We had a relaxing two nights here. A comfortable, clean room; a wide choice of food at the breakfast buffet; helpful staff; and tea on offer downstairs in the afternoon (a necessity for us!) The hotel wasn't so busy and there seemed to be a mix of business and tourist travellers. Excellent location to wander round the town and, overall, excellent value - although the car parking was a bit more expensive. Best Western hotels tend to provide a certain standard and this place was one of the better ones we've stayed in.

Super friendly helpful staff. We actually stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. When we returned for the end, it was like revisiting good friends; they remembered us! For an extra fee they offer laundry service and stored our luggage between stays for a moderate fee. The breakfast is phenomenal and included in the room rate; I'm not a big breakfast eater but my husband ate enough for both of us. The dining area is very clean and nice. The beds are really comfortable.

We stayed here for two nights in an unusually snowy April. We were welcomed by very friendly and obliging staff who spoke excellent English, and also a lovely woodburning stove. It's a relatively small family-run hotel in a gorgeous village on the edge of a big lake. Great location to explore this part of Sweden - we wanted to see artist Carl Larsson's house in Sundborn, the Anders Zorn museum in Mora and also the village of Nusnas where they make the painted horses.These were all quite short journeys (an hour or less). Our room was in the main building and was comfortable and really spacious with a sitting area that included a sofa and armchairs, a small balcony - and a stunning view over the lake. There is also a bar and a very spacious seating area downstairs. The restaurant was excellent - very high quality food and charming service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and there was a very wide choice. The decoration of the hotel is very traditional Swedish with some lovely antiques and generally rather quirky. Highly recommended.

This place exceeded my expectations for value and quality! We stayed right after Christmas on weekdays, so the price was super affordable. The location was easy walking distance to shops and cafes. The hotel itself was everything I would expect for a 19th century renovated farmhouse - with each room being totally unique in the building we stayed in. There were 6 of us, so we took 3 rooms. Our bathroom was a bit cramped but I totally didn't mind. The view of the lake from our room was beautiful, and we were blessed with several inches of fresh snow during our first night and all the next day! Breakfast was included and at a normal time of 8-10am with everything a person could want and SO very tasty. Dare I say the best hotel breakfast on the planet? They gladly accommodated our vegan in the group as well. Coffee and treats were offered through the day in the main lodge's cozy sitting area and were most welcome when coming in from playing in the snow! Finally, the staff was so friendly and helpful and accommodating. Very easy check in, and check out. Hope we have a chance to stay there again sometime!

the room looked very nice and cosy and was big and clean. the bed was comfortable. typical swedish shower (everything worked and there was hot water, but the water splashed all over the bathroom). the bathroom was clean but it could need a make over. staff is friendly and the hotel was calm and cosy. the breakfast was absolutly amazing!!! although there were only a few guest (after season) we had a very great buffet with a lot of cold and warm selection. we loved it!

What an amazing hotel. Fabulous service, cozy warm rooms and delicious food in a restaurant that has a gorgeous view of the lake. We couldn't have picked better. On arrival we were given another complementary room for the children (had booked a family suite), and a half bottle of champagne, which was a lovely gesture. We ate in the restaurant both nights and ordered exactly the same each night as we were so blown away with the meal. Breakfast is also excellent, a wide range of hot and cold, savoury and sweet. Altogether rather pleased with myself for picking this place! Will return, for sure.

What a treat we had visiting this delightful and charming hotel. My husband and I were offered our choice of two rooms in the main building both with balconies overlooking the lake. We selected 21 as 24 was just too large for a one night visit. We had a comfortable bed with tempurpedic pillows and a nice sitting area next to a large window. My mom adored room 18 with it's angled ceilings, nice bed and pleasing decor. The restaurant menu offered a wide range of food items prepared to perfection and the homemade ice cream was wonderful. At dinner we were treated to an amazing sunset with spectacular colors over Lake Siljan. Breakfast offered a wide variety of foods and freshly baked breads. The hotel has many rooms on the main level where you can sit and visit or quietly read a book. There is a large deck, however it was too cold during our early May visit to enjoy a coffee or wine outside. The people working at the hotel were true professionals and interesting to chat with. The owner was charming and engaging! We typically stay in large cities and large hotels so this was a new experience for us.......and one the we plan to repeat. Enjoy!

I stayed here to attend the opening of Jonna Jinton's store and had a wonderful experience. The stay was very comfortable, and my kids especially loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool. The breakfast was exceptionally good—great variety and quality. The views from the hotel were absolutely breathtaking. We will definitely come back again!

