Variety of breakfast foods, the pull out couch bed, and the handicap accessible bath tub, I had a bad knee and a toddler, it was all perfect. The pool, Jacuzzi, gym and front desk were great.

The pool and jacuzzi were clean.. Good breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. I especially appreciated the cozy couch and coffee table in regular room, perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. The bathroom was also very clean and stocked with Dove-brand shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower, plus soap and lotion at the sink. Breakfast was a real treat! It included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, omelets, sausage patties, fresh pancakes, muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls, cereals, fresh fruit (apples, oranges, bananas), yogurt, and a wide variety of condiments, spreads, and jams. There were five kinds of juice, chocolate milk, and of course, hot coffee and tea. Everything was delicious.

First of all.... the staff was so friendly and helpful. I mean, everyone that we came in contact with. The hotel was very clean, from the outside in. Our room was very nice, with comfortable beds, soft sheets and lots of comfy pillows. The air conditioner works GREAT, which I have to mention because I have experienced limits on this at other hotels. Honestly, I was surprised at how spotless the bathroom was as my expectations in general have been lowered lately due to some other hotel chains where I have stayed. I appreciated the multiple towels that they provided. My husband and I didn't have to wrestle for towels. To top everything off, the breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit AND hot food. Yes, not the prepackaged stuff (although they offer this if you are in a hurry), but fresh hot food that you put on a plate. We really appreciated the effort that the staff has put in to make this hotel so nice.

We stayed in Room 217 on the night of Feb 17, 2022. Check-in clerk was extremely nice and helpful. Room was perfect, good mattress, everything was perfect. On the morning of Feb 18th, we did a quick stop in for coffee and a bite to eat. The lady working the breakfast room was Ashley. Amazing customer service from her, extremely friendly and professional. IHG Corp. is fortunate to have a dedicated employee like Ashley on their team. Thanks for a wonderful experience, we will stay here again!

Check in with Paige at 9PM was fast. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was hot (handle on shower control needs attention!) Breakfast was perfect. Cheese omelet sausage and a delicious bisquit with gravy! Nothing to complain about. Id stay there again...for sure.

Motel was clean, convenient, great breakfast buffet, pool was clean, friendly staff, area was well maintained, positive experience for us.

Clean excellent room with a very comfy bed. To be honest, the best lodging I have had bar none. Will never use another. Oh, and the free delicious coffee in the lounge added bonus points for the stay. I wish I had stayed for breakfast but we needed to get on the road.

We loved everything about our stay at the Drury Inn! I was one of four ladies who rode motorcycles to Springfield, MO. The first thing that impressed us was the fact that they allowed us to park our motorcycles under the portico for the night. This kept them well lit, secure and dry if there was an overnight rain. All the staff were SUPER friendly and helpful! From the front desk staff, to the bar staff to the restaurant staff, they were all top-notch! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The AC worked great and the shower had great hot water and good pressure. An outstanding benefit of staying at the Drury Inn is the free dinner! Who offers that?? No one! We had ridden a long distance and the idea of getting back on our bikes to go to dinner wasn't appealing. Having a REALLY GOOD free dinner was so welcomed! Each guest gets three free drinks at the bar. Again, what a nice benefit! We never left the property until we checked out the next day and we were well fed and enjoyed our evening very much. There is also a good free breakfast in the morning with more than the standard continental breakfast offerings. They even had a staff member making pancakes to order. One of the ladies in our group travels a great deal with her husband and her comment summed up our experience. "We've been staying at the wrong hotels. We should be staying at the Drury Inn!" I highly recommend staying here!

The hot breakfast was great and there were many many options of which to choose. We were pleasantly surprised with the free dinner buffet from 5:30 to 7pm and our 3 free drinks per day from the bar. The staff was awesome!! Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The buffet attendant, whether morning or evening, was very attentive to the area. Loved our jetted tub, it totally exceeded our expectations as did the hot tub. Having an elevator at both ends of the building was nice as the front desk and pool were at opposite ends. Multiple plugs on the nightstands was great and having regular chairs to sit in other than the office chair was nice.

We had a late arrival,and staff was immediately available to unlock the doors. Safety and great service. Our room was nice and quiet, even though I did see people in surrounding rooms in the morning. Comfortable beds and pillows. Shower was clean and the shampoo and conditioner were fabulous, they made my hair so soft! In room coffe wasn’t great, but the coffee downstairs at breakfast was top notch. The food at breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Staff made sure that I had everything I needed. Checkout was easy and fast. Definitely a wonderful experience and good value.

We always love the kickback hour in the evening with dinner and drinks in the lobby. The food is a little "imitation" not the best quality, they do offer fresh salad bar, but a few more options for it would be nice. Not many hotels offer a free dinner and cocktail hour, so I won't complain. The beds are very comfy and the jetted tub is amazing! Breakfast was good with a lot of options.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is super friendly, greets you with a bottle of water, treats for the dogs, and is willing to help you with any requests. The hotel is totally pet friendly, has it's own dog park, plenty of room to walk around, and has security with parking right at your door. To be fair it is an older property but extremely well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the internet is good, the breakfast in the morning gives you a choice of foods and has a staff member there to insure a clean and healthy environment. Located near many restaurants, gas stations, and shopping this offers you an opportunity to do more than just park for the night. A great go to spot.

The room was very spacious. The jacuzzi was a nice treat. The furnishings were perfect. The breakfast was an amazing surprise.

The location and atmosphere is amazing, they have two pools - the bogger one is a regular pool and a smaller jacuzzi which is perfect when traveling with small children. The staff is very friendly too.

We really liked this place. It was cool and very clean. We stayed in #410 and it had a great jacuzzi tub. Sometimes they can be a little janky or gross in motels but this one was clean and functioned properly. The room altogether was just nice and well taken care of, cool lamps, nice curtains, awesome tile in the bathroom and other little touches. It felt very comfortable. The bed was comfortable with nice but weirdly square pillows and there was a full size recliner in the room. This room is at the back and it was very quite, not that there was really that much traffic anyway, even being a Friday night on Labor Day weekend. The neighborhood was not sketchy, parking was right outside and the staff was very friendly. If we ever need to stay in Springfield again we will be back.

Had a great two night stay at the Route 66 Rail Haven hotel. We were in pet friendly room 303, you can back right up to your doorway to load/unload your car. The room was clean and fresh smelling. It also backed up to a good sized green space to walk your dog. The exterior of the hotel is also well maintained, the lobby and breakfast area are decorated very cute. The pool was closed for the season, but there is a real nice covered patio area next to the pool with several picnic tables for guest to enjoy. All of the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. My heater wasn't working, and a maintenance guy came to quickly fix it. I was impressed at how well the staff work together to make the guest have a pleasant experience. **as a side note, make time to visit the Springfield-Green County Botanical Center. It is also dog friendly and a beautiful place to get a lot of walking. My pup enjoyed it too!

One issue was asking for room key everytime you walked into Breakfast Area. One suggestion give the guest a paper wristband to wear when entering the Breakfast Area. It is embarassing to be asked everytime you go into the area to get food. I understand the issue but it is annoying and makes a person feel uncomfortable being asked every 5 minutes.

This was a stay while on a road trip, just me. Hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything worked (hairdryer, shower, tv, etc). Staff was welcoming and helpful, explaining hot breakfast details clearly. Breakfast was from 6 to 9 am, and included real scrambled eggs, sausage links, pancakes (yes, pancakes!) and fried potatoes as well as the usual cold cereal options. Would enjoy staying here again.

The rooms were nice, comfortable and clean.l requested more towels and the desk staff was very quick to respond every time which was 2 times 1 daily.l asked a question and staff was very helpful.I had 3 sets of Family that stayed and they felt the same and was very pleased overall.I live in Shreveport but have Family in Springfield,Missouri we was there for a Family Reunion if I return l will definitely book at your location.The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff was very nice and helpful and friendly.The desk staff was also friendly l forgot to mention earlier.The housekeeper staff was very nice, helpful when I asked questions and very friendly when came in contact in the hallway several were the first to say hello with a smile .

It was a very nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only disappointments would be that the outdoor pool was not open - though we were there before Memorial Day and so it may just have been too early - and the balcony only had 1 chair so we had to use one of the kitchen chairs on the balcony to be able to use it. The only other negative was that the A/C vent blew hot air right on to the balcony. The breakfast was good - and we were always there at the end of the breakfast time. The front desk staff always greeted us whether we were coming in or going out. The room was nice, the bed was comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.

The front desk clerk was so warm and welcoming. She gave us a list of area restaurants for dinner which was the most detailed list I’ve ever seen. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good. The staff kept the food stocked and the area clean. Although the hotel was full, it was quite and we rested very well.

the suite was very accommodating and comfortable. very clean, quiet. only bad thing: The breakfast food was poor, only things eatable were bagels, yogurt, cereal etc. eggs, sausage etc were awful. suggestion: copy cat embassy suites , they have great breakfast/full service restaurant/bar facilities.

Was a nice room in a good location. Easy access to major roads. Central south side location. Room was clean. Breakfast is marginal. Powdered eggs and food was cold the only day we tried to eat there. Biggest negative is tv/wifi. I was told there is no secure wifi at this hotel. And the tv doesn’t have pay per view. They do have complimentary showtime but it rebuffered every 30-60 seconds (yes I actually timed it). It was better when Amazon credentials used and watched that. I would probably not stay here again because of this issue and a lot of other hotels around.

We stayed here for a pit stop on a cross-country trek. Besides the lack of linens and poor condition of the jacuzzi, this was a very convenient and affordable place for our family of five to stay on our roadtrip out west!

hotel is easy to find. easy check in and out. staff was very friendly and helpful and respectful. hotel is clean. room was clean and comfortable. beds were comfortable. pillows were good. breakfast was good, nice assortment. nice and clean pool/hot tub area. nice little sitting area outside. we have stayed here several times. i would like to thank the staff for letting us use the kitchen area for family dinner.

