Our family of 5 stayed in a 3 bedroom, ocean view apartment on the 41st floor. The views were absolutely stunning! The apartment was extremely spacious and had everything we needed. We loved using the pool areas for relaxing and swimming and the nearby Longboards restaurant was a fabulous hangout for drinks and food. We also enjoyed dining at the Osaka sushi train restaurant situated at the bottom of the building. Q1 is in a amazing location with the beach and city being so close, we walked around the city almost every night. Supermarkets were in walking distance too. The tram is also nearby which is fast and easy to use too. Thank you Q1, we had a fabulous family holiday.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed. The front desk staff were always so helpful and friendly. The resort pool was lovely. We had the buffet breakfast one morning in the sky point which was fabulous with delicious food and great views. It was in a great location, just walking distance to the beach and to the Surfers Paradise Cavil Avenue. We would definitely return as this accommodation was wonderful.

The apartment was spotless, spacious, and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views, The staff were friendly and attentive. A nice touch was the toiletries provided, adding a bit of luxury to our experience. Great place to stay, highly recommend

This hotel is in an excellent location in Surfers Paradise. It is in easy walk to the beach, has a tram stop right out the front and is not far from shopping. Our room was on the 15th floor and had a good view of the ocean. The room was large with seperate lounge/dining area, an enclosed balcony, and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was great with a spa bath and seperate shower. The room came with all the self contained items, like gas cooker, cooking utensils, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine. The only negative we could see for this hotel was the lifts. While we understood that the lifts were being upgraded, this made using them extremely frustrating. To begin with, when we checked in we packed the car in the basement carpark, then with our luggage we tried to use the lift to get to our room, however due to doors not being able to be held open while we struggled to get in with our bags I was unable to get in, so we were seperated, me with the key to the room that was required to program the lift to stop at our floor. This meant my wife could not access not only our room but could not stopp the lift at our floor. As there was no mobile recetion in the basement we could not communicate, so a little stressful and not a great beginning. The lifts we like this throughout our stay, either very good, or slow and usually full, missed a number due to them being packed. Having said this we did enjoy our stay, the staff were good and the facilities great.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Parking super easy and staff very friendly. I would never stay again though due to the very loud wind through the apartment the entire night. I videod it, it was howling so loud all night on level 26 I couldn’t sleep at all. I told staff in morning and they said it can happen depending on wind to pop a towel under the door. The second night the wind had dropped and wasn’t as bad. Bed was ok for a cheaper apartment but pillows very high and gave a sore neck i would recommend bring your own. Location is really good about an 8 min walk to surfers paradise Main Street along the beach. Beach views even in a non ocean view room.

The appartment has two bedrooms & bathrooms, kitchen & laundry. Plenty of space & large balcony for outdoor dinning opposite the beautiful Surfers Paradise beach. We were on 24 floor with awesome views. There is a large renovation taking place on the upper floors which didn’t bother us too much. Indoor & outdoor pools & spa, sauna & steam room fun when it’s raining. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant food & service was okay.

Amazing views from the room. Very comfortable stay, it has everything you need to feel at home. Very walkable area with the beach at the door step. Will come back again

Beautiful location with the most amazing ocean views, The apartment was better than I expected. Only thing I will complain about is that some of the complimentary Nescafe coffee satchels had expired 2 years ago, fridge had an off smell and some of the kitchen utensils weren't cleaned properly (egg on frypan and dirty coffee cups) Apart from those minor issues I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my 30th birthday. Lovely balcony views of the city and water. Everything was walkable, pacific fair was just a 5 minute walk with lots of dining options around. Pool and spa were so nice to relax in. Limited secured parking underground or park on the street. Hotel was very clean and safe, room was air conditioned with a fridge, stove and oven, and had a kettle and toaster. Wifi was free and the tv connects to your phone. Staff were helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was walkable to the Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping and the light rail. There were several good restaurants and cafe's within walking distance as was the beach. the receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room was clean.

