Hotels with Jacuzzi in Room in Santa Monica

We stayed here for 4 nights in a Terrace King and loved it! The room was clean, spacious and modern. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space to store our things. We had great amenities in the room, including a black face cloth for removing makeup - what a game changer!!! We went up to the rooftop twice for both breakfast in the Terrace at Bar Lis, and for drinks in Bar Lis - such beautiful spots with insane views! The location was excellent too, we found it easy to get around by either walking or Uber/Lyft. The only downsides to my stay were not booking for longer, using the pool (it was stunning!) or booking a room with a view! If I come to L.A. again, I would definitely stay in The Hollywood Grande again.

The Hollywood Grande was lovely. The staff was wonderful and we took advantage of most of the amenities the hotel had to offer. We enjoyed breakfast each morning at the rooftop terrace and spent much of our time at the pool. The location was convenient to nearby restaurants, we especially enjoyed Ka’teen. I also attended a fun yoga session at the nearby sister hotel. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. We were on the eighth floor in a corner room so our view of the city was stunning. We thought the happy hour at the lobby bar was also a very nice touch.

We travel to Los Feliz and Hollywood from San Diego once or twice a month. We love this hotel for its friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, comfortable, clean rooms, easy and secure -valet parking! Rooms are spacious and some have gorgeous views of the Hollywood Sign and Downtown LA! The roof top bar is not to be missed! It’s the perfect place to take in the Hollywood atmosphere. Rates offer a wonderful value for this area of LA!

Nice clean comfortable rooms. Loved the layout and style of the bathrooms. Excellent shower. Friendly and welcoming staff. Beautiful rooftop terrace with swimming pool and amazing views of LA.

Staff was excelent and friendly from the front desk to the restaurant and great housekeeping ladies. Bed and linnen are of excellent quality and mattress is well, a Marriott mattress so comfortable. The room with a balcony is a plus although sofas were stiff and kind of uncomfortable We missed having a desk within the room that was needed for work and the space was occupied with a huge minibar we didn't use. Slippery shower, take care of yourself. Food in the roof terrace was excelent and we had breakfast almost daily. Our overall experience was good and would come back next time.

The location was perfect for attending a concert at the Hollywood Bowl. We were able to walk to and from and avoid the CRAZY congested traffic the day of the concert. The location was also perfect for walking to the Hollywood Walk of Fame, where we also enjoyed Ripley’s, a mirror maze, and a vendor’s 360 video and photo experience. The hotel breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Marieta, Veronica, and Elsie were all fantastic during breakfast! Marieta was especially friendly and helpful during breakfast, helping to serve our kids and clear our table before we were finished eating. She went above and beyond her duties and did it all in the warmest way! Veronica and Elsie were WONDERFUL too, but Marieta stood out even above them!! The only complaint we have is about housekeeping, as in, we didn’t have any! They never came once during our stay! Six people were sharing a room for 7 nights and we had to call the front desk and ask for extra towels and toilet paper three times. They didn’t deliver one time so we found a housekeeping cart next door and asked the housekeeper for towels and toilet paper. She obliged, but seemed annoyed that I was interrupting her from cleaning another room…even though they NEVER came to our room. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful as well, especially Mickey!

The hotel staff who helped me was very friendly. I had reserved a couple of room together. The staff were able to give me two of the 3 rooms next to each other. Everything was very clean in the hotel and the room. The staffs at breakfast were excellent! They were friendly, helpful and even gave us a few breakfast items to take home with us. The breakfast bar was awesome. They had eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals, fruits, cinnamon rolls. This was our second time staying here. We chose this location because it offers free continental breakfast, it's not far from Universal Studio (8-10 min drive) and it was walking distance (10 min walk) to Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Queen bed room was very spacious and clean. The whole hotel was clean and breakfast room attendants Veronica and Maria did a fantastic job of keeping the food and coffee fresh. It was in a convenient location. Walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame and very close to the Hollywood Bowl. The area feels safe. Always a lot of people around. A lot of restaurants within walking distance.

We chose this property for proximity to Hollywood Bowl, where we attended concert. We’re 2 ladies in our 70’s. Parking was valet, easy but $45/day. We took Lyft to event about 3 hours early, then walked back to hotel after— only .4 mile & downhill. That worked out welll. Hotel was very clean & comfy. Included hot breakfast buffet was very nice, and the ladies staffing the breakfast room were exceptionally welcoming, kind, cheerful and helpful! Desk staff & valet were also helpful & informative. Negatives: at departure we had to go get luggage cart from lobby & wrangle our 2 bags & ice chest down in elevator. And I wouldn’t go again to the small TGIFriday inside Hilton next door! VERY limited menu & a contender for worst restaurant service ever.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The morning breakfast is delicious and wholesome. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. MARIETA who was there to help us every morning at breakfast service made our stay feel like a home away from home. The location is superb and the shopping area, restaurants, Ovation Mall,TLC Chinese theatre, Hollywood walk of fame , Museum of illusion, Ripley’s believe it or not museum and so much more are all walking distance. Thoroughly enjoyed! Good value for your money.

Extremely comfortable beds, clean room, great pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast is superb, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, easy to Uber to other areas, pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to end our day.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express on Airport Blvd in Los Angeles, and let me just say, it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredible. Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, their exceptional customer service and genuinely accommodating nature made all the difference. They truly elevated our experience and made us feel right at home. One unexpected highlight? If you’re into plane spotting, this is the place to be. With the airport nearby, you get an amazing view of aircraft coming and going, it was a real treat! The pool was sparkling clean, and the jacuzzi was absolute bliss in the cooler evenings and a perfect way to unwind after a day out in LA. Now let’s talk perks: unlimited coffee, 24/7. Need I say more? And then there is the free shuffle that runs on the hour, every hour to LAX and even to the shops down the road. Breakfast was tasty and filling scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, Cinnabons, and more. While the menu stayed the same each day (a little variety wouldn’t hurt), everything was well prepared and satisfying. Lastly, the beds were incredibly comfortable, with plush bedding and pillows that made it hard to get up in the morning. We slept like rocks. Overall, this hotel was a perfect blend of comfort, service, and convenience. Whether you’re in LA for business, leisure, or a bit of both, this place checks all the boxes. We’ll definitely be back!

