A very nice hotel with wonderful service. Excellent breakfast. Room (suite with rooftop terrace and jacuzzi) was a little disappointing for the price. Room was a bit small and bathroom facilities aging. Jacuzzi was excellent and rooftop view quite nice.

One of the best location in Ortigia and Syracusa. We had the best room of the hotel with a huge terrace with working Jacuzzi with ocean view. Breakfast was delicious and everyone at the hotel was very attentive and kind. Hard to complain. Only difficulty is to get there by a car. However, there is a public parking near by (~200m) and turned out to be no issue.

The hotel is very central for all site seeing & bars & restaurants. We were there for week. We had a sea view room on the second floor which was comfortable but lacked storage & you could not sit on the balcony! However after mentioning this to staff on the front desk for our last day they were able to move us to a room with a terrace sea view & jacuzzi which was just lovely for us to relax & enjoy our final day in beautiful Ortigia. Thank you to all the wonderful staff both on the front desk & restaurant areas who were all lovely & so helpful & the breakfast was very plentiful with a good choice for everyone!

Ample parking area, the rooms are well kept and larger than usual, with the jacuzzi and the free space around. The spa is amazing too and ROSA made sure I have a good massage. will be back and recommend for sure.

Amazing new hotel with large comfortable rooms, a private jacuzzi on the terrace and processing on arrival. excellent breakfast and restaurant in general. The best ravioli we’ve had were in the hotel restaurant! The hotel operates a free shuttle to the nearby sandy beach and Siracusa- very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We were offered an upgrade to our room and they allowed us to stay free in our room a few hours late vs the check-out time. Lovely gem of a hotel if a little off a beaten path.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. the staff were really friendly. we decided to stay here for a night for or honeymoon. we were received with welcome drinks and got a room upgrade with jacuzzi and complimentary Prosecco! The SPA is really relaxing and clean. The indoors pool is just marvelous and dinner and breakfast will exceed your expectations! we liked it so much that we decided to stay for another night. The hotel is kid friendly as well. if you want a relaxing stay with your partner or family then stay here.

Everything was perfect from start to finish! Very nice treat to start our holiday, found a bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy in the jacuzzi! Room was beautiful, breakfast options were unlimited and food at dinner was very tasty! Outdoor and indoor pools were really clean and nice and the spa was just wow! They offered shuttles to the beach and Ortigia which was an added benefit! Thank you to all the staff that made it just amazing!

I wish I could give the hotel a higher score than 10! Everything was exceptional and we had a wonderful stay. The photos do not do justice to how great the location, pool and rooms are. Staff were friendly and attentive, making you feel very much at home. We had a suite with jacuzzi which was a lovely addition. Breakfast had so much choice and everything was fresh and looked wonderful. We left feeling happy and relaxed.

Large room with kitchette and balcony. Overlooks at busy street but not noisy in room. Neighborhood does not appear great at first but was actually nice. Very welcoming staff! Grocery store across the street and plenty of coffee / pastry / restaurants within a block. Easy walk to Ortygia, about 10 minutes, and the archeologic site is walkable within about 20 minutes. WiFi worked great. Would stay here again, great spot for the price!

Everything is super good. Spacious and clean room, comfy bed and big balcony. The host Veronica is very nice and helpful. And it's 2mins walk to bus station, very convenient. This is one of the best stays in this Sicily trip. Highly recommended!

The apartment block was incredibly conveniently situated near the bus and train stations. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, modern, well furnished with all the mod cons and it even had a washing machine! It was also a very easy and quick walk to the local shops, the ancient neopolis and into Ortigia. If you arrive outside of office hours make sure you let the staff know in advance, unlike us who had to rely on the kindness of a neighbouring mechanic who took pity on us and let us drop our bags off.

Chose Archinue Suites due to Close location to railway, but midway between Ortigia and the Necropolis (20 minute walk to both). Our room was clean, large, and comfortable. Small kitchenette was handy, and the nearby pizza restaurant was excellent. Leana (our receptionist), allowed us early access (Thank You again!), and this gave us more time to see the sites of Syracuse. We really enjoyed our time at the Archinue Suites, and I’m happy to recommend it to anyone!

We had the room with the jacuzzi and it faces the side street so very quiet. Loved having a little kitchen and table. The bed and pillows extremely comfortable. The lift works although very small.

The bathroom was great, especially the jacuzzi. The location is also perfect. Everything within reach.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It was situated in the middle of the city with easy access to all areas and the railway station a 15 min walk away. The jacuzzi was amazing and the little balcony a delight. The bed was big and comfortable and the shower sleek and modern.

