very good location, close to walk to beach and in the town centre, but quiet location. Our room overlooked the lovely courtyard restaurant; good pizza there! The room was spacious and comfy and stylish. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the staff there were very helpful. Hotel Sicilya helped with taxi transfers; thank you!

Lovely room decorated in traditional style. Spacious. Location is very central. We ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant was busy with locals. Nice breakfast room on the top floor - light and airy. Good selection of fruit, yoghurt, bread and pastries. Excellent value for money. Good wifi.

The location was amazing, only a few minutes walk from the beach and really close to restaurants, bars, shops, etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful and our room was exactly as advertised in the pictures. I would definitely recommend staying here!

We booked two nights in this hotel since more or less everything in the city center was booked. The hotel is located a 15 min walk from the beach in a residential area. Easy to park outside, otherwise the area around the hotel is not very nice. The hotel is however new and very fresh. The room was rather spacious and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and neat and we had a nice, sunny balcony with views towards the cliffs. The rooftop area is also nice, they should however have some sun shed there since it was impossible to stay there during the sunny day. The breakfast room is located in the basement and there were the items you would expect from an Italian breakfast. However it did not feel very corona safe to sit very close to other guests coughing, sneezing and touching all the cutlery for grabbing the food. All the fruit and cakes were also out in the open, whereas the bread and cold cuts were placed in boxes. The first impression of the hotel was however not so nice since we were told to not bring any drinks (not even water) into the hotel, before the staff even said hi and welcomed us to the hotel. In general friendly staff though, but some don't speak English very well. Some improvements here and there and then they will probably deserve the four stars I give them since 3,5 is not possible. It is clear that they want to make a good experience for the guests.

We enjoy the enthusiasm and knowledge of our host Massimo. He was extreme informative and friendly. Massimo guided us to the apartment and spend time taking us around he property. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The apartment was very clean, adequately equipped and convenient in regards to location. The way the apartment opens up when in the dining area is lovely, with the large sliding glass doors when shut provide a quiet place, with the doors full open the room feels more like its an outside space. San Vito is a quiet town, so its easy to use the outside are to relax. There are two loungers and two chairs and a jacuzzi, so if you want time away from the beach you can relax in your own private space.

The suite we stayed in was amazing! The terrace space was perfect for us and the central location to the beach and nearby sights was ideal. Massimo was also a great host and was super friendly and helpful when finding things to do in San Vito!

The property was very clean we had a suite and the room was big with a furnished terrace, mini bar, slippers tv. Nice clean and bright in all areas. The terrace for breakfast was really nice with the jacuzzi in front overlooking the sea in front and the Mountain View to the side. A very good selection of hot cold and sweet breakfast items. Staff where very informative and helpful all smiling and welcoming. The service provided at this hotel where far superior to the hotel we stayed in the night before which called itself a 5 star property.

Good location - on the main street. Quick access to fair street with shops and souvenirs (about 400m). About 800m to the beach, but you can get shuttle if you need. Also hotel provide a transfer from the beach to hotel - just call! We prefer go for a walk). Beach and sea is very beautiful! Clean room, comfort beb, all of you need into the room. Very good and taste breakfast. Perfect staff: we live at 1st floor and have not balcony for dry swimwear, I ask how to dry it and staff quickly respond me some variants. Especially great thanks to receptionist - help us to book a private transfer to airport when we miss our shuttle and was very friendly and polite during communication. Highly recommended. The location and the staff. Steps away from the beautiful beach. All of the staff are very helpful and always willing to accommodate us with everything. They always have a smile in their face, no matter what time is it. The coffee and breakfast is amazing. The view, from the breakfast area, is fantastic - overlooking the beach and the mountain on the other side. They welcomed us and our pet with open arms, even though we arrived late and checked out late. Dominique, the staff that assisted us during breakfast (we didn't get his name) and the rest of the staff are amazing. Also, another thing that I liked was everybody knows how to communicate in English, which made our stay pretty easy and memorable; most especially, we're tourists.