Flying from Ottawa, Canada, we opted to stay in the LAX area overnight prior to boarding a cruise ship the following morning. We reasoned it was more practical to get a free hotel shuttle to a local airport hotel then take a Uber/taxi directly to the port. With the above in mind, we did extensive TripAdvisor reviews and selected this hotel. We were very happy with our choice. After collecting our bags at the courosel of terminal 6, about 12:30 pm, we called the hotel as instructed and requested a pick up. We were told to make our way to the "Red Pole" on the departures level. The shuttle arrived in about 15 minutes. A comfortable mini bus with two other couples and we were at the hotel in less than 15 minutes. We were given early checkin and we're soon in our room 422 overlooking the adjacent Sizzlers. The room was very clean and everything worked properly. It was well equipped from microwave, coffee maker etc. to a safe at the bottom of the armoir. WIFI was available, easy to connect to and reliable. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. We had a very comfortable night. The hotel features an outdoor heated pool and spa as well as a small gym. Next morning, we enjoyed one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Nice selection of choices frequently refreshed with by very friendly staff. We availed ourselves of the online checkout. We were very impressed with our stay and are happy to recommend this hotel.

Awesome hotel. All the staff were very nice and welcoming. Full breakfast was exceptional. Eggs every day, sausage one day, biscuits and sausage gravey next day, some egg whites with tomato and basil, 3 kinds of cereal, oatmeal and 2 waffle makers and 2 toasters. Yogurt, milk , chocolate milk, bread, bagels, English muffins etc. SO MANY CHOICES! Pool is heated and gym was very clean and included Weights, treadmill, Elecpticals and bikes. Room was like a studio apartment with full size fridge, all needed cooking utensils, stove, microwave and even had dish soap (very thoughtful). No bathtub for toddlers, but easy if you're child showers sometimes. With traffic about 1 hr. From Universal Studios and 10 Minuts to the beach. If you forgot to bring something Target is literally a 5 min WALK. Manhatten beach is clean and had lots of parking relatively close to the water. My personal recommendation is that my visit would be highly Recommend.

Overall great place to stay. The walk to the beach was doable but a little long coming back after a long day at the beach. We did it three times, so very feasible if you like walk. The room was clean, some very minor repairs were needed, but nothing that prevented the function of the room. It was very clean, the bed was comfy and the room had everything you need. The staff was top notched and very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a few options. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable. A good location for us to drive to where we needed to go. Not super modern but comfortable,cared for, homey, and reasonably priced.

A good hotel with pleasant surroundings, not to mention easy access to Universal Studios. The pool and jacuzzi are open until midnight. The view from the room was amazing, my family loved it. I would definitely come back again. Good bar and restaurant.

Location was perfect to visit the park with little ones. Enjoyed the fact that it was so easy to shuttle back and forth from the park. I am a smoker and found the designated smoking area to be perfectly located without being out of the way and yet set up as to not be evasive for non smokers. The pool was inviting and loved the spa. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was packed all day each day so would love to see additional jacuzzi added for more accessibility for everyone.

Everything! It was honestly perfect! The beds were super comfy and comfy pillows too! The buffet brekky was delicious, and we also ate dinner one night at the lobby bar and that was great too - in my daughter’s words, best chips ever! We also loved the pool and jacuzzi and poolside games - made for some family fun after the bush days exploring! Absolutely loved that it is walking distance to Universal Studios and a short (7min) taxi ride to Hollywood BLVD. Super strong wifi too! And a lovely view from the room We also had exceptional customer service from Jerome who made us feel so welcome when we arrived. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families - as it will exceed your expectations

Henry was welcoming and kind and helpful to me. I require assistance carrying things. I wish he was my executive assistant. Elizabeth was excellent check in. She should be a teacher! She explained the process to me clearly and I didn't have to ask about anything once I got to my room. For instance her clarity in making sure I understand the wifi! I appreciate her! The catering staff was stellar. From Nancy to the bartenders to the servers. I have allergies and the servers made sure I had a plate of food that agreed with me. I was able to focus on my work classes and networking with out any bellyaches!!! Priceless for me. I loved the closeness to the big pool and the big jacuzzi. The pool is pretty cold. Only for hardcore swimmers. Right where my conference was. Breakfast was expensive for how little I eat but it was good quality. There's some dudes eat 4 times as much as me. And they can pay 45 bucks for breakfast. But I need a $10 breakfast. I like firm beds and the beds were firm. Yay. The room was hypoallergenic and it truly had no smell. It was just clean! I had zero breathing problems I had no itching it was very nice. I could see the moon and the Hollywood hills from my window.

We always choose Hyatt House when travel to LA and through LA. Convenient location (close to the airport),free amazing breakfast,free shuttle, great pool with hot jacuzzi,fast and easy check-in and check-out, and very friendly staff. Yesterday, we were checked-in by Marisa Maria Sergio and were impressed with her friendly attitude and kindness. Today,we were checked -out by her and Jairo. Marisa and Jairo provided excellent service, and we will definitely come back. Always enjoy to stay here.

This hotel was perfect for our final night in SoCal before an early morning flight out of LAX. The shuttle worked perfectly, and we were able to return our rental car a night early. The rooms are great and in particular the pool and hottub area is gorgeous. Two things that we didn't love is the window was covered somehow from the outside. Not boarded exactly but covered in some way that made the room feel a little odd to not have natural light or be able to see out at all. Also, the front driveway was under construction so the only way to approach is through a parking garage which was confusing at first but worked out fine.

Perfectly located near the airport. 30 mins from Port of Los Angeles if you are taking a cruise like I did. 40 mins from Disneyland. Front desk staff checked me in early without hesitation. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There was little trouble with the TV remote, but maintenance came right over and fixed it right away. He was super friendly. Kitchen staff was amicable and hospitable during breakfast hours. I was able to confirm that this is an excellent pet friendly hotel with easy clean access to grass.

We spent a delightful weekend in L.A. with our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful, promptly fulfilling all our requests with exceptional courtesy. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a delicious, fresh, and varied selection each morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. Our room was always impeccably cleaned and well-organized, making our stay even more comfortable.

The airport shuttle was super convenient. We had a meal & drinks in the bar which was fresh & tasty. Unfortunately slept in so could not enjoy the breakfast, but grabbed a coffee to go which was pretty good.

