Well heated swimming pool as well as jacuzzi. Availability of a free breakfast which was convenient. Beds were very comfortable.

Located 1 mile to the beautiful Siesta Key beach. Spark offers a free shuttle so there's no hassle with parking. Spark offers a free breakfast, fresh bagels 🥯 and hot coffee. King room was fresh, clean and spacious with a new mattress. Absolutely no complaints and the price was very good. Patrick at front desk was very professional, helpful and kind. I would love to stay at Spark again!!

We needed a place to stay for two days until we could get into a condo on the beach we were staying for the month of May. We'd stayed here about 10 years ago when we met with contractors for walk through and during total remodel project of the beach condo. This stay was an even better experience. The front desk staff ( all shifts) we dealt with were professional, helpful and very friendly. My husband was recovering from a medical situation and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests to help him be comfortable and get good rest while staying at Spark. The only downside was being woken by garbage trucks emptying dumpsters at close by restaurants at 5AM. Of course, that's not anything Spark has control over. And, it was convenient to have several good eatery's with-in walking distance.

Location was perfect for our destination. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Staff was very efficient at check in and super attentive during our stay. Coffee was always available and breakfast was just enough for a day at the beach.

After reading some of the bad reviews about this place, I wasn’t expecting much. I was so pleasantly surprised! The room was clean and very recently updated. The staff all welcoming and helpful. Shout out to Lisa at the pool bar! This hotel is in a good area close to shops and restaurants within walking distance, including Ruth’s Chris where we are eating tonight! For being in the middle of everything and also Memorial Day weekend, very laid back and quiet. Yes the rooms face an outside hallway, but we do not have any problems with that. The only thing I would suggest is new pool towels. Beach is a very short few blocks away. Too far for us to walk, but there is a huge parking lot and we had no trouble parking. A great stay, I will be coming back!

We had a lovely Spring Break experience with our family at the Ritz Carlton Sarasota. The room was clean and spacious, even with the use of a roller bed to accommodate 3 kids. We had Club Lounge access with our room and it was INCREDIBLE! Ben, the lead Concierge there was incredibly helpful and wonderful to talk to. All of the staff treated us like family, even getting down to learning each of our kid’s names and food preferences! ❤️ The boys enjoyed the gym, the kids spent plenty of time in the heated outdoor pool and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Beach Club!! Even though it’s about a 10min drive from the hotel, you get the 5 star, exclusive vibe the second you pull in with staff awaiting to valet your car and the attentive service at the pool with foods and drink and shade whenever you need it. I also have to compliment the amazing locker rooms at the Beach Club to change in or out of your suit including super clean bathrooms and showers. The whole vibe was super luxurious and provided a much needed haven to decompress from a busy winter/spring! We cannot wait to go back and thank the Ritz Carlton Sarasota for such lovely and memorable Spring Break! ❤️

We had a short 2 night stay for a mini early anniversary getaway. I was skeptical because of the mixed reviews but, we had an exceptional stay. They upgraded our room and it was clean and comfortable. Valet always had our car ready with waters every time we had to leave the property. The front staff were incredibly nice and even sent up a bottle of bubbly for us which was such a nice gesture. Their beach club was beautiful! It was a short 10 minutes away but they valet your car so it wasn’t a big deal that it was not on property. They had beach chairs and umbrellas which we utilized and the beach is so beautiful! We spent half a day here and we had the best time. They also have nice bathrooms and showers inside the beach club for you to use. We had lunch at Ridley Porch and their mahi mahi sandwich was delicious. We can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is in a perfect position and the sunset from our balcony was truly amazing. All staff were super helpful. The hotel was spotless. The beach club is a lovelt touch and the food and service there was fabulous. Spacious, quiet room and super comfy bed.

So lucky to be able to spend a few days at this beautiful resort during this (September ) the "off season". Resort was extremely quiet and it felt as if we had the resort to ourselves . The staff is wonderful (less formal than Naples) and cheerfully provides beach towels umbrellas and towels "with pleasure" and a smile . Wasn't sure how I would feel about needing to take shuttle to beach club but it was easy breezy . An ice cream boat stopped by the beach one day to the surprise and delight of everyone at the beach . Opted to eat at the hotel and were not disappointed. We loved the sunset and tapas at Rafa. HEADS UP: There will be a new hotel being rebuilt next to the beach club . Not sure if the construction will effect the peace and quiet on the beach ? .

