We really enjoyed our vacation at this hotel. Quick check in. Clean room which was warm in winter. The room was well cleaned. The only downside (someone already wrote about it) the toilet is very close to the sink. At night it was quiet and we slept well. Now about the pool - it is super. The water is warm, the pool is a good size, you can safely swim (adult and not only children). Next to the pool there is a salt room with sun beds, Turkish sauna, Finnish sauna, jacuzzi with salt water and on the way out there is a jacuzzi on the street. I really liked the Turkish sauna, my daughter had a runny nose on arrival, after three days of going to this sauna runny nose was gone. We went to dinner at the restaurant a la carte and in the usual restaurant on the type of buffet for 205 zlotys for three people (drinks are paid separately). I recommend a la carte. Only the waiters are a bit slow. In general we liked everything very much. I think the hotel should also include reservations with prepayment and turn off the music in the Finnish sauna (it was just annoying). I recommend this hotel to everyone and I think we will come here again.

New hotel in a nice location, smiling and helpful staff. Very decently equipped room with comfortable bed, facilities at 3/4 hotel level. I rate very positively the cleanliness of both the room and the spa and all other areas. There is a larger, very nice spa with a pool, sauna, steam room, one indoor and one outdoor jacuzzi, all with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The wellness area is accessible through the interior of the hotel (both buildings), bathrobe/towel rental is available at the SAP reception. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection of food and drinks of all kinds. The food and service in the hotel restaurant was also top quality.

Moc jsme si to s rodinou užili. Příjemný personál. Čisté pěkné pokoje. Skvělá restaurace s chutnými jídly a super koktejly. Jediné co bych přivítal je bar ve wellnessu. We enjoyed it very much with our family. Nice staff. Clean nice rooms. Great restaurant with delicious food and great cocktails. The only thing I would welcome is a bar in the wellness area.

My husband and I spent a great weekend in this hotel. This is a good 4star hotel with SPA. There are swimming pool, sauna, turkish sauna, salt room, ice room, outdoor whirlpool and whirlpool with salt water, different massages. We had also included breakfast - everything was fresh and tasty on buffet breakfast. Staff is pleasant and always ready to help. Service is high. We recommend everybody, who likes holidays in mountains , to visit "The White Rock".

Jakuszyce is the place in Poland for cross-country skiing. Great tracks for every level of skier. But there have not been much hotel facilities. Now there is: a brand-new hotel with everything. Rooms are very nice and well equipped (except for an architect's quirk, no towel-hangers in the bathroom). But the best is elsewhere: the basement has a complete spa with pool, sauna, jacuzzi, other water-massage alternatives, cold pool. Very nice after a hard day in the tracks. There is also an enormous gym with very modern equipment. Did not use it though, as I was skiing all the day long. The half-board price included even one very competent half-hour massage. Breakfast is excellent, perhaps porridge could be added (the classic Polish kasha porridge?) but it is even now complete with everything. There is also a smorgasbord dinner with three main course alternatives plus soup, salad and dessert. You don't need anything else during the day! The service was extremely friendly but there were some language problems now and then.(and all instructions are only in Polish) An interesting lacuna was discovered: there is no wine list as yet (but there is also wine, and not only excellent beer!).

Overall a very nice experience, some key points: - Almost all the staff within the hotel were very hospitable, were keen on helping us and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! (Bringing drinks after bar-closing hours, available for check-in at 7 o'clock in the morning due to our traveltimes) - During Christmas there was a four-course dinner and a buffetstyle dinner on top, enough choice! The whole hotel was decorated nicely and there was a nice atmosphere. - Room/swimming pool/ common areas were very clean when we arrived. - Fitness area is amazing! Very big, clean and well-organized. - We had the handicapped room and therefore there was no closing arrangement, the whole bathroom was wet after showering which was kind of annoying. - The cleaning lady didn't show up on our last full day which was too bad, we didn't receive any new towels which were needed. Overall a very unique experience, good location and we would definitely would return here!

I spent a week there. Very client-oriented staff: nice, professional and helpful. The best chef in the neighbourhood - delicious, divers food everyday. High quality and clean spa & wellness area. Also opportunity to play table tennis or snooker. Comfortable and cozy rooms. Very close to ski routs. A bit too expensive.

We spent here 2 nights Hotel is new. Room and whole hotel was very clean and cozy. Staff is kind. Food was excelent. Location is perfect for biking, hiking etc. Gym and wellnes is great. Perfect place for relax for a few days. We will definitely come back.

