The staff was very friendly. The hotel very clean. The rooms where clean and the best comfortable. The breakfast had little bit of everything from eggs, sausage, make your own waffles or pancakes, cold cereals, fruits, and bangles ect.. The hotel is also very pet friendly, and we did take or pup with us on this trip. They have designated areas for the pet to go along with pup bags to put their poop in and trash can to put them in. They have an indoor and outdoor pool. both where open. The outdoor was a little cold but the indoor was warm. It was quiet at night, and no one was running around up and down the halls at night. The bathrooms were nice. ours had just a shower but it was huge, I want one myself. I would recommend if you wanted a bathtub ask about that. I was definitely pleased with the hotel and would stay there again. The roof top had amazing views of the mountains and how the town was light up at night.

This hotel was great! It's in a perfect location, right behind the Island on a hill with amazing views. It's off the crazy Parkway but close to everything. The rooftop lounge area was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets. The decor is super cute and modern. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff are so friendly! I have nothing bad to say and will definitely stay here again!

Decor was great and modern. Very visitor and family friendly. Breakfast had many options and a lot of places to sit and eat. Offered plenty of food/snack/drink options for purchase during the stay. Fitness room was small but nice. Just a very pleasant atmosphere overall. Bathroom was clean. Good shower. Very quiet with the exception of the breakfast area when a large school group was there in the morning, which would be expected. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Location was very convenient to the local attractions.

The location was great, hotel staff were friendly and very helpful, the decor was modern and our room was exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable and we loved the walk-in tiled shower. The hotel is within walking distance of The Island and main strip. We loved the food and beverage options available to purchase from the lobby and the free breakfast was amazing. Definitely worth the money!

The staff was amazing. All smiles. Very professional. Best customer service I have ever experienced. Very clean. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Roof top view was amazing.

The hotel was very clean. Staff was nice. We stayed 3 nights. Breakfast was delicious. Waffles-myo, Biscuits, Gravy, Sausage, Cinnamon Rolls, Bagels and Toast, variety of 4 juices plus coffee or milk was available every morning. The pool was excellent-fun music. Loved the seating area in the lobby. View of the river from hotel balcony was very relaxing. Stayed in room 315 which was equipped w/2 Q beds and sofa sleeper.

Three pool choices. River views. Good breakfast. Beautiful decor. Rocking chairs with a river view. Peaceful. Pretty rooms, all the essentials available. Coffee/tea during certain hours. Quiet rooms. You don't hear a lot of outside noises. Most of the staff are friendly and efficient.

Check in was easy, online check in would have been more convenient but it's ok. The ladies at the desk were always nice. The room was spacious and quiet comfy. Nice view even if it was the back area, there were mtns. The pools were amazing and the kids loved all of the amenities. It's in a good spot, a few nights we didn't want to go out so the diner at the end of the street was convenient. The hot tub was so nice!! That was mine and hubby's favorite spot, the slide was the kids.

The pool area was very nice, plenty of chairs with shade, it was clean and the water temperature was comfortable. The room was clean, bed comfortable. The breakfast area was very nice and had plenty of options for every diet. The back deck area with rocking chairs was very relaxing

We had a very nice 4day/3night stay in early June at the Black Fox Lodge Pigeon Forge. The positives were many. Very comfortable beds, a/c works great, clean bathroom, had breakfast one morning and it was an excellent meal, if a little pricey. Staff seemed friendly and honored the "do not disturb" door hanger. Ice bucket and ice down the hall, coffee w/coffee maker and condiments, plenty of pillows, view overlooking the pool. Very few negatives. The washcloths and towels were well stocked but the towels were the size of hand towels I use to dry my dishes. Note: bring your own bath towels/or beach towels. The beds were made and comfortable but one pillow had 2 small drops of fresh blood on it and of course we didn't use that bed or pillow. The handicapped bathroom was great. Lots of hot water and good pressure but my pet peeve was the shower curtain was 4 inches off the floor and the entire floor of the bathroom ended up wet after our showers. So the very small bath towels helped soak up the splashes. This was our first visit to the Smokey Mountains in 35 years and a lot has changed in all that time but the stay at this hotel was most pleasant and we would love to come back. ( Live geese greeted us daily.}

- so polite at check in - they sent a text that I could reply to with any needs or questions - room was super clean and very spacious - one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on - we had an accident with a spilled drink on one of the beds and they had new linens up within minutes of me texting - bathroom was spacious and shower was great (good water pressure) - location was amazing - the restaurant was the only disappointment... very limited selection and WAYYY to expensive for the at best mediocre food you get... not to mention my son ordered an arnold palmer and was sick because the lemonade was BAD (they do offer a breakfast buffet but not sure how that was bc again... very over priced) - all in all, I would MOST DEFINITELY stay here again, just wouldn't eat at the restaurant.

My manfriend, grandson (22 yrs. old), and I stayed at the Black Fox Lodge Pigeon Forge for the Ponies in the Smokies event. Staff was professional and friendly, beds were comfortable, room was clean. We liked everything about the lodge except the breakfast. My grandson had 2 free coupons for the breakfast which he gave us as a thank you. He said he'd pay for his own breakfast, which he did.. $18.00! for food that was not that good. Eggs were cold, we tried BOTH toasters to toast our breads..neither one worked..the bread never did toast after trying it 3 times each, couldn't eat the gravy. I will say the fruit was fresh and good, but as for the rest, only "ok"...Overall, though, we did enjoy our stay and the room was good, although body wash container was empty. We had enough of everything else (soaps, towels, washcloths, toilet paper, etc.) I'd go back again, certainly...but I would eat breakfast elsewhere.

Had an overall pleasant stay at this nice hotel. My wife and I decided to come in for a three day weekend and spend some time in the pigeon Forge area. I will say overall we had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The bar and restaurant was nice. The room overall was nice although the HVAC can get quite noisy and that really needs to be addressed. Also, we paid for a balcony view of the river and yes, it is a view of the river, but overall it’s just kind of a muddy looking river and a major construction site right behind it. I wouldn’t pay the extra for that particular room if I am ever back in pigeon Forge again. I would stay at this hotel again though. The room was nice. Bathroom was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Overall a very pleasant stay.

We stayed at the Black Fox for a family "destination wedding." The wedding itself was not held at the hotel, but it was the hotel that the wedding party set up for guests. The Black Fox is a comfortable place, nicely decorated and well maintained. Our ground floor room had a patio that looked out on the little river that runs through the town. The hotel has a restaurant and bar that look nice, although we did not dine or drink there. The fitness room is decent. It's a pleasant place to stay. The main drawback for us, which we admit is related to our travel preferences, is that Pigeon Forge is essentially a car-dependent schlocky theme park. It's full of chain restaurants and entertainment venues similar to what one might find at a state fair. I'm sure it appeals to many people, but not us. The Black Fox is not located in a particularly walkable neighborhood. There is an entrance to a nice walking path a few blocks away, but it takes a while to get to anything like an authentic neighborhood and park along the path. The drawbacks of Pigeon Forge are not the fault of the hotel. If you focus only on what's inside the hotel, it's a very nice place to stay.

We had a great room that was large. King size bed, fireplace and jacuzzi tub. View was beautiful and the bathroom was also large. We had a great time and looked forward to coming to our room after our adventures in Pigeon Forge. The outside fireplace and indoor pool were an added extra.

We got to the hotel around almost 9pm. The lady behind the front desk was kinda rude to me like I didn’t have my boyfriend with me which the account was his and booked under his name but with my CC used. The king suite with fireplace and jacuzzi tub was great except for the bed and pillows surprisingly! Pillows were like throw pillows. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and so delicious!

