We stayed in this hotel from 28 May - 2 Jun 23. The hotel is clean, spacious and very accessible. It’s just a 4-min walk from the Sapporo station. There’s lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance and not to mention the places of interests and shopping malls. The breakfast was really good despite not having lots of varieties. We enjoyed the crepes and in particular the hot chocolate. Kudos to the front desk staff who were ever helpful and did not get tired of our questions, no matter how trivial they were. Would like to give a special shout-out to Chiharu Yatsumonji San who assisted us with our room aircon. She was extremely courteous and helpful and even told us to go to her if we need any help. Her excellent customer service really warmed our hearts and it’s also a plus for us as she spoke fluent English. With the accessible location, good breakfast, excellent customer service and the reasonable price, we will definitely stay here if we ever come back to Sapporo again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. It’s location was perfect, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the onsen and lounge facilities, which were well-maintained. However, the quality of the amenities provided in the lobby could be improved.

Big rooms for Japan, lots of options at breakfast (western and Japanese), fridge in room. Could cast to TV from computer. Snack time from 3-7 with Japanese candies and chips and access to coffee machines/soda machines. Public bath was simple but nice, often crowded. Overall safe and clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. The location is very convenient, the staff were friendly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. The room was clean and modern, making it an excellent choice.

A fantastic hotel very close to Sapporo station and multiple convenience stores for your needs. Very clean, modern, polite and friendly staff that make your stay nice and comfortable. The bath areas are a nice touch, hopefully in future the tattoo policy in bathing area is revised, its 2025 and lots of tourists have tattoos. Helpful having a washer/drier, but it would be really great if they could get a few more machines as there is only one in the mens and one in the womens, at times there was a queue of 3 people wanting to use the machine and a wash/dry cycle takes 2 hours (also leaves the clothes damp so be prepared to hang them after in your room) Rooms are fairly compact as usual in japanese hotels. I wasnt able to figure out a way to stream to the tv in the room or use netflix, but not a big problem.

We had a very good one night stay at the JR Tower Hotel Nikko in Sapporo. The location is very central. Rooms are of a good size and are very clean. What makes a hotel special is the staff, and this was the case with this hotel. Ms Naho Nakagawa at the Reception desk was VERY patient and helpful. There was a toddler in our group and she went the extra mile to make the little one happy. The bathroom was bright and clean (I do dislike dark bathrooms very much!!) . Our family of 4 adults and a toddler had 2 side by side rooms on the 28th floor. The pillows were really comfortable, with one soft one and one hard one for each bed. The carpet was clean and nice fluffy complimentary slippers were provided. Two things I did not like about the room: the room lights above the writing desk and tv were out of order and I could not find any English TV channels. Breakfast - we tried the western buffet style breakfast. We will be coming back for another 2 night stay at the end of this month (April 2025) and will try the Japanese style breakfast then.

Perfect location - connected to the train station and an infinite underground passage with shops, restaurants and subway stations. Very attentive staff - accompanying you to the elevators and assisting during breakfast. Spectacular views of the city and trains. Thorough room service. Room cleaned and amenities re-filled thoroughly every day. Everything clean. Big room, bathroom with both a bath and a shower. Very good breakfast - a selection between traditional Japanese set breakfast or a buffet with both Japanese and western style food. My expectations were set very high (considering the price we paid) but the hotel did not fail.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.

The best location! Right off the Sapporo Station stop, and a short walk to the entrance of the hotel. It was so easy and convenient to get to the station the next morning to catch our flight from CTS to HND. The staff were extra friendly and service was top notch. The breakfast was also very good. We opted for the western buffet (due to my husband) but they also had several Japanese options. There are several shopping malls at the lower levels that are all connected through the station which was really convenient to grab snacks and lunch and dinner. It was overall a very comfortable stay and had great views of the city.

