We stayed at the Mona Lisa apartment house, which is part of the Central Hotel Binz. It was wonderful. Very nice, cozy, and comfortable apartment. Located at the beginning of the Fußgänger zone, we could walk to the beach and promenade in 10 minutes. Central Hotel is located with the restaurant Plattduutsch, one of the best in Binz and the island of Rugen. Great breakfast and friendly service.

Binz is definitely the best town in Rügen to stay in, a very nice promenade, a pleasant main street, a gorgeous wide beach strip, houses with beautiful architecture, many good cafes and restaurants, a beautiful lakeside in addition. The accommodation was in a very lovely house, the apartment was large, the whole apartment was covered by a carpet that seemed new and was very nice and soft underfoot, balconies in both rooms, lots of windows, very cozy lighting, we were very satisfied. Parking in front of the house or in the parking lot 100m away. Cafes for breakfast right on the same street or make your own breakfast in your room - all possibilities are available.

We stayed for two nights and three days, the familyroom was in a very nice shape, suited our family (two kids 13 and 16) very well. A large double bed and bedsofa for the kids. Very Happy with the flat Mona Lisa. Close to the beach and to all nice resturants. The breakfast was nice located possible to eat outsider and good varaity of options. One small area for improvement is the service level of the restaurant personel at breakfast, not a smile, no welcome, seemed painful when we asked for hot water to tea. We liked the pot of coffees serviced on the table, nothing missing. More on the how the services was conducted.

A pretty big room on the first floor. On-site parking was a bit tight but ok. The location was brilliant as everything was in front of the hotel. The restaurant food was really good & the staff were friendly & helpful.

We had a wonderful time with our kids. We stayed for 3 nights. The apartments were clean, safe, comfortable and had the necessary materials for a family stay. The sauna was spotless and well equipped. The staff was flexible and always helpful. The cold & rainy weather at the time was not the best and still we had an amazing time.

The view was amazing! House located close to the nature, you could hear only birds around :) The sauna every evening is a great opportunity to rest after whole day of walking. We didn't use the breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful (english speaking as well). We will come back for sure!

The hotel is located close to the main road and is very convenient for exploration of island. The staff was very attentive, though did not speak English very well. The apartments are well prepared and very quite. Breakfast included hot and cold dishes though a range was not very vast.

There is no better place so far we stayed in between Binz and Prora. Our family spend every summer in this destination and this hotel apartment was the best so far. It’s close to the beach and pools are just excellent. Someone even made water in a pool a bit warmer when the day become a bit colder! What a client orientation, super! Apartment was just perfect, spacious, amazing terrace, fully equipped kitchen (even butter dish was there, wow!). If you read my feedback and trying to save money by choosing something else, don’t waste your time. This place is a perfect spot to spend awesome vacation (we did 4 weeks and loved it).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Mariandl bietet eine sehr gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Selbstverpflegung vor Ort ist durch den Supermarkt in der Nähe sichergestellt. Die Lage am Strand ist perfekt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Für unser Elektroauto hätte ich mir eine Ladestation gewünscht. Außerdem hätte ich mir noch ausführlichere Informationen zu den Angeboten beziehungsweise Öffnungszeiten im Haus gewünscht. Andere Häuser haben ganze Mappen, hier musste ein DIN-A vier Zettel reichen. Dies kann ja auch gern per QR-Code erfolgen.

Lovely hosts, cute property in a great location - very quiet although a bit remote from the rest of the island. The breakfast was fantastic and the room was very spacious. The wifi was fast and reliable and the showers were just perfect too!

The location was perfect, at the top of the hill, away from the main strip and arguably the most beautiful hotel in the area. There were lots of great walking trails from there, boat trips and a steam railway, all nearby. The hotel is quiet, newly renovated and very clean, yet retains some of the old charm, with excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, changing slightly every day and using local ingredients, specifically the diary, which was very good. There was also always a tasty vegan option, as well as fish, cheese and meats. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating to our every need. We dined in one night and the food was great. We also booked a time slot in the sauna, which was very nice. The bathroom in the room was big and spacious. The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and did a great job cleaning the room each day, leaving it in a really welcoming way. This hotel certainly has a family-run warmth to it, which runs through all the staff and attention to detail within the hotel, yet remains extremely discrete and professional on a service level. Would highly recommend.

