We had a lovely stay here, the spa facilities were great and the food and drink were excellent! The breakfast was amazing and all of the cocktails were fantastic. We really enjoyed the beach area too and were lucky enough to have a couple of warm days to enjoy the outdoor pool.

Super friendly staff, especially from the restaurant. Very good location, facilities absolutely clean and guests friendly. .

Great location with amazing view. Very friendly staff. Looks exactly like on the photo.

There were 2 Sofas , too close to each other in my opinion. For similar money You can get apartments with extra features for families like playground, sauna, grill. I've made reservation last minute so not much choice avaliable. Playroom for kids closed at 6pm, so not really chance to use it. The weather was great and most of of the time we have spent outside .

We chose this place, because it was the cheapest option with breakfast at Szczyrk. We were not disappointed as we got everything that we needed for three nights - space for a family with three children, a big bathroom and a very delicious breakfast. The location is amazing.

I like everything!! People were very kind. Place was wonderful, breakfast was amazing. Coffee, tea, water - for free 24h. Apple, fruits or cake for free.

Men den er av høy kvalitet. Kaffemaskin tilgjengelig døgnet rundt. Ligger litt vest for sentrum av Szczyrk, men avstandene er ikke avskrekkende. Hyggelig betjening

The location was really convenient as a stop over on route to Krakow. Next to a restaurant, a supermarket and a petrol station. Everything we needed. The room was really clean and we had a huge room for a family of four. Very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were really helpful, pizza was delicious as was the traditional Polish food. Would come back if we were in the area again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is lovely, clean, and well-equipped, located in a peaceful area. The pool was amazing, a perfect place to relax. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional attitude of the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Splendid place on the outskirts of Zywiec. The staff is very kind, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is top notch, bith the a la carte dinner and included breakfast. The hotel spa is amazing with the very big finish sauna heated till 100C.

I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The communication with the staff was clear and efficient from the start, making the booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free. The unexpected upgrade to a stunning, spacious apartment was a delightful surprise and really elevated our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and provided all the comforts we needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered each morning was of exceptional quality, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. As an added bonus, my wife and I were treated to complimentary spa treatments, which were incredibly relaxing and further enhanced our stay.

It was our second stay at Złoty Groń Resort & Spa and I must say we were looking forward to return. The breakfast selection is probably the best we ever had in any hotel and we've been around a lot of places in Europe and the US. Delicious meals on the lunch and dinner menu as well. Friendly staff, we even received a welcome drink during check out this time. Spacious room, this time we even had a big balcony. Nice and clean bathroom. We also enjoyed the spa, the sauna and pools both indoors and outdoor. We have an electric car and even though this time the parking was under construction and we could not charge the same way like last year the staff was helpful and found a way for us so we could charge our car.

Excellent location, beautiful view, very friendly staff. The waiter in the restaurant was excellent professional. The breakfast was amazing and behavior and service of the gentlemen taking care about us during breakfast was great.

Set in a beautiful location in the mountains, staff were always well-mannered and helpful, recommending things to do and eat in the area. The breakfast and dinner were traditional Polish and good quality. It is even dog friendly. I am sure that in the winter months it is even more beautiful. Very happy to stay here again and highly recommended.

We were attending a wedding at Bielsko-Biala and stayed at this hotel for three nights. Our room was small but the twin beds were quite comfortable. We had breakfast each day at the 4th floor restaurant which was very nice, a lot of selections were provided. I especially liked their fresh/homemade items. We also had dinner there two nights. The food was great and servers were attentive/helpful. The front desk was also very helpful. A special thanks goes to Magdalena for all her help before/during the stay. Without a doubt, we would stay there again! We enjoyed that it was connected to the mall and did some shopping in our down time. The only caution I would tell others, our hallway reeked of cigarette smoke on several occasions. (If you have severe allergies) We weren't the only guests that mentioned this, and we were informed it was caused by the outside intake vent. Once we got inside our room, it seemed fine.

The location was perfect. Easily walkable to city center. It was actually very convenient to have the mall right there as we did need a few things. Breakfast was fantastic, everyday. Options were fresh and plentiful. Our room was just right for us. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, clean and modern.