Matteotti was absolutely stunning! The apartment was immaculately clean. So spacious. It was right in the heart of Siracusa, in the main shopping strip! Close to the markets and great restaurants and gelato. The swimming area was a short walk. Best cafe with the best coffee right across the street! The apartment was modern and brand new and the jacuzzi was a great addition! Amazing for the price!

Location was great. Nice spacious room with good air con and a comfy bed. The jacuzzi bath was a bonus although the water ran slightly yellow. Really smooth self check in and checkout process. Air con was great and modern system with no issues unlike other places. Amazing location on the Main Street of ortigia with everything within a 10 minute walk of the property.

Such a gorgeous, elegant and luxurious hotel – new and modern but also tasteful and classic, and even better than we had expected. The location is incredible, directly across the road from the steps down to Spiaggia di Cala Rossa, and the option for paid valet parking made it so easy to arrive/check in/check out. Ortigia is small so everything is very walkable after arrival, and we felt like we had the best possible location in town – right on the water but so close to everything. Our room was so comfortable and cool, with views across to the sea – it’s clever to have the window raised above eye level so there’s privacy but also beautiful natural light and the view. All the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a stunning aperitivo in the evening, and breakfast in the morning. Overall, Maniace Boutique Hotel is up there with some of the loveliest modern five-star hotels we’ve stayed at around the world.

An amazing stay in an amazing location in an amazing place. The wonderful experience started immediately when we arrived with the friendly and welcoming Stephan who introduced us to the magnificent room with fabulous views of the bay. It continued with an exquisite breakfast served by the pleasantly elegant and courteous Vittorio. We promised ourselves to come back.

Location is SUPERB! The rooms are beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and I highly recommend having drinks at sunset in the hotel front terrace, the view is amazing and the drinks delicious (highly recommend the house wine)!

We had a truly exceptional stay at Hotel Maniace! The hotel itself is luxurious, elegant, and elevated—yet it manages to feel warm and comfortable at the same time. This is due to the friendly and warm staff that work at the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Rachele, Lorenzo, and Stefano went above and beyond to provide outstanding service—always attentive, thoughtful, and gracious. They remembered us throughout our stay and even noted that it was my fiancée’s first time in Italy, which made everything feel even more personal and special. As an unexpected and delightful touch, we were invited to the hotel’s 1-year anniversary celebration. It was such a lovely gesture, and it gave us the chance to experience the hotel’s hospitality in an even more memorable way. We stayed in mid-September for 3 nights and used the hotel's valet parking (make sure to call ahead and ask hotel to register so you don't get ticketed by the ZTL).

The property was outstanding! The room was beautiful. It was overlooking the water by the castle. We had our morning coffee out in the courtyard, which was brought to us by somebody. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and was included. The staff all were very professional and exactly what you expect from a luxury property. Frederica and Vittorio were both fantastic!The property only has been open for approximately three weeks. It is luxury without a doubt. We stumbled upon it by accident as our original booking fell through. We are very happy that our original booking fell through as it let us discover this wonderful hotel! If I could read it more than a 10 out of the 10, I would!

However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Concetta, in particular, went above and beyond to assist us with activity suggestions, making plans, and securing reservations. Her expertise and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. Additionally, the breakfast spread was simply amazing, offering a wide variety of delectable options. The restaurant staff, especially Angelo, Frederica and Stefano provided exceptional service with their kindness and attentiveness. From start to finish, the Ortea Palace Luxury Hotel provided an unforgettable experience, and I cannot wait to return in the future.

Beautiful clean and perfect location !! Fabulous staff—with Nicoletta, Conchetta and Anna at the front desk to help with reservations & sight seeing planning, Serena at breakfast each morning and Paola at the rooftop restaurant with an amazing guitarist serenading us!! Every staff person many whose names I do not know, was amazingly helpful and warm and friendly. They surprised us with an upgraded room with sea view and balcony, a bottle of sparkling wine and a birthday cake as they knew we were celebrating my 60th birthday. Nicoletta’s recommendations for restaurants and local beach was great! And Conchetta’s idea to do a private boat to the nearby sea caves was perfect! We will definitely be back to this hotel again if we return to Sicily!!

From fresh pastries to local delicacies, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and already dreaming of our return. Ortea Palace is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. We are definitely coming back.