Reasonably cheap compared to others in the area, but quite dated. We didn't spend a lot of time there as we had friends a few blocks away and it was fine for what we needed. The bed was comfortable and a portacot was provided. The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient for transport and the beach.

Older place but well maintained. Real close to beach, shops, restaurants. And light rail to get to other parts. Enjoyed the stay. Will stay again

From the moment I arrived at RACV Royal Pines Resort, I knew I was in for something special. The resort is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility. I was warmly welcomed with an early check-in, which allowed me to settle in and start my stay with ease. My room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view of the pools, golf course, and lush gardens. Waking up to that view every morning was pure magic. The facilities at Royal Pines are exceptional. The pools are beautifully maintained and the perfect temperature—whether I was swimming early in the morning or relaxing poolside in the afternoon. There’s something peaceful about lying by the water, drink in hand (the passionfruit mocktail from the pool bar was a favorite), and just taking it all in. The One Spa was an absolute highlight. I had the Vichy shower and massage, and left feeling completely renewed. Sitting out on the spa deck overlooking the water, I felt more relaxed than I have in years. I also dined twice at Arakawa, the Japanese restaurant on-site. Both times the food was outstanding. For dessert lovers, Trattoria Amici deserves a special mention. I ordered both the tiramisu and the sixteen-layer chocolate cake to enjoy in my room. The check-out process was quick and efficient, though I was sad to leave. The resort was the perfect setting for healing, reflection, and rejuvenation. I’ll definitely be back—and next time, I’m staying longer.

I was travelling for my husband’s surgery on the GC. I dropped him off at 7am to Pindara private hospital and headed straight for Royal Pines. I let the staff know I was super early and didn’t expect they could have a room ready, but as soon as they did, could they consider me for an early checkin. They were very gracious and took my luggage for safe keeping while I went down to have some breakfast. I had only just finished eating at 8am and they texted me to let me know my room was ready. I was so thankful in the situation as I was worried about my husband and needed a private place to sit quietly. Thank you for being so accommodating. The room was absolutely gorgeous, renovated recently and had a full city view. Clean, nice hand soap and the little balcony was lovely to stand outside for fresh air. I had a pizza and salad for room service dinner and it was so delicious. The person who brought it to my room was very efficient and polite. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Room was beautiful and spacious, great views over the pool area and also over part of one of the courses out the bathroom window. Bed super comfy. Buffet breakfast each morning was amazing. Staff all lovely, friendly and helpful. One Spa was incredible, would highly recommend having a treatment and enjoying the beautiful facilities. Tee's Clubhouse was a great place for food and drinks, super fast and friendly service. Husband enjoyed two of the courses.

Amazing place to stay. The staff were so warm and friendly. We stayed in the Spa Suite. The bed was so comfortable and the room was quiet with views from the bedroom and the bathroom over the resort. The breakfast was exceptional, so many choices, including a gluten free section. Large well equipped gym. Many options for dinner. Will come back.

When they said I ended up with one of their best rooms they weren't kidding! Nice and spacious with a comfy bed and all the desired mod cons. The beach was virtually on the door step, but there was even a nice jacuzzi to use if I so desired. The location was great too with easy access to shops and regular buses.

We recently stayed at Burleigh on the Beach for 3 weeks as short term relocation accommodation. The location is great - just steps away from the beach with the convenience of being within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The full kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we didn't feel like going out, and the washer and dryer (with complimentary laundry powder) were incredibly convenient for our longer stay. The facilities are great- the warm pool and hot spa became daily favourites. There's plenty of lounge chairs available for relaxing poolside. The free and secure private parking was another bonus that made our stay hassle-free. What truly sets this place apart is the management. Eric and Nikki are exceptional hosts - friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any requests. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality enhanced our entire experience. Whether you're traveling as a couple or with family, Burleigh on the Beach offers clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation that I would highly recommend. We're already planning our return visit!

