I recently stayed at this beautiful Marriott property and while the hotel itself was impressive—with its clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and an incredible rooftop bar offering the perfect view and ambience—the true standout of my stay was an employee named Lieu. Lieu went above and beyond in every interaction. He was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful at all times. Whether it was offering assistance with directions, handling a request with ease, or simply making sure I was comfortable, Lieu consistently delivered service that far exceeded expectations. He is the very definition of hospitality and professionalism. This is the level of service I expect from a Marriott, and Lieu is a shining example of that standard. He made my stay truly memorable, and for that, I give him a 10 out of 10. Marriott is lucky to have him on their team. Thank you, Lieu!

We had an incredible experience at the Astra Hotel in Seattle, and it truly made our Mother’s Day getaway special. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality from Lieu, Ana, and Courtney. Their kindness and thoughtful conversation made us feel less like hotel guests and more like we were being welcomed into a home. It’s rare to find such authentic service, and they made a lasting impression. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything we needed to relax and enjoy some time away from the kids. The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the overall design of the hotel had a chic, urban vibe that we really appreciated. We also loved the dining options on-site. The food was fresh and flavorful, and service in the restaurant was just as excellent as at the front desk. Every detail of our stay—from check-in to check-out—was handled smoothly. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape in Seattle with top-tier service and a welcoming environment, Astra Hotel is the place. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We stayed at the Astra Hotel for five nights for our daughter's wedding. We were completely satisfied with our stay. The hotel is new, with rooms that are cheerful, clean, have a Scandinavian sensibility, and are very quiet. We reserved the Luna Room for a breakfast for the final day of the weekend, for 35 guests. Cole helped us plan this part of the festivities, and we are very satisfied with the advice he gave us. Cole was easy to reach, very professional, and was happy to take the time to discuss the various options for the menu. The Luna Room is a clean and light and friendly space. Danelle and Carrie did a wonderful job preparing the food and keeping the buffet stocked. Everyone who attended was well fed and the quality of the food was excellent. The other guests at the wedding also had positive experiences at the Astra Hotel. All of our encounters with the front desk staff were very positive. They are friendly and helpful.

Upon hearing of my special weekend plans with my wife, who had never been to Seattle, Fatima from the Astra Hotel made our experience one to remember. She help secure a wonderful room with a view of the Space Needle out our enormous room window. I was even impressed with the motorized screen and blackout shade options, providing a private view or dark conditions as needed. We were even greeted with some other special treats in our room upon arrival. The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely clean, modern, and is within walking distance of area attractions and dining options. We also took advantage of some short Lyft rides to the iconic Pike Place Market, as well as a quaint ice cream shop (Molly Moon's) nestled nicely in a nearby neighborhood. Even Johnny, our server at the Astra Hotel rooftop bar/restaurant, was fun and engaging. The next time we're back in Seattle downtown, the Astra Hotel is definitely the place we'll stay again! The hotel was very clean and well kept. It was in a beautiful area with lots of restaurants and a Starbucks and Victriola coffee within one block. The hotel cafe was decent but expensive. The restaurant's food was delicious, and the rooftop bar had a great view of the Space Needle. The front desk people were very helpful, and there were always at least two people there, even on the third shift. They even brought us a microwave after midnight. We didn't valet, but the valet guys greeted us every time we walked in.

An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Absolutely phenomenal. Dascha at the front desk was so attentive and some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time. The hotel is stunning with local art and beautiful modern decorations. My room was beautiful with spectacular views of the Puget Sound & a little city view. The bathtub and the shower were sooo nice, I was actually able to stretch in the tub which is rare due to my height. The bed was insanely cozy and conveniently angled so when you wake up you looked right outside towards to water. A/C & heat system was amazing. They provided cold water 24/7 in the lobby, valet was very nice though it’s a tad expensive. I would’ve liked some hooks in the shower for washcloths or loofahs.. the water temp could get a littttle hotter in the shower.. was a little disappointed there was no microwave and the fridge was filled with stuff for purchase so couldn’t really store much in there, it didn’t get very cold either. Other than that, I had such a nice stay. I can’t wait to be back. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

The front desk staff were very friendly, and there are beautiful touches all over the hotel. There are 2 gyms, one on the 3rd and one on the 4th floor. Both are (small but) awesome, one is more dedicated to cardio but also has foam rollers and dumbbells, and the other has a rock wall, monkey bars, plyo boxes, air bike, dumbbells and kettlebells. Location was perfect- 1st Ave is lined with shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants, and you’re about 2 blocks from the waterfront park area. We stayed in the king suite which was gorgeous. Large dining table, comfortable sectional couch, and separate bedroom. The 2 things that made this hotel less than a perfect 5 stars- the shower was just inconvenient and thoughtlessly designed. Definitely went for aesthetic over function. The half glass is nice looking but water gets everywhere, but more importantly, there isn’t a single ledge to put your own items on, and it’s just a shower (not a tub) so if you’re using any sort of product outside of their shampoo/conditioner/soap, like perhaps face wash or a razor, you’re putting it on the shower floor. The other thing was the wifi was a bit spotty. With that said, I’d stay here again and highly recommend!

Such an amazing hotel! Staff was so friendly and welcoming. Brandon was such an awesome staff member!! He was so kind and upgraded me and my husband for our anniversary trip!! Brandon and Scott both were so amazing!! Such a wonderful hotel very clean and super nice!! Will definitely be coming back for the environment and hospitality. My husband and I stayed in October 2025 and were upgraded for our anniversary to a spa suite with an amazing hot tub and complimentary champagne! The service was friendly and welcoming and the location is perfect. The onsite restaurant is also a fantastic spot for an even nightcap. The hotel is also a very easy walk to the stadiums past many other bars and restaurants. 10/10 will stay again!

Hotel is very nice. We ate at Daniel’s Broiler (=expensive but the service was great & the food delicious! Our room was small but cozy & clean. It had everything we needed (comfy king size bed, XL flatscreen t.v. hung on the wall at the foot of the bed). Appreciated the fridge, safe, in-room k-cup coffee maker. We also enjoyed the large walk-in shower and single use toiletries on the vanity for us to use (cotton swabs, cotton facial rounds, shower cap). The only issue we had was incorrect info on the dining option flyer we received upon check in to the hotel. The flyer clearly says Market on the 2nd floor is open for breakfast (until 11am Friday-Sunday). Well, we checked out of our room on FRIDAY and arrived at the Market counter at 10:22am. As we walked up a worker told us we could no longer order breakfast as they were turning over their stations to all day menu items. I then showed them the flyer that we had received upon checking into the hotel the night before and the Market employee said, “Yeah, I don’t know why they keep handing that out at the checkin desk, that info is wrong”. The Market manager overheard me talking with the employee and said she was sorry for the mixup and told the worker to let us order breakfast still. Most annoying thing though was we arrived at 10:22am, so there was still 8-minutes to order. Front desk should cross out the wrong time on flyers and verbally tell guests that the breakfast till 11am Friday-Sunday is no longer a thing.