Chateaubriand with truffle potato purée with truffles and with extra sause - all was perfect! Dinner, dish itself and atmosphere in reastaurant with frinedly and perfect stuff, all was high class. We were delighted with this sauce and my husbond asked how they make it, and Chef himslef came to greet us and talked with us about it… and full process takes in total 2 days to finish it. We were delighted. Also in the morning before or after the breakfast in Cacadu bar of restaurant there is possibility from 06-11 that you sit there take some coffee or capucino and some snack (not paying extra for this) and to enjoy in beautiful view. All was perfect and I recommend this place. We will come back for sure. All was worth of money we spent.

My family and I absolutely LOVED the Kurhaus. The room was spectacular and the views from our many windows were just fabulous. Looked forward to breakfast each day. It was just so yummy and the choices ...too many to choose from! They even got the breakfast egg spot on. I like a soft boiled egg in the morning and most hotels do not offer them or just cannot get it right. Not so the Kurhaus! Breakfast was just AMAZING. The food offered for dinner was equally great. Our son loved the duck and said it was the best he ever had. The room our son was staying in was a double bedroom with sea view and balcony. Really nice and perfect for him. We used the swimming pool and steam rooms. Wish that we could go back. The reception team are welcoming esp Frau Seybold. The team in the restaurant are very customer orientated and make sure that everything is just perfect. Will we be back??? You can count on it. We had just the most wonderful time.

Breakfast and dinner were amazing, all is very tasty, fresh and amazing variety to choose. You can also have tea\coffee with cake during the day, it is also very delicious. The room has an breathtaking view to the sea. The SPA area is big enough and there are several saunas to every tasty. I enjoyed my two days stay there and will return there for sure in summer.

We liked absolutely everything about the stay. Check-in was fast and easy, staff was great and spoke English well. Apartments were spacious and comfy. There was a little kitchenette with a kettle, microwave oven and tea/coffee. Location is superb - a nice shopping street (Hauptstrasse) with many souvenir shops and cafes are in just 2 minutes walk, beach and the Sea Bridge (Seebrücke) are in 4 minutes.

Centrally located, super clean, great breakfast, free of charge pick up and drop off service and a really nice spa area with different saunas and a big pool. The room was spacious and had a comfy bed and pillows. For the most part very friendly staff.

Parking our car was also made easy.

The included breakfast was amazing. Very clean and modern, yet cozy vibe. The location is central and close to the beach, pier, shops, and cafes. The spa with sauna and steam room was so comforting after hiking on a rainy day.

We loved the stylish room, delicious breakfast and amazing Spa area. All we wanted is two days away from the city and a little bit of ocean. Britz is a senior citizens paradise but the hotel appeals to all (adult) ages. Everything was very thought through and there was luxury to be had at every corner. Big kudos for the Spa Bags, the friendly staff and diverse breakfast options.

Wir waren im EG Appartement im Dezember. Geräumig, moderne und gemütliche Einrichtung, grosse Fensterfront mit tollem Blick aufs Wasser, sauber, kuschlig warm, alles super. Die Küche ist in einem Schrank versteckt - toll gelöst. Einzig die Matratzen waren recht hart aber wir haben sofort Topper bekommen, mit denen es dann ging. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ganz tolle, sehr gut durchdachte Anlage. Sehr gutes Mittag und Abendessen im Restaurant Komoran nebenan, mit sehr freundlichem und engagierten Koch. Bedienung nett aber etwas lustlos. Es wäre toll gewesen, wenn das Frühstück mit dem tollen Essen hätte mithalten können. Insgesamt waren wir trotz Empfehlung sehr positiv überrascht. Preis-Leistung schwer zu Toppen.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön da wir uns im Hotel Wohlgefühl haben es ist ein ruhiges Hotel mit sehr herzlicher Führung .Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder.