Second time staying here for practice camp. The spa is amazinf for sore muscles after a long day of sports. The view from the restaurant is amazing! Make sure to eat early for the most amazing view of Sollefteå in the rising sun. The staff is friendly and helpfull, but we where unfortunate enough that we this time met a receptionist who seemed to have a bad day. We asked him some questions and got snappy, and which we found out later, incorrect answers from. But everybody else is friendly and amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious. There is no noice from neigbours, but you can hear the occasionall slamming of doors. All in all a lovely experience! Will 100% come back again and keep commin back.

I had a fantastic stay at Best Western Plus Stockholm Bromma. Everything was great, from the comfortable rooms and clean, modern facilities to the convenient location near the tram station. What truly made the experience exceptional, however, was the outstanding service at the front desk. The receptionists were highly skilled, professional, and genuinely welcoming. A special shout-out to Anike and Felicia — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their friendliness and attention to detail made me feel truly cared for, and they were always ready with helpful advice or a warm smile. Take your flowers already Ms Anike gracias I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you value top-notch service. I’ll definitely be returning!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were professional and welcoming, and the family rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was convenient, and the amenities were well-suited for both adults and children. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended for families and off course a very good breakfast and sitting in restaurant.

The breakfast is spectacular. Condiments are all produced on the premises with a huge variety of food, well laid-out and 100% fresh. The staff in the restaurant are exceptional: quick, efficient, unobtrusive and eager to help if asked. Both in the evening for dinner and drinks and for breakfast, the restaurant staff are outstanding.

Excellent front Desk staff. They were informative as well has extremely helpful. It’s a convenient location to get to any part of Stockholm. The tram station is 2 min from the hotel which makes it very convenient. Free parking is a huge bonus which helped us park the car at the hotel and travel the city in public transportation. Sauna is very good . The highlight of the stay is the breakfast spread, huge spread and delicious fresh food. Overall I highly recommend the place for business trips, couple or families.

Nice room, clean and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great, lots of choice, I can't fault it! The staff were really friendly too. We travelled with our 4 year old and he loved the playroom. There is a nice gym and sauna too. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. We rented a car, the carpark was for free and shops for food etc is just around the corner from the hotel, by foot.

The staff was super nice, the room and bed clean and comfortable. Amazing breakfast buffet and the bonus: sauna and jacuzzi! All in all a perfect (unfortunately very short) stay!

Free bikes to explore the town. Coffee & entertainment in hotel. Pool, table tennis, sauna & jacuzzi were nice things to do. Jakob was extremely kind to help us see the Lions rugby. Wonderful venue and very convenient for Dalhalla with the bus right outside

This is an excellent hotel for attending a concert at the Dalhalla! The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly and bar, restaurant and lounge areas were great too. The staff prepared some complimentary snacks after the concert and kept the bar open for us. The pool table and lounge were great for mingling with other guests too.

This hotel is in a superb location and is well designed and appointed. Parking is easy and the reception staff were very helpful and professional. The terrace has superb views over Lake Siljan and is ideal for a pre dinner drink. The only downside is the restaurant. The staff are willing but there is no organisation. The queues to be seated were far too long. The a la carte menu is pricey and the food underwhelming with poor attention to seasoning. The shrimp sandwich served in the bar is a tastier alternative. The breakfast buffet was high in variety but low in quality

The Hotel is well maintained both inside and out. The is a lot of dark wood paneling and nice public rooms. It is worthwhile to pay extra for a room with a view of Lake Siljan. Breakfast was excellent. The only minor downsides are the shower water pressure is low in AM amd bathroom floor could have been cleaned better

Sometimes you just need to get away and to relax all by your self. This has been a perfect stay with good food, good service and an excellent time in the Spa. Love being able to sit in the hot tub outside with snow all around. Will suggested a good wine to suit my dinner, many thanks.

The staff and service at this hotel were exceptional—everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and well-maintained. Breakfast was fantastic, and the staff was always quick to bring out any missing items. The hotel restaurant was equally impressive, with outstanding staff and delicious food. ( Friday and Saturday always remember to do the reservation for table, because they are super busy) The location of the hotel is perfect, with shops, bus stations, and the train station all just a short distance away. The sauna was a great way to unwind after a long day of walking—it was the perfect place to relax and recharge.