Check in with Mr Daryl was smooth, hes friendly, efficient and very professional. Great Handicap Accessible 🅿️, Room was magnificent, clean comfortable and well equipped. I loved the closed door bedroom suite. We chose a room package breakfast included, Stephanie and Robert are the dynamic Duo of hospitality we felt like home. What you served was sufficient for most however, I'd like a non-pork meat choice and non-dairy creamer added for the price. Turkey/Chicken Sausage is very inexpensive wholesale and people who eat pork will choose it as well when pork is done. Many Traveler's are coffee drinkers so the coffee should stay crowd tested and approved. Non-dairy creamer is in the rooms and should also be offered in the restaurant for breakfast. Appetizers were great also GET THE SECOND ELEVATOR FIXED IT WAS A LONG WAIT FOR EVERYONE TO GET UP AND DOWN WITH ONE WORKING ELEVATOR. I probably would have stayed there using the stairs though.😁

The hotel is great overall. Just didn’t like that parking was not included in the stay or that breakfast was not included in the stay. So those are extra fees unfortunately. Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was great when I needed towels refreshed and new bedding. The first morning I didn’t have hot water to shower, and had to be somewhere by 8am. I took a cold shower due to timing. I was told an engineer doesn’t come until 8am. By the time I came back in the evening it was fixed. Also my tv wasn’t working properly, I called the front desk to assist, the girl who answered didn’t know what to do either. Again another situation in waiting on an engineer to come the next morning. They should maybe consider an around the clock engineer for those circumstances. Other than that I had a great stay. The area is quiet, clean, secure. The shuttle to/from the hotel is convenient and prompt. Front desk staff is friendly. I plan to come back and book for my next LA Trip.

The property itself is very well maintained on the outside and the inside. They’ve got a decent sized lot with self parking available. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. The room we stayed in was on the top floor and was very clean and spacious for four people. We had a mini fridge as well as coffee maker. There was also a vanity mirror which was perfect for getting ready. Overall, the proximity to places like the airport, beach, and other LA venues like Intuit Dome was a huge plus and the rate was reasonable for what you get. I definitely recommend staying here if you need to get to an LA venue or the airport.

Convenient, short ride on the shuttle from LAX to the hotel. The room was clean, very spacious, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a nice view. The pool area and fire pit area were very nice. The front desk staff were polite, friendly, and helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel!

The best thing about this property is the indoor pool, the jacuzzi was broken and guest should have been alerted. The last time I stayed there the heat in the jacuzzi wasn't working as well. Guests book this hotel for the indoor amenities and they should be working or the website should disclose it when they are down. The breakfast is terrible, I stay right next door at the Hilton all the time and the breakfast is amazing, you need to upgrade quality of breakfast. Thank you

The hotel was very clean and convenient to all the activities we had planned. Starting with the room, the restroom was nice, the room was cleaned and bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel has a jacuzzi and pool and a gym. We used the jacuzzi and pool. The breakfast alone was worth the stay!! It was delicious, on top of it being a continental breakfast it had hot food. With waffles, eggs, sausages and potatoes. Lots of close by areas to eat fast food. You can walk to Intuit Dome and SoFi, there is also shuttles across the street that take you to SoFi. We took advantage of the taco trucks on Hawthorn St, just a waking distance away. We definitely will come back! The only thing I would say that caught me off guard was that they charged for parking. $10 a day, especially since the Hilton amenities say parking is free. Besides that the housekeeping staff did an amazing job and was friendly and helpful with each interaction.

I was really pleasently surprised by this hotel. Ignore the negative reviews like I did. Hotel lobby is lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming. Check in was a breeze and then i dropped the car off at the adjacent, secure car park. Room was dated but very much comfortable and plush. Pool was great, hot tub maybe needs a little clean. Good gym area. Theres a mcdonalds a 2 min walk across the road. Breakfast was waffles, scrambled eggs, sliced sausage, yougurts, fruit and oatmeal. Coffee is 24/7 in the lobby and very good. Water fountains on the main floor great too. Will very much stay here again if i ever land in LAX.

Hotel was easy to access by rental car and was centrally located for all of my travels. Easy check-in. Staff was pleasant and able to answer all questions. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was spotless with good amenities. Everything seemed recently upgraded. Breakfast had excellent choices, was nicely presented and prepared, and available until 10:00 AM, which was longer than most other hotels. Staff kept all food available and eating area spotless. Parking was easily accessible and ample. Check-out was quick and correct.

This Hampton Inn is extremely clean. I have never stayed in sheets that were so clean. The entire hotel smelt so clean looked clean and had a delicious breakfast. The staff was outstanding. Thank you for a nice day.

Breakfast was great. Loved the pancake machine. Jacuzzi tub was nice even though it was too small for a tall guy. Exceptionally clean and the bed was very comfortable. A rarity for me when I travel.

Very clean. Updated in 2019. Comfortable bed. We had a room closest to the street so it was a little loud but not unbearable. Breakfast area was basic but everything was fresh and clean. They had yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fresh fruits, pancake maker, milk, OJ and apple juice. Staff was very friendly. Secure area. Nice patio to sit outside. Trader Joe’s is next store so that was convenient as 1 evening we just purchased a microwave dish for dinner. Spa tub in our room was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and free which was a plus!

Clean, gym facilities on site, the pool was great too, especially the jacuzzi. Breakfast was extremely cheap for a buffet style and very tasty.

We were transitioning from over seas trip and stopped off to meet with family for dinner. Hotel was comfortable, clean and bed was comfortable. The staff were especially good - professional, friendly and helpful. I read that the hotel shuttle wait was very long but it was only 10-15 wait at the airport on route to the hotel and again another 10 minute wait for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. The driver was friendly and helpful with the luggage.

This is a beautiful hotel near LAX. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, but there was no shower cap or lotion. The bed was very comfortable and the tv was huge. A breakfast buffet was available for $11.00, which I thought was very reasonable, but it didn't start until 6:00 a.m. and I had to leave at 5:30. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend Hyatt Place LAX.

Great Hotel! Great location and exceptional staff. There is a complimentary airport shuttle transfer. The hotel Team is amazing! The service quality is top notch from everyone. The rooms are very clean. I was impressed that the carpet was clean as well. I wear white socks for comfort and they did not get dirty. That's a huge plus for a hotel. This is proof the rooms are cleaned very well. The breakfast is good as well for the price. The hotel bar is very welcoming.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We were able to walk to one of our favorite restaurants for dinner. The staff was vary helpful; the answered all our questions about transportation to and from the airport. I would recommend this hotel for affordability and location for airline passengers.

The room is sizeable (2 queen beds), 2 sinks: 1 in with the shower and the other outside the bathroom, beds are comfortable, modern TV & remote, mini fridge, coffee maker, A/C, shower head was better than most hotels i stayed in, up to 8 1/2 feet pool was perfect for the 110-degree weather. Other amenities not used: closet with hangers, iron & board, safe, dresser with drawers, sizeable jacuzzi, vending machines & ice machines on property. Universal Studios is about 20 minutes drive. Target nearby with a 7 minutes walk if you prefer.