We had a very enjoyable time at this lovely hotel. Conchetta at reception was amazing. Definitely a real ambassador for Marriot hotels. She welcomed us, organised a speedy check in, luggage delivered to our room very quickly. The hotel was originally the grand Post Office and has kept some of its grand designs. We are Bonvoy Titanium members and were upgraded to a delightful suite with the most fantastic view, balcony and huge patio windows. Fantastic location only minutes from a fascinating fish market, lots of historic churches, squares and restaurants. We never used the gym, indoor swimming pool or saunas but I had a tour of them and they looked amazing. A very enjoyable stay and a special thanks to Conchetta for all her advice about restaurants and trips.

We stayed at Ortea Palace for 10 nights and overall had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect – right in the centre of Ortigia, making it easy to explore on foot. The hotel itself feels classy, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight with plenty of choice, and the staff were genuinely fantastic – generous, friendly, and always happy to help. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and we loved the little treats left in the room. Having access to a spa and a gym was also a great plus. On the downside, our room could be quite noisy at night – Italians do love to party into the early hours! We got used to it after a couple of days, but light sleepers should be aware. The swimming pool was very cold, and we were a bit disappointed to find the rooftop terrace and outdoor breakfast terrace closed for refurbishment, which wasn’t mentioned in advance. Parking can also be a challenge; hotel spaces are available but expensive. We found the public car park right outside to be a good alternative at around €16 per day instead of €50 at the hotel. Overall, Ortea Palace is a stylish and well-located hotel with excellent service. With a few tweaks, it could easily be a five-star experience.

The room was big, clean, elegant, and comfortable with a wonderful bathroom (spacious and well-equipped). It had a good bed with good pillows. The location was amazing, close to everything you need to visit in Siracusa. It felt safe to walk around both day and night. The staff was very kind and professional, especially the team working in the restaurant. The parking was easy and convenient. The hotel has a big terrace with a view of the coast, and breakfast is served there. The experience is incredible. You can also have some cocktails there at night. The breakfast offers infinite possibilities of what to eat with great quality. The hotel has a private beach that opens in July and August.

We visited Grand Hotel Ortigia in early July for part of our honeymoon. The whole hotel is authentic, grand, charismatic as are the staff. They were so friendly and efficient and made general conversation with us despite our lack of the Italian language! There are sweet touches like turning down the room for the night, putting a note on the bed. The rooms are extremely clean and perfectly presented in keeping with the features of the age of the building. The breakfast is amazing, something of everything and the view from the balcony is one of the best in Ortigia - you can also have drinks and dinner up there. They have a private beach which you travel to via boat which is a nice touch and the same staff from the hotel look after you over there at the beach bar. You pay to get the boat but they provide towels/sun beds when you’re there. Retro vibes and we loved it. Ortigia itself is beautiful, we would recommend to hop between bars for drinks and small plates as we found it hard to know which restaurants would feel authentic. We also found lots of little cove type areas on the sea to get into the water as it was definitely needed in 35 degree heat! So so lovely, will return ♥️

Location, location, location! Great location, many Americans staying here end of June, not why we booked, still very Italian hotel. Reception staff are professional and kind, upgraded one of our two triple rooms but we had booked sea view rooms and we did not receive this, we let it slide without mentioning. Breakfast was above average and the servers were outstanding, lovely view and fresh food, good coffee. We had drinks at the roof top bar one evening, great service but over priced drinks, paying for the view, expensive spritz is too much. The spa was wonderful, we had booked three Acqua express treatments and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, very professional service in a charming venue, don’t miss the small museum next to the spa room with Ancient Greek ruins! Parking was the best, right across the street from the hotel, safe and easy, 15€ per day was economical for Ortigia. Our only mention is the bathroom had mold on the marble walls, just a small bit but I am allergic, though we kept the door closed and it was ok. The nightly cookie service was a treat, so try the almond bites! We will stay here again!

Luxury atmosphere immediately when stepping in. Front desk staff very helpful, solving many transportation problems. Nice room and bath, impeccable clean. Everything 5 stars, and so was breakfast. Hot items made to order, otherwise good buffet. The breakfast was served on top floor restaurant, with awesome sea view. Location was perfect on the northern tip of Ortigia, short walk to main sights and many restaurants.

All Staff we met were charming and very helpful and the room was extremely clean. Breakfast and coffee all excellent quality. Served on lovely rooftop bar/restaurant with a great view of the beautiful place and the sea. The lounge areas were spacious and quirky with books about Sicily to look at. The location was great, sea front and everything easily walkable. A lovely town with plenty of things to do, eat and drink. Thanks we had a great stay!

