. Although, I missed the breakfast meals while I was there, I am guessing they were delicious just like the evening snack mini meals were. The room was exceptional and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean and very homey. A coffee pot, microwave, and refrigerator, safe, and a hairdryer, ironing board and iron. I also had the best sleep I have had when away from home hands down. They also have a shuttle to get to and from the airport that is super clean and fast, especially "Leo". If I ever happen to go back to San Antonio, I am already sure I will stay at this hotel. It was the best experience in a long time and the staff were so nice and helpful. On a scale of 1-10 I give it a 20. It was the best stay I have ever had :-)

I will be staying at Drury hotels whenever possible, hopefully there will be one built soon in San Jose Costa Rica! The room was lovely, the bed comfortable, the breakfast above the normal for included breakfast. The nighttime kickback was a real treat, having the choice not to go out for dinner but to have both dinner and drinks right there and "included" with room is most wonderful when traveling! Plus, it was actually quite good. Staff are both extremely friendly, kind and professional. Only major critique...$50/day pet fee. If I am able to opt out of daily housekeeping and you are not going to clean up after my pet every day, then why is it per day and not per stay? I certainly understand a pet fee to clean the room for the next guest, but per day is a little exorbitant. The per day fee would certainly decrease how many days I would stay.

We booked the Drury Plaza because it was located on the Riverwalk that runs in downtown San Antonio TX along the San Antonio River. All the history attractions were within walking distance of the hotel. The riverwalk was an exceptional feature of downtown that we visited and used multiple times during out stay. Our typical king room was very spacious and well laid out. High quality linens. The decor in the lobby took you back to the glamorous age of the 1920's. It used to be the Alamo bank building, refurbashed in the early 2000's for which they kept the historical look. What we didnt expect was how well The Drury Plaza staff took care of us. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We knew it included free breakfast. But we were blown away by the options that breakfast included. When out sightseeing we found every meal was around $50-$60 for two. Then we realized that Drury Plaza also offered free light supper every day to their guests with multiple options. Between these two meals The Drury saved us at least $50 a day. Other perks: In house guest laundry. Inside pool with heated jacuzzi, rooftop pool & hot tub, valet parking. We loved our stay and highly reccomend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The valet men and woman were so helpful and pleasant. The facility is immaculate. Everything about the hotel building inside and out was so beautiful and interesting. The rooms were clean and were cleaned daily. The pools inside and out were amazing. They were so refreshing and so relaxing. Always had clean water and clean surroundings around the pools and spas. The views from the balcony’s and pool areas were breath taking. The location was so great. We loved being able to leave out of the hotel and be directly at the river walk. We also loved that there were so many restaurants and coffee shops so close to us. My wife loves Starbucks so it such a blessing to go 2 blocks away grab some coffee and be back at the hotel so quickly. We usually travel and stay at hotels 2 or 3 times a years an we usually like to spend a little more bc we take full advantage of the hotel from amenities, to food, and leave right at check out time. And this hotel has blown our minds. We will be back and we will only stay here from now on. I wish we would have taking pictures of everything. We were just so astonished!!

I have to say the stay with my family at Pear Tree Inn was absolutely amazing. The staff was great They greeted you as soon as you entered. The service to get checked in quickly was great. The greeter provided a lot of extra information letting us know some cool stuff the hotel did at certain times. One was letting us know that for adults 21 and over there was a kick back hour from 5-7 during this time adults can have a limit of three complimentary drinks whine or beer till 7 also a complimentary snack bar with chips, pretzels, salsa, popcorn, nacho cheese, jalapenos. There was also a fountain machine with soda, a coffee bar that was complimentary and was open till 9pm. That was awesome! The best of all was breakfast I love breakfast so when I looked for a hotel I looked for something with good reviews on their complimentary breakfast. It was buffet style with eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, cereal, bagels, toast, muffins, waffles, and a juice machine with apple and orange juice. The pool was nice a bit too much chlorine the day we went but it was still nice to swim especially with the hot humid weather. Also the front seat brought our room items we needed very quickly when we called and it took less than five minutes. Great job Pear Tree Inn. Keep up the great work

The Pear Tres Inn is an established hotel in the San Antonio area near North Star mall now owned by Drury Hotels. The lobby and breakfast areas were spacious and very nicely appointed with colorful touches. We left too early in the morning to have breakfast, but we heard from a lot of people that it was really excellent. The room itself was spacious very quiet with a super comfortable bed and good sheets. The bathroom area is small with a tub and shower combo but serviceable. Shampoo and conditioner was provided, but I was surprised that there was no body lotion. Our primary purpose for staying here was an early flight the next morning as the Pear Tree is close to the San Antonio Airport and offered a free shuttle. The shuttle arrived within minutes of our request for it at 6 AM. They told us it runs from about 3 o’clock in the morning! We didn’t use it, but there was a very nice looking swimming pool outside that several guests were enjoying. I would definitely recommend this property to someone who wants to be in the airport area or 15 minutes from downtown. It is reasonably priced and great value

I really enjoyed my stay. The breakfast was delicious, everything was very clean, and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The hotel’s location was also perfect convenient and safe. I would definitely stay here again!