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed for 4 nights.We stayed here on short notice because the original hotel we booked was not up to par by anyone's standards. When we arrived, this place was exceptional. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, no issues with that, they readily responded with any requests like additional towels, etc.. Their pool is very nice. They also have a splash pad for smaller kids which I believe is amazing. The breakfast was great every morning. I'm glad we did not give in and stay at the other place because we had a great time here. I am not a smoker, but one of the people we were traveling with is. They have a designated smoking area that is comfortable with seating and a good view for smokers, unlike a lot of places where they have to stand in the parking lot in the corner with no chairs. The property is on a road that is not nearly as busy as the main road with all of the shows and activities which is nice because it is close enough to walk to anything you want to do, but also easily accessible without a lot of traffic. I would definitely recommend!

The staff here is excellent. Friendly, patient and very helpful. However the hotel is really showing signs of age. It is dark and dreary inside with a general sadness about it. Other than our beds being extremely comfortable and linens clean and fresh the room furniture has knicks and scratches showing. The bathroom was clean, but hot water was a 5 minute wait while running water, then it was luke warm at best. We had to have someone come and clear out the sink drain so water wouldn't backup. The back of the bathroom door was chewed and warped. We had the free breakfast the first day we were there and only took biscuits the last morning. The other days we ate out. It is nice to have a breakfast available especially if you want to get on the road, but it doesn't appeal to my husband and I when we have a day full of activities. Their amenities are good, having both in-door and out-door pools, exercise area and business rooms available.

The Jacuzzi tub provided a haven of relaxation and tranquility. A clean room and the kindness of the staff created a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Jacuzzi tub in room to soak away the long day was a HUGE plus I can't say enough nice about it this was wonderful loved it. Room had balcony nice as well great view even with fear of heights I can still appreciate it.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pigeon River Inn! We booked a room with a jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the river. The size of the room was a little small, but that’s because the jacuzzi and king bed both take up a lot of floor space. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, so it was fine for us. The Pigeon River Inn is in the perfect location! Everything was a short drive away, and walking distance to a few attractions. We would definitely stay there again! Breakfast was basic, but it was better than nothing. Our room and the common areas were very clean, and staff were friendly.

I booked a king room with fireplace and jacuzzi suite for my honeymoon. The staff surprised us with balloons and a sign that said congrats also with rose petals and chocolate kisses and swan animal made from the towels. It was very clean and spacious the breakfast was great plenty of options to chose from. The front desk staff was awesome .

Very clean rooms and grounds. Reception could have been friendlier. We got here 15 minutes before check in time and was told we would have to wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready (this is during the off season). Internet just downright sucks!!! Had to keep logging into their wifi to reconnect. After about the 10th time we just stayed on 5G. I even called front desk to ask if any internet problems and was told the router was beneath our room. Location was great. Quiet and lots to walk to close by. Dunkin donuts is next door. Wax museum is a 3 minute walk and Titanic is a 3 minute drive. Breakfast was your usual continental grab and go with some scrambled eggs, canned corn beef hash heated up and some sausage links that were not tasty. I guess if you had kids or on a budget then it would be acceptable. Indoor pool is small, but nice. The sauna (if you can call it that) is the size of a closet and you have to stand in it. The room was nice. The fireplace in our room was a nice and unexpected addition. The jacuzzi was nice, but to get in and out of it was sketchy. Pray you don't slip and fall climbing in and out of it. Definitely could use a grab bar to help.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a quick getaway. We stayed in a king room with jacuzzi. Upon arriving we were more than pleased with our room. It was very clean and more spacious than we thought it would be. We originally had concerns because the pictures online looked like the rooms needed updating. However, our room looked like it had been- the bedding and sitting area had definitely been updated compared to the online pictures. They stocked our room with plenty of towels and soaps, etc. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay here again!

If you go to Gatlinburg, STAY HERE!!! This place was amazing. The view was of course our favorite! Every room has their own balcony over the river that you can fish from! The rooms were perfect! Clean, big enough, and very comfortable beds/pillows. They provided shower toiletries and robes. The staff was friendly and attentive. There is no office, but rather a hostess stand outside that you check into. Each room also comes with your own parking spot! Fridge and Bourbon bar (for extra fee). Nespresso coffee machine with creamer! You also have a super fun mini golf right across the street. And you are within walking distance to downtown. About a 10 min walk-.40 of a mile. Highly recommend and wish we could stay longer.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, and the innkeepers truly go above and beyond—every single one we met was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The view from our balcony was absolutely beautiful and incredibly peaceful, the perfect spot to sit back and unwind. This is such a great place for a couples’ getaway if you’re looking to escape for a few days. The beds are very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and everything about our stay felt cozy and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!

This recently renovated inn is located within walking distance from the town and overlooking the river from your private balcony. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant serves good quality food for breakfast and dinner. Staff is very welcoming and we particularly loved the cozy bar.

This hotel is super nice even though it’s an older property it has been completely renovated. The staff were the best I have experienced at any hotel including all inclusives. It was amazingly clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were, loud ac, no pool/hot tub, tight parking spaces, and the shower head wasn’t great (dual heads would be amazing as it is a huge shower. Those things were far from deal breakers. The river balcony was amazing and even saw a bear! Would absolutely stay there again!

Love the jacuzzi. The balcony was my favorite. The price was reasonable.

Rooms had comfortable beds and pillows, a study table with a chair, steam iron, ironing table, a mini fridge, and a microwave. All rooms also have a balcony with two chairs. The bathroom was clean with mini disposable soap, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. A hair dryer was also available. The room had a comfortable temperature with centralized air conditioning. Rooms were very quiet. The breakfast area had plenty of tables and chairs. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits, sausage patties or bacon or ham, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bread, bagel, muffins, fruits, coffee were available. A gym is also available. Water fountains and washrooms are available in the lobby area. Coffee machine and lemonades were available 24/7 in the lobby. Plenty of parking around the hotel. Indoor pool and hot jet spa, outdoor slide with a mini pool and an outdoor hot jet spa were available. Kids had a blast at the pool. Room was cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly and professional throughout the stay. Location is perfect and at the heart of pigeon forge. Many attractions, gas stations and restaurants are within walking distance. Overall this hotel is perfect in terms of service, location and price. Loved my stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a great location, super close to The Island which made it really convenient for shopping and entertainment. The pool area was one of our favorite parts—very clean and spacious, and it stayed open later than most hotels (I think until 1 or 2 AM). Our kids had a blast on the water slide, and the fire pit was such a cozy, relaxing touch for us adults. The room was spotless and modern. I especially appreciated the layout—the sliding doors to the bathroom added a nice touch of privacy, and I loved that the toilet had its own separate room off to the side. The little balcony off our room was a great bonus, perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. Breakfast was pretty good too! The biscuits and gravy and eggs were great, and there was a good variety to choose from. The staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

Everything was exceptional! Everything was so clean. The room was very spacious, and the bed was super comfortable. The Balcony was a plus. The view was amazing, and we were so close to everything. The LED lights were a nice added touch. Breakfast every morning was amazing! Great variety for everyone. The pool that stayed open until 2 am. was perfect for a late night swim! This will definitely be where we stay each time we visit Pigeon Forge. Shout out to the front desk team, breakfast team, housekeeping, and all other workers that made this hotel very welcoming!

Everything was wonderful!! All of the staff, front desk, housekeeping and dietary was so very friendly and helpful!! The full breakfast was absolutely delicious and the dietary staff made sure that everything stayed filled and cleaned. During our 4 day stay we went to breakfast different times each day and everytime it was the same ....plenty of food, very clean and all the staff was helpful and friendly!! The pool was very well kept and clean. You could swim up till midnight. The location was great. Parking was easy!! I am trying to remember everything as I write this review. If I have forgotten to mention anything, I can guarantee that it was also great. There is absolutely nothing, but great things to be said about this place. Will definitely look for Best Western whenever we travel again!!