My experience reinforces the notion that Sapporo is an ideal destination for those seeking an authentic and welcoming interaction with Japanese culture. While individual experiences may vary, I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Sapporo. It has consistently provided me with more enjoyable and memorable encounters than any other location in Japan. If you’re staying at the JR Tower hotel, you’ll be greeted with a smile and a hello from friendly staff at every turn. The bellhops in their traditional sharp dressed uniforms, the front desk staff, and even the housekeeping crew are all super helpful and attentive. They’ll hold doors for you, summon elevators, and make sure you have everything you need. It’s like being a feudal lord arriving from a successful conquest! And guess what? It’s even cheaper than the hotels in Shibuya and Akihabara! Make your next reservation in Sapporo at the JR Tower hotel, you won’t regret the experience and you will feel as if you have finally made it into the upper crust of society all on a friendly budget!

The location is absolutely prime! It is only 4min walk from Sapporo JR station and has Lawson and 7-11 right next to it. The room is very quiet and spacious, and staff was welcoming and helpful. If you are looking for the best-located, best-value-for-money hotel, this is the one! There is nothing to criticise. Everything was perfect.

Everything was amazing. Hotel was new, room was spacious and clean, location is excellent (~5 minutes' walk from sapporo station), breakfast was good (though it's the same everyday). Reception/Service staff were friendly and excellent.

Very nice hotel! The room was spacious by Japanese standards and felt quite new. It’s conveniently located near Sapporo Station, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful as well. The only thing to note is that parking can be a bit inconvenient—they use an automated elevator system for the parking slots, so you need to ask the staff to activate it each time you want to take your car out. That said, I really appreciated how closely they monitor the area: when you return to the hotel, the staff usually spot your car on their camera and come out quickly, so you don’t have to get out the car in cold winter. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay, and will definitely come back again!

Nice hotel ar a convenient location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was a bit hard, but that is to be expected in Japan/Asia. We slept well and that is really all that matters :) Breakfast was extra but good value for money. All in all a recommend when staying in Sapporo.

The location is pretty excellent. It's right on the park. There is a nice coffee stand in the park that is open early - which is really unusual in Sapporo, so that's worth a lot if you like good coffee-snob-level coffee before 10am. There are also good restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely professional. The breakfast is kind of a standard Japanese breakfast buffet, but they also had a few pastries and coffee (many hotel breakfasts only have tea). It's worth having because there aren't many restaurants in Japan that are open for breakfast, so eating a hotel breakfast is kind of your only option in most neighborhoods.

I loved everything about the hotel. The beautiful park just beside the hotel, the 3 minute walk to the subway station from the side door of the hotel, the convenience stores (Lawson and 7 eleven) located around the hotel and the magnificent view from the room overlooking the park. This hotel is the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The staff are really friendly and very helpful. The hotel restaurant is excellent. There is a convenient store in the hotel as well. The room is very spacious and has all the amenities. The shower is great. It exceeded my expectations. Simply outstanding.

Unexpectedly great! Booked a last minute room when our flight was cancelled on the executive floor and was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious & clean, the Japanese breakfast both in the restaurant and in our room was delicious! The location right on the park and next to the nakajimakoen station is fabulous- especially when snowing! And the service was impeccable- friendly, helpful! Stay here!

The staff was very friendly, and helpful. This was our first night in Japan after 24 hours of travel and they made us very comfortable. We did both the Japanese Breakfast and the buffet breakfast, and they were both excellent. It's right next to a subway stop, so very convenient to get all over town.