Das Hotel meerblau hat eine sehr gute Lage mitten in Sellin. Der Südstrand ist nur ca. 600 m entfernt. Das Hotel hat sehr schöne Zimmer und ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Hotel buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Nautilus. Die Anlage befindet sich direkt am Bodden. Von der Terrasse unseres Zimmers hatten wir einen schönen Ausblick darauf. Wer eine ruhige naturnahe Lage bevorzugt, wird sich hier sehr wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer bzw. Suiten sind modern im maritimen Stil eingerichtet. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Das Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl, insbesondere die Auswahl an frisch aufgeschnittenem Obst und das leckere Rührei stachen dabei hervor. Das Personal war stets feundlich und zuvorkommend. Kostenfreie Parkplätze waren in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden.

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer sehr ruhigen Lage mit einem super Restaurant im Objekt. Etwas ungünstig ist ein Saunabesuch zu bewerkstelligen, hier ist der Schlüssel immer an der Rezeption zu holen wenn er denn mal da ist. Hier wäre es gut wenn man mit dem Zimmerschlüssel in die Sauna käme. Auch ist der Saunabereich etwas klein und wer in den Fitnessbereich möchte muss durch die Sauna gehen. Ansonsten war alles super, sehr nettes Personal und sehr zu empfehlen sind die Kapitänssuiten

Der Wreechener Hof hat mich mit einem freundlichen Ambiente empfangen. Der Service ist herzlichen und die Küche hervorragend. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Rezeption hat hat freundlich die Ankunft und Abreise bearbeitet. Sogar eine kurzfristige Reservierung für das Theater in Putbus erfolgte noch kurz vor Dienstschluss. Alles sehr gut und nur weiter zu empfehlen.

The location was perfect for us. We were about 2 blocks from the beach on the Main Street in Binz. The hotel was cute with a popular restaurant and patio out front. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel room was basic and comfortable with a little refrigerator and a balcony. They had their own parking spots behind the hotel which was very convenient. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!!!

We loved this hotel as it gave us the perfect springboard to explore the Island of Rugen and more importantly relax. The spa facilities were great to unwind or escape the rain outside and my wife recommends the whole body massage. The buffet breakfast was sufficiently varied not to have the same meal twice during a five day stay. The quality of hotel was typified by the fine art in the restaurant and common areas, even the the corridors and room art was better than most hotel I've stayed in. The staff were very welcoming and had time to talk. Top tip - Ask for a room at the sea end of corridor for an excellent view of the sea, especially when sitting on the balcony/ veranda.

A quiet atmosphere - away from town and with forest on one side and view of yacht harbour from breakfast table and in our case from balcony. (Great breakfast by the way) More busy resort towns can be reached easily by car or the closest on one day bike trips (17 km each way). Enjoyed indoor swimming pool as well as the special hot pools - generally great relaxing atmosphere - for us a great base for exploring Rugen.

Clean and welcoming swimming pools, both fresh and salt water with all necessary gear - bathrobes, towels. Splendid breakfasts, one of the best I've had at a hotel.

A hotel in a historic building, right by the sea, overlooking the yacht harbor. The room is truly large and spacious, with a terrace. A big and cozy inner courtyard, perfectly suited for breakfast and dinner during the warm season. The spa area with a swimming pool is very useful after a long walk. Breakfast is quite plentiful.

One of the most beautiful settings one can imagine. Close to the train station and you can rent bikes for the many, many biking trails and road to get around the island. Very nice, clean hotel with modern bathrooms. Super location on side street just off the main boulevard in Sellin. Parking for a fair fee (8 euro/night) in front of hotel and in side parking lot. No other place to park, so you are at mercy of all the hotels charging a parking fee. Breakfast was good with many choices other than croissants or pastries.