The hotel is located near the old city centre, which at the time of writing is right near where all the buildings are being destroyed/moved due to the relocation of the town because of subsidence from the mine. The hotel is therefore close to the train station (less than 20 mins walk and doable if you only have light luggage) but not close to the new town centre (about a one hour walk - we tried it!). So depending on what you're doing while in town, this may or may not be a convenient location. If you're going on the mine tour (which starts from the information centre right in the new town), be prepared for this longer walk to the meeting point or else think ahead and plan transport via bus/taxi. As for the facilities, the room was clean and modern, a decent size for two people for a few days and not cramped like some double rooms can be. The proper ceiling-to-floor blackout curtains were appreciated since our stay was in the middle of summer. Kettle to make tea in the room was handy. Bathroom also clean and modern. Nice breakfast in a pretty spacious breakfast room. It was really crowded when we first came in due to some big tour groups coming through but we just waited it out and it got quiet again. The homemade overnight oats and various gluten-free options at the breakfast were appreciated!

Super hotel in Kiruna. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! The room was nice and cosy. Maybe a little on the small side, but I was very happy with it. Great lighting control and good ports near the bed. Tea and coffee in the room which was great. Bathroom was decent, would have been nice to have soap holders in the shower but I'm nitpicking. I slept excellently each night I was there, although I did choose to have the window open at times as it did get a bit warm, and you can't control the temperature in the room. Breakfast was excellent. Great selection with fresh bread, pancakes, fresh fruit etc. Very nice indeed. For dinner there was an excellent bar/restaurant with a very laid-back atmosphere in the hotel. The reindeer pizza was particularly good. The pub was a big highlight for me after long cold days and the staff were great. It does get very busy on the weekends though so worth booking a table in advance. The gym was really good for an airport hotel, with a decent selection of both cardio and weights equipment and the spa/pool looked really nice, although I didn't use it because I forgot my swimming trunks. Overall, my three-night stay was very nice indeed and I'd be extremely happy to return to this hotel. 4.5/5

Stayed at the Best Western Eden Arctic in Kiruna, Sweden. Really ENJOYED staying here. The staff was super friendly and very helpful like getting us taxis, bus schedules and recommended places to visit. We arrived VERY early and were able to still get into our room. Grateful as we traveled a great distance to get to town. The premises has a pub restaurant open for dinner and on the property (like 50 feet away) a Thai restaurant that sells all sorts of food. Bus stops are around the corner. The room had all the simple amenities including a kettle for hot water and coffees. Breakfast buffet was included with a great variety for different tastes (eggs, pancakes, fruits, cereals, fresh breads, juices and coffees). There’s a small grocery store around the corner. There’s not a lot of places around so you’ll need to take the bus or taxi to get to like the center of town (about 1 hour walk), you can pay on the bus. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and would DEFINITELY stay here again if I’m this far up. Grateful for their hospitality as being a US citizen visiting another country, it’s helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located with ample parking and an ICA supermarket just nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Thai restaurant within the hotel compound, which was especially convenient given our dietary restrictions. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful, providing useful directions and recommendations on places to visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared. The breakfast spread was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Such a lovely, welcoming staff! Everything was beautiful, my room was perfect, with a comfy bed, great sheer, and complimentary cold/hot drinks. You have coffee and snacks always accessible in the main all. The breakfast was a feast, I had fantastic food and coffee. It's in a perfect location between the station, the main centre, and also close to the bus station to get to the airport. Strongly recommend!

Rooms were clean and very comfortable! We stayed over for the House Of Metal Festival '25 and it was perfect location, just down the road from the venue, easy walk to find more bars and food locations in the area too! Staff lovely, and the breakfast had good variety. Perfect for our short stay, would definitely come again.

The location is great, very close to the city centre and the Central station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Clean and comfy. I also enjoyed breakfast- it was fresh and you can choose between a variety of meals. Overall, I'd recommend staying here if you are visiting Umeå.

Located right by central station, along the main road of downtown. Food in restaurant was delicious and many other options nearby if you want to try something else. Breakfast was substantial and tasty. Amazing blackout curtains on windows.

Perfect and central location but also very quiet surroundings. Got an upgrade to a newly renovated suite with it's own sauna that can seat up to four persons. The bathroom has both shower and a large tub. Lovely gesture and fantastic rooms to stay and sleep in.

Great location in city center and very walkable to the mall and train station and restaurants, yet super quiet! Outstanding breakfast quality, very helpful and welcoming staff, basic room with everything we needed (large desk, 2 chairs, and comfy bed, kettle), and very clean throughout. Plus can’t beat the price. We would definitely book here again!

