We stayed in Lux Sky 22 Jacuzzi bath and was beyond pleased with the accommodation. The hot tub was a gorgeous big one in a lovely outdoor space. The inside of the accommodation was clean fresh and airy feeling with everything that we needed. We liked the self check in and check out aspect, we also liked that the housekeepers popped by just to see if we needed any extra linen. We really liked the site, after staying at multiple Liv retreats, this one was quiet and peaceful in a tranquil location. We will be returning to this accommodation despite the 5 hour journey, as it is well worth it. Fantastic location near beautiful places.

We stayed in the Harrington Lodge, perfect for families. Very clean & the park manager who appeared to be doing a 2/3 person job was very helpful. The manager contacted us via text to let us know the lodge was ready 2 hours prior to the 4pm check in, he also advised on a couple of things we asked about the hot tub & brought a hair dryer round on request. The only thing stopping this being a 10/10 stay was the decking needs some TLC, water pressure low in shower, shower door problematic & lounge curtains having stains. All in all a very enjoyable & relaxing stay 😊

Loved the peaceful countryside setting, very quiet, with lovely views. The cabin overall is amazing, modern and the layout is brill and the shower is good.

we stayed in number 10, a 2 bedroom cottage. the cottage was lovely and clean had all the basic things needed, hot tub was clean and ready on arrival, the park was quiet and clean. we met the manager on arrival he was nice and pleasant. we didn’t need to contact him for anything but saw him walking around the site both days we were there. it’s approximately 15 minutes by car into Scarborough town centre and around 1 hour 30 minutes to York, perfect location and site for a weekend away.

Tha park was clean and peaceful, just what you need for a relaxing few days away The Lodge was excellent, very spacious, and clean was very impressed with the size and the layout we travelled with 2 dogs and the site had thought of everything good solid fences and loads of room on the decking . Hot tub was brilliant after a full day walking around whitby and Scarborough .

The location was lovely and perfect place to stay whilst visiting the East Coast. The room was very comfortable and clean with nice bedding, clean bathroom. The host was very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent and really tasty and enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our short break at the Blue Bell. The host was very welcoming and friendly.

Had a fantastic night, the room was very spacious and clean. All the small details were thought of, including fresh coffee in the room…. nice touch. We had a beautiful meal in the restaurant, the seafood options were lovely. Choices for breakfast were varied and the full English was not greasy at all. The owners and waiting staff were super friendly and very welcoming. We would definitely return highly recommend.

We stayed for our wedding anniversary, was a lovely place. The breakfast was excellent, the atmosphere was laid back and you felt you could take your time, staff kept you refilled with tea and coffee. Nice to have toast and cereal while you waited for the freshly cooked breakfast. Local sourced ingredients absolutely delicious. The hotel is in a quiet area, we were outside until after closing and it was so quiet and calm just what you need when you get away. All the staff were friendly and couldn't do anymore for you. Thank you!

On arrival the greeting was nice. Clean bar and Accommodation. I stayed in a twin room with my Mum. The bar was well stocked. Breakfast was great. I had the Madras on special for my evening meal it was very tasty and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The bedroom was warm and decorated to a great standard. Tea, coffee and bottled water was available in the room. Having breakfast included was a very nice bonus. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Love that the hotel has indoor pool and jacuzzi and its near the beach. Also love the staff, very kind and accomodating.

Nice and easy check in ...the lady on reception was very helpful and friendly...the room was a large apartment and very clean and a high standard enough tea and coffee for your stay ... fresh cakes on arrival and a small bottle of milk ....swimming pool was nice...small but very child friendly.... They were upgrading the bar so couldn't use that which aasnt a problem We would definitely use again

Very clean, use of pool, sauna, hot tub and gym was a great benefit. Quiet. Breakfast in the adjoining hotel was lovely. Very friendly staff. Nice touch to have a welcome pack of muffins, milk, squash, tea, and coffee. Fresh towels for the pool were good. 5 mins walk to food shop and takeaway pizza. Local church does amazing lunches during week too 5 mins walk away. On street parking easy with £5 parking permit from reception. Dogs are welcome.

