Very nice location, excellent service & staff are super friendly! The room itself is really nice, comfy bed, nice deep jacuzzi bath with some complimentary oils to help soak.

The wishing well suite was amazing, beautifully decorated and really special with the jacuzzi bath. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff were all brilliant

We stayed in the Wishing Well king bedroom suite with spa bath. Could not fault the room spec or attention to detail. Very impressed with the layout of the spacious spa room with its own en-suite shower room and loo. The Spa bath is enormous and thoughtfully provided with lots of essential oils and lotions. Plenty of towels and little touches. There was lots and lots of hot water and above all it all worked and was very clean. The main room was cosy with very funky decor and the mini bar was stocked with lots of bar snacks and drinks the choice was brilliant , right up to Pol Roger champers if you fancied it! We ate at the pub in the evening which was lovely and again for breakfast. The selection for brekkie was amazing! Particularly the home made croissants! This night away was a birthday treat and a much needed weekend to refresh after a stressful year. Highly recommended.

Our recent stay at The Queen's Arms was delightful. This charming countryside inn, located in the picturesque Lambourn Valley, exceeded our expectations in every way. We were truly impressed by the restaurant. The food was delicious, offering a delightful menu of traditional British dishes. The setting was lovely, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that perfectly complemented the culinary experience. Dining here was an absolute pleasure, and the value for money was outstanding. Our accommodations were equally outstanding. The hotel room was comfortable, well-appointed with toiletreries, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The inclusion of a delicious breakfast with a lot of choices was making it excellent value for money.

I loved my stay, the room was delightful and had everything I needed. Comfy Bed and a nice selection of teas and coffees. The pub food was amazing and the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was made with very fresh produce, it was tasty and a terrific start to the day.

If visiting Highclere Castle or even close to Newbury….You MUST stay here. Our experience after canceling reservation at another Location (they didn’t have AC) has been amazing! Reservations were efficient. The photos on light do not show haw charming this Inn really is. Our adventure starts at the train station where Richard picked us up in his local taxi. Not only did he take us The Furze Bush he waited while we dropped off our luggage before heading over to Highclere Castle. He said we could call him, and he would gladly pick us up when we were finished our tour. He did just that returned us to the Inn and nothing but exceptional service at the Inn. The restaurant had a “non- boring” menu, so it made dinner choices difficult. Everything was delicious and the 2 young lads who waited on us could not have been more charming, funny and personable. Our room was spotless, and the slipper bathtub was amazing. My last night of vacation included a hot soak in this amazing treat. Next morning (we only stayed one night) we called Richard to see if he would drive us to Heathrow. Agan, more exceptional service. Our only regret we didn’t stay longer…..but for sure we will be back and will tell everyone this place is EXCEPTIONAl!

Lovely country pub in fabulous location for our visit to Highclere. We had booked the larger room and it was comfortable with everything we needed. The staff here are exceptional, attentive and welcoming. We had a 3 course meal in the restaurant which was delicious and good value. Fabulous atmosphere in restaurant and bar. Breakfast made to order was excellent quality and a larger than expected. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location, really good restaurant for dinner and an excellent breakfast. Bedroom, shower and loo were spotless, tea and coffee making facilities in the room, also an iron and ironing board! Staff were so welcoming, very friendly and helpful with directions etc. It was a really good stay.

We stayed for one night in the big room in front . What a lovely room big everything you needed ,clean with a sofa and bed . The best bed ive slept in for ages ,the bathroom was lovely as well huge bath and great shower . We went down for dinner and a few drinks well what can i say it was amazing ,the staff were amazing very impressed they were brilliant helpful and interested in us and we had everything we needed . Thank you guys ... breakfast was also amazing plenty of it to set us up for the day please dont change anything .

Nice character pub comfortable bedroom with double bed very clean with air conditioning which helped as hot weather. Peaceful at night. Adequate bathroom shower was small with shower head attachment not adjustable for height. It's good to have soap and shower gel available. Tea was available in our room with iron and board in the cupboard. Food options and times for breakfast were very good. Nice friendly staff.