The apartment was beautiful and so clean. Comfy bed and pillows, an immediate sense of feeling at home with well appointed kitchen, laundry amenities were good quality and so convenient. Betty and Rob are so helpful and friendly and really do everything to make sure your stay is so wonderful. Location is perfect, a quick walk to the beach and there’s some fantastic dining nearby. Highly recommend Willow, a tapas bar a very short walk from the apartments, thank you Rob for the recommendation! We enjoyed the gym facilities too, so convenient to be able to pop down and get a workout in before going about your day :) Burleigh is such a quiet picturesque place to relax and unwind. I’ve already booked for us to return, it was an incredible 8 days. We can’t wait to come back!!

The Managers of this property were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The property itself was the cleanest place I've ever stayed in. The grounds were immaculate and the room itself was spotless. I've never stayed anywhere so clean. Even things like the window tracks were spotless. I couldn't actually fault the place. Great location, right across from the beach, with heaps of restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

What a lovely apartment and great view from the 11th floor. Walking into the apartment you felt right at home. It is really big and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom is large with a huge jacuzzi. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbours which was nice. The ladies at the reception downstairs were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is close to plenty of good restaurants and a nice walk to Surfers Paradise. And 2 blocks from a huge shopping mall. I would most definitely stay here again.

the location is excellent, close to the beach, close to cafes, coffee, restaurants, supermarket, parks, everything you want for a quick getaway. The views from the room, both bedrooms and lounge and balcony were perfect overlooking ocean, level 12, even the spa bath in main ensuite had a window to look through to ocean. The indoor and outdoor pool, spa, sauna all excellent. staff are very helpful and friendly. tennis court was great. close to the bus/tram stop and pacific fair too. my son found pool noodles in a cupboard too which was handy.

We liked everything about this property. The apartments were large, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool was clean and well-maintained and there were plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We had an issue with TV reception and this was fixed within minutes. The shops, beach, restaurants and shopping centres were all within easy walking distance. We cannot fault this property.

Great place to stay with family. Right across from the beach and also a pool at the apartment if you wanted to go for a quick dip. The view from the balcony was amazing and mountain views from the kitchen, every window you looked out from had a wonderful view. Easy check-in and out process. Free onsite parking, undercover. The place is not far from the Surfers Paradise central, just minutes walk and easy enough to navigate to. Plenty of amenities in the apartment. Since we were staying near the beach, I was washing clothes nearly everyday and there was plenty of laundry detergent. Enough dishwashing tablets to last us our stay. Basic cooking ingredients. Great place to stay with the family, 2 y/o and a 11 y/o. Amazing views from all around. Would highly recommend the place.

Ben and Donna were awesome hosts thankyou. We paid the extra upgrade for penthouse top floor. Views were excellent looking from balcony Sea river. From back of kitchen had hills view All the views were magic. Having 2 bathrooms was great son in one me in other perfect. Was great to watch our Netflix account on the TV's when we were in the apartment. Pool was lovely not to cold just right. Kitchen came with everything thing you needed to cook with pots, pans, toaster, rice cooker, stove, oven, microwave, Nice selection of coffee and tea with sugar Cutlery extra perfect. Beds were comfortable Washing machine with drier work a treat. So all up have no complaints thankyou again Ben and Donna you both were amazing Will we stay again yes we will.

The apartment itself was breathtaking, absolutely enough room not only to visit Surfers Paradise, but to live in Surfers Paradise. The apartment was well stocked and all the amenities were present. The views, especially being across from the beach were spectacular. The value for money was without question. The staff were absolutely willing to assist in any way that they could and were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. The stay was very relaxing as the neighbors were very thoughtful in that they were quiet, the only noises we heard were from the waves at the beach. With the full Foxtel package we had access to, and the Smart TV we were not short of entertainment for those quiet nights in. A handy spot to have food delivered as we had access to many of the local restaurants. Overall, our stay at Narrowneck Court was incredible, and we will be sure to stay there again.