Everything was absolutely perfect. We stayed for 3 nights & it was very quiet & relaxing. Breakfast was very good and kept well stocked. Showers had good, hot water and room service gave us clean linens everyday on our very comfortable bed. We even used the pool and whirlpool hot tub one night and wished we had done it sooner. Also, the location was perfect too. It was right off the highway in a very safe area with a Price Cutter grocery store and gas station very close by. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in the multiple beds suite (1 king 2 queens) and we were VERY impressed. It accommodated us perfectly. First time we ever heard of a motel having this kind of option! The room was very clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The indoor pool was well kept and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Also check out Señor Julian Mexican Bar & Grill next door to them! This is where we ate for dinner. Their food was delicious and the staff and owner were so nice as well! You won’t be disappointed with them or this motel. :)

We stayed here for a trip to the Ozarks-Branson area, the GM Donovan Fandrick is very attentive and arranged a room to our liking prior to our arrival. It's not often you find GMs that are hands-on like this. We were upgraded as elite Bonvoy members, the property is very clean and the outside is new and nicely upgraded. The rooms could welcome a remodel and they are probably coming in the near future. The lightning was kinda dark in the bathroom, I disliked that very much. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and the A/C worked great, our housekeeper was friendly and gave us all that we needed for our 4 day stay. The breakfast at the Bistro in the morning was delicious. Nice helpful staff. Comfy bed, A/C somewhat loud but I brought my oscillating fan so it helped drown out that noise. People across hall open/close door often throughout the night. Clean well maintained room. Restaurants not too far away. We ate at The Wok, food was great. And Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe, sandwiches A+. Willard, Mo just down the street has Darla’s Diner, great breakfast.

Hotel was very conveniently located. Right off the highway and close to restaurants. It was more than I’ve paid for a room in a long time, but the room was clean, quiet, and bed was comfortable. . The breakfast buffet looked good but I didn’t stay to enjoy it because it was too crowded for me.

I stayed here with my son for one night because we were in town for a family event. Overall, this is a "very good" motel, but far from "excellent." The woman who checked us in was absolutely fantastic. She was so nice and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are very OK. We were on a highway facing side of the hotel and we could hear the sound of the passing traffic from the interstate pretty much the entire night. The hotel is situated right off the interstate, so this was disruptive. They do have a small convenience-style restaurant with some basic food items in the lobby, but it is expensive and it's tough for me to get over the idea of actually paying for breakfast in the mornings. I appreciate the convenience of being able to buy a beer in the lobby instead of leaving the property to do so, but breakfast should be included or much less expensive than it is. The whole staff was very friendly and the room was clean enough. it was obvious that in the bathrooms, the duct had been spray painted to conceal what I can only imagine was rust, but the room itself was in acceptable condition. Overall, we probably wouldn't stay here again mostly because of the noise from the road, but at $100/night, the price was fair for a mid-grade full service hotel.

This was a very clean, comfortable hotel! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Pool area was clean. Breakfast had many options and area was clean. Everything well maintained. 10/10 recommend!

Friendly staff. Nice patio area. The hotel is extremely clean in all areas. The cleaning staff is amazing. Renee was constantly vacuuming, cleaning the bathrooms, etc. Breakfast staff Saturday morning were friendly, made sure everyone had what they needed and kept the breakfast area spotless! We will definetly return.

My husband and I spent the night here while traveling from Nashville to Denver and what a great place to stay in a safe area! We must honor , Abby, the front desk clerk who checked us in; she was super friendly, competent and knew the area for recommendations . Our room was modern, well thought out and super clean. Breakfast was pretty good with a very nice, clean area to eat in. We even played basketball on the half court by the pool! We will definitely stay here again. I think it must be the newest hotel in Springfield.

The staff here are very nice and polite. The rooms are clean large and convenient. The pillows were too soft for me personally because I need support.i really like the location it is in a quiet part of town. This location is convenient because you can stay here and easily explore Springfield as well as Branson. The hotel was mostly quiet which I love. The breakfast in the morning is nice and the waffles were great the eggs were kind of rubbery. The staff here really try to accommodate your needs.

Clean and modern design. We enjoyed the 2 bed studio with sleeper sofa. It was perfect our family of 5. We had to ask for bedding for the sofa but staff was prompt and polite. We had to ask and wait for pool towels. But staff brought some a little later. Breakfast was really good with lots of options and the seating area was clean and comfortable. Nice hotel! We would stay here again.

The pool was spotless and clean; the fitness room, likewise. The wifi was great! The smart-tv was very easy to use and worked well. The bathroom was up-to-date and clean; awesome shower! A really, really good property!

Really liked the king room with walk in shower and no tub. Easy access off and on interstate. Checkin and out was quick and easy. Staff very helpful. Room was ready and clean had been renovated and looked good. Walk in shower was a plus for us. Room had a refrigerator but no microwave or safe. Breakfast was standard hotel very basic. Internet was available and worked good. Television service was also good. Parking is available and good lighting. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at this Hampton twice. Once a few years ago when I arrived not feeling well at two in the afternoon. Way before Covid. The front desk quickly got me into an upgraded suite and just could not have been nicer. I so appreciated them. This trip we had a ground floor suite that was clean and well appointed. My husband, son and myself all very much enjoyed it. They had an excellent breakfast and it was kept well stocked and very clean. I took my iPad to breakfast with me and left it there! I didn’t realize it until we were at our hotel 10 hrs away. I called and was told to call manager in am. Cristina Kingsley the manager could not have been nicer, she well wrapped and sent my iPad out that day and I paid the upgraded second day air and it arrived in good shape. I am so thankful for the efficient, honest people who work here and will make this my Springfield hotel! Thanks again

Traveling between OK @ St. Louis and Springfield is the halfway point. This updated hotel is clean, quiet, and comfortable. It’s located conveniently near the Interstate. The staff was friendly. Hotel lobby decor is warm and inviting. Breakfast selections were fresh satisfying. Great stay!

The bad: Not the option if you are trying to avoid road noise. Also, when we had the heat on to cut the chill the unit kept making a clicking noise that was super annoying. Turning it to the fan option took care of that. I don't care for the design and putting the sink in the room separate from the toilet and shower. Also, there was no elevator. The good: Great access to the hospital which was our destination. Easy access to Price Cutter and other restaurants. Tall fridge/freezer. There is a spacious area with two seats, table, and carpet. Bed were very comfy. Everything was clean that I could tell.

Quiet area with friendly and helpful staff. My family like the breakfast options. I did find that the floors were not totally clean, the sofa bed was missing linens, and the bathroom hook for the toiletries was broken. It was an adequate stay.

Very clean and spacious room, the kitchenette was really nice too. Comfortable and quiet. Would stay there again for sure, and they allow pets for a reasonable charge.

The Bradford Hotel is perfect for my husband and me. It has everything we need at an affordable price. Whenever, we need a room in Springfield, we always stay here. The rooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly, and the breakfast is quite good.

This was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. Since COVID we have seen a signifant deterioration in customer service. Glad to see some facilities still know how to get it right.

I arrived late, offered a couple warm heavy delicious cookies and up the elevator to the 5 th floor. Morning smiles from everyone and wonderful breakfast layout. My lady ordered a chefs omelet, prepared quickly and perfect. The buffet selection was amazing- and we showed up 20 min before breakfast ended.

The Breakfast was Excellent with GREAT SERVICE and GOOD VARIETY OF CHOICES! The Restaurant for lunch and dinner SURPASSED MY EXPECTATIONS! The Food was DELICIOUS and The Presentation was OUTSTANDING with Creative Menu Items!!! The room and bed was Very Comfortable and the Staff and Security were a Plus!!

This hotel has a beautiful lobby and atrium so if you hang around in the lobby you will get your money's worth. The hotel is located on a very steep hill, so you have to be real careful if you use a porter's cart to get your luggage in and out of the car. I suggest one person hold the cart while the other loads it. Otherwise it could go flying all the way down to Glenstone Avenue. No free breakfast. Not even a microwave in the room, unless you want to pay an extra fee to have one put there. The pool was nice. A little chilly, but you can swim indoors or outside in the same pool. Plus there was this water feature right in the middle of the pool that was kind of cool. To get from the elevator to the pool you have to walk right through the lobby. There was some kind of meeting/conference going on when I was there and the lobby was set up for a buffet for the participants. Good thing the meeting was still going on when I got out of the pool or else I would have had to walk right through all the participants in the buffet line. There literally was no other way to avoid that area. On the plus side, the staff was pleasant. The room was clean. The little restaurant just off the lobby had good food and good service. Not sure I would stay here again, though. As a solo traveler, dealing with the steep parking lot was a nightmare.

On the down side, there was a strange smell down the hall that hit as soon as the wing door was opened and was in the room. The first night home when I put my C-PAP mask on the odor was in my machine. There was debris in the corners of the tiled areas. From experience this is usually from going too fast and skipping steps while mopping floors. The vent in the bathroom had not been cleaned for quite some time as it had a visible heavy layer of dust accumulated. When the vent was on the dust fluttered but still clung to it. The best part was the hotel was located in a convenient area & compared to other rooms we saved a bundle by agreeing to allow the booking website to pick our hotel.

The bed & pillows are, to me, extremely luxurious. Cleaner than clean whites, awesome water pressure, clean, clean towels & elegant towel art. Smiles. VERY accomodating & polite cleaning crew. LOVE them!! The girls at the front desk are amazing!! Destiny & Joey are efficient, exceptional & professional. I see leadership qualities in Joey.

Was a great quiet room and at a decent price. The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. I love the little restaurant joining the hotel. It made the morning much more pleasant and fast after checking out. Thank you for such a pleasant stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable this Days Inn was! let's be honest, you never know what you're going to get when staying at a budget friendly hotel brand. This location was super convenient to our plans, restaurants, and the highway. Our room was super clean, bed was comfy, and the shower was great. Nothing fancy just exactly what you need for a solid stay!

The room needed updating, but the room was very clean. I have stayed in 4 star hotels that were not clean. The sheets and towels were practically new. The staff were super attentive, friendly and very helpful. When we explained our mobility issues, they readily accommodated us with a handicap room, which was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was amazing and accommodating. The room was adequate and clean. The area around the grounds was clean. The proximity to the highway was a little close and noisy. Had an incident that made me not feel safe.