Clean, comfortable and in a great location! Loved the pools and the breakfast was pleasant with really nice area to eat and sit outside if you want. Waffle maker is always a much loved benefit for the buffet. Other food was basic, coffee was good and area was clean and nice ability to watch the news and local info. Check in was standard and room was basic but very clean. Property overall was wonderfully kept up and the pools were outstanding. There are 2 pools and an indoor pool so no matter the weather you are able to swim if you want. Pretty spread out but the central location was just minutes from all the fun. We were in the Smokies within 10 minutes and you are situated right on the main drag for food and activities. Mini frig, microwave and ample room in the 2 bedroom accommodation. Stay was great! The hotel was easy to find, very close to Dollywood and other places. Check in was fast and smooth, service was very friendly and pleasant. It’s a Best Western and with the rates, you get exactly what you’d expect. If you’re some high maintenance hotel snob and expecting a 5 star resort in a best western you’ll be disappointed. The room was clean for the most part, the only issue I could call out is the bathroom was small and the fan wasn’t working well, so it got very steamy in there and because of that you can see on the ceiling where condensation sits for too long and causes mold, but it wasn’t super bad and other than that it was pretty roomy, bed was comfortable and we had a great room with a fireplace and balcony. I’m not a fan of carpet in hotels in general, I would have liked to see tile throughout but the carpet was clean. The hotel is a bit older and showing its age in the plugs in the room as well as the appliances like the mini fridge and hairdryer. But the rest of the hotel looked like it has been renovated fairly recently, it had three nice pools, two outdoor and one indoor with two hot tubs that were open till midnight so that was awesome. I don’t know how it would be staying in one of the rooms in the pool areas though because it could be noisy. The breakfast was hot, good and efficient. Coffee was great, good selection and a waffle maker and all that. Great hotel for families, will definitely stay there again when we go back to Pigeon Forge.

Attractive, updated furnishings and decor. Comfortable, nicely appointed room. Spacious bathroom with large enclosed shower - good design. Good lighting choices and plugins for tech. Like the versatile cube footstool and bedside table. Breakfast delicious with hot and cold variety (good cinnamon rolls!). Comfortable seating for breakfast and lobby with large tv. Nice business center with 2 stations. Didn't check fitness room or pool - maybe next time.... Location convenient for highway and local access. Shopping, restaurants and services nearby.

The food was comparable to a breakfast you'd be offered at a Hampton Inn. The juices and coffee were very good. There wasn't much fruit offered or maybe the fruit was taken by the time we'd get to breakfast. The location for breakfast was clean and there were plenty of seating options. We really loved the walk in shower. We loved that there was A Chop House next door and we could walk there for dinner instead of getting back in our car to travel to a restaurant. We loved that the microwave in our room was eye level so we didn't have to bend over to see the dial.....and the room refrigerator FREEZER worked and kept our cooler packs frozen! That was a treat. Most little hotel freezers don't work. Of course, we loved the room's little Keurig! Your landscape is beautiful.....the trees that were in bloom. Thank you for our great nights of sleep.

This has to be one of the busiest Holiday Express hotels, as it is located just off I-40 at the exit to Sevierville and Gatlinburg, Tennessee. However, it is one of the cleanest and well-maintained hotels in which I have stayed. The lobby, hallways, and rooms not only look fresh and clean, but smell clean! The beds are comfortable, the HVAC system is quiet and efficient, and the bathroom well-appointed. Breakfast was also very well done and the front desk staff very friendly. If I am headed in this direction, I always stay at the HI in Kodak. Never disappointed.

Our room was just what we wanted! Comfortable bed and quiet hallway. We left towels outside our door each day and picked up clean ones when we returned. There is a Bass Pro and The Chop House restaurant within walking distance. If you are going into Gatlinburg and surrounding areas you will have to drive. Staff were great and we had breakfast on our last day at motel - egg white veggie omelet was very tasty! Also, try out Apple Wood restaurant and shops off the Winfield Dunn Parkway onto Apple Valley drive, very good. All around great trip and our great days were thanks to a good nights rest at Holiday Inn Express❤️

The hotel was in the process of renovations, however the accommodations were wonderful. The indoor pool and jacuzzi area had a flowing waterfall. The staff was amazing. Definitely will be back again.

Our room had a dead beetle under the pillow upon arrival. The bathroom noise is a bit extra. Running water is super loud. I saw all of these reviews about how clean the hotel was, but i didnt think it was that clean. So many smokers. You cant keep the patio open or it just blows in the room. It would be a lot better if the property was non smoking. The breakfast was largely less than mediocre with spoiled OJ, dry muffins, cereal and bagels. The good parts were the indoor and outdoor heated pools with jacuzzi in both, comfortable beds, convenient location and customer service. Perhaps if we booked a better room we would have had a more comfortable stay.

05/31/24 to 06/02/24 - We had a fabulous time here at Norma Dan Motel for the education week by Ripley's. From the time we checked in to Norma Dan to our housekeeper name "Brenda" and the breakfast host - All the staff aiming to please. Our room a N/S Handicap king was very spacious, The king size bed was really comfortable, just wish there was a comforter in the room; but upon checking in the room was kept cool as we walk in after a 300 mile drive from Cincinnati. Between the indoor pool and hot-tub and the outdoor swimming pool they both were a delight. The breakfast buffet was really good except for the Orange Juice that was sour and tangy both mornings we were their. I kinda wish they had Krispy Kreme donuts like they use to a few years ago under different management; but they had dam good coffee, banana nut muffins, bagels, toast, English muffins, (3) types of cereal, Yogurt, hard boiled eggs & awesome pancakes and waffles. The hotel facility was super clean and all the staff were aiming to please. This hotel is definitely family friendly and I give this place (4) Stars. On our stay their we spotted some black bear cubs behind the motel by the dumpster, but were wondering where Momma bear was? The stay was over all good! Nice clean rooms with daily housekeeping. We booked the suite with a jacuzzi tub which was an excellent choice after walking the town all day. We only ate the breakfast the first day. It was just okay. The only other thing was when the room above or below ran their jacuzzi or shower it was very loud especially at 6am. Its a good location and we would stay again.

Wonderful, friendly staff, quiet for sleeping, very comfortable beds, and excellent pools/Jacuzzi's. The rooms needed a little more air flow, and breakfast was the exact same offerings 3 mornings in a row (we appreciated having breakfast available but a little variety is nice too!) 4.8 stars out of 5!

We have all stayed in rooms that only had one or two outlets. Always in places inconvenient. My room had nine. Four near the head of the bed. Three around the desk and two more around the bed. I was near the end of the hall but my laptop still showed 97% for the wireless. The room was very clean and the bathroom had more than enough towels and washcloths for my stay. The water got hot very quickly and the water pressure was unexpectedly high. Breakfast was the standard fare for the area. Biscuits and gravy,scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, and cold cereal. The 24 hour a day coffee was a nice touch. Even though it is right on the parkway, the room as very quiet. It was a very pleasent stay and I would stay there again.

This place is convenient we drove maybe 20 minutes to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Location wise it was good. The room isnt huge but it worked out for us we didnt really mind it. I loved that i could get coffee all the time. The staff was great id definitely recommend going here it also is budget friendly! This was our first time out in the area so it was good to find a clean place where it was affordable! I definitely would stay here again on our next trip!

The rooms are beautiful!! Timber Lodge is always our go to!! We've stayed in 3 different jacuzzi/spa rooms and they are all wonderful!! Not even a five minute walk to the Island!! The creek running behind the Lodge is absolutely beautiful & so peaceful!!

I loved the heart shaped jacuzzi tub and the hot tub on the back deck! 😍 Everything was so perfect! The beautiful mountain scene was definitely a plus especially with the Fall leaves!