The lobby had a versatile coffee make that creates hot chocolate, coffee, vanilla lattes etc. My room was spotless, stylish, and surprisingly spacious, with a plush bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The in-room amenities, including a coffee maker, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV, were exactly what I needed. One of the best parts? The location. Nestled in a vibrant neighborhood, the hotel is steps away from fantastic restaurants, boutique shops, and quick access to the 101 freeway. I’m currently in the midst of a 60-day stay at this Best Western, and I have to admit, I was hesitant to give the brand another chance after a terrible experience with bed bugs at a different location (Crawfordsville, IN). But with limited hotel options in the San Fernando Valley, I took a chance, expecting the typical rundown, sketchy scene I’ve found throughout the Valley. I couldn’t have been more wrong! After five nights, I’m blown away by how nice this hotel is. The staff, especially housekeeping, are friendly and attentive. The rooms and common areas are spotless. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the pillows are perfect, and despite its location near a busy street and freeway, noise isn’t an issue. The only downsides: a $14 nightly parking fee (after tax), no free breakfast (though there’s a Denny’s on-site), and no BW Rewards points since I booked through Expedia. That said, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Best Western for families, business travelers, and especially solo female travelers. It’s safe, clean, and well-managed. I’m actually looking forward to the rest of my stay!

My husband son and I stayed here over the weekend and from the minute we arrived we loved it. So clean and welcoming the staff from front were great they had smiles and were polite we arrived a little past 8 pm it was pretty full but still calm. We got in our room loved that we had easy access to the car we stayed in other hotels and that’s one of the things that can get pretty annoying is being so far from the car because of the unpacking and packing. The room was clean beds were comfortable. There is housekeepers every morning and I’m sure they are all very nice and attentive but we had a very sweet and pleasant lady always acknowledge us with a smile and a good morning and would ask us if we wanted Sevice or if needed anything when she would see us leave the room. Making us feel cared for and comfortable to ask questions. We got to enjoy the pool, my son loved it it was clean and it is stack with towels. I would stay longer if I could and will be return to the sepulveda Blvd location. With no doubt ! Thank you to all the staff they are great I wish I was good with names to name the ones we had interactions with.

The Hyatt Regency LAX exceeded expectations in terms of service and convenience. We arrived very early in the morning (around 8:30 AM), fully expecting to store our luggage and wait for a room. To our surprise, the front desk had a room ready immediately—an unexpected but much-appreciated gesture that made a world of difference after a long travel morning. Although no suite upgrade was offered despite Globalist status, we were just grateful to have a room available so early. The room itself was comfortable and functional, with a partial view of the runway. However, it primarily faced the parking lot and an adjacent abandoned property, so if your looking for scenic views you want to adjust expectations accordingly. The pool area was clean and well-maintained—, as my daughters enjoyed it. Breakfast was another highlight. Offered at 6 AM as a buffet and included with my Globalist benefits, the spread was generous and ideal for travelers catching early flights. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the Hyatt Regency LAX for anyone needing a convenient, comfortable stay near the airport. The staff was accommodating, the amenities were solid, and the early check-in flexibility was a standout feature—especially for travelers arriving on red-eye or early morning flights.

I’ve been staying here since the days it was the old Radisson, and while it wasn’t bad back then, the transformation since Hyatt took over has been incredible. The place is now first class all the way. The bartenders really know what they’re doing — professional, personable, and they mix a perfect drink every time. The restaurant staff is equally impressive, providing attentive and friendly service that makes every meal feel special. The front desk and housekeeping teams were warm and welcoming from start to finish. What really stood out to me, though, was meeting the general manager. He was genuinely interested in how my stay was going, and I even saw him the next morning helping bus tables at breakfast. That kind of leadership says a lot — the staff here is lucky to work for someone like that. My only note: valet parking is pricey, but there’s a self-park lot in the back that’s about half the cost and very convenient. All in all, the Hyatt Regency LAX has gone from being a decent airport hotel to a top-tier hospitality experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Excellent staff, every member was helpful and friendly and professional. The hotel was extremely clean and my room was very well appointed. I could see planes taking off and landing outside my window, BUT I could only occasionally hear any noise, it was a very quiet stay. The free shuttle service was as advertised, always running and very convenient! The meal services were not cheap, but both dinner and breakfast were well worth the money to me, the staff was fantastic and the food was very good quality, with great portions.

We had an early morning flight out of LAX and decided to check in here and leave our car for a few nights. This is by far the best hotel experience we have had with an LAX adjacent hotel. We will never be going anywhere else. Globalist benefits were terrific. We used a free credit card night award. I can't believe this is only a category 3 property. We were upgraded to a top notch suite with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a view of incoming planes. Windows were well soundproofed so had no issues with noise. We left our car for 4 nights and the charge was only $25/night. 1st night was free due to Globalist status. No resort fees. Free buffet breakfast or order off the menu, so excellent choices to be made. Prior to arrival and also at check in I had the pleasure of dealing with Ulices Hernandez. He was outstanding in every way and even gave us a few extra perks. Their airport shuttle runs every 15/20 minutes. We only had to wait a few minutes to catch the a.m. shuttle to the airport. Likewise, we only had to wait a few minutes to catch the shuttle coming out of terminal 6. That was GREAT. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional and going out of their way to be helpful. The shuttle drivers were exceptinally nice. It felt like everyone really liked working for the Hyatt. A tip. Our navigator took us to the rear entrance of the hotel. You need to use the entrance off of Century.

West Hollywood is a MUCH better area than downtown Hollywood itself, which is full of pushy sales people, vagrants & souvenir shops. There's none of this in West Hollywood, it feels much more like safe a place where well off people live, rather than a 'tourist trap' destination. If you love restaurants, trendy bars, comedy, rock and roll, you'll love this location on the sunset strip. It's just Iconic. The Saddle Ranch restaurant across the road was fantastic, and very welcoming of our family with young children. It's probably a party place later in the evening, but before 8pm, was very family friendly and the staff were amazing there. This Best Western hotel is in a fantastic location and the courtyard with pool (which was heated in winter, the kids loved it) was a great little hideaway. Our room was clean & spacious, beds comfortable and was a very safe and pleasant stay. The complimentary breakfast was basic, but no problems at all. Very convenient to have it supplied at the hotel as opposed to having to go out first thing every morning to eat.