We had such a great time at Narrowneck Apartments, that we immediately re-booked for a week over the Xmas holidays. The grounds are extremely well kept and it has a lovely pool area. Our apartment was spotlessly clean and stocked with all the essential kitchen items you need for a low-key beach break. The building is away from the Surfers party zone and therefore really quiet. In saying that, it’s a pleasant and very easy stroll into Cavill Avenue - took us 10-15mins at a leisurely pace. Narrowneck beach was a lot quieter than Surfers Paradise Beach or Main Beach, which was great for swimming. Flags were right out front of the apartments. The staff were awesome. Super friendly & welcoming.

Markham courts location was excellent for restaurants, bars, shopping, the beach and boardwalk. It was 300 meters to a huge range of restaurants giving so many choices. Plus the ability to self cater with a good kitchen. Two bathrooms are excellent, and my daughter and I had one each. It also has a washing machine and dryer, which for extended staying is essential. Graham and Kirsty were wonderfult, very approachable, friendly and helpful. They maintain the whole facility to an excellent standard, which was a pleasure and easy to stay there. This place is very family-friendly and would make a great family getaway, quiet central and everything is walkable

Our stay at Markham Court was very enjoyable.We were within walking distance to the beach,close to Woolworths and this is what you need when you need to do your grocery shopping. The variety of restaurants was amazing and only a walk away.If one needed to catch the bus the bus stop was only a short walk away.We were close to Jupiters Casino if you wanted to see one of their shows or visit the restaurant or just have a flutter on their poker machines.For people who like to walk or ride bikes on the foreshore this was within only about two minutes walk.Plenty of parking facilities if you had a car and then up the stairwell to your unit.We found this very convenient. The swimming pool was perfect for a dip in it after an exhausting day at the theme parks.Many families seemed to be using the pool and then there was the barbecue which you could use and l saw many people taking advantage of this.The Mums and Dads cooking while the children were in the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.We also found the staff very helpfull.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 7-night stay. It appeared to have been newly renovated to a very high standard. We booked a superior two-bedroom. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pool area was relaxing. Graham and Kirsty were welcoming managers and very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. The location was great as it was close to shops and transportation.

Amazing Views of the beach and river from both sides of the apartment. Both bedrooms had views and all living areas had views. Super clean modern bathrooms and lots of areas to chill, relax, or turn up in. Apartment is well equipped for cooking, laundry etc. Supermarket at doorstep, great access to restaurants, access to entertainment, river, and beach. We enjoyed our time at the outdoor pool and gym(also has an indoor pool). There were enough lifts and they were superquick.

Perfect location for a Surfers Holiday, everything at your doorstep including shops, restaurants, bars and beach's. Nice spacious accommodation with basic amenities making an extremely comfortable stay. Perfect 360 degree views of the beach and waterways.

Great location. Love the views here. We like the river side as always things happening,sunny side and less windy. Warm indoor pool. Trams and buses downstairs along with the supermarket. Staff all helpful and positive. Apartment was roomy, clean with everything we needed. Loved the hub of the city as we live in the country so enjoyed the change. Booked direct with our needs. Every time I looked out the window it was an amazing view of river out to the sea. Time went too fast, loved our holiday here

Great stay, ideal location if you want to be by the beach, restaurants, bars and shops without the noise of it at night. Apartment was plenty big enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean and spacious. The best part of the stay without a doubt was the view. We stayed on floor 48 and the view across the city into the mountains was our favourite! Only thing to note is its basic cooking facilities you’ll need to get salt, pepper oil etc to be able to cook

Another wonderful stay at Mantra Circle on Cavill. I keep coming back to Mantra because my stay, ticks all the boxes ie room, service and location. The room was clean and spacious with a fully functional kitchen and laundry and the view from the large windows of the river, was incredible. Really central to everything, including supermarket, food outlets, bus stop, tram and the beach.Once again a big thank you to Adam. Would definitely recommend and will be back soon.