Nice honeymoon cabin with all the amenities of home. Very peaceful and private. Bedroom was in loft/upstairs with very narrow spiral staircase. Jacuzzi was also upstairs on the bedrooms deck. Upstairs Deck and backyard had tall walls on both sides so it was very private while in the back was open so you still had a view. The cabin was very clean and the heart shaped spa tub was a neat experience. The staff are excellent!!! I was in constant communication with Jeanie from start to finish and she did everything she could to help with any issues we had. They also have extra packages you can purchase for additional fee. I purchased the Pampered princess and the Romantic Dinner for two. The P.P. is a bunch of stuff to pamper your lady In heart tub which it was nice but I was not thrilled at all by the dinner for 2. It was In another hotel up on a mountain in an open cafeteria style restaurant. Our table was the only one with white table cloth and dressy stuff on it. While there weren't many other people there, they were all looking at us weird bc we dressed up sitting at the only fancy table there and the in regular clothes sitting in a booth eating a sandwich and chips. The food was good but it was not worth the cost. More imbarrassing than anything.

We didn't get the attachment so we had a hard time finding the place when we did get the information we had to stop at the chapel and it was printed out for us we finally arrived and reading the 5 pages that were supposed to be attached I would of not made the reservation. There are restrictions on the wifi you should bring a flashlight you should have a4 wheel drive..we arrived couldn't get the dish to work for the tv, the top sheet had huge blue colored stains across it and a few very small spots on the fitted sheet..no wifi sooo I had to not have covers for the night and no tv trying to just chill after the 9hr drive. The next days the sheets and tv was fixed and from there besides the wifi issue the stay was nice the hottub was amazing we didn't use any real dishes we went out so we didn't have to worry about doing the dishes you do have to put the trash in your car and take it somewhere else so the bears don't get into it....

We were very pleased with the cabin we stayed in. Everything was well maintained, clean, and stocked with anything we may have needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made checking in a snap. This property was quiet, relaxing, secluded, but also close to all restaurants and activities. We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Right there on parkway was a plus and it was easy to get in and out. The jacuzzi was nice, the fixtures were very cheap. The shower was the only thing. Not good pressure and the water only got warm. But still tbis was still a pleasent stay and i woukd stay again.

I stayed here during my friends and mine vacation recently. Weve never been to Tennessee before. Hotel staff was great ,especially the breakfast kitchen staff because they were so nice and helpful. Everything was tidy and spotless. We went during the weekdays so the pool was empty most the time(which was really nice,i prefer to not swim close to strangers lol). Even the balcony was clean and clear of spiders and bugs. Usually hotels with balconies dont pay much attention to cleaning the balcony.but this balcony was great and i spent a good amount of time sitting out there. Only complaint I have is the beds. Oh my goodness they were terribly uncomfortable. Each night i was waking up multiple times from back pain from the bed. I usually dont even have any back pain at all. They werent too stiff or too soft,so i dont know why it made my back hurt so much. Maybe next time Ill bring a blow up mattress or something.

Checking in and out with the front desk agents Nashekia and Jennifer was quick and simple. The hotel lobby and walkways leading to the rooms were clean. The room in which we stayed, beds were comfortable, lights and plumbing were functional and the bath was really clean. I was impressed overall. There is not one thing that I can complain about. Did I neglect to mention breakfast? One would chose from a regular breakfast menu that changed daily. Even though the Hotel is steps from the highway there were no excessive noise, very quiet. Would stay here again.

My daughter and I were there for a mini-vaca; we stayed 3 nights. While the overall stay wasn't horrible, there were just a couple little minor things. Nothing that really made me completely dissatisfied; I'd stay there again. The room itself was very clean and the bathroom/shower also, was just immaculate! The beds were comfortable! The breakfast however, was okay-ish; the cereal seemed stale. But there were enough things offered to hold you over. The light behind the mirror in the room didn't work. But there was a light right overhead as you walked into the room and a mirror on the sliding bathroom door immediately to the left as you walk into the room, so I didn't make a fuss about the light behind the mirror, I just improvised. The elevators were all the way in the back of the hotel instead of near the front like most places. Our room was all the way up front on the 2nd floor so having to walk all the way to the back of the hotel to catch the elevator and then walk all the way back towards the front to our room. Again, not really a deal breaker but just maybe worth mentioning. Each room I believe had its own balcony. It started snowing a little while we were there so it was nice to step out and watch the snow fall. All in all, it was a good stay. I've had better but I've definitely had way worse!!

Got moved to a king bed room with Jacuzzi from a queen bed room. Nice!

The stay was amazing. I left a "special request" through the hotels.com system and asked them to do something special for my girlfriends and my 6 year anniversary... I wasn't sure if they had anything special available or if they would even get the message, but they replied a day or two before I got there and told me they had a little surprise for us. When I got to my room the curtains were open, so my girl almost saw the surprise, but I quickly turned off my lights and went to open the door for her. My girl hadn't seen in the window, thank goodness, and I was able to surprise her with 12 pink roses and pink rose petals scattered on the bed!!! It was such an amazing surprise and I couldn't have asked for anything nicer!!! The most romantic thing I could've asked for and I didn't even have to think about what to ask for!!! I highly recommend this place as we got the fancy jacuzzi room, and it was super nice and it was super inexpensive!! They even asked us if we wanted a late departure time on Sunday, and allowed us to stay an additional 2 hours for free!!! 10/10 recommend for a romantic getaway in pigeon forge on a budget!

Room was clean and smelled clean too. Beds were comfortable but a little noisy. Assigned parking spots was nice and it was easy to get in & out of. Right off the parkway so it was close to so much & yet still quiet. We enjoyed the patio looking out to the river a lot. Will definitely stay again when we come back!

Parking was sufficient, and convenient to my room. Check out was equally quick and easy. All the staff were nice, efficient, pleasant and accommodating. This place exceeded my expectations, and I'm a seasoned (and picky!) traveler. I typically don't write reviews. Can't say enough about how nice it was to have a long refreshing shower and a restful, relaxing sleep, after a fun night on a quick getaway with friends. I'd originally pre-booked in advance, to see my friends' band from Atlanta play a nearby music fest, then cancelled when heavy rain was predicted..booked another room the day-of, on a last minute decision to go anyway. The location is convenient, just down the hill from Buc-ees, and Flapjacks across the street was excellent. Easy access to I-40. Perfect place to refresh and recharge, before hitting the road for the 4 hour drive back home!

The place was clean and fresh and enjoyable too. Will be back in March 2025. Love Days Inn comfortable stay and close to Bucee and food places. There are Days Inn every where in Tennessee . Clean room clean sheets. Friendly staff and breakfast is great too. Coffee great?

Second time we have stayed here and it’s a great place to stay! The beds are comfy and the room is clean. It has basic supplies for the shower such as soap and body wash. Even though it has outdoor, door access, we felt safe and it was very quiet. Breakfast consisted of muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee and waffle machine. It’s right next to Krystal’s and checkers across the road. Buckeyes is right across the traffic lights. Staff are super friendly. We will stay again. Best budget hotel we have stayed in.

Wonderful stay. Waffles for breakfast Beds very comfortable and clean Pool was awesome I don’t give good reports unless deserved. Coffee and espresso was very good. I’m a coffee person and have high standards. Front desk was pleasant every time I needed them. No HBO that’s the only thing . Tub had a lot of dirt in it? Weird right? But that’s the only complaint I have. So over all it was a very pleasant stay. I’d come back and recommend.😊

The property was close to the interstate, it had a great pool, the breakfast was excellent, the beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning worked fine but the thing we liked most was the staff. They were friendly and lots of fun, especially Jenny. We will stay there for sure if we vacation again in pigeon forge. We took the kids to Dollywood and then to "the island" and I can tell you for sure that next time we will skip Dollywood and opt for "the island". Free parking, MUCH better food and a more diverse crowd. Huge saving of hard earned money. We now refer to Dollywood as Dollarwood.