We have stayed at the Qubus many times as it's in a prime location, easy walking to shops and bars etc. Room is nice and clean, TV and free WiFi and excellent air conditioning which is a must in the summer months. Bathrooms facilities good with free toiletries. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and freshly cooked omelettes etc available. Only thing I would say, hotel could do with a gym and a real bar! There used to be a bar on the ground floor but it closed and has never re-opened, we appreciate you can go to the restaurant but it does not have the same vibe as a real bar, probably the only let down for us. Looking forward to returning again at Christmas.

The location was great with beautiful views. The leisure facilities were great especially the salt rooms steam room and cold water bucket. The children loved the wave pool. We went half board and the food was brilliant . Lots of fresh fish and huge selection. Outside hot tubs were great.

Our stay in the hotel was lovely, we especially enjoyed the waterpark with spa area( saunas and salt room) , I liked the conference that I attended. Great selection of food choices ( I even had massless), even my gluten free daughter was able to choose some meals , she is usually a very fussy eater. Thank you very much to the restaurant manager for a personal pack of gluten free cookies. However for a very fussy eater is probably better to try a green restaurant with even more personal approach. Our stay was extended by 3 hrs as a bonus free of charge, that meant more water park experience, which is very much appreciated. We also loved bowling.

Room was enormous, with a large bathroom with a tub and bidet. Everything was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff who checked me in were friendly and proactively spoke to me in English. They didn't mention where/when breakfast was though, luckily the time was printed in the helpful guide in the room. Breakfast was wonderful. Many options including some perfectly creamy soft scrambled eggs. Location of the annex building is perfect, right on the market square, upstairs from a familiar chain Georgian restaurant.

This is a really nice hotel in the historic heart of the city. It's very clean and well-maintained, so I was surprised to see it only has three stars!? The room was a good size and the en-suite bathroom had a very decent shower. The available TV channels and coffee machine were and nice bonus. The staff were also helpful and the hotel is just a two-minute walk from some lovely bars and restaurants.

The hotel is located in the city center, and it’s easy to get there from the main train station — only a 15-minute walk. The room was clean, and the bed was wide and comfortable. There is a small kitchenette, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The breakfast was great, with plenty of fresh food — everything I needed.

A truly outstanding hotel awaits you right at the entrance to the historic part of the city — an ideal location that blends convenience with charm. Just 100 meters away, there’s a spacious parking area, making arrival smooth and stress-free. We checked in within a minute, a welcome start to what turned out to be a delightful stay. The room itself was remarkably spacious and impeccably clean, adorned with elegant, old-style furniture that perfectly matched the character of the medieval surroundings. Every corner of the hotel carries the spirit of the city’s rich history, transporting you to another time. Breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, with quality offerings that matched the excellence of the rest of the experience.

The hotel is located less than 100 steps from Market Square. Since we went to the Christmas Market it was the best choice. Rooms are spacious, clean with wooden furniture (I believe specially made for the hotel). Clean, comfy - all you need. There is a kitchen and coffee maker which comes handy especially during winter time.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική σε γενικές γραμμές. Η τιμή θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο καλύτερη, ειδικά για την περίοδο που πήγαμε (όχι χειμερινή σεζόν και μιλάμε για χειμερινό θέρετρο). Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο και το δωμάτιο καθαρό. Το room service θα μπορούσε να είναι επίσης καλύτερο (αλλαγή σε κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες και αφρόλουτρα/σαμπουάν), δεδομένων των χρημάτων που πληρώσαμε.

On aimerait que le petit déjeuner démarre à 06:30 et non pas à 07:45. Cet horaire est ingérable quand on voyage, surtout pour affaires.

I spent a long weekend at the Halo Szczyrk hotel in May 2024. Halo Szczyrk exceeded my expectations for a 3-star hotel. Great location (close to all attractions), beautiful view of the mountains, even one evening there was a bonfire with highlander music. The food (buffet breakfasts and dinners) was delicious, and Mr. Grzegorz was very nice and helpful. If anyone hesitates, I certainly recommend it.