Everything was perfect. I can't give enough positive points/stars. I loved the breakfast buffet, the friendly staff and especially the evening All-You-Can-Eat waffle buffet. That's a really nice and cheap option for spending a relaxed evening without going out. My room was perfectly clean and the bed very comfortable. I would love to recommend this hotel to everyone!

Clean room with good quality mattress bed and pillow. Full amenities (towels, linen etc.) provided with ensuite WC and shower. Within the room are different amenities such as coffee/tea etc. Within easy walking distance for central and famous sights of the old city (quite central location even though at the edge of the old city). Close to central train station/main bus station (10mins easy walking) and less than 5mins from tram line while in an alternative area of the city. Variety of cafes, mini-shops/food stores and restaurants close by. Generally good value for money among other options! The management team is kind and prompt to reply either through through e-means or in person, so feel free to ask anything.

The hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood just about 5 mins by taxi from the central station. The rooms are very clean, large and suitable for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly. They provide good breakfast and tea/coffee/juice/water is available 24/7. I really liked the hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is located near Haga district, near to the waterfront, everything was in a walkable distance for us. We read reviews about the breakfast that it is limited but we found there a great tasty breakfast. we are totally satisfied with our experience there. the staff was friendly, and it was a cozy stay for us.

Hej! A great little hotel. Clean. Comfy. Helpful staff. Central to all the things you need to see, even convenient for a day trip to the Southern Islands. I would recommend Cafe Husaren in Haga for your 'fika' and Brasserie Draken in Hotel Draken on the 33rd floor for the view and best food in Göteborg. Tak så mycket!!

As usual I enjoyed it. The hotel is clean and quiet. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. All the staff were prepared for any emergency. The room was very spacious and cosy.

Just stayed one night as I was going through town. Location was easy to find. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were delicious. Staff was friendly.

It's a nice small hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were nice and tidy. The breakfast included had a good variety of food. A coffee machine that was available all day. They have a nice relax pool. The fitness room they have is very small but has some equipment so you can work out. If you want a bigger gym, you can borrow a card, no cost, to the fitness centre just around the corner. It has everything you need, i recommend it.

The room was spacious for the three of us, with a large bathroom. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Was able to help ourselves to the tea and coffee downstairs.

The restaurant charged premium prices for extremely small dishes. The whole party was hungry after finishing the meal

Städningen var bra. Frukosten var riktigt bra och mycket att välja på. Enda som var dåligt där var tevattnet som var ljummet. Även tevattnet i receptionen var ljummet bägge gångerna jag tog te där. Och det kunde kanske finnas fler storlekar på badrockarna. Passar bara normalbyggda personer. Jättebra var att det fanns fri tillgång till handdukar i poolområdet. Och man kanske skulle kunna få tvål, schampo, balsam och kräm som räckte till två personer. Inte bara en. Priset på maten i spat kunde ha varit lite mer prisvärt. 200 kr för en sallad är lite dyrt. Men överlag var allt toppen med rummet och alla pooler.

Lugnt och skönt. Tyvärr problem med avloppet i duschen. Blev mycket vatten som man under tiden duschade fick skrapa bort med en liten skrapa utan skaft (mycket jobbigt). Tydligen visste personalen om detta, felkonstruerat när de renoverat. Efter upprepade förfrågningar om skrapa, fick vi det sista kvällen. Var där 3 dygn. Men av oss fick duscha och tvätta håret i spaet , annars risk för översvämning. Annars var vi mycket nöjda. Fantastiskt frukost, de andra måltiderna åt vi utanför hotellet. Vi tyckte inte maten var prisvärd.

The staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The gym was a very pleasant surprise (quality equipment and all functional). The location was walkable to restaurants and the water. The building is old and a little tired, but the bathroom was nicely updated. The beds were functional but not luxurious. At the end of the day, about what I expected, probably a little better.

Well located near the lake in the heart of Motala. The beds are super comfy, the linen high quality and clean, the breakfast is fresh and nice and there are vegan options. The staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Great place- good value for money!

Unique hotel in picturesque surroundings. The rooms are beautifully decorated, all in different styles and colors. We stayed in room 8, Gustaf Boman, and it was absolutely amazing. Dark colors and lots of gold. Bathtub next to bed, terrace, sofa area, comfy large bed and lots of space. We’ll come back!