We spent 3 days at OREA Resort Sklář Harrachov with family and friends, including two children (ages 8 and 5), and overall, it was a pleasant stay. Pros: Breakfast: Excellent with a wide variety of food options. Location: Beautiful views and only a 10-minute walk to the town center. Rooms: Clean, well-maintained, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Amenities: The hotel features a playroom, which is a nice touch, though it could use some updating and better maintenance. There's also a small hill near the hotel for sledding if there's snow, and it seems you can rent sleds from the hotel if needed. Wellness & Spa: The hotel has a pool, but during our stay, the water was quite chilly, so we didn’t use it. There’s one jacuzzi (maximum capacity of 5 people) and a wellness area with steam and dry saunas. I tried the combo massage at the spa, which I recommend, though I found it a bit pricey. Children's Activities: During our stay, there were animations for kids, which were popular. These were mainly conducted in Czech, but the staff translated into English when needed.

Excellent family resort hotel in Harrachov. The hotel has everything – a restaurant, bar, great spa, swimming pool, and sauna (included in the price). There’s the option for dinner at the hotel (either half board or for an additional fee per meal). We got a lovely room on the 9th floor with a beautiful forest view. The room was quiet and well-insulated. A baby cot was waiting for us in the room, along with branded children's soaps and even spa slippers for kids – a very thoughtful touch that shows families are truly welcome. We booked 4 massages with the therapist Nira, who was excellent. Breakfast was good, and the dinner buffet was varied and tasty. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at a great hotel.

This was our second time in Orea hotel in Harrachov and we truly loved it here. We love that the hotel is family oriented up to the smaller details (kids robes, slippers and blankets with the fox prints are super cute) and we fully enjoyed our stay here, while our kid was fully entertained. The wellness area is great, playroom is wonderful and very exciting for our son, breakfast and dinner very tasty with big selection of foods and kids buffet, in the evening we enjoyed nice cocktails in the lobby bar. Last but not least the nature around is very beautiful. Bonus was that it was snowing during the entire stay, which made it very magical for us and contributed to the overall atmosphere in the winter mountains. Kudos to the polite staff, who were always very helpful and friendly to the guests! We will definitely come again to Harrachov and we would love to visit any of the other Orea locations.

It was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was great with vast options and choices. Dinner also was great buffet. Totally it was comfirtable and good for me, my family and my parents. Even had a chance for a quick using of wellness facility/swimming pool which was good as well.

The breakfast was awesome, the dinner too. Great restaurant, very polite staff. There was a bartender too, and the coffee wasn't bad at all! They also give you gifts if you have a birthday, and a small gift for each child when you leave.

- Got a lot bigger room than advertised - very clean and with everything we needed. - The staff was nice and helpful. - Free parking right next to the hotel. - Hotel is located next to the hiking trails and a ski slope. - Wellness area was new, very well upkept and clean (sauna and jacuzzi free). - All hotel guests have a 20% discount in the nearby traditional restaurant, where the quality for the price was already quite good even without the discount. - Included breakfast was tasty and there was always fresh food.

We liked the well-maintained facilities and access to the sauna. The room was basic but a good size and clean. Breakfast offered many choices, well-presented and tasty. We stayed three nights during a relatively quiet time, as there were not many people in the hotel or tourists in town. We also received a discount at a nearby restaurant, which offered very good food. The location was perfect for hiking. It was the starting point for the black trail to Sowia Przełęcz. To access other trails, you can take a local bus to Wang Church for 5zl.

Room was clean, cleaned out daily. The design is dated, but functional with comfy beds and pillows. What's worth noting is silence during night time. Breakfast was good. The spa is small but sufficient, massages are performed exceptionally well. Location is near perfect.

We came here for 4th time - it's our ultimate hotel to stay in Szklarska Poreba :). Location excellent - surrounded with woods, one side faces a babbling brook with its nice calming 'white noise', so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to it while breathing local crisp air). But main feature is of course the restaurant with its Chef - breakfast and dinner buffets are just fantastic and a special thing in itself to come for in this hotel. We stayed over the Easter Holiday weekend, and the festive menue was fabulous - our many compliments to the Chef. Plus parking places for those traveling by car. Plus very friendly and flexible personnel who respond to your personal needs or requests.

