Our one week stay at Relais Villa Savarese was fabulous. My husband and I traveled with our adult daughter, and from the moment we arrived at the property, the customer service was outstanding. Maria greeted us in such a warm and welcoming way, and assisted us in every way possible. We looked forward to seeing her every day, as well as Valentina. Both ladies were exceptional and made sure our needs were attended to. Our room was spacious, comfortable, very clean and had a lovely view of the property gardens. The property is centrally located and within walking distance of shopping locations and restaurants. It's tucked away and surrounded with abundant lush gardens and lemon trees, which provided such an Amalfi atmosphere. The only negative aspect of our stay was the air conditioner. It was comfortable, but not extremely cold, and we prefer colder air conditioner temperatures. But the staff allowed the air conditioner to run all day, making the room nice and cool upon our return from any outdoor activities. The free breakfast provided is absolutely incredible. Everything is homemade and it's a true Italian treat! Parking was super accessible on property grounds and easy to book. The entire staff's services are outstanding. Angela, Valentina, the cleaning staff, and the breakfast area staff were professional, pleasant and very helpful. Maria was magnificent in every way, and just a pleasure to see each day!! We will definitely be back to your lovely property.

Every morning we were greeted by a mouth-watering breakfast buffet, with a different selection of cereals, fresh bread and pastries, cakes, cheese, eggs, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, and a delicious freshly cooked flan or frittata. This set us up for the day so we didn't need to eat lunch! We were late in the season so several places were shut, but we still found good places to eat in the evening. Just a few minutes walk away is a terrace with stunning views over Sorrento, Vesuvius and the bay of Naples. This was a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset. The villa is located a 15-20 minute walk from Sorrento, and very close to the public transport network, so getting to Herculaneum, Pompeii and Vesuvius was very straightforward. This was the perfect spot for exploring this lovely part of the world, and we haven't encountered a warmer welcome anywhere else that we have stayed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, shower was great. It was a little noisy from inside the room, we could hear the other rooms bathroom (shower, toilet noise) and the reception phone ringing. The service from the staff was excellent, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok, but often ran out of some things and not much hot selection. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, comfortable room, great pool area and helpful staff 😄

My husband and I stayed at the Villa Relais Savarese while we visited Sorrento (one stop on our honeymoon) and it was one of our favourite hotels ever. The beautiful grounds filled with gorgeous lemon trees, draw you in as the automatic gate opens slowly revealing this perfect, pristine white villa. The staff greeted us with welcoming smiles and were so helpful throughout our stay offering up maps, dining options, tours etc. Breakfast was delicious and complimentary and our room was spacious and posh. We lounged by the pool, sipping on aperol spritz and took photos under the lemon trees. This charming hotel will forever be in our hearts and we would 10 out of 10 recommend it to any couple who's looking for a romantic stay. Thank you!!! Love Ariane and Ryan, from Canada

Fabulous service, stunning hotel! We chose to be up on the Hill overlooking Sorrento for the amazing views, and this Hotel did not disappoint! Views galore over Sorrento, Mt Vesuvius & the Gulf of Naples. Reception staff were absolutely helpful with any request & very friendly and accommodating. The Bus/shuttle to & from the heart of Sorrento was an excellent bonus. Our Family room was a little small as was the bathroom but our balcony made up for that! Those views, wow wow wow! Our doors opened up right onto the views of Sorrento, I could stare at that view forever, even more stunning at night! The hotel was very clean & beautiful, stunning actually! Breakfast was amazing, we sat both mornings out on the breakfast verandah & enjoyed every moment! Food was delicious & the coffee just perfect. Staff were fantastic too! The sunset views from the pool/ bar area were magnificent & enchanting to witness. We absolutely loved our 2 night stay.