Staff were super friendly and super helpful gave a great recommendation when asked about a really good place to eat just overall a really pleasant experience. I think the best part for me being mostly in a wheelchair was that I was able to easily open and close the door to the room the bathroom door there was plenty of room in the bathroom it had a rollin shower with a seat and I have plenty of room to move around in my chair in the room

The room was excellent all around. Extremely clean, updated decor, comfortable bedding, bed, and pillows. It had a nice, clean mini-fridge and microwave. The air conditioning functioned very well and kept the room at a constant temperature without being noisy. The bathroom was also very clean. The sink was new and bathtub was very clean. It had better than basic towels, and toiletries. It was quiet. It states that there are smoking and non-smoking rooms, yet as a non-smoker who is very sensitive to smoking odor—I smelled none in the hotel. The breakfast was basic, but adequate, especially for the price paid for the room. We was given a late checkout with no extra charge. It is under renovation, but the signs were not annoying or intrusive. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

Love that they are pet friendly. Love the hot tub it's nice when u ain't got to pay a arm and a leg but still get breakfast, BIGG clean rooms, comfy beds, indoor pool with amazing hot tub, and they are super pet friendly they treat them like they are part of my family cuz they are I love that. Most places make u feel like u bring your pet is a burden Not this place. I feel like it's a great deal for the price U can't get all of the things i mentioned anywhere else in town for there price only negative thing to say is got to get up early or all there breakfast will be gone looks like they use to have a big breakfast station just no food, and I like the staff but some of the people that premantly live there acts like there the owners there very rude, and full of drama. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends.

The room was really nice. The room appeared to have been renovated. The beds were comfortable and clean also. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.

My Husband and I enjoy staying here occasionally. The rooms are always clean, also are very spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If there is an issue with room, it is handled very quickly. On this visit, Holly, at front desk was great. Lamplighter Inn is lucky to have her as an employee. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We really liked the feel of this hotel. It felt fresh and modern. Our first impressions were really good with young friendly staff. We liked seeing the children having fun at the pool table and playing games. Breakfast was the best we had at this price-point of hotel. Nice walk into town with a good choice of restaurants. We stayed at this hotel near the beginning of our road trip from (the UK) Chicago to Los Angeles and it was probably the best value for money hotel of our trip. If this is indicative of a Tru hotel I would stay at another one as it was great value for money.

Was going on a road trip from Tennessee to Kansas and had picked this hotel as a one-night stopover. However, we ended up liking it so much that we stayed here two nights (drove into Kansas for the day and drove back). Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. Area was safe and had several nice restaurants in walking distance (highly recommend the Greek one). The complimentary breakfast was good too

The sheets were amazing. Soft, cool, silky. I wanted to live in our room. Absolutely spotless and clean. The shower had 2 heads. Truly a wonderful experience. The breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

This is always our to-go stop during our family trips through Missouri over the last decade. Accessible to just get off the highway and back on. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathrooms are clean with toiletries for your use. Towels are thirsty and smell clean! Hot breakfast and coffee to get you going in the morning. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

This hotel was an exceptional place to stay. I should know as much traveling as I do each year and as many hotels that I stay in. I found the room to be clean and very comfortable. The breakfast has a good variety fresh product. Coffee was great. Staff member came by and asked me if there was anything else that I needed. The staff at this hotel was very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. It has a great location. I was on the last flight in the Springfield and arrived at the hotel rather late I was able to get a taxi took me to the hotel did not charge me the hotel took care of the charge no problems checking in. I would highly recommend this hotel for any traveler and you will not be disappointed

Whole property is clean and pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a stop on our long drive to Arizona. Breakfast buffet has a good selection and fresh made omelette sausage and hash browns. Unfortunately not much choice in the area for food.

Everything we expected, clean facility, great breakfast, clean rooms was great. But there was construction going on, which limited parking available. And there were 2 nights we heard some engine revving outside our window, which was a view of a construction site. I'm not sure if it was the hotel's construction site. There were also at least 2 transients I saw in the lobby and vending areas. This hotel is a great place for the price, but it is on the outskirts of town (which is quiet) and we were told there is a nearby homeless community. Overall, we felt safe and it met all of our needs. Very satisfied.

We stayed here for eight nights while visiting Branson and the local area. All the staff were great, friendly and professional. Gage at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were gracious and eager to assist if needed. But the true stars of the hotel are Florence and Linda at breakfast. They did a great job of keeping things clean and providing variety in the menu. They brought joy to our mornings, smiling, singing, chatting with us when they had a spare minute. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and really quiet. We loved this hotel and we would definitely return if in the area.

Amazing hotel! I’ve always struggled with finding a hotel in Springfield…. Struggle no more! This hotel marks all the boxes and then some. Clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- smelled fresh and clean everywhere! Amenities ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- pool was awesome but the fire pit adjoining was perfect! Kids same while we enjoyed coffee around the fire pit. Could see them no problem. Breakfast ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- tons of seating options and plenty of options to eat. Kids were excited about chocolate milk as an option! Location- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- safe area just a little tricky to get back into from the main road. Shopping, restaurants and gas stations within walking distance We will return for sure!

We were welcomed at our evening check-in by the friendly staff person and cookies:). Our king room was clean and furnishings (king bed, full size sofa, fridge, and TV) were well maintained and clean. We actually overslept in the morning because of such a comfortable bed, the room darkening shades, and the lack of noise! Breakfast staff was friendly and the breakfast was typical of Hampton Inns, although we don't like the current HI omelets and there weren't English muffins or skim milk. Only negatives were that there wasn't a business center computer even though it was pictured on the hotel website (staff said it kept getting hacked), the lobby area was a little dark in the evening, and the location is a little 'remote' from restaurants and other services (which is also a plus for quietness).

We had a wonderful stay from the time we checked in to the time we checked out! The front desk was so warm and welcoming and gave us all the information we needed about pool hours, breakfast time, and complimentary coffee station. Pointed us in the right direction of our room. We were hauling a boat and he advised us the best parking for it when we asked. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and cold. We had a mini fridge, microwave, and small coffee pot. The pool was nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good! Probably the best hotel breakfast we've had in a long time! The gals working it were on top of keeping things stocked and cleaned up. We never felt unsafe in the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again! The check out staff was just as nice too! Thank you for a great stay!

Three things really stuck out about this hotel. #1 it was extremely clean. The rooms were not heavily scented like some hotels. They just smelled good. Clean. Also no chlorine smell from the pool in the hotel. #2 Every one of the hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfast women were very cheery and breakfast was very good and filling. Full breakfast buffet #3 Location made it easy and convenient to get to everywhere we were going. Excellent stay!!

The room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were super friendly. The buffet breakfast was better than most of the ones we had at other hotels. We loved the pool and jacuzzi.

Super clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The breakfast was top notch. The lobby felt like someone’s living room, it was so comfortable. It was a secure environment as well. A very well lit parking area. The bathroom was very clean. No moldy caulking and the mirrors were spotless.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean, quiet and very comfortable. We got a family suite for 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room. We arrive around 10pm and the pool was still open which was nice and convenient so the kids could swim for a bit to let some energy out after being on the road for several hours. The breakfast was good in the morning also. We would stay at this facility again.

This La Quinta is fantastic! So clean, staff was great, breakfast was good (and the staff person running it was helpful and friendly), super clean rooms and public areas. The pool and hot tub looked great, just wish we would have had time to use them. (Check out Tie & Timber Beer Co. and the good restaurants in the Rountree neighborhood, too - about 15 mins away.)Thanks so much!

Check-in was fast, after reserving on the Wyndham app. Room was spacious and clean. Shower was hot, with complimentary Dove products. LaQuinta beds in my opinion are always comfy! This hotel has a gym, pool and laundry facility! Hot breakfast was offered including waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, toast, coffee and juices! It had a nice homely vibe to it with a fireplace in the lobby!

We loved that the hotel was convenient to just about everything! Shopping, restaurants, Bass Pro, breweries. The bbq restaurant in the parking lot was delicious and guests get 10% off! The pool was surprisingly cool and refreshing on a very hot weekend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and yummy. The "study" suite was really big and quiet. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Even though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the site was very clean. Staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious and dining area was well stocked and clean!

We have stayed here several times it is close to every thing & safe area, nice breakfast assortment, staff are very professional they ask if you would like water at check in & there is also a coffee & tea & fresh lemon water there in the lobby for guests & fresh fruit. They have other snacks at the front desk but I’m sure you have to pay for these.

This location is currently undergoing some remodeling/ renovation. Check in desk staff friendly and welcoming. room a little dated but comfortable bed. Breakfast staff kept the breakfast area neat and tidy with usual selection of hot and cold breakfast items.

Breakfast was hot and delicious 😋 Check in and out was quick and easy. This is our second stay at this hotel. The pool wasn't supposed to open until 10am but the manager let me get in early to do water exercise before we left for another long drive to home. Beautiful lodge decor 😍

For me, my son, and dog traveling and stopped a couple days. The staff were unbelievably kind, and helpful. It was clean. My dog wasn't treated as a nuisance but as an actual guest!! That right there meant more to me than anything. This was our first time traveling with our dog. This place made that experience perfect! Fenced in area for dogs to be, they give you treats and poop bags, and a tag for your door. The only complaints I have aren't really complaints, just suggestions.. 1. The coffee in the breakfast and common area is absolutely awful. The single packets in the room are good though. 2. No garbage cans in parking lot. We are traveling. We have garbage, also a dog that poops. I don't like throwing poop away at the front door. 3. The luggage carts 👎👎👎 They are cute, fit the decor, but are heavy, bulky, and DO NOT function well. Ditch them and get light ones that actually move properly. I absolutely hate searching for garbage cans. For poop or garbage. I thought this was perfect for us. Comfortable 😊 and happy.