I was just looking for a place to crash before an early morning flight headed home… but got so much more. From my call to the hotel to verify the shuttle operation hours to checkout and drop off at SAT they exceeded expectations ESPECIALLY given the price. When we arrived, exhausted from travel, Michael recommended a nearby restaurant after I lamented about our less than spectacular food experiences in SA and then arranged for the shuttle to take us across the Hwy as we had returned the rental car. He nailed the recommendation – it was very good. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The room (king), spacious and spotless. Bed and pillows comfortable. There was a little freeway noise but not enough to effect sleep, and the HVAC was extremely quiet. And little wait for the shuttle. I joined their rewards program as I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in SA.

The property was very nice and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking at the property is tricky especially if you miss the property’s entrance. The property is apart of Drury Inn & Suites and all 3 properties are connected and share the same parking lot but the parking lot is blocked/gated off from each property. You can park at either of the 3 properties and walk and carefully step over the block/gated off barrier to your reserved property. Also, the properties are situated on the 410 loop. Our room was facing the 410 loop which was very noisy due to motorcycles and street racing. Overall, my stay was wonderful, comfortable, and convenient. I highly recommend.

We had a balcony king suite with a sleeper sofa that had a view of the riverwalk and the San Fernando Cathedral. The room was spacious and updated. The view was amazing and the balcony was great to sit on and enjoy the view. The best part of the hotel is the history. The lobby is beautiful and much the same as it was in 1929 and they have so many historical facts posted around the hotel for you to discover. We didn’t use the rooftop pool area but heard it was great. The free breakfast buffet and free light dinner/snack bar with 2 free alcoholic drinks was great also. We were so happy we chose this historic hotel over a regular hotel (this was the second leg of 3 different cities we stayed in on this trip and our favorite hotel out of all of them). Even if history isn’t your thing, the hotel lobby is really beautiful and the room was clean. And everything is pretty much a 5-10 minute walk or less (you’re right on the riverwalk, the Alamo is walking distance, many restaurants are very close by and shopping is also nearby).

We stayed at the Drury Inn Riverwalk with our family and had an amazing experience. The location is ideal — right on the Riverwalk with beautiful views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. What really made it special were the family-friendly perks: a free hot breakfast, evening snacks and drinks, and even popcorn in the lobby — the kids loved it! It felt safe, convenient, and hassle-free. Highly recommend for any families visiting San Antonio.

Stayed on a vacation on San Antonio River Walk at Drury Inn and Suites on St. Mary's Street. It was convenient, safe, clean, elevator access down to river walk. Free breakfast every morning, two free drinks from bar every night and a nice evening snack (more like a dinner) every night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Walked to Alamo, Ripley's and Madame Trussauds wax museum. Took Uber to San Antonio SeaWorld - would not recommend as it was expensive and they are trying to compete with Six Flags by having rides instead of animals from the sea. Their interactive map App is 4 years old, doesn't indicate which direction you should be walking. I would have preferred a paper map.

A very convenient location - at one end of the busy stretch of the river walk. No frills in the hotel room - the basics are provided, with a coffee machine. Unlike hotels in Asian countries, toothbrush and toothpaste are not among the toiletries provided. Something I like (or is it similar in other hotels?) is its free flow breakfast and evening snacks - that is filling enough as a meal! Though most of the items are similar across the days, they taste pretty good 👍 It could be a bit noisy at night over the busy weekend if the room faces the river walk. One thing can be more consistent is the housekeeping part - which can be more attentive to items to be replenished - eg sachets of sugar, creamer, etc. Other than that, in the whole, it’s pretty clean and comfortable :) More importantly, the front desk staff are friendly and helpful 👍

I rarely write reviews, but the Drury Inn & Suites San Antonio Riverwalk checks all the boxes as a perfect experience, starting with their friendly & helpful staff at check-in. The room was well-appointed and the covered balcony provided a great view of the Riverwalk. We did not know what to expect for "dinner" & had planed to go out after grabbing a quick snack. We are vegetarians and found that the dinner snacks were more than ample & of good quality, we skipped going out; the popcorn was great! Location is everything and this property is on the Riverwalk, we did not need our car once it was parked and the stairs down to Riverwalk are literally steps away from the front door. Breakfast was great and check out was seamless & friendly. The woman who checked me out knew my name from seeing me at check-in. The staff working the dining area did a great job keeping the tables cleaned off, although I thought that guests could have cleared their tables and left a tip, after all, the meals represented a significant savings on meals.

I recently stayed at The Aiden Hotel in San Antonio and had a truly wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the beautiful decor throughout the hotel. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service—they even brought my DoorDash order directly to my room, which was such a thoughtful and convenient touch! The location is perfect—close to the Riverwalk, as well as great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. I can’t recommend The Aiden Hotel enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to San Antonio. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

The room was very spacious and clean. The property was unique with very friendly staff. Robert check us in and was very personable and helpful. We had zero issues. Water pressure was amazing in the shower, and everything was clean. We live locally and did a staycation. I absolutely plan to return for the next staycation Oh the parking is valet but they are 24 hours and fast. All attendants were friendly and fast. Car was always ready almost immediately.