Its location was peaceful, from the balcony all one heard was the running stream, the birds and the wind in the trees. The breakfast choices were wide ranging, even to fish, and food was cooked and presented well. The staff were all friendly and very helpful.

This place is not for everyone. It’s family run, owners come over to every table and greet their guests (don’t tell me that’s a norm in every hotel). They serve home made food form their own meat smoker, food is available pretty much all day (another positive if you don’t stuff yourself at breakfast and are looking for a snack at lunch). The old part of the building is beautiful-soaked with local tradition and history. Fireplaces!!!! Very cozy feel, good quiet location, close to ski lift & sites (famous local waterfall). Go if you want to experience local culture and don’t like standard chain hotels. Our room was cold when we arrived, heating wasn’t on, considering it’s winter that was a bit weird - a tiny glitch forgiven easily. Rooms are average, focused on accommodating families. Rooms don’t get cleaned every day, towels don’t get changed everyday- but hey, isn’t that the eco friendly approach we all rave about? So nothing really to complain about for savvy green customers! Stay there if you visit the place - it’s worth the experience!

We came here for the third time - because of location but mainly because of exceptionally good breakfast (and dinner as well, we always ate dinner in the hotel). The choice and quality of food at the buffet is above any praise - highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable rooms overlooking the mountain, each with a private sauna and jacuzzi. Delicious breakfasts, very friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't ask for more, and will definitely stay at Friuli again next winter.

Beautiful small hotel. The in the room was small sauna and Jacuzzi bath that we really enjoy it. Rooms are big enough, we had with sofa and balcony. What was as well nice that there was quite rich minibar and also big Smart TV. Free wifi. Free parking close to hotel. The accommodation includes as well the tickets for the cabin lift to near mountain. We had all inclusive program that was as well really good. Food was delicious and everything went fast. We stay 2 nights and 3 days with small child. Everything was fabulous. Personal very kind and helpful. I can only recommend.

After the hard corona time of lock-down, we are free again and finally went for a trip to Harrachov in Giant Mountains in Czech. If you travel here to visit Mumlava Falls or just for a good hike, you appreciate great service of this place. It is nice and calm, baby friendly, stylish. Service is great and meal absolutely delicious. I ordered tagliatelle with pork tenderloin on mushrooms with cream sauce and my wife tenderloin on mushrooms and butter bean. And a few great Pilsner Beer (of course!) and homemade limonade for my son. The meal was quick, delicious and good ration. I paid little bit less that 30 EUR for all (2 main meals, 3 beers, 2 limonade). We were very satisfied and going to visit this place again!

If you want a really nice, clean and new accomodation in the center of Harrachov, do not hasitate to visit this hotel. Rooms here are not cheap, but they are really luxurious. All the personal does a good job here, cooks are eperienced, meals look and taste very good and they make one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. This hotel with the restaurant is situated about 150m from the downhill course. A really beautifull place for winter hollidays. Thanks to all staff for their good job.

Lovely pension centrally located . The personnel are very friendly, the rooms are clean, big and bright. In the hallway there is a kettle, tea, coffee set up and a fridge that can be used . Everything is spotless. The breakfast was amazing, and there is a balcony everyone can use attached to the breakfast/reception area which also offers tea/ coffee and cake all day long. We stayed for 3 nights. Would definitely recommend this pension. Oh yes, and we received a bottle of sparkling wine when we checked in.

We received a bottle of champagne as a welcoming gift upon our arrival. Breakfasts were exceptional, there was a huge variety of food options (cereals, eggs, vegetables, pancakes, brownies, etc.). The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and with a beautiful view. Hotel is situated at the center so everything was really close.

It was a great vacation! We visited there for 3 nights (family of 5). The apartment is new. Everything was clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was very good. U can jump for a good coffee during all day - until 19:00 (for free) We had a sauna in our room and it was great as well .

The breakfast was very good, nicely served, and the variety was satisfying. The personnel were nice and helpful, really taking an effort to make guests happy. Location is quite nice, close to the shops and restaurants.

Grand Harrachov is a very nice hotel and very well located. The breakfast is amazing and they go beyond the normal "eggs, sausage, cheese and charcuterie", like tomato mozzarella, pancakes or American pancakes, wraps and a variety of cakes. Also we would like to compliment the cleaning staff, since it is the cleanest place I've ever been to and even the smallest corner of the room was spotless.