I've stayed at the Swan more than once before and that is a recommendation in itself. The bedrooms are beautiful, comfortable, very clean and pleasant smelling with a luxurious bath and one of the biggest most comfortable beds that can be found at any price range; they even have comfortable pillows - so rare in most hotels/guest houses. Downstairs, the bar is lovely with one or two open fires depending on the weather. Very lovely helpful bar staff and acoustics that allow you to talk to your partner. So why did I only give it four stars you may ask? Answer: they need to do much better at vegan or diary-free options both at dinner and breakfast. Such small changes are needed to take it from really lovely to nearly perfect. I wish I could have awarded them 4.5 but there is no such option. Surely it is not so hard to have some vegan butter, vegan pastries or whatever so that the breakfast is not quite so dull.

It was our second stay at this Inn. Every room is different and we loved both our rooms. This room was very spacious, with a big, comfy bed and a bathtub. It was bright and friendly and tastfully decorated. Staff was friendly and food (dinner and breakfast) was delicious. Breakfast was simple and continental, but that was ok for us.

My husband and I love the Cotswolds and we often drive the 3 hours journey from Essex to visit and have lunch in à country pub.After some internet search we found this place and went for Sunday lunch a few days ago and we weren’t disapointed!The Swan inn is everything a traditional Cotswolds pub should be…it’s been sympathetically restored with beautiful decor giving a welcoming and cozy feel and has a lovely courtyard garden with an outdoor bar/ kitchen where you can get grilled food too.The food was delicious and the service was faultless .Our waiter Luca was both friendly and knowledgable and served me the best Pimm’s I could wish for with all the “trimmings”.We also met Danny the very friendly manager and chatted about how he left London recently after 22 years of living there with his wife (who also work at the pub) to start a new life in the Cotswolds running the Swan. We really enjoyed our time at the Swan and we’ll definitely be back!All the staff we came across were friendly and helpful and we wish Danny and his wife every success and happiness in the Cotswolds.

The epitome of something I didn’t think existed anymore. A great British pub. Only stayed for one night but arrived and had a fabulous welcome from Declan and Luca. Shown to our room which was great. We had the entry-level room which was more than substantial. Bed extremely comfy, fantastic bedlinen and immaculate throughout. We ate dinner in the garden, which that particular evening was a barbecue. Again great quality tasty food. Danny, the manager came up and told us all about the menu and what a lovely guy. Very knowledgeable about all the wines on the list and seemed to really love the fact he had moved out of London and was managing such a little gem as The Swan. The pub was full of mainly locals who were welcoming and friendly. After a great night sleep, we had a brilliant breakfast with delicious fresh ingredients and probably one of the best coffees I’ve had for ages . Thanks to everyone involved at the Swan we loved it and if we ever come back to that area, we will definitely visit again.

Everything exceeded expectation and value was excellent Location ideal and easy to reach Close to the centre but none of the noise. Supremely quiet Room size large, bed comfortable and king size Bathroom large, walk-in shower and a standalone, large bath. Excellent. Kitchenette looked very well equipped but did not use Breakfast very decent and the breakfast room was very pleasant. No crowding or queuing. Staff very friendly at all times. The breakfast staff could not have been more helpful or pleasant. Clean in all areas. Even enabled early check-in (with a smile) as the room was ready. Such a bonus

Very good central hotel conveniently located next to the station but without the noise you might expect. Rooms are spacious, a nice temperature and excellent shower. Quality toiletries, iron, ironing board and a very well equipped kitchenette. Bed was crisp, clean, comfortable and plenty of usb ports to stay charged. Downstairs in the lobby there’s plenty to keep you fed and hydrated if you need to buy some food or refreshments. Breakfast is buffet style with full English, continental or grab and go if you’re in a hurry. Staff are very helpful. Directions from the station on google maps is strange so ignore those and take the exit to the far left and down the steps and hotel entrance is on the right

I loved this place. My room was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, the shower was fantastic, I loved the little kitchenette and the amenities, the breakfast buffet was good; it was a nice way to start the day. Its close to the train station so very convenient. Staff are friendly & helpful, the mini shop in the reception was useful. I'd definitely stay again.