Views, omg the views were divine!! The view off our balcony was truly lovely. The night lights looked amazing. Our beds were really comfortable. Rooftop bar was amazing too. Breakfast was delicious and the balcony views were amazing there too. Great staff at breakfast who made awesome coffees and made sure we were eating & enjoying ourselves!! Very clean & neat hotel. Quite pretty actually. Great service from front desk staff especially the lady who greeted us & checked us in. Good lifts & easy stair access too. Loved how light & airy the hotel was. They have a free shuttle that goes down into the Sorrento city shopping area & return, which we used a few times and it was very appreciated by us. Kids enjoyed the pool. We would totally recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and helpful to answer any questions we had. Everything was always freshly cleaned. Our room was cleaned and towels refreshed daily, which was a welcome surprise (they don't do that in the U.S). Breakfast was included in our rate and it was excellent. There were options for everyone, and everything was delicious. Coffee/espresso was made to order and it was excellent. The staff was always friendly, and they even knew our orders after a couple of days. The breakfast room had a beautiful view of Mt. Vesuvius. We also had dinner and lunch once at the on-site restaurant, and that was also excellent. We used the shuttle to downtown Sorrento daily and that was always easy and reliable. We also walked to and from downtown a few times. Very doable and good exercise! The gym/fitness center that the hotel gave you access to didn't open until 7 or 9 depending on the day, which is a bit late for us, so we ended up running the hills around the hotel for workouts instead. I do wish the gym was accessible beginning at 6am, but it's ok, we made it work. The pool area was beautiful. The water was quite chilly, so we weren't able to swim around really. That's really my only complaint, is that the pool was quite cold. This was in late April. We had a family room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, nice decor, and nice patio.

Great hotel to stay close to Sorrento. The staff was extremely helpful, the bedroom (2 rooms) was spacious for a family with two teenagers. The views were fantastic. We enjoyed watching the sunset at the terrace of the bar, and having breakfast watching Mount Vesuvius. The breakfast buffet which is included in the price was fabulous. So much delicious food that we could skip lunch and just have dinner every day. The shuttle to town was very convenient. The property is very well maintained and clean. We all had a fabulous time!

Excellent property! The free shuttle service to & from the Sorrento train station is key & setup is simple with WhatsApp. The train station is a short walk from all the shopping & restaurants in Sorrento. The hotel rooms are very spacious & we had a private balcony with 2 loungers & table with 2 chairs with an amazing view of the Gulf of Naples & Mount Vesuvius. The rooftop restaurant is a wonderful addition with a great view. We had dinner & drinks several times and the food is delicious. In addition, breakfast is included & the food selections was amazing. Customer service top notch too…. my husband accidentally left his cellphone on the shuttle bus & the driver located it & brought it to us at the hotel restaurant. WOW!

We checked in late on the night as we had a late arrival to Italy. Trains were regular from Naples Train Station to Sant'Agnello (2nd last stop for the train to Sorrento). The guy at reception was really friendly and helpful and took us to our room. The room was well-decorated, modern, very clean and the cleaner cleaned it every day for us. We had a lovely balcony, in which we stepped out in the morning sun when we woke up each morning, you could sunbathe there also. There are chairs and a table provided on the balcony. The shower was great and equipped with hot water. There were also shower caps, soap and shower gel provided. The bed was comfy also. Breakfast was good, lots of choices, buffet-style breakfast. Restaurant staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. The hotel has a pool, but the water was rather cold so we just sunbathed in the warm weather. We had dinner on the last night, the food is extremely good and the waiters are informative when you have queries on what the food is or what is in a certain dish. The dinner menu changes daily, and we just dined out on the days when the food menu wasn't to our taste. All in all, I would go and stay at Hotel Alpha again and would recommend friends and family when they visit Sorrento and surrounding areas.

Where to start. Everything was perfect. Staff so friendly and professional, in particular the restaurant staff. Food was amazing. Three courses each night with a large choice. Even my fussy daughter found three options each evening she enjoyed. In addition to this is the salad bar. Breakfast was fresh with all the basics you could need. Rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean. Our room on the second floor had a view of mountains and overlooked the pool and garden from the balcony. The pool was cold but my daughter swam every day regardless. It is cleaned every night too. There's plenty of space to sit and relax in the grounds (which were immaculate). Short walk to train station (trains can get VERY busy though). Walk to and from Sorrento is easy too (about 30 mins). Air conditioning in rooms is lovely and easy to control. One issue was, there was a power cut and we had our window shutter down, which is electrically controlled, my concern was if it was a power cut due to a fire we would have been stuck. We learnt and left it up half way after that. Lovely place, fabulous holiday.