Staff is very helpful and friendly, always available to accommodate requests. Going extra miles to celebrate special occasions. Beach and pool service is very good with fresh water always available, suncream and even after sun. The market shop at the beach is very convenient selling food and toys/beach clothes .

Victor at the front desk was amazing. He treated me with respect, he was very helpful with all my reservations. Excellent customer service from all the employees. Breakfast area very clean. Breakfast was delicious always and hot. All the service. Every room were clean.

From the moment I walked in the front door and was greeted by Victor at the front desk until I left at the end of my stay I could not have been happier with my stay. Kathleen, who helped with the amazing breakfast buffet was helpful and so friendly. Well everyone was so friendly. I loved your hotel experience and will definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We were given tips as to what to see and where to go. I cut my foot on a seashell and the desk clerk gave me enough dressing supplies for the entire visit. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was spacious and clean.

The customer service was excellent I recommend a hundred percent , the breakfast is amazing all staff is professional the bedroom very clean the hallway very quiet is a good place 👍 all people are very friendly front desk, housekeeper, manager, kitchen guys

"After a pretty large hurricane HELENE (like biggest one in my siesta key area. ) a typical report would likely read “hurricane hit Siesta Key in late September 2024. Start: The nice woman and nice man managing the front desks are helpful. It was busy as hurricane flooded it was easy to get top. But second: Most of the people checking in were. Volunteer Fire Dept. members. Even though are amazing responders were accommodated, as was I. A hotel staff got me checked in right away and made sure I had a room. They were honestly the kindest and most helpful staff I’ve ever experienced, no matter the hotel class. I’ve valeted a year at W hotel in Atlanta for comparison. Cleanliness: not perfect If you’re tend to like a spotless room, request ahead. Again, they were sooo busy due to hurricane don’t forget. 2 cleaners working. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to clean whenever. Overall value: 9/10 Pros: Window in rooms open Have your own microwave, tv, mini fridge, desk lamp, coffee machine, ice gatherer. This has been one of the best hotels ive stayed at since ive started traveling. The lobby was beautiful, rooms were clean and large and the bathrooms were clean and upkept. We had fresh soap and towels every day and were always greeted by staff with a smile. On top of the amazing room and staff, the breakfast that was included was amazing, the waffles really took the cake, if ever in the area again, ill be booking Wyndham.

We were pleasantly surprised how affordable and extremely quiet the Hotel was during this holiday weekend. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast and coffee were nice as well! We will definitely be back for our Siesta key beach adventures! Well done!

Stayed one night. Apparently, the hotel is closing soon and will be demolished, replaced by condos and a Hyatt Centric. The public areas (elevators, hallways) had not been maintained well, likely due to the imminent closure. They were beat up. Thankfully, the room was in better shape. It was clean, had a nice balcony, and had a comfortable bed and acceptable bathroom. Internet was free and fast. The latte from the coffee bar was delicious. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Overall, a suitable stay. My last, I guess!

This is a very nice hotel. The man at front desk, Kyle, was great. The pool bar/restaurant had good food and drinks. Our room was very clean. Would definitely recommend. You have to valet park as there is no self-parking but you can go in and out as much as you need to. We did not eat at the main restaurant; but talking to someone at the pool who did and they said their meal was delicious.

Hyatt Hotel has amazing views! This hotel is beautiful and in a great location downtown near lots of great restaurants. It was very cold outside, and we opted to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner (tenderloin medallions) and the food and service was wonderful. From valet to Check-in to Check-out we felt welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Vey nice hotel. Great location, huge room with marina view. Clean facilities. Walkable to restaurants. Hotel does a happy hour once a week with free wine/beer and amazing cheese platter and apps. happened to be on Thursday night when we were there. Overall, very good experience.

Check-in and check-out both went smoothly. Upon arrival from airport, my room was immediately available an hour before the scheduled check-in which was great. Local transport (uber) was a breeze; I was able to picked up night or day within 15-min of submitting my ride request, so the hotel being downtown was convenient. Didn’t like that sheets were washed only once every 3-days… therefore my [not long enough] weekend stay meant I slept on dirty sheets night #2. Front desk was helpful and responsive in-person, and 2 of 3x I called down to the FD from my room they answered immediately and were helpful. For some reason the third call I made didn’t go my way; I called down but had to try 3x before someone picked up. I’m assuming this was an anomaly though / just bad timing. Only genuine “issue” I had was the state of the fitness center. Went down Saturday late morning/midday to workout and it was pretty nasty. No clean wipes to use so you could still see the sweat from whoever was there before me, dumbbells were scattered on the floor, trash bin was overflowed, towels weren’t folded, but most importantly (to me at least) was that somehow within a beautiful building with beautiful furniture surrounded by epic sunlight and stunning views of the marina, the gym found its way into the darkest corner on the bottom floor with next to no natural light. I’d pay for a day pass at any local gym instead of working out in there again haha. But still, I am grateful that there was a gym.

