Amazing very professional check in experience 5 star service from receptionist Valaria! The welcome drink and room upgrade was a special touch and very much appreciated! Lovely beach and chairs service. We had a delicious lunch at the beach front restaurant and a fantastic dinner at the Italian restaurant. Both catered well to kids.

Valentina at the Adult Pool of Acqualina Resort was amazing! The pool is beautiful and clean, and the atmosphere is perfect for relaxing. She was friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. It’s a fantastic spot for adults to unwind in style. Saw many families having fun aswell- great spot for kids too!

Hurricane Milton evacuation from St Petersburg with three dachshunds and a macaw. The $150 pet fee was waived which was great! We were so very grateful for that. Hotel was in a really unique location. Busy A1A one block East, with a McDonald's literally next door, and a quiet residential neighborhood and a Catholic church immediately out the front door. Safe, quiet, low traffic, well maintained neighborhood to walk three dogs and a bird. Great situation since we had to walk the dogs. A-LOT-LOT (like 4x a day). LOVED the free bikes and free daily drinks from the rooftop bar. Bikes were right there on site, so no big hassle to rent. Just grab and go basically (valet had to unlock the bikes from a rack and sign a waiver). We rode all the way down A1A to the clothing optional beach. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, a beautiful view of the rooftop pool, and the Atlantic Ocean across the street. Great experience all around. Room was great, too, with a full size fridge and a couple burners to cook. It was all we needed. LOVED the generously sized outdoor balcony and spent lots of time out there. We were so very grateful to find such an accommodating, pet friendly hotel under such incredible personal stress. We returned to a house we couldn't live in, but glad to have been safe at this welcoming space for a few days before returning to a sobering situation.

Front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, upgraded to balcony room. Very nice and spacious. Walkable to the beach, just across the street. Destination fee included 2 complimentary cocktails of the day at the bar by the pool, 2 beach towels and 2 chairs at the hilton on right side (we brought our own umbrella, extra cost if you wanted one, can't remember the price, maybe $25??), plus 2 bottles of water. Breakfast had good slection. The annoying thing was the entrance for the hotel was in the back, very confusing as there was no sign or anything to indicate this. Drove around twice before we figured it out. Also it's valet parking.

I’m a blue-collar worker on a two-week business trip in Sunny Isles Beach, working night shifts (5pm–5am). I called ahead and explained my schedule: I sleep during the day and needed a quiet room, plus housekeeping after I leave for work around 4pm. They accommodated both requests without issue. The Good: • Exceptionally quiet room. No hallway noise, no street disturbance—perfect for daytime sleep. • Housekeeping on point. Room was cleaned every afternoon after I left; always returned to a fresh, spotless space. • Outstanding breakfast. Good variety—eggs, sausage, waffles, fresh fruit, cereals, etc.—rotated daily so it never got repetitive. • Valet parking was a nice surprise. First time using it, but it was convenient—just call the desk and my car was ready when I walked out. No extra hassle or unexpected charges. No Real Complaints: Everything worked as expected. Rates were fair for the location and suite-style room with a kitchen. Strong Wi-Fi, reliable and cold AC, comfortable bed. Bottom Line: 5/5. I’ll be returning several times a year for work, and it’s great to have a consistent, dependable place to stay. Next time, I’m looking forward to crossing the street and hitting the beach on my days off. Highly recommend for anyone on day or night shifts or on vacation who needs real rest and no surprises.

My daughter and I stayed at this property recently for two nights prior to a cruise, and everything vastly exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and fabulous, and well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to plenty of options for shopping, dining or sightseeing. Quick and convenient access to a fabulous beach, where you are provided with lounge chairs and beach towels. When you get tired of the beach, the rooftop infinity pool was also wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with options for everyone. Above and beyond everything else, the staff were absolutely fantastic! Every staff member we encountered was kind, polite and helpful and they really made this an exceptional stay for us. We would absolutely stay at this property again on our next visit to the Miami area, and highly recommended checking this place out. We had the most amazing stay at this hotel when we visited Sunny Isles back in August for a 5-day mini vacation. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable, check-in was painless and easy, and the staff treated us as family. Even though the hotel was in the process of experiencing some renovations, every employee on staff went out their way to make sure we as guests were not inconvenienced and that we could enjoy all the amenities this hotel had to offer. We would be remiss is we did not give an exemplary review to the following employees: Hela (Front Desk)-Hela always greeted us with a smile and was very accommodating to our needs Laura (Breakfast)-Laura learned we had special dietary restrictions, and went out of her way to make sure we had a suitable breakfast selection every day Kevin (Bar Tender)-We looked forward to seeing Kevin every day at the pool bar for our wine and friendly conversation Kevin (General Manager)-In all the years of travel, we never had such an outgoing GM at a hotel as Kevin. Kevin was there every day in the lobby to check in on us and offer advice on some local bars and restaurants. In conclusion, we would give this hotel a 6-star rating out of 5 stars if we could! Thank you to the staff for making our vacation a pleasurable one, we will be back!