My husband and I have been traveling to Pigeon Forge every fall for the past 8 years. We have never stayed at Park Towers before, but we certainly Will again! Pro’s… Great staff, Clean, Comfortable, safe, and despite the location being Extremely walkable to the main road and tons of shops, restaurants, and the Island, it is Quiet and Peaceful! We normally NEVER even consider the pool, but that is hard to do when there’s a beautiful outdoor, as well as indoor pool, a lazy river, and a big hot tub ( I’d say 8-10 people could fit). We tried them all and LOVED it! We stayed in a jacuzzi suite, and we used it every evening! It was Very clean, and Very relaxing after a day of walking. Con’s- The hotel isn’t updated and only one working elevator at the moment, and the ice machine is on the fritz. Honestly, this has been the BEST stay for an incredible price we’ve encountered and we will Definitely be returning!! I would not hesitate to recommend Park Towers, especially for families or couples on a budget.

We stayed for my husbands birthday weekend/ our honeymoon as well. It’s definitely not what you see in the pictures but it was decent for what we paid. When we first got there I was excited to get in the jet tub in our room but when I turned it on it would not turn off but they did send maintenance guy quickly and fixed it fast. The housekeeper does a terrible job so we definitely did not leave a tip. We wanted a balcony to sit and relax but they did not have private dividers so when we went out there it was like sitting on a porch with strangers plus ur neighbors could climb right over it so we had to make sure our balcony door stayed locked. The indoor jacuzzi and heated pool was not it was freezing so that was disappointing. Other than that overall it was a good stay.

Great place nice and quiet friendly staff great breakfast and the lazy pool was very fun and relaxing I really enjoyed my stay and definitely will be back very very soon this place was close to everything as well the beds were very comfortable rooms spacious

We had an issue with the A/C in the middle of the night but things happen. The overnight employee was quick to try to help and was very nice. When day shift arrived they quickly moved us to another room and offered a discount. Again very nice employees. We didn't take advantage of the full breakfast bar but it is a nice amenity. Location was perfect and very close to all attractions and restaurants. The rooms on the front have a beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the parkway. All in all it is very pocketbook friendly, amazing front desk staff, nice views and clean rooms. We will definitely stay again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Resort. It is close to major attractions. We stayed in the hotel on first floor. We had two queen size beds that were comfy. The room was spacious and clean as well as the bathroom. The property was all around clean. The pools were clean and fun. The free breakfast was okay but sitting on the deck watching the birds and water made it better.

The rooms are very spacious and they were clean. We did see a couple roaches in our room and we figured that it was because the doors right by the outside so that’s probably where they were coming in other than that was great. They probably could gave us a guide for the cable channels so we know which ones were which but other than that it was pretty good. I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again even though they had some roaches, but I think that’s just part of being at some hotels and all the all the hotels have them so that wasn’t really a big deal. I mean it was the price was right. It was a cheaper price, but you also get what you paid for so the hotel was booked this weekend for Father’s Day and it was really good but I enjoyed it. It was really really nice and spacious and I really enjoyed it.

My wife and I absolutely loved this hotel it is still in pigeon forge but just far enough away from all the main attractions that you get some peace and quiet. The staff are amazing and very helpful and they are always around so that way you don’t have to go looking.

This motel was very good and bad at the same time. The bad was shower and tub was a 4/10. Has not had any maintenance for years it looked like. Very easy fixes. 10 minute job with caulk and 5 minute job with the correct paint for the ceiling of the shower. Walls in the room were dirty and stained. Also very easy fix with a coat of paint. After searching for a room for hours in gatlinburg/ pigeon forge this was priced at $350 for 3 nights (Friday-Monday). Which was actually a very cheap price. The location is perfect being the south end of pigeon forge so you can get straight to gatlinburg with going threw pigeon forge. If you plan on waking up and leaving and not coming back until bedtime it is a good affordable room. But me personally i think next year i will spend the extra 2-300 for a better maintained room. The bed was very good tho. Overall a 6/10.

At check in had to go to other motel to check in and clerk was rude and short in his mannerisms toward us. Could not use wifi in rooms because said it was not connected to internet. No phone in room to call front desk and housekeeping did not check to give fresh towels or room service on 2nd day of stay. On day of checkout requested late checkout at 12 and housekeeping tried to open our door to clean at 9am and again at 1030 because had ear buds in and could not hear me telling her through the door we were late checkout. The room was nice and clean for most part except for musty smell upon arrival. I do have to say staff is honest because left some items behind at checkout and was able to retrieve because housekeeper turned them in which was very much appreciated.

Free parking, spacious rooms, ample hot water. Great coffee and orange juice. Nice and friendly fellows at desk and breakfast server. Love the benches at the end of the bed. The not so nice… no soap, no toilet paper, shampoo, conditions, no newspaper, no hairdryer, do not disturb sign. Had to ask for towels and washcloths daily. no hooks to hang clothes or towels on. Oddly placed lighting, table lamp too short for the table. Breakfast just so so…No bread for toast, sausage looked undercooked. Tiny garbage bags with no daily pick up. But the kicker was the noisey neighbors!!! The walls must be made of paper! The first and second night we had neighbors which included 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a toddler. We listened to their loud voices and the child running around until about 12 when we called the front desk to complain. The 2nd night after listening to it for around 4 hours, they did quiet down around 10. I would stay here again bc of the cleanliness, location, and room spaciousness, but I would be prepared to ask for a more isolated room and do a ck list of needs at Che k in. It wasn’t cheap either. Around $200 per night with taxes.

This is a newer property that has been maintained well. We enjoyed our stay, the location was viable for options to shop, eat, sports, fun. The staff were professional, respectful and helpful; breakfast was good, rooms and property was clean, pool was fun.

New motel, laminate/tile floors (no carpet) Beds slept well, and room was big with a couch and small kitchenette complete with a small number of dishes & pans. Motel had no vacancy during our stay. One of the two elevators was out of service, and we were put on the 2ND floor, which was fine BUT you couldn't ride the elevator down from the 2ND floor because the elevator button wouldn't activate, so we had to use the stairs during our stay. The people in the room above us I believe was practicing for a basketball game because they kept bouncing a ball throughout day/night and the room next to us had a baby that we heard several times too. No breakfast included but with the kitchenette you could easily prepare a good breakfast. (refrigerators are full size) There is plenty of flat parking spots and parking lot has plenty of night lights. There are 3-4 good restaurants within walking distance and there is a trolley stop just past the pancake restaurant (easy walk) Over all a good stay but next time we will ask for a room on top floor and at the end of hallway.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was average but there are 4 restaurants within walking distance including a pancake place and a coffee/donut/ice cream shop. Tapas Grill is amazing. Alamo was ok and over priced but I will definitely stay here again. I know some might not be thrilled about this but every morning and evening Mr. Big Bear made his rounds at the dumpsters to see if he could break in. He stayed away from guests and we enjoyed catching glimpses of him but definitely wouldn't want to be caught off guard at night by him and you certainly can't leave any food in your car.

The beds were very comfortable, the 2 beds with sofa pull out with kitchenette were nice. Clean rooms. Staff was very friendly despite not wrong amenities listed with no breakfast.

It was a quiet peaceful location away from town. It was a 15 minute drive to town not walkable like the site suggested. Lack of internet was inconvenient. Our AT&T cell service was spotty. It does have a jacuzzi tub and an outdoor hot tub that were nice.