We had a amazing stay. The staff were super kind, helpful and informative. The Lodge itself was directly across the street from the Bass Pro Shop and Wildlife of Wonders Museum and Aquarium, which is why we came to Springfield. The room was very clean and comfortable. When I first booked this hotel, I wasn’t sure about it. But, it was awesome. From the time you walk in, until you leave, it is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are cozy, with a western feel. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was ultra clean. This hotel is directly across from the Bass Pro world headquarters and while I’m not big into this type of store, it could have been a destination all its own. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed here three nights while visiting the Springfield & Branson area. This hotel is super clean and the room was comfy & cozy. There is a restaurant next door that you can walk to right from the hotel as well as some places to shop that are walkable. The Bass Pro and Aquarium are about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast and the food is really good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

One night stay for MSU tour with our son. It was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, awesome showers, great room, great price! The hot breakfast was very good, including Belgian waffles and Folgers coffee! The lady working the breakfast room was very nice, inviting and did a great job keeping it stocked, clean and tidy!!

First time staying here, although I've been traveling to Springfield for years. Thought I'd give it a try. Very clean and very comfortable. Convenient location and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is basically your typical hotel breakfast but still decent.

They always have a room with a jacuzzi available it helps rejuvenate these old bones. Ms. Girlinda is always cheerful and welcoming at breakfast. She’s always happy to have a quick conversation and will even make your plate if you can’t.

Staff were excellent, rooms were clean and my son really enjoyed the indoor pool while I was in the jacuzzi.

The hotel itself is very modern and clean, with great amenities. We personally love the Keurig coffee maker as we are morning coffee drinkers. Our room was perfect. It was very clean with a place for everything even though the space is smaller than normal. The beds were extremely comfortable and everyone slept well. The staff was pleasant and service was great.

Rooms are efficiently designed and perfectly appointed, modern, and spotless. Comfortable beds and a stocked Keurig for morning coffee or tea made for the perfect stay! Great Springfield location between 2 major N/S highways, and lots of choices for dining nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect for the mini birthday trip we booked! Less than 2 Minutes from a caseys, less than 10 from a hyvee grocery that had a Starbucks inside and was close to the Springfield square! (I would consider where most attractions that are going on are held) Plus the public parking near the square is free so once there walking around to site see or shop the local stores is a breeze. Beds were Super comfy!! Ton of pillows different sizes and firmness or lack of firm if you like the squishy ones. Room : double queen: 3rd floor mini fridge, flat screen, plenty of lamps, almost see through shower with rain 🌧 shower head, led light mirror in bathroom, drawers under the beds for storage, No desk, no microwave (that we saw in the room) coffee bar is at the elevators downstairs not in the room (that I noticed).. Overall the Staff was accommodating, professional, kind, knowledgable and efficient. Cole (front desk) was brilliant for putting together my friend's Birthday goodie bag, I had just asked ahead that if big on the IF it was possible to leave a note to say a simple happy 30th birthday in case she checked into the room before me... He definitely went above and beyond by not only making the bag but the cutest happy birthday note to boot!! Definitely made her super happy. Thank you so Much Cole!

Cool boutique type vibe. We've stayed here multiple times, and will again in the future.Full bar, our bartender made awesome, espresso, martinis! Restaurant as well, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can get coffees like lattes, etc. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are small but they work. This hotel is perfect for Quik trips where we're only staying a day or two. staff is always very polite.

Although it had a modern spin on it, it was very comfortable and relaxing. It was spotless, the bed and bedding were top notch comfortable and plush, and the staff was very warm and inviting! They made me feel right at home, and it didn’t feel fake. They also had coffee at the elevator entrance, and on my floor! Love love love this hotel! Will definitely recommend, and stay again soon!

The room was so clean and amenities were fantastic. The king suite is the perfect option for a relaxing romantic getaway. The breakfast was amazing and different from one day to another.

Loved the roominess of the room, the kitchenette with full size fridge. The accommodating staff who helped my coworker with additional bedding to make sleeping on the pull out sofa bed more comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good for free breakfast. Everyone was great. The pool was clean and warm. Towels were available and coffee was available on our way to the room. I would really appreciate this if working as a travel nurse. Oh and the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers are a great idea too! Loved it. Would've liked to stay a few more days and just hung out!

I didn’t expect much, because I think it was listed as 2 stars. However, I can’t believe this room is only $80. It was very easy to get to, and immediately I was impressed by the lobby. It was clean and welcoming, and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and had a good sense of humor. Our room was very clean, with the towels folded all cutely and everything. The beds are comfortable. To be fair, I’m literally lying in bed typing this so maybe something insane will happen to change my mind, but I am very happy with this hotel and will absolutely be back. We didn’t use the pool, and likely won’t, but it’s got chairs and tables and the water looks very clean, and it’s a decently large pool. The fitness center also looks nice (there’s a 0% chance of me using that, but for people who like treadmills and exercise equipment, I’m sure it’s lovely). 😂 Also, the rooms have pictures of different animals on them. We got a boring animal, but I guess that’s okay.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was safe and clean and I would stay here again. Breakfast was nice there were a lot of options to chose from.

Checked in early hours in the morning as we are on a long road trip, we were greeted with courtesy and a smile even at 2:20am! Room was very clean, comfortable bed, heater was on when we entered the room so it was nice and warm. Breakfast was decent, simple yet good. As mentioned before staff was friendly and helpful, eggs and biscuits were all gone so they immediately made more, lots of coffee choices. Only issue I ran into was the hot water during my shower never got very hot, more like warm. Other then that we'd stay again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ /5

The hotel was easy to get to and was clean. We normally stay at the one on Battlefield Rd, but didn't realize I had booked a different address. It was actually closer in distance and of the same quality. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the shower worked well. The room was upstairs and had a view of the pool. There was a hot breakfast, but we didn't go. We only stayed one night but it was enjoyable.

The breakfast was good and had options. Coffee was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms very comfortable and spacious and it was quiet.

In the heart of a walkable downtown plus a college town. Upper floors had great views, although our room was in the less convenient catty-corner annex building across the alley. Our 4th floor suite had a private balcony and a turntable stocked with random vintage vinyl records. Fun idea. There is a hip restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop lounge that we missed due to our short stay. Black Sheep and other restaurants were also nearby, as was a record store that sold vintage receivers and turntables. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, except for someone’s carryout box left in the refrigerator and a hidden wastebasket under the wet bar that hadn’t been emptied. Minor housekeeping oversights that you wouldn’t expect at this price point. Out of the control of the management was the summer Saturday night cruising, accompanied by the loudest engine revving I’ve ever heard. It went on for hours. Overall, however, it was a fun stay.

Excellent hotel! What a nice surprise to find a modern, clean nicely located hotel in downtown Springfield MO. Great staff fun area but don’t miss the rooftop bar for great view, cocktail and people watching! Enjoyed dinner at Bruno’s Italian restaurant around the corner and breakfast at Gailey’s breakfast Cafe across the street.

We visited Springfield for a concert, and decided we could splurge a little and stayed at the Hotel Vandivort. This place is swanky! From the floor tile and light fixtures, the custom furniture, the themed graphics in the elevator shaft, the expansive room and comfortable beds, this place is top notch. And even though the check-in host said the hotel was full, we never really heard anyone else on our floor. The food service offerings were also outstanding, especially the Vantage rooftop bar (located in an adjacent building, we found out after trying to find it on the 4th floor of the main building). Service was friendly and efficient, the cocktails were generous, the seafood was fresh and delicious. The only complaint is the in-room coffee service; there were plenty of supplies available, but the coffee blends were bland and the coffee maker made it too weak. Free parking in the small lot across the street, if you get there early enough (we did!). Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

We found this to be a delightful boutique hotel. It has convenient parking across the street and it’s free. They do have valet parking. We had a room on the second floor and the ceilings must’ve been 15 feet high. The bathroom was great and the bed was comfortable. The windows have tight fitting shutters that can make the room total dark in the middle of the day, which is convenient for napping. The personnel at the front desk and in the restaurant, we’re all very friendly and hospitable. The hotel is located in the main downtown district and is convenient to several restaurants. Unfortunately we did not eat at the hotel’s restaurant. We would definitely stay here again

Very nice boutique hotel located in a historic downtown masonic bldg. The room was clean and sleekly furnished; it had a super high ceiling and a large bathroom. Wonderful bar and lobby. Didn’t try the restaurant (it was booked for the night). Staff was extra friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again! Parking was free but the lot felt a bit unsecure. Neighborhood is walkable, near the Springfield Museum and several cozy bars and eateries. The hotel is 1.6 miles from the historic (and spoooky) Commercial District which has fun stores and unique eating places, including the oldest tavern in Springfield.

If you want a comfortable hotel with a welcoming, friendly staff, this is one you will appreciate. Keep an eye out for the small sign at their entrance way, which is easy to miss with the hotel sitting back off the street. But once you find the hotel and enter the door, Mallery, Chelsey or Cimber will make you feel welcome, appreciating your Hilton Honors membership and providing freshly made popcorn in the lobby. You'll find a clean spacious room with a fully equipped kitchen, and an equally spacious bathroom with towel bars at the sink (omitted in many places) and a large walk-in shower. I did note that the shower floor is slippery, so a towel to stand on, placed on the floor is recommended. Their fitness center is outstanding with an abundance of equipment, plus towels, water, and sanitation wipes. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding, with your host, Kevin ensuring everything is hot, fresh and available. You'll eat off of glass plates with real utensils and find a varied selection of hot and cold items. The only thing missing was skim milk, which for the health-conscience is important. We were pleased with Rachel, from housekeeping who was eager to help and provided needed room items. This hotel met and exceeded the standards you would expect from a Hilton Home2 Hotel and I highly recommend them with a grade of A+.

This property is very well maintained and almost new. We enjoyed a very spacious king-bed suite with comfy bed, sofa, kitchen and large bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean. Check-in was quick and staff very friendly. Breakfast was a nice change. A spacious, almost restaurant like eating area with hot quiche, omelets, yoghurt, and pastries. Coffee could have been better, but that is my only minor ding.

We were there only one evening but enjoyed our stay. We had requested room with view of parking lot as we were traveling with our classic car. They were great in working with us. Room was clean, and staff very friendly. It would be great for people working out of town or needing extended stay as everything in way of kitchen items were available. The only negative, shower was hot but no pressure. It is a newer hotel so hopefully will improve. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Lady working in breakfast area friendly and great in keeping everything clean and restocked. We didn't get a chance to use gym but had an assortment of equipment. We will stay here when back in the area.