Disclaimer: Review based on a one night stay only. I wouldn't normally bother leaving a review after such a short stay but I thought this place deserved a shout out for offering comfortable, quiet accomodation, and a great experience. The rooms themselves are fairly basic but with all the neccessary amenities and the property itself has some great facilities. A massive pool with plentiful sun beds (sadly a bit too chilly for a swim during this stay) free gated parking and super friendly and helpful reception staff. While not right on the beach, it's just a five minute drive away, and similar distance to many shops and restaurants. there is also a spacious restaurant and bar on site. Best of all, the included breakfast was far from being just a bowl of cereal thrown in. A full array of hot and cold breakfast treats was served buffet style in the restaurant, and I'd have to say it's a long time since I've stayed at a hotel where this inclusion was such great value. Overall, a really good experience here and would thoroughly recommend it - even for more than one night!

Easy to find, very clean and nicely decorated room. The amenities were great, even had a bath tub. The buffet breakfast was exceptional. The food was fresh and tasty with a huge variety of items to choose from. It was very quiet all night. The secure carpark was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place all round. We will be back, for sure.

Firstly this is not a 5 star hotel and it doesn’t pretend to be one either. It is, however an excellent base for visiting/ staying on the Gold Coast. We checked in easily and were directed to a secure open air car park at the rear. A request had been made for a quiet room on the top ( 3rd) floor and the hotel duly obliged. The room was clean and modern and we didn’t hear a peep all night. The bed was too soft for our liking. The hotel has an outside pool with plenty of comfortable loungers and all looked to be well maintained. The deal came with a free drink at the bar and 10% off food. The buffet breakfast was included in the price. All in all a relatively basic type of hotel but nevertheless nothing to complain about. Hence it receives our recommendation.

Very good breakfast - hot and cold choices. Always seats available in breakfast area regardless of the times we arrived for breakfast. Rooms and beds clean. Pool nice and slide fun. We were placed in a room next to the lift and back doors area. It was noisy as people were chatting and frequently coming and going, however the receptionist kindly moved us to a room further down the corridor which was heaps quieter. Perfect! Wifi worked well. Pool towels provided - very handy! About 25 minutes walk to Pacific Fair shopping complex. About 30 minutes walk to the beach.

We loved everything about the property, most especially the beautiful view! We loved how spacious the unit was, and having 2 bathrooms was really good. The beds and the couch were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Also loved the fact that there was a parking reserved for each unit. We also enjoyed having a swim at the pool and the jacuzzi was a bonus. We really loved our stay. Will definitely be back again.

The apartment was large and roomy, very clean with everything you need, air conditioned and has an amazing view of the ocean from your private patio, bed and lounge chair. The bed is very comfy and the bathroom is huge and has a spa tub. The pool is large and clean and has a large bbq area. Check in was super easy. Aqualine is within easy walking distance to a calm water beach, perfect for just wallowing in the water, and Kings Seafood restaurant and Vinnies Italian restaurant, both have superb food and service. We can’t recommend Aqualine highly enough and will definitely stay here again, it’s perfect for a little relaxing beach getaway.

I had a room on the 3rd floor with a view over the water, really nice view across to Sea World. The apartment is modern with everything I needed, including a washing machine and a small balcony. If you have a car, secure underground car parking is accessed by key fob. There is a pull-in area in front of the apartment building, to enable check in and to get the fob for the garage, there is a lift from the garage to the rooms. Some cafes and restaurants within about 15 minutes walk, I found a really nice place next to the aquatic center which does breakfast through to dinner. I enjoyed this apartment location, as it is away from all the hustle and bustle of some parts of the Gold Coast. I'm definitely staying here again.

Our unit at Aqualine had a great view of the Broadwater. It was modern, very clean and extremely comfortable. The unit was equipped with all we needed for a very pleasant stay. Aqualine is close to many restaurants, Australia Fair Mall, and the new Southport Aquatic centre. The manager and all the staff we met went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We would recommend Aqualine as a place to stay.

It was easy to get to, had a great range of services nearby, very central to other areas of the Gold Coast, location was perfect for our Broadwater Park event, friendly staff. Unit would be great for a longer stay, quiet spot, lovely and clean and comfortable. Nice pool area.