Very clean, comfortable beds and nice decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we would change is to add a breakfast but there is a Denny's within walking distance. Several dinner restaurants and bars nearby too. It would also be nice to be able to self park nearby.

My stay at Aiden by Best Western was fantastic! The room was modern, bright, comfortable, HUGE and spotless. I especially appreciated the surface valet lot, which made in-and-out access a breeze. The large, refillable Drybar bath products were a great touch, adding a bit of luxury. While the gym was small, it was immaculate and stocked with top-brand equipment—perfect for a quick workout. The lobby had a great vibe, always being kept pristine by a dedicated staff member (a tall gentleman in black and white Nikes), which added to the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere. This hotel is far better than other options near the Alamo. Given the choice, I’d stay here over La Mansión del Rio, the Marriott Riverwalk, or any of the massive conference center hotels that feel more like Vegas resorts than boutique stays. The only minor drawbacks were the street noise, even on the side opposite Commerce Street, though the constant fan setting on the HVAC helped mask it well. A bathroom nightlight would have been a nice touch, a thick blanket for bed but these were very small issues in an otherwise excellent stay. The AC gets colder than the luxury hotels in the area! Would absolutely return!

Definitely a hidden Gem! The location is amazing, price is very reasonable & the guest service is great! Super clean rooms, comfortable beds, very spacious area. It was the details for me... make up towelettes in the bathroom, ceramic coffee cups complete coffee bar! Love, love loved our stay!

Exceptional service by professional personnel at the front desk - I was made to feel very welcome. Enjoyed a very nice dinner at The Tributary Bar/Restaurant in the hotel lobby. Menu and beverage selections were plentiful and the service was outstanding. My Bartenders (Roffe and Emmaline) treated me like a guest in their own homes. I didn’t feel rushed and really appreciated the professional, attentive service. My food was fresh and there was plenty of it! I can’t wait to return! Thank you, Marriott for hiring such capable, friendly, customer service-oriented individuals!

Just for one night to meet with family. Took us a while to figure out the elevators because they weren't explained, but we eventually figured them out. Hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was like no hotel buffet ever before-- very fresh, good QUALITY, delicious food. Fruit was beautiful and ripe. I'd love to know the brand of sausage. It was super tender and tasty.

Comfortable, clean and the staff was great. The young woman helping us at breakfast before we had to catch our flight was very helpful. The breakfast was great and the staff accommodating to our needs to be fast. The location was right on the river and central to many things. We would come back.

This rating is especially to recognize Chef Jade and Bridget from the lounge. They were amazingly helpful and accommodating for my food allergies! Friendly service and really kind and caring staff members. Top notch service from them both! Additionally, Mike the bellman was helpful with local area info! There is a gentleman at the front desk who was also extremely friendly and helpful (worked maybe Wed and Th- black hair). While the hotel room and limited resort amenities may be may be over rated for the cost paid, the service from those team members was AMAZING!

Friendly and polite staff. Free coffee! Communication by texting instead, running to the lobby. I did not like dog friendly people on the fourth floor, where we were staying , too much barking. All dog, friendly motels should have dogs closer to the entrance to defecate outside . The first floor should be dog, friendly guests, and their pets . I don’t feel like we should have to hear barking. There should be a separation of people that need a more quiet sleep up on the fourth floor and third floor.. Dogs react to sound and bark more frequently, I explained this to the front desk and they were sympathetic, but could not make change to accommodate, my request. The walls were not that soundproof . The staff did the best to notify the guests with dogs to quiet down after 9 o’clock But we were here to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from Air Force Boot Camp . We got to see her for three days, but we had to get up at 4 AM and get to the base through security so a good nights sleep was crucial, refreshed and ready for a long day . I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff was friendly and it was a very peaceful environment. I felt safe and the room was so convenient with many necessities in the kitchenette area. It was easy access to where I needed to get to which was Lackland Air Force Base. Literally 5 mins drive. There is also ease of access to shopping and restaurants. No hassle getting on the hwy. I have already been referring others that have to travel to Lackland AFB to this specific location is they need a hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Super clean, bed and sheets were comfy, kitchen area had all necessities and more including measuring cup, coffee maker, toaster, plates, cups, pots, pans, dish soap, paper towels, etc. Customer service was amazing from front desk and housekeeping staff. Bathroom was spacious and clean. They even have an area downstairs to buy snacks and instant meals. Would definitely recommend and book again whenever I am in the area!

Amanda and Mauricio were always smiling, helpful and patient. The staff cleaned the rooms and the lobby every morning I was there. If I had questions they went above and beyond to help. The room was nice and clean and there is a gap at the bottom of all doors but I never saw any pest. I chose to cook for my family and it gave me more time to relax and enjoy them. The hotel is truly a needle in a haystack...I usually stay at the Hyatt, this is my new go to. You need a car or a driver here. And it's an area that needs some attention from the city. However this hotel had security as well as cameras everywhere. I felt very safe and at home. Again thank you to the entire staff that wished me safe travels, I made it home safe. I was there Friday evening till Sunday. Peace and blessings to each of you.