My parents loved the view, breakfast, size of the room was comfortable and modern, good facilities in the hotel

Stayed at this hotel for a Congress, I don't think they were ready for us! The hotel staff was very accommodating and trying to help us out as much as possible. PROS: clean rooms – I found the beds to be very comfortable and soft, we had a window unit overlooking the parking lot so everything was quiet. Maids did a fairly good job cleaning the room although we didn't use their service every single day; sometimes requested fresh towels and they were sent up right away. Bathrooms were tight especially the showers – but the water pressure was fantastic always a lot of hot water. Lobby – was fairly comfortable and we took over the section because of its location we did not disrupt any other guests while we were there. A small bar located in the corner was slammed most of the time. Staff – really trying to help us out and make us feel welcome. Have a good understanding of the English language and was able to communicate our needs to them. Restaurant – breakfast was fairly comprehensive and menu was diverse as things were not available everyday. THANK YOU FOR PUTTING UP WITH US!! CONS: Location – was a little outside of the city which made it quiet and needed to take a taxi to get to most places (on a positive note taxis were very inexpensive) Bar – IS very small and had a hard time keeping up with us we ended up drinking them dry... OOPS! OVERVIEW: Had a small outdoor exercise area. No pool small SPA area but never had a chance to go in as they were closed

View from our window breathtaking. Location is perfect for hiking in summer and for skiing in winter. If you have a car there is parking and easy access to all roads but also there is a bus stop to city center right in front of hotel. Very good stay in Bielsko

Everything was simply perfect. A few minutes after booking the room they called from the reception whether we need an invoice or not. Upon arrival, the reception offered us the opportunity to use the wellness either privately for an additional fee or for free with other guests. We used the free options and it worked out that no one was there at the time. The room was beautifully large. The hotel had the possibility to play billiards and one large room served as a playroom for children. Outside in front of the hotel was a children's playground with seating for parents. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff of the hotel restaurant, where breakfast was served, was also pleasant. We were completely satisfied.

The hotel is very nice. our check in was smooth and lady at reception was professional, told us everything we needed to know. Also before our arrival we where notified about an event taking place at the hotel, and informed that evening it could be a bit loud. That is a big + because not every hotel does it. Breakfast was great, plenty options and we also stayed one night for dinner. We ordered from the menu and food was delicious. We can recommend to dine in. Staff at the restaurant is also very nice, and welcoming.

The room was clean and nice. It was ready at the arranged time. The staff was really helpful. The breakfast was amazing! We forgot some papers there and the staff immediately contacted us, so we were able to retrieve them without any issues!

There were plenty of parking spots around the building, the staff was very polite and helpful and the breakfast was varied with a good amount of fresh products. The restaurant was very interestingly decorated and the craft beer that was made right on spot had a good, refreshing taste. The halls were beautifully decorated, somewhat resembling a manor. The hotel's location was definitely an advantage, right next to a forest and with easy access to the highway.

We were at 4* part of the hotel and room was big and modern. There are many attractions included in the price, for example swimming pool, sauna, playground, palyroom for children and also animation for children. Breakfast was very good with a big choice of food and drinks. Everyone could find something. Hotel is located approximatelly 20 minutes on foot from railway station and town center and 10-15 minutes on foor from Park Lesnych Niespodzianek. I really recommend it for families with children.

If you are looking for a stay with your family, this hotel will be great. There is outside playground, indoor playhouse, some small climbing facilities for kids, kids pool, animation, even playstation. For adults, spa, gym, sauna and even conference center. Great selection at breakfast. Parking is comfortable. please note that the hotel has 3 stars and 4 stars rooms depending on your budget. The 4 star room was comfortable. I cant judge the dinners as we only had breakfast.

Accomodation for an excellent price inside a historical (partly wooden) building. I intentionally choose a room on the top floor, so it was very quiet, and taking the steps 2 floors up wasn't a problem for me. The room was big, it even had a fridge, and also a kettle, but unfortunately there was no tea/instant coffee provided. My stay was on a weekday on low season just for an overnight ti continue by train the next morning, so I only met very few people from the staff; language was a bit of a problem as I don't speak polish, but they spoke just enough words in english to understand the basics, and they really seemed very nice people. I received a door opener code too (but the gate wasn't yet closed when I came back). At breakfast I was the only person in the room (probably there were not many other guests staying that day) and I appreciate that there was a buffet presented regardless; there were hot sausages and plenty of cold items. Coffee was served at the table, and it was very good, and they brought another one for free when they saw that I finished my first coffee.

The owner was nice and welcoming, my room was comfortable and clean.