Hotel Alpha is a great place to stay for exploring Sorrento, around Napoli and the Amalfi Coast. The Hotel is clean and quiet with friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic with an enormous selection from cereals, hot food, cold meats and cheeses and cakes. The coffee was good and strong. A special mention must go to Salvatore, the restaurant manager, who always makes you feel extremely welcome. Luches and evening meals were ok but there are better places to eat nearby. Our room was very quiet and had a spacious bacony with views to the Bay of Napoli and Vesuvius. There is a mini bar, good air con and it's kept very clean. the only problem was the shower which kepy falling off the wall.

Staff were outstanding. Spotlessly clean. Traditional hotel. Pool and sunbeds were nice. Restaurant staff very attentive. Breakfast was good. Maybe some fried eggs at breakfast would be nice. Dinner always had a choice apart from weekly Gala dinner. Jada and reception colleagues were super as was Mario extra helpful and pool bar staff were great. Also our room maid was very kind. Good shower in bathroom. Easy walk to train station to Sorrento and coastal towns. A few nearby restaurants and bars and a good supermarket.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Alpha but I’ll first mention a few things to be aware of. If you go there with a car, you will need to put it in the hotel car park which costs 15Euros per day. There is no free street parking. A 4 star hotel room in the UK would normally have room service, a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities - you don’t get these. There was a mini bar in the room but it was not cold – maybe that was a fault with our one but I thought the offer to clear it so we could use it for drinks we purchased at a cost of 3Euros per day a bit unusual. Our room was air conditioned but the controls were rather insensitive so getting the best temperature at night was a challenge – again, perhaps a fault with our unit only. These are minor niggles however. The hotel was bright and comfortable, the pool set in the garden was great, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the evening meals were tasty and good value. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially in the restaurant. It is in a good location as it is a short walk to the cliff top with great views of the bay and a couple of nice restaurants. Walking the other way takes you in 2 minutes to the small town with its train station and buses to Sorrento and along the coast. The train is the best way to get to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. A very enjoyable stay in a very nice hotel.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel with the bonus of a suite with outdoor jacuzzi. Guiseppe at concierge was excellent with his suggestions and tour booking of Pompeii. The garden was heavenly and the food outstanding and homegrown. We will return to be spoilt again!

The highlight for us was the staff - everyone was incredibly helpful and kind and also funny! We'll definitely miss them! The location was great, views were lovely from the hotel grounds, the pool was really big and and comfortable lounges, pool bar was very handy as well, and the pool service was good. The hotel restaurants were really great - food was amazing and service was incredible, as were the sea views from the Japanese-fusion restaurant. Our room was large and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Housekeeping does an amazing job; daily housekeeping plus the option of clean towels in the evenings was really great. We usually don't get up for hotel breakfasts but Cocumella's buffet breakfast was incredible! We were there almost every day, the selections are fresh and vast, and the staff are really lovely and attentive! The gardens on the grounds were absolutely beautiful and incredibly well kept! Very peaceful and accessible. Free shuttle to/from town was very handy! Hotel gym is a good size with lovely windows to the garden.

Grand Hotel Cocumella, Sorrento 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What a gem of a hotel! Grand Hotel Cocumella perfectly blends historical charm with modern luxury, making your stay truly special. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the center of Sorrento, yet for added convenience, there’s also a shuttle bus available. A thoughtful touch! Still, the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis, far removed from the hustle and bustle. Our lunch on the terrace in the beautiful garden was an absolute highlight. Not only was the food delicious, but the setting – surrounded by flowers, palm trees, and serenity – was simply enchanting. The staff were consistently kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. You truly feel welcome. Another great feature was the private beach, accessible by a lift – a unique experience and perfect on hot days. Breakfast each morning was varied and plentiful, with something for everyone. By the pool, there were always enough loungers, with no sign of the usual "towel wars." Wonderfully relaxing. In short: a fantastic stay where everything felt just right. Grand Hotel Cocumella is the perfect place for anyone seeking luxury, peace, and a touch of Italian romance. We’d love to return!

The staff at this hotel could not have been more accommodating, so friendly and helpful in every way. The hotel was located just outside the centre of Sorrento (about 10 min walk) and as well as the hotels bars there were other bars and restaurants very nearby overlooking the sea. Our room was lovely with views over the gardens. There is a good sized swimming pool on site and also lift down to the hotels own private beach and decking area which was fabulous. Breakfast was amazing, there was a buffet of cereals, fruit and yoghurts to begin with served with fresh coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice and then a good selection of pastries, hams, cheeses etc were brought to the table. Wonderful!! I would highly recommend this hotel and would definately stay there again should I return to Sorrento.