I’ve stated the Ritz Carlton and I’ve stated super eight sometimes even at Motel 6 when I was a kid. This was above the typical super eight standard, I am a winner rewards member, but I did not book through Wyndham this time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, my room was clean, well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. I am visiting my daughter in boarding school every other weekend when she is allowed to have visitation and have booked my next four weekends with this exact same hotel because I’ve been very happy. The pool is clean and nice, the parking lot is , as expected, I feel the unit is safe and it’s close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel has amazing staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly, nice clean rooms with great hot water pressure, comfy clean beds with no stains, no bed bugs, no cockroaches and no mold. The air conditioning works great, new TV, Wi-Fi is included with our stay, and a nice variety of options in the light continental breakfast. I highly recommended this hotel. They book up fast! Will definitely stay here again! Nice pool, great location close to everything, and they have a laundry facility for guests, that is reasonably priced, clean machines.

The place was nice clean and friendly my kids had fun and pool was clean and welcoming my kids are the reason we picked this location loved it thank you for helping me make their time great awesome job 😀

Late check out if you ask. Free breakfast. Toaster for bread and frozen waffles. juice, milk, cereal, hard boiled eggs. Coffee and coffee maker in rooms. Its limited due to Hurrican survivors residing on property. Comfy beds, great AC and pool open 24 hrs. a day! Just be courteous of staying guest. Owners are super nice. Sure, its dated but their property is helping residents who lost everything from the hurricane 9 months ago. If you don't have compassion, then you may not be the right fit for this property. I'd stay again.

Breakfast was good on Saturday and Sunday the girl was great she clipped place clean she kept everything stocked up but then when it came to Monday and Tuesday Monday especially wasn't clean ran out of stuff there was no eggs no sausage and they're definitely was no decaf in any coffee so Tuesday I told them I told the manager that night Monday night then Tuesday she was cleaning and that the different girl for Monday and Tuesday and no decaffeinated coffee again so I was very upset with that and the eggs I did not like whatsoever they weren't like they were on Saturday and Sunday they were scrambled and they did not taste good but I did let them manager know in the morning other than that my stay was good

Large bed, coffee-maker in the room, clean pool is on the property, breakfast is included. Friendly staff, it was easy to solve any issues or questions.

This review is in praise of the staff. Lamar was exceptional in wanting to help us in a difficult situation with a declined credit card. He probably spent 10 minutes trying to pull a rabbit out of a hat but it was not possible. All the while he was so helpful and personable! We were so impressed that my friend returned the next day when her card was straightened out and spent a few nights. Although the motel itself needs upkeep, it is a big loss that it is closing soon. There are so few affordable motels in Sarasota, especially close to the hospital. Staff member Bitsy was also terrific. The Baymont was fortunate to employ them both!

Currently, we are staying at the Baymont by Wyndham in Sarasota, Fl as a result of Hurricane Milton after losing our home. There was a 3 month wait for hotels but luckily Baymont agreed to assist FEMA with the people impacted. So we are here for the next month at least. I was completely surprised with the hotel. First, they have an amazing gourmet breakfast each day. When we had an issues the staff addresses them immediately. I am highly satisfied with the hotel and staff. I am so happy we are here. The Mermaid was perfect for us; clean, well equipped, great location to Siesta Key Beach (4-5 minute walk), heated pool, they supply beach chairs - umbrella - beach towels - wagon. It had everything you need. The Siesta Key Island Rental team were outstanding to deal with, from start to finish their communication was perfect. We will be back!

Clean, spacious, near the beach (walking distance, beach equipment awailable) free parking. These is a grocery shop downstairs and a few bars near by.

This place felt like home. It was so clean! I have never felt so comfortable being so far from home. It was a walkable distance to the most beautiful beach and there were shops close by. I would stay here a million times over.

Location was great, walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Beach was the greatest. Walking distance to the beach was very convenient. We had a garage for ourselves and it was stocked with everything we needed.