VERY CLEAN! me & my husband was very impressed with this hotel we travel alot and this was the cleanest hotel we’ve ever been. the whole room not a single complaint, hallway and rooms even smell so good! cleaning staff does a wonderful job! #1 thing for us is the cleanliness of our room and this is a 10. we got a queen suite and it was perfect with our little family, small kitchenette has everything you need wish we would’ve stayed more days as it was very accommodating. they have so many small amenities you don’t have to worry about when traveling shampoo, body wash, conditioner, body lotion, makeup remover, hair dryer etc! plenty of towels everything was overall a great hotel experience. Small kitchenette glasses, microwave was spotless! check in was very easy and quick!

First time at a Drury hotel, and WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE. I arrived at midnight and the front desk staff lady was chipper and greeted me and pointed out she was from California too! The lady cooking the breakfast food seems so happy and friendly!. Claudia left my room sparkling clean, I felt bad I had no cash that evening. Super impressive because I went to a fancier Hyatt the next night in Austin and the floors were dirty and the room smelled. Claudia had left my room spotless and I appreciated that as I had arrived at midnight and wanted to relax. I'm also grateful that the maintenance staff has maintained the A/C unit to not be noisy. Keep greasing that fan belt! Even little details like caulking the toilet and regouting the tile made this older building feel fresh and cared for. Good job to the owners for having their staff pay attention to the details. This is MY FIRST ever stay at a Drury, and I will never stay anywhere else in San Antonio from now on at this price point.

Great reception staff, room was clean and quiet (with the windows closed, as it's near the freeway, we couldn't keep windows open). I knew they did breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised by dinner and drinks they hosted in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit dated. No access to apps through the TV, had to use a firestick.

I have absolutely ZERO complaints about this stay. It was a pleasant surprise. I booked based on the price point. The room was comfy and clean. Every single employee I encountered was super friendly. The free hot breakfast AND dinner AND complimentary bar drinks nightly was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again.

The Hyatt Regency San Antonio is a hotel with no major triumphs but few glaring faults. It is, above all, a safe and reliable choice. Its greatest—and perhaps only decisive—advantage is its location directly on the city’s famed River Walk, the centerpiece of San Antonio’s cultural and social life. The property itself feels cozy enough. Guests can linger at the bar, and on weekends, live music with a Texas flair provides a bit of local color. Standard rooms are on the smaller side; in fact, some Hyatt Place properties offer larger footprints in their basic categories. Still, the rooms are clean, modern, and well maintained—a quiet strength in a city where dated accommodations are not uncommon. What you won’t find here are true “view rooms” that elevate the experience. Amenities are somewhat limited. There is no Regency Club, meaning evening cocktails and hors d’oeuvres—standard in many full-service Hyatts—are absent. The pool is diminutive, often crowded to the point of being uninviting. Even Hyatt’s coveted Guest of Honor certificate may not guarantee an upgrade, a reminder of the hotel’s restrained approach to elite recognition. The hotel is clean and kept up. Beautiful views, and great atmosphere! The hotel is also very central to many places downtown! You have access to the Riverwalk at the lower level. This makes it accessible to walk to other parts of downtown including restaurants and shops. At the lobby level, you have access to the Alamo Plaza and the Rivercenter mall. They are a walk, but definitely walkable! From the Rivercenter Riverwalk area, you can go to Hemisfair Park. The Alamo is very tiny for it being an Alamo view, but it is fun and definitely worth paying for an "Alamo view"! The DTSA view is great!

I stayed here for work-related conference and I really enjoyed my stay. It's right on the riverwalk so you can just head right outside, where it was clean and safe to walk at just about all hours. The city is also super walkable, clean and safe. There's plenty to do in the immediate area and more if you can take short drive. Lyft was readily available. And the hotel was comfortable, clean, modern and had all the amenities I needed for a short stay. Great pool area and awesome shower. I'd be happy to return.

Nice smaller hotel, a short walk from the entertainment area of the riverwalk. It’s on the quiet end, near residential and bed and breakfast places. One mile from the Alamo. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are average with a good sized sitting area. The beds are a little soft for my liking but comfortable nonetheless. The bathroom is a little awkward. The shower and toilet are together in the water closet, and it’s hard to shut the door when you’re in there. The sink is outside the water closet directly at the end of the bed. There is a room safe, but the microwave is down the hall by the ice machine and elevators. There is complementary continental breakfast, a small hotel bar, and snacks. All in all, for the price, it’s a good place to stay.

Wow—I can’t say enough about this hotel! From our very first call with Jose, everything was handled with care. He was such a blessing to work with and truly set the tone for our stay. We were visiting Six Flags for our son’s birthday, and the hotel kindly allowed us to check in early so our bags wouldn’t be sitting in a hot car all day. Every single interaction—from the front desk to housekeeping—was warm, kind, and attentive. In the evenings, we enjoyed strolling the Riverwalk. One night we had a lovely dinner at the Italian restaurant across the river and listened to live music right outside afterward. The on-site restaurant was also fantastic, with food that exceeded our expectations and a waitress who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Valet service was seamless—our car was brought around quickly every time we needed it. The whole experience felt luxurious, and we left feeling cared for. A special shout-out to Jose, who truly made our stay exceptional. He’s a shining star at this property, and we’re so grateful for the hospitality he showed us.