The upgraded room was beautiful, the jacuzzi was worth every penny and we appreciated the later check out time. Breakfast was delicious and the whole atmosphere was very classy yet relaxed. Review is based on the upgraded room, not the first room we were given which hadn't been cleaned.

The pillows and bed were lovely. Staff were amazing from concierge (Guy, Sean, Paul and another young man, but missed his name) to housekeeping. So friendly, helpful and informative. Lovely housekeeping staff went out of their way to help and nothing was a problem, from making up the sofa bed to changing the linen and daily housekeeping in our room. Wonderful service. The pool area overlooking the Broadwater was exceptional. Fresh prawns daily from the trawlers next door to the oysters from Peters Fish shop (also next door) were delicious. Such good value for money. 50 for 2 kilo and 27 a dozen of the most delicious, fresh, huge oysters. Cocktails were out of this world. The honeycomb cocktail was delicious. The best we've ever had. Do yourself a favor and stay.

Love, love, love this hotel! It’s become our new go-to hotel on the Gold Coast. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing, with a huge selection of food to please the most fussy eater. We loved the Il Giardino Bar, it was lovely to drop by in the afternoon or in the evenings and have something to eat or just enjoy a slice of cake and a drink and live music. And loved the Il Barocco Restaurant. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool is superb, though it is not heated. The temperature was ok when we were there in November but it was a bit cold when we were there at the end of August. We love the fact that it is a much quieter area than Surfers Paradise, yet it is close to it. All in all, this is a superb hotel we cannot wait to visit again!

I really liked the luxurious ambience and beautiful design of the hotel, especially the grand lobby and décor. The location by the waterfront was perfect with stunning views. The pool area was relaxing, and the food was delicious with a great breakfast spread. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

This is a very clean, quiet, neat and tidy motel with super helpful staff who contact you ahead of check-in to make sure everything runs smoothly. There is ample parking (though anyone with a trailer would need to park on the street). The room was large and comfortable and had a mini kitchen which was a bonus (will use it next time). The property and the room was immaculate - even though the building might be 10 or more years old it feels very well maintained and almost new (or recently renovated). It’s located in a quiet residential street so not much noise from traffic. And the motel has a strict no noise/no parties policy among guests, which you find out about once you book. This was good news for me because I needed plenty of rest for the next day. And indeed it was quiet. No noisy neighbours. Great sleep.

The property was clean and the grounds were well maintained and the inground pool is a lovely lagoon style. With Harbour Town shopping literally just down the road and all Theme parks were only 15 minutes away. It was perfect for all the landmarks and attractions. I have to say, the service was exceptional. The laundry on site with 2 washers was an added bonus ($4 per wash), and the 2 dryers were free to use (you’ll be hard pressed to find this elsewhere). If needed, there is also a line out the back. The room was well equipped and coffee, sugar, biscuits, towels etc were restocked daily. Pretty Motor Inn and very friendly staff. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a very enjoyable experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable bedding and well-stocked.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Lovely staff especially the grounds man we met by the pool, he got us chairs and chatted about working at the motel and was so friendly- the beds were comfortable- the only suggestion we have is to have Netflix or another streaming service for watching - it was very rainy in the evening so the ability to watch a movie would have been great 👍

We got to the hotel in the morning before check in but were given a temporary key to use the pool facilities. The pool is absolutely amazing and we enjoyed using this facility, however, the day we were there it was Easter Monday and for some reason the pool bar was closed, hence the pool area was pretty quiet. We could order drinks through a telephone service by the pool but it took a whole hour to have the drinks delivered. So we were wondering how the rest of the service was going to be during our stay. Later on when checking in we were upgraded free of charge to a Penthouse which was actually amazing. It was our wedding anniversary and I had only booked a standard king room so this was a wonderful surprise. Also we were given a bottle of champagne on ice on arrival to our Penthouse. We had booked a meal out that night and felt reluctant to leave the lovely Penthouse!! Thank you for upgrade The Darling! We also wanted to try the Nineteen restaurant but prior to our night at the Darling, I found out that the Nineteen restaurant wasn't open on Monday nights, so I managed to book into a neighbouring hotel for the night before so we could try the restaurant on the Sunday evening which was absolutely fantastic. We did have to pay surcharges during our stay as it was the Easter public holiday. But well worth it and extremely enjoyable.