First the negative - wi-fi did not work. The rest: It is quite a special hotel: is part of an old convent and there is direct access to the baroque church. The furniture and atmosphere in some of the common areas still have an old Italian "clerical" feeling. The bedrooms are large and clean. We also had a jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was very nice. As other reviewers have said, the hotel is well located with sea view from some rooms. It is possible to drive to the hotel (you will be provided with an electronic permit, so it is OK when the island of Ortiga is closed to non-resident traffic) and the main underground car park is not too far away. We walked there with luggage.

Spotless clean second floor room with sea view.Comfortable bed.Only drawback why no kettle for hot drinks?Roof terrace .Working lift .Panoramic views of Ortygia,s roof tops and sea defences.Bring your camera! Working lift. Didn,t use indoor heated pool as considered charge of 20 Euros per person per hour excessive ;or,the spa Receptionists friendly and helpful providing tips for good nearby restaurants. Buffet breakfasts adequate but don,t recall any fresh fruit from nearby market? Incidentally,guidebooks all seem to recommend staying in Ortygia rather than its modern and far larger neighbour Syracuse.Ortygia is a tiny peninsula linked by bridge to Syracuse .Space is at a premium and so finding somewhere to park is a challenge.Its narrow atmospheric cobbled alleyways and crumbling high stone terraced buildings bought back memories of old Havana?Altogether a relaxing start to our holiday.

We stayed at Domus Mariae Benessere for a week in a twin room with sea view. The room was generously sized, as was the bathroom and was simply furnished but spotlessly clean. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, which was a relief after 30 degrees outside, although the public areas of the hotel - especially the glass lift - can be quite warm. The hotel is situated in a quiet but well placed area of Ortigia, so it is easy to walk to all the historical sites in only a few minutes. We found the reception staff to be very helpful with bus timetables and general information. We loved the calm and peaceful air of the hotel and found the inclusion of the beautiful church made it extra special. Although there are religious paintings and artefacts around, we found this added to the experience rather than detracted. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast - although there was a reasonable choice of pastries, breads, cheese and ham, I would have liked a greater variety of fruit and fruit yoghurts for a lighter breakfast. Ortigia is lovely, with many great buildings and restaurants, plus it’s relatively easy to get around without a car. A twenty minute walk from the hotel takes you to Syracuse bus station, from where we went to the beautiful beach at Fontane Bianche and the Baroque city of Noto, both well worth visiting.

Wonderful warm and welcoming experience at Domus Mariae Benessere in Ortigia, Siracusa, Sicily. I had six restful nights there in early September, 2015. I had injured my leg earlier in my holiday so did not do as much exploring as I would have liked. The only thing I found hard to take was the heat when outside, but the air conditioning inside was great. I found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Most understood some English, a few spoke quite good English so I was always understood. There is a very good continental buffet breakfast from 8 - 10 am, with plenty of pastries, bread, cereals, cold cuts meat, organic fruit, yoghurt. This is constantly replenished over the breakfast period. Eggs and some other hot breakfast foods can be ordered if required. There are plenty of little restaurants within easy walking distance for typical Siciian meals, seafood is always on the menu. Some open for lunch about 12 noon, but 1pm to 3pm is the 'norm'. Dinner is more usually from 7pm. I highly recommend this hotel.r

My husband & I stayed 2 nights in mid-May 2025. We loved this historic and fascinating B&B within a current convent (yes, we saw the nuns!). Comfortable 2nd floor room that opened onto a quiet, shared, shaded terrace. There’s also a ln upper terrace with seattle & sea views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: wifi was very unreliable. We parked our rental car at the Talete garage about 10 minutes walk, for €15 per 24 hrs. Overall, this was a great location for us in Ortigia.

He started communicating with me even before I got there and helped with parking, recommendations and reservations. The location is amazing, the place is charming, my room was so spacious and so well designed, there was even a jacuzzi in the room. The lights, colours, Sicilian tiles, and super comfy bed. I loved every minute in the room. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely stunning property, hosted by the kind, helpful, and magnanimous Francesco. I believe it is newly renovated, as everything inside this older building feels brand new, elegant, and thoughtfully designed. The property backs to the smaller Ortigia harbor. Gorgeous front reception area. Beautiful high tech rooms with attention paid to every architectural and furnishing detail. Excellent shower with great water pressure and heat. This was our first shower in more than a month that was completely enclosed so no water leaks on the floor! Stunning floor tiles, draperies, and wall decor. Spotless. High quality linens, and towels. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso, kettle, and refrigerator in room with 2 complimentary waters. Excellent, quiet air conditioning. Great, quiet, central (to Ortigia) location. Excellent daily cleaning service. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation in Siricusa, and are already planning our return.