We love this hotel! The facility is exceptional, well maintained and clean, comfortable beds,friendly, helpful, responsive staff and we loved the room itself. Dishwasher, nice sized refrigerator and microwave! We will definitely make this hotel our go to in the Springfield, MO area.

From making the reservations at the front desk when I called to the time we left everything was perfect very clean room great breakfast, everyone friendly, the pool was perfect. Temperature towels were fresh and cleaned.

The stay at this Springhill Suites Property was simply far beyond my expatiation's. I haven't traveled in sometime, due to the stupid COVID thing going on. I finally elected to book an overnight stay at this location in order to visit some old friends etc. The location is perfect for getting on & off of the interstates, well lit parking lot (front, sides and rear), the lobby was very attractive and ultra modern, the help at the front desk counter were friendly and gracious, the room was beyond amazing as well. Neat, totally clean/spotless accommodations, lots a extra room and countless USB and/or electric outlets everywhere. Some previous posts suggested that this property had a small bathroom. I would agree somewhat, however - it wasn't and issue whatsoever. The shower water pressure could have been a bit stronger but overall, it too wasn't a real issue. The in-room microwave and refrigerator was also a nice touch. The indoor pool area was also very nice and well maintained, as was the hotel workout room. And I must mention the courtesy HOT breakfast they had available for Saturday morning. Fresh fruit, waffles, lean/well done bacon, rolls, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, cold cereals, various types of fresh hot coffee's, etc. Everyone working there was as nice as could be. I plan on going back there sometime soon.

Check-In was great. The front desk employee was welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. All parking and entry doors were convenient. Breakfast 8:15am – Items ran out and slow to be replenished. Hot eggs were not good. Placement of waffles and cereal is hidden, and did not see them until we were leaving. Microwave in breakfast area would also be convenient. I opted to get breakfast elsewhere on 2nd day. Room: Plenty of space, big closet was nice to keep luggage out of the way. I love the layout and privacy glass for desk as it allowed for other changing areas. Comfortable beds and bedding. Trundle bed rather the typical “couch bed” was a brilliant design decision. What would have made our stay more comfortable? #1 and SO important, add a mirror outside of the bathroom. Traveling and getting ready with others was challenging with only mirror in the bathroom and having to wait on the others to get out. TV: The way it is positioned is only visible from couch, or one bed. Replacing TV mount with an arm mount would solve for this and TV could stay in same location. Or suggest centering in front of beds. Traveling 10-12 times a year, these two things are important to me. I have not stayed anywhere that did not have a mirror on the outside of bathroom, or TV not visible from both beds. Consider coat hooks near door, this would be more convenient when the closet is on the far side of the room.

This is a fairly new, very nicely designed hotel/motel. Rooms are nicely laid out furnished with modern style and taste. Our room was lovely and we were impressed on entering it for the first time. Clean fresh linens, comfortable bed. Lots of usb charging ports. Staff was friendly, helpful with us and considerate with our service dog. The only real dining choice within walking distance is a Cracker Barrel about half a mile away by sidewalk. A good evening walk after a long day’s drive. (Other chains are a little farther off and probably best driven to. ) We were happy with our stay and would stop again on another trip. Parking lit is spacious and well lit. Not sure if the many signs stating hotel is not responsible for damage or theft is indicative of a local problem, but our (loaded) car was just fine overnight. (If you are travelling with food, be aware that the fridge only runs for a maximum two hours at a time. It is necessary to press a switch to start it for another cycle.)

Check in was easy and fast. When we got to our room it was very spacious and clean. The king size bed mattress is on its last leg. Bumpy and somewhat uncomfortable. The smoke detector in one bedroom was dangling from the ceiling not fully attached as it should have been. The exhaust fan was very dirty and dust was collecting all around it on the ceiling. The shower doors would not stay closed causing major water issues on the tiled floor. We asked for every other day house keeping and did not receive any. The tv advertised free coffee 24/7 in the lobby. When we went for a cup the only option was some hot cider. Breakfast was ok, they had a hard time keeping things full I guess due to the hotel being pretty full. Coffee and creamer were both empty when we tried to get some. Overall it was quiet and seemed to be in a good area but for the money we spent for 3 nights I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by the nicest woman. She was so kind, and go is checked in very quickly, which was a blessing. Room was beautiful. Very comfy bed, spacious, nice bathroom. The hair/body products in the shower felt luxurious. Left my hair and skin feeling nice. Breakfast was pretty decent. Fresh eggs, bacon, bagels, cereals. All in all, we will DEFINITELY stay here again, as we frequently come to Missouri from Colorado. We’ve stayed at other “nice” hotels in Springfield which were not only more expensive, but very outdated. That place didn’t even compare! Stay here, you will NOT regret it.

We loved everything except water pressure was less than ideal for shower, sink and the jacuzzi tub. But we would definitely stay again!

We arrived at this Historic District hotel on a Sunday early evening, and was a little taken aback at the eerily empty streets. It was like a ghost town. The buildings were charming though, and there were a few restaurants/bars still open for dinner. This boutique hotel was surprisingly charming… our particular room was large with a separate sitting area and kitchentte… the room also had an interesting view from the bedroom window that show-cased the stunnng sunset. The premises was super clean. The only negative is that if you arrive after 3 PM, you can only enter the building via a code to open door…. which they failed to text to us earlier. Had to make a phone call which resulted in an answering machine. I was about to call Expedia to cancel, when I got a very friendly call-back from a young woman telling me the door code and where our keys were located. Even though we had a rough start, we really loved this hotel. The area is very walkable with interestimg shops. Too bad we arrived on a Sunday afternoon and had to leave early the next morning. Would’ve loved to have shopped the stores and tried the unique eating places on this historic street.

Wow! What a spacious room and relaxing stay. We were in the Jaipur room, next to the road and it was quiet, quieter than big hotels. There’s a room great for writing or working, a sitting area, and a table to eat, sit at, and drink coffee. The location was down the street from many tasty restaurants, not to mention the coffee shop directly underneath the hotel. I also loved the Indian-travel theme! Gosh, really enjoyed it, what a sweet treat!

What a cool spot! The room was huge, clean, and the bed was super comfy. The coffee shop downstairs was the perfect place for my husband to post up and work while we were there. Great location on commercial street (one of the few walkable areas of Springfield) with cute shops, cafes, and a farmers market. Only downside was the shower in our room —water pressure was non-existent. I have thick hair and this was a pain. Otherwise perfect stay!

This is an amazing place with an amazing history. Beautiful, restored 1900s mansion with gorgeous decor. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and a lovely sitting area in the room. Excellent service with friendly hosts. Coffee available at all times; microwave available. Breakfast offered on the weekends.

We really enjoyed the peaceful and friendly atmosphere of the Elfindale. The rooms were very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was great. The service was fantastic. We will be staying here anytime we find ourselves in Springfield!

It's a beautiful old mansion that's equipped with equally charming furniture and decor. Each room was designed by a different person, so it makes the place very unique. Myra was nice enough to let my partner and I have a look around the rooms if there was no one in them/ if they weren't being renovated. Our bed was very comfortable and clean as well as the rest of our room. It's in a convenient location; less than a 10 minute drive from downtown Springfield. I would absolutely love to stay here again! P.S. Myra informed us that the mansion was in fact NOT haunted ;)

I stayed at this property multiple times over the past month as we were a frequent visitor to the Mercy Hospital across the street. If you don’t mind walking a short distance, you can walk back and forth if visiting a relative in the hospital. I booked a regular room, a one bedroom and a two bedroom during my stays. My only complaint would be the TV in the regular room was insanely small and inadequate for a modern hotel. And it was oddly situated. The TV in the bedroom rooms was perfect. Other than that, everyone was awesome. Good breakfast. Nice place to sit out front and visit with a relaxing vibe. Nice gym and saltwater pool. Get the TVs upgraded across the board and this place will be perfect.

We were told it was a 10 year old property. It’s apparent that it’s being maintained. Staff friendly. Staff taking care of breakfast area- did a very good job keeping things stocked & clean. She was kind. Evening front desk staff gave a very good recommendation for dinner out. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very well maintained both inside and out. It’s located in a very safe part of town, right across the street from Mercy hospital. The staff was very friendly and room comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield.

Everything was comfortable and convenient -- nice kitchenette, good shower and towels, well-arranged furniture, comfortable bed. The color scheme is rather terrifying, red/black/charcoal.

My husband was due for surgery at Mercy Hospital in Springfield. He had to replace his pacemaker and he wasn’t allowed to drive after the surgery. Since I have stopped driving, I decided that a hotel near the hospital would be ideal, and that’s where Towneplace comes in. It is opposite the hospital and within walking distance. The hotel has 2-bedroom suites with full kitchen. I didn’t cook much but the refrigerator and microwave came in handy. It is comfortable for a 3-night stay. Breakfast is free from 7-10am. No hot food at this time. There’s wrapped sausage biscuit, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. The hotel is clean and the staff, friendly. The downside for us, is that there are no restaurants within walking distance. Of course, one can always call for delivery service. There’s a Walgreens next to the hotel. There’s one-bedroom suites and regular hotel rooms as well.

It was clean. Breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and relaxing. The surrounding area had a bunch of restaurants and small shops. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. Plenty of pool towels cleaned for use. Amazing stay!

The person who checked me in at night was neither friendly nor forthcoming with information about the amenities, including the time for breakfast. I looked in the room for information but found nothing. I had to go back to the hotels.com description to find out when breakfast ended. The room was clean and well kept. I had all I needed in the room, and it was a really quiet night for sleeping. I enjoyed the breakfast selection, and the morning staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a nice stay.

We got a great price room is clean and comfortable. Beds are perfect. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. The staff was friendly for our late check-in as well as the early breakfast stayed one night if we're ever in town again I'll definitely come back.