The bathrooms were very modern and clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable altogether, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was awesome, it was close to Seaworld, it was also close to a lot of restaurants, the pool was clean, a lot of families were staying on site, it was just overall a wonderful stay.

The best!!! Took a trip to Sea World for the weekend. The hotel is Very close to everything! Next to a Bubbas, 2min from Cracker Barrel, 12 min from Sea World, 10-15 min from Downtown SA. The lobby was clean and cozy! They have a fully stocked snack area by their front lobby. Rooms were super clean and stocked with amenities. The beds were a bit firm for my liking but the sheets were very clean and crisp! The breakfast was soooo good and warm! The dining area was clean as well. The staff was very organized with the breakfast time and kept everything in order. I made this hotel my favorite and will definitely be going back again!

We stayed for the weekend and it was a very convenient location for our SeaWorld trip. Housekeeping came each morning, during the night it was very relaxing and quiet, bathroom was clean, beds comfortable, clean pool. The only thing I will say is parking fills fast so if you’re out late expect to park at one of the restaurants on the same lot, overall a very good choice!

It was very clean and well maintained. All the staff were amazing, you can tell it’s a happy managed place. Front desk all the way to breakfast host and house keeping were super friendly. Location was just perfect not too far and away from shops and restaurants. Safety was a key factor and we slept well!

Location is perfect to convention center conference. 2 minute walk from the hotel. Also on the quieter side of River Walk. But still very close to the Village Shops, restaurants and boat on the River Walk. Clean rooms. I got upgraded to a room on 20th floor, view of the Tower of America from the room window was spectacular. Internet connection was poor in the room. Restaurant service at breakfast and dinner were very good. Choices on food are limited though. Even on busy conference days, elevators were quick to come and not much wait.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was amazing! I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Everyone was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The young man that checked us in, went out of his way to help me with some information. The young man in the little market was so helpful with our selections. The valet team is amazing! I think they would have driven me home had I asked them. lol! Every one and every thing was perfect!

Perfect location with clean, comfortable rooms. Housekeeping did a fantastic job replenishing towels daily and keeping everything spotless. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious and well-kept. The 5th-floor pool area had fun yard games, making it great for families. And on the 4th of July, we had front-row seats to the fireworks right from our suite an unforgettable experience!

This property is amazing! Walking distance from riverwalk shopping center, staff was amazing, room was very clean, from the bathroom to the linen! I felt safe leaving property in my room, Ruth chris was amazing and their staff was amazing also! In town for 24 hours and I highly recommend the property, we will return soon! Thank you

This is a very good hotel when considering location. It is right on the riverwalk and a very short walk to the large mall and the Alamo. It is also a short drive to the Alamo Dome. You will not have trouble finding restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very pleasant, especially at the front desk. Any time there was a need, Yasi Hafezi's staff was on it. The building has ample space and feels clean. The restaurant/bar had plenty of servers and food/drinks were fine. There is a well stocked supply stand near check in. Room service was well received and the room and view were pleasant. Noise was minimal. I truly enjoyed the stay there and would utilize this location again if I was going to San Antonio.

Very friendly staff. They were very attentive and really tried to meet the guests needs, especially the front desk staff and the Valet parking staff--indeed, the valet staff merit a gold star for their attentiveness and serviceability. The architecture and facilities are superb--luxurious, modern, clean lines. The hotel is new and it is one of the larger ones for Kimpton. It really elevates the bar for other hotels in San Antonio. I will definitely look into staying there again on a return visit to the Alamo City. They have a splendid pet-friendly policy--they allow smaller pets (my brown husky mix is 55 lbs and I did not receive any grief from anyone but rather welcoming praises for my Bobby. He enjoyed the stay and the attention but he did not like the elevator rides at all--he's a bit squeamish). The bed mattress! Restful and relaxing mattress and bed linens. The bathroom--quiet luxury; spa-feeling (I stayed in their regular accommodations; walk-in shower)... I can only imagine what the higher tier room provides. The coffee and tea morning service for the guests--very good coffee (I wonder if it is a local roast?) The views from my room: city view; 8th floor. Beautiful sunrise and sunset from the open top floor (restaurant and pool/gym).

The hotel is absolutely stunning. It has a warm and welcoming vibe. It’s super clean and polish and the art pieces throughout the hotel really gives it a unique stylish fee the sitting areas are cozy and vibrant almost like something you see in a romantic setting. It’s one of those places where you just feel at home and can totally unwind. I am so terrible with names hostess at the study it’s an amazing cozy bar they have on the property was amazing and I hate to describe her by her physical appearance, but I just thought she was amazing tall blonde, beautiful girl just she was just so lovely to me and after my experience at the rooftop bar, it was nice to go for drinks there because I also made a reservation for the study which I’m glad I did after my experience at the rooftop bar

The hotel was very clean and modern. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was awesome. Anything I needed they were able to bring to my room. The coffee bar in the morning was perfect. Breakfast looked good but I did not have a chance to try it. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was great. They charge a $30/day resort fee. You can use it toward snacks, meals, or the spa.