The location is perfect, just a 2 minute walk into Ortigia, with plenty of choices for food and drinks close by. The property has been sympathetically refurbished keeping the architectural charm of the building but with modern clean finish. Out room was great and had a large balcony overlooking the marina, perfect to enjoy a drink and the views. Francesco was exceptional and went out of his way to make us welcome by ensuring we had a place to park right outside when we arrived, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and giving some Sicilian sparkling wine for us to celebrate a birthday. There is free parking around the property, but there is also several paid car parks within a short walk. Easily the best accommodation during our time in Sicily.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Highly recommend Fortaleza Charm House! First of all, the service was exceptional — Francesco was super patient. We arrived bit early due to our travel schedule, and he kindly waited until 12:30 AM to welcome us. He gave a warm introduction to the room and facilities, along with great recommendations for dining and attractions. He also explained the parking options clearly. The house itself is full of character — uniquely decorated with a stylish touch. The biggest surprise was an ancient well preserved right inside the room! The courtyard is also lovely, perfect for relaxing and cooling off. There’s even a hidden induction cooktop and sink, which is super handy if you want to cook simple meals. Really wish we had stayed longer — would have loved to buy some fresh seafood from the market and cooked there! The location is ideal — just across the bridge from the fish market and local market. Attractions, restaurants, and cafés are all within walking distance. Especially worth mentioning is a breakfast café nearby — their croissants and pastries are delicious and high-quality! For parking, the host has his own garage, suitable for small cars. Since our SUV was too big, we parked at a nearby public parking lot for €15 per day, which was very reasonable. Overall, it was a highlight of our trip — highly recommended! And we definitely would choose again if come back k

This place is just exceptional. The room was beautiful and so well equipped. It is perfectly situated less than a minutes walk from the bridge to Ortigia . It was quiet and peaceful but so convenient. The bed was comfortable, the towels and sheets luxurious. There were bathrobes and slippers provided, plus a generous sized fridge with water. A coffee machine and a kettle - everything we needed. Francesco is a wonderful host. He made everything run smoothly and arranged airport transfers and taxis, and recommended excellent places to eat. He is a great communicator and you feel very well looked after when you stay here. We will return and recommend without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful 3-night stay at Palazzo Gilistro in June. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was fab and house keeping did such a beautiful job every day. Breakfast was delicious. Palazzo Gilistro is in the perfect central location, just a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of Syracuse with an abudance of restaurants, shops and bars all in walking distance. Despite it being in the centre of town, our room was up high above the hustle and bustle and was lovely and quiet for bed time! If we had one suggestion, It would be to make better use of the great communal roof terrace - a bar up there would be perfect! We will definitely recommend Palazzo Gilistro to our friends and family and would love to return one day!

My favorite hotel on my whole trip through Sicily. Charming hotel in a perfect walkable location. So much to see, do and eat right outside the door. My room had 2 balconies, was spacious, so clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows. So quiet at night. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful variety, great coffee. The staff at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. Nice hot shower too!

Amazing breakfast - fresh baked cornetti (Italian croissants), fresh orange juice, delicious coffees. Very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous room with water view (top floor) - which was quiet at night while being in ideal central location.

This place is amazing and lives up to the exceptional reviews it gets. The room was huge by both European and American standards. It is right in the heart of Ortigia and convenient to everything. I suggest that you do not try and find a place to park. We used the valet parking place they suggested and we're glad we did. The people at the front desk were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing. It is very safe, clean and the overall service was superb. I would definitely recommend this place and would certainly stay again.

What a gem! Palazzo Gilistro is comfortable and quiet yet right in the midst of Ortigia with all its charm. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff here are amazing - so very friendly and helpful. Special mention for Viola who provided such a welcoming breakfast feast. We rarely return to a holiday location yet we are already planning our next visit to the wonderful Palazzo Gilistro.

The outside jacuzzi and the beach loungers make my trip very comfortable and memorable. If I come Siracusa again, I must stay here again.