The staff was very polite and attentive and did not hesitate to go the extra mile to get fresh veggies for my child. The building and the atmosphere brought us back to a different time.

Room was exchanged for another one due ceiling light fixture. Food in the bar where i ate dinner was tasty and warm. Service was good young waitreses tried they best! They have sauna and salt cave to relax. I used them both.Nice private booked prior day.The only complain Is the temperature was to low 65 c. The required temperature for dry sauna should be around 85 c. Undersized heater was probably the culprit. Overall good place to spend holliday with the kids.!

IDEAL ACCOMMODATION FOR SKIING IN SZCZYRK I booked this accommodation for 24 of my friends and I would highly recommend. Bartek is the most amazing host, his communication and help is exceptional. As a host he could not do more and is very accommodating. He is always their to help and answer questions. The location is ideal for skiing, the chalets are less than a 5min walk to the gondola in ski boots and there’s an area to store your ski gear. The chalets themselves are very cozy, warm, and very affordable given the standard of everything. The jacuzzi was lovely perfect after a day of skiing and free of charge from 4-8pm.

The owner very frindly pepole the most good think is that house is wooding so comfortable to sleep in wooding house

Amazing find. Great staff and recently renovated room. Brilliant location and breakfast.....will definitely be back. Noticed most of the negative comments focused on the Hotel not having a lift which I find very unfair as there are only 3 floors and the majority of the rooms are on the first two.

The wooden furniture , clean room , clean bathroom and a good bed.

The rooms were big and clean, late check-out was not a problem, bed linen was of good quality, bathroom was new and functional. Excellent location next to old town, good value for money.

Night shift employee was the biggest asset of this hotel. Very accommodating and smiled person. Other thing that I liked was breakfast and location - near Pigal squere, right in the center.

Other staff also fully professional. - Nice rooms, separate entry, parking free, wify each time works at acceptable speed, good price compare to comfort given. - Good break-feast compare to only 2 star hotel, simple but exelent cakes. - Cat in room if you know how to manage :) (the animal, cat, owner one.. she is extreme intelligent), normally she only goes to reception and outside, reception and outside... - Can play billiard for free. - Clean, sanitary at good level. - Nothing did make me angry here, and I am frequently here as visitor.

The location was nice, quiet, I chose it because of it. The room was cozy, clean. The owner and his wife were friendly.

A very old, special hotel with atmosphere in the outskirts of Bielsko Biala. Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent value for money, free safe parking and very good breakfast elegantly arranged. The art on the walls and combinations with interior is especially attractive.

The hotel itself is an old but beautiful building located in a very beautiful part of the city. It is safe, calm and quiet. It is right next to the bus staion that goes to the city center (15 minute ride) and it is 15 minute walk away from the university. The room was very clean.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast is delicious, and the service is excellent. The pool and saunas are relaxing and clean, with free towels and robes available. Guests also have access to a ski room. The ski bus station is conveniently located downhill. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel - highly recommend! P.S. Huge thanks to the aqua aerobics trainer!

Really liked this hotel. Good rooms Delicious breakfast Very good spa center with swim pool, dry sauna and two turkish saunas. Skibus is not far from the entrance, down the road. By car its about 10 minutes (during the day) to the main gandola skilift, but it could take 30-40mins to come back around 4pm (traffic). Recommended

Pool and spa area was great. Our room was a little small for a family of five. We reserved a double room but ended up with two twin beds and three temporary pull out beds. The breakfast they provided was phenomenal and probably one of the best we've ever had. Its a bit out of the way but definitely worth it.

We stayed at the Orbis Magura primarily because of location. We needed to be close to my partners parents, who happen to live around the corner. We didn't use any restaurant/breakfast facilities as a result, and so I can only comment on the room and the overall service and location. The room was bigger than I expected, clean and tidy with basic provisions. I found service to be very good (particularly in Poland where great service can be hard to come by), the attendant was very understanding when I managed to destroy a lampshade with a pillow by accident one evening ! (no charge). In terms of room cleaning, the cleaners forgot to clean our room on our last day, but overall was very good. Location (if you are looking as a tourist) it isn't central and would need a taxi to the town, however a great shopping centre with cinema/restaurants is located just across the intersection, with a small supermarket adjacent to the hotel.

Outside of hotel looks a little rough, inside is modern and clean. Service and staff very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant is very good.