Hier kann man entspannt Erholung finden. Es wurde an alles gedacht, freundlicher Willkommensgruß mit einer reichlichen Getränkeauswahl erwarteten uns in der Villa Österreich. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger und direkter Lage an einem kleinen Kurpark und ist nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Binzer Seebrücke entfernt. In der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank ♡

Guests have use of the sauna and swimming pool at the nearby VNU Hotel (at the top of the hill) for EUR15. This under repair on the first night but I did use it on the 2nd night, they do ask you to wear flip flops or other bathing shoes. The hotel is handy for the REWE supermarket and shops. The Rasender Roland steam railway station is about 15 minutes walk away uphill but there is also a funicular railway. This railway was the main reason for my visit. The station restaurant is very good for meals. I had a day out in Binz which has plenty of shops and nice walks along the beach, also a larger REWE supermarket.

We stayed at Hotel Imperial on the isle of Rügen for two nights and didn't regret our decision at all. The house is located at the famous beach promenade of Binz just a few steps from the beautiful sea. Since all rooms facing the sea directly where already booked we choose a room at the side of the building instead, but still had a very nice view of the seaside from our balcony, which was small but clean and beautiful. The staff was very polite, professional and friendly. The breakfast included in the price for our room was good, but nothing extraordinary. A very nice service was a daily printout you could find at each table every morning, detailing various events and activities for that particular day the hotel was recommending (rides with the special historic local train "Rasender Roland", comedy shows in the evening etc.). One thing I didn't like about the breakfast was that it seemed to be mandatory. If you plan to eat somewhere else there doesn't seem to be an option to book the rooms without breakfast. The prices of the rooms where quiet high, but given it's location that was perhaps to be expected. As a conclusion I would say this hotel is definitely worse a recommendation if you want to relax at a nice and warm hotel near to the beautiful seaside of Rügen, even though it's a little pricey.

Hotel "Imperial" is a totally renovated, charming hotel dating back to "imperial times". It is comfortably set back from the Promenade of this splendid resort town--crossing the walk you have immediate, free access to the sandy, endless beaches of Binz. The hotel sports a spacious breakfast room with a garden view; breakfast is excellent and includes fish from the sea. From the balcony of our 3rd floor room we had a beautiful view across the pine trees marking the coast line to the beach; the room was not too large but spacious enough for an extended stay. Binz is ideally located for drives to the limestone cliffs--not of Dover but of the island of Rügen--and to the tip of the island, Kap Arkona. In both instances long walks take you to these sights--no direct car access. And there are direct InterCity trains from major German cities for travelers without cars.

Spent 4 nights on business in Binz last week and stayed in the Hotel Imperial. My single room was perfect - on the corner of the rear of the hotel with a lovely balcony which was sunny in the evenings when I returned from work. The room had windows on both corner so I was able to open both windows so the room was very cool so made it easy to sleep. The hotel is right on the front very close the pier. I was able to swim before breakfast and after work - perfect. Receptionist very helpful and friendly. Staff in the breakfast room also very welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is cosy and clean, with tv, waterbed, bathroom with shower, sink and wc.breakfast is good, you can have boiled eggs, extra large Cappuccino, different sorts of bread, cheese, ham and fish. Also Cornflakes, cereals and different kinds of fruits are available. The Restaurant looks nice, but for us meals are too big, too fat and not really cheap. But don't worry, there are some other fine restaurants. Over all, a nice place to stay.

We were really thankful to them as they were able to arrange a later checkin for us, this worked really well and all the staff was welcoming. The room was very clean and cozy with attention to details and some smaller things that just make your stay nicer. We also liked breakfasts and how they are served. The hotel is located on the main street super close to the famous Sellin pier and restaurants and can easily be recommended if you book your stay in Sellin.

The location was perfect, just 15’ walk to the main pier and located in the main street full of bars and restaurants. The apartment was also very clean and fully equipped. The receptionist also gave us a pass for 3 hours of spa (at a very reasonable price)

We had an Apartment on the ground Floor which was ideal for our Family. The Apartment Faced a Park area with lots of trees and a Play area for kids with table Tennis, so very peaceful, Safe and easy for the kids to get outside. Also the Beach was just a Short Walk through the Park (5 Minutes). The Beach was nice and clean with wonderful, white Sand. There was also a Soccer Court, where the Kids made some new friends. Nice, clean public toilets all the way on the boardwalk. Access to the toilets was included in the Binz Bay Card we got when we checked in. The boardwalk to Central Binz was well kept. It tool about 15 minutes to Walk down town. The Apartment was also Nice and modern with a Kitchenette where we ended up cooking most of our meals. There was a bakery very close by and a grocery store a Short Walk away. And last, but not least, there was a great spa in the Hotel with Pools and saunas that the whole Family could enjoy. We wished we had booked the place for å few more Nights and would defiintely go again.