It’s location is close to all major attractions many restaurants . staff are amazing very helpful with tips and too help you out . The view you could not get enough of the mornings were my favorite so peaceful

The location in central Ortigia is brilliant, everywhere is walkable. We used the airport bus to Syracuse bus station and walked to the property (30 minutes) The suite was spotless, fresh and welcoming. The air con is brilliant. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is on the rooftop, pastries, cakes, cheese, ham, coffee, juice and water. You can have fresh eggs if you request.

We loved our stay here. The staff was superb - warm, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. Not fancy but spacious, comfortable and clean with plenty of room to unpack. The bathroom was large, very nice linens and the shower was great. The roof Terrace was lovely and the staff kindly brought our very nice breakfast to the roof.

Location! Down a quaint side street in Ortigia , it was close to bars and restaurants and not too far to walk from the bus terminus in Siracusia. The suites are modern and spacious, and very comfortable. Charming roof terrace for sunbathing and breakfast. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice, and the fruit juice was divine!

Right from the start I cannot fault our stay in CinqueSuites. Both Christian and Liliana are a joy and made our short break in Ortigia memorable. The property has recently undergone major renovation and the suites are decorated and equipped to a very high standard with an emphasis on modern decor to suit even the most conservative of taste. Our suite ( No.2) was very spacious and contained all necessary items to make for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was taken on the roof terrace as we were fortunate to experience warm December sun. The choice of breakfast items was comprehensive enough to make it variable . Housekeeping was excellent. The proprietors have a great attention for detail and strive to maintain very exacting standards. I envy their enthusiasm.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent and the rooftop view was great for breakfast. We had suite #5 and it was spacious, modern, great bathroom, comfortable bed and the living room was great.

Very clean and amazing features like the old walls. Beautiful surroundings and quiet streets and the shower was nice too. We loved the shared kitchen for a dinner in.

Nice room on a quiet and safe part of town where you can park your car problem free. Room is excellent and has a good bed. We enjoyed staying at this nicely designed house. You feel that the owner has created this space with good taste. We had the room facing the street and that was just perfect. What we especially enjoyed is having the opportunity to use the free rental bikes. And the fact that there's plenty of coffee and tea to make your own cup. All contact (via Whatsapp) with the owner went very smooth and quick.

We had a fantastic stay at Isonzo, we got upgrated and got a very spacious room, everything is very design, and comfortable, and heated in the winter. The common area with kitchen is well equiped and convenient. There are 2 bikes at disposal, which is the best way to explore Ortigia, and the coast. Good location between Ortigia and the archeological area. Easy to park in front of the house. Peppe has been super helpful with everything we needed, and provided great recomendations. Everything was wonderful from the first minute. The guy welcomed us and showed everything. The car parking is free and with cameras. The room was clean, a lot of space, comfortable and modern. Everything was perfect and I would recommend it very much.

First our host Paolo was awesome! Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Thank you for meeting us at the door! The apt. has a nice amount of space in the main living area. Armoire for clothes.There is more storage under the bed for luggage. Lots of natural light and breeze with a balcony and window in bedroom. Quiet area. We found free, safe parking just down the street. Well equipped kitchen. We had all the equipment necessary to cook and enjoy full meals. Large Deco supermarket 5 min walk. It's always very professional when hosts provide full liquid hand soap dispenser, body wash and dish soap for guests plus enough t/p. Bathroom is a good size. Shower head fabulous! Plenty of towels. Nice to have tea bags, coffee, sugar, bottle of water! Lovely park just down the street. 10 min walk to Ortigia old Town.

location is very good just few minutes walk to train station, there are many restaurants caféer near the hotel. We had a apartment nice and comfy we made good breakfast at kitchen, bed is comfortable. The owner is very friendly helpful every time we had problems he immediately came and fixed. It.

Is modern, new and clean. Its location is good, near cafe, restaurants , car park and Ortigia. Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended restaurants are good too .

I would definitely recommend to stay at A'Storia. Parking was easy and free in the small streets nearby. We stayed in one of the appartments on the first floor and had a nice terrace too. Sabrina welcomed us, she was so kind and even recommended a nice beach close by. We appreciated the small booklet in the room with all the important pieces of information. Morepver we got coffee capsules and a bottle of cold water :) The old town is very close, yet the street was very quiet and we had a perfect sleep. Thank you for everything.

Good location for walking into Siracusa. Quiet street, clean apartment and facilities. Breakfast was coffee and a pastry at a local cafe- only metres from the accommodation. Enjoyed the local food and wine in the restaurants in Siracusa- Only short walk to/from the railway station.