I stayed at Hyatt Regency Seattle with my sister and two nieces. My room has two queen beds. It was for four of us. Before arrival, I was a little bit worried about the bed size but the beds were actually pretty big and I had no issue sharing it with my niece who is a teenager. The room was also very spacious and clean. The staff were also very helpful and kind. It is also located in downtown which is very convenient to go to anywhere including Seattle's major tourist attractions. And they also placed specialty coffee pods from Boon Boona which seems to be well known in Seattle and I tried it out in the room. It was really nice. I loved the taste of the coffee and their attention to detail which lifts the guests' experience to another level. The room was also very clean and very well maintained. My room was on the 35th floor and the view was really nice. We could see the ocean from the room window and we even didn't have to go anywhere for the night view as the room had an excellent view. We're all really satisfied with all the aspects of the hotel and we're highly likely to stay here again when we come back to Seattle. Thank you for the great experience!

Loved everything about the Hyatt Regency Seattle. My room was spacious and very clean. Great view. It was sooo quiet at night. Please keep the quiet hours! Comfortable beds. Great size TV. Multiple outlets. Great lighting (night light is clever; activates on movement). Well designed bathroom. Had everything I needed. I was sooo comfortable. Housekeeping is impeccable. Even with a large conference, the hotel didn't seem overwhelmed. I hung out at the "Andare" bar most evenings. Kind and attentive staff. Great pasta dishes. Fair prices. Their Pumpkin Spice Old Fashioned was amazing. Location is fantastic. Close to everything. 10 min by foot to light rail to airport ($3). Shopping, restaurants, Starbucks all in walking distance. I was able to check in 2h before check in. Thank you!! Highly recommend!

My recent stay at the Seattle Hyatt Regency was exceptional in every way. Great location near the convention center. Perfect walking distance to Pike Market area. Lots of shops and cafes in the area. Staff members were amazing. Room request were quickly fulfilled. Great restaurants in the building. Parking was safe and convenient. Lobby was beautiful. We had a king city view room. It was spacious and clean. We would stay here again in the future!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Hyatt Seattle from July 27–31 for a work conference, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The location is perfect—right in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the city during downtime. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches and stunning city views that made it feel like more than just a work trip. What stood out most was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered—from the front desk to housekeeping—was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The hotel also had great amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center and cozy lobby spaces perfect for both relaxing and getting a bit of work done between conference sessions. Highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Seattle whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay! Everyone was so kind and friendly, really nice at check in and upgraded our room even though we are only discoverist. The room seemed very clean and spacious and was very quiet. Views of the bay were gorgeous! We had club access and I think the food was above average with very friendly attendants. It was my niece’s birthday and they made it extra special for her. Everyone we saw was always very friendly, helped us hail a cab. Location was ideal with Pike’s Market and pier within walking distance as well as a nearby HMart, Target, Walgreens etc. We tried the hot pot restaurant in the lobby and it was authentic and delicious. Highly recommend and would love to come stay again!

We had a quick one night layover stay before our international flight. While our stay was short, we definitely enjoyed our well appointed corner suite! It was very comfortable, spacious and had great skyline views. Staff here is very professional, friendly and always ready to help! Location is also very central to shopping, Pikes Market and many restaurants. What a great way to start our trip!

If you are going to a multiple day convention in Seattle, this is one of the best choices yo can make to stay at the Grand Hyatt. It is close to either of the 2 Seattle convention center buildings, with only a short walk, depending on which exit you take. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and the views of the City Skyline and water are always great. Rooms are quiet, but often yo can still hear doors slam and sometimes the elevators. Staff are helpful, welcoming, and if you need anything ask they will do what they can to accommadate you. Normal rates are quite pricing here, so if you can get convention pricing to save a little it is worth it. Parking is great, but we always use the valet service to save time, parking and valet fees will be added to hotel bill, instead of separate charges. Overall this is my Go To Hotel when in town for events/conventions.

A beautiful hotel suite - large, spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was to die for - again very spacious, separate shower unit and finished to high quality. We were on the 22nd floor, with views over the city and glimpses of the water between tower blocks. Check-in and out were smooth and seamless, with knowledgeable staff on hand to help us navigate this new city. Well situated for Pike Place Market and local attractions. Bar staff were also friendly. A great choice of hotel, which I would highly recommend.

Staffs are great. We love the sauna, pool and jacuzzi. I wish the replenished some of the toiletries that were used up like the cotton pads. There were no slippers provided.

Enjoyed my stay here and the spa was incredible. I do wish their jacuzzi packed more punch with the jets but it was incredibly spacious! Their pillows definitely need changing, they were extremely flat so if you have neck problems, bring your own pillow. Other than that, it was a lovely experience. Will definitely be back!!

From the moment we pulled up to the Fairmont, we knew we were in for something special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—elegant and inviting from the very first impression. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and gracious, setting the tone for a stay that felt both luxurious and personal. We stayed in a junior suite, which was perfect for our family of three. The space was thoughtfully laid out, with a comfortable pull-out couch for our son and all the details that make traveling with a child feel seamless and enjoyable. Dinner at Shuckers, the hotel restaurant, was a highlight. The cocktails were exceptional, and the service was top-notch—not just for us as adults, but for our son as well. The staff treated him like a regular, attentive and kind in a way that made him feel truly special. He hasn’t stopped talking about his dinner—and especially the dessert! The most heartwarming touch came at the end of the night. When we returned to our room, the staff had laid out a junior-sized terry cloth robe just for him. His face lit up with delight—it was such a sweet and memorable moment, and one of those little details that turns a great stay into a magical one. The Fairmont Seattle is a beautiful, welcoming place on its own—but the thoughtfulness and care extended to every member of our family made it unforgettable. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel is beautiful and has character. Staff provides the highest level of client service. Cocktails were on point and delicious. Shuckers restaurant has the best oysters and cocktails. The cafe staff are very hospitable and serve a quick, delicious breakfast for those get up and go site seeing days. The George restaurant offers an amazing menu for brunch and dinner. Full service Spa and salon is available. We had a very much needed and wonderful couples massage. We will be back to stay!!

We stayed for 3 nights in an 8th floor suite which was really spacious, good tea/coffee making facilities, comfortable beds (but I bit high for me - I’m 5ft 3 and had to climb up) powerful over the bath shower. We used the gym which was pretty good but rather busy and the pool and hot tub once which was really nice. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t say what that was like. We ate at Shuckers once which was really nice, our waiter was very friendly and efficient and we were seated at a nice table by the window. We both had the battered halibut and chips which was really tasty but the fish was tiny and pretty expensive. We tried one evening to sit in the bar but there were no seats free so we went elsewhere. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. It’s an old style hotel in a good location, nothing particularly stood out as wow but zero complaints either.