Excellent spa, lovely apartments and super location. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were excellent.

This is a hotel accessed from both the promenade - by a side entrance, or the main road that runs parallel to the promenade where the main entrance is. The hotel itself is clean and modern. Our room had a nice balcony overlooking the main road at the front of the hotel. Breakfast was very nice - served in the adjoining restaurant. The location is convenient for the railway station. Binz is a splendid holiday location and deserves to be better known by British visitors to Germany.

Loved that dogs were so welcomed- they offer a dog bed, blanket, towel and food/water bowls free of charge (the dog stay cost 12 euro per day extra). Bed was comfortable, TV was sizeable and had easy access to the HDMI ports- WiFi was also quite speedy, enough that we were able to stream some shows. The 3 saunas were also nice (if a bit of a maze to get to), not too overwhelming - a perfect amount for an hour or so relaxation after long day hikes! It would be cool if it were open more during the day (current operating times are 3 pm - 10 pm) The breakfast at Strandluecke had a large variety, very nice staff, everything was delicious! The offer also varied slightly from day to day. Their dinner though is also INCREDIBLE, definitely worth a visit.

It was well equipped, clean and comfortable. Balcony was cosy. A great Sauna.

The flat was super clean and was very comfortable. In the kitchen we had everything we needed for cooking, of course we had to buy our own groceries ;) the sauna and wellness facilities are also a great value. We could have extra towels there, so it is not necessary to bring more.

We stayed here 4 nights. The guesthouse/hotel was close to the main part of the popular resort of Sellin, but cheaper than some of the flashy, renovated old timber homes that had been converted into hotels. The guesthouse had lots if charm and atmosphere. I liked the decorations/memorabilia in the breakfast room. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, with a lounge. There was no wi-fi which was a let down. The notes for guests folder explained this was a result of most guests having their own internet on their phones - probably because most of the guests are German/European, but not us. The beds and pillows were not as firm as we would have liked, and, as has been the case all over Scandinavia and Germany, the duvet/doona was too hot for this time of year. The breakfast buffet was fine, with the usual choices. There were plenty of restaurants a short walk from the guesthouse for evening meals. This was a good location for exploring Rugen Island. We were very happy with the friendly manager and other staff. It is obviously geared for German tourists, but they made an effort to communicate with us, and we felt valued as guests.

To begin with, I booked the stay last minute and they were very kind and patient. As it is run by a family I felt warmth and felt safe and comfortable. Lastly, I was there for my birthday and they surprised me with chocolates and birthday notes in my room that made me feel special and emotional. The breakfast buffet was just perfect.

The staff is kind, and the breakfast is super, also the location is calm and quiet. Very clean and close to the beach. The room is very clean as well.

Travelling by bicycle, my husband, his sister and I randomly picked this delightful place because of reasonable price and convenience. But when we had bike problems and needed to extend our time on Rugen, our hosts went to great lengths to fit us in and help us, even lending us a car so we could continue to explore! Highly recommend this quiet accommodation, also delicious breakfast included in the price. Thanks to all the Kohler family!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet(ritterlich). Frühstück reichhaltig und ausgewogen sowie der Frühstücksherr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel war abgelegen,sodass man die Ruhe der Natur genießen konnte. Zum Strand nach Binz waren es 15mimuten Fußweg,perfekt. Das Auto konnte man stehen lassen alles war zu Fuß erreichbar (Sehenswürdigkeiten,Strand,Seebrücke Binz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Das Einchecken sowie Auschecken verlief reibungslos und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub im Landhaus Wächter 🤗 Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war super freundlich, hat uns alles gut erklärt, wir fühlten uns gleich wohl. Wir werden es gern weiterempfehlen und gern wiederkommen 🥰❤

Das Binz hotel Wächter hat einen sehr guten Eindruck hinter lassen. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvor kommend. Es wurde jede Erwartung und Wünsche erfüllt. Die Räumlichkeiten waren nett eingerichtet und sauber.