We were very lucky to be upgraded to the penthouse on our recent stay. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and luxurious and with view of Gold Coast wrapped around the balcony .

Everything was absolutely amazing. Booked a king suite and was upgraded to the penthouse. Amazing view, the bath was so luxurious, the bed was super comfy. Loved everything about our stay.

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

It was clean which is the most important for me, washing machine with detergent (same thing for the kitchen I don’t cook much but there was a new sponge and kitchen towel as well as soup) microwave,Owen,stove,kettle,fridge. Balcony was ton of fun, I loved the fact that u could turn the tv around from the living to the bedroom superb. Sub will rise to your bed room I never closed my sunnies I loved my view, see through jacuzzi was the best of all. Stuff is lovely and chill beach is on your feet, neighbourhood doesn’t get any better, I was alone never used the living or the kitchen really :D

I arrived outside of check-in hours, so I picked up the keys from a safe, which was easy. The room was spacious with a beautiful balcony. The sea is little covered by the skyscrapers, but still can be seen and you can listen to the noise of the waves - definitely awesome to have such a balcony! I enjoyed staying outside. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything you need. Very nice place to stay. The bathroom had a jacuzzi to enjoy even more the warm water.

Clear and easy instructions for after-hours check in. Apartment was spacious and very well-equipped with everything I needed in the kitchen (lots of pans, wooden chopping board, lots of crockery). Excellent location right near the ocean (and with a great view of it) and a park. Super comfy bed and pillows were good too. Nice and quiet!! (I did request a quiet room). Curtains did a pretty good job of keeping the sun out so I didn't have to wake up too early - not blackout curtains as light gets in around the edges but I was happy enough. There was usually parking on the street right out the front, but on the odd occasion there wasn't there was always a spot in the hotel's underground park. The apartment was clean and the only thing I would say is the corridor smelt a bit funny but it doesn't matter as it's only for getting from the lift to your room. Very effective air conditioner. No air con in the bedroom but you can always leave the door open to the air-conditioned living area, although I didn't need to. Comfy couch and handy to have a table and chairs. Spacious bathroom and tub looked decent although I didn't use it. I didn't use the pool area either but it looked really nice. Friendly staff.

It's in a great convenient location. It is close to the beach & short walk to Florida Gardens tram line.It is quiet at night to sleep. It's only a few minutes tram ride to CBD of Surfers Paradise. Our apartment overlooked the pool area & the balcony looked onto palm trees. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony in the afternoon.The pool, sauna, spa & gym & tennis courts were well maintained. The bed was very comfortable.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The staff were very helpful & had arranged a late check in for us. We would be very happy to stay again when we come back to the Gold Coast.

The property was outstanding. The lady on the reception desk was lovely, helpful and friendly. Underground secure parking was perfect. Key fob to get into the building so good security. Ocean view room was great and especially a treat in the morning. All the facilities were well maintained, and the pool area was nice. The apartment was outstanding. The whole place was immaculate, and everything was in working order. I was super impressed. Bed was super comfortable, and the sofa was lovely to stretch out on. Afternoon drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach were delightful. Cannot recommend this property enough, well worth it.