Cute pineapple details, a plushy Husky that we adopted, jacuzzi and Pineapple cafe. Hotel’s attention to details is incredible! We loved this whole pineapple design, pineapple cookies and a little cute plush Husky, that we adopted! Oh, and they even have complimentary bikes and helmets to explore beautiful Seattle.

The hotel is conveniently close to Line 1, making it easy to get around. My room was spacious and clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I loved how peaceful the neighborhood was — super quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One of my favorite parts was the afternoon treat, especially the pineapple cookies — I absolutely loved them! I just wish there were more… I couldn’t get one on my second day 😢. I also really appreciated that they had a smart TV, so I could watch YouTube without needing to connect my own device — such a nice touch! If breakfast had been included, it would’ve made the stay even better. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Overall, my care client and I had a great experience (I am a caregiver). The service was professional, yet down to earth and friendly. The lobby area was very attractive and comfortable, as was our room. The room was clean and had wonderful beds and was very peaceful. The only issues we had were that the bathroom had only one hook to hang towels and other items from and it was about three feet off the floor, and the fold-out handicap shower bench seemed flimsy. Also, a small table near the toilet to put phones or books on would have been a nice touch. While the price seemed steep to us, it was a very pleasant experience (we rarely travel and our price expectations are probably outdated). It is important to end this review with this: We were very impressed when, upon submitting our concerns to the Watertown, the general manager immediately contacted us and assured us that our concerns would be addressed -- that was a very classy touch! Thank you! By the way, their water -- still and sparkling -- were delicious! Oh yeah - the parking garage was extremely convenient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. So easy to check in and out. Room was clean and spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom was nice and shower was great, the removable shower head is a nice touch. The location was perfect for our concert at the Neptune Theatre.

Absolutely perfect from reservations to exit. Rooms are amazingly comfortable, quiet, super clean and the amenities are wonderful. Robes, unlimited coffee via the Keurig, yummy shampoo and lotion, microwave, refer, safe...black out shades. Staff listened to our needs and request. The hotel is centrally, located near Pike market and the light rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi along with the steam room.

Had a really nice stay here, great facilities, loved the pool, jacuzzi, sauna etc. room was big clean and comfy. Staff were great too, particularly the British guy on reception.

One of three Hyatt properties next to each other this hotel is smaller but cozy and friendly. Good restaurant, great spa with a pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, and nail salon. Walking distance from the Pike Place Market and a block away from the Paramount Theater and the Seattle Convention Center. Great food options in the blocks surrounding the hotel. I'll be back.

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the Paramount, where we went to see David Byrne. We were met by the valet who was very accomodating of the fact that we left our key to the electric car and he had to use our phone! It has an indoor pool/spa/jacuzzi which was on the website but I overlooked - pool would have been perfect. Long enough to do some laps, no icky pool cloy atmosphere, nice view as well. We had drinks at Tidal and the best oysters - that was a win. Bed was perfect and pillows as well. We had been upgraded to a suite which had great views and a lot of room. However, I found the room to feel a bit sterile with an odd undecorated entrance and uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Bathroom was large with huge soaking tub and great shower. Quiet for being a downtown hotel and super clean.

I loved literally everything! Exceptional attention to detail in everything from comfort (amazing bed and pillows, perfect shower) to location (so walkable, excellent restaurants nearby) to friendly professionalism (incredibly helpful staff) to enjoyment (great lounging areas, fun vibe, wonderful amenities).

Awesome location with food trucks during the week and walking distance to many restaurants parks and shops which was great as I didn’t want to use my car during my stay. Staff recommended 10 hr street parking spots during our stay which was very helpful and loved that they had full bar, coffee and food in the hotel as well. Reception was super helpful and I requested a mini fridge in my room which they brought up right away. Very clean, very comfortable bed, would definitely stay here again

Amazing service from Elijah! The studio style rooms have the basic needs with the option to request additional items. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows, trendy lobby and bar, and a nice little welcome gift for my birthday :) Management and staff very attentive and their willingness to assist guests was a big plus. Pleasant but not stuffy - a very cozy cool vibe but luxe. I would recommend this for travelers who travel light and spend a lot of time out on the town or want to enjoy the social space in the lobby.

This hotel was conveniently located near the pier which was close to some nice restaurants. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free drink after a long day of traveling. The room was small but very clean and interesting design. My only complaint was not having a coffee pot or at least free coffee in the lobby. And the door to the bathroom has an opaque glass that was too bright during night.

The nicest people were working here! They helped take care of our luggage prior to check in. They recommended a great restaurant. We received a free drink token for the coffee/alcohol bar. The lobby is super comfortable. The rooms are smaller, but definitely not the smallest that we saw in Seattle! It was really comfortable. The shower was great!!

The best hotel in redmond by far. Very nicely decorated. Good snack shop in lobby. Nice bar with outdoor patio. The room was nice, especially the coffee bar in the room. Napresso was wonderful. I only wish they had a jacuzzi buy the indoor pool area.

This hotel got everything right - easy check in/check out, comfy bed, great linens, super nice espresso coffee maker (and all that coffee clutter is hidden in a closet), lovely and functional lighting, towel hooks in the bathroom, an umbrella, complimentary water and caramels, huge clean windows, quiet, lovely & interesting artwork, makeup remover, wonderful bath products (so good that I bought some in the lobby on our last day), an eco friendly toilet with two flush options, great bathroom fixtures including two shower heads - handheld and a rain shower, interesting bedside books, and great location - close to a nice shopping center, Marymoor Park, and walking trails. It’s the hotel I would design if I had that job.

We love the expansive lobby with free coffee and tea (and festive hot chocolate bar in the evening) multiple seating areas suitable for meeting friends and family, the "store" with all the snacks and wine, and the adjacent bar and restaurant. The gym is spacious, full of natural light, and well-equipped. We did not use the pool, which looked clean, accessible, though small for an adult looking to do laps. Across the parking lot is Redmond Town Center (photo included) with shopping and restaurants, and the rest of Redmond's center is a short drive or a leisurely stroll away. Eventually, the Light Rail will connect Redmond to downtown Bellevue and even more eventually, Seattle and Sea-Tac airport. So this location will only get better.

Booked this hotel for second stay. Originally stayed at this hotel a few years ago with my husband and inlaws because it was new and had one large room with two king size beds. Fabulous hotel with boutique feel. Gorgeous reception area with friendly and professional check in. Our room was spacious with two very comfortable king beds and quality bedding. Only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed the buffet brunch that was available prior to our departure. Havent had such a high quality brunch since our stay at the Orologio hotel in Florence Italy. Would very highly recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern decor. Walk across parking lot to shopping and restaurants at the mall. Love that it’s dog friendly and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Two king size beds is so rare to find in a hotel and made our stay so comfortable. Best deal in Redmond!

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is great with the pool/jacuzzi area being very nice. I had the pool to my self. Nice wind down before bed. Views from the hotel towards Seattle are great.

