Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Santa Fe de Antioquia

Stayed in Jan. 2015 Overall the hotel is nice. Rooms are clean and have AC. The meals were excellent. Pool very nice with a jacuzzi. The help was very attentive and polite. My few complaints are: 1. We were given "all inclusive" bracelets only to find out that any drinks (non alcoholic) are NOT included if ordered BETWEEN breakfast, lunch or dinner. I find that deceptive and quite odd considering the hot temps there. Anyone sitting in the heat for more than 30 min. will need a drink of something. At meals you can have all you want but not in between? Kind of dense. So ask for some bottles of water when you're eating a meal at that time they're included. My advice- include these in the price you'll have more return guests. Otherwise the guests feel "nickle and dimed." (A US phrase I'm sure they have an equal in Colombia) 2. The grounds are OK but could be made more appealing- the concrete near the hotel was in poor condition and gets flooded periodically causing there to be water and mud there. Which gets on your shoes right before you enter your room. Also removing the hoses laying around on the ground everywhere would help. 3. There is no internet in the rooms. Not a big deal but you'll have to go to reception or the pool to log on. Would I go back? Maybe... But I plan to visit other hotels as well...

An hour car ride just outside Medellin gets you to this locations where you can subdue the heat (sometimes intense) with a nice splash in a cool refreshing pool. The property was very well kept, everything was clean and the food was good. The personnel was very friendly and offered great service. Arrived on a Saturday and left on the following Monday. Good crowd of people but the open space doesn't let you feel cramped. Sunday night the crowd had gone turning this fabulous resort into a space just for two. Well 4 because I took my two dogs! Yes they are pet friendly. Just minutes away from the town of Santa Fe de Antioquia which is beautiful is an added plus. The rates included the meals and the hard drinks were an extra charge. If you live in Colombia the rates are a little pricey but if your coming in from outside the country and are looking to kick back a couple days for some R&R, this is well worth checking out.

I stayed in the white Paris suite this time and before i had been to the normal rooms which where earlier in the year not reformed but now they are nice and restored which is great as a cheaper option. But this time I had a great stay the manager is nice and everyone in the place are really helpful to our friends and I the food at the restaurant was also amazing they have different menus and options for everybody. Still as everything they can improve in some aspects.

This is a special place! The atmosphere, food, and attention to detail is incredible. I have never been so relaxed. The weather is perfect but the staff was exceptional. If you are looking for a resort to recharge and enjoy life, disfruta hombre!

This was my favorite place we stayed in Colombia! It is a quiet hidden gem. The staff were helpful, friendly and fun. The views from our balcony over the pool were stunning. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing with a cute little bar. Breakfast and the coffee were excellent. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The property is beautiful and it is a short walk right to the plaza. We wished we had stayed longer.

The location is perfect, AC works great, pool was lovely and view is amazing. This was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in in over 3 years of full time travel. If the WiFi was strong enough for me to work from here I would have extended my stay and stayed longer.

Four choices of fresh cooked breakfast with coffee, fresh orange juice and bowl of fresh fruit. Wonderful!

From the time we entered until we left everything was great the staff was always friendly and helpful, the food was great both for breakfast and dinner. We also paid for the couples massage and was one of the best we both have had in colombia. We will definitely be back.

The hotel is decorated in a Spanish Colonial style with a spacious courtyard/pool area. Close to Santa Fe's main square and many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.

We booked this hotel for our stay in Santa Fe de Antioquia over a weekend. The pools and adjacent areas were well-maintained and clean. The dining areas were inviting and the staff was courteous and attentive. The food was excellent. There is also a small playground and trampoline for children...if you can managed to tear them away from the beautiful swimming pools! You will be very satisfied! The photos don't honor how beautiful and comfortable the hotel is. It has plenty of places to enjoy and relax, the pools are great, the rooms beautiful and clean, the food delicious, the prices very fair and the staff so kind and charming. Our stay was just perfect 👌🏼 for sure we are so coming back soon

I went there for a weekend scape. Is a nice hotel with comfortable locations with many things to do: biking, sauna, swimming pools, billiards, table games, soccer. The staff was very friendly. If you a can take a room away from the highway because some are very noisy. The food was very good.

Personally I did not stay in the facility I booked and payed for the stay as a gift. And my friends really enjoyed it , they really enjoyed the part of nature , a very quiet, and relaxing environment and where very happy with the service . I definetely recommend it.

The hotel is a few blocks from city central which is nice. The shower gets very hot, the pool felt great on those hot afternoons and the staff was top notch. The included breakfast was typical Colombian but I'm not complaining. The real shocker was the restaurant. We normally don't pay to eat at hotel restaurants since they are overpriced but we decided to give them a try. The food was excellent. I'm surprised they only serve hotel guests because it would make a great restaurant for the public. We will stay here again when we visit Santa Fe.

Loved how friendly and attentive the staff was (muchas gracias Maya!), and that swimming pool is a perfect spot for relaxing.

The staff were very attentive and the vibe by the pool was awesome. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Great location and a short walk to the main plaza. The staff even arranged a tour for me and two other guests to go see the puente occidental. I think this hotel is excellent value for what is costs.

Very friendly and attentive staff, super clean, fantastic food. Large selection of food and drinks. Enjoyed the area with the dartboard and pool table. Walking distance to many other places to eat and shop if you want to explore. Only 13 rooms, we came during the week and had the whole place to ourselves.

The staff was amazing, so attentive and lovely. Hanging by the pool was relaxing. The town Santa Fe is so festive and full of parades, concerts, especially during the holidays.

The property is well maintained; the room was great; the pool and pool bar were excellent. It is a great place for relaxation, trips into the historical town. However it is the service that stands out. Excellent. Super. Wonderful. Everyone on staff went out of their way to make our stay superb. We stayed an extra day.