I love coming to this hotel, it is sentimental because of "small" FIat 126 - my very first car. But, what I like is the bar and restaurant - really good meals. my favourite room was large and comfortable. But what i love most are the people - stat is really nice and professional.

I always use this hotel when I am travelling with my family. It's clean, they have family rooms-that's a huge advantage. Nice breakfast, not a lot of dishes but it was really tasty and fresh. Good service and I love Fiat 126p in lobby :)

I visit Ibis Styles Bielsko Biala pretty often. Service is always nice and helpful. Rooms are not very modern in style, but the bathrooms are renewed. Breakfast includes good variety of different fresh goods.

Super hotel in a very good location. Peace and quiet and a view over the mountains at breakfast. Excellent location as a starting point for hiking and cycling to Klimczok and then to Szyndzielnia and also close to Wisła and Energylandia. The hotel has a bicycle storage room and cooperates with a bicycle rental which is a big plus. Very nice and competent staff and especially the gentleman who greets guests at breakfast and dinner, you can see that he loves his job. The chef is simply a master. Both breakfasts and dinners were very good based on regional cuisine. For children there is an additional very extensive menu at dinner time as well as a delicious soup from 13:00 to 14:00.The Highlander Pub offers an extensive menu as well as drinks. The hunter's soup with mushrooms is a masterpiece. The swimming pools are clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable and rooms cleaned regularly. We will definitely return to Klimczok Hotel in winter.

I am delighted to stay at the Klimczok Hotel. Very charming place, delicious food. Rooms comfortable and very quiet, with a terrace and a beautiful view. Despite considerable snowfall, the hotel staff took care of the convenience of parking the car in the hotel parking lot. The ladies in the SPA area - wonderful, nice and professional. It was a great pleasure for us. And the prices were affordable. A Scottish-style pub worth recommending, not only because of the drinks, but also the food, and above all because of the service. We felt taken care of like friends. The rest of the hotel staff seemed to be satisfied, competent, nice and very polite people. Congratulations to the staf and managers. We will probably be back!

Great for a family stay, with exceptionally good food in a form of an open buffet. Friendly and helpful service, nice pool with warm water (could be bigger but great fun for kids). Kids playroom is missing space for parents to chill out, take a coffee, read a book, but my daughter liked it a lot. Big highlight were evening animations for kids. SPA services professional and a good escape to relax. Would be ideal if more common space to spend time with kids and socialize.

Wonderful place - mainlyThe advantage of this place is the staff. The best bartender I've ever met: Mr. Wojtek, the amazing manager of the restaurant: Mr. Adam, the excellent Chef: Mr. Tomek. I come here with my family at least once a year, it's all because of the staff. There are probably many nicer looking and more modern hotels in Poland, but I've probably never met anywhere else such a guest-focused staff as the crew of the Klimczok hotel.

I recommend this hotel to families. Very helpful people, quick response from reception side. Very tasty food, nice and warm swimming pools, near the ski slopes. Very helpful eskimoski that has a location. at the hotel.

The drain in the shower cubicle swallowed water extremely quickly, there was plenty of hot water. The pillows were very comfortable - like new.

We liked everything in this place. Starting with the owners who were great people, especially Tomek the owner always smiling and very helpful and very welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty and had variety of different choices each day. The room and bathroom very clean and tidy, exceptionaly warm place, you wouldnt feel cold and worry your kids would get sick at night. Location in perfect place, you could walk to the town and nearest skii resort. Highly recomended

Wonderful location on the territory of the sanatorium, in the yard is a beautiful park with themed mini gardens of different countries. Near the exit to hiking mountain trails. Convenient parking. Good children's playground, and the Tężnia solankowa complex, which won us over - all together create an amazing atmosphere. Rooms correspond to the photo: spacy, new, clean and well furnished. Everything is from Ikea, but works properly. Room service works well, helped with all questions.

It’s a lovely little apartment in lovely quiet location for excellent price. We needed to stop over for rest on our way back home and after 4 nights in noisy city centre staying in Bystra was so nice and relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again in the future if in the area.

Property is in very nice part of Bystra, surrounded with nature. Extremely clean and cosy, having absolutely everything that you need, pleasant and kind staff, definitely great recommendation for this property!

We booked three apartments and all of them were specious, clean and well equipped.