Super breakfast. One of the tastiest vegetarian breakfast. Super location at Lake Washington. Very good swimming pool and jacuzzi.

From check in to check out. 100% satisfied. Rarely do I give a 10 across the board. I can honestly say this is one well deserved. From the check in with Tiki and Paco at the Restaurant. Awesome service. Awesome stay. We truly will be making another stay here. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The dock is awesome. Spectacular sunsets. Drinks. Food. Service!!! The spa is awesome too!!! Sauna and jacuzzi hit the spot. .

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Lake Washington and overall found it to be a clean, comfortable, and modern hotel. The property itself is lovely, and the views of Lake Washington from both the room and restaurant areas were truly memorable—watching the sunset over the water was a highlight of our visit. I especially appreciated the quiet and organized elevator system that helped prevent crowding, even during busy hours. Our room was well-kept, and the bathroom had a sleek design, though adjusting the shower to a comfortable temperature was more difficult than expected. We did dine at the hotel, but I found the restaurant menu both expensive and limited in appealing options. My husband enjoyed his clam chowder, while I ordered a lentil dish that was good but not memorable. Overall, this is a very nice hotel with modern amenities and unforgettable views, though the dining value and some of the room features left a little to be desired. We spent 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate our kids' birthday, and it was such a great experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure our special request was taken care of before arrival, which we really appreciated. The hotel is super convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby, plus a nice swimming pool. Our kids loved the thoughtful s’mores kit they received! The views from the hotel—both from our room and the outdoor seating area—were stunning. Right next door, a lovely park with a great playground was perfect for walks and playtime. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d happily return and recommend this hotel for a convenient, fun, and memorable stay.

Pros: -Amazing view of the Space Needle -Good location, safe and just right across the Space Needle and other tourist attraction. The monorail station is in that area. -quiet area and has alot of food options and convenience store. - the rooms have a full kitchen and free hot breakfast. -rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. -amazing shampoo, conditioner and body wash. My hair looked amazing after I used it. -they have a mini mart, - fairly nice and friendly staff. Cons: - No wired internet and wireless wifi is very spotty. Not for people who need to do zoom meetings or gamers. So disappointed in this because this is one of the top consideration why i picked this hotel. My kiddo loves to play his online game and he could not play his games even the fortnight game. When we got to the hotel, we could not get connected to the wifi and when I informed the front desk, I was given the phone number for their internet service provider which i found really strange and irritating but i knew that the front desk person was just doing what he is told. Anyway, we got to connect to the wifi but it eas really slow. I wouldn’t mind paying extra to have a fast internet access. - the tv in the room did not have the capability to connect to netflix, hulu or prime. Room was a little dated but there is an ongoing construction to remodel the rooms. Overall it was a good experience and would probably stay there again if their internet is better.

We booked this hotel to visit Seattle for a few days pre-cruise. This location was PERFECT for things we wanted to see literally outside our door. Plus Pike Place Market, & the Waterfront is walkable, or a short monorail ride away. Having breakfast included was a bonus, but it can get busy later in the service time. But we ate early & it was always perfect. The staff are all exceptional and very helpful & friendly. Our room, over-looking the space needle, was perfect! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it as a pre-cruise/post-cruise option for those sailing out of Seattle or just to visit Seattle, also walkable to Climate Pledge. Hyatt House is incredibly clean and well-kept, has (small fee) laundry facilities if needed, gym facility and area to buy snacks/small items. Bar serves small bites. The ‘moving lobby bear’ was a cute touch! 🙂

The hotel was very clean and nice and allowed to check in early. The room was very nice and spacious, all clean! The Space Needle is right across street from hotel and monorail is also there. We took monorail to Pikes Market only about 5 minutes away. There are several restaurants withing walking distance. The hotel has a rooftop seating area with fireplaces to use. We took our drinks from bar to rooftop. Transportation was arranged for us from hotel to Pier Terminal 91 to depart next day on a cruise. Breakfast was buffet with a very good selection. Would definitely consider staying here and recommend. Professional, helpful and friendly staff.

The bar tender charged mine and my friends bill for my dinner and drinks. Food for dinner was rather poor. No real flavor to the chicken Alfredo and the hamburger was poor and the fries were bland. Breakfast was as good. Fresh and hot. Could have had an additional waffle batter flavor. Room was very clean and quiet. Bathroom was clean and comfortable. The fold out bed was very comfortable and I’d definitely do that again. However with the bed folded out there was little room to maneuver around the bed to the bathroom. Over all a good choice and easily doable.

Our stay at Residence Inn was amazing, mainly due to the service we received from Darion S. at the front desk. His professional, but energetic and confident demeanor set a welcoming tone for our entire visit. When we got in a little past lunch time and were dying to get something light to snack on before dinner, he provided us with multiple recommendations for local dining spots. His suggestions led us to some hidden food gems we would never have discovered on our own. Beyond the great food advice, he answered all our questions about the city and the hotel's amenities. He also ensured that my friends and I were in rooms near to each other to make our stay that much easier. As for the hotel itself, it is centrally located, beautiful and clean. All of the service members we interacted with (at the bar, at breakfast) were friendly and eager to help. The room was excellent and had everything I needed for my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a total of four nights. We had a fabulous time exploring Seattle and the surroundings and were glad to come home every night to our spacious room with the fully equipped Kitchen and the Bathroom with good water pressure in the Shower. Nice thing was the “Welcome Home” greeting received from the cheerful and friendly Staff every single time we walked in through those doors. Our first encounter was with Roberto at the Front Desk. Not only did he check us in efficiently, but he also gave us great suggestions for local restaurants, and directions on how to get to various places nearby. Breakfast Buffet was adequate to start us off for the morning. They did have a lot of options, but the flow of the people moving everywhere was not convenient. The polite Staff did their best to keep everything running smoothly, but they had their limitations. The Hotel was walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. For other places, there was Uber. The Eighteen15 Bar in the Lobby was such an added convenience for our nightly snacks and drinks. RJ the Bartender and server was pleasant and courteous. We have always tried to book the Residence Inns by Marriott because of the extra space in all the rooms and will have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other travelers.

We stayed at the Residence Inn Seattle for a couple of nights before heading out on our second Alaska cruise, and it was a great experience. The hotel had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Our room was more like a small apartment—it had a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, which was really convenient. We arrived earlier than expected, and Roberta at the front desk made us feel so welcome right from the start. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and she went above and beyond by arranging an early check-in and even giving us a complimentary upgrade. That small gesture made a big difference, especially after a long day of travel. Everyone we encountered was kind and helpful, but Roberta’s hospitality really stood out. Breakfast was good overall, though I would’ve loved to see biscuits and gravy on the menu—it just wasn’t offered that day. Still, there were plenty of other options to choose from. We’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend the Residence Inn Seattle to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay.