To conclude an extended road trip we stayed overnight at Mercure Gold Coast Carrara. This is not near the beach so if you’re looking for that quintessential Gold Coast experience it’s not for you. However, if you want an excellent value, family friendly resort with a great Bar and Restaurant you’ve found it. We booked a King resort room which was on the second floor overlooking the golf course. The resort is getting on in age but the spacious room was beautifully kept with a large bathroom including bath tub (shower over bath). The grounds are also immaculately kept and I found a little herb garden when I was wandering around. Lunch is available at the Cart Bar and restaurant and breakfast and dinner at the Green Restaurant. Dinner menu is limited and a little on the pricey side so we didn’t try it as we have dietary restrictions. We had a nice lunch in the Cart Bar with a good range and you can also get a light meal there in the evenings. Both restaurants have good indoor and outdoor seating with views of the golf course and /or the oversized outdoor pool. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of options. Kids would love this resort and there was also a few tour groups here as it’s so large. I recommend this Hotel for a few days particularly if you’re out and about sightseeing.

Stayed for two nights for work. The room was generally really quiet which was perfect for work. But the room next door had a ridiculously loud slam to their door that scared the crap out of me whenever they came or went. Not sure why it was so wall shaking loud. They were older visitors and weren’t slamming it! But otherwise the bed was super comfy and it was private and safe. But the absolute best bit were the staff. All of them were amazing. So polite and helpful. All very friendly and cheerful and made me feel welcome. Breakfast was ok as was dinner at the restaurant. Would recommend.

It was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The ‘takeaway’ meals from the lobby bar were exceptional. I am not a big breakfast eater so the option of coffee and delicious pastries was perfect. Shower was amazingly, lovely instant hot water with thick fluffy towels appreciated.

This is a nice 4 star hotel. The rooms are large and well lit and comfortable. If i want to be picky, the bed is a little soft with the topper being very spongy. The mattress should be a little firmer if you're going to use a topper like that. Saying that, i slept like a log but i was very sleep deprived. There's a big pool that looked very inviting and the breakfast had plenty of hot and cold choices and was good value. Only other criticism is having a shower in the bath but that's not an easy fix, and the fact that it's kinda in the middle of nowhere. If you're bringing your car that's not an issue, if you're relying on ubers, it gets expensive at around $20 to Robina station. The wifi is OK, it's got a decent tv, has a desk and chair for work if you need it and there's tea and coffee making facilities but no toaster or microwave. There is a cafe/bar by the lobby though. It was clean and is stay here again without thinking about it. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Comfortable room, luxurious bed, excellent buffet breakfast, delicious dinner, gorgeous palmy location, warm & helpful attendants both in the restaurant and at the desk.

Hassal free, clean n practical accommodation. The hosts were very nice n friendly. Saved money on amusement parks on the host’s advice. Swimming pool n jacuzzi was clean, nice and warm. More than the amusement park which had waiting period up to 1.5 hours for each ride, the kids enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Sauna was a pleasant surprise. Overall, a pleasant stay. Only downer was the 20:30 hrs. curfew. Rest all gud. Definitely, a repeat customer.

Great hosts Carolyn kept in contact with us during horrendous journey from Mackay. Room was light and bright with large picture windows and patio door. Great size room with well equipped kitchen, large dining table and comfortable lounge area. Bedrooms were good size and for once plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Nice to have washer and dryer. On site parking is a bonus. Pool are is kept spotlessly clean and loved the jacuzzi which is at just nice temperature. Personal touches ie hand written notes and some sweets left on arrival and departure. Location is excellent with beach over the road and a 5 mknute stroll along the esplanade brings you into the centre. Wouldn't hesitate recommending these apartments.

Very welcoming hosts, Carolyn was so friendly and helpful, we felt immediately at home. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The kids loved the pool and being able to borrow the body boards. Location was perfect, just across the road from Surfer's beach. Restaurants and takeaways 2 - 5 minute walk away. Cavill Ave shopping and restaurants about 20 minutes walk along the path by the beach. Tram stop 5 minute walk.

Proximity to the beach was excellent, free parking available, care takers were super friendly and helpful. Spacious rooms, beautiful balcony with sunset views.

The hosts are such welcoming, friendly and wholesome people. Carolyn is an absolute delight! It felt like visiting family. The room was very spacious with beautiful furniture and artwork and the bed was sooo comfy. It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Very sad the trip wasn't a long one but this place is a great excuse to come back.