Had an excellent stay, I loved this hotel, it practically checked off all the boxes for me. The great location on the Strip. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and bed with nice fridge, microwave & big TV with many channels, all worked well. Nice newer bathroom with big 2-head shower, bright lighting. Big in-room safe. Nice desk & chair to work at, and handy power & USB ports. Housekeeping request was delivered fast. Indoor parking if needed (I didn't use, but checked it out). Beautiful pool area. The breakfast 7-10a was excellent with tasty selections, hot food that varies each day and waffles made to-order, with 2 staffers taking care of it all. Only caveats - probably 1/3 of the rooms have no real view due to buildings next door, which was fine with me, I like to darken the room to sleep into the morning. The sink & shower water took a full 2-3 minutes to turn hot, most of the time (may be a temporary issue?). And there are no onsite lunch, dinner or bar options - BUT there are plenty within walking distance, including right across the street. For the price you pay here versus the many other more 'upscale' hotels around there, it is quite the bargain, in my opinion. The many great reviews helped me to choose it. I would definitely stay there again.

Arriving early for check-in was not a problem for Reception, and, whilst my room on level 1 on the side of the hotel that received little daylight, my room was very comfortable, and very well appointed, Wi-Fi was excellent; quiet too. I particularly liked being able to open both windows in the room day/night. Bathroom was spotless; towels and shower were excellent. Breakfast was very good: fresh hot items, plenty of choice of baked pastries and breads, good hot coffee, cereals, freshly made waffles, fresh fruit, yoghurt, milk, water dispenser, juices and breakfast condiments. This is one of the better breakfasts offered in my worldwide travels staying in hotels. The pool area is lovely to sit around with sunbeds, patio furniture, towels and proper safety equipment too. I found the Hotel staff to be incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient. I would have no hesitation staying at Best Western Plus Sunset Plaza again. Next time: a room with a view would be fabulous.

Over all it’s a very nice property in comparison to so many big brands. Main thing what makes you feel good is the staff is very hospitable/ friendly almost with all who I spoke or met, which is very exceptional and makes the property stand out. Some names I can remember are Billy, sama, angel great team. It has a nice swimming pool, the ambience is nice like boutique European hotel, parking available at reasonable price of 35 usd per night, centrally located, spacious rooms, laundry facility available to wash by your self etc. Only draw back is that they don’t have restaurant so there is a menu in room which is a menu for a restaurant opposite to the hotel Saddle Ranch, I recommend if you are ordering better to call directly and order or go there to take food as there on-line payment system doesn’t work properly and when called to restaurant they put you on hold forever. Since the restaurant is not for hotel so no responsibility taken. However inspite of having no restaurant they do a great job in breakfast but providing a good healthy continental breakfast with some hot items.

We stayed here for 1 night after staying here several years previously. The hotel has parking underneath, which is tight but manageable but is chargeable. Check-in was fast and efficient, and it was clear that the hotel has recently had its outside renovated and modernised, sadly it does seem some of the beautiful pink flowers that were a prominent feature now seem to be less than they used to be, which is a shame. The pool area was very nice, again lots of flowers and comfortable beds. One major disappointment is the lack of any hot tub, which would really be an amazing feature in this hotel, especially in the beautiful courtyard. The pool could have done with being just a touch warmer. Our room was very spacious, with a wet bar, large modern bathroom and walk in shower. The room was clean, with a fridge and large TV. However, the major downside was that we had a window which simply looked onto a concrete wall (that was a meter of so away) of another building, meaning the room was fairly dark with zero view. Overall, we were happy with our stay, but considering the steep price we paid (which was for the cheapest room), the room/view we got, we would certainly opt to stay elsewhere in the future.

The breakfast has a good variety of items. The staff serving the breakfast were very helpful and courteous. It is right in the middle of Korean town, so very convenient for getting grocery and have a very good variety of restaurants. It is in L.A. metropolitan area, so the streets are not as clean - which of course isn't the fault of the hotel. But it does affect my initial impression. Also, the hotel has a tired look. I think the room can use a lighter, more cheerful paint and curtains. However, it is clean and the room service staff is great. The front desk staff is very courteous and helpful. Try the coffee machine next to it. The coffee is nice and could safe you a few bucks from buying a Starbucks coffee down the road. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again. I hope the hotel can make the improvement - it is not costly, and it could be done incrementally. It would give a far better first impression.

Our stay commenced with a warm welcome and very efficient check-in with Madison, who also graciously provided suggestions for local restaurants. There is somewhat of a unique breakfast set-up: guests are allowed to enter a secured/locked dining area upon showing a special dated meal card. Once inside, guests will enjoy many offerings including hot breakfast foods, e.g. eggs, potatoes, sausage/bacon, also very fresh muffins, sliced breads, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. The outstanding, most noticeable components are the very clean and neat displays - THE best we’ve seen at a hotel breakfast area in many years! It is obvious that Esther and Irma take pride in their positions and work very hard to maintain such an attractive breakfast room. As this is not a new hotel, there are some dated features like hallway carpets and furnishings. However, with that said, we saw nothing that was worn/tattered, also beds and bedding are pleasingly newer and comfortable. Most notable, it is obvious the management has high standards because of the tidiness throughout this hotel. This location is conveniently located if you’d like to enjoy Koreatown and walk to restaurants, bakeries, and local shops.

This Best Western is location is right around the corner from the underground metro station. The area is safe, and you feel safe in the hotel. There are plenty of places to eat, in the area for, lunch and dinner. The complimentary breakfast has an abundance of options, that do not disappoint. The hotel staff keeps the eating area, front desk, and guest rooms very clean! The rooms are spacious, including the bathroom. The hotel is centrally located; meaning you have public transport, or any transport available to get to Universal Studios, Hollywood, DTLA, and the beach. The parking lot they make available was full, but I did not have a car so it was not a problem. If you are visiting LA with a vehicle, it is just a known fact that parking can be difficult anywhere you go. So pre-plan for that as much as possible. My Taxi/Uber/Lyft to the airport only took 40 minutes from the hotel before morning rush hour. However, you are close enough to downtown that you could potentially plan to go to Union Station and take the Flyaway shuttle. That process adds an extra hour to your transportation planning, however. I searched for many hotels in the greater Los Angeles area and this one caught my eye. I am so happy I chose this place because I was able to hang out downtown for a while and drop my stuff back off at the hotel, then venture out again. The location is perfect! Thank you so much to the owners and staff for a lovely stay that made my visit that much easier!

Staff is friendly. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms were spacious, had comfy beds and chairs. I liked the hygiene products provided by the hotel. They smelt really good. Parking was affordable. The parking on the street is even cheep. Right next to transit.

Great location next to some hidden gems for drinking and eating. Room was really clean, spacious, and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to a day.