## Title: Superb Location, Spotlessly Clean & Spacious Rooms at Hotel Iride! We had a thoroughly delightful two-night stay at Hotel Iride in San Vito Lo Capo. The hotel was spotlessly clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The location was absolutely perfect - just a two-minute stroll from a glorious beach and a stunning ten-minute walk to the town centre. To top it all off, breakfast was delicious and of very high quality. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were so welcoming as soon as we arrived and couldn’t do enough for us. A nice little touch that they ask you what pastries you would like for breakfast as these are delivered fresh daily. The rooms are clean and spacious and cleaned daily if you wish. Amazing coffee and good selection for breakfast.

The staff are all extremely helpful and nice, they gave off a comfortable approachable vibe and the breakfast staff was so lovely that I started each day with a smile on my face. The same can be said for the reception staff, making me start and end the day with a smile on my face. The hotel is also close to the beach (2 min) and a comfortable distance from the city centre. This hotel is perfect, it’s a 2 minute walk to San vito lo capo beach and just seconds away from the amazing bars and restaurants. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are divine. The hotel is modern and tastefully furnished. Our room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials. The garden featured a beautiful pool area with comfortable sunbeds, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of products from local producers. The service truly stood out—staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke fluent English. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the town, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to choose from. We stayed for two days, and the room was much more spacious than I expected. The hotel is brand new, clean, and cozy—almost everything was perfect. They also offer a nice breakfast.

The hotel was outstanding. Everything about our stay has been exceptional from start to finish. The staff have been incredibly helpful and charming. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing in both quality and range of choice with pizza, sandwiches and pasties freshly made every morning. Parking was €10 per day in a secure lot less than a 5min walk from the hotel which was a huge bonus. The beach was well located and a short walk from the hotel. We were so happy with our choice and would absolutely visit again. 10/10

This is residence/hotel is a gem. Antonella greeted us and was so warm and welcoming, giving us great hints as to parking, beaches and places to eat (coupons galore). The room was small, but all looked fairly new. The room was immaculately clean and had amenities such as air conditioner (very helpful on a 100 degree plus day, coming straight from the beach), safe, reasonably priced drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was beyond what I had anywhere else in Italy. Not only was the usual fare present (yogurt, bread, croissants, juice), they also had croissants filled with a little more substance (ham and cheese), which were hot, flaky. Antonella made to order whatever type of coffee, capuccino, tea, you need to start the day. While they are at the hotel is at the very top of the main street that takes you to the touristy, beachy area, (Bus stop for a free shuttle is just outside the door), they are just a few blocks from a lesser used stretch of beach. Parking at the hotel is 5 Euros for uncovered parking, or 10 for the garage--we went with the 5 Euro parking and all was fine. You could walk to the beach if you are able to check in and park before heading to the beach. Next let me say something about the beach and water in San Vito--the best! The water is clean and a beautiful crystal turquoise color. I would stay at this hotel again, mostly because of the warm, generous hospitality!

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide range of options including delicious Sicilian pastries, bread, yoghurt, and more. The room was great, providing ample space and it was consistently clean throughout my stay. There were no signs of aging, and the maintenance was commendable. Although we encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit in our room, the hotel staff promptly addressed our concern. They looked into the matter (we were told that being a weekend, finding a technician to sort the issue was difficult, however nonetheless, the temperature was thankfully cool at night), and after 2 days, a brand new unit was installed. It turned out that the outside unit had a leak, which they identified and rectified. Throughout the process, the staff were incredibly polite and kept us well-informed about the progress of the air conditioning issue. Their communication and attentiveness were greatly appreciated. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes (by walk) away from the beach-front, and less than 5 minutes (by walk) to some very good restaurants. Private outside parking (gated via a key) is available via a short 3 minute walk from the hotel at a rate of EUR 5 per day. Overall, my experience at the hotel was highly satisfying, with a delightful breakfast selection, a spacious and well-maintained room, and excellent customer service.

The hotel had nice spacious and clean rooms. The hotel is a simple two-story concrete building, but recently built and well-kept. Bathroom was spotless with excellent water pressure and hot water in the shower stall. The room had two nice balconies for sitting or drying your clothes. Breakfast and wifi were included, and the beach and supermarkets are a short walk away. My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a sign up on the hotel parking lot.