We booked this hotel for our 10 anniversary and were very happy with our experience. The staff is very attentive and helpful, the hotel went an extra mile to arrange for special amenities in our room. Restaurant has relaxed atmosphere and delicious menu. Breakfast had a very good selection and service was attentive and friendly Spa are and treatment was very relaxing. The building and interior is in excellent condition

Overall good impression, but way too overpriced for what it is. Nice comfortable room, could be better planning of bathroom and shower area, and not very convenient for charging devices. Also, too many additional charges for already expensive stay - parking is very expensive, sun chair is extra also - these could definitely be included in the price, plus tourist tax additionally. Breakfast is made to look fancy, when in reality could benefit from more variety and fresh ingredients.

I loved everything about this hotel: location, interior, staff, service. It couldn't have been better! My room was fantastic: Really big, stylishly furnished, fabulous view, balcony! The bathroom itself was spectacular: separate loo, huge shower room with rainforest shower head. Also, the hotel provided a crate and bowls for my dog, and they were very accommodating regarding a late checkout. True, the hotel is not cheap, but its worth every penny!

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch die Speisen im Restaurant waren ausgezeichnet. Die Anlage liegt in einem landschaftlich sehr schönen Gebiet. Zum schönen und sehr großen Park von Putbus sind es nur 1.3 Kilometer. Wir waren mehrmals dort. Es gibt dort auch ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit guten und sehr preisgünstigen Speisen (ehemaliger Marstall) . Es hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Wir haben vom Hotel aus auch eine sehr schöne Fahrradtour zu den Seebädern, Baabe, Göhren, Sellin und Binz gemacht Auch waren wir mit den Fahrrädern auf der Insel Hiddensee. Wir haben eine Wanderung von Sassnitz auf dem Küstenhöhenweg zum Königsstuhl gemacht. 16 Kilometer etwas anstrengend, aber ein Erlebnis. Stundenlang durch die UNESCO ausgezeichneten Buchenwälder, herrlich. Wir haben mit dem Auto auch noch weitere Ausflüge gemacht, z.B. zum Rügenmarkt nach Thiessow. Wir sind gleich nach dem Frühstück losgefahren und waren kurz nach der Eröffnung gegen 9.00 Uhr dort. Später gibt es lange Wartzeiten, da nur eine begrenzte Besucherzahl zugelassen wird. Am letzten Tag waren wir noch in Stralsund, dies lohnt sich, es hat eine schöne Altstadt und der Besuch im Ozeaneum ist ein Muss.

Minder goed vonden wij dat er honden toegelaten werden in de eetzaal en ontbijtzaal. Het personeel knuffelde met de honden en daarna gingen ze door met bedienen zonder handen te wassen. Jammer, want verder was de accommodatie perfect.

We rented an apartment with a kitchen so not a regular hotel room with a boarding. There was a very friendly personnel, even we were supposed to arrive later than opening hours of the reception the receptionist waited for us to hand over all necessary information as well as the keys. The appartment was clean, prepared, new furnishings and there were all amenities as you have at home and you can imagine. The plates, pots, a good pan, glasses, mugs, a cutlery, a microwave and a dishwasher. Everything new and clean. The bathroom was clean with enough toilet papers, towels as well as bathrobes. The bed was large, very comfortabley with a very good and thick mattress. The wifi in the room was very fast and working all day long even for 4K videos. The apartment was just perfect. In addition there was a sauna in the building you could book free of charge. The Finnish sauna was very spacious, clean and the heat was up (around 100C). The personnel was very kind and prepared the sauna for us at the time in advance we wanted to. Aboslutely great experience and worth recommending. Just 1 min. far form the beach, 3 min. from the main promenade.