Location was great. Area isn't so clean but honestly it was still great. You can't beat being right next door to a donut shop, pizza, subway. Down the street walking distance is In n out plus amazing mom and pop restaurants to eat at for some amazing breakfast. The shuttle to Universal is also about I would say 5 min or less walk but so worth the price and location. This beats hands down the Hilton and Sheraton just because they are so overpriced when you can stay here for a little less and get free breakfast or go wherever you prefer. Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The AC was amazing, and it does come with a tv, but honestly if you plan to spend the whole day at Universal all you really need it a bed and bathroom because your so tired and this place worked for us.

We were only here for one night, for a day at Universal Studios. We found everything to be nice, clean and comfy. Everything was stocked well with plenty lotion, shampoo, etc! The shower was spacious, had great water pressure and was nice and warm. The parking lot is a tad smaller, but we had no issues! All the employees and staff we encountered were really nice and helpful! They also told us about the free parking across the street for people walking to ride the shuttle. They also helped give us directions to walk to the free shuttle to Universal Studios (which only takes 3-5 min to walk to.) There was a delicious pizza place literally around the corner that we walked to for dinner and it was really good, with very large pizzas! In the morning, they had some complimentary pastries, and a nice hot drink machine- the hot chocolate was really good, and not watered down at all! We will stay here anytime we make another trip to Universal Studios!!

Needed 1 night stay near Universal Studios, this fit the requirements perfectly! An older property but well maintained. No real criticisms. Neighborhood was OK not much around on busy street but also didn't look to hard and you have Universal City walk just a few minutes away. Hotel no more than an easy, safe 5 minute walk to Universal Studio parking structure where you pick up Tram for a short ride up a big hill to Park entrance. Tram stop was used by many people. and runs an hour or so after Park/City Walk closes. Sayid at Front Desk was exceptional. No problems with the room. Bed was firm and pillows surprising very good. Shower water pressure and temperature was very good. TV work with good channel selection. Room was quiet. Breakfast was pastries.

The property was clean, they delivered extra pillows when we asked for them. The staff was super helpful! When we checked in the gentleman asked if we planned to walk to Universal Studios and we said yes. He pulled up google maps and showed up where to go to get on the free tram so we didn’t have to walk more than 2-3 minutes. He explained the City walk and pulled up restaurants there for us. He also told us to get our merchandise and power up band the night prior so we could focus on the rides. We did as he said went that night to the City Walk bought the merchandise and power up band my son wanted and ate dinner. The next day we were at the park and focused on the rides and explored the different lands! His knowledge was extremely valuable! The room was small but there was only 2 of us and we were only there to sleep. It was clean, has a mini fridge, microwave, and TV. We will definitely be staying again.

The location for getting into downtown L.A and for $1.75 and perfect walking distance to universal and can get the tram up the hill. The staff was so nice and helpful could have a great chat and the rooms were very nice and clean with cleaning everyday and the bed was made with fresh towels and a powerful shower and held our luggage on the last day

the rooms were clean, and no carpet! the amenities were really nice as well. a jacuzzi, pool, fitness center, oh and the complimentary breakfast!

We stayed two nights in a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. The bed is very comfortable and room size is adequate for 2 adults and one kid. The room is very quiet only thing need to improve is the washroom door cannot be completely locked so people can still open the door outside. Breakfast has very good varieties and changes everyday. Staffs are friendly and helpful, parking is easy with $30/night. Location is good feel pretty safe, close to Manhattan Beach and restaurants and grocery stores are around.

The Hyatt Place Los Angeles/lax/El Segundo is an amazingly well-designed and remodeled property. It's located very close to LAX and provides a number of wonderful features one would expect with this grade of hotel, including complimentary WiFi and morning breakfast. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and quiet, and their staff are exceptionally helpful. You'll be glad you booked a room here once you experience their comfortable, modern design.

What a great hotel. The room was clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the bathroom - there were plenty of hooks for hanging towels and my toiletries bag as well as a shelf for storage. Little things like this make a big difference when you're sharing a bathroom! The towels were soft and absorbent. The lobby is small but very chic. We sat there with some friends and felt very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and there was a good variety. I am vegan and found several options - oatmeal, fruit, toast, potatoes. It would be great to have more vegan options but I was fine with what they had. We will definitely stay there again and will look for Hyatt's in other cities we travel to.

Friend and I stayed here while in town for Beyoncé and were surprised by how comfortable the hotel was. Close to the airport and the free shuttle was helpful, but you were far enough out rideshares were cheaper than from the airport hotels and there were several strip mall type coffee shops/restaurants that were walkable. Very clean and comfortable amenities, and we enjoyed the pool (except when groundskeeping was using some loud machines near us). Overall a great little spot for a few nights!

It is a quiet and convenient location not far from freeway entrances, a mall and cool places in Culver City. The hotel has a pool and fitness center (no jacuzzi). The staff was friendly. It’s clean and well-maintained.

Hotel and room were very clean, bed and pillows very comfortable. It's close enough to downtown L.A. without paying L.A. prices. We attended a concert near the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and it was about a 20-25 minute Uber/Lyft ride to and from the concert. All the staff was excellent, from the front desk to the wait/bar staff to the morning breakfast buffet. Great job! Scrambled eggs, ham, sausage, toast or bagel, some fresh fruit, coffee, O.J. or apple juice, very satisfying to start your day.

The room is comfortable. The lobby is nice and has a great bar. The hotel is right in front of the mall, so you can easily walk there — very convenient. The gym is excellent: well-equipped and spacious. Breakfast is also great (the coffee is actually really good) and offers several options. They even have a small grocery market and a microwave available. Staff is very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.

Central location, easy self-parking, close to shops and restaurants, clean, quiet hotel. There is a bar, and breakfast buffet (paid) available.

Stayed one night before a convention. Room was small but clean and quiet. Hotel bar was pleasant with great service. Food was tasty. Pool was heated but no hot tub (only disappointment there). Staff friendly and attentive. Mall across the steep for shopping entertainment and more dining options. Fitness room large and lots of options for workout. Business center right at elevator for easy access. Parking appeared safe. I would stay here again.

Outstanding hotel centric to all Hollywood attractions. Everly Kimpton staff is attentive without being intrusive. From the moment we stepped in, we felt relaxed and enjoyed the modern atmosphere and well appointed hotel areas after a long flight from the east coast. Jane Q was our spot for brunch and breakfast during our stay, both Kelsey and Omar were fantastic during our visits. We visited the restaurant, WrittenHand for a laidback dinner and it was delightful. Thanks to Rey for his superb handling of our dinner, the Branzino and padano fries were delicious. The pool bar area is beautiful and we were greeted by Gina, explaining access and amenities for us to enjoy. The pool bar and restaurant staff were fabulous, also with great recommendations by Chris and Deron for drinks and quick bites. Spencer, from the front desk staff was amazing, he gave us great recommendations and got us a perfect room with a view. Thanks to all for making our stay unforgettable, we will definitely be back to visit.