Amazing!!! The owner and those who worked there went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. They gave us excellent rates and referrals on restaurants, so we were able to get meal and beach chair discounts. Can't wait to go back! Exceptionally clean, roomy, and friendly! When we check the reviews of this hotel, before booking it, it seemed too good to be true. Both Google and booking were singing it praises. Where is the catch? Surely there must be one - no places get 5 stars on Google! There is always somebody who finds a crack and reports it in a review. And so we have arrived and were impressed from day one. Actually let me brake it down: The hotel: modern, clean, bright and cosy. Great coffee and breakfasts!!! In the evening you can smell cornetos being baked:) this is a boutique hotel, 6 or 7 rooms only so to the owners - who are actually constantly present looking after you - you are not yet another room number person. They know you by name and they look after you as if you were their family. The room: good size, modern, comfortable beds, clean, clean, clean! The staff: this is the strongest point of this place. Super helpful, English speaking, focused on making your stay unforgettable! The support and service level of a 5 star ! I was trying to find something negative, as I always do, but I Mori seemed to be bulletproof! Thank you for having us here, we will come back !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at I Mori in San Vito Lo Capo – truly the best hotel experience on our whole tour around Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The owners – two brothers – were especially kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. The room was spotless, beautifully arranged, and had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep – especially appreciated after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, varied, and fresh – and to our surprise and delight, they even had our favorite pistachio croissants! It’s those small but thoughtful touches that really make a stay memorable. The hotel is in a great location, quiet at night but still close enough to the beach and local spots. We slept wonderfully and woke up refreshed. Honestly, we wished we could have stayed longer, but unfortunately, we had already booked the next stop on our itinerary.

The location was perfect, away from the crowds but close enough to comfortably walk everywhere including the beach. The property was clean, tastefully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was served outside in a quiet, breezy and quaint courtyard. But above all, the staff makes I Mori stand out as exceptional. The hotel is family run and they truly are passionate about what they do. They are warm and friendly and kind, 5 stars for I Mori.

What a gorgeous little hotel in San Vito lo Capo. Room was very comfortable, bathroom really spacious. Breakfast delicious. Very central and minutes to the beach. The Brothers were so friendly and helpful, even finding us a last minute transfer to Trapani.

The location is great, so close to the restaurants, shops, beach, etc... All staff are so kind, friendly and very helpful. They make our stay very comfortable. Very nice hospitality. Let me get the one complaint out of the way: Hotel Perla Gaia has rooms without windows We got one. It was not our choice, but we were told that when we booked "Economy" we were told that the room had no windows. We were not. That said, the host/proprietor, Vincenzo, is a delight, and did everything he could do to make us comfortable, and in the end, we were. Perla Gaia is pretty much on the beach, and that's why you went to San Vito lo Capo. right? They have bikes, towels and arrangements with many services in the town, and they all worked. The restaurant recommendations were excellent. The parking is a bit of a walk and it is not free, but there's a deal there too. The breakfast was the usual Sicilian breakfast, meaning, lots of excellent food, enough to sustain us until lunch, which is eaten late. And the beach...well, I am not a beach person and I LOVED THIS BEACH. The sand is silky, the water, refreshing and the views are mesmerizing. San Vito is a very well-appointed beach town, with many fine restaurants that serve Sicilian food and also couscous, a regional specialty. Fresh fish is of course the thing to have, and it's all delicious. I am a nervous cyclist, but even I was comfortable on the streets of San Vito. Our first floor room was quiet and the A/C and WiFi worked fine. The room could have used more surfaces, particularly in the bathroom, but overall, we enjoyed our stay at Perla Gaia very much. Did I mention it's practically on the beach?