Deep in the woods via gravel road; a few other cabins nearby but basically very private. Small — one room cabin with a tiny bathroom off to the side, but very clean and comfortable. A jacuzzi both inside and out on the deck.

Everything was just as it was stated on the website. The owners were friendly and helpful. It was very clean and peaceful.

The Rustic cabin was situated literally in the middle of the woods. Very quiet and peaceful location. The cabin was a bit small with only one bathroom. Very cozy with the fireplace and heart shape tub in the middle of the living room which was very romantic. An additional hot tub outside. We enjoyed our stay.

1st time at a Margaritaville property in Pigeon Forge! Beautiful property inside and out. The drive up is inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The concierge was knowledgeable about Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Booked a 1 bedroom queen suite. The room was spacious with a living room, including a pull out bed. Two TV's! The bathroom and bedroom was clean and spacious as well. The balcony was clean as well. Our room faced the Smoky Mountains and the view was absolutely gorgeous! Perfect stay for families looking to get away from all the larger busy resorts and parks. This is perfect and close to The Island as well. The waterpark on property was spacious with indoor and outdoor. Outside sitting areas with adirondack and rocking chairs with games and firepit were nice. Overall nice areas for families inside and outside. Saw lots of families playing board games. The on property restaurant and bar, 5 o'clock somewhere, was awesome! Customer service top notch. Bathrooms in the common areas were clean and monitored by staff. We will stay here again! Big Shout out to Gorilla Taco!!! Great food! Only cons were the breakfast and bed mattress. Hot Breakfast items were lukewarm. Bed mattress was stiff.

Pros: Atomosphere: Super inviting & clean. Kid friendly w/ a good balance of fun for the adults as well. Food: -Amazing breakfast w/ large selection, ample space & plenty of seating. -Great options & yummy food at 5'Oclock somewhere restaurant. -Prices at restaurant were reasonable & food portions were great. Loved the Jerk Chicken Wrap w/ fries. Kiddos loved the kids Chicken Tenders w/ fresh fruit! Amenities: We loved the small game area, outdoor lawn, and naturally all the water features. -Games were new and had all of the pieces. -Lawn area was well kept, all the activities were clean and well maintaned (corn hole, Jenga, ect). -Pool temps were perfect for the weather we had. Everything seemed so clean and new. Cons: Check in had us a little worried at first as I had somehow reserved under my maiden name rather than my married name online w/out realizing it (front desk quickly found our reservation & crisis adverted)! Kerug did not want to work properly in our room however we didnt mention this until checking out. This was not a huge deal to us considering the lobby had ample amounts of coffee and water for us throughout our stay. PLUS: We receieved a coupon pamplet upon checking in for free tickets at local attractions and discounted food! Take Away: We had a blast & would definitely stay at this location if/when visiting again. Hoping the hotel remains in this condition bc as of now it is bright, beautiful, and so enjoyable. Impressed!

Overall our stay was amazing. Here are a few things that made it great/not-so great: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- star ratings- 5/5- The pool area was amazing. My kids would have spent their whole vacation there. The area surrounding the pool where you can relax and watch your children is inviting and plentiful. 5/5- Dining- The breakfast “buffett” was terrific. The food was constantly being restocked and there was a big selection on what to eat. The staff was nice, helpful and overall excellent. The dining at the restaurant was also great. We ordered the chips and dips and chicken tenders. The dips were delicious and the chicken tenders were the best I have ever had! The service was good. 2/5- Housekeeping. Although they were nice, they forgot to clean our room 2 days in a row. We did not have a “do not disturb” sign on our door (we didn’t even have one in our room). We had to call the front desk 3 times for tissues, to have our garbage removed and to have our room cleaned. 5/5- Hotel overall- it was very clean and the elevators were nice. The rooms are beautiful, huge bathroom, plenty of storage, nice balcony, and well lit. There’s a fun little game area to play in and the hotel is decorated gorgeously. 5/5- Location- close to everything 5/5- Staff- the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. They helped me take one of the Margaritaville bikes for a ride.

This was the most AMAZING hotel we have ever stayed at! The room was beautiful. The view from our balcony of the mountains was incredible. The bathroom was spacious, CLEAN and so so relaxing! Their breakfast was delicious: cheese omelets, pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, fruit and SO much more! Our daughter has celiacs & so she is usually unable to eat breakfast at most hotels, so the fact that we were able to start our day with a healthy, protein-packed breakfast was definitely a plus! The pools, lazy river and hot tub were also AMAZING! The fact that they have an indoor AND outdoor pool was great because one day there was lightning in the area but it was no big deal because we were able to hang out at the indoor one! Just like the outdoor one, it has slides and splash pad area. We will definitely return if we vacation here again!

This property is new, clean, and in a great location! It’s like being at a tropical resort in the mountains! Rooms are spacious. Great pools/hot tub/lazy river. Pool bar and inside bar is great and drinks are delicious! I only have 2 negatives: the beds were comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pillows were terrible! Also, we weren’t a fan of the complimentary breakfast. There are lots of kids at this resort and breakfast was a free for all. Do yourself a favor and get breakfast at the Sunliner at the bottom of the hill. Outstanding! We had a great stay and will 100% stay at this resort again!!!

My wife and I really liked this bed and breakfast. The breakfasts were always delicious, and we never left hungry. Our one complaint was the jacuzzi tub/shower combination. Getting in and out of the tub was very dangerous. We never slipped, but we were both afraid that this might happen.

The Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn is a gem located only a few minutes from the main road and local attractions. The inn itself is extremely homey and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay in the Sugarlands room immensely! The rooms have automatic locking doors and each room has a private bathroom. Our room was extremely clean. The Jacuzzi was a very nice place to relax! Communal living areas are furnished with period decor and were comfortable places to meet other guests and spend time. The included desserts each evening were delicious! We definitely plan to return!

Outstanding location and mountain top view. Main house and grounds beautifully restored. We stayed in one of the cottages. Beautiful and secluded. Inside equipped with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, jacuzzi, bathroom and more. Outside had nice back porch with chairs and a porch swing. Breakfast was included each day either delivered to our cottage or in the main dining room. Cute cats around the property. Convenient drive time of ten minutes to most all attractions. Will definitely return and recommend.

The Trillium Cabin was a quiet retreat from the tourist driven excess of much which is nearby. The welcome including tasty dessert offerings with a wide choice of beverages was a unexpected treat. The Jacuzzi for two soothed our tired hiking trail joints. The breakfast delivered to our cabin was an excellent start to our day. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one night.

The rooftop jacuzzi/pool is open year around and stays warm/hot great even when it’s snowing. Also walking distance to almost everywhere in pigeon forge.

My daughter and I booked 5 days at Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. Not really knowing what to expect, it just sounded like a great place to relax on the balcony and watch the water show after a day of shopping and enjoying the area activities. Needless to say, we were impressed from the time we arrived till we left to head home. Our first impression was the friendly and professional way we were greeted and the service of the Valet. The Valet helped with getting our luggage out of the car, to helping get my cart that I use to get around, out of the car and reassembled. We used the Valet Service throughout our visit, and every time, no matter what the weather was like, they were wonderful to help with the cart and anything else we needed. The front desk was friendly and extremely helpful getting us checked in and finding someone to show us to our room and help with the luggage. Everyone we met there was very friendly and offered us suggestions on what sites to see and restaurants to eat at. The room was so amazing. The view we had looked out over the Island and we could see the Mountains in the distance. All in all, I have told my friends that this is certainly one of the best places we've ever stayed at and can't wait to come back again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Margarittaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge. The staff are incredibly helpful from the moment you pull up the valet. The valet was kind and welcoming. The front desk staff, especially Zeb was more than helpful and accommodating. He answered any question or request we had and truly helped make our stay memorable. The housekeeping staff as well as the bartenders all have a very welcoming helpful demeanor. The hotel accommodations are amazing and so is all the stuff you can do close by. Just catch an elevator downstairs and you have access to shopping and restaurants. Or you can go to the rooftop pool (kid and mom approved 😁) I recommend getting the one of the cabanas to elevate your pool experience!! Fins is the in hotel restaurant you can order at the pool, your room or eat in downstairs. They have a great bartender (Victor) and the chicken tenders and fries are the best I’ve had anywhere. This place is a “must stay” when coming to Pigeon Forge