An amazing stay at the Kimpton Everly hotel for our first time in LA! A great location with walking distance to the Walk of Fame & lots of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. Our room was amazing! We were updated to a view of the Hollywood sign & it was perfect! The room was spacious, clean & beds so comfy! A special thank you to Spencer who was so so accommodating in providing us a later check out due to our flight being later at night. Spencer was so attentive, friendly & professional! We were also able get to use the lovely pool & enjoyed speciality coffee at the Jane Q restaurant. All staff there were lovely too, especially Kelsey who served us most days! The only thing I totally forgot about was the complimentary wine between 5-6pm as we were normally still out at these times :( need to remember this for next time, ha! All in all, a 10/10 stay which made us fall in love with LA & all it had to offer! Thanks again everyone :)

Lobby, bar, restaurant vibe is chic, eclectic, and inviting. The cool cozy side area was closed for a “private event,” yet we were there until late into the evening and there didn’t appear to be anything. We really enjoyed this space last time, much better than the uncomfortable awkward deep sofa/bench we sat on and had dinner. Aside from having to chase down a server after various staff walking past us multiple times, the food was excellent and the server was subsequently very attentive. They were out of several dishes, so we settled on the Spatchcock chicken, which was beyond delicious, along with the squash blossoms which could have used a bit more of something—salt, spice, sauce. Overall food was excellent, menu presentation (envelope) very clever, albeit it a bit all over the place. This was our second stay, tub was a must. Our room was surprisingly smaller—no sofa—this time which was disappointing but the tub was perfect. Great sheets and pillow options. Very comfortable, well located. Great morning coffee options. Loved the complimentary coffee tickets.

I’ve been staying periodically at The Kimpton Everly Hotel in Hollywood. As a frequent traveling businessperson I can honestly say this hotel is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in many years. The comfort level is excellent from the spacious rooms and baths to the incredibly soft and cool bedsheets and the large desk/ work surface in the rooms, it is perfect. If you stay on the city view side the panoramic views are incredible…from Downtown LA , Paramount studios to proper Los Angeles suburbs, you cannot believe the sunrise and sunsets. The minimal modern vibe in design throughout the Hotel is just the right blend of sophistication and organic subtlety. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Our valet car attendant Brandon was beyond helpful and polite. I love their daily happy hour where rosé is served in the lobby and of course the complimentary Tiny Frozen Martinis are so good and a much appreciated gesture when I finally check in after a long day of work. The room service and food from the cafe on the ground level is always spot on delicious…they make a perfect Chai Latte. I seriously love the location as well. Close walking distance to so many great restaurants in Hollywood like Katsu and Musso and Franks Grill and also the Pantages theater and Capital Records. Literally a block down the street. How is it possible I already feel like this hotel has become a part of Hollywood legend. I feel The Everly is literally my LA home away from home. Michael Berman

I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Kimpton, ten out of ten highly recommend. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Hollywood. The staff was warm and welcoming throughout and made me feel at home especially as a solo traveler. I was checked in by Spencer, who offered me a complimentary glass of Rosé and even surprised me with an upgrade before I even made it to my room! The Ever bar, in-house bar & restaurant struck the perfect balance of chic and cozy. The manager, Randy (if I recall correctly), personally walked me through their unique menu. I opted for the Herb Caesar, and it ended up being one of the best dishes I had during my trip. My only regret is not booking a longer stay. I’m already looking forward to returning and trying more of their onsite eateries and cocktails.

Centrally located hotel, close to beach & friendly staff. Reasonably priced restaurant and good sized rooms. Pool and jacuzzi are lovely too.

The hotel is situated on Mother’s beach and the views are lovely. The pool is heated to just the right temperature and the jacuzzi offers an opportunity to relax and unwind. Rooms are spotlessly clean, spacious and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned every day and the housekeeping team were brilliant and very efficient. The restaurant serves food daily from 8am to 10pm. We tried the breakfast, lunch & dinner at different times during our stay. The food was excellent, the service was great & the food was reasonably priced.

Outstanding location along the beach, beautiful view from our room and balcony, gorgeous grounds, paddleboard and kayaks for rent, friendly and accommodating staff, just the right size property, updated rooms with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Restaurant patio was so lovely with views of the water and live music Friday and Saturday night. Pool and spa were so convenient being right next to the beach

There are people who just complain and then there are people who complain just to get free stuff. Let me explain I’m either I’m just honest and realistic! If you want the ritz Carlton “stuff” then go to the Ritz but the people who complain on this hotel u r wrong in so many ways. Check in ladies were so sweet and I got upgraded for no reason to a water view. The elevators r broken but they HAVE other elevators if you can’t handle going through the service ones then don’t stay here but we survived and it’s an elevator. Not once did we feel unsafe. We stayed on the second floor and had a very nice view. Super windy day so we didn’t get to use the balcony much. The only thing I care about is clean rooms and this hotel was super clean. Sheets clean. Bathroom clean. I’m happy! Nice housekeepers in the halls working for the one who posted no housekeepers in sight. They r everywhere and we came in after check in time. Tip your housekeepers people they work harder. If u want them to stay then take care of them. Side note! Check out was easy and the guy in the front was so nice. Even gave me directions to everywhere near and far. Definitely will stay here again and will come back when it’s warmer

We had the BEST stay at Jamaica Bay Inn! Sayyora made booking our 10‑room block a breeze, and our anniversary party in the beautiful Antigua Room was unforgettable thanks to Christina and Ernesto’s exceptional service. The newly renovated rooms were spotless and so comfortable, and the location is perfect right by the water, boardwalk, paddle board rental, playground and restaurants. Bonus: the most amazing Farmer’s Market is an easy walk Saturdays from 9am-2pm. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The Georgian Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with lots of nice little touches throughout the property. It's like an Old Hollywood movie set. The location is absolute perfection with the beach directly in front and most everything in Santa Monica within walking distance. My room was beautifully decorated in Art Deco style and spacious with a very comfortable bed. I'm not a fan of hotel carpet so I loved the hardwood floors and area rug. There was also very little ambient noise outside my room. The staff were wonderful, from the welcome with a beverage at check-in to the restaurant staff to the bell staff. They couldn't do enough for you. I also want to give a big shout-out to Bliss Beach which I used via the hotel website to arrange a beach day -- it was the highlight of my trip and the perfect way to enjoy the beach. I booked the Little Lounge experience for a half day and I would've booked an entire day had I known how fantastic it would be. The main restaurant is on the veranda and terrace at the front of the hotel and is a lovely little oasis that takes full advantage of the hotel's location and views and serves delicious meals. I didn't get to visit the downstairs reservation-only bar/restaurant but I'll rectify that on my next stay.