It was Modern,( Burst of blue) HOLIDAY home, decking, and hotub around the holiday home (brilliant), lovely quiet place, lovely bar, eating places(Green Room), staff welcoming and friendly, spacious place for walking , dog friendly, recycling rubbish (brilliant), very comfortable and very clean, WELCOME PACK, lovely touch 😀.

Lovely location, superb site - clean, neat, tidy and immaculately kept. We arrived out of hours and were welcomed by the site security - he was attentive and had excellent customer service skills - he checked us in promptly and provided us with all the information we needed adding he was not far away if we needed anything else. The property was spotless and welcoming and the little added extra touches were everywhere - it just kept on giving. We booked breakfast in The Missing Squirrel - lovely breakfast, clean and ambient atmosphere and lovely service (a little slow but staff member was on their own so it was fine). That night we thought we'd eat in the Green Room bar and restaurant. It was full but not packed, as the Halloween kids entertainment was in full swing. There was no where near enough staff on duty - they were rushed off their feet, sweaty and stressed - they remained lovely and courteous throughout but the food took an hour and 20 to arrive and desserts took over 30 minutes....many customers were frustrated - it was hard to watch as it was not their fault. Such a shame as the food was delicious although perhaps a little over priced. Overall an excellent venue though - a new place with plenty to offer and it certainly was 5 star accommodation.

Clean and tidy site. Space for 2 cars. Bar and Restaurant were absolutely fine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Accommodation was clean and well presented. Bed was a comfy good sized double. Lounge was spacious. Outside deck and seating was nice. Kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Shower had decent power. En-suite toilet for the master bedroom and a separate family shower/toilet was nice. Nice also to have a discount when we booked again for next year.

The camp site was beautiful all the cabins are modern clean and spacious with all the latest modcom's WiFi . Bar and pool are well kept with a very beautiful modern cocktail bar and restaurant. Great kids play park and water park too.

Jacuzzi bath was amazing, room was very clean and pretty quiet at night (we were on the ground floor) staff are very welcoming and friendly! The catering staff were amazing as well. Only a 5 minute walk from the beach and the pier too which was the reason for booking.

Staff were so helpful, friendly & attentive, hotel was spotless, jacuzzi bath was perfect & above all breakfast in bed was great, with no extra charge. We loved the later check out time too “It’s sometimes the small things” would we book up again “hell yes”! See you soon :)

Bed was so comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge with a lovely double shower and jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was great with lots of variety and staff were so friendly. Love the bouji decor too.

The jacuzzi bath and the bed was so comfy, slept like a baby Breakfast in the morning was brilliant, cooked fresh while you wait ( wait is not to long) and there is continental bar while you wait for full breakfast. It was our anniversary and the staff went all out for us. Will be back

What an amazing place to stay! Beautiful unique room with an enormous round bed, excellent jacuzzi experience and still friendly price. Very nice and helpful staff, great choice of breakfast options. Free car park, very close to the beach. Would definitely come back and recommend to friends ⭐️

The holiday home was amazing, so cosy! Our dog was with us and the jacuzzi was just heavenly.

The lodge was just what you would want for a family holiday. The kitchen area had all the facilities you could possibly need. The two bathrooms were a bonus . Loved the jacuzzi . We saw a red squirrel whilst eating breakfast my first sighting in 68 years🐿️

the cabin and everything in it seemed new, the beds were comfortable, it was spotlessly clean. The hot tub on the terrace was very nice in February and the terrace faced only greenery, not another row of lodges (though many of the non-hot tub cabins were surrounded by other cabins, but that’s just how these resorts are). The staff were helpful - our cabin was missing coffee maker, reading light, and remote to operate the electric fireplace- staff fixed all this very quickly and with a smile. The site was quiet yet there was a nice pub just 5 minutes walk away. St Helen’s Bay was picturesque.