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is in a perfect location — just a short walk to the beach and all the best restaurants. At the same time, it’s very quiet and peaceful at the hotel. Our room had been completely renovated — everything was brand new, from the furniture to the fresh paint on the walls. The space felt modern, clean, and very comfortable. We had an amazing time and truly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this hotel, and if we come back to this area again, we would absolutely choose it again with pleasure!

Great location, short walk to the beach, restaurants and even the grocery store. Room was comfortable, recently renovated and very clean. Might have a nightstand with water stains but not a big deal. Pools were very nice! The manager went out of his way to show us around and make us feel comfortable. He made sure we were aware of the amenities - beach chairs, bikes, two pools, bbqs, etc. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional location, right at the heart of the Siesta Key Village. Five minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Free parking (though limited during the weekend). Friendly and helpful staff. The room is clean, spacious and well-maintained. Fast WiFi. Love the full size kitchen, including a large refrigerator. My only complaint is the mosquitoes. Bring some bug repellents.

Lovely beach getaway at Tropical Breeze. Location was fantastic, a very short walk to the beach as well as the village . Our room looked recently renovated with new appliances and decor. Though it could sleep 4 ( king bed and pull out), it would have been a tight fit. There were only two of us - so no problem at all. The resort has two small well maintained pools, hot tub , free bikes, beach chairs, towels , umbrellas, free water, and a putting green. Not sure what more you could want ! Also, you can request a wristband to use to enter the room instead of key which was great for the beach . Other reviews complain of construction or some things not being “perfect”. There is construction around the resort. This is not the resorts fault. The area is still recovering from a hurricane and there is new construction. It is what it is… it’s not that bad. We had a fan provided in our room as we were right next to the construction. With the fan on, we heard nothing in the am. As far as other reviews complaining about some imperfections at the resort . This is not a high end Hilton or Marriot. If that is what you want don’t come to Siesta Key as that is not at all the mood. Tropic Breeze is a lovely mom and pop experience with a helpful front office staff, cute rooms, nice amenities, and a great location.

Where do I even start! The is my new favorite destination & hotel. Perfectly located less than a block from the beach in one director and less than a block from all the restaurants and strip in the other direction. Attentive staff & comfortable bed. The pool and hot tub area were top notch, we watched a lightning storm by ourselves in one of their several pools and really felt relaxed. They also provide beach chairs and free bicycle access that truly enhance the beach experience. We couldn’t have been happier. The manager helped work with us for late check out to facilitate our travel time to Orlando. Best sunset views and they even give you a table and chair set up outside the room. There are grills and palm trees and everything one would need for a relaxing vacation. Don’t even think about it- BOOK with no hesitation. I’ve been to 50 countries and Tropical Breeze Hotel is now one of my most favorite places to stay. We will be back as soon as we can! 5 star for sure.

The whole quirky, eclectic feel and so many interesting aspects of the decor. And it truly was just a 3 minute walk to the beach beach and all of the restaurants/bars/shops. We never even needed our cars. The room we had was absolutely perfect, impeccably clean and very smartly decorated with a very classy beach house theme. The huge private porch hidden amongst the trees was so relaxing. It really would be a great place for a reunion of friends or family with all the separate rooms available with their individual outdoor spaces. Don’t make the mistake of not giving this property your business when you’re in Siesta Key. Also, don’t miss having lunch or dinner at The Cottage. The food and drinks must be the best in town!!! The fries at Gilligans are a must-try, as well. They also had great bands everyday.

Location, location, location! We stayed here for 4 nights. The beach access is literally right across the street, maybe 60 feet. Great sunsets! Siesta Key Village, with a great selection of places to eat, drink and shop, is a 5-10 minute walk from the property. There is a grocery store in the village area if you need to pick up food or supplies. The common area of the property itself was a bit quirky with decorations and lighting which we really liked and thought created a neat vibe. Our cottage (#5) was perfect for two people with a kitchen area, very comfortable bed and pillows, and great water pressure in the shower. The pictures of cottage #5 that are online at the property's site are accurate with the exception of the individual chair and table, each of which was replaced with another one. There are also bikes, beach chairs and a beach carts available for the guests. Plenty of shaded, very peaceful outside seating area with a pond and fire pit, not to mention a couple of resident turtles in the pond and fish. The communication from the property for access, parking, process to check in/out was very informative and clear. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location just steps from the beach with easy access and no crowds, thanks to its ideal spot. Complimentary beach toys, wagons, and bikes were a great bonus. The fun, colorful quirky decor and cozy lights at night made the cottages feel vibrant and welcoming. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Loved everything about it!