This hotel is off the main road in an office park area so it’s fairly safe and quiet. Upon checking in, we were given a room on the second floor and shown to the stairs. I asked the desk clerk if there was an elevator and was simply told “no.” So if you have bad knees or a lot of luggage make sure you get a room on the first floor. The room was decently clean, but the furniture had some wear and tear like broken trim on the desk and other pieces of furniture. Breakfast was pretty good in the morning with waffles, eggs, biscuits, and gravy , etc. The morning staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall, this is a good deal. Priced between 75- 175 def a decent deal as It’s a pretty clean hotel pretty quiet hotel they do a good job of spacing people out they do have a few rooms that are suites with clean jacuzzi tubs! Good brand of complementary toiletries and offer plenty of towels and hand rags. Only complaint is they don’t have Q-tips when it comes to the bathroom situation. It does come with the fridge a little office microwave and closet along with a mini kitchen and mini bathroom. I’ve only stayed in the suite room rooms with a Jacuzzi tub, but I’m sure any of the rooms would be nice.they have one of the best Free Breakfasts I’ve seen in any hotel! The deposit is only 50 as well. Very pleased with my stay and with this hotel; from how it is run and maintained to just over all deal you can’t go wrong here.

I’ve been staying in this hotel every weekend for the past three weeks, each time in a different room. The rooms are updated and clean. Beds are ok and lighting is wonderful. What I love about this hotel are the staff and the water pressure. Soumya and Rakesh are very wonderful to speak with. They take great pride in the hotel without being over the top. They’re courteous and responsive. The standout feature for me were the showers. I love being clean and I love taking a good hot shower. The showers in this hotel are wonderful. Great pressure and temperature. The extra wide curtains are a huge plus to make you not feel closed in when in the shower. The dove shampoo and conditioner were great as well. Everytime I came out of the shower I felt amazing. If you’re coming through republic or visiting Springfield this is a great hotel to stay at. Clean, updated rooms, hot breakfast and decent beds. What you will remember is the showers. I’d stay here just for the showers.

The dayshift desk lady was absolutely amazing! She handled my situation with care and was very professional! Even though it wasn’t her responsibility she worked through the problem with experian, with me . The room was newly renovated, very sanitary and clean . Housekeeping employees were amazing , some didn’t know much English! But did there job very well . There breakfast is amazing also

Our stay was quiet even though the hotel was very busy. The decor is simple and trendy. The staff at the front desk and the coffee shop where very friendly and interactive with the guests! The giant cinnamon roll was delicious and the black coffee was perfect. Parking lot was well lit at night and felt very safe. We ordered dinner at the bar, chicken tenders, fried fish and fries and we felt it was a great choice. The fire pit was warm and nice while we chatted with some other guests in a light drizzle.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, spacious—The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a /enjoyable experience, and I would consider staying again.

Having a bar open in the evening was nice as was the coffee bar in the morning. Open hallways on all floors made me feel safe. Nice views from our 7th floor window. Lots of parking around the bldg was very good too.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great location near the Ozarko Festival so the drive was 4 minutes away or within walking distance. Their breakfast bar had a variety to choose from. The staff were very nice.

My stay was wonderful. I came because my daughter was having her baby. It was so convienent to stay at the Sleep Inn, it was by many restaurants, stores, hospital. I slept like a baby both nights. The people were friendly, my room was very clean. Im very picky about the bathrooms, it was so clean and the room smelled so fresh, i really enjoyed my stay, and i thank the staff for being so friendly.

Convenient location just off Route 60. Good dining choices a short walk across the parking lot. Room was clean and very comfortable. Luggage carts available, good TV & WIFI. Super breakfast with hot choices as well as cereals, pastries, & fruit. Friendly front desk staff.

My initial impression was, I should have spent a little more and got a nicer place. Re-painting the exterior was in progress, debris strewn along one sidewalk, and a front desk clerk whom I could not understand, for the life of me, though he patiently repeated himself numerous times. The spaces, including the lobby and breakfast area are pretty small, but not a major drawback. However, the compact size of our king bedroom was. Very little space to move around, particularly, trying to get two people ready for a wedding. Cleanliness, overall, was good. Carpets are stained and worn, in both the rooms and hallways, but no off-putting odors. Would've liked more than one towel and washcloth, per person. The staff was friendly and I'm sure, helpful, though we made no requests of them. Would like to see more in-room information on the property's facilities and amenities. Maybe an oversight by cleaning staff, don't know. Breakfast was a plus. Fresh biscuits, fresh (not stale) donut variety, sausage, eggs and waffle fixins. Overall, our stay was positive. Just needed a place to keep us from having to make a long drive home after an evening wedding, and it served that purpose well. Easy on and off major travel and shopping routes and plenty of dining choices, not far.

The location was convenient for us. The room was clean and quiet and the bed was comfortable. It appeared to be an older building that had been renovated recently. Breakfast was okay but they didn’t keep everything replenished. Would stay here again.

Hot shower with plenty of pressure. Beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. Enjoy a nice breakfast in the morning with lots of choices ranging from biscuits & gravy, breads, cereal, fresh fruit coffee, juice and milk. Pet friendly with just a $20 pet fee. Easy check in- -A couple issues to start like the AC being turned off/ controlled elsewhere. Just a quick call down to the office for them to turn it on. -While in shower the bathroom light/ fan tripped making a dark shower time. Very weird.

Absolutely sets the bar for a budget hotel. Clean, convenient, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast. We've been in a dozen budget hotels over the last 2 weeks and this has been, by far, the best!

Went to Springfield to pick up my daughter for winter break with my teenaged son. We had a nice room and good breakfast to head back to Texas the next day. This hotel was all we needed and we will be back. Nov-24 update: staff needs some training. The morning guy was sorta loading breakfast items, but the biscuits were cold, some with ice inside, and he didn't speak to anyone and we could tell he was hoping nobody said anything to him, especially about the breakfast. Need a better breakfast person to serve and clean, it was messy.

The breakfast was breakfast sandwiches, toast and fruit which was good. The room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful which was great.

We came for the wingding motorcycle convention Held at the expo center this hotel was very convenient for us it was a short drive away. Upon check in staff was very courteous and professional. There was a notice in the room advising daily housekeeping was suspended because of covid, We were here for 4 days and any time we need ed coffee, towels, cups etc housekeeping was more than willing to provide those items. Breakfast is a grab and go style however I cannot praise the breakfast attendant enough I believe her name was Patty and she was so welcoming and friendly every morning. She gave us restaurant recommendations which both played out beautifully the restaurants were ones that we would have never found or gone to had she not recommended them to us. We stayed here for one night during the tournament. Hotel is nice and clean. Lobby is bright and clean. Nice rooms and service...didn't have any issues.Check in was fast and easy. The rooms spacious for family of 4 and bathrooms are very clean. Everything well up to date. Breakfast was fine. There was only one person refilling food so it was slow when food was over. We had to wait for a while to get bread and oatmeal refilled. It was good stay and I would definitely stay here again. Their Wi-Fi could improve. I couldn’t do zoom video call from room using Wi-Fi

All staff I interacted with were so caring and truly cared about the guests experience. The sweet young lady at the front desk on 4.16.21 pm was awesome. Her caring nature was obvious. Morning staff during breakfast were nice and open to conversation. Hotel was super clean and in a central location. Felt safe and comfortable traveling here with kiddos.

Very clean, very well run, accommodating and safe. Good for an overnight visit. Staff was friendly, parking area very well lit. Next door to a restaurant with outdoor seating. Pet friendly with a designated outdoor area for walking.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. We got a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable, and the staff we interacted with were all very friendly.

Nice and clean hotel. I can't say enough about the comfortable beds. I have stayed here before and was really looking forward to the bed. Location convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Good shower pressure. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant choices close.

This Quality Inn was far superior to the last one we stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and was handicapped accessible. There was a really nice walk in shower with lots of grab bars and a shower seat. The water temperature was adjustable by temperature and there was plenty of water pressure. The breakfast area was nice with the standard fare of hot and cold items. They didn’t have any bananas. The pool looked nice and had a handicap chair available to get in and out of the pool. I would recommend this hotel.

The checkin CSR, Sandy, was so pleasant and welcoming. Very friendly & appreciative. The lobby and breakfast area was very clean. Guest room was VERY clean. Location is very convenient to access city venues. No elevator for second floor rooms, but they were very happy to accommodate with a first floor room. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay. I felt appreciated as a guest.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is amazing for adults who enjoy fine dining. The room was clean and organized. However, since we are seniors, we did not find the shower very welcoming. We like just a plain shower with a shower head above us. Our room was equipped with a spa like shower that spewed water in all different directions and very difficult to operate. The hot and cold adjustments were harsh and hard to move as the shower knobs are square and not easy to read. Someone can get terribly burned. A severe burn just waiting to happen to some poor soul. I know as it took about five minutes to adjust to the right temperature and water spout direction before I even proceeded. Just not senior friendly. A small heater in the bathroom would help as it is extremely cold in there. Other than the shower issue it is a very nice place to stay.

After a long day of traveling with my daughter, it was nice to pull in to a safe space offering a restaurant within the hotel for a late dinner. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Not only was the food delicious, but the atrium was pretty all staff were very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel! Loved both pools! Room was cozy, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was amazing. Loved the room service from the Fire and Ice Restaurant. And a starbucks by the indoor pool was perfect.

Oasis has everything you want in a great hotel right in the middle of Springfield. Clean rooms and facilities, friendly and accommodating staff, pools, splash pad for the kids, a coffee bar by the pool, restaurants and bar. We spent the night halfway between our destination and had a great experience with our three kids.

The front desk person, Donna, was friendly, efficient and made us feel very welcome. The breakfast staff was disappointing. They were obviously not happy with their jobs and looked and acted like they would rather be anywhere else. The larger woman (African American?) was asked about where we would dump out an old coffee cup, and said she would have to go to the kitchen, so no. She went back to making her own breakfast. We asked the Starbucks employee to dump it out which she did. Otherwise a great stay. We appreciate it when people are happy and friendly.