The accommodation was maintained to a high standard. The entire building was very warm. It had a washing machine and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The area was very peaceful and family friendly. The shower was spacious. The welcome box in the kitchen with cleaning things to get you started with cleaning up was a treat. The cooking utensil were suitable for the purpose. The appliances in the kitchen were quality and easy to use. The parking was good enough, space for 1 car directly out front. Security on site and on call. I appreciated the onsite commitment to recycling. The views were great by the lake. The chalets are perfect. The static caravans are set at the top of the hill so there may be more views if that is your thing. Venue has a Costcutter outside across the road which is well stocked. It is not far from Newport which has all the shops. Your retail and leisure therapy needs can be met within 20 minutes drive away. Buses run regularly to other places of interest.

The lakeside house was in a perfect location. It was modern and clean. The food in the restaurant was amazing in quality and price. We found that all staff were friendly and helpful. The grounds are kept spotless. The indoor pool was a bonus and we had it all to ourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we will be back. Thank you

Excellent central location for exploring the whole Island . Very clean and good facilities with good restaurant and pool .. Accommodation was clean , spacious and generally comfortable , although the bed was memory foam and difficult to sleep in .. Staff were very friendly and Welcoming .. Especially liked the welcome pack for our dog , it was very thoughtful ..

Large, spacious 4 berth superior caravan, cleaned beautifully for arrival. Tea towel and washing up kit/bin bags left for us. Beds were extremely comfortable and bed linen crisp and clean. Ample kitchen space with necessary items in cupboards: saucepans, frying pan, cheese grater, casserole dishes, plates, glasses and cups. Plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils in drawer. Good tv and the heating was really effective (we put it on during cold spell mid-July). Shower worked fine and had loads of hot water. Everything very clean in bathrooms. I'm allergic to animals and had a normal caravan and had no issues with allergies. Definitely no animal hair anywhere. Parking outside caravan. Park was very quiet and clean and no rats in the mobile home! Staff very courteous. Altogether a brilliant stay and we will definitely go back and would recommend this site to anyone. It was VERY good value for money. No entertainment on when we were there but this is clearly stated on the holiday park website as it starts later in the year. Take your own towels and travel iron as these aren't supplied (again this is stated on the website). The location is lovely, quiet rural area within easy reach of most places. Well stocked Coop just outside entrance of park and bus stop there with buses regularly going along coast to Ryde, stopping off in coastal major towns. Or you can get to Newport and get other tour buses from there.

After reading some of the other reviews we were initially concerned, however our accommodation was clean, the bed linen was fresh, clean and the beds all made up. The kitchen area, cups, cutlery, fridge, chairs, dining table were all clean. The living area was also clean, we walked around in socks and they remained clean. Both bathrooms had been cleaned as well. No uncomfortable smells either. The outside area was clean, off course some leaves etc from the morning winds, chairs were fine. We had a dedicated parking space next to our location. We didn't use any of the onsite facilities as we only used the accommodation as a base and the local pubs provided excellent food.

So cosy! Clean, spacious and good supplies! Rooms were warm and quite luxurious. Jacuzzi was such fun & gave us down time to catch up on chat with bubbly! staff were very helpful & cheery!

We received an upgrade on our stay and our chalet was perfect! Great size, brilliant location and the outside space and jacuzzi was exceptional!

Loved the site, the facilities were great, loads to do for the kids. The bars and shop had everything you needed food was great. Pool was lovely and clean, the parks were great for the kids. Entertainment every night was great with prizes too win. We did a few of the activities archer, mini rovers, alpaca walks. Great value for money staff really try and make it special. Remembering kids names and helping them along. We stayed in zen 12, lovely and clean had everything we needed. The little welcome back for us and the dogs was a lovely touch really thought of everything. The vouchers for the food and drinks were great too we used them all. Hottub was clean and regularly checked. Loads of explore on the site from view points to watch the sunset, parks, woods and even fishing spots along river avon Fantastic site 11/10 everything you need for a family holiday.