Everything exceeded my expectations. This hotel is a bucket list item from the art deco details to the perfect Santa Monica beach front location. Manager Tiffany Mirander went above and beyond to create the most amazing stay for my partner and I. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. They offer cruisers to bike along the beach, the most amazing hidden speakeasy, and a view of the pier. In walking distance to the best restaurants and shopping, or take one of their beach towels and walk across one street to get to the beach. Just book it already!

The view was impeccable. The charm of the hotel was exceptional. Perfect location for all things Santa Monica. We were able to walk the beach, shop, eat at great restaurants. Are plan was to spend time in LA but Santa Monica was more fun. The staff was super helpful and attentive.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. As we were on honeymoon the hotel offered us an upgrade which was just exceptional. The suite we were given made our trip so much more enjoyable and we loved being in our room with its gorgeous sea view & every little detail was accounted for. Right down to dry shampoo in the bathroom with gorgeous robes and slippers. The whole experience was so luxurious. The staff were wonderful from the very first person at the valet, reception & the lovely gentleman who took our luggage to the room, the lovely turn down service staff in the evening to the housekeepers in the morning everyone was just wonderful & so professional! Location is superb and when you look back from the beach the hotel stands out a mile with its quirky colours. We stayed in 5 different hotels throughout out USA trip & this wee by far the best.

Super happy with 24hr shuttle service to airport and being so close. Room Was tolerable even with the city noises. Beautiful on the inside. Ranked 4 star because one of our rooms was not cleaned and ready. Mobile turn key didn’t work either and no free WiFi. Very comfortable beds though and offered shower amenities if you didn’t have any. Didn’t like that the shower light went off while in shower and there is no fan to suck out the heat and door creaked to the bathroom every time you open it. Other than that room was very nice and seemed clean. Also there was a pull out couch. Thought it was a nice touch that they offered lavender oil to help sleep too. Oh and they have a robe you can use. Pool was not heated as stated on their website but the kids loved it! I would stay again because of convenience and reasonable price! They also had a restaurant Daily Grill which service was great and food was delicious! I’m all about customer service and all staff including hotel were very friendly and helpful!

The Westin was convenient, comfortable and sparkling clean. The greater lobby area is really spacious with lots of options for one-on-one meetings and relaxing. Since the free wifi is in the lobby only, that's a good thing. Excellent service in the off-libby restaurant.

I was there for one night before a flight from LAX. The location was perfect as I had a rental car and the airport rental cars building is at 2 minutes by foot from the hotel. I saved one day on my rental fees and no hotel parking cost in this case! - Room: oversized , nice and clean. - Beautiful lobby with a lobby bar, a lot of space, reception... - Pool: nice outside pool with chairs, whirlpool... - Restaurant: I had dinner there. It was OK, an average hotel-restaurant. - Shuttle to lax before my flight: fast and reliable. If I need to use a LAX hotel, this hotel will definitely be considered.

The place is stunning, really beautiful hotel and I have never been in a more comfortable bed in my life. Massive size and the quality of pillows, sheets and mattress is evident. The bathroom was fully stocked and spacious. Towels were clean, water was perfect and plenty of water pressure. It’s the small details that make the stay so enjoyable. I looked forward every day to come back to such a comfortable room. Superb.

The Westin LAX has done a major renovation. The lobby and rooms have been refreshed. They added a large club lounge on the lobby level. It provides a hot breakfast as well as evening canapés .(some hot) along with drinks including beer and some good wines for a fee. This is included for the executive rooms (about $50 more than regular rooms) but strangly. not for suites. Access can be purchased for $30 per person which we did since it was not included in our suite. The suite itself was two rooms and an outside deck, perfect for watching take offs and landings across the way at LAX. Great for the air enthusiasts but not especially quiet. The noise varied depending on which direction landing and takeoff were going. The rooms do attenuate the sound quite a bit, but it is not quiet. Having said , I did not have any issue sleeping. This is going to be common with all the hotels around LAX so if this is an issue for you stay farther away from the airport. Notably the hotel has an airport shuttle that operates 24/7 at about 20min intervals so it is very convenient if you don't have a car. The new reno elevates it to 4 star status but it is not luxury. After all it is still a, very nice, airport hotel.

The location was good for what I needed to do. I enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi in the evening.

I was surprised for paying for parking, could be included at the room's rate or free for booked guest. A nice place to stay, very clean, beautiful lobby and I manage an accessible tour operator and when I saw easy access to the pool and jacuzzi, made my day: very accessible in every single way. I recommend.

The Hilton Garden Inn is located in Marina del Rey, unfortunately a bit far from all attractions. Venice Beach can be reached after about 20 minutes on foot. For everything else you need a car. Parking in the hotel garage is very expensive, but there is a public parking garage next to the hotel where it is cheaper. You can also park for free on the surrounding streets. The hotel area is very well maintained. The staff very helpful and friendly. The rooms facing the streets with a view are nice and spacious, but also a bit noisy as they are busy streets. There is a heated outdoor pool that opens from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. This is relatively late, considering that the sun sets at half past five in November, you could swim earlier to make better use of the day. A pool opening from 8 a.m. would make sense. It is also written on the board that you should no longer use the pool after dark. The biggest drawback is the lack of a shower and toilet at the pool. Everyone goes in almost without a shower, regardless of whether they are small children, adults or pensioners. And you can't shower afterwards.

Excellent hotel. The location is great right next to Mother’s Beach and an easy walk from Venice Beach pier. Staff were so friendly. The hotel was clean and welcoming. We had a great stay and would absolutely stay here again. We arrived early in the morning and they held our bags until our room was ready. There are lots of great restaurants nearby in the Venice Beach area. We walked the beach up to Santa Monica Pier and back.

The best part of this experience was the staff. Everyone at the front desk over our three nights. Stay was welcoming, friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff were also excellent. The heating and air conditioning thermostat was a little weird. It was cold and rainy during our visit, and after setting the heat, it would go to cool fan after a while every time. Then we had to turn it off and reset it. The engineer came to help us immediately when we made a call to the front desk but it seemed like that’s just how the thermostat worked, not that there was anything wrong with it. He tried to give us some tips on how to work with it. We didn’t eat there , so we don’t know about breakfast or the bar. Free parking in the garage below. A room was a king bed room and was huge and spacious and clean. We would stay here again.