I love how they greet you from the car to the hotel concierge.. great music was playing smelled clean looked very clean and modern.. They also went the extra mile for my Daughter who turned 30.they decorated the door and room and a sweet card for her. The room is so spacious,and cute and the balcony is so nice with a cup of coffee in the morning.Beds where comfy, beautiful Bathroom..you get free drinks coupons and water bottles... And a Starbucks is connected.. well the whole Island is connected because the Beautiful Hotel sits on top of shops.. so there are different entrances you can go in with a key card.. very cool, and the river side was Soo peaceful you didn't know you were at a highly busy place..The Best was a rooftop Pool and cabanas, and a hot tub, and a fire pit. If you can afford it it is Soo worth it..

For the most part, it was very quiet. It was very clean, and the staff was super friendly. When we thought our jacuzzi was only running cold water, the maintenance man almost beat my husband back to the room to fix it!

We spent one night at the Apple Inn and then transferred to another hotel the next night thinking it was closer to where we needed to be. Being tourists and not knowing the area we never should have left! The other hotel was brand new and while it was nice (and more expensive) it wasn’t nearly as clean and even breakfast wasn’t included. We decided to add on an extra day in town and went directly to the Apple Inn where the hospitality and homey feel has made us customers for life. The bed was so, so comfortable and the giant jacuzzi tub in the room we got the second night was the perfect end to a beautiful day in the Great Smokey Mountains where I saw 9 black bears including a little bitty baby. We can’t wait to visit again!! Make sure to bring your swimsuits for the hot tub and pool (we forgot 😢). Thank you so much for your hospitality. We will be back!!

My boyfriend and I were in Tennessee for our yearly trip. We have stayed at many properties in the area and this was by the far the best one. The smell of apples is the first thing you notice. The hotel is incredibly clean, the rooms are so comfortable (mattress and pillows). Everyhting about it was so homey. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Location perfect, great firepit outside. Breakfast delicious, we loved the eggs and sausage links along with cappucino and hot chocolate. Food always stocked. We love the apple magnet that goes on your door as the do not disturb sign. Great firepit to sit outside at night. View of the mountains and a balcony to sit on and enjoy the beauty of Tennessee. Be sure to check out the apple barn (in walking distance). Great restaurants, winery, and the best fried pies. Coffee in the lobby and of course hot apple cider. And after a long day of hiking relax in the hot tub. My only complaint is I did not know about this property before and will not stay anywhere else when I am in Tennessee.

This was our first time staying here & it did not disappoint! It was the sweetest hotel & the best smelling hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It smells like apples constantly! ALL of the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating! Our room had a view of the outdoor pool for the first 2 nights, we decided to stay a 3rd night and we moved to a room with a view of the apple orchard. The breakfast was great for a hotel breakfast. My kids really enjoyed both pools and the hot tub. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. We really liked that we had a private balcony as well. We also really enjoyed the hot apple cider every time we walked through the lobby. We will absolutely be staying here again.

The check in/out staff, housekeeping staff, maintenance staff, everybody we came in contact with, was exceptionally nice! Our room was immaculately clean as well as the entire Inn. We loved that coffee, apple cider and tea were available in the lobby starting at 6:00 am until 12:00 midnight! The apple cider was "out of this world" delicious! The buffet breakfast every morning was delicious! So many restaurants, pharmacies, trolley stops, etc. were within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "The Inn at Apple Valley" and will definitely be staying there again.

This is a very nice resort for families. The rooms are large and comfortable with full kitchens, fireplaces in the living room, large bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs in the master, and water and dryers in the room. The lazy river is beautiful, my kids really enjoyed it. Thr grounds have beautiful landscaping and walking paths down to the river. The resort is so quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to back.

Our on suite jacuzzi was dirty inside the jacuzzi jets and the water had to be let out. Clean it up and went to fill back up. No hot water left, no problem but I had no idea what was happening so i I to call maintenance. The maintenance guy that was called the second time was great!! He explained it all. Add told us about a restaurant that was the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. The staff at the spa were so friendly and kind!!! But I was on my 29th anniversary trip on 2-14 . We actually got married on Valentine’s Day. but if it wasn’t for the staff especially Mr. Robby. And the Two beautiful ladies who recognized how sad I was and gave me the only roses that I have received in years. Our room was beautiful and full of natural light with lots of windows to see the river. Just can’t wait to come back with my girls. Thank you, Lorraine

My wife and I with her sister stayed 4 nights in a two bedroom with two kings condo. All I can say is we got far more than we ever expected. Where to start. A TV in both bedrooms and a big screen in the living room. Two bathrooms. One with jacuzzi tub. Washer and dryer. Beautiful appliances to include a dishwasher and a real Keurig coffee maker. Granite countertops everywhere and quality leather furniture. The beds are very comfortable and the room can be made to be dark for napping during the day if needed. Patio with a nice view and friendly mallard ducks that will help you eat any leftover popcorn from the shows. I could go on and on about the pool and grounds and even some activities hosted by the staff. Everything first class and excellent. I won't look anywhere else for our future stays.

This property is very beautiful and in the perfect location. It is close to town for any needs but secluded enough and is still very peaceful. The place was very clean and all of the staff was extremely nice. By far the nicest place we’ve ever stayed and will probably be our go to spot from here on out. We typically make 3-4 trips a year and look forward to coming back here. We felt right at home. The kitchen appliances were nice and up to date with all the supplies you need to make anything. It is definitely worth the money, the pools are very nice and with a small 1ft section for babies which was perfect for our 1yr old. 10/10 recommend. The play area was a lot of fun for kids. There’s a small trail to walk next to the river. And beautiful balcony spots to sit next to the river.

This resort is amazing! The rooms are fantastic, clean, and roomy. The beds were so comfortable! We loved the amenities! If I had to fuss about anything, I wish they’d at least bring in clean towels every day or 2 during your stay rather than having to go to the office for them, and I wish they provided coffee filters at least. Having a full kitchen with coffee pot was great, but who wants to buy a thousand coffee filters for a 3 or 4 day stay? And salt and pepper, we loved having the option to cook something rather than eating out every meal, but again, buying a whole salt and pepper and shaker was unnecessary. Small things to gripe about though considering everything else about our stay was absolutely top notch! We’ll certainly be back! (Will just remember to pack a few coffee filters and seasonings! lol!)

After a busy vacation we stayed here as a nice refresher before going back to normal life. This place was wonderful, everyone was so nice and our room was beautiful. We had free beverages all day, our jacuzzi tub on the deck overseeing a lovely view was great, and the breakfast they made in the morning lovely. It is just the perfect place to get away. We will definitely will be coming back!

The location is AMAZING. We are so happy that we chose Berry Springs for our vacation. Sitting at the top of the hill, overlooking the mountains was perfect. Quiet, secluded....and the hot tub at night was a perfect end to a day. The staff was awesome, friendly and very helpful. The room was perfect size, had a comfortable bed, a nice sized bathroom and the deck with spa was a great addition. Breakfast was delicious and we met some really great people each morning...sharing stories and sips of hot chocolate. They had decorated for Christmas which made the downstairs lobby cozy and filled with holiday magic. Don't miss this place! And ask all your questions before you go. This place was totally amazing. Beautiful lodge in a quiet area. Lots of outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the views. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They served a hot breakfast every morning and a homemade dessert was set out every night. The rooms were so spacious and comfortable with a balcony to sit and watch the sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend this lodge and hope to visit again. It is close to local restaurants and attractions.