Apartment was very clean and lots of room , staff friendly and helpful. Amazing views of sea at the end of the road, lovely gardens opposite. 5 minute walk from pub , corner shops and takeaways. Pool facility's dated but clean .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Central but quiet location, apartment was spacious and extremely clean and tidy. Great facilities. Pool, sauna and hot tub we enjoyed. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking available at a reasonable price outside the property.

We stayed in Honeysuckle Cottage which is spacious and had everything we needed, the shower is powerful and beds comfortable. The cottages are well located to local attractions, and beautiful beaches., and there are lots of child friendly activities to visit in the area. The owners Andy and Julie are friendly, welcoming and helped me to navigate the area.

Didn’t have breakfast, surroundings very nice, cottage very cosy, Julia was very friendly and helpful would definitely go back again. One thing would be helpful and that would be a handle in shower for support when using it.

A lovely welcoming, well equipment cottage in a good location. The owner was welcoming and friendly upon our arrival showing us all the facilities. All the rooms were clean and comfortable and a well equipped kitchen too. The added bonus of the hot tub made our stay, it was lovely each evening to sit in the tub and star gaze as there is not much light pollution. Would definitely stay here again

We loved this place! It is very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect as a base to explore the area. The owners are welcoming and gave us recommendations for sites to see. The bed is very comfortable too! Highly recommended!

Idyllic cottage, spotlessly clean. Perfect for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was a wonderful bonus. Very helpful and attentive hosts. Superb location for visiting the east coast and North Yorkshire countryside and towns and villages.

Travelled to Scarborough by train so booked Seaside Escapes as a base with a hot tub guided by the strong reviews. Turned out to be an excellent choice for weeks holiday with no car. Location is convenient- turn left and there's a shop, chippy, bars and cafes a couple of minutes walk away, and more places to eat at the North beach, another 5 or so minutes walk. Owners are a small family business and have clearly put a lot of thought into the house; loved the decor and artwork,, not something I'd usually say about holiday rentals. . Beds are comfortable, as are the sofas when you're watching tv, and good lighting everywhere. Hot tub is checked regularly - met Simon's dad Philip a couple of times, friendly and helpful. Lucky with weather in July, but with demand avoidant teenage daughter spent a lot of time relaxing in the house or garden, although she enjoyed taking photos for school project in Peashome park, an evening at Alpamare, and various mini golfs.

What a fabulous place to stay! We absolutely loved the welcoming feel as soon as we walked in, particularly with the gift hamper, including a bottle of wine. We parked outside the house right through our stay and it was a quiet street with a shop and nice cafes around the corner, a few minutes from the seafront too. We loved the hot tub in the early evening with the lights changing and the temperature just right, inside and out as we had decent weather for a change! The decor is great throughout, comfortable sofas, lovely artwork and of course the amazingly comfy beds!! We needed the heating on later on the evening/early morning but it was easy to use and the house heated up quickly so we were cosy and relaxed. Definitely worth a stay if you're in Scarborough and great hosting/communication from Simon throughout. Thank you!

Beautiful house..very peaceful and strategic position for walking around the central area and reaching both beaches. The accommodation has two very comfortable bedrooms. A brand new bathroom with a big shower, plus another small bathroom. All the house is renewed, and there is such a stunning attention to details, simply amazing! Both the external area and the house were extremely cleaned, the hot tube too. It was so nice waking up in the morning and get in the hot tub..we will miss the accommodation and the lovely time spent in Scarborough!

Our Host Nick was fantastic and I had no problem with communication throughout our stay. .Our apartment was clean and modern and it had everything we needed and more, it looked over other beautiful surrounding cottages. Which lead to the local facilities and bar and restaurant and shop and it was a short and memorable walk to the beach. We also spent time in Primrose Valley which wasn't far from our apartment, and enjoyed the children's fair and entertainment. We used the bus to enjoy days out in bridlington and Flamborough and wasn't too much hassle getting back to the Bay Filey It was pleasant to go through the holiday villages and green countryside. We have had a relaxing and enjoyable stay we would come back again and we've shared lots of beautiful memories I recommend that you go the the Crumbs cafe in Filey townstreet to enjoy their cakes.. My daughter enjoyed picking beautiful beach pebbles on our beach walks.