If you're looking for a warm, luxurious old school hotel with charactar where the staff makes you feel like family then this is the place. It is quiet and definitely not a scene but perfectly positioned to enjoy the sights in Sorrento, Naples / Pompeii and the Amalfi coast. It's rooms are extremely comfortable, the food is amazing, the gardens are beautiful, the pool is huge, the views of the sea are spectacular and they event have a dock / small beach but what REALLY makes this place special are it's staff. They are warm, welcoming and go the extra mile for their guests. I really can't praise them enough. They made our initial stay so good that after a few nights in Ravello we chose to return to the hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday instead of staying somewhere new. We left feeling like we were part of some sort of family and can't wait to visit again. We are fortunate that we have experienced many luxury hotels around the world but only a few stick in our memory. This is one of them.

Spotlessly clean room with modern comforts and thoughtful touches. The blackout power shutters made sleep incredibly restful, and the endless hot water in both the shower and jacuzzi was a luxury. The view of the church and sea from the balcony was unforgettable. Above all, the host’s integrity and care stood out—genuinely one of the best hosts we've encountered. A perfect blend of technology, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality.

Absolutely everything! Amazing apartment with excellent facilities, the mini bar is a great bonus and same price as a shop so fab when you return from a hot day. The balcony is gorgeous to sit and relax. Very clean and modern.Easy to find and regular trains into Sorrento. The best thing was the friendly, helpful welcome from the owners, a family run business, nothing was too much trouble. We also signed up for the cookery class with Angelo which was amazing!

The property was in a secure quiet apartment block, access was easy and was about 5 minute walk to the train station and bus stop which takes you into Sorrento with 3 minutes (train) 10 minutes (bus). The green room was very comfortable and enough space for the time we were in the property. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and modern with a smart TV you could watch Netflix on (using own account). Shutters on the room made it great for getting a great nights sleep with the room being in complete darkness. Hosts were great easy to contact via WhatsApp and usually responded straight away if not within 30 minutes max. Property also allows access to a private pool on another accommodation in centre of Sorrento. The garden/villa it is in the grounds of it beautiful , extremely peaceful and has everything there you could need. Can also take your own drinks, snacks etc and we preferred this to the “beach day” we had in Sorrento it was much more enjoyable.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room is freshly renovated, clean and modern. The host is very welcoming and helpful. There is a parking close by and a very convenient train that connects you to Sorrento in 5 minutes.

The property is located in big building together with other apartments at the highest floor( don’t worry there is elevator) and is has 4 big rooms each one is a different color and it’s actually cool and funny because the rooms are bright and you enjoy staying in there. I totally LOVED our big window view, the bathroom, the clean room. The shower was big and comfy and there where fresh towels everyday. The hostess is an amazingly friendly and smiley young lady. She speaks good English and knows the area and has things to recommend. She was happy to offer help at anytime at any guest and she was a nice figure to hostess you and does her job well.

Beautifully furnished. Very clean and comfortable. Air-con works really well. 3 main bedrooms all had access to the balcony. Great bathrooms. Huge space. Garden & pool plus outdoor shower were perfect. Lots of comfortable garden furniture. Loungers, outdoor bed, deck chairs, table & chairs. The hosts are so helpful, gave us some great advice from Taxi numbers to restaurant recommendations & bookings.

Location excellent. Met with lovely food package and left with pastry gifts in last day. Friendly Owner to hand if required. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. Table tennis table and pool, inside and outside dining. Safe place. Washing machine bonus too. Villa catered for all of our needs and excellent for the six of us, although could sleep 9. Easy walk to local infrastructure, supermarkets, train and buses to local islands and mainline stations. Thank you to Ambrogio and his wife.

The property is stunning and Ambrogio and his wife did everything to make us feel so welcome. There were already some delicious provisions and a beautifully stocked bowl of fruit, plus some lovely pastries one morning. The house and pool were just perfect and even better than the photos. Our group of friends were all so pleased.