Fantastic location, prepay the parking when making your reservation for $30 and save $15 off their regular rate. Clean, large room with modern amenities. Leave the car safely in the underground garage and walk the city! Hotel is central to it all, walking is the way to go, you'll see a lot more and save yourself the expense and hassle of continuously having to park. Yes there are homeless people here, as there are everywhere, but they were unobtrusive. No city more beautiful than the Emerald City in the winter with the sun shining (yes it does happen) and the snow-covered Olympic Mountains majestic on the horizon across the Puget Sound with the many glass skyscrapers gleaming in dramatic hues. Breakfast is a couple of cuts above the typical hotel breakfast, umbrellas are available for checkout, and the staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seattle.

I visit Seattle frequently for business and typically stay at a pineapple near the University. After disappointing visits, high fees and subpar rooms at the other hotel I decided to try Staybridge in Fremont. I really enjoyed my stay and would 100% stay here every time. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the full kitchen is a nice added benefit, the AC is real central AC so it keeps the room cool without blowing directly on you, the beds are comfortable and the rooms are really quiet. The location is great, close to Fremont, gas works park, the Space Needle and Uber/Lyft are always minutes away. The hotel has a nice large gym. Full hot free breakfast and happy hour food. The rooftop deck is spectacular, I had coffee up there every morning. And if you have a dog there is a great dog run. There are also nice couches and chairs on the first level where people would sit at night eating/drinking. All of this and zero scammy amenity fees. Great hotel, will def be back!

The room was clean, spacious, very nice with a view of the mountains in the distance, albeit a clearer day than we had with the smoke from fires in Canada. Our shower had 1 grab bar, though pics show more in some. Request a bathmat if none, as tub floor is slippery, wife finding out the hard way. Deskpersons friendly and very helpful. Breakfast better than most places we have stayed.

We stayed in this hotel on a week night as we had business in Seattle. The check-in clerk was extremely enthusiastic and helpful and welcoming! She gave us all the information we needed. We already knew that on-site parking would be an additional fee, first come, first served, and we did get a spot. I was able to use reward points and cash for the room, which made the stay extremely affordable. We had a spacious suite with bed, pull-out couch, and a full kitchen! By full kitchen, I mean a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, coffee-maker, and pots and pans! The hotel was exactly what we needed, and the room was clean. Also, breakfast was included in the fee, and vegetarian options were available for us. The hotel was quiet, too, except for the wall heater, which was noisy when it came on. We were able to control the temperature with a wall thermostat. Overall, our experience was good, and we will stay here again when we have business in Seattle.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable; close to ride shares and deliveries if needed. Staff is excellent from front desk (Trey) to breakfast and social hour (Mayra) friendly and customer oriented. Food was ok, we enjoyed the breakfasts and social hour. Loved the rooftop patio and outside patio downstairs when it was no too smoky., great that they both had fireplaces with inclement weather. Room was decent, bed and linens comfortable. They tried to give us a room away from traffic noise which was literally impossible but we slept fine except for a few disruptions. It was great that we were near the stairs. Negative was the water temperature not hot enough and maintenance said it was at max and the fact that it is on a busy street so not condusive to walking but everything else for our stay was nice. If your looking for a comfortable and clean suite hotel stay here!

Stayed here 2 nights with the family and would stay here again. Affordable and not far from downtown Seattle. It's on a busy street located in a residential area. Room was spacious and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything needed. Nothing fancy about the bathroom but it was clean. Hotel breakfast was always good: eggs/omelette, sausage/bacon, waffle maker, fresh fruits, breads, hot oatmeal, yogurt, etc. There’s even a soda machine in the breakfast area. Staff in the breakfast was very nice. She noticed our young child and talked with my wife and let her know that she had left some zoo passes at the front desk. They have a happy hour on Monday-Wednesday with some food and drinks. I didn't join but i heard it was nice to have. Parking was $25 a night. Would be great if it was free.

This was my first time in Seattle. I had no idea where to book . I came in 2 days early for a cruise. I checked in late at night. Check in was very friendly. Within 10 minutes I received a text asking if I was happy with my room. My room was very nice and clean . The bed was extremely comfortable. A great bathroom. I added the breakfast package . I recommend this . It was probably one of the best breakfast menus I have seen . They have a beautiful outdoor patio with fireplaces. A convenient walk to Pikes Peak Market and downtown area. Shuttle service was $10 for the cruise ships . If back in Seattle I would stay here again , a very safe area . Kristin in the bar was excellent to the bar as it was busy . Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for a night this week. Check in was quick and the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. My 7th floor room was spacious, clean and modern with a comfortable bed and a good coffee machine. The ensuite was modern and the shower pressure was good. Location is excellent- plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, a short walk from Lake Union and good transport links with the rest of Seattle.

I stayed here on my way to Portland for business. This is a rare animal indeed - Even hotels are thin on the ground and totally absent from Europe. I’d stayed in the one in NYC but found this hotel altogether more friendly, spacious and generally better thought-out. The receptionist was most amenable and responded to my barrage of questions. The room was large and well appointed with a nice large window - not a great view but that cannot be helped. The hotel is very practical for local things - obviously the lake, but also the museum and the seaplane base. More down to earth there are a couple of nice quick service restaurants within moments, a CVS barely two blocks away and the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens but a short walk away. Breakfast was tasty but I did feel that the staff member deserved to have someone helping her - although it was quiet when I went for mine, it got super busy later. She did everything she could to work fast and efficiently and deserves credit for handling the rush so well.

Great location, a couple of blocks from Lake Union, in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel one morning, and I do not recommend it. It was overpriced and mediocre. I do recommend the Portage Bay Cafe for breakfast. We went there one morning, and it was excellent.

Helpful staff. Spacious, clean, and quiet room. Yoga equipment in the room was a plus. Comfortable beds. Convenient restaurant in the hotel. The room location was on the first floor facing the courtyard so we were not able to open the shades. The area had limited dining options within a walking distance. Most cafes, etc. were closed on the weekend.

The General Manager, Bill, was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff in the Breakfast buffet were not friendly. Sadly, they were curt and never checked back with us if we needed more water or coffee. It is sad since the General Manager was so accommodating.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff is very friendly and so helpful! Our stay included breakfast and was very good too. Room was very clean, stocked, and smelled very clean. Bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, also other soaps and lotions. The mattress was SO SOFT and so COMFY. The best! Everything around the area was very convenient. Shopping mall, restaurants, target, gas stations. Only thing we really disliked was the parking. We paid $15 a day and we always got stuck parking in the way back. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is convenient, clean and comfort. The only thing I want to complain about is about the breakfast. At the breakfast buffet, coffee, water and juice were brought by the waiters but didn’t seem to be friendly enough from their faces that I was afraid of asking for refills.