Nakajima Park​ is​ very​ beautiful -​ Love​ it​ so​ much!! 😊 The​ location​ is​ very good.​ It​ is​ very​ near​ to​ Nakajimakoen Station​ Exit​ 3 -​ just​ aside the​ hotel​ 1 minute walk.​ So​ convenient​ to​ catch the​ JR train.​ Also, you​ can​ walk​ to​ Tanukikoji​ Shopping​ Street​ and​ Susukino​ Shopping​ Street​ (10-15 min​ walk). Staffs are​ nice​ and​ friendly.​ They​ were​ willing to​ arrange​ the​ rooms​ that​ is​ suitable and​ convenient​ for​ us.​ As​ I​ booked​ the​ 2 rooms​ 4 nights but​ with​ 2 different​ booking​s; however, they​ could​ help​ us​ to​ stay​ 4 days​ long​ for​ one​ room​ which​ is​ more​ convenient​ for​ us​ to​ not​ moving​ the​ stuffs​ to​ the​ new​ room.​ So​ appreciated.​ 😊​

The location was very central, and the rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. We had an amazing view as well. The girls at the reception were super nice, and a definite plus is that they offer free coffee in the lobby.

The location was great. The bed was big and comfortable. However, I found the room dark, and the entrance was narrow. High quality toiletries were provided with a one ticket for a welcome drink, overflowing coffee, and ice cream at the lobby. Front desk officers were nice and helpful. However, the guy at the bar wasn’t friendly at all. Communication was hard and didn’t even apolize when I told him that he put too much lime juice in my coke.

Located near the Tanukikoji covered shopping street. There's an airport shuttle that stops a few streets from the hotel which makes it very convenient. Odori Park and Odori station are just a few blocks away. The room was spacious. Hotel staff really friendly, responsive and helpful.

Staying period : 1-8 April 2025 Room Type : Smoking Single Room Floor : 5th Even there were constructions near the hotel, you won't hear a thing! One fluffy pillow, one bean stuffed pillow, good air con and air purifiying machine in room! Transportation : easy access to Susukino Station, and monorail station, underground shopping street connect without weather issues. Eat, shops : close to everything, 1 min walk to Don Quijote, 7-eleven and souvenir shops, Ichiran and toys shops and Ferris Wheel! Breakfast : must add feature!!! must add! Great location minutes from megadonki and number of popular restaurants. Return stay after 10 years as I had good impression from last stay. Room size is big and bathtub is appreciated. Bath amenities selection is great. Had breakfast buffet which was delicious- Room does look old and lack of USB charging ports is minus. Hope the upcoming renovations will take care of these and I’ll be back with the updated room

The hotel has 2 entrances, one that opens onto Tanuki Koji and another that is convenient for the taxi. We enjoyed the location. You would never know that you're in a shopping street once you are in the lobby. The room was quiet. The staff was helpful although English is minimal. The breakfast was very good with a variety of Japanese favorites.

I had a really nice stay at this hotel in Sapporo. It has more of an Airbnb vibe, which I actually liked. There was staff at the reception, but not all the time—something to keep in mind. There’s no restaurant in the building, but luckily there are plenty of good places to eat nearby, so it wasn’t a problem. The room was very spacious for Japan and felt comfortable and quiet. The best part for me was the bathroom—it had a fancy Japanese toilet and an amazing jacuzzi bathtub. I used it every day, and it was especially nice to relax in after walking around the city in the cold winter weather. There was also a small kitchen area where I could prepare tea, which added to the homey feel. Overall, I had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it. If I visit Sapporo again, I’d be happy to stay here once more.

The property was very clean & well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. My family loved the numerous features on the bathtub. Staff were extremely gracious, friendly & attentive. I also appreciated that Randor was in close proximity to a tram station which made travel around the city hassle-free.