You had me at Palm Trees & tropical foliage! There was always an attendant at the guard shack. Check in and out was easy, the room was great, enjoyed the shower with an option to turn off the overhead and keep my hair dry. The rolling table on wheels was very helpful. Lots of lights including reading lights and lots of dresser drawers. We appreciated a night light in the bathroom vs having to leave the bathroom light on and crack the door. They even included a couple bottles of water in the room AND Starbucks coffee for the room coffee pot! The indoor pool area is an actual oasis that feels like you're outdoors with towering tropical trees and foliage and skylights bringing in the sunlight. Nice childproof pool gate. No awful chlorine smell either because the ceiling was 2 stories high! We loved that this is where you serve breakfast! It's such a great ways to start the day. Breakfast was fantastic with all the hot food choices including waffles and a rotation of breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy and French toast while we were there. Thanks for real butter for my waffle & stevia for my coffee! These are little details that make a statement. The pool and splash pad were awesome! The splash pad was very well done and the rubbery surface ensured the kids were safe playing. Staff members were pleasant and smiling. The place was exceptionally clean. Absolutely wonderful!

First thing I noticed was the staff was super friendly and helpful. It was super clean and smelled really nice. The room was nice/clean and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs was very nice, again the staff was very friendly and inviting, food and drinks were very good and reasonable prices. The complimentary breakfast was really good and a good selection of food. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the location was decent and prices were reasonable. We were able to neighbor next to other family members without issue thanks to the helpful staff member. The indoor splash pad was great for the smaller children and the indoor pool had plenty of space in the shallow and deep ends. Our room was clean, spacious and had a patio that overlooked the atrium where the pool and breakfast reside. Breakfast had variety and plenty of space to relax and dine. We weren't able to take advantage of the restaurant, unfortunately.

I tire of the ubiquitous hotels I stay in that are all the same. But this place is memorable! Its tropical theme is carried out in high end, interesting materials throughout the hotel. The paint colors, the floor tile, the colors of the rooms all speak to a tropical ocean theme. The landscaping on the grounds is nice, too, with mature trees and thoughtful plantings For those who don’t care much about visuals, I found these three things exceptional: * my first floor room had a cute and private courtyard that was lovely and simple Landscaping. * the bed was super comfortable with good mattress and expensive sheets * the walk-in shower was outstanding in its various settings. The hot water was hot. The Fire and Ice bar is pretty cool, I mean the bar itself is crazy pretty. Recommended! It has great conference facilities as well.

Have stayed multiple times, will continue to choose this location.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 1/2 weeks awaiting the birth of our daughter and everyone here is so nice and helpful. Lori the GM is amazing and if there are any problems she will rectify them, Lance is super friendly and helpful, and Hannah is amazing and so kind. I forget all of the other staff members but they were also nice and helpful. The hotel beds are super comfortable and the kitchens are very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Helpful friendly night staff. Easy parking and access to room. Clean, comfortable room with limited amenities. Easy to control heating/air-conditioner. It appears this area considers "Breakfast" one coffee urn one hot water urn and small muffins and or granola bars, with no tables, chairs, or even counter space to place your items on.

I had the pleasure of staying in several different rooms over the course of several weeks. The best part about the place is the awesome staff. Jessie, Vicky, and Lance to name a few, were so very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basically clean, the only real complaint i had was the shower, their shower heads are awful. It could use a more thorough cleaning, but all in all it was nice and comfortable.

Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Room and hotel clean and fresh smelling! We were here on Saturday night and again on Monday and Tuesday night. They even replaced a light bulb in the bathroom without us mentioning it was out on our first stay. It would help if they would reverse the OUTSIDE curve of the shower curtain rod to curve INSIDE to the shower to prevent so much water dripping outside to the floor from the walk-in shower. The bath mat is soaked with every shower. As it is now, we had to use 2 bath mats and a towel to catch the water. This could be easily remedied by reversing the curve of the shower rod. We slept well, but they need NEW sheets. We could almost see through them. These are minor changes considering a lovely stay. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, flavored Oatmeal packets, mini blueberry muffins, yogurt, apples, bagels w cream cheese, toast, apple and orange juices, and coffee. Thank you,

Very, very clean. Some fabrics and fixtures were a bit worn (my bedspread had a small hole) but again, everything was very clean, the room smelled fresh (and no heavy scented products or air freshets, thank goodness). Staff was very, very nice, and the a/c and water pressure were good. Breakfast was pretty much the norm for hotels, waffles, yogurt, cereal, bagels, but very well presented and maintained and helpful staff were quick to restock and tidy up.

If you need a clean and quiet place to land this is it. Shower is hot. Decor doesn't seem to change but it is clean. You have a quick breakfast to grab in the mornings. Staff is friendly and will get you what you need quickly. Have been starting here for years and no bad experience.👍🏻👍🏻

This hotel is very quiet and very clean. You honestly feel like no one else is there. The rooms are clean and we'll stocked with towels and washcloths. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. I was on vacation and had alot I wanted to do in Springfield. I had a bad experience at a hotel the night before and needed a good night sleep. This place was great and provided just that.

This exceeded my expectations in every aspect. You think "oh lort a super 8"...but no actually, a colleague recommended and I am glad they did. Slept GREAT, it was a PERFECT location, breakfast was good, shower was hot, room was spotless and I had Bravo TV and internet. Oh AND a very clean pool! Sparkling! So yes, stay here for real because I will not lie in my reviews.

During my recent business trip, I stayed at the Red Roof Inn and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and clean, featuring a cozy bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the exceptionally well-functioning air conditioning, which provided a cool and relaxing atmosphere, and the warm shower that was just what I needed after a long day of travel. Additionally, the friendly and helpful service from the lady at the front desk made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. All around, it was a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant overnight stop.

Great service desk attendants! I prepaid through Booking.com, there was no deposit. Gorgeous and cute little 1 bed just for me! This time I was traveling solo to a DC A Million Women Gathering that coming Sat 10/12/2024. The room was very clean, peaceful, with a like new feel and the simple decor was very well put together, my room and neighbors were quite and the bed was so comfortable that I even overslept and peacefully missed my 5:30am flight🤣 ..NO that was my fault.. I got in late after a long drive and just didnt sleep enough.. but i must say.. I think the comfy bed and sheets ready drew me in and I can laugh now but I've never missed a flight in my life but.. and that never happened before. But God worked it all out for me anyway. Staff was very friendly and accomodating , especially on short notice. We had just cancelled another room for no hot water or wifi. Took our last minute reservation and gave us the last room there. Everyone down to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.

Really enjoyed my stay at red roof inn. Clean, and staff are very helpful. Especially when dealing with George 976, outstanding service, really friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Great .

I don’t write a lot of reviews too often but this hotel was great. I’ll start with the amenities. They have a workout room that I passed by, large sitting lounge with multiple large TVs on wall for my teenagers to watch basketball finals, lounge in back had a free drink coupon enclosed. The bartender was very friendly. The rooms had nice double panel blackout curtains and didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. The shower had super hot water instantly and pressure was full blast so felt nice on sore back from driving. The breakfast that was included in stay was just as good as an Embassy Suites. Lots of fresh fruits (blueberries, strawberries, cantaloupe, honeydew, whole bananas apples and orange. Lots of variety for yogurt and toppings. Scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bacon and sausage, French toast and waffles. I’m sure I’m forgetting something. Containers of apple and orange juice and milk and coffee with flavorings. The staff at front desk and everywhere were very nice. The interior area had a pretty waterfall so soothing to hear. Double elevators so no need carry up to room or have to use stairs. Did have wheel chair ramp as well and HP parking on both sides of building. I can’t say anything wrong about the stay. Extremely clean, not noisey, and close to attractions. We will stay here again as we travel to see grandchildren. Breakfast buffet was until 11 am as well as checkout for weekend hours.

Our room was clean and house keeping did a great job of keeping our trash empty and towels stocked. The breakfast buffet was great, we had breakfast rate room when we booked, so free breakfast coupons were given at check in. Shower water pressure was superb! Instead of small bottles, there are refillable bottles inside the shower. VERY bummed that the heated pool was very cold, we called front desk and the man seemed irritated by the call. Overall our stay was fine, plant decorations on 1st floor are fake, wish they had a mixture of fake and real plants.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Be careful, the shower can crank out some pressure lol. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it wasn't that great but oh well, that won't keep us from staying next trip through. They do have a nice little lounge/bar area so that was nice. Great location. Wonderful staff from the manager to housekeeping! Easy access to I-44, not to far from Bass Pro Shop and aquarium, Dickerson zoo, Fantastic Caverns.

This is a great property. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the common areas are in great condition (with the exception of one broken elevator), and every staff member I have encountered has been nice and cordial. There is a big misconception about "free breakfast". This is a full service HOLIDAY INN, Holiday Inn's NEVER have offered free breakfast to all guest. They don't advertise a free breakfast so the negative reviews about the breakfast is disingenuous. My only gripe would be the lack of AC in the fitness center, but I have a gym membership to a full service nationwide gym so no worries there either. I would definitely stay here again when in Springfield.

It looks like an older property, but was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I LOVED the big window in the room & it had a total blackout shade that WORKED! It didn’t have the loud AC under the window like most hotels do. It was more like a central unit with a quiet fan that ran constantly- so we weren’t awakened all night long by the AC! Great sleep & a wonderful shower!

The manager Akash P. Was absolutely awesome! We got into town REALLY REALLY early. He let us check in super early! He could've easily said no, but he went above and beyond! It was located right off the freeway so it was easy to get to our multiple destinations!! Carlos the maintenance guy was super helpful and offered great conversation! It's cost effective and CLEAN! It's perfect for the budget conscious and was perfect for what we needed! They do offer breakfast but we weren't able to take advantage of it. There is laundry right on site which is a plus since we were on an extended vacation. Outside of Akash and Carlos ALL of the staff were super friendly! When we come back this WILL be our preferred place to stay! Thanks for the awesome service and stay!

This was my first time I've stayed in a conversation center hotel. I was impressed. It looked the same in the photos too. My room was bigger then I had expected expecally for the price. Over the weekend was a convention with the people attending parting till dawn I only knew this because I had to leave my room, it was that quiet in the room. All in all the staff was great the room very clean and it was a comfortable and quiet stay. I do however wish the bar was open and there were vending or some kinda late night munchie place on site.