We loved this hotel. We were welcomed by Vincenzo with a welcome drink and lot s of information on the local restaurants. The room was very comfortable and spotless. We had a room on the ground floor with a small courtyard where you can sit or hang wet beach clothes. There is also a mini bat in the room and a safe. There are free bikes to use and beach towels and umberellas. The breakfast was good. Fruit, croissant, sandwiches. The beach is two minutes walk away and when we returned our room had bee cleaned to a very high standard. The rain shower is awesome. We would recommend to anyone for a short stay here. The restaurants and within hours a few minuets walk.

Really friendly stuff. We felt so welcomed. The whole team was attentive and kind. It’s a small hotel, wich makes it very friendly and welcoming. All the facility seams very new and it was all perfectly clean. It’s was exceptionally clean! We enjoyed a lot having our breakfast outside at the terrace. It felt like being home. Very nice. We were very positive surprised by the free of charge services of the hotel like beach towels, umbrella for the sun and even bicycles. Very cool! The beach is right there and in 3 minutes walking you are in the Center.

Great modern hotel near the beach! The staff are all friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking space towards the right of the hotel. Food and drinks all within walkable distance. Well the town is small, so everything is walkable. The room is clean. Huge toilet. There is a lounge on the rooftop and I love the fact that I can dry my wet clothes from the beach on a drying rack there too!

This hotel was really good value for money. We did not use the pool as it was a transit stop for us but we are really happy we picked it. It was clean, comfortable and the staff were both helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had much more variety than we expected and included hot tea. We had a car so access to the beaches was easy.

Hotel Achibea is a nice hotel. We had a nice and very clean room. Location is not in any centre so you will need a car to get there. 4 minutes drive to the beach. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is ok. We had diner which was too expensive. Swimming is only possible from 10 till 18.00 and a swimmingcap is oblidged.

The property has a main building with rooms, breakfast room, cafe and restaurant. Then there’s the annex where they have other rooms. It’s a bit dated but location is amazing. Literally takes 20 steps from the hotel or the annex to the beach. Very close to the streets where restaurants are in. Paollo, the receptionist in the annex was super friendly. Folks working in the cafe and restaurant in the main building not so much.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. I wanted to book out of town, as my husband and I prefer quiet. Lovely, quiet hotel reflecting the owner’s personality. Gorgeous location with view of ocean and mountains. Excellent food, we had 2 dinners and several breakfast buffets. Homemade quiches and cakes with breakfasts, which can be eaten at the terrace tables. Marilú, the owner has fascinating collections of her grandfather’s (?) puppets and backdrops, as well as china, cats, and other memorabilia from her time in the theater. She explained some to me, but my Italian is non existent. Loved the amberjack, and chocolate soufflé with cinnamon gelato was so amazing I’m going to attempt a chocolate soufflé at home. We had a patio room, very nice to relax outside, and there were paths around. Good towels, comfortable if firm bed, typically flat European pillows. Nice sized room with a desk and a couple chairs, plenty of storage. The Sicilian red orange juice is delicious. Lovely, huge pool area and lots of outdoor space and a large indoor common room. Great staff.

The sfaff were chilled, experienced, professional - you know you're in safe hands. Bfasts excellent on the patio. Dinners were super against dramatic sunsets every night. Try the fish couscous special on a Sunday as is a Sciliy tradition, the lady Chef comes in special for this. I liked the options of the rocky beach below the hotel & splashing in the surf (shoes recomnended), the quiet of the pool or a short drive to the main sandy beech at Di copa del vito a 10min drive away & restuarant options ( the best beach in Sicily). Everything for a relaxing week by the beach/pool. We would definately go again.

Very stylish entrance to the hotel and restaurant. It's so vintage with lots of small details, that you can spend a lot of time just looking around. The stuff is absolutely fabulous. Everyone was so nice, that I might say it's the best service I've ever seen. I asked if I could enjoy my bottle of wine with the view on the sea from their terrace. Not only I was allowed, but they also helped me to open the bottle and offered a bucket of ice. The room itself it stylish and is well-fit (it has a fridge, kettle, some glasses). I also reserved a dinner in their hotel. The dish I ordered ended up being quite simple, but very tasty. The prices are higher than average, and the service fee was quite high as well (4 EUR). But considering the design of the restaurant and the service quality, I enjoyed it. There is a lot of parking space.