I just love this hotel , it’s clean and convenient , walkable distance to the Mall . This is the 2nd time coming to this hotel my boyfriend and I we love it . We asked to check it earlier and they agreed which made our life easier . And they do offer free breakfast and they do have a Bar lounge for drinks and food . The Ambience is amazing

Came here to unwind. Pretty nice little getaway. Our room was nice and clean. Had the city view. Overall good except no pool to relax or Jacuzzi especially its in Seattle where rain comes and goes and just wanna have a little chill night. But other than that everything is convenient

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and convenient. The amenities were awesome, including the pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a little unorganized and chaotic, but I'm sure it was because of the crowd of people leaving on a cruise all at the same time that made it difficult to enjoy breakfast. The coffee and food items needed to be replaced too quickly, but the staff handled the rush well and were so friendly that it made up for it! I would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. Restaurants, malls and stores close by. Walked from hotel to the Market & Pier most days, but we don’t mind walking a bit to get around. Uber’s we a great option as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel at night and wondered what the empty shelves by the elevators were for. It was a pleasant surprise in the morning when they were full of hot coffee, fruit, granola bars, cereal, milk, juice and yogurt, especially on the days when the breakfast room was busy. Was wonderful to walk over and grab coffee (with flavoured creamers I might add) and head back to the room and enjoy. I believe this was on each floor. There is a great little Italian place right next door to the hotel as well as a star bucks and subway across the street. Lots of unique restaurants nearby as well. We were accidentally charged for room service our kids paid for with cash and when I asked about it at check out there were no problems getting our money back. There is a cute little pub to sit at in the common area as well as nice cold ice water set out to drink. This was important to us as it was very hot during our time in Seattle. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Was a great bang for our buck!

The hotel was very clean and the room was very spacious. We loved the complimentary coffee in the lobby offered all day. And it was so cool to wake up to a coffee bar and breakfast items on our floor. The room service was great, and the breakfast was always good. The staff was all wonderful and so welcoming! The location was also good it wasn't far from Seattle Center to the Waterfront. But also it wasn't in-between the busiest of the city, we still had peace and quiet. Our room view wasn't much of the city but you can still see tall buildings and cars driving by. Loved the trees it was pretty in the wind and gave more privacy to have to have the shades open. There was a few good food options around walking disntance too. I would definitely stay again and also recommend it to others. Thank-you!

Expensive, but worth the location and amenities. No pool, but great (small) gym, free breakfast, bar in the lobby, and onsite (paid) parking garage. Elevators were making funny noises and seemed to need some maintenance, but got us where we needed to go. Breakfast was pretty well stocked each day, and staff was very friendly. Room was clean, spacious, and was comfortable. Location is within decent walking distance of a lot of touristy attractions (15-20 min walk), but onsite secured parking garage if you need a car. Would highly recommend & would stay again!

Room was spacious and clean and good smelling with a full kitchen. Bed was very comfortable and overall a quiet and peaceful place. Included parking is a great asset as we were driving, and the included breakfast was delicious and a great start for the day.

I chose this property because it is more modern and intimate than the other airport Hiltons, and it's got a great little bar and restaurant. What really shines through, though, is the customer service. Dolly at arrival and Terra at the bar were both spectacular and made my stay memorable. The room itself was well appointed with nice finishes, locally themed art, and good lighting. The mattress was very comfortable, pillows ample, and I slept very well before my early flight. Despite the location right near planes and a busy intersection, my room was pitch black and quiet. The climate control worked perfectly, too. Finally a hotel room with a constant fan on setting that actually works. The hotel offers a shuttle to and from the airport on demand, and I was offered a trip to a highly recommend local restaurant as well. If I had to find a complaint somewhere, it's that there's no jacuzzi. All in all it's the best Hilton at SeaTac and I'll definitely be back.

The fitness center, front staff and other staff were very accomodating and nice to me. The restaurant area was spacious and very modern. Wonderful options. The one restaurant staff worker was not real nice but she may have been having a bad morning. Coffee was great and the scone. The underground parking garage was convenient and worked well. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The on site mini store was such a nice benefit/amenity as I had gotten to this hotel very very late and was thirsty and hungry. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again when traveling to or from the Seattle airport again.

This was our first trip to Seattle and we wanted a spacious room. We stayed in the King size room with bay view. The view did have a small view of the bay but not like I had hoped. More than half of the view were other buildings. Other than that we were completely happy with the room. It spacious and provided the comfort we needed for a week's stay. The full size refrigerator helped with leftovers from our meals and a microwave to heat things up. Restroom was large, however the shower and toilet were in the same room. It would be nice to have the toilet separate from the shower. The bed was comfortable and they also provided extra blankets and pillows. We had a living room with a TV as well as another TV in the bedroom. We also had a small dinning table to eat comfortably. The breakfast buffet was great. scrambled eggs, sausage, and toppings to make a Mexican taco.. cheese, pico de Gallo, seasoned meat or carnitas, and potatoes. they also had hot oatmeal with all the toppings as well as overnight oats or chia cups. They had a corner to make your own toast, bagel or english muffin. And they had yogurt. Plus orange juice. Oh they had a coffee and tea area that was available 24 hours. This was great! The front desk was very nice and helpful too.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a great central and safe location. It’s just a short walk to Space Needle, Pledge Arena and within a few blocks you’ll find great little restaurants and bars. We didn’t have a car and when we didn’t walk, public transportation is so easy to use, the bus stop is right by the hotel. The hotel rooms are very spacious, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. It was great to have the kitchenette. The daily breakfast was also nice with lots of options for everyone. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a very good experience at this hotel. Room was super clean and spacious. We had a king bed, which was comfy. In the room we also had a kitchen and there was a living room too, Our window had a bay view, which was so pretty. The staff were super helpful and very courteous. The location is excellent and within walking distance of the Space Needie and a 10 km walk along the water starting just in front of the hotel. Right beside the hotel is a restaurant /pub called the Queen Anne Beer Hall in a cool old armoury serving up local beer and yummy pub food. Neat local right next to the hotel. The only thing I’d say could be improved on is the huge parking price per night $45 US and the daily breakfast which was passable. We used to come to this hotel before Covid and they had waffles but that is no longer. I’d say their breakfast has too much processed food and not a lot of fresh food options. Scrambled commercial eggs, second rate sides like hash browns and inedible sausages. They did have bagels, quick oats, and some fruit which were the best things I could eat. At any rate, we love this hotel and will be staying again!

Stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom suite. Checked in using the app but digital key always seem to be a problem to obtain and ended up at reception to get the digital key authorised. The room itself is incredibly spacious and well laid out. The lounge area is comfortable with plenty of space to work. The kitchenette clean and the fridge is large and clean although there was an odour so didn’t keep anything in it. Bathroom is okay albeit fairly small with plenty of clean towels and toiletries. Bed comfortable and slept amazingly every night. Ac unit was a bit noisy with the controls behind the television made it a little difficult to see the panel to control it. I guess the main letdown is the breakfast with the hot items lukewarm at best except the oatmeal which was piping hot with a nice selection of toppings. Overall great but the price per night paid I would have expected a better quality breakfast offered.