We loved staying at the Kimpton Santo! The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. There are lovely sitting areas, both inside and outside. It has an outdoor, heated pool with plenty of cabanas and loungers, a fitness center, access to a spa, a lovely restaurant, which includes outdoor seating, and a rooftop bar. Our room was quite nice; the bed was comfortable, the shower was roomy with included amenities, it had a Nespresso machine in-room, AND a morning coffee station near the front desk and an in-room, small refrigerator and safe. The staff was amazing; from being greeted upon arrival to our check-out, all were personable, professional and efficient! The next time we are in San Antonio, we will stay there again!

I find this hotel clean, quiet, friendly and easy to get in and out of. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city and still relatively close to downtown. The complimentary breakfast has a nice variety and you can make your own fresh waffle shaped like the state of Texas. I stay here repeatedly on my trips to San Antonio.

The place was very nice , I felt very comfortable, the staff really made me feel important. Valet was amazing and very respectful. Staff was always helpful always respectful. The place has everything you need to be comfortable, library,gym, pool, restaurant,bar, it’s perfect even for a weekend get away for a local. I did have an encounter with a spirit while I was there 3/22/24-3/24/24 was a bit scary but nothing crazy. I will definitely be going back and getting rooms for my family in the future.

I just have to say, our weekend at the Emily Morgan was a total blast. First off, huge shout-out to Johnny—this guy is the definition of amazing hospitality. He greeted us like we were old friends, helped us whenever we were coming or going, and honestly made the whole stay a 10 out of 10. Phil at the desk was awesome too, and the entire crew was just a bunch of stand-up folks who made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is clean, safe, and got this really fun vibe—especially if you’re into a little bit of that paranormal charm. Nothing too wild, but just enough to make it a super cool experience. And the location? Perfectly central, right by the River Walk, the mall, the Alamo—all the good stuff. Honestly, if you’re thinking about staying there, I’d say go for it. Me and my spouse won a free night stay for Halloween and we also brought our 4yo son. it was an amazing experience that my family appreciated so much. The staff made it extra special by decorating the room with Halloween themed items, candy baskets, and drinks. They also gave us free drinks at the bar and free breakfast. Jhonny gave us an amazing ghost tour of the hotel and we understood the building so much better. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We will definitely come back! A beautiful hotel that oversees the Alamo museum. Staffs are friendly and welcoming. Buffet breakfast ( need to pay) is delicious and fresh.

Good location and great room. We were on the 16th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool, city, and part of the river. The hotel was clean and well kept, staff was walking around cleaning regularly, even on the 16th floor. We were within easy walking distance to the restaurants and activities on the Riverwalk, although we could not see them from our location. Rooms were quiet and the staff was friendly, especially the manager in the The Range restaurant located in the lobby. He always stopped us to chat and see how our stay was going. The food at The Range was delicious too! We had salmon and wagyu lasagna, we ordered both again on a different night. Our kids went to the restaurant daily for Italian sodas and the staff at the restaurant were more than happy to make the drinks the way they liked them. There was a lot of food for breakfast and the lines moved quickly. We usually only have cereal, juice, and coffee for breakfast but there were many hot food options and all looked good quality. The breakfast area was clean and large so tables were easy to find and the tables were cleaned as soon as someone left. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were cool, which was wonderful after spending the day out in the nearly 100 degree heat and humidity. We would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at the Embassy. We chose this hotel because you are right at the river front and walking distance to everything. The check in process was fast, the rooms are very clean, and the service was excellent. My only complaints are that the rooms are a bit dated and the tub didn’t drain properly. The hotel is going through a renovation from what I was told. I want to highlight four employees that went above and beyond during our stay. Gilbert at the front desk was very nice, friendly and was very helpful during our stay. Noe and Amber during breakfast. The breakfast is excellent from the made to order omelets to the full breakfast buffet. It was very good. We received exceptional service during breakfast with the morning greeting, warmth, and hospitality. Amber exemplifies Southern hospitality. She is very friendly and gave us lots of tips during our stay. The housekeepers were always greeting us and always asking if we needed anything. They were very friendly and always smiling. My family felt so welcomed here. We felt part of the Embassy family. We will definitely recommend this hotel for the location, service and cleanliness of the hotel.

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites on the Riverwalk multiple times since in opened (20+ years ago). It's located on the riverwalk- close enough that downtown attractions and riverwalk food is a short walking distance away AND far enough away that it's quiet. My husband likes it because for the same price of other hotels you get two rooms. He's an early riser and I like to sleep in so it works out well. They keep the hotel clean and modern and we have noticed over the years, as we did this time, that things had been painted, furniture replaced etc. The staff is always friendly and readily available. A special shout out to Amber who cleans plates in the dining area during breakfast. She ensures that the tables are cleaned so that guests coming down for the breakfast buffet have a clean place to sit. She has to be one of the most cheerful and pleasant people I have ever met. The breakfast buffet food is really good too. Not your typical cold cereal and bagel hotel breakfast. This one has eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes and even an omelette station. I have never seen them run out of anything leaving guests to wait. This is out go to hotel for a weekend getaway to San Antonio.