Spacious, stylish and modern. Very nice apartment, good fit for a family from the Nordics with an interest in design and art. We appreciated the interior a lot. The building is facing the beach and the restaurant on the bottom floor has quite good food. We hade breakfast and some meals in the appartment, and the dining area was roomy enough for the four of us. There were several supermarkets within walking distance, we preferred Edeka. Beds were good. The extra bed was a little bit small for two older kids, who need almost as much space as adults, but it was comfy and of good quality. It was not obvious to us since it was an appartment, but bed linen and towels were included in the price.

Wir hatten zu zweit ein geräumiges Studio mit Küchenzeile für drei Nächte und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eigene Tiefgarage vorhanden, die E-Bikes konnten wir dort laden. Frühstück wird im Hotel angeboten mit großer Auswahl, da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Viele Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gebäude ist zweiter Reihe zum tollen Strand gelegen. Leider ist das Netz an der Ostsee eher mau, und das Hotel hatte kein WLAN, dennoch würden wir jederzeit wieder dort einchecken und es jedem weiterempfehlen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wahnsinnig reichhaltig, es gab glaube ich nichts, was es nicht gab, der Kaffee oder Tee würde auf Wunsch direkt an den Tisch gebracht und Sonntags gab es sogar die Wahl zwischen Spiegelei und Rührei, ganz frisch zubereitet direkt an den Tisch gebracht. Die Dame schon früh morgens unheimlich gut gelaubt und super freundlich, man hat sich wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

If you get rooftop terrace towards forest, you will get a lot of sun. We had terrace in house nr 1, towards forest, to the east; it was sun from early in the morning to about 1500. Pet friendly. Very good breakfast, with sparkling wine:). Staff does all best to meet your needs. Swimming pool downstairs, with hot sauna. The hotel is good, solid, with good materials, good planning, cosy and nice. It is a bit worn out, but still much better than modern, plastic, gray- coloured hotels. The hotel leaves overall good, positive impression.

Lovely hotel, just across the road from the beach and within a short walking distance from the sea bridge. The beach outside the hotel is quite nice. There are several restaurants within walking distance. Parking was covered and adequate. Rooms were well equipped and super comfortable. Staff was very helpful, and both check-in and check-out took a matter of minutes. Breakfast was really good - in terms of variety, quality and taste. The pool area was a little small but quite nice. Saunas were good too. Providing a couple of free drinks in the minibar as well as a water bottle during departure was a nice touch.

Breakfast very varied and rich, the spa is enormous, there is a divider to allow bathers and swimmers not to disturb each other which is good. I think that the swimming pool is something around 50 mt long. The sauna area is very good, large and with 3 different saunas (steam, aromatic herbs steam and Finnish) + relaxation rooms and relaxation areas which are clean and well kept with some notes (see the negative). The staff was helpful and generally nice and kind. The position is fantastic and using the elevator one can also walk to Baabe, it is a nice 10 minutes walk all in plan. No need to drive there.

What a beautiful place to rest and recharge. Special for me in Winter, Spa and direct access to the beach. Sauna with a dip into the sea afterwards. Exceptional.

The hotel has bikes you can rent also. A great location for a relaxing break in a quiet little town.

We arrived late after a rather long journey from Hamburg Airport. On arrival 2 tired people were met by a lovely man on reception. He simply said "why don't you head over to the restaurant and we will take care of everything". There was no pressure to check in and sign. So on return we went to our room where our cases were waiting for us. We were immediately relaxed and it was a great start to our holiday. The room was sumptuous and everything worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was fabulous. Even the owner came to chat to us over dinner to see if we were enjoying our stay. The garden was an oasis and the roof top pool was fabulous. Sellin itself is beautiful. The architecture was amazing. Binz, Baabe and Gohren were also lovely. Prora is a must to visit and take advantage of the cycling and the steam train is wonderful. Linking the resorts. Thankyou Roewers.....we hope to be back soon.