The property is fantastic, quirky but very nice. Our cottage (cottage 3)was great. Good sized bedroom & bathroom & full size kitchen with breakfast bar and large living room. There’s a fantastic covered area outside with large table and chairs that’s all lit up at night. With rocking chairs and a swing seat. Also free use of paddle boards,bikes & beach chairs. The beach is great & literally across the street. It’s only a short walk to plenty of great bars and restaurants. We loved it here & would definitely recommend it.

From start to finish this place exceeded our expectations. So much that we canceled our stay in St Pete for our trip in October and booked here. The room was cool, incredibly clean, clean fridge/ kitchenette. The sitting area was awesome, the beach supplies were super helpful, the access point was directly across the street and the farthest we had to walk to a restaurant was .6.

I found myself in need of a place to stay in Sarasota, and the Ringling Beach House came through, with little notice. The Beach House property manager, Roberto, contacted me to ensure arrival time, as travel issues caused a delay. I was grateful to receive instructions and information, as I wasn't sure when I would arrive and was a bit stressed. Roberto wrote via text, and we also spoke by phone so that I would feel more comfortable with trip and beach house details. Upon arrival, I was able to immediately relax and enjoy my comfortable room, with all amenities. The room was clean, and I had everything I needed, even including a welcome basket. The location was perfect, as it was about halfway between Siesta Key Beach and the shopping/restaurant village. The Beach House is also across from a public beach access, and they provide all you need to enjoy the beach such as umbrellas, beach chairs, and a beach cart to easily take everything to the beach. We're looking forward to coming back for more relaxing time on Siesta Key.

We spent 5 nights in the Clown Room. It was plenty spacious for our party of 5. There were two bedrooms and a pull out couch. We didn't cook but there wee dishes, cups etc. It was very clean. The property is right across the beach from the beach access entrance. The beach is amazing! It was about an 8 minute walk to Siesta Village where there are restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc. The property does provide wagons to take your belongings to the beach. It also has beach chairs and umbrellas. The chairs are not in great condition and can use replacing. Susan (I think that was her name) was so nice and helpful. She is on property most of the day and is super helpful for whatever you may need.

This review comes almost 1 year after our stay because I forgot to give a review and I’m wishing I was there again right now!!! We arrived at the Ringling Beach House pretty far past our check-in time because we were coming from Tampa and wanted to do a few excursions on the way from there to Siesta Key. The emails explaining what to do when we arrived made everything a breeze as far as checking in goes! They even gave us a room upgrade! That night we ate at one of the many local restaurants in town, which are very close and accessible. We met Roberto, the property manager, the next day when we were making our way out to the beach. Roberto is the man to talk with if you need ANYTHING! He’s a very accommodating and friendly guy! He informed us that they had wagons for us to use to carry our stuff out to the beach which was very helpful. The beach is across the road, but the entryway to the beach is almost directly across the street making it very convenient! There was also a full kitchen in our room which made cooking for a family, reheating leftovers, etc. really convenient. All in all, I would definitely go back there…and will soon! Thanks for everything Roberto and team! It was a great vacation for us! See you again soon.

Lana chose the Ringling Beach House for the location and the reviews. Wow! What a wonderful place. Roberto welcomed us as we were getting out of the car. Super nice guy. Gracie Mille!! Located across the street from public access to the #1 beach in America! Perfect! He even has a wagon for each condo with chairs and umbrella. The condo was amazing. The Clown condo was spacious and clean, no issues. Full kitchen with everything you need is a plus, even a great ice maker. If you want to sit in the beach house pool after a hot day at the beach, you and the kids will enjoy it. Nice! Night life at the Village was a good time. 10 min walk to the right as you leave the beach house. 10 minutes to the left, you can enjoy a large drum group on Sunday evenings. Highly recommend!

I am a few weeks late but I stayed at the Ringling Beach House during the week of 1-15-24 through 1-19-24. This is the most amazing place to stay and take in the beach. Public Beach Access is right across the street with the actual Beach being less than a 7 minute walk! Everything is perfect about this place, right across from the water, beautiful inside the condo, and Roberto was very attentive and communicated very Well. If ever in the area, this will definitely be my go to spot! I loved my stay at The Ringling Beach House.