Great place, we loved the room. It had all the amenities we needed and then some. Very spacious and clean, with a great view of the Puget Sound. Daily breakfast and coffee bar were great and convenient. The staff were great and very helpful from the minute we arrived. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved our stay at the Seattle Waterfront Marriott. The rooms were modern and spacious and offered gorgeous water & mountain view’s—such a nice way to start and end each day. The location couldn’t be better: we were steps away from the newly updated Seattle waterfront area filled with fun shops, dining options and tons of viewpoints. There is also a free waterfront shuttle that takes you to Pioneer Square/Stadiums. There was even an elevator steps away from the hotel that zipped us up to the Pike Place Market. The market is always a fun place to explore. The hotel has a fresh, modern feel to it and all the staff were genuinely friendly and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Our status included the breakfast buffet at the hook & plow restaurant which had lots of yummy breakfast options.

We originally had a reservation at a nearby Kimpton, but due to unforeseen issues, we were unable to stay there. The Kimpton team kindly reached out to the Seattle Marriott Waterfront, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness and care that any frustration from earlier completely melted away. Charlie at the front desk was absolutely amazing—warm, helpful, and genuinely adorable in the best way. Not only did she accommodate us on short notice, but they also upgraded our room with a beautiful view and added a few thoughtful perks that made us feel truly welcomed. The location is unbeatable—right on the waterfront and close to everything you’d want to see in Seattle. The restaurant onsite was fantastic, with both delicious food and great service. Our room was spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. Truly, not a single complaint—just gratitude for turning a stressful situation into a peaceful and memorable stay. Thank you, Seattle Marriott Waterfront. We’ll absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Seattle Marriott Waterfront. The location couldn’t be better—everything is within easy walking distance, from sightseeing to restaurants, and it’s just a short walk to the cruise ship terminal. Our top-floor corner room was extremely spacious, with a large balcony and stunning views that made the stay even more memorable. The rooms are well-appointed and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing before and after travel. A special highlight was the outstanding service from Sana at valet. He genuinely cares about the guests! He was very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He personally delivered our luggage to and from the cruise ship and even arranged early morning transportation to the airport at 5am, which gave us total peace of mind. Stayed for 5 nights back in January of this year with my daughter and I have to say I was very impressed. Check-in was super quick and easy and they even upgraded our room (thru AMEX) to a corner waterfront suite!! Room was very spacious, comfortable bed though on the firmer side, and the views were fantastic! It was theraputic to just sit and watch the ferries go back and forth and enjoy the activty and views of the water and surrounding area. Bathroom was also nicely appointed and everything was kept very clean. Didn't experience much exterior noise in the room even though there was some construction going on in the street at the time of stay. With our stay, a complimentary daily breakfast was also included and this provided usual faire such as bacon, eggs, fruit, coffee, OJ, etc...Nice and convenient, however, you may want to skip it a day or two and try some offerings in the city to change it up (especially to get your Seattle coffee fix)!!. Location was great by the waterfront, however, you are also close walking distance to Pike Place as well as the other touristy spots on the waterfront. Would 100% stay here again if I came back.

We spent one night here prior to the start of our cruise. It's literally across the street from the NCL port (Pier 66) so it couldn't have been more convenient. It's also within walking distance of the waterfront with the big Ferris wheel and quite a few restaurants. You can also walk to the Pike Place Market. There's a lot to do and see there. (The Gum Wall (yuk!), the original Starbucks, the fish market (duck!)) They don't offer a shuttle so our taxi to the hotel from SEATAC was ~$65 so keep that in mind. You can do the light rail for only about $6 but we didn't want to deal with the walk from the station to the hotel with all our luggage. The lady we dealt with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We were early but she had a room and got us checked in. They charge you a $30 "destination fee" and, while they give you a voucher for the bar/restaurant, I'm really tired of being nickeled and dimed to death when a room is close to $600/night after adding all the taxes and fees. Charging almost $6 for a bottle of Coke just added to the insult. The property and the room were fresh, clean and modern. We didn't experience any issues other than a sharp pain in the wallet. If I wasn't cruising, I would look for other options in the area to see if there's anything more reasonable. But if you're cruising NCL, this is the most convenient place to stay.

Love their jacuzzi suites! Perfect for a quick getaway. Staff is always friendly and work to solve any problems that may arise. Facilities are showing a little wear but the hotel is clean. I've stayed here many tes and I'm always satisfied. I'll be back.

Loved the Jacuzzi! Breakfast was great, waffles and all the fixings was beyond what we expected. Having access to free coffee in the lobby was the cherry on top.

When I first walked in, I noticed the size of the room and the cleanliness, the bed was super comfortable and I like that the tv moved so we could watch from the jacuzzi tub

Room I reserved was very clean, very spacious, very comfortable bed, all room amenities in perfect working order, including jacuzzi tub. Good selection continental breakfast , professional staff with smile, plenty parking including underground and incredibly quiet rooms for good night rest. Highly recommended if you need hotel in Bellevue

It was comfortable for two people. The king size bed was perfect. The jacuzzi tub was perfect, but no instructions, so we had to fiddle with it to see how or works, plus the button to turn on the jets was our of view from the tub and you had to step out the tub to turn it on, so it wasn't that convenient. Overall it was great. We didn't get a chance to have the breakfast, but I'm sure it was quality.

Trolly is so convenient. Pick up and drop off in front of hotel. Feels so much like home away from home. The breakfast is great, the Bar is convenient, and the jacuzzi is the best. I would recommend to stay here again on my next trip.

Stayed here 9 years ago and loved everything about it. Clean, comfortable, cozy, spacious, awesome breakfast, beautiful view! However, the trees that boarder the entrance is now blocking the lake view room we totally enjoyed. Highly suggest, they could be trimmed to a height for the lake view we payed for!!! Or, lower the room price! It's no longer considered a lake view room. Overall, a perfect place to stay that's close to all the sights to see.

July 29-Great Hotel and Staff Exceptionally clean room, lake view, balcony, kitchenette, and separate living and bedroom areas. The complimentary hot and cold breakfast choices were fresh, tasty, and well presented with real plates and silverware. South Lake area is very safe even during a 10pm walk around the museums and many dining areas and able to watch seaplanes take off from balcony. The staff was the best part of the stay. The manager, Jaeson, made sure we were completely happy with our room. We reported as lost my wife’s ankle brace and Jacob, from the front desk, found it and promptly brought it to our room. We would highly recommend this hotel to all and will return again.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family over NYE and it was wonderful. The weather was dry for the whole stay, and we were able to watch NYE show from Space Needle by walking only 8 mins to a nearby crossroad. The hotel is on the old side but well maintained. Clean, organized, and very spacious. Location is perfect. Staffs are outstanding. I am attempted to come back for July 4th too. Pros: 1. Free breakfast is average but acceptable. The space is huge and has four waffle makers. But it's early 6-9am. 2. Bus 70 stop at the front door and takes you everywhere to Seattle downtown every 10 mins. SLU streetcar and C line are half block away but 70 is the best. 3. My balcony has partial view of Lake Union. Even without view, one can always enjoy a lovely walk at Lake Union across the street. 4. Noise insulation seems good. I can hear loud music when passing my neighbor's front door but hear nothing inside of my room. 5. Good onsite entertainment: kid activity room has foosball and table hockey. Two TVs in 1-bedroom. Swimming pool is small though. Cons: 1. The pull-out sofa is cheap and narrow for two adults. The king bed is fine. 2. No oven or cutting board in kitchen, and thus many fast-food options are off table. 3. Long walk from many rooms to the central elevators, including mine. 4. I was charged $51+ for parking, even though I told the front desk on day 1 that I didn't bring a car. Called later and they refunded me immediately. I hope it's a one-time error.