The location of the holiday village is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Just what we needed to recharge from the busyness of London! The drive there seeing all the wild horses grazing was amazing! We loved Good Friday Hill and will be back for sure! The caravan we stayed in (River 143) was clean and had everything we needed. I was worried at first seeing some reviews and photos but was pleasantly surprised. My children enjoyed the arcade, swimming, and the walks. The cafe and shop were very handy and served some delicious treats. The arcade must be the cleanest I have ever come across and dangerously addictive! 😅 It's about a 12 min drive to the nearest supermarkets in Ringwood and we also had an amazing Chinese takeaway from there - Chinatown! We brought our own mobile WiFi router as I checked in advance re: internet and had no troubles watching movies or doing what we needed online. The place is surrounded by gorgeous tall trees, and to be honest, it's about detaching ourselves from all mainstream media and devices and just nourishing ourselves. We had good sleep too! Most staff members we came across were all friendly and helpful. There were no issues there, and we never needed to call for any help. We were grateful that we had a very pleasant stay. God is great!

I had a great four day stay at Drakes Hotel in late March 2023, with a sea view room. I was impressed with everything, from the friendly and very helpful staff, to the comfortable, clean, and stylish room. Every detail was thought of, and though I had a smaller room, the thoughtful design and amenities made it perfect for me. As well, on the days I didn't have the housekeeping staff in, they kindly left a package with additional supplies like the complimentary sparkling water and a fresh bathrobe, etc. Located in Kemptown, there's plenty to do and see, and well located. It's not far from Brighton Pier or from the pubs, cafes and shops of St James' Street, and onto the Laines and North Laines. Also, for the artists, there's the Black Dove Pub around the corner from the hotel for drop in life drawing classes. Seeing the street art and murals around Brighton was a big highlight, along with the many contemporary art galleries. Although a lot of the guests are couples, I felt very welcome even as a solo traveller and well cared for. Breakfast was delicious and a good selection of options. I would definitely recommend staying at Drakes and will do so again when I'm next in Brighton.

The hotel staff were supremely helpful and friendly, they let us check in an hour early upon arrival, we had gone for Easter weekend for my wife’s birthday, to which she was greeted with rose petals on the bed and a birthday card! On Easter Sunday, on our way out for the day, we opened our door to a lovely surprise of an Easter egg and came back to a refreshed room with fresh sheets, made bed and refreshed tea/coffee station, the little details made the trip so very memorable and Drakes will now be my first choice when coming back to Brighton. Lovely clean hotel in close proximity to Brighton sea front and town. The staff were so helpful and friendly, breakfast was tasty and bar was cosy. Something to note is that most rooms are only accessible by stairs

I had such a wonderful stay at Drakes. The hotel is clean, you can control the room temperature, I didn’t hear any noise and slept through the night, the staff were all really friendly (even drawing out a map of recommended places to visit) and amazing views of the sea. It was the perfect tonic for the quiet weekend that I needed, I left feeling refreshed. I would highly recommend Drakes and hope to return soon.

The Hotel was in the perfect position with lots of amenities and walkable to most locations. The #1 room was so beautiful! It had a fee stair cases but easily accessible, two big windows sea view windows with comfy chairs to read by. The bedding had the best pillows and felt very decadent. Bring your hair net because the rain shower was straight overhead. Staff was excellent and bar was awesome! Will come again!

Breakfast was excellent, and we were greeted on our arrival with the best home made scones and cream made by Tracy and welcome tea. The location and environment were perfect. a beautiful garden, quiet surroundings and lovely building. Our room was comfortable and had a large bathroom with lovely jacuzzi within it. All in all an excellent stay, and we could store our bikes safely in the garage over night. Very warm and friendly.

Very warm welcome on arrival from Tracy, lovely cream tea in the beautiful dining room. The whole place is stunning, including the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to get the room with the jacuzzi bath, which was a real treat. Breakfast was lovely, Tracy and Steve really do go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful surroundings, nice peaceful and quiet. Dog friendly and loads of routes to walk locally. Tracy and Steve very helpful and informative of what to do / eat etc in the area. Beautiful breakfast, so nice and filling, we cancelled lunch and had a lovely long walk pegwell bay which is close by. Toiletries, chocolates, tea, coffee, fridge microwave and kettle all available In the very comfortable room. Would definitely come again 😃 the spa bath was amazing!!!