The establishment is in a quiet and safe residential area, which is what we really appreciated. It is very convenient to visit other areas of the city by streetcar since the stops are only a minute away on foot. In the neighbourhood, you can easily find convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Even though we didn't get a chance to dine in the nearby restaurants, we can imagine how comfortable and convenient to live in that area. One has to understand that there is no (physical) face-to-face interaction at this establishment. It was never an issue for us. Big thanks to the staff for addressing the request for high floor apartment. We also like the fact that we could do our laundry with the washing machine provided. They are very responsive on Whatsapp as well. Good English too. Recommendations are sent to us through Whatsapp before we actually took off. I had the pleasure of staying at Experience Sapporo, and it was an unforgettable experience. The owner was incredibly understanding and allowed us to check in early, which was a lifesaver, especially with the cold weather outside. The housekeeper greeted us warmly and was so kind, offering us a cozy spot to escape the chill. She even gave my daughter some gummies, which really made her day. The property itself was perfectly equipped – we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a steamer. This came in handy when we bought a king crab and decided to steam it ourselves. It was such a fun experience, and the crab turned out amazing! The location was also fantastic, with a tram stop right in front of the stay, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there’s a lovely Turkish restaurant just a short walk away. The owner was kind, and the halal food was delicious – a great find. Overall, I highly recommend Experience Sapporo. From the warm hospitality to the well-equipped home, it’s a place that goes the extra mile to make your stay feel special. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The apartment is spacious and well-designed, offering a comfortable and practical layout. The Sapporo streetcar/tram is just a few meters away, making it incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Mount Moiwa Ropeway and Odori Park. The beds are very comfortable, and there is ample personal space for relaxing after a day of holiday activities.

The apartment is a few steps away from street car stop, easy access to Odori park station and then 1 stop by metro to JR Sapporo station. The apartment is clean and spacious. The whole apartment is on same floor, no need to climb stairs. It is clean and beds comfortable.

Good location & good values. Safe & quiet. Even though there was Citycar line just next to the building, the noise didn't bother us at all. We were in the top floor. Indeed, it is very easy to get around because the station is only 2 mins away from the building. Easy to do gorcery shopping & lots of dining options . We did morning walk, exercise, to the CBD & attractions. Staff is helpful & quick response to my messages.

This place is ideal for a family of 5-6, and for small children too. The location is within 50m to the nearest street car (tram) to the centre which is a few stops away. There are 24 hour grocery stores called Dinner Bell and Family Mart. Across the road are a lot of good eateries and restaurants along the stretch and a bit further are the shops and shopping malls. The beds are cosy and the big table with 6-8 chairs allows a family or group meals together, with the microwave oven and also cooking top with utensils. The washing machine comes with washing liquid and the huge rack with hangers allows quick drying of your clothes. The lift is fast and helpful for big luggage. Extra body and face towels are also deposited in the apartment. Strong shower. WiFi is strong. Different bins for different food and waste with lots of trash bags. Heater is very efficient to heat up sub zero weather. The host was constantly in touch via messages to ensure that we knew our way to the place, checked in properly and checked back with us on any concerns up to the day before departure and expressed appreciation on the check out day. I do not understand why others give this place a one star. This is not a grand hotel or chalet or expensively furnished apartment, for the price that the owner charges per night, I would give this place a 5-star rating.

The unit is clean, comfortable, needed items in the kitchen is available , i requested for a rice cooker and they happily brought the rice cooker the next day, the host is very accommodating, the unit is spacious compared to Tokyo . The location is near the center, quiet area , safe to walk ,we didnt even take train , we just walk going to the shopping area, grocery, park.

Only 8min walk to the center and Susukino station. The room was clean, cozy and fully equipped even for long-period stay. The hotel is self-checkin/checkout. The host is super friendly and helpful!

It was quiet, spacious, well furnished, clean and had a balcony. As other people have said the toilet room is small and the furnishings dated, but these are no problem. Good communication with company via messaging. The hotel is a block away from the Adult entertainment area, so it is easy to avoid all that.

Very useful kitchenette. Make us convenient and able to cook whatever dishes that suits our taste. As well as prevent us from going out when it was too cold during the winter. The heater was superb. We washed our clothes with washing machine provided. The clothes were dried just after few hours. WiFi were good and the TV updated us on latest news about Hokkaido. We felt like being at home.

The beds were comfortable. The futon mattresses were thin but still ok when using 2 layers for each person. Size of room was large for 4 pax. Bathtub and shower area was great too