We stayed at the Marriott for 5 nights during a visit to Seattle. It’s conveniently located close to Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, Seattle Aquarium and the Market/waterfront (each within 1.5 kms, so an easy walk). It’s a little further away from shopping areas and some of the nicer restaurants we went to (about 2 kms) and a little over 3 kms from the Space Needle and the museums in that area (it was still a walkable distance for us). The room was clean, spacious and quiet, other than sirens from emergency service vehicles (normal for any downtown) we didn’t hear any noise from adjacent rooms, which was great. We had a king bed, pull out couch and our room had a kitchenette (which we didn’t know about until we arrived) so it was like a little suite which was quite convenient. Parts of the neighbourhood were a little sketchy, there’s a large homeless population in Seattle, but we felt safe walking around, even late in the evening after a ball game. Like any big city, just be aware of your surroundings. Skip the restaurant at this hotel, you’ll find better meals elsewhere. Of their 4 elevators only one was functioning for our entire visit which made for long waits during busy times. From the signage it looks like the hotel used to have a pool, it no longer does. It does have a fitness centre and guest laundry on site.

The front desks, security and staff were friendly and welcoming. There's free Starbucks coffee available at the front desk where you can grab it on the go. The bed and sofa bed were really comfortable. with soft and clean bedsheet. The bathroom was clean and the hot water in the shower ran well. The location is really close to the underground train stop and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes near by,

It was a lovely and comfortable room. Cool city view. Floor to ceiling windows. Beautiful spacious bathroom. The one thing i would complain about is; why supply a delicious Seattles Best coffee and then offer the cheapie coffee whitener packets? It was a GREAT cup of coffee I once i found 1/2&1/2.

The staff was wonderful. Every member of staff from the valet, front desk, to housekeeping were friendly and helpful. We were there for a Seahawks game and the location of the hotel was perfect. There are so many cool bars and restaurants within a short walking distance. The room was spacious and very clean. We have stayed at many hotels in that area for games and this is our favorite. This will be our game day hotel from now on.

Found the hotel very nice inside. Room was pleasant with king bed being very comfortable. Bathroom has tub/shower which was ok - water pressure could have been better but overall was good. Limited coffee in room and free coffee in lobby (which was available only by a single automated coffee machine which seemed to have problems) was disappointing given that most hotels of even the most basic service have brewed free coffee readily available. Biggest plus for this hotel was location in the heart of the city with multiple transportation options available immediately nearby - best of those options was the light rail system which ran as far south as SeaTac Airport and north past UW. We were in town for football games at UW and at Seattle Lumen Field and both of those destinations were just minutes away on the Light Rail System from the station which was only a half-block away from this hotel. Hotel also had a restaurant inside which had good food with fast service (albeit a bit pricy) when we needed a quick bite. Would stay at this hotel again on future trips.

Location is great, secure and safe property, clean and properly maintained. Very comfortable pillow top bed, and fantastic pillows! (Even extra) The merging of the two check in locations had us confused for a moment but found the Bigfoot tracks to elevator very helpful. After that there was signage to guide us to the correct location to check in. Our room is very spacious, with everything included. Perfect for any length of stay! I’m a huge coffee drinker (true PNW) and the struggle is real when staying elsewhere. Usually the coffee is limited, quality is so-so and the amount of sugar/creamer is a joke…. WELL NOT HERE FOLKS!! I’m beyond happy to report to all those fellow coffee lovers - this property had it all. A FULL size coffee pot, two large bags of coffee incase one pot wasn’t enough 😆 and get this…. A HUGE bowl full of the necessary stuff like creamer, sugar, sweeteners…🤯 this will be on our favorites list for future trips. #mylivelyreviews

Staybridge was the perfect base for our 5 night visit to Seattle. The hotel was a 15 minute walk to the Space Needle area. Pike Place was a longer walk but totally manageable also. Bus stops for the c line and line 70 were within a few minutes walk of the hotel and we used those to get to the docks for the ferries and sea taxis. The area around the hotel was calm and we found our room quiet (4th floor and not facing a road) despite Mercer Street being a busy road. The King studio room was spacious and light and the area around the hotel was calm. All spaces in the studio were very clean. There was a huge fridge with a big freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a microwave oven as well as a toaster and a drip coffee machine. We found all the staff to be very helpful and friendly and appreciated having laundry facilities at our disposal. Plenty of restaurants close by if you do want to eat out. We would definitely stay here again !

We used the hotel as a mid-holiday recharge/base. Loved the equipped kitchen & large fridge/freezer which meant we could have the comforts of home as it's amazing how you miss being able to open the fridge for a drink of milk etc. I used the sofa bed (family room) for 5 nights and it's surprisingly comfy, no back ache and I'm 220lb. Laundry room was very good along with free dryers (reception have a "pantry" type section next to it and sold individual wash pods which was very cost effective). Breakfast was free and it showed, but it wasn't bad - good choice of coffee, fruit/cereal, cooked breakfast (that changed everyday). Outside area within the hotel was really nice and peaceful with a good bar that had a bit of life in it. Area was nice & safe (if bland), but Union lake is only a 5 min walk, 10 mins to the QFC supermarket & 15 mins to the space needle. Streetcars are frequent and pretty quick into Seattle's more touristy parts too. Taxis were generally quick but the Hotel is near a major intersection so a pop around a couple of corners in rush hour is advised.

Friendly staff at check-in, helpful folks all around. Room was super clean as well as all bedding, and had different types of comfy pillows to choose from. Compact, easy to use space, had anything needed available. Close to various restaurants, all walkable.

Everything was actually amazing wuth the hotel room. I wasnt expecting an island area and mini kitchen space within the king bedroom. A giant GE microwave, a full size fridge, a cooking top, dishwasher, clean utensils and crockery, pots and a pan! Bathroom was very clean. The whole space qas very well lit. Ofcourse tv was there too. Super comfy. Yes this all come with a price but when you need a two night stay urgently such places make you feel delighted. Breakfast was reasonable and front desk staff was very nice at the check in. Do try this place.