Our stay at Hotel Angelina in Positano was simply magical, and the incredible staff made it truly unforgettable. From the moment my daughter and I arrived, their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering helpful tips for exploring Positano and taking care of every detail. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast buffet with fresh, local ingredients, and the best cappuccinos made at their cozy coffee bar. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had an authentic charm, with lemon trees right off our balcony. There is also a beautiful patio surrounded by plants and a roof top area perfect for taking in city views which we loved to do at night before bed. Everything combined for the most perfect experience. The hotel’s location was ideal—close enough to Positano’s main attractions but peaceful and serene. What really stood out, though, was the staff’s genuine care and hospitality. Hotel Angelina is a gem, and I can’t wait to return!

Spent a wonderful five nights here for my 30th birthday. If looking for somewhere to stay while exploring this part of Italy, look no further. Marco was an exceptional host and could not have been more helpful, from helping to bring our luggage up the steps and into the hotel when we first arrived, to giving us tips for restaurants, local sights and transport (even giving us two free bus tickets!) and laying on an early breakfast for us on our final morning as we had to leave for the airport before 7am, he helped make our stay enjoyable and relaxing, and we quickly got used to greeting him with a "Ciao" whenever we entered or left the hotel. The rooms are wonderfully clean and spacious with good washing facilities and a balcony with lovely views of Sant'Agnello, while the roof terrace lets you take in Vesuvius along with the surrounding coastline and hills. The breakfast sets you up perfectly for the day too, with plentiful buffet options including pastries, cakes, cold meats and cereals, while Marco is on hand with the coffee. Sorrento is around a 20 minute walk away (less on the train if you time it right), while the hotel is within easy reach of the trains to Pompeii, Vesuvius and Herculaneum, so if you're looking for somewhere quiet to stay in close proximity to the main sights, this is the place for you. If we return to this part of Italy in future we'll be booking to stay here again without hesitation.

Marko the owner and all the staff were brilliant. They were friendly and helpful with all our requests. The room was cleaned every day, we received fresh and clean towels when we needed them daily. The showers and bathrooms were very good, the air conditioning in the sofa. Breakfast was continental with fresh fruit, coffee prepared by Marco. Marko is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. He is always present and happy to give advice on nearby restaurants, attractions, nearby stardn. The hotel is about 20-30 minutes walk from Sorrento, 5 minutes by train. The hotel and the train stop are a 5- 10 minute walk. Sant'Agnello is a quiet little town with nice streets and parks, worth a stroll around. There is a very good grocery shop in Via A.Balsamo in the centre. The nearest beach is a 10 minute walk from the accommodation, in Corso Mario Crawford street, accessed via the hatch opposite the Hotel Maditerraneo. The stardra can be reached either by lift or by a winding path in the belly of the hill. The stradraa, maintained by Maditerreneo, has an entrance fee of 7-15 EUR,. There is a small clay section to access the water, but there are plenty of sunbeds, food is expensive, so bring your own. I've been travelling for many years, this was one of the best experiences I've had.

The hotel is clean and modern, looks like it was recently built or refurbished. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and Marco deserves a special mention as he is there all day, ready to help with a cheerful and friendly manner, and nothing is too much trouble. He booked our return transfer for us and provided plenty of advice on places to go. It's only a five minute walk from the Sant Agnello train station, and around a 25 minutes walk to the centre of Sorrento, although alongside a busy road there are footpaths for the majority of this. Breakfast is provided, with cereals, cakes, bread, cheese, eggs and cold meats and fresh fruit and yoghurt, plus Marco makes superb cappuccinos! Oh and the bed was nice, room with a balcony view inland to the mountains, a very nice shower and lovely soft water We would definitely stay here again. This family run hotel is far more welcoming and personal then a large corporate style hotel

Bright, modern room with a lovely balcony a short walk away from the hussle of Sorrento. Host so welcoming and friendly - super tasty breakfast. Hotel surrounded by lemon and orange trees which made the area so fragrant. Restaurant Alfred a short walk away provided excellent dinner menus at a reasonable price. We arrived by train and it was a short stroll from San Agnello station. Comfortable, clean and spacious (other guests had great interconnecting family rooms) - would 100% recommend.