Saltwater apartment was perfect for our stay in Filey! The apartment felt so cosy and comfortable, it was just like being at home. We loved how close it was to the beach, perfect for long walks with our dog. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, including a washing machine and dishwasher - a real bonus! We also enjoyed relaxing in the bath or shower after our adventures. The outside space was great for enjoying the lovely weather with a drink. Getting in on arrival was easy thanks to the clear information provided beforehand. We had no issues at all with the key safe. We even managed to catch up on the Olympics thanks to the TV packages! Overall, we had a fantastic, relaxing week and would recommend Saltwater apartment.

Very clean, warm (-4c outside + not once cold in the apartment) + comfy,spacious sofa. The TV was good, esp with the option of using fire stick + free WiFi. Great location, lovely little garden area + free parking super close + genuinely dog friendly! The 'P shape' bath was wonderful esp the side taps, powerful shower + apartment was a perfect size. The little kitchen kit was a nice touch with the extra milk pods + the guest info pack which was sent virtually before check in was great, as well as being printed for ref. Our dogs had the best time too + we ate regularly in the John Paul Jones pub on site as we could take the dogs. It made for a really easy weekend away. All in all, really pleased with our stay, we had a great weekend!

Comfy bed, nice good size bedroom, decent shower and bath. The host was very nice, responsive and helpful. The beach is beautiful and only a few minutes walk.( Dog friendly ) The leisure centre has a swimming pool, gym, small steam room and a sauna. Smart heating was amazing. Free car park for 1 car. The pub in the area had lovely meals.

We loved the on site parking and it was close to the property. The apartment was clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable. The apartment is close to a shop and a pub. The beach is not far away and the swimming pool is very close too. The whole place where the apartment is was very friendly to animals too which is a bonus.

We chose the property as it offered a downstairs room which was perfect for us . Large spacious room with a lovely comfortable four poster bed . We needed to relax and this place was just right. Ash button house has been decorated to a very high standard giving the property an opulent feel. Hosts were very welcoming. There was complimentary toiletries in the room also tea coffee and biscuits. There we’re also bottles of water and fresh milk available in a fridge in reception if you needed it. Breakfast was more than we expected. A wide choice of cereals, fruit, juice, full English and specials on the board. Vegetarian option available too. Breakfast was hot and tasty and we tried most of the menu over our 3 day stay. We’ve been to Scarborough before but always booked apartments, this time we wanted a bit of luxury and we found it.

We stayed at Ashburton House for 3 nights. The Accommodation is beautifully presented with a spacious room with a large walk in shower which looked to have been recently refurbished. The room is clean and very comfortable with lovely decoration, a charming feel but with all the modern amenities. The beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet of a night. Ashburton House is very well located for the seafront and Town Centre. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here as the hosts provide everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. We had a very lovely weekend, thank you.

Our room was clean and comfortable with tea and coffee and a nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge downstairs. WiFi worked well. Parking much appreciated. An excellent 'green' thing was that towels were not washed daily, only when requested, which for 4 nights we didn't do. We didn't have breakfast for 2 reasons. First, we're not good at getting up in the morning and second, a hearty breakfast, followed by lunch and dinner is not a great way to avoid buying a new wardrobe! Something had to give so we chose breakfast.

The ample tea and coffee supply, a help yourself to replenishments system. Quality TV HD colour with all the free view channels. Very clean throughout. Large bathroom and shower. Ample storage cupboards/drawers and an armchair. Brochure on local attractions. Pen and notepad, double adjustable bedside reading lights. Guest control of the room heating. Very quiet location with comfortable beds. Nearby (2 minutes walk) is a pub with my favourite cider. Also nearby (2 minute walk) is a convenience store, Morrisons. It is about a mile from the excellent entertainment venue, the Scarborough spa. A taxi costs £7-80 min charge, (Sept 2023), but parking there is a pain. The hotel provides private off road parking for the car, but a bus route passes the hotel. it is a short bus ride to the sandy beach and town centre. Town centre parking is deliberately made a pain. Scarborough castle is about 2 miles away and the aquarium about 4 miles, Aquarium parking is £4-40 for 3 hours, entrance £20, or £15-60 online advance. Breakfast is available but at extra charge. I go every year to the Scarborough Jazz festival, last weekend in September.