As soon as I arrived with my daughter,(18) we felt welcomed and at home!! The staff were so friendly, got a tour, the amenities they offered, et cetera. The best part was the quietness.. It was so relaxing. The view especially on back porch was so beautiful!! Breakfast in morning was delicious and if we stayed any longer I would of gained 20lbs from the tasty dessert they offered each night LOL.. It was also nice meeting other guests at breakfast..Everyone we talked to were so nice and personable...Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one..Definitely will recommend and hoping to come back again!!!

The room was spotless, cute, and in a good location. Nice size room with comfortable king bed and jacuzzi tub with balcony overlooking river all at a great price. Would definitely book again.

Very clean! Cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! Private balcony off the back. The housekeeper was super sweet and accommodating for us! Jacuzzi tub was amazing as well! We will definitely be coming back to stay here for our vacations to the pigeon forge area!

The room was very cozy and the bed was very very comfortable. I enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and the rustic/antique looking furniture. Was also nice to receive a code when the room was ready, was self service type of situation. But if you needed something all you had to do was text.

I didn't like the breakfast because u had to pay for it,,so I did it wasn't good,$12.50 buffet breakfast ,there wasn't much for the buffet,,I got better breakfast at hotels that are free,,I've stayed at Drury Inn that have a great big buffet and a kick back evening dinner and drinks and a great value on rate,,if there was one at Pigeon Forge Tn,,I definitely be at that hotel for the reason of the great breakfast and kickback dinner,plain and simple ,,when someone gets an hotel this is what they want for there hotel stay of what they pay,,pretty much I payed almost double ,than if I stayed at a drury inn at a great rate and great breakfast,kickback and great amenities, pool,hottub,

My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary through an overnight stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Our reservation had to land on a cold and windy day so we stayed in our beautifully appointed king bed with a fireplace, balcony (would have been used more had the weather cooperated), and Jacuzzi (jet tub). Loved the indoor pool as well. Would have liked the indoor hot tub, but hey, who can complain? All made for romance at an affordable rate. We Very much enjoyed our dinner at the bar, and our breakfast in the dining room. One can enjoy the breakfast bar overflowing with fresh fruit, juices, and all the wonderful breakfast items, or order off the menu. I would definitely stay here again.

We went for the long weekend.. everyone was very nice and professional. Our room was a balcony with fireplace..which was nice since the weather was cool in the evenings. We spent time in the restaurant/bar area and highly recommend relaxing down there after a day of adventures. Nancy took really good care of us and everyone else. We had breakfast there 2 mornings, made to order.. omelets were really good. Breakfast is extra unless you get the breakfast with the room pkg, which we had. Everything is clean and inviting and they have a nice firepit outside the lobby with seating to enjoy... Would definitely go back again.. it's off the Parkway which was really nice, so we didn't have to get in all the traffic on the main road. Huge plus.

So glad I picked this hotel for a quick trip we decided to take to visit Dollywood. Location is nice and actually our navigation had us take a left out of hotel parking lot going back way and avoiding congestion on main strip. Very clean, cinnamon rolls at breakfast were great, staff friendly, and location sits off main drag so you don’t hear all the loudness. We walked to Texas Roadhouse one night (5 min walk). Loved the balcony as we had a view. If you don’t request a view of pigeon forge you’ll get view of abandoned scary building that was a thomas Kincaid Christmas museum at one time. Popcorn machine was never filled to enjoy the popcorn but we were fine and outdoor fire pit never turned on maybe because it was too warm outside not sure. Parking lot filled up quick but back parking lot had plenty of spots and you can still get into hotel from doors in back. When we checked in the bird was out on desk enjoying snacks! He was cute and enjoyed seeing him upon entry/exit. And not hotels fault- -breakfast was crowded we had a hard time getting seats. Someone was always cleaning area keeping it clean that was nice. - there is a rainforest adventure zoo that sits in front of hotel. Every now and then sitting in balcony we would smell animal poop. It wasn’t horrible.

We absolutely love staying here—it’s our go-to getaway spot! Since we live fairly close, we often take day trips to the area, but when we decide to stay overnight, this is always our top choice. The mountain views are simply breathtaking. We visited during the winter once and woke up to snow-covered peaks that looked like something out of a postcard. At night, you can step out onto the balcony and see the lights of the strip twinkling in the distance—it’s like having the peacefulness of the mountains and the fun of the city all in one place. The staff here is truly wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they make the whole experience feel easy and cared for. It really adds that extra touch of hospitality that keeps us coming back. As a family traveling with kids, we also really appreciate the split-room setup. It’s perfect—two TVs mean the kids can wind down with cartoons while we relax and catch up on our shows. It’s the little things that make all the difference. And don’t even get me started on the breakfast—it’s hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had. The biscuits are rich and buttery, the eggs are perfectly cheesy, and the coffee hits just right every single time.

Nicest place I have ever stayed. The staff is excellent and very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Exactly what you expect from the Holiday Inn brand! Room was clean and comfortable. I even received text asking how our stay was going. Breakfast was decent too. Whatever meat served was decent. The only thing I can at all nitpick about is the pool was freezing cold. Nice quiet area away from the parkway. This would be great if you are going to Dollywood because it is a 10 minute drive. Clientele was a lot of older adults which we love! Staff was friendly! I tried interacting with a cleaning staff member that did not speak English. Our interaction was so friendly, we both laughed because we were both trying so hard to understand each other! She was such a sweet lady and God Bless her. The cleaning staff are amazing!

The lights and festivities on the property were gorgeous. The outdoor heated pool areas were a family favorite! Breakfast was good and great functionality to keep it germ-free. Check in was a breeze. We had a king mini-suite and we loved it. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after long days of walking at Dollywood.

We Loved the Christmas Inn! It is an excellent place to stay! Not "cookie cutter " The cleanest ever! Super friendly everyone! So Much for the money I can see why so many of their guests make this hotel a destination for their families and return year after year. We will be returning with our kids and grands. If you have kids they will love it! In door pool & Jacuzzi run 24/7 Santa is on sight, fresh cookies nightly, a calendar of events each day of the week! Breakfast everyone will love including their blend Christmas Coffee not (hotel cookie cutter)is included for everyone its a "Real Buffet " with servers! The price is comparable to other places they have a website the inn at Christmas place where you can see events etc... Marcie

My recent stay at the The Inn at Christmas Place was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were incredibly accommodating throughout my entire visit. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The room itself was immaculate. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of delicious choices, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets, all served in a bright and inviting dining area. The quality of the food was outstanding, and the service matched, with attentive staff making sure that every guest had everything they needed. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better for exploring. It was conveniently located near several major attractions and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Breakfast was awesome, with plenty of parking, close to all events. Staff was very knowledgeable of places and gave excellent direction to location for a customer on the phone trying to find hotel. Jacuzzi saved my back from the drive to stay.

The beds were comfortable, pool was close and. The jump pillow. Staff accommodated me wonderfully. Hottub was awesome!!

Very clean and the staff was outstanding. The outdoor hottub was rather hard to get into and was broken most of the time but, everything else was great.

I liked how they had an indoor pool and Jacuzzi and an outdoor one also

It was cozy could have used a little more cleaning in the cabin as in the spider webs and the smell in there but overall it was great. Enjoyed the jacuzzi the area it was in walking distance to everything. We enjoyed our stay we will most definitely go back

I liked the separate rooms for us and the kids. I liked that it had a little kitchen. The pool and Jacuzzi were warm and comfortable.

The location was perfect close to downtown it was nice to sit in the jacuzzi after walking downtown all day