A top class modern hotel with an extra bonus of having a big pool and sun relaxing zone together with a private beach zone. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to make our stay memorable in a positive way. There is a full scale beautiful panoramic view over the bay and at breakfast this view together with a full view of Mount Vesuvius adds to the Italian holiday experience. All dining experiences will not disappoint. The pool zone is spotless and the pool and bar staff are most pleasant and helpful. An added bonus is the hotel private bus service which runs hourly and within 10 minutes you are into the vibrant Streets of Sorrento. The Hotel Mediterraneo has the added advantage of a beautiful rooftop bar where there is live music and entertainment. Ideal spot for pre diner drinks watching the sun set or a drink having returned to the hotel.This is an impressive hotel with perfect amenities for a perfect holiday. We booked wonderful day trips with the concierge, a fantastic road tour of the Amalfi coast and a private boat trip to Capri. Highly enjoyable and would recommend. We will most definitely return to this hotel in the near future as we truly enjoyed every minute of our relaxing holiday. Spa facilities are also available if one wishes to indulge.

Our family of 6 (two couples, a 24yo, and 13yo) had the most wonderful time at Hotel Mediterraneo. Even before we left home in San Diego, Aniello, the front desk manager, was attentive and welcoming. He made sure that our arrival from the Naples airport was smooth. The airport transfer driver he arranged was on time and comfortable. We were greeted at the hotel like royalty. The rooms were beautiful, well appointed, and very clean. They accommodated our request for two connecting rooms and a third room on the same floor. The views from the sea side rooms were gorgeous! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were very quiet. The breakfast was 5 star all the way. We were surprised by how grand the presentation was. The choices were endless. The rooftop sky bar was gorgeous, with panoramic views of Sorrento. Aniello also arranged a private Mercedes minivan tour of the Amalfi coast. We stopped Positano, Ravello, and Amalfi, with scenic photo breaks along the way. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle van that takes you into the main town of Sant Angello where there are many options for dining and shopping. The hotel was a perfect home base. While Aniello was the star, all of the hotel staff were courteous and willing to go out of their way to make our stay extra special and enjoyable. We highly recommend this gem of a hotel for a relaxing and luxurious experience.

We stayed in hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento as the first stop in our honeymoon and it certainly set the standards! The hotel’s design and interior is contemporary and stylish and really eye catching once you walk in. The property itself is in a great location with stunning views! The views from the rooftop bar for sunset are beautiful. We used the pool which was lovely and relaxing with great service for food and drinks. We also used the beach club attached to the hotel which you have free entry to as a hotel guest and had an amazing time there! It is a fabulous addition. The room size were average but modern and comfortable beds. The staff were excellent and helped book a cooking class for us which was fantastic. However the highlight has to be the breakfast!! The selection at breakfast was the best we have experienced and the views from the balcony while enjoying your breakfast and more coffee are absolutely breathtaking!! The hotel is a little outside sorrento but there is a complimentary shuttle service to take guests there and back so this is not an issue. Highly recommend We will be back!

Where do I start. From start to finish it was a magical trip / experience - the property is amazing everything you need all under one roof from beautiful food, views, relaxing vibes, romantic & special moments all of which form a once in a lifetime experience. Location is just perfect 🤩 balcony sea view room is highly recommended - to wake up to the Italian Sea and sunrise is just a dream. The Staff need a huge mention as they are unbelievable and didn’t put a foot wrong, can’t do enough for you - from Franco the bell boy to the amazing maids who keep your room looking spotless, to Aniello the concierge for whom no task is too much and is excellent communicator from the moment you book your trip all the way through to the end of your stay, to Angela on reception, the bar staff, the restaurant staff, the sky vista bar staff and of course Delia and the team at the spa - if you are looking for a place of pure luxury heaven I could not recommend this place enough & we will definitely returning! ❤️❤️👌🏻xx

From the moment we arrived, our family of five felt completely welcomed and cared for at Hotel Mediterraneo Sorrento. We had two beautiful rooms with absolutely breathtaking views—sunsets over the bay that felt like postcards. The hospitality here is unmatched; every single staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and genuinely joyful. Rosella at the front desk was so sweet and helpful, making sure our needs were met with grace. The maître d’ at breakfast (I wish coould remember his name!) was outstanding—warm, engaging, and professional. And speaking of breakfast… wow. The included breakfast spread was hands-down our favorite meal in all of Italy. Delicious food, a peaceful atmosphere, and views that make you want to linger all morning. Special thanks to our wonderful driver, Amarico, who was not only reliable and professional but also shared great insights that made our experience in Sorrento even richer. This hotel is more than a place to stay—it’s a memory-maker. We left with full hearts, deep gratitude, and already dreaming of returning. Highly recommend!