This is an amazing hotel with an excellent location. They have a "happy hour" with 2 free alcoholic drinks and snacks from 5:30pm - 7:30pm, never seen that before and what a nice thing to have! The complimentary breakfast in the morning was excellent, delicious made-to-order omelets and red-skin potatoes along with all the other normal breakfast things. The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The room was nice and quiet and excellent A/C. The pool was a little small and got busy at night but we ended up going early in the morning our 2nd time and had the pool to ourselves. The location is right on the Riverwalk with a beautiful waterfall right underneath the hotel that makes an amazing backdrop for photos. We didn't have to wait long to check in even on a Saturday at 4:30pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations to local restaurants, etc. The hotel felt very safe as they kept all doors locked after a certain time of day except for the front doors. We were all impressed with this hotel and highly recommend!!!

From the time we booked to us arriving customer service was outstanding! The valet staff is professional and friendly. Front desk is always accommodating, Mr. O’Brien in particular has gone above and beyond to assist with our needs! Breakfast is great the entire staff is extremely professional and very pleasant…Amber was so helpful and informative. Now, the complementary happy hour is the most enjoyable for us. Steve is amazing and can make a mean whisky sour! I hope this is helpful for anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family.

My family and I stayed at this property for weekend to visit the Alamo, river walk. The hotel is beautiful, clean and convenient to walk to alamo, san fernando cathedral and more. I normally dont put a negative comment but the front desk staff were not friendly and attentive with guests. I was ignored multiple times by front desk staff. I was in hospitality industry for 18 yrs and i never ignored guests. I was disappointed with that situation. Other than that the rest of the staff where friendly and professional.

Hotel AC is very modern and upscale. Room was cozy and clean. Bathroom was very big in white color and shower is very nice. Breakfast was very nicely served with good food. River is nearby and walking on a street is convenient. Thanks

Excellent locatin downtown, easy to walk everywhere and the staff was very welcoming. We were able to get an early check in without a problem and our room was clean, big and the bathroom vanity had good lighting. I had read some previous reviews concerning noise level but we were given a room down a hallway, a few rooms down from elevators and we only ever heard a little bit of noise coming from people leaving the rooms right across from ours so we did not have this problem. Breakfast is an additional but we ordered from the menu and it was delicious and portions were big. The european style breakfast also looked good if you're interested. The rooftobar bar, 1 Watson, was a great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset/night.

We loved the view of the city, the large windows, and the feel of the room. It felt luxurious, and we didn't have to break the bank. We also visited the rooftop bar/restaurant, and it was wonderful. The service was great, my drink was delicious, and the atmosphere and view were beautiful.

We spent 2 nights here during a road trip around Texas in March 2025. The hotel has copious free parking which is well lit. The location is a 20min walk to the likes of the Alamo and the River Walk. Were in our early 60s and found this easy and the route seemed safe to walk even later in the evening. The Hotel is also across a road from a superb supermarket which also has a superb pizzaria inside it. The Hotel its self is lovley - welcoming professional reception with lots of assistance for the first timer in San Antonio. Rooms were clean and comfortable - everything worked fine - loads of hot water, good TV, reliable WiFi. Very quiet at night. Breakfast was, for an American hotel, very good. Clean welcomig dining area. All in all this hotel was absolutley fine and we would certainly stay here again if we are in San Antonio.

I found the hotel to be clean and well kept. The two male hosts at check in were pleasant and welcoming. I would like to say I was very, very impressed with the nice lady (I did not get her name) who managed the breakfast bar. I have visited many hotels who offer the same type of breakfast. This offering was by far the very best in many ways. First the food was cooked perfectly and very fresh. It was also the right temperature and the serving vessels were kept clean and looked appealing. I observed her out in the serving area and at the drinks counter in a repetitive manner; making sure everything was kept clean and refilled. The dining area and tables were also clean and welcoming. I’m sorry I did not ask your name. I would like to acknowledge for efforts and thank you for a job well done.

The staff was professional but very friendly and personable. The service was excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean. And the room had plenty of space and very quiet and comfortable. I had a bathroom for people set up for people with disabilities. It had great tiled floors throughout and double drains. Also grab bars all the way around the shower. Also a handheld shower head.

This hotel is a 10+! The location was perfect and put us within walking distance of everything we came to see and enjoy. The facility is beautiful, and the hotel staff is amazing - from the front desk to the breakfast staff to housekeeping! The breakfast selection was terrific, and we loved the "Texas" shaped waffle iron! Our Deluxe King Suite was clean & spacious, and much larger than we had expected! We hope to return to San Antonio next year, and I guarantee the LaQuinta will be our hotel choice. Thank you for the perfect stay!!

Close proximity to local shopping and the San Antonio River Walk should you choose to do so. Staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable, but not the pillows. The particular room we stayed in was large in comparison to most hotels we've ever stayed in. The breakfast selections varied daily and were tasty also. Hands down would recommend this facility to friends and family.