It was awesome: pools, jacuzzi, gigantic chessboard, beautiful view, an amazing beach front. Nice balcony and really big apartments.

My name is Atif Nazar and It was our second consecutive year in this resort hotel. After shortlisting it amongst 5 top rated resort hotels we finally opted for it. Our this year experience was far better than our previous one in same hotel last year. The room was facing ocean and pool view from lounge and bedroom with a big balcony and having all amenities amongst which my youngest one enjoyed the ice making option in the fridge the most. The breakfast was also good with number of seasonal fruits omelettes etc. The pool with water falls and jacuzzi were added things because of these facilities children opted to stay in pool area more than the beach which was a bit rough. After check out time as my flight was at 10 pm an additional time was given to me in same room till 5 pm with nominal charges. Me and my family really love this hospitality and are thankful to the administration for this kind consideration.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful view of the beach. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are also great amenities. The shower is particularly impressive, with excellent water pressure. I appreciate that the hotel has not skimped on this important feature, as some other hotels do in an effort to save money.

Our room was fantastic- it was recently renovated- only complaint was the outlet in bathroom didn’t work but the location was perfect being right on beach and close to stores and restaurants. We especially liked the pool bar where they served delicious lunches and drinks, also the breakfast was very very good. Overall the property was nice but needed a little tlc and the food and drinks were a little pricey but we found that to be true of Miami Beach on the whole. Staff was very nice and we will return next year!

This hotel was amazing. I came for a short stay but the hotel staff were very welcoming, the young lady who checked me and my family in was so sweet I can't remember her name but she was amazing and very helpful. The beach staff AMAZING "if I can give them 10 stars" I would because we had a baby and we asked a lot of them and they never complained and always helped with open arms we really appreciated them. Thanks again to all hotel staff especially to "who checked us in as well as the beach staff" very well mannered!

People are very good here - the on site restaurant was excellent (and underused at dinnertime). Ruddy was absolutely the best in the dining room - we ate outside overlooking the beach and ocean. Easy to get Lyft/Uber rides in about 5 minutes. There is a nice pool and beach chairs and towels are included for the long beach. There are many other restaurants within a short walk along the too-narrow sidewalks. Rosita was also exceptional in the bar and dining room.

We stayed for a long weekend in an Oceanfront One Bedroom Suite. The Suite had a fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture ( a little worn but ok for the amount of time in the room) and wrap around balcony with a beautiful view. I was concerned with the balcony because of my 3yo, but the balcony rail is about 4ft tall and had only two chairs, stationed far from the rail. The pool area was clean with the perfect amount of "liveliness" yet relaxing. Music played lightly and the bar was fantastic. Food poolside and drinks made it feel like an island resort. The staff was absolutely wonderful and super attentive and accommodating. The restaurant on site was beautiful and delicious. The walk onto the beach was convenient and lovely. We will be back!

The resort is conveniently located directly on the beach and also in the city area next to shopping center and stores . I was surprised by the silence in the room, I didn’t hear neighbors and extraneous sounds. That is really privacy space! The room is nice decorated by marine theme , very comfortable bed mattress , big windows and balcony overlooking the ocean and the city. The room is equipped with TV refrigerator coffee maker . Coffee and tea was updated every day. Very spacious bathroom , all amenities and bathrobe. The hotel has stations with drinking filtered water and as a bonus, a sauna and steam room are open 24 hours for free! On the beach -for free towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Restaurant is inside the facility with a large selection of dishes, coffee shop , bar and it opens all day. Staff of resort are friendly and they are ready to provide assistance asap as needed. Solé Miami is a hidden gem, offering a perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and exceptional service. Located on one of Miami’s most beautiful beaches, this intimate resort, with only 250 suites, provides a very comfortable and private atmosphere. The one-bedroom suite we stayed in was fully equipped with a kitchen and featured a stunning terrace with beautiful views which is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The staff is truly wonderful, with special mention to Juan Carlos, who gave us a warm and friendly welcome that made us feel right at home. The ambiance is friendly and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. Surrounded by fantastic shops and restaurants, Solé Miami combines convenience with relaxation perfectly. We will absolutely be back!