Beautiful setting, hosts were very welcoming. Complimentary tea and fresh scones on arrival which was a very nice touch. Room was very clean and spacious with lots of little nice touches such as complimentary Brandy, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies. En-suite bathroom was lovely with large walk in shower and spa bath. Large 4 poster bed which was really comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

The location was perfect, very picturesque, clean and tidy. The owners were very friendly and helpful & the breakfast was to die for. The hot tub is amazing and very relaxing and the honesty bar is well stocked and a nice touch.

The greeting from Hava set me at rest as I rarely travel on my own. She was so kind,friendly and professional. The room was large and so clean,lots of towels too ! I slept so well. Oh the shower was hot and powerful too. I came from Dorset and was surprised at the engagement! It was very near the venue I was visiting too,so perfect location. I did have the "breakfast" bacon bap ,cereal bar and a lovely coffee ,brought to my room. ALL your team were so friendly and kind.it made a pleasant change .thank you !

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ordid Epsom London, and I must say, it was a delightful experience! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the afternoon reception staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their friendliness and warm hospitality set the tone for a great stay. The hotel room itself was lovely—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully arranged. It featured both a bath and shower, which was a great touch and added to the comfort of the stay. The beds were beautifully presented, making for a cozy and restful night. Overall, my experience at Ordid Epsom London was incredibly positive. The warm and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and lovely amenities made it a stay worth remembering. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

The whole Team at The Orchid hotel was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. They were particularly kind to my aged parents making sure they were comfortable and had a refurbished room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower. My husband and I were allocated a very large room which suited us well. I understand that all rooms are due to be refurbished/upgraded which will be an added bonus. I was a bit sceptical when I heard the breakfast option was 'Grab and Go' but it was OK and satisfying enough for a casual breakfast .There is a pub/restaurant alongside the hotel which is very convenient especially if you do not have a car, although carparking is free which is definitely a plus as another well known group hotel close by charges £15 a day!!

The staff was so helpful, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and very comfortable. We also had a 2 year old and did need the cot that was requested as the room was spacious with a double be and a single bed which was more than enough room for 2 adults and a child. I would 100% stay again

We specifically enjoyed the meals at the hotel, absolute quality throughout, in particular the breakfast was delicious. Staff and service were helpful, friendly and attentive in all areas leading to a feeling of being welcome. The grounds were excellently maintained and we enjoyed a walk to the beach.

Lovely room - very quiet with our own balcony. Free mini bar - lovely breakfast and the spa was amazing. Lots of walking options - didn’t even have a chance to try any real activities the days slipped by so quickly. The staff were all super attentive and lovely - fantastic service by every single person

Cosy, comfortable, Spa excellent ,friendly staff, couldn’t do enough for you especially Edward and Mark. Food delicious in the Hotel, however The Kitchen restaurant near the entrance the food was not very good, staff there excellent however. Really enjoyed myself

Everything... from the minute we arrived we were treated like very special guests. The lodge was beautiful - the views sublime; the spa and facilities were beyond our expectation (though a little busy at times). The icing on the cake was the amazing tasting menu from Chef Ben and his team. Exceptional dining experience. The breakfast hamper is highly recommended as you can slouch in the comfy robes on the balcony overlooking the lake and watch the wild swimming tucking into the gorgeous local produce. Will definitely be back.

The location is beautiful. The grounds are wonderful for walking and views to the back of the property extend for miles. Breakfast at the Botánica in the Spa was delicious and the restaurant very comfortable and attractively presented. Service everywhere was excellent.

The location and the grounds are gorgeous. The room had a great view and was very spacious, although the furniture etc. was a bit dated. The spa is amazing. Breakfast was lovely. Dinner at the Pass was definitely a highlight, cannot recommend it enough.

Can’t recommend South Lodge highly enough. The best spa hotel we have been to in the UK. Beautiful views of the countryside, fantastic and clean spa facilities as well as bedroom and great food in the restaurants and Botanica. Will be be back for a relaxing break in autumn!

It’s our 3rd time here , we love it. The spa is amazing and the grounds are so beautiful. Had the best dinner in the Camilla restaurant also had the best facial Iv ever had , left my skin glowing.