Room and guesthouse very clean. My single room had so much character with tasteful theme and items which made it special. Shower excellent. Location was within pleasant walk from everything I needed. A nice pub the Valley just a few doors away also. This part of Scarborough is lovely. Hosts at guesthouse friendly and helpful. Breakfast at Guesthouse is £10 and I had breakfast on both of my mornings. Breakfast choice good including a huge full English if you wanted it. I was pleased to find out there were also some nice special options on my arrival for breakfast and opted for one of those on my first morning and lovely kipper next. Parking is at front of property on it's land. Value was excellent and I will definitely choose Ashburton House again for my next stay in Scarborough if they have vacancies.

Tina is such a lovely welcoming lady and goes above and beyond to see that you have everything you need for a perfect stay. Exceptionally clean and very comfortable bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. Toiletries, clean towels and tea/coffee making tray provided and top ups offered whenever needed. There is a TV in the bedrooms. Lovely clean en suite and shower. I enjoyed the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and slept very well. There is a very pleasant sitting room for guests to use downstairs with TV available, cards, games and books too. A complimentary provision of hot drinks is available for guests to make their own hot drinks. The dining room is fresh and modern and very pleasant. A menu for breakfasts works well with a very good choice available. Tina makes very enjoyable breakfasts with a choice of different time slots. Powys Lodge is in a great location 10 -15 minutes walk to the railway station and town centre and there are also frequent bus services to town and to the South Bay. The South cliff and pathway is 5-6 mins walk away. Great value for money too. I was so happy to stay at Powys Lodge for a second stay and will be delighted to stay next time! Thanks very much Tina!

Powys Lodge is in a very good location for easy access to the South bay and for Scarborough town centre. I got a really friendly warm welcome from Tina. She helped me with my case and showed me my room which was fresh, modern and very comfortable. I had everthing I needed. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a small wardrobe and drawers to put clothes in. There was a kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits provided. The ensuite was very clean and had hand wash, shampoo, soap and shower cap as well as the clean towels. There is a nice sitting room where you can help yourself to hot drinks and there are plenty of books to borrow. The dining room is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. A good choice of times and menu were offered. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending a stay at Powys Lodge and will certainly be staying again!

We can't rate the powys lodge high enough, our stay was perfect from arriving to leaving, Tina is the perfect host , down to earth, friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble, the powys lodge is spotlessly clean with amazing decor, breakfast was served quickly and was cooked lovely (perfect poached eggs) and all delicious. Extra amenities not mentioned on booking.com like the use of an iron etc, they are available and easy to access, Tina has thought of everything that people may need while.on holiday. The guest lounge has a coffee/tea machine for your use while you check in/out or just relaxing in, there is a unit full of books to take a read of, and a cupboard full of games to keep you entertained...just perfect!

Stayed here for two nights with my daughter. The owner is so welcoming and friendly, felt so comfortable on arrival and she was so helpful with information on the area. We were able to park in the drive, and if no space, we were given a parking permit for on street parking. The area was nice and quiet. Spotlessly clean interior, the room was modern and fresh 👌 We were asked if we needed anything fresh for the second night, however we did not need anything more. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Excellent value for money.

Last minute to join friends for a birthday weekend. Tina is a joy and a bundle of energy, nothing was to much trouble and the Covid cover (If that's the right words) were excellent. Everything was explained how it all worked for Rooms, Tea & Coffee, Breakfast, Towels, Rubbish etc upon our arrival, which was 2 hours early but this didn't faze Tina one bit. We were on the top floor in a Double, which was recently renovated, as were all the rooms and very stylishly I might add, the entire property was spotlessly clean with bags and hand sanitiser on every landing, there was more than ample Tea, Coffee etc and a form to get replenishments, also a form for listing your breakfast requirements, which was cooked to order and was lovely and plentuful, Tina asking should we require extras or anything else. Wifi was a bit patchy but we weren't there for that and the Shower room was a bit tight if you are portly (Yes I am) and tall but it was put together excellently with top quality fittings, as was everything in the room. Did we enjoy our stay? You bet we did. Would we return or recommend the Powys Lodge? In a heart beat. Thank You Tina for a lovely stay.