Our stay was a short one, but definitely comfortable. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM, and to my surprise, it was quite delicious! They had ready-to-serve oatmeal with a variety of toppings on the side, along with bagels, toast, cream cheese, butter, several cereals, and both plain and oat milk to choose from. They also didn’t disappoint with fresh-cut fruit, yogurt, and more tasty toppings. The hot items included fluffy scrambled eggs, shoulder bacon, sausage links, and waffles with maple syrup. And of course—the coffee! The coffee bar had regular, decaf, and even chamomile tea for those avoiding caffeine. Parking? Since it’s downtown, most nearby lots charge a fee. The hotel’s parking rate was $25 per night. While I understand this goes toward maintenance and 24/7 security (including barricades for lot access), I still found the daily fee a bit steep. The staff was extremely attentive—from the front desk to housekeeping. Our room was spacious and the beds? Super comfortable! I slept so well, I didn’t even hear the thunderstorm outside that night. The furniture was clean and thoughtfully arranged, with plenty of compartments for clothes and bags, which made unpacking a breeze Overall, my parents and I were pleased with our stay. While the parking fee felt a bit high, everything else—from the breakfast to the comfort of the room—made it a memorable and restful trip.

Lived our stay here, the staff was super helpful, we got amazing service from Julio and amazing recommendations for restaurants close by. It’s within walkable distance to tourist attractions. Breakfast was different every 2 days, they had fresh fruit in the lobby all day. The pool was clean and kid friendly. It was really clean and parking was affordable compared to other hotels around it! I would definitely return here. About 15 min drive to SeaWorld and the zoo.

The hotel was in a perfect spot—very walkable to the Riverwalk and great dining options. Room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. Hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise with several good choices. Only negatives: the bathroom (toilet & shower) was quite small and a bit awkward to move around in, and the elevators were slow due to high weekend traffic, so we took the stairs from the 5th floor often. Despite that, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others!

Walkable to nearby park, restaurants, downtown and mall and river walk and parking was convenient. The only thing hotel was lacking was a bar. The bar was small and nobody was ever attending the bar to even get a drink. One evening we asked for a bartender, waited 20 minutes, I went to ask front desk clerk and asked again. She said I will be with you in a moment. 10 minutes later she came to ask what we wanted to drink. Only to say well we are in the middle of a shift change someone will be with you shortly. 10-15 minutes later another lady that showed up asks what we wanted to drink, we ordered (2) bloody marys. She said, we don't make those. The other employee could of told us that from the beginning. Why have a bar with nobody attending it and when your choices are so limited.

This hotel is within walking distance of Alamodome and the cost of the parking lot (within the hotel property) is already included on your rate. This is pretty convenience if you know what the parking lots on San Antonio cost. This hotel is also within walking distance of San Antonio River walk. The rate includes a breakfast buffet (eggs, protein, coffee, waffles, bread, etc). Note: The clean plates and cups for the breakfast buffet are set up like in no other buffet, you will know what i mean when you see it.

The location was brilliant, the staff were very kind, the free shuttle service was a great addition likewise the free coffee/water, and the facilities were excellent a great jacuzzi, swimming pool and basketball (all we’re free to use!)

We were looking for hotel to stay at to visit the river walk/downtown/market square that didnt break the bank, didnt charge extra for parking, and that was clean and nice. This hotel fit the bill perfectly. Affordable for us, but still clean and comfortable, easy to navigate to in my larger truck, free (and easy) parking, walking distance to both market square and the river walk. Staff was fantastic and friendly (I was not familier with the area so they were very informative and helpful). The area felt safe enough to walk to the riverwalk at night, lots of people still walking around even at 10pm. And if you dont feel like walking, they offer a free shuttle service that we utilized the 2nd night after a long day. I wouldn't call this a luxury hotel, there are plenty of those on the river walk, but if your looking for an affordable, clean, friendly, accessible and well located hotel to visit downtown, this is the one.

Overall, I had a great stay. There are a lot of pros when you stay at this hotel: 1. the place is very clean and in good conditions 2. they offer a great continental breakfast every morning 3. they offer transportation from and to the airport at no additional cost 4. they also offer rides to the riverwalk and the square market and scheduled pickups at these same locations with no additional cost 5. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful; Carlos, one of the drivers, gives outstanding service. He is very polite, helpful and always on time. A few cons: 1. I stay in the room right across from the eating area; I think that should not be a room. It is very convenient, but since it is located very close to the front desk and elevator, it can be a little noisy. Also, you wake up to the noise when the staff starts making breakfast (as early as 4am). They are not trying to make a lot of noise, but the proximity does not help with the noise. 2. the bed was a little hard to my liking 3. There is another driver that is never on time and is not the best driver This hotel is a great option if you are staying in San Antonio. I would definitely recommend and would be back.

It wasn’t near downtown but it has a shuttle that takes you to the heart of downtown with consistent drop offs and pick ups. Shuttle even goes to the airport. Has a daily hot breakfast that was good and convenient. Executive king room was large, with a separate sitting area with television. The room felt like an apartment, not just one room. Staff was very helpful and the hotel has an overall clean feel. Would definitely book again and highly recommend. Budget friendly with a hint of luxury. The bedding was luxurious! Crisp white, down bedding and sheets.

Excellent location about 15 min walk to the River Walk. Room was clean and comfortable and the facilities (including gym and pool) were very good. Great choice for breakfast, with unlimited coffee and water throughout the day. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. On one evening they organised a games night with the sister hotel, which included free beer, wine and soft drinks. Highly recommended and would stay again.