A very charming villa, with a perfect garden, a rooftop pool, an indoors pool (especially loved by our kids). The breakfast is simply excellent. The staff is very friendly, helpful, attentive and fast. It takes a short walk to get to the Seebrücke, to the Seepark with a small amusement park, and to a few restaurants (including the one in the hotel).

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Solthus am See, nice room and the hotel was cosy an comfortable. The breakfast was a good standard, not in the highest end - but ok. The pool was a bit small, but the SPA was super, one of the best I have visited. We eat one night at the restaurant, the meal was good, but a a bit to high priced consider the quantity and quality. We will absolutly consider visiting this hotel again.

The hotel is located outside the town in very nice romantic place with a small marina. We liked the friendly personal who welcomed us with a glass of champaigne. :) We also liked the wellness and the choice of breakfast with possibility to sit outside to enjoy a nice sea view.

Nicely positioned for the East coast attractions whilst very quiet lakeside location..Rooms modern and comfortable, staff helpful.

This is my familie's second trip to this hotel and we loved both visits. The hotel is interesting, staff is friendly and helpful, it is away from major traffic and it is on the water. The restaraunt is very good, but not the fastest, but we didn't mind that because who is in a hurry? If we ever get a chance to go again, we will surely stay here.

Big balcony and amazing breakfast. We did not have a fridge in the room, but the small one was brought at the last day of our stay. Location is nice, one of the best in Binz.

The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were clean and spacious. The location was just a few mins from the promenade. The breakfast had great variety. In general great value for money.

-The bed is clean, we all had great sleep. -crib for our LO also had high quality! -delicious breakfast.

Everything about the hotel, the room, breakfast, evening meals and the service was top quality. Staff were very hospitable and tremendously helpful. Full credit to the owners.

Hotel war ruhig, aber in zentraler Lage: Strand, Restaurants, Bars, Supermarkt u.v.m. fussläufig erreichbar. Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Frühstücksbuffet war immer lecker.

Etwas abschreckend wenn man mit dem Auto kommt, ist die graue Fassade, nun gut das liegt am Wetter und der Witterung. Dafür ist die Lobby schön, wenn auch völlig untypisch für etwas, was man auf einer Insel im Luftkurort erwartet. Na ja, mich persönlich hat es nicht gestört, leider sind jedoch Gäste aus dem Restaurant wieder gegangen, da 3 Köche offensichtlich mit 12 geplanten und 12 ungeplanten Gästen nicht zurecht gekommen sind. Am Ende musste ich nur 40 min. aufs Essen warten, was ich aber nicht soooo schlimm fand.

We were offered a quiet room and extra blankets at request. The room was spacious and fully equipped. Very generous breakfast - lots of options. Good coffee as well!

everything was perfect. The room looked so so on the photo, but it is actually very nice ! the bed is comfortable and the heating system was on when we arrived. The owner was really friendly and the breakfast was nice as well.

It was the cheapest option I found for my short stay on Ruegen, hence I didn’t expect much. Still it was good to have a lovely terrace with a sunset view, breakfast option and relative proximity to the train station.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of both the railway and bus stations. The room was bright and airy, well appointed. I particularly liked the armchair at the small table in addition to a chair at the desk. The breakfast buffet was great. I also had an evening meal most days of my stay. There was a good choice, good portions and very good value for money.

It was great place to stay being in Bergen Auf Rügen. Hotel is located in very quiet place surrounded by trees and green areas. Very good food in restaurant and also during breakfast. On top the stuff was very nice and helpful :)

Beautiful, quiet location in wooded area on the edge of Bergen. Am Rugard is modern but full of character (rebuilt in the same style as the original which dated back to the late 1800s). Excellent value accommodation, good service and superb food in the restaurant. Would definitely go back if in the area.

The beds were clean and comfortable. The rooms neat and tidy. Bathroom was clean and they put in the work to fold the (THICK! and soft) toilet paper into a triangle which was a nice touch!

For the price paid, top notch! We know, nearly winter but hotel very nice, warm and recently refurbished. We had a beautiful 2 day stay. Good breakfast (incl.) and friendly service. Ample walking tracks and wood around the hotel. Only a short walk to the center of Bergen. We will be back!