Superb breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. A bit over priced though.

Jag hade bokat 1 övernattning, tis-ons, med min bror. Hade bett om rummet ” Jungle fever” som hade 2 sköna enkelsängar o en härlig inredning. Badrum med dusch, fina tvål/hårvårdsprodukter, sköna frottéhanddukar o morgonrockar. Kaffemaskin o minibar. Njöt av en god vällagad middag, ”Sotad skreitorskrygg” o glass till efterrätt. Frukosten var variationsrik o smaklig! Hotellet är FANTASTISKT med varm o inbjudande inredning, fin fotokonst, god mat, trevlig personal , som tog väl hand om oss, så kommer gärna tillbaka inom en snar framtid!

Amandas rum var helt fantastiskt! Miljön romantisk för ett guldbröllopsfirande par. Maten var god! Trevlig personal. Allt vittnar om kreativitet och passion. Många roliga coffee table books. Ett ställe för njutning att återkomma till!

Fantastiskt bra vistelse från start till mål. Gabriella i receptionen var otroligt proffsig och gav en service i världsklass. Hon gjorde allt från att fixa bord i restaurangen trots att det egentligen var fullbokat, ordnade mobilladdare åt oss, fixade med extrasängar m.m. Hon fick oss helt enkelt att känna oss bortskämda och ompysslade. Fem stjärnor till henne! Rummet var superfint (Trosa Sviten) med badkar på rummet och häftiga inredningsdetaljer som gillades av hela familjen. Restaurangen var toppen med riktigt häftig inredning och även baren var en trevlig plats att hänga på. Ett av de bästa hotell vi varit på. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka!

We stopped here on our way up north and it was perfect for the night. Cozy hotel during the winter time with lights in all the windows, a fire place, etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our children had fun playing ping-pong, billiards and we visited the relax area with a bubble pool and sauna, you can book for 1 hour exclusively. The restaurant had excellent food! Beds were comfortable and our family room was nice and spacious. The only room for improvement would be bathroom renovations.

Beautiful views of Lake Siljan. Lovely well situated hotel. Beautiful and classic design with furniture and layout. Lovely sauna suite with view from sauna. Great breakfast. The only thing to mention is only one vegetarian/vegan option at dinner that wasn't up to scratch. But according to my travel partner the other dishes were excellent.

Tolles Hotel mit schönem Ausblick über die Stadt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt am hotel und freundliches personal. Hotelrestaurant für Abendessen für mich persönlich zu teuer mit zu wenig Auswahl. Frühstück war dafür super mit viel Auswahl. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Hotel kann ich nur empfehlen und würde es wieder buchen.

Beautiful historic building, wonderful staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, pools and common areas. Appraisal to the staff at reception, spa, restaurant. On the negative side - a few small things could be mentioned: for example, some minor amenities in the room that are mandatory for 4-star hotels are missing here; various small quirks in the structure could be fixed easily, but apparently are no priority; breakfast and restaurant are nice and totally OK, but not particularly special (except for the amazing staff and the grandeur interior). Absolutely recommended to non-capricious guests who can enjoy the historical soul of the building and the nice spa! The hotel is a "must-see" experience by all means!

The hotel was a nice surprise in this sleepy small town. It was a bit outdated but still well maintained, the spa area was nice and relaxing. The staff in the reception could have been more customer friendly and attentive, but other than that the stay was a good experience overall.

Very nice hotel in ”old style” in Tranås city center. It has a nice spa with sauna, a small pool whit a relax department. Parking is free in a special designated area which closes during the night. Nice breakfast and fast Internet; 55 Mbit down and 84 up. A perfect place in Tranås if you appreciate a pool bath. One disadvantage: The restaurant was closed in the evening for hotel guests due to a conference group.

I arrived with a motorcycle 3 hours before the check-in time, on a very hot day, and i was boiling inside my gear. I asked if i can change clothing and leave all my MC gear to their luggage room, and that suited them well. I also got instructions to a nearby beach to spend time on a hot day, that was a great tip! The hotel has a free parking, and as a MC owner they also said that the gate to the parking is closed during nights, which i highly appreciate. But lets take a moment to talk about the interior design and the spa of the hotel, OMG, I Loved it! First of all, you feel like living in a royal mansion, back in 19th hundred. The spa has so many things you can do and ways to relax, for free, and you can easily spend hours there. I already said to the hotel personnel, but i am booking soon again since to me, it was 10/10!