Comfortable bed, clean room. Three restaurants right next door including Ruby Tuesday and a good BBQ place. Very convenient location to services and close to the exit. Front desk staff lacked the ability to answer simple question about parking ( we had 2 vehicles, including one w a small trailer). They didn’t mention our room was a floor below the main floor - there were No hallway signs guiding room locations. A rather frustrating start to our stay after a long day of driving. Breakfast was good and the staff member lept the atea clean

It is conveniently located. My room was upgraded to a king suite. I was recognized as a Choice Rewards member. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was in excellent condition. It was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was decent with a good variety and the food was hot.

Stopped here last minute without reservations. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, affordable, staff was nice, area was good, convenient to ihop for breakfast but the hotel also offers breakfast, we just left too early to try it, had to get back in the road. Recommend!

I was completely caught off guard when I opened the door to find a beautiful, clean two story room. The two king beds were quite comfortable and did I already mention that it was clean? This was perfect for my dad and I that needed a place to go while my mom was in the hospital. I highly recommend staying here. The two bedroom, two bath suite with a stocked kitchen is perfect for anyone and definitely affordable!

Very clean. Room freshly renovated. Very quiet. Small kitchen with table, small living room. These are duplexes with a little courtyard with tables and chairs. Could be a great home base for an extended stay. Check in easy and girl at the counter very friendly. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

It was so much more than I expected. It was cozy, big, plenty of room, bed was so comfy and lots of pillows. Kitchenette was perfect for the space and bathroom, closet and space were so perfect. Definitely much more than I was expecting and loved it so much. It was like entering this big suite.

Overall, the property is very convenient. Great location. Our room had a kitchen with basic cooking supplies. The room was clean and comfortable. It had an upstairs room and bathroom and space on main floor with king bed and bathroom. One reason we stayed was they seemed pet friendly. We could spend a little more money and get a bigger room with their reasonable pet fees. Unfortunately, there were no designated pet areas or pet disposal stations. It would be nice to have a station of each of the main units. It may have been the bad weather but there was feces everywhere. We'll be in the area again and plan on staying there and really hope they can make it easier for guests to help keep the property clean.

The spacious room accommodated all our family that was coming in town for a college visit. Loved the upstairs and downstairs. It was the best lodging we could have asked for and at such a great rate! The office was amazing! Staff pleasant and helpful and ran us more coffee when we ran out!

The hotel met my expectations. Bed was comfortable for a one night stay on business and I would stay there again. ***However*** I was disgruntled with a group of 3 very rude men and the breakfast staff. I was trying to sit and visit with an Air Force Veteran over breakfast. The 3 men and the staff were loud and just got louder and louder like they were sitting at a bar on a Friday Night while drinking and playing pool. Obviously they either all worked together at the hotel or they just frequented the place often. Either way, it was disrespectful.

10 gold stars. Thsnks for all the little details, ground floor, ac is on n room is cooled, 2 ashtrays, clean, and the convenient breakfast with lots of options. Neko and staff ate the best. See you again this weekend!

I am currently staying at Woodspring suites I Springfield Missouri. Great place to stay. Evan and the rest of the staff is very friendly helpful and courteous. The suites are very clean. They are willing to accommodate to your needs. I also feel safe here. Staff is here at all times if you need to contact anyone. Great place to stay.

The staff we encountered was desk only, and the young man was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Our room was clean, and the bed comfortable. Parking accommodations are excellent, and the parking lot is well-lit. All in all, a pleasant experience, and we will stay here again when in the area.

I stayed here two nights. Room was clean, staff was friendly, location was good, price was right. I think it's important at this property to have your expectations in perspective in order to enjoy it. I didn't know what to expect and was a little surprised. For example, the room is VERY basic. Not many comfort creatures. It's constructed with all builder grade materials. Everything worked and was clean, but I felt like I was staying in a dorm rather than a hotel. The bathroom sink reminded me of a sink in a hospital or nursing home. The closet is a builder grade white wire rack on the wall. There are no lamps next to the bed so it makes it hard to read in bed. The kitchen had a fridge, sink, microwave and two burner range, but no utensils. I asked at the desk and was told I could buy a "kit" if I wanted a plate, fork, etc. There are no hand towels -just Two bath towels and two wash clothes. If you want another towel you have to turn in a used towel. No shampoo. I get why they do everything they do - it's cheaper and it prevents loss. Maybe if I ever need to truly "extend" my stay, this place could work well, but for my shorter business trips where I just want to bring my own food I'll look elsewhere.

The whole staff ended up being very nice and helpful. The hotel is a little beat up. My door frame was broken so the locks were odd. Chair in the room was broken too. But the room was very clean, and the bed was very nice. Clean bathroom, hot water worked, big shower. I'm a big guy, so the roomy shower was a plus. Location was super convenient. Overall really liked this place if you're loiking for something cheap for a night or two. It's not pretty, but they care about doing a good job.

The room was great for the price. It smelled clean upon entry, which is rare among hotels. The microwave, fridge, iron and beds were in fantastic condition. The Inn had laundry on site which I took advantage of, after a 3 day drive to Chicago. The property was quiet, which for me was a plus! Very peaceful. Friendly staff.

Ok, I will admit that after reading previous reviews, I was worried. But after 2 weeks there, I was so happy I asked for an extra day because I didn't want to leave. The location is great because even if you don't have a vehicle you're close to shopping and restaurants to walk or take the city bus. It's obvious they are trying to upgrade rooms, but we never were disturbed by the work being done (But in my opinion a soft yellow paint would have been really nice to see) or maybe they haven't painted our room yet. My husband and I had 136, and it was very clean, with no bugs (believe me, I checked every inch of the room, including the bed) 😁 we also saw no homeless issues or drug issues that were mentioned in previous reviews and our stay was quiet. During our stay, we interacted most with Tay, the general manager, Candra, the assistant manager, and Megan in housekeeping. We briefly interacted with the other staff members, and honestly, everyone was just amazing. Tay definitely has an awesome flair to him that just makes you smile. Candra is very warm and welcoming, and Megan will bend over backward to do right by the guests. The few others we interacted with were friendly and polite, so Motel 6 has an outstanding staff at this location. I think the previous bad reviews about staff are about people who no longer work there. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Pipes froze in our home and needed a place for a week or so. Called multiple motels with no luck and unhelpful employees. Dionne at Motel 6 was extremely helpful and pleasant on the phone. Even with being at full capacity and busy, she was ready for us when we arrived with the exact kind of room we had asked for (quiet and secluded as possible) The room was way better than I assumed only paying 60 bucks a night. The staff was always available and helpful whenever needed anything. We are extremely happy with our overall experience

I loved how friendly the guy at the front desk was! Alex was absolutely polite and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. He made me feel very welcome. I was also super pleased that you can check in being 18 years old and don't have to be 21.

This was the best experience at a Super 8 I’ve ever had. I saw prior reviews after checking in and they are hogwash. This hotel is remodeled and super clean. The pillows are fluffy, the bed is comfy, and the bathroom is super nice. I am thoroughly impressed by the value for this room. Also, the young man at the front desk was so nice and friendly!! Shame on these reviewers for judging people by their race. America is a melting pot!! We are all one. Come support this family. This Super 8 is behind Holiday inn near Macadoodles and Moon Town Crossings, right next to the highway. Great location!!! I cannot recommend it enough.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are very beat up and the sheets are stained. My room has a wall outlet out, there's something smeared on the mirror, hair in the bathtub, water on the bathroom floor, cracked doors around the building, doors that don't work, I can go on. This place should be cheaper or remodeled.

We absolutely loved getting to meet the owners and chat for a bit with them about their love for this property. They care and it shows - in everything! Comfy beds. Coffee, tea, cold bottles of water, snacks, actual dishes to use in the kitchenette. Charming decorations and little Easter eggs of days gone by stashed in the room. Old books. Board games. Card games. This sweet little historic motor court is so lovingly renovated and up to date while being cozy and nostalgic at the same time. We can’t wait to stay again.

Everything! This place is perfect in every way. Some may not like the size of the rooms and others may think it is dated. It is a perfectly restored part of history and I simply love it! It is clean, comfortable, quiet and close to anything I need. Tim and Phyllis are exceptional and make you feel like family. We miss them already!

Phyllis from Rockwood was so kind and helpful and always answered our questions immediately. This place is perfect for a family stay, it’s a very convenient location, extremely clean, friendly staff. Highly recommend.

I love to drive the Historic 66 hwy. And this motor court is a perfect place to stay. Phyllis has put the work into restoring this nostalgic motel with colors, decorations and ambiance you'll find relaxing and entertaining. I have stayed twice within 6 months and I feel the same about each room. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped with a nice shower. I didn't need to use the flat screen TV, microwave or apt. size fridge. My initial stay was in November when Phyllis was nearing the completion of the renovation; this time I saw her work done. I really enjoyed standing in the center of the courtyard looking at the cabins brought back to life. The price is definitely worth the experience.

We absolutely loved everything about the Rockwood Motor Court! Phyllis was an exceptional host — incredibly kind, welcoming, and full of helpful tips. She took the time to share the fascinating history of the motel with us and even recommended and called ahead to other Route 66 motels for the rest of our trip. The rooms and the entire court were beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail and charm. Our whole family felt completely at home. The family suite was especially cozy and sweetly furnished — we truly appreciated the warmth and care in every corner.

Convent to all the restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and secure. Roof top was closed due to the weather but looked cool. Our room had a bad smell to it and the bathroom could have been cleaner. As other people have said, you could hear other guest. The hotel wasn't super full so it didn't effect us too much but I could see how it would bother others if it was full. The lobby and bar area was a lot of fun. Everyone was super friendly. Fun place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. The room was comfortable and quiet although the flooring was a tad dirtier than I like. Everything else was great. Nice bar in the small lobby and friendly people. Very close to downtown so a perfect spot if exploring downtown Springfield or going to the Little Theatre. Wish the top floor area had been open but it was closed the Saturday evening we stayed.

My room was the most modern one I've stayed at in a long time. The queen size beds were designed in such a way to offer both parties privacy in their space. The design of the room was functional and comfortable. The bathroom had a sliding entry door that was very different. My meal in the restaurant was different and delicious! I will be staying here whenever I come to Springfield to visit my son.