Right on the beach, very quiet area. Chairs, towels and umbrellas right on the beach with food/beverage service to your chair! Staff was amazing with the exception of the one person that checked us in. Every other staff interaction was 10/10. Room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Some parts of the hotel are a bit older but has generally been kept up very well. Elevators can be a bit slow but it sounds like an upgrade is in the works. Nice but expensive restaurant in the building. Need to Uber to most attractions (Hollywood Beach, downtown, etc.) Overall a low stress very relaxing and comfortable stay!

Solé Miami was a great choice for our beach trip. The location is perfect—right on the sand with beautiful views and close to restaurants and shops. Our room was clean and modern, and we loved having a balcony to relax on. Staff were friendly, and the beach service was a nice bonus. Only downside was the extra fees (resort and valet), which added up fast. Still, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay overall. Would definitely come back!

I've been coming here for years! For what this hotel offers-large rooms with kitchenettes, beachfront, renovated pool, fire pits, poolside games, outdoor tiki bar, nice outdoor bathrooms, sunning beds, beach games and toys (buckets, beach ladder ball) proximity to beach, restaurants, and shops, amazing views, the price is very affordable. I think the ongoing renovations are the only thing keeping it within my price range so I take any bad with the good! I can't wait to come back!

The staff was very friendly, I needed a Band-Aid for a blister from all the walking we did and they were able to give me a few. The coffee shop is overpriced but very good coffees/snacks! The pool/chill area is amazing! Such a cute area to sit back and relax. The beach was so nice with the fishing dock close by for something extra to explore. The tiki bar was the best! The servers are so friendly and make the best drinks and the food was so good! I liked how even tho the restaurant was closed, they still served food outside. Oh and the staff when you first arrived was so nice, they helped load our bags and even opened/closed the car doors for us. Definitely excited to come back after the renovations are done to see the final look! :)

Amazing resort and hotel, the staff are friendly and helpful. I found the pool and beach area where I was most of the day. Derrick was the first person to greet and ask if i needed anything when going to the beach, he was very kind, friendly and helpful. I always enjoy coming here to NPB ❤️🙏🏽☀️

I recently returned from another wonderful stay at the Newport Beachside Hotel & Resort in Sunny Isles. As always, I was warmly welcomed by Nicole and the rest of the team—Veronica, Jose, and Ashley—who make every visit feel special. I travel here often, and each time I am impressed by the consistent care and attention I receive. Assistant Manager Adam Scott truly goes above and beyond to ensure guests are addressed and taken care of. His dedication, along with Nicole’s leadership, is a big part of why the hotel runs so smoothly. While the property is currently undergoing renovations, the team works hard to maintain a comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests. The pool and beach are kept clean, and the beach staff are always helpful, pleasant, and well-mannered. I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. Kudos to Adam and Nicole for running such a tight ship!

Newport is amazing. Everything is within walking distance, pool, beach, food, etc. Beach was always clean and staff took really good care of us. Magglio at the coconut bar inside newport beach is the reason we will be coming back! Thank you Magalio for treating us so good!

I thought the room was exceptional. It had a full size refrigerator and a jacuzzi bathtub! Comfortable bed and a spa tub, what more could you ask for!

Location was amazing, Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room view was great as I chose the oceanfront. Pool, Pool side bar and access to beach was perfect. My kids had great fun both in pool and the beach. Dining options were very limited. Pizza i ordered from the cafe was not great as well. Outside street was walkable with kids, so couldn't explore a lot, beach side was fine. Self parking was not available and got to inform 20 minutes prior before leaving for the valet parking. Though room was good but bathrooms were very old, definitely need a renovation. Overall, experience was good.

We recently stayed at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Marco Polo Beach and enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Loved ocean view room with kitchenette with easy access to beach and pool. Restaurants weren’t fancy but tasty and affordable. Manager Whitney and front desk clerk John were very friendly and accommodating as well as other service employees on the property.

We loved that the pool is heated, and is highly accessible to the beach. We loved the views around the area since we can see the city skyline and views of the Heritage Park. Cleanliness of the property is good. We went there a few days ago so the weather is not humid and we enjoyed opening our balcony doors for the fresh air. If not for the miserable situation of the valet parking where we had to wait 20 minutes one time to get our rental but the valet gave us the wrong car, we’ll definitely go there again.

There were so many terrible reviews about this property and I was very scared to book it but once I got there, I got a renovated room and it was just so great to have that. The pool and the tile around the pool needs to be updated. However, the pool was large somewhat clean. There was days where the pool was a little bit dirty but the beach was gorgeous and clean. You do have to run chairs on the beach though.
